Happy Holidays everyone! Finally, we got some snow on Christmas day and eve. Granted, not a lot of snow, but still, some snow nonetheless.

Now, this chapter is also for all you Operation Overdrive Fans. No, we're not seeing Izuku become a ranger, but we'll be seeing a certain character from said series, along with a certain object that was sought after by all manner of characters, though some of them wanted it for different reasons, some of which aren't for the betterment of the planet.

But, before we get to the chapter, I know a lot of you aren't too happy with Endeavors attitude towards the Rangers and I completely agree with you, but let's not forget that he told a certain someone that due to certain circumstances that he couldn't become a hero and that didn't sit well with that someone which led to Endeavor's biggest regret. But I plan on bringing the Flame Hero into the light, when the time is right.

Anyway, let's get onto the reviews.

Monster King: Thanks

Luffy L Deathwalker: No, it's not Bio Labs.

KaijuEmperor: Yes, I did give Villamax a lightsaber, figured he'd need a new blade anyway. Trust me, Endeavor will get his ass kicked in the future, but not exactly by a villain, but more like a wake-up call and a reminder to what happened years ago. Glad you liked the chapter.

Aztec 13: You'll see the company appearing this chapter and let me just say, it has to do with the Drive Zords. Plus, you'll see a new Zord Combination this chapter, but also, some new monsters.

Wolfy322: Allies from the worlds visited by the rangers? Well, I haven't thought about that yet, but it does sound like an interesting idea.

DCD Gojira: Hope you enjoyed the movies.

Alright, intro time.

Chapter 33: Rev it up, Overdrive Red!

March 30th 2221

Hartford Industries, Japan Head Office

Tokyo, Japan

Nishi-Shinjuku

9:00 AM

An engineering company of the highest caliber, Hartford Industries is considered by some to be one of the best companies when it comes to the creation of hero support items, as well as one of the biggest archeological companies. Their young head, Andrew 'Andy' Hartford, a seventeen-year-old boy who bore a strong resemblance to Mack Hartford, the original Red Overdrive Ranger, was perhaps the youngest head of a multimillion-dollar company in the entire world, was like the rest of the twenty percent of the world, quirk-less, but he didn't care about that in the least.

It was his goal at a young age, after witnessing a hero save him, his parents and the rest of the passengers on the train he was traveling on from falling off a mountain, to make support items that heroes would use to save people across the world. Profit didn't matter to him, what mattered was supporting heroes in their fight against evil and giving them the best gear around, while also ensuring that ancient artifacts discovered were donated to museums, preserved for people to study and learn about the ancient past.

Now, the young man sat in his office, looking over some data on his laptop before a knock was heard on his door. "Come in." he said, and stepping through the door, was his ever-fateful butler, Spencer, an android who looked exactly like the butler from his ancestors' team. "Spencer, is everything alright?"

"Sir, one of our archelogy teams has found something rather interesting at the dig site in the Shah-i-Kot Valley in Afghanistan. I think you'll want to see it." the butler said in a British accent, handing the young head a tablet.

Andrew looked at the tablet and his eyes widened. "Is this the real deal? I thought it was hidden by him." Andrew asked.

"It appears, that it has found it's way to earth." The butler replied. "Considering that some old foes are aiding a certain demon prince, perhaps it would be prudent to enlist the aid of a certain group of students who have experience facing them?"

"I was thinking the same thing, Spencer." Andy answered, opening the drawer of his desk and pulled out a sort of parameter-seeking like cell phone, and several invitations addressed to said group, along with several heroes. "See to it that these are sent to them and make sure they know that it's a black-tie event."

"And shall we contact the Silver Guardians?" the faithful butler asked.

"Given what the artifact is, I think we'll need all the security we can get." Andy answered. "Besides, there are two rangers in their ranks."

"I'll see to it that it's taken care of right away, master." Spencer said, then left the office, leaving the young head alone who then turned to the window of his office, which gave him a perfect view of Shinjuku's Central Park, a place of peace and tranquility and where he helped many people who were struggling just to survive, even in the world of quirks.

U.A High School

12:30 PM

Simulator Room

Lunch time had come once again for the students of UA and as expected, the lunchroom was crowded. As UA was committed to the studies of students in the Hero, General Studies, Support and Business courses, the cafeteria tended to fill up quickly, something that the first years were constantly reminded of each day.

As the students clamored into the room, none of them noticed that a certain pair of general studies students and a group of five students were not amongst the students. Of course, those in the hero course and a certain student of a redeemed warrior knew where they were, considering who those five students were.

"Beginning simulation." Alpha announced as he, Bulk and Skull watched from the monitor room as five soldiers, dressed in thin body armor, combat boots, a tactical helmet, gloves, and black t-shirts, armed with bullpup rifles of various specifications moved through a crystal jungle, moved through the jungle. "Alright rangers, you're special training begins now." The robot said through the speakers.

"Hey, Bulky, remind the place the simu-thingy is making them walk through?" Skull asked his best friend with a scratch.

"Agni Prime, Skull. Remember, that planet from that Starship Troopers game we play?" Bulk told his friend for what felt like the hundredth time. "Crystal forests, scorching temperatures, lava that can erupt from anywhere, volcanic forest? Ringing any bells?"

"Oh yeah, now it is." Skull said with a snap of his fingers. "So, these guys asked us to give Alpha here the game, and programed it into the simulator, for what reason again?" he asked.

"It's to improve their teamwork." Alpha answered. "Individually, the rangers are strong on their own, but their true strength comes from working as a team. It is important that a team trusts each other and the same applies for the military. In this case, they are training to become a better team by playing a game."

"Yeah, a game based on a good franchise that started from a book." Bulk added, then looked at the monitor. "And here comes the baddies of the franchise." He said with dread as he watched a horde of large, tan, black and yellow striped creatures, along with hundreds of smaller creatures with the same color scheme, both with a set of mandibles emerging from the ground, roaring and shrieking. "Bugs."

"Arachnids." Alpha clarified as the swarm of Arachnids swarmed the rangers, who then ran from the horde. "They are fictious, but they are dangerous."

"At least they aren't those Xenomorphs from the Alien and Alien vs Predator series." Skull said with a shiver. "Hey, Bulky, didn't one of the rangers said they were afraid of a certain type of bug?"

"Let's worry about that later and watch how these guys handle the situation." Bulk told his friend as they turned their attention back to the monitor.

Simulator Room

Agni Prime

Dirt crunched underneath the sets of boots as the five rangers ran down a small canyon, with the bugs hot on their tail. As they ran, each of them dropped a set of charges behind them, which the bugs ignored as they continued to chase after their helpless prey. TJ, with his weapon in hand activated the jump jets on his backpack, then fired a grappling hook, which lodged into the canyon wall as he pulled himself up.

Anthony stopped, then turned around before pressing a button on the side of his helmet, activating the portable artillery unit built into his backpack, launching a small volley of hard-hitting shells before firing a grappling hook of his own into the wall and climbed.

Lena dropped a small portable turret which unfolded and started to open up on the bugs with a barrage of bullets, cutting down a few of them before like the others, used a grappling hook to pull herself up the canyon wall.

That just left Melissa and Connor, who kept on running through the canyon, only stopping to toss a couple of mines before they started running again, leaping over a small dried-up stream, only to come to a stop when they reached a dead end. Both of them turned around and faced the horde of bugs, which was right on top of them, but both of the rangers smirked at each other and pulled out a detonator, tapping on their helmets into a transmitter which sent the message to the other rangers.

One by one, each of the rangers pressed the button on their detonators, setting of a chain of explosions that ripped through the horde of bugs, blowing them to tiny pits of flesh and blood. "Come on you apes! You wanna live forever!" Connor shouted as a joke, raising his weapon, the Morita assault rifle and pulled the trigger.

Melissa followed suit, firing her own weapon, the grenade launcher version of the Morita, working with her brother to take out a pair of warrior bugs that survived the explosion. A set of grappling hooks slammed into the ground beside them, as Anthony and TJ zipped in, firing their own weapons, the Morita MK 3 SAW light machine gun for TJ, who unfolded the weapons bipod and set it up on rock, and the C32 Chi-Hong revolving grenade launcher for Anthony, both of whom opened up with a barrage of bullets and 40mm grenades.

