At Metropolis National Airport, Clark and Lois were awaiting for their flight to Greece in the waiting area waiting for their plane to be announced. Right now, the two of them were currently on a FaceTime call with Jimmy and Kara.

"I can't believe this is the first time you guys are having a vacation together. I mean, after everything that has been happening with the Superman stuff, I say you two deserve it." Jimmy remarked.

"I still can't believe it myself." Clark remarked. "I haven't been overseas for a vacation since London. And thankfully, we are not going to London."

Lois nudged Clark's shoulder. "I'd like to hear more of that London story, Smallville."

"And I don't want to relive it." Clark retorted.

"I am a little confused. I thought Grease was a terrible movie Lois Lane showed me one time where humans appeared to be singing and dancing when in reality, they would look like complete buffoons."

"Kara, that is Grease." Lois stated. "G-R-E-A-S-E. As in grease from a car. Greece is a country."

"Of course. I understand the difference now. But might I inquire as to why you're taking that flying contraption when you can just fly from Metropolis to Greece."

Clark thought about the idea. "Yeah…Then there is the problem with customs and the fact I could end up losing my luggage."

"Still insignificant of you."

"You sure you two can handle things while we're gone?" Lois asked. "It will be only for a week."

"The city will be in good hands." Jimmy assured the two. "It will be like you never left when you get back."

"Metropolis will be in one piece." Kara said. "It is good hands." Then, Kara's ears perked up. "I apologise for my sudden departure, but Prankster is on the east side causing trouble with a death ray. Have an excellent Superman-free vacation, cousin." She made a dash out of the apartment to deal with the threat.

"Alright, thanks Kara!" Clark said.

"Boarding for Flight-1041 to Athens is open. Take off is in twenty-five minutes."

"Gotta go, Jimmy. Try and make sure the city is one piece not in pieces." Clark pleaded.

"I'll do my best! Oh, and let me know if you get a Wonder Woman sighting."

Clark rolled his eyes. "Will do, Jimmy." He hung up on the phone so he and Lois could carry their luggage for their flight.

Lois leaned in with keen interest. "Wonder Woman, huh? Another conspiracy you and Jimmy were into?"

Clark looked surprised. "You never heard of her?"

Lois looked surprised. "Should I? Was she a crush I should be aware of?" She briefly laughed at her joke while Clark briefly blushed.

"Well…."

Lois looked surprised. "You had a crush on her?"

"When I was in college." Clark argued. "Ya know, like how some people would have a crush on a celebrity but probably won't go anywhere with them?"

Lois raised a brow. "Um….In case you forgot, I'm dating a celebrity and am going on vacation with him."

"Only the public don't know." Clark retorted.

Later, the couple had found their seats on the plane. They were seated next to each other, obviously, with Lois sitting close to the window to look at the clouds.

Their plane had just taken off and the eleven hour flight from Metropolis to Greece had just begun. Clark was just about ready to take a nap until Lois nudged him.

"Okay, I'm kind of curious about this Wonder Woman person." Lois admitted. "What kind of urban legend is she?"

"You sure you want to hear it?" Clark asked. "It's kind of a long story."

Lois took her boyfriend's hand in her's. "Clark, we are on an eleven hour flight. Make it as long as possible."

Clark smiled at his girlfriend. "Alright, but I warn you, it is kind of a doozy. Okay, so the legend of Wonder Woman first started over a hundred and six years ago during the First World War. It is stated that a fighter pilot, crashed in her homeland after escaping enemy captivity. The homeland was an island inhabited by women…."

"Sounds like the perfect venue for a bachelorette party." Lois remarked.

"…so the pilot was treated like a threat. After hearing his story, she felt compelled to help him but making this decision to leave her home would cause her to be banished, permanently and she will never be allowed to return. She fought during the last days of the First World War, helping the US and Britain claim victory. She eventually joined the fight in World War II when Britain was attacked during a series of air raids known as the Blitz. Some say, that two years later into the war, she met an American fighter pilot by the name of Steve Trevor and by some account, some say they fell in love. After The Second World War, Wonder Woman vanished and the love story between her and Captain Trevor was cut short."

"Did this Captain Trevor move on?" Lois asked.

"He did." Clark replied. "He married Diana Marston, a professor of Greek archeology. Him and her remained private until he passed away on December 8th, 2001 and Mrs Trevor, disappeared."

"Calling it, Mrs Trevor was Wonder Woman." Lois said.

"What?" Clark asked.

"It's obvious." Lois said. "She probably decided to stop being Wonder Woman to settle down with her Steve. They had pictures of her, right?"

"None." Clark replied. "All pictures that had her were removed from her and Steve's home in Switzerland."

"So, she must be ancient." Lois theorised.