One warrior charged through the dead bodies of its comrades, only for a shot to pierce right through its nerve stem, courtesy of Lena who was armed with the Morita XXX sniper rifle, perched at the top of the canyon wall behind her fellow rangers, in a prone position and with her bipod unfolded. "Overwatch established!" she said over the radio as she fired another shot, ripping a warrior's leg apart before it was mowed down by the rest of the rangers who started to move up the canyon.

Gunfire and explosions continued to echo through the canyon as the rangers stepped over the carcasses of the dead bugs, proceeding back up the way they came. His machine gun clicked empty, forcing TJ to draw his TW-109-e Emancipator heavy pistol which he fired at a drone, taking it down with a single shot. Two shots took down a warrior and three more shots took down a third warrior while the last two shots took out two more drones. Ejecting his spent magazine, he reloaded his sidearm, as a loud crack echoed through the air, coming from Lena's rifle that pierced through two bugs.

Anthony fired another volley of grenades from his launcher, emptying the magazine and forcing him to draw his TW-2 Split automatic shotgun, and fired. Shotgun shells fell to the ground as he moved up, then fired a barrage of shells from the small artillery piece on his backpack, turning the attacking bugs into pits of flesh and blood. "Let's go!" he shouted, motioning the others to move up.

Melissa and Connor reloaded their weapons, and moved forwards as Lena repelled down, ran towards them and drew the Morita Carbine she had along with her sniper rifle and opened up on the bugs. Bullets clattered as they fell to the ground, while the rangers kept moving forward until they reached the entrance to the canyon, only to be greeted by a large black colored, four legged, heavily armored bug emerging from the ground. "TANKER!" Connor shouted, just as the armored bug unleashed a deadly stream of napalm at the five rangers, forcing them to take cover as the bug lurched forwards, its massive legs causing the ground to shake. "Didn't think Alpha would put a walking armored bug into our training!" he said to the others.

"Well, we are working on our teamwork, more than our combat skills." Melissa pointed out.

"So, how are we going to take it down?" Anthony asked.

"That thing's only got two weak spots. It's head and the spot on its back. Plus, it's so slow that it's not as fast as the other bugs, not to mention it can't really identify its allies." TJ added.

"Draw it's fire." Lena spoke up. "If you can draw its fire, I can get an angle and fire off a couple of rounds into its head. I'm not getting on that thing's back like I'm in a rodeo."

"Sounds like a plan. Machine guns and rifles only! We'll keep it busy." Melissa agreed.

"Let's do it!" TJ added, loading a fresh mag into his machine gun before he, Connor, Melissa and Anthony dashed out of cover and into the Tankers line of sight, which charged after them slowly. This allowed Lena to use her jump jets and grappling hook to get herself back to top of the canyon, running like a mad dog to the optimal sniping position.

Below her, in the canyon, the other four rangers fired their weapons at the Tanker, getting its attention as they kept on running, again back to the dead end. Melissa stopped, then fired a burst at one of the creatures' legs, which almost crushed her had she not rolled out of the way.

Anthony fired a burst of fire from his carbine at the creature's lower carapace, forcing the bug to target him as it unleashed a deadly stream of flames at him, forcing the green ranger to dodge. This in turn left the creature open to a burst of machine gun fire from TJ, which caught the creature's attention. "Any day now Lena!" he said over the radio.

"I'm in position now! Just need a clear shot at the ugly!" Lena said over the radio.

"One clear shot, coming right up!" Connor replied, firing his rifle at the bug's head, which caused the creature some pain, before it turned to face him. The massive creature reared its head, ready to incinerate the Red Ranger before a series of sharp cracks echoed through out the canyon, as heavy caliber bullets slammed into the Tankers head. A final crack ended the tanker's life, which fell forward, still clinging to life for a few moments before its green eyes finally closed.

"Simulation complete! Well done rangers." Alpha praised through the speakers as the simulation faded, as did the armor and gear of the rangers.

"Wow! That was quite the workout!" Connor said, wiping the sweat from his brow. "Remind me to thank Bulk and Skull for the idea of using a game to help with our training."

"No thanks necessary." Bulk stated as he and Skull walked into the simulator, tossing the rangers some water bottles. "You guys never told me that Lena was a crack sniper."

"Eh, I've played a lot of those VR games where you can use a sniper rifle, so I'm a good shot." Lena said with a smirk. "But we only succeeded because these guys were great back up."

"That SAW's recoil was something else. The muzzle kept rising up every time I held down the trigger." TJ remarked. "A lot different than the M60 I use in Modern Combat, then again, I did modify that thing after I got it appraised."

"Same thing could be said about my M870." Anthony added.

"Well, using a game to help with your teamwork is a good idea. It makes for a different regimen for training. Still, I hope you guys ain't going to forget about your martial arts training. Not like you're going to be using guns against those monsters." Skull added.

"That's true." Connor said.

"Would Connor Grayson please report to Miss Midnights classroom immediately." A voice said over the intercom.

"What did you do?" Bulk, Skull and the other rangers said at once to Connor.

"Nothing! I think." Connor said in defense. "Though, I think… nope, I got nothing. Well, I better go find out." Connor admitted, heading for the locker room and changed into his school uniform, before making his way back to the main building and to Miss Midnights classroom. "Hey, Miss Midnight, you wanted to see…." He started to say as he opened the door before his eyes widen in shock and his face turned bright red. "Huh?"

Inside the classroom, clad in her hero costume, minus her yellow gauntlets sitting in a wooden chair with her legs and knees tied together, her arms tied behind back and secured to a rope tied to her legs that forced her arms and elbows together, rope tied around her chest, and several rags tied around her mouth and nose was Nejire, while Miss Midnight was dressed in a black catsuit with her mask covering her face.

"Oh, hello, Connor. Glad you could stop by." Midnight teased in an almost seductive manner while Nejire's face blushed red with embarrassment. "I was just giving Miss Hado here a few extra lessons on how to deal with a situation if she ends up captured by a kinky villain and wanted your opinion on the bindings. Think I need to use more, or did I use enough?"

Connor didn't answer as his nose started to bleed before he fainted to the ground with a loud thud. "I guess he's saying I should use more." Midnight shrugged before turning back to Nejire with a devilish smile on her face.

Skull Cavern

Six Nomu stood before Olympius, each of them laying down on a sort of altar as Jinxer, with his spell book opened chanted his spell. "Hybrid and prehistoric creatures lost to time, infuse your powers with these monsters and give them more power than before!" he chanted, demonic energy flowing from the book, through the air and into the Nomu. One moment, the Nomu seemed unfazed, but then they started to twitch and scream like banshees before their bodies glowed, signaling the change had commenced. When the light died down, the six Nomu rose from the altar, looking different.

One was a humanoid version of the ancient Pliosaur, with razor sharp teeth, a fin on its back and sharp claws. The second was a spider themed creature, but parts of its body were red, like fire and dripping from its mouth was lava, while four spider legs protruded from its back. The third was also a humanoid version of an ancient creature, a Deinosuchus which also had a set of razor-sharp teeth, short arms and legs, plus the head of said creature.

The last three were hybrid creatures. One had the head of a great white shark but had a skirt of octopus legs. Another was the combination of a barracuda and pterodactyl, with the arms and wings of said flying creature. The last one was the combination of the ancient whale known as the Pakicetus and a wolf, with the fangs of a wolf, tale of a whale and face of the whale. "Sharktopus, Lavalantula, Dinocroc, Whalewolf, Pteracuda, and Dinoshark! Awaken and serve your master, Prince Olympius!" Jinxer ordered.

The six Nomu monsters opened their eyes, turned to Olympius and kneeled before the demon prince. "We pledge our loyalty to you, great Olympius, prince of all demons and ruler of this world." The six monsters said in unison.

"And you will serve me well." Olympius said with a devilish smile, then turned to Jinxer. "You have done well, Jinxer. Using the Nomu to create these monsters will serve us well in destroying the rangers. Now, all they need are some quirks."

"And that is where I come in." came the voice of All For One from the shadows as he approached the monsters. "I will give them the quirks best suited for their names, and then they will be more powerful than previous monsters." The masked man said.

"Olympius!" Moltor shouted as he and Flurious marched into the Skull Cavern. "We have news! The Corona Aurora has been found!" the fire monster said.

"And we have a plan to take it and use it in your name to destroy the rangers and their allies." Flurious added.

"Well do you now?" Ivan asked as he stepped into the cavern. "That's rich, coming from the two who once tried to steal the crown and battled each other for the jewels like a bunch of squabbling hyenas over their next meal." The master of ooze then noticed the new monsters. "Nice monsters, but they aren't ready for real combat yet."

"Forget the monsters! The Corona Aurora's power will infuse us with more power than ever before! The Sentinel Knight won't be able to stop us this time!" Flurious retorted. "But we know that Hartford Industries has found the crown and the jewels as well. They are hosting a charity event and among the items on display will be the crown."

"Oh, you want to crash the party? Well, now that sounds like a plan I can get behind." Ivan smirked. "But you're going to need a monster to help crash the party. I can lend you two some of my Ooze men, but you'll need more than them."

"I have also heard that the Silver Guardians and several heroes will be attending this party. Among them being Endeavor, Ryukyu, Endeavor's youngest son and Ryukyu's trainee that the Red Lightspeed Ranger has feelings for will be there. Perhaps its time to use another of our quirk extractors that our friends from the Machine Empire created." All For One added.

"You'll still need a monster to deal with the rangers." Ivan reminded, just as he spoke, a figure emerged from the shadows. This figure resembled a police officer with a pipe protruding from his back, two police lights mounted on its shoulder, a radio mounted on its right shoulder, a police badge on the left breast plate of its chest and a pair of handcuffs attached to its waist. "Who invited the copper?"

"I am Bara Police, one of the Machine Empire's greatest soldiers." The now named Bara Police answered in a robotic voice. "I will avenge the mighty King Mondo and destroy those that destroyed him all those years ago."

"And what makes you so certain that you can handle the job?" Olympius asked.

"Bara can take control of the minds of anyone he chooses." Venjix answered as he walked in. "He can control the Silver Guardians and make them stand down, rendering the security useless or can turn them against the rangers and heroes, we can even have them slaughter the guards without them even knowing."

"Oh, now that's rather ingenious." Ivan said with a smirk.

"Dishonorable is what I would call it." Koragg said, emerging from the shadows. "The Silver Guardians are peace officers doing their duty, there is no honor in defeating those who can't fight back." he then turned to face Moltor and Flurious. "Your quest for the Corona Aurora is futile, but it's guardian will make for a worthy opponent. I will accompany you if only to face the guardian, perhaps even Kamen Rider Decade."

"Just make sure you stay out of our way." Moltor snarled. "My brother and I will finally take the crown and achieve the power we have sought after for so many years."

"And this time, no one will stop us." Flurious added, laughing alongside his brother as they and Bara Police vanished from the Skull Cavern, their laughter still echoing after they left.

UA Highschool

4:00 PM

Nurse's Office

Connor groaned as his eyes slowly started to flicker open. The sun was already starting to set as he turned to his side, rubbing his eyes as he did. "Ugh, what happened? I feel like I got hit by Koragg's horse." He groaned.

"What happened, is that Nemuri tricked you into coming into her classroom, where she was once again conducting her 'extra lessons' with female students, which resulted in you fainting and bleeding from your nose." Recovery Girl answered, walking up to the bed the Red Ranger was laying on. "You're not the first student who's fainted when seeing a fellow student in one of her 'captive heroine lessons' and you're certainly not the last. But at the very least, you're not one of those students who found the situation to be 'exciting'." The elderly heroine answered.

"Not like I'm into that kind of stuff." Connor huffed as he got off the bed. "Must have missed all my afternoon classes. Mr. Aizawa is definitely going to kill me."

"I wouldn't worry so much about that. He's well aware of Nermuri's passion for things related to the world of BDSM and has explained that such behavior isn't suitable for a teacher, but she has explained that it's to train heroes on how to deal with situations like that in the future, considering she's been in quite a few of them herself." Recovery Girl assured.

"I don't even want to know about what she went through." Connor mused, just as the nurse's office door opened and stepping in was Andrew. "Uh, who are you?"

"Andrew Hartford, head of Hartford Industries, you can call me Andy, I prefer that name anyway." Andy answered, holding out his hand to Connor who promptly took. "I know who you are, Connor Grayson. You and the others used the first Megazord to take out that giant monster a while back and you combined your Megazord with the Drill Driver in Angel Lake. Nice to finally meet the Red Ranger."

"Um, thanks?" Connor said, unsure. "So, why are you here?" he asked.

"Well, it's better that I explain it to you and the other rangers together. Plus, there's a pro hero that we need to meet as well." Andy explained as Connor got up from the bed. "Come on, let's not keep them waiting."

After getting the ok from Recovery Girl, Connor followed Andy out to the entrance of the school, where a limo was waiting, the door held open by the android butler where to his surprise, the other rangers were waiting for them, already inside. "So, did you sleep well?" TJ joked.

"Very funny. Not my fault Miss Midnight was conducting her 'extra lessons'." Connor groaned as Andy took a seat in the limo, which Spencer then entered and drove from UA. "Ok, so what's this about?"

"Well," Andy began, pressing a button on the armrest of his seat and activated a projector in the middle of the limo's back area. "First of all, Hartford Industries is holding a charity party in a few days. It's casino themed, with games like blackjack, poker, roulette and such with the proceeds made going to provide in rebuilding cities and towns that suffered the worst villain attacks all across the world, Africa, the states, Europe, Asia, you get the idea." He explained as the projector displayed the various games and events that were going to be held during said event.

"A casino charity event?" Anthony asked with an eyebrow raised.

"There's also a special venue with the artifacts my archeological teams have uncovered over the years being on display before they are donated to the various museums my company has worked with in the past. Among those is also the Corona Aurora, which was recently discovered." Andy added.

"The Corona Aurora!? But I thought the Sentinel Knight took it away from Earth after Moltor and Flurious were defeated years ago?" Lena said with surprise.

"We all thought that was the case, but it appears that something drew the Corona Aurora back to Earth. If I'm right, it's possible that the Grand Cross had something to do with the Corona's return to Earth." Andy surmised. "Being the case, I'd like for the five of you to attend the event, as extra security in the event that your enemies try to steal the crown. I am sure that Moltor and Flurious will try to steal it, but as for the others, I'm not so sure."

"I'm sensing there's a but coming." Melissa guessed.

"Yeah, there is. Aside from Ryukyu and her student, Nejire Hado helping with security, I've also reached out to Endeavor to help prevent any sort of theft of the artifacts or the Corona. I know that he's spoken out against the rangers ever since you first arrived on the scene but given the circumstances, I felt that it was necessary to have on security. I would have gone with All Might, but considering he's a teacher at UA, he's probably got a lot of paperwork to do, as is common with teachers. But, if it makes you feel any better, I've spoke with the Silver Guardians and have been assured by Commander Collins and Captain Myers, that they'll be on security detail as well, plus I'm told that Endeavor is bringing his son, Shoto to the event." Andy went on.

The five lightspeed rangers looked at each other, all of them mentally groaning. Endeavor was not their biggest fan, even after what he saw they were capable of after the USJ. On the other hand, Shoto was more understanding than his father and respected them as heroes, but he was rather distant from them. "How long until the event?" Melissa asked.

"It's this Saturday. It's from 5pm to 10pm, so you won't have to worry about being late for school." Andy answered, reaching into the armrest of his seat and pulled out a set of invitations.

"Considering that our enemies might be after the crown, I guess it would be a smart move for us to provide extra security for the event." Melissa answered. "Is there anything else?"

"Actually, yes, there's something I want to show all of you, and I think you'll like it." Andy added, as the limo came to a stop outside a luxury clothing store. "Considering that this is a black-tie event, you're all going to need some formal clothing, so let's get this out of the way now before we forget, don't worry, I'll cover the expenses." He continued as Spencer opened the limo door and the young head stepped out of the limo, followed by the rangers.

After a few hours, the rangers returned to their home away from home, each of them carrying a bag with their clothing for the event in their hands, then looked back to Andy. "I'll see you all in a couple of days." He told the rangers before the limo drove away.

"Why do I have a sinking feeling that we're not in for a pleasant night." TJ groaned aloud.

April 3rd, 2221

Hartford Industries, Japan Head Office

Tokyo Japan

4:55 PM

Silver Guardians stood guard at the front of the building as cars and limos pulled up to the entrance, allowing the well-dressed guests to enter while the valets parked the vehicles. Each of the Silver Guardians stood at attention, armed with not only their standard issue blasters, but also Glock 45's.

From the main entrance, Wes and Eric used a pair of facial recognition goggles to check the ids of the guests, to ensure that no one slipped by them, whether they were monster or villain. A well-dressed couple was checked out, no records of any sort of criminal history or signs of them using a quirk, and they were cleared through. "It's always the small details that can be missed that can cause an event like this to not go as planned." Ryukyu said as she walked over to the two Timeforce Rangers. "I'm still amazed by the equipment the Silver Guardians use."

"These goggles were invented by Biolab, using some technology by SPD before they pulled out of Earth." Eric answered. "Considering that there are quirks that allow people to change their physical appearance like they're a chameleon, we need to be ready for anything that we'll face in the future."

"And I am proud to support the fine men and women of the Silver Guardians, in all branches across the globe." Ryukyu added with a smile. At that moment, another limo pulled up to the front and stepping out from the limo, were the rangers, each of them dressed in formal attire.

Melissa wore a strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline, the upper half of which was deep blue while the skirt was a pale powder blue, which was separated into two segments by a black cloth belt with a large white rose that sat slightly to her left, covering where the material was tied, while matching the black ruffles underneath the knee length skirt while she wore open toe, white heels with straps on her feet. Her hair was also done into a high ponytail tied by a large black bow with bangs swept back underneath her red headband and golden earrings hung from her ears.

An embarrassed Lena stumbled in wearing a short, yellow, sleeveless dress with a thick black sash around her waist and black, yellow trim along the bottom. The bodice of her dress was split vertically to the sash and laced back opening, while the yoke of the dress was a transparent mesh with a opaque collar and herm, with opaque lines connecting the collar to her shoulders. She also wore a pair of black stockings and pumps on her feet. "Ugh, how does anyone walk in these things." She groaned.

"Could be worse. We could be wearing the dresses." Anthony joked, straightening the tie on his suit, which like TJ's and Connor's were dark colored tailored Italian styled suits with two cuff links on their wrists. "Then again, I don't want anyone thinking we're those type of people." He added with a shudder.

"Relax, no one thinks that, and we aren't those type of people." TJ told his friend.

"At least we've got our morphers with us." Connor reminded his friends, only to be interrupted by the approaching footsteps of a certain hero and his son. "Can't we just go one minute without him trying to put us down?"

"So once again, our paths cross again, rangers." Endeavor said with a snarl. "Shouldn't you be focusing on your studies? Or are you here to try and show us real heroes up again?"

"Since when have they ever tried to show up pro heroes?" Ryukyu questioned. "Look, Enji, I don't know or care for your reasons as to why you are telling these young people not to become heroes, but what they deal with is nothing we were trained to deal with when we were their age. Its like telling a child they can't become a hero because their quirk isn't 'heroic' and that isn't something a pro should be telling anyone."

Endeavor just snarled, exiting the building and started to patrol around the outside, much to the relief of both the rangers and Shoto, the latter of whom was in a formal silver suit, with a blue undershirt, red tie, and black shoes. "I'm sorry about my father. He's been venting his anger about the new Jungle Fury Rangers and this Kamen Rider that's shown up, while also upset that heroes like Mirko are praising you and the others." Shoto apologized.

"I'd like to see him take on Koragg one of these days." Connor grumbled to himself.

"Why don't we stop worrying about Enji for now and focus on the job. An event like this, it would make for a tempting target for villains and not just monsters, considering what is on displayed." Ryukyu told the group.

Shoto, the rangers, Eric and Wes agreed, making their way into the main room where blackjack, poker and roulette tables were all set up, while butlers and maids carried trays of champagne glasses to the guests. The catering staff for the event were putting the last touches on the food before serving it, while several men in suits were talking with Andy, who was dressed in a black tuxedo. The moment he saw the rangers, he excused himself and walked over to the rangers and Shoto. "Glad you guys could make it." he greeted, then turned to Shoto. "You must be Shoto Todoroki. I saw your fight during the Sports Festival, and I have to admit, you are quite a powerhouse. Your mom must be proud."

"Yeah, she is." Shoto answered in a somewhat emotionless tone. "My father kept on keeps saying that it's only my first step on becoming the hero he wants me to be, but I'll be my own here, not the one he wants me to be."

'That sounds like Endeavor.' The rangers thought at the same time before Melissa caught sight of something, nudged Connor in the shoulder, who turned into the direction his sister was gesturing towards.

From behind a crowd of people, dressed in a short white, sleeveless, Chinese dress that went down to her knees, with a blue flower pattern embroidered into the design, nylon stockings, a pair of white heels and long white opera gloves, and her hair tied up in a single ponytail was Nejire, who was looking through the crowd for her friends. The sight of her in a dress made Connor's face turn red, while his sister chuckled before Spencer stepped in front of them with a tray in his hands. "Some refreshments, my young friends?" the butler asked.

Connor, whose face was still red, hastily made his way towards the second floor. "Great timing, Spencer. Great timing." Andy said with sarcasm.

"Did I interrupt something, sir?" the android asked.

Parking garage

At that very moment, unknown to any of the rangers, Bara Cop materialized into the parking garage where the vehicles of the guests were parked. The robot cop snickered as he, and Ooze men given to him by Ivan changed their appearance into that of Silver Guardian, all of them wearing sunglasses to hide their eyes before they marched into the building.

Also at that very moment, Koragg had appeared on the roof of a nearby building, his wolf companion sitting by his legs. "I will make my appearance when the time is right. I will not attack those who cannot fight back or have nothing to do with the mission." He said to himself.

Interior

Connor was on the second floor of the building, staring down at the guests who were already starting to play the games that had been set up, grabbed themselves something to eat or were otherwise conversing with each other. "That was a close one." He sighed to himself.

"What was a close one?" Nejire said, causing the Red Ranger to nearly jump out of his suit, which made her laugh. "Wow, you are certainly easy to startle."

"I hate it when people do that me." Connor grumbled, before he turned to face Nejire and once again was amazed by her beauty. "W-wow, you look great." He stuttered.

"Really? I never get a chance to wear something like this, but Ryukyu figured that since it was a formal event, she'd let me dress up instead of wearing my hero costume." Nejire explained. "Besides, you always said I look good in anything."

"Anything that isn't ropes, gags and such." Connor muttered.

"Yeah, sorry about that. Miss Midnight really gets a bit too into her extra lessons. I think she really gets turned on when it comes to her lessons. She says it's to get young heroes like me prepared for the event we get captured by villains with a kink for the whole BDSM thing she likes." Nejire apologized. "At least I don't get rope burns on my body."

"Well, we can be thankful for that." Connor agreed. "I'm guessing this is the dress you bought that day we had our date?" he asked, looking at her dress.

"Yep. I am Ryukyu's intern and seeing as she wears a Qipao for her hero costume, I started to like it and figured I'd want to wear one, just didn't find the right moment until now." Nejire answered, but then quickly changed the subject. "So, is there anything catching your eye?"

"So far, everything is normal. No sign of monsters, foot soldiers, villains or who knows what." Connor answered, looking back down at the party. "But there's something else."

"About that dream you had?" Nejire asked.

"Yeah, well, we had a little help from our new ally, Kamen Rider Decade, who I will say is not pink, but a magenta color and I think, the Grand Cross is a lot more powerful than we thought. It's possible that our battles will be spreading into other worlds, maybe even bring us into contact with new enemies." Connor started.

"But given our abilities now, we might not be able to face them." Melissa continued as she and Andy joined the two of them. "Koragg was able to damage the Lightspeed Megazord during our first battle with him, those Nomu monsters like the one we took out with Decade and Mirko are stronger than we anticipated and now we have the Phantom Beasts, Trakenna and who knows who that we have to face."

"Yeah, and let's not forget that Olympius has those quirk extractors which can take multiple quirks from anyone within a four-meter radius. They might be small, but that still means a lot of people will be losing their quirks." Andy added. "Which brings us to another reason why I asked you guys to come. There's something you need to hear."

Connor, Melissa and Nejire looked at each other with grave concern, before they followed Andy back down to the ground floor, gathered Lena, TJ and Anthony, headed for the elevator and took it down to the lower levels.

Outside

Endeavor continued his patrol around the building, silently telling himself that he would prove that the rangers weren't needed in this era, that the days of the Power Rangers were long gone. But at the same time, he felt conflicted. Something about what the Red Ranger said about a forest fire brought up a painful memory, a memory he had vowed never to forget, his greatest failure.

His thoughts were interrupted when he caught sight of a group of Silver Guardians, guarding the loading dock of the building where the supplies were delivered, a place that should have already been cleared and locked down. "You there! What are you doing here!? This area is locked down! Why aren't you at your assigned posts?" Endeavor demanded, but the Silver Guardians said nothing and ignored him. "I asked you a question soldier! Don't ignore me!" Endeavor shouted in annoyance.

At that moment, it happened. One of the Silver Guardians suddenly drew their Glock and fired at Endeavor. The flaming hero sprinted forwards towards the soldier, dodging the bullets flying towards him before he slammed his elbow into the soldier's stomach, knocking them down to the ground, before grabbing the second soldier, throwing them into the wall. "What the hell is going on here!?"

He soon felt a chill in the air before a blast of cold wind was blasted towards him. "It seems that we have a hero outside, brother." Flurious said, as he and Moltor emerged from behind him. "And the Number 2 hero of, Japan, is it? That is the name of this country, is it not?"

"His fires are indeed strong, as strong as mine, I wager. But that is not why we are here, brother. The Corona Aurora awaits us and this time, nothing will stop us from getting the power we desire." Moltor added. "But it would be rude of us not to leave this hero with something in exchange for letting us through. So why don't we give him a present."

Both brothers snapped their fingers and summoned a horde of Chillers and Lava Lizards. "So, these are more of the enemies the rangers have faced?" Endeavor questioned, before he smirked. "Now, I have a chance to show them what a real hero looks like." As the horde of foot soldiers charged towards him, his flames began to burn brightly as he charged towards the foot soldiers, not noticing that Moltor and Flurious had left the battle.

Hartford Industries lower levels

The elevator dinged as it came to a stop, the doors opening up as Andrew, the rangers, Shoto and Nejire stepped out and into a long hallway. "Hartford Industries has received a lot of requests from Pro Heroes and students from the various hero schools across the country for support gear. Along with Biolab and Holter Energy, we're one of the top support companies in the world, so that means we have a lot of rivals, rivals who would do anything to get their hands on the technology we use to make these pieces of gear and the blueprints. You'd be surprised at how many villains are hired by companies for corporate espionage." Andrew started, gesturing to a window above the assembly line where the gear was made. "When we get a request for a support item, we have one of our people test out the prototype of the item, if they have a similar quirk to one who put in the request, test it out and determine if there are any kinks in the design before we move onto making the final product."

"What happens when you make the final product?" TJ asked.

"That's easy, we ask the student or hero who made the request to come in and try out the final product, if it works out, they pay us for our work and are given the final product. If it doesn't function the way it's supposed to, we take it back, inspect it for any flaws, repair the flaws and call them back to try it again." Andrew answered. "I can't tell you how many times a pro hero has come back after the item we built for them didn't work when came to pick it up."

"I can think of one student in the support course who would be going inventor crazy with all this technology, probably even be pestering you about her inventions." Melissa said with a chuckle.

"You mean that Hatsume girl from the Sports Festival?" Andrew chuckled. "Yeah, I was impressed by her inventions, but not in the way she demonstrated them. Pretty sure that no one wanted to watch what they thought was a commercial during a festival."

"So, I'm guessing that you moved the production line underground to keep spies from stealing the items and plans?" Lena guessed.

"That's right. But this isn't only the production site. We have underground facilities all across Japan, which are connected by rail. By connecting them by rail, it not only eliminates delays in deliveries, but also keeps the shipments safe from thieves." Andrew assured, just as one of the trains that ran on this railway pulled up to the platform, where several workers started to load up crates onto the flatbed. "It also helps in transporting any artifacts we have stored in the vault that we send to any archeologists who might know something about any artifacts."

"Ok, but what does this have to do with us?" Anthony asked.

"Ah, that's the best part." Andrew said with a smile and led the group further down the hall where a secured door opened after he passed through a set of scanners embedded into the walls. Behind the door was a large control room, which viewed what appeared to be a dark room, but the moment the lights turned on, it revealed the control room was for the bay for the Drivezords. "Bet you were wondering where these zords went after you fought that Nomu." Andrew chuckled.

"Among other things." Connor answered, taken aback.

"Dump Truck, submarine, race car, gyro aircraft, bulldozer, drilling vehicle, excavator, cement mixer, crane truck, fighter jet or flying wing, crash tender, ambulance, police cruiser, light fighter jet, a freighter, another fighter jet, steam roller, and an attack aircraft." Shoto listen, gazing at each of the large vehicles. "Some of these were destroyed by Flurious during the final with him years ago. I'm guessing that you had these rebuilt long before Olympius and his allies returned to the land of the living, right?"

"Well, they were restored or rebuilt until the Grayson's came up with the idea of using ranger technology to create support items for heroes, but after they died, the project continued, on the company's own dollar, so yeah, we spent the last eleven years to build them." Andrew admitted with a rub of his hair. "That and the warning that Doctors Shield and Tatsumi translated had me concerned about the whole thing."

"Well, you got several teams of rangers that can make good use of these zords, plus combining with the Lightspeed Megazord really helped them out at Angel Lake. So, there's no shortage of pilots for these machines, but what's all this about the Corona Aurora?" Nejire asked.

Andrew smiled, then pressed a button on one of the consoles, turning on one of the monitors which displayed the security feed for inside the vault, on sublevel 4, where the said crown was kept behind a laser grid. "I spared no expense in installing the best security system for the vault. No one gets into the vault unless they have the proper authorization, which is only limited to me and Spencer." He assured the rangers and their allies.

"Yeah, but what if someone hacks Spencer's programing and turns him against you? I mean, he is an android." Melissa asked.

"I personally built the firewalls to Spencer's programing myself, unless that someone is me, then they won't be able to reprogram him." Andrew said with full confidence. Just then, the room began to shake. "Don't tell me your dad's causing a fit upstairs?"

"That wasn't my father." Shoto answered, then caught the sight of something on the monitor. "Best guess, it was them." he pointed, revealing Bara Cop, 'his' Silver Guardians, Moltor and Flurious at the vault door, ready to blast it again, with the help of a couple of Batlings with rocket launchers.

"How'd they get past the security!?" Andrew shouted in dismay.

"I'm guessing it has something to do with those Silver Guardians." Connor guessed.

"Sir. We have a situation." Came Spencer's voice over the intercom in the control room. "It appears that our party has come under attack by several monsters. Lady Ryukyu and the Silver Guardians are dealing with them now, but I am more worried about anyone who would try to break into the vault."

"We know that, Spencer. We see them on the monitor. Keep the guests safe, we'll deal with the ones going for the vault." Andrew said into the intercom. "We can't let them get the Corona Aurora." He then pressed a button, opening a drawer which contained two blasters, similar to the ones used by the Silver Guardians, one of which he handed to Shoto. "You don't have a provisional license, so you can't use your quirk. Use this." He told the half-and-half boy while he took the second blaster.

"I won't need to use a blaster. Part of my old man's training was to get me familiar with martial arts to use with my quirk. But I'll at least take it as a backup, just in case." Shoto said, taking the blaster before the group headed back for the elevator which they took to sublevel 4.

Main Floor

Tables were pushed over as makeshift cover, which the Silver Guardians used for cover when some of their own started firing back at them for unexplained reasons. The guests panicked as their security started attacking, along with several dozen Ooze men, Cyclobots, and Batlings that appeared out of thin air and joined the attack. "Stand down soldiers!" Wes shouted, already morphed as was Eric, but the soldiers didn't respond and just fired at them. "There's no way any of them would be turned against us!"

"I don't think they betrayed us, Wes." Eric pointed out, noticing that some of their men were fighting whatever it was that was controlling them, as evidenced by the strong will of one soldier. That soldier was easily taken down when Ryukyu tackled the soldier to the ground and knocked them out with a strong punch to the face, then used her legs to sweep a second off their feet, followed by an elbow to that soldier's stomach. "Good think that we got a pro here that doesn't think they betrayed the company."

"Stop watching me fight boys and start helping me!" Ryukyu shouted, just as a couple of Batlings grabbed her arms, trying to pin her down, only for a blast to knock them both to the ground. The shooter, clad in a black dress, her arm extended out and smoking, was Lady Nagant, who loaded another bullet molded from her hair into her arm, then fired at an Ooze Man, splattering it across the room. "It still amazes me that you two were able to get her released from prison after all these years."

Eric and Wes just smirked under their helmets and called forth their bladed weapons before they leapt over and started to cut down the attacking foot soldiers. Wes used his Chrono Sabers to cut down a pair of Batlings, while Eric swung the Quantum Defender in an upward angle on an Ooze Man, slicing it in half which then splattered across the wall.

Above them, Lady Nagant kept on firing at the foot soldiers, protecting the guests from harm. She didn't notice that an Ooze Man had managed to sneak up on her and was about to pounce, until it was hit in the head by a tray, leaving a rather large bend in the tray while the creature itself fell to the ground. The former hero turned Silver Guardian turned her head to see that it was Spencer, who slammed the tray down on the foot soldier. "I know they are monsters, but sneaking up on a lady is very poor manners." The butler said aloud, the sniper hero trying hard to hold a chuckle before she turned back to sniping the enemy below.

Back outside, Endeavor had finished off the last of the Chillers and Lava Lizards sent to keep him busy, but a new challenge faced him in the form of Koragg who leapt down from his spot and stood before him. "So, you're the Knight Wolf? The one who forms his own Megazord? What was your name? Koragg?" Endeavor asked aloud.

"I am indeed." Koragg answered. "And you are Endeavor, the Flaming Hero. Number 2 on the Japanese Hero Billboard Chart. The one who aims to become the new Number One Hero. Your powers are impressive, but you are far from a worthy opponent."

"Excuse me?" Endeavor shouted, almost yelling.

"Your obsession to surpass All Might is a clear sign of repeated failures, failures that have plagued you since your youth. The death of your father, which you witnessed firsthand, yet you are aware of your limitations and continue to climb to your goal, but you are stubborn and won't abandon your goal. That is something I respect." Koragg continued. "But you are just the same as you were back then, you focus all your goals on young Shoto, molding him into the hero you want him to be, ignoring his siblings and admitted your wife into to the psychiatric ward, due to the mental brake down she suffered."

"How do you know all this!?" Endeavor demanded.

"If you wish to find out," Koragg began, laying his sword and shield down on the ground, cracked his knuckles then held them at the ready. "Then come and find out. Face me in combat and if you manage to survive, I will tell you."

This caused Endeavor to let out a growl. Somehow, Koragg knew more about him, despite only meeting him today and somehow, he felt like he was familiar. But all Endeavor saw was a villain he needed to defeat. His growl subsided as he cracked his neck, then raised his fists. "You're going to tell me everything when I take you down." Endeavor vowed, his flames igniting as he charged towards Koragg, who in turn charged at him, both of their fists slamming against one another which created a massive gust of wind.

Sub Level 4

Batlings placed thermite charges on the vault door, which was covered in blast marks from their rocket launchers that failed to even make a dent in the massive door. Angered, Bara Cop ordered his 'Silver Guardians' and the others to place charges on the door, planning on burning through the door to enter the vault. "Careful with those charges! They burn at four-thousand degrees, hotter than anything you've ever been burned with! So, unless you want to become roasted bats, then place them as exactly as I say." The robotic cop shouted.

The Batlings and 'Guardians' placed the charges all along the doors frame, while Moltor and Flurious stood back with their own forces, feeling the power of the Corona Aurora behind the door and already tasting the raw power that would soon be theirs. "Once we have the power, we will turn against that young prince and call the shots! We will be the ones running the show and destroy the rangers!" Moltor told his brother.

"That brother is a sound idea. But I believe it would be better if we continue to serve the prince, until the time is right for us to take over." Flurious advised. "Besides, it will take time for us to master the powers of the crown."

"You know, I'm still upset about when you broke my sled when we were children." Moltor told his brother, then turned around. "But I'm more focused on destroying the rangers!" he finished, launching a blast of lightning from his hands down the hall, which the rangers and their allies dodged. "Thought you could sneak up on us, didn't you?! We're prepared for whatever you rangers have planned for us!"

"That shows what you know!" Melissa shouted back, she and the other rangers standing ready before holding up their morphers. "Let's do it, guys!"

"Lightspeed! Rescue!" the rangers shouted and morphed into their ranger forms.

"Destroy them!" Moltor and Flurious shouted to their soldiers, who charged into battle along with their masters.

Melissa kicked a Lava Lizard in the chest, then swept another one off its feet with her legs. She raised her arms, using them to block a pickaxe from a Chiller, which she then disarmed and threw towards several of its allies, which in turn revealed the thermite charges. "They're trying to burn through the vault door!" she shouted.

Lena backflipped onto a desk, punching a Lava Lizard in the face before leaping over the desk and kicked it into said lizard, trapping it and several other foot soldiers against the wall, then grabbed the wrist of a Chiller that was about to grab her which she threw to the ground over her shoulders. One Lava Lizard was about to slash at her with its Scimitar, only for Nejire to kick the creature in the chest, sending it to the ground. "Wow, you're good." The yellow ranger praised.

Nejire smiled as she used her arms to parry a punch from a Lava Lizard, then chopped the back of its neck. A Chiller swung its pickaxe at her, forcing her to drop to the ground, then got herself back to her feet before sweeping the Chiller off its feet, driving her elbow down into its stomach, followed by a kick to the groin on a third foot soldier, which made the creature howl in pain. "Ryukyu taught me how to fight without my quirk, so I'm not some helpless damsel!" she snarked.

Anthony chopped a Lava Lizard on the neck, knocking it down, then noticed Shoto surrounded by several enemy soldiers, and rushed to assist, but was intercepted by several Batlings. Drawing his blaster in baton mode, he cut down several soldiers with his weapon but was stopped when several foot soldiers grabbed him by the arms and legs, which forced him to drop his baton.

"Anthony!" Shoto shouted, ducking down and delivered a strong uppercut to a Chillers face, then dived down to grab Anthony's baton, twirling it around and used it to parry and attack several foot soldiers, distracting the ones holding the green ranger long enough for him break free of their grips, allowing him to rush to Shoto's side. "Guess they got the drop on you." Shoto analyzed, handing Anthony his weapon back.

"Could happen to any ranger." Anthony replied, before he and Shoto stood back-to-back, while the fire and ice user tossed his blaster to a nearby Andrew.

Andrew drew his blaster, fired a few shots, gunning down several enemies before catching Shoto's blaster and crossed his arms together with both weapons in hand. "Let's go akimbo." Andrew quipped, ducking backwards while firing his weapons at a Chiller, before he threw himself backwards down the hall, firing his weapons at the Batlings charging towards him. One Batling threw a grenade towards him, which forced him to leap forwards and fire his blasters as the grenade exploded. Skidding on the floor for a few moments, he found himself laying at the feet of the Batlings before they were knocked off their feet by TJ who kicked them off their feet. "Nice sweep kick."

"Thanks." TJ replied, grabbing the arm of a Batling, then drove his elbow into its face before kicking it back into its allies, knocking them down like bowling pins. He then leapt forwards, with both feet extended outwards and slammed them into the chest of a Batling. "Strike!"

Connor ducked down to avoid pickaxe from a Chiller, punched the creature in the face, then kicked it back into its comrades before he drew his blaster in baton mode, raising it up to block the staff and dual swords of the two brothers. "You both trying to give me special treatment because I'm the leader of the Lightspeed Rangers? I'm flattered, but I'm not looking for special treatment." He taunted.

"No, we're keeping you busy before the charges burn through the metal!" Moltor exclaimed, pushing Connor's weapon off his own, allowing him and his brother to slash him across the chest with their weapons, just as the charges finished burning through the metal. "Now brother!" Moltor shouted, leaping back as he and Flurious fired lighting and an ice beam at the rangers and their allies, along with several shots from Bara Cops handgun, knocking them down to the ground as the vault door fell to the ground with a massive thud. "Now, to claim what is rightfully ours."

Both brothers stepped into the vault and went right for the Corona Aurora, which was now unprotected by the laser grid, which had been taken down when the vault door was opened. "At long last, the Corona Aurora will belong to us, and we will rule the world!" Flurious said with a smirk.

Suddenly, without warning just the two reached for the crown, it started to glow brightly before engulfing them, Bara Cop, their soldiers, the rangers, Andrew, Nejire, and Shoto who were then transported out into the plaza outside the building. "What happened? Where is the Corona Aurora?!" Flurious demanded. No one had the answer until they heard Andrew laughing as the young head got back to his feet. "What's so funny?!"

"Wow, you guys really are stupid." He said, ripping off his suit to reveal a black jacket with red lining over a black uniform. Attached to his upper left arm was a sort of tracking device while on the left upper part of his jacket, was the symbol of the Overdrive series rangers. "You really think it would be that easy to find the crown? It was never on earth to begin with, it was all a trick, just to lure the two of you out and take you down." He announced.

"That was a fake!?" the rangers, Moltor, Flurious and Nejire shouted at once. "How did you make it!?"

"I used my power to make it!" Came a booming voice as flying through the night sky in a trail of golden energy was the guardian of the Corona Aurora, the one who turned the two brothers into the monsters they were now, was the Sentinel Knight. "I knew you villains would try and seek out the Corona Aurora, so I came to young Andrew and devised the plan to lure you into a trap, to defeat the two of you once and for all." The guardian announced, then turned to Andrew. "It's time my friend."

"Right!" Andrew said, grabbing the tracking device from his uniform, twirled it around, pressed a button and opened it up. "Overdrive! Accelerate!" he shouted, sliding the tracker down his arm, which then switched into a sort of decoder like mode, which brought up a display of an arsenal and power before it entered his body, forming a red and white striped ranger suit with silver pads on his shoulders, arms and boots, silver mouth piece, a black oval visor, four headlights, a silver belt and holster, and the symbol of the Overdrive Rangers in the center of his suit. "Kick into Overdrive! Red Ranger!" he announced.

"Another Red Ranger!?" Moltor shouted at the top of his lungs.

"So cool!" Nejire beamed.

"Didn't see that coming." Melissa shrugged.

"I don't care if there are five hundred of your red rangers! You're all going down!" Bara Cop shouted, drawing his gun and fired at Andrew, but his shots barely phased the new ranger. "Argh! You two, get out of here! I'll deal with this myself!" the robot officer shouted, much to the annoyance of the two brothers, but they reluctantly decided to listen to the monsters' words and retreated. "Come on! Show me what you got!" he goaded.

"You asked for it!" Andrew replied and drew his sidearm. "Drive Defender! Blade mode!" he shouted and charged towards Bara Cop's remaining soldiers, slashing down a Lava Lizard with a vertical slash, then brought his weapon around his back to block the attack from a Chiller. "Hey! You aren't going to let the new guy do all the work now, are you?" he shouted back to the others who were still in a state of shock.

"You heard him, let's back him up!" TJ shouted in agreement, getting back to his feet and joined the battle.

Her spirals surrounding her legs and arms, Nejire shot forward, then rose up into the air before aiming down at a couple of Batlings, launching a pair of spiraling projectiles towards the foot soldiers, knocking them to the ground. "Good thing I have a provisional license." She said to herself, before diving down and flew towards another pair of Batlings and knocked them down with her arms spread out. "Oh yeah! Take that! Hey, why do you guys not like water? Do demons have hydrophobia? That's weird."

Shoto's fist slammed into the chin of a Lava Lizard, sending it backwards before he spun round with a roundhouse kick and knocked another Lava Lizard into plaza's fountain. He followed up with a kick to the chest of a Batling, also sending it into the fountain, then ducked down to avoid the pickaxe of a Chiller which he then punched it in the chest. 'My old man says Pro heroes can handle these freaks. He's never faced anything like this before, even if he didn't face off against a monster.' He thought to himself, leaping back before he was slashed by a Batling. "I don't have time to think about that! I need to focus on the here and now!" he told himself, bringing his focus back to the fight.

Connor, TJ and Anthony dodged the slashes from a trio of Batlings, then drew their blasters and fired at the monsters, putting them down before extending their weapons into their baton mode, raising them to block the blades from several Lava Lizards and Chillers. The three were forced down by the weight of force of the enemy weapons, but by combining their efforts, they pushed the blades off of them, allowing Anthony to cut them all down.

Besides them, Lena and Melissa swung their V-Lancers at a couple of Batlings, cutting them down. "Lena! Watch out!" Melissa shouted, raising her V-Lancer to block a blow from a Lava Lizard, which Lena then cut down. "Nice work." She praised.

"Thanks." Lena replied.

The Sentinel Knight threw a punch at Bara Cops chest, allowing Andrew to charge in and slash at the robot cops chest with his blade. Bara Cop then aimed his handgun and fired a series of laser blasts at the new Red Ranger, only for the Sentinel Knight to step in front of the young man and took the hit instead. "You are wasting your time, villain. The crown is not here, so why do you stay?" the Knight asked.

"Because I'm going to be the one who destroys the rangers!" Bara Cop answered, releasing a cloud of smoke from the pipe on his back that blinded the two, allowing the robotic officer to fire his weapon again, this time at Andrew who cried out in pain. "That's one down!"

"Wrong!" Andrew exclaimed, as the smoke cleared and revealed that he was now wearing a silver protective vest with the symbol of the Overdrive rangers on the chest, in the center of a blue circle, red stripes on the outer chest and blue on the shoulders. "You're not getting rid of me that easily!"

"What!?" the robot officer shouted as the Lightspeed Rangers stood side-by-side with their newest ranger.

"Drill Blaster!" Andrew shouted, summoning forth a drill-like weapon into his hands, then aimed it at Bara Cop. The Sentinel Knight placed his hands on Andrew's left shoulder, knowing the power of the weapon now in the new rangers hands, which Shoto and Nejire took as a cue to do themselves.

"Rescue Bird!" Connor shouted, summoning the mechanical bird in blaster mode and took aim as well with the rangers bracing him. "Target Locked!"

"Ready!" TJ and Anthony reported.

"Aim!" Lena and Melissa added.

"Calamity Breaker! Fire!" Connor shouted and pulled the trigger. A beam fired from the Rescue Bird and slammed into Bara Cop, sending him flying back a few feet.

"Don't forget us! Fire!" Anthony shouted and pulled the trigger. The drill bit spun until it reached full power, then the projectile shot forward and slammed right through Bara Cops chest, who then started to spark before falling to the ground and exploded. "Not bad for a new guy."

"I'm not done yet!" Bara Cop roared, slowly getting back to his feet before he pulled out a growth bomb from behind his back, pulled the pin and threw it hard on the ground in front of him, exploding as he grew to gigantic size. "Now who's the big dog around here!?" the enlarged robotic cop echoed.

"Here we go again!" TJ groaned.

"We know the drill." Connor added, raising his hand to his helmet. "Rail Rescues! On Track!"

Ocean

Rising to the surface once again, the train tracks rose from beneath the waves and connected to the rescue bay as the bays opened up, revealing the five rail rescues, which shot forward down the tracks with a sharp blast from Rail Rescue One's whistle, coupling to one another as the rail network materialized a set of train tracks which the Rail Rescues sped down towards Tokyo and through the night.

Downtown Tokyo

Screeching to a halt, the rail rescues came to a stop not far from where Bara Cop was going on a rampage, and the rangers, plus Shoto and Nejire each jumped into their respective Rescue Zords and formed the Lightspeed Megazord. "Never been inside a cockpit like this before." Shoto said aloud as he stood behind TJ's seat.

"Just be sure to hold on tight." TJ advised the son of the Number Two hero as the megazord turned to face robotic police officer who roared, then started to circle the megazord, which the rangers did as well before Bara Cop charged towards them.

Both he and the Lightspeed Megazord grabbed each other, wrestling for control, but the robotic cop soon gained the upper hand, and sucker punched the megazord in the chest, knocking it back, giving him the opening to fire his handgun at the megazord, striking it in the chest. "I think you all need to be on lock down!" he shouted, then tossed a pair of handcuffs that latched onto the megazords hands, binding them.

"Seriously!?" Anthony groaned.

"We're not criminals!" Lena added.

Bara Cop fired his handgun again, striking the megazord in the chest and knocked it to the ground. "This is almost too easy! I thought you rangers would be more of a challenge, but it looks like I was wrong." He then held out his hand and summoned a police baton which grew to the length of a sword. "Time for some police brutality!"

Just as the monster was about to bring his baton down on the rangers, an enlarged, yet short golden sword intercepted the baton, followed by a series of laser blasts from the four mini-jets while the mini-racers zoomed around Bara Cops legs, knocking him off the ground and onto his back as the Drivemax Megazord arrived on the scene, saber in hand while the sword transformed into the enlarged Sentinel Knight. "I thought you two had gone home to mommy!" the monster taunted.

"You're not going to get away with crashing my company's party! You're going down you pathetic excuse for a police officer!" Andrew shouted from within the Drivemax's cockpit.

"Oh, I'm so scared, not!" Bara Cop taunted as he charged towards the Drivemax Megazord, which in turn charged towards him and swung his baton, which collided with the megazords saber.

"Hey! A little help here!" Nejire called out from Connor's cockpit. Her plea for help was answered as the Sentinel Knight stood over them and with a mighty chop, broke the handcuffs in half, then pulled the Lightspeed Rangers back to their feet. "Thank you."

"You're welcome my lady." The Sentinel Knight replied.

"I hope I'm not intruding on anything important." Spencer said over the radio. "But I believe that it would be prudent to use another of the Drivezords for another new combination."

(Synchro Summon theme starts)

Engines roared as the Cement Driver rolled onto the scene and towards the Lightspeed Megazord. "Initiating linkup!" the five rangers shouted as they sent their megazord into a sprint before leaping into the air, where the Cement Driver flew alongside, then slid up both the megazords left arm. "Lightspeed Megazord! Cement Formation!" the rangers shouted.

(End theme)

Bara Cop pushed the Drivemax Megazord back before he saw the new Megazord formation and scoffed. "Big deal! That doesn't scare me!" he then raised his handgun and fired at the Lightspeed Megazord, but his shots missed. The Lightspeed Megazord then aimed its new appendage, which spun around before it fired a stream of quick drying cement which trapped Bara Cop in place. "I can't move!"

"Let's see you try using handcuffs on us now!" Lena shouted.

"Time to finish this!" The Sentinel Knight declared and shifted into his sword mode, which the Drivemax Megazord caught in one hand, holding the Drivemax Saber in the other. The Cement Driver detached from the Lightspeed Megazord, allowing the rangers to bring out the Lightspeed Megazord saber and the Star Saber. "Together as one!"

"Drivemax Megazord! Final Strike!" Andrew shouted, pushing on his controls and slashed Bara Cop across the chest with both blades.

"Swords Invoke the Light! Double Victory Prominence!" the Lightspeed Rangers shouted, swinging their own blades down onto Bara Cop before finally, the monster fell to the ground and exploded.

Down below them, Koragg delivered a punch to Endeavors chest just as Bara Cop exploded. "So, the machine has failed. No matter." Koragg mused, leaping back to avoid a fiery punch from the Flame Hero and collected his weapon. "You may not be much of a hero, but you are certainly a worthy opponent. It's no wonder that your oldest son still looked up to you."

"Don't you dare mention that name!" Endeavor shouted, lunging at Koragg, only for the Knight Wolf to leap back.

"Our next battle will have a different outcome; I can assure you." Koragg promised before he vanished, leaving Endeavor with a lot to think about.

Skull Cavern

"So, the crown the two of you were looking for turned out to be a fake, eh? I knew it all along." Ivan taunted the brothers.

"You knew and you didn't tell us?!" Moltor snarled.

"Well, you two never asked if anyone knew if it was the real deal." Ivan answered nonchalantly, only to find himself on the receiving end of Moltors swords and Flurious's staff. "I'm sensing a lot of hostility from you two."

"You knew the Corona Aurora was a fake and you didn't tell us about it. Thanks to your incompetence, the Sentinel Knight has returned to aid the rangers and now there's another Red Ranger to worry about!" Flurious exclaimed.

Ivan just casually pushed the ice users' staff away from his face, then the fire users' swords away. "First off, incompetence is not the word I would be using. Second, I heard all about how you two planned on using the power of the crown to overthrow the dear prince. I could easily tell him that you two were planning a little coup, but then again it would weaken us." Ivan stated. "The only way we'll destroy those kiddies is if we work together. Alone, we will fall. But only together will we beat them. So, I suggest you get those thoughts of overthrowing our allies out of your heads, unless you want the prince to find out."

Both brothers knew that Ivan made a valid point and decided to heed his advice, then turned away, leaving Ivan alone just as Koragg entered the cavern. "So, it seemed you knew a lot about Endeavor, care to let me in on the secret?" he asked.

"It is none of your concern!" Koragg snarled, then turned and walked away.

'Knight boy knows something that the rest of us don't. From what I overheard, he seems to know the Number 2 Hero. Yuck, I'll need to wash my mouth out after saying that, but what's his connection? Ah, what does it matter. He's a powerful warrior and he'll destroy those kiddies yet.' Ivan thought to himself before picked up his goblet and walked into the darkness.

Hartford Industries, Japan Head Office

7:30 PM

Despite the recent event, the charity event continued as planned after the mess was cleaned up. A few guests were shaken up, but no one was hurt, except for a few Silver Guardians who were under the control of Bara Cop, but they didn't remember anything.

"So, let me get this straight?" Endeavor began. "You and this Sentinel Knight faked finding the Corona Aurora, lured Flurious and Moltor into a trap, then revealed that you yourself are a Power Ranger and now have pledged to assist these children in their battle?" he added, standing on the second floor with Ryukyu, Nejire, Spencer, his son, Wes, Eric, Lady Nagant, the Sentinel Knight and the Lightspeed Rangers. "Do you have any idea how many lives you put at risk with your stunt?"

"First of all, I knew what I was doing." Andrew said with no hesitation. "I was more than prepared to join the Lightspeed Rangers in their battle against these monsters. My family has a connection to the Power Rangers and even though I am the head of the company, I will gladly assist them when the time is right. No single team of rangers can do this alone."

"Andrew is correct, Enji." Ryukyu said in defense of the rangers. "Do you know how to operate a Megazord? Do you know how to make yourself grow like Mt. Lady to fight monsters who grow? Can you travel to another country at a moment's notice if a monster attacks Chattanooga, Boston, London or Paris? Can you put out fires? No, you can't. You might be able to take care of some things on your own, but these rangers are the only ones who can defeat these monsters. Besides, they have a legacy to uphold."

Endeavor just scoffed and walked away. "Thanks for that, Ryukyu. We ow you one." Connor said with a bow.

"I was only doing what I know is right." Ryukyu answered. "Besides, I think someone has something they want to give you." She said with a knowing smirk.

"Wait, what do…" Connor started to say before to his surprise, Nejire kissed him right on the lips. His face turned red, before he fainted.

"Say goodnight, Connor." Melissa said with a tease, before they laughed, with the exception of Shoto, Lady Nagant, the Sentinel Knight and Spencer.

And chapter is done and welcome 2025.

Unfortunately, we lost two more great people in this world, one of them being the actor who played Dutch in Star Wars.

The second, it is with sadness I inform you that the creator of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends, Britt Allcroft passed away at the age of 81. I know a lot of us have moved on from Thomas, but without her creating the series, many of our childhoods would have been different. Thankfully, the fans will keep her creation alive and running down the tracks on time. Did I also mention that she created Shining Time Station?

Anyway, we got a new red Ranger, the Sentinel Knight has returned and of course, Nejire kissed Connor for the first time.

We also have Bulk and Skull helping the rangers with their training, using Starship Troopers as their tool for training. I figured that I would use Starship Troopers since the armor of the GSA soldiers from Lost Galaxy was from Starship Troopers.

Also, Olympius has some new monsters made from Nomu. I used a few monsters from some Sci-fi Channel Movies as the inspiration for these monsters, some of which were created by the late Roger Corman. You'll see them in action soon, I promise you.

I also happened to have gotten the movie for Christmas and plan on watching them while I write sometime in the future.

Oh, and for humor, Connor fainted twice, once from seeing Miss Midnight giving Nejire 'extra' lessons and from the kiss. Anyone think Midnight is playing matchmaker?

We also have another megazord formation, so I hope you Operation Overdrive fans like that.

Anyway, it's time to learn how Connor and Izuku became best friends and for those of you wanting Izuku to be a ranger, you're in for a surprise.

So, until then, please read, review and I'll see you all next time. Also, Happy New Year!