"Actually, there were reports of her all around the world. Vietnam 1969: She rescued a family from being slaughtered by American soldiers; Munich 1972: Allegedly apprehended one of the terrorists of the Munich attack: Hong Kong 1985; Dealt with a gang of Triads: Scotland 1994; Stopped an IRA attack; And the last sighting of her goes back to as recently as 2014 where she allegedly teamed up with alleged exorcist John Constantine in Liverpool."

"So wait, if this person, who has fought in two world wars is well known, how come the history books never mentioned her?" Lois asked.

"Some say she was erased from the Library of Congress." Clark said. "Don't know if it was a patriarchal thing or the US government trying to cover up her existence due to her not exactly being human."

"And Jimmy thinks she is real?" Lois asked.

"Yeah. And with everything that has been going on in our lives, I wouldn't be surprised." Clark said.

"Let's not think about us encountering some warrior woman." Lois suggested. "Let's think about Greece and all the sights we are going to see together." She took Clark's hand in her's and the two just sat back and relaxed, resting until their eleven hour flight had concluded.

Eleven hours later, Clark and Lois had finally arrived at their villa, the Villa Nico, which is where they will be staying for the next seven days.

The villa itself was rather small but not too shabby. It appeared to have drawings of what appeared to be Greek gods engraved on the door archways including Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Apollo, etc.

When they entered the villa with their luggage, Lois was absolutely amazed with how amazing it looked. The floor was made out of very reflective marble, there appeared colourful stones placed all over the shelves, there was a small living room, a kitchen and an outdoor swimming pool.

"Oh my gosh! This place is beautiful." Lois said.

"Wasn't cheap but thank goodness not overpriced." Clark stated as he placed the luggage near the couch. He then noticed a strange golden bracelet on a nearby coffee table and shrugged it off as lost property. "So, before we get our luggage unpacked I think we should go over what we should be doing on our first day here. Because, as much as I'd love to stay here…" While Clark yammered on about their plans, Lois took the opportunity to wander out to the back. "…and sunbathe, we should really take the opportunity to explore the Athens. So we start off going down to the market, do some sightseeing, then go out to a restaurant, a late night stroll on the beach and-"

All of a sudden, Clark heard a splash coming from outside and began to walk toward where the sound was coming from. As he walked, he was greeted to a trail of clothes that his girlfriend was wearing. This included her shorts, her sandals and a knot shirt.

He found his girlfriend swimming in the swimming pool, swimming back and forth between one side to another. "Come on, Smallville!"

Clark lightly chuckled and folded his arms. "Lois, we just got here."

"I know." Lois said. "Just wanted to have a swim, Smallville."

"Wait, are you in your swimsuit?" Lois nodded her head to Clark's question. "Were you already planning to jump in the pool when we arrived at the villa?"

Lois grinned. "Surprised you didn't try and take a peak through my clothes. Come on, Superman, jump in."

"Lois, I got a ton of unpacking to do." Clark stated.

Lois grumbled. "But what if I get a cramp and I need a super lifeguard?"

"You can stay in the pool while I unpack." Clark said.

Lois cringed. "Wait a second, ow, ow, ow! Oh, dear. Cramp." Lois began to thrash about in the pool trying to get his attention. "Clark! I'm gonna need help! I have a cramp." However, Clark could tell that she was faking the cramp so he could get in the pool with her.

"Come on Lois, you're clearly overacting." Clark said.

"Seriously Clark, we shouldn't have gotten that hot dog!" Lois groaned playfully. "Oh what was I thinking?! If only I had a brave, heroic and sexy superhero boyfriend to save me from drowning!"

Clark tried to resist but he couldn't ignore his girlfriend any longer. He playfully shook his head and looked around to see if anyone was watching. Once he was sure the coast was clear, he dashed back into the villa and changed out of his summer shirt and beige shorts into a pair of blue and red swimming trunks.

"I'm coming, Lois!" He exclaimed as if he were a generic boisterous superhero. He dived into the water and began swimming towards her.

"Oh, thank the Heavens!" Lois exclaimed. "My hero!" She wrapped her arms around Clark and kissed his cheek.

"Perhaps be careful next time, Miss Lane." Clark retorted, still playing along with her little performance. They began cuddling each other as they floated in the water's surface until Lois splashed water in Clark's face.

"Lois!" Clark cried.

"You left yourself open, Smallville." She retorted before shoving herself off of him and ending up about 15 inches away from him. She splashed more water in his face.

"Hey, I wasn't ready!" Clark exclaimed.

"Says the man with super speed." Lois retorted before splashing more water on him.

Clark eventually retaliated by trying his best to splash his girlfriend. However, he somehow barely got any water on her.

"Come on, you can do better than that, Smallville!" Lois splashed Clark some more.

"Lois, I could create a tidal wave!" Clark retorted.

"No one's watching." Lois protested. "Quit holding back and fight back!"

Clark, though reluctant, decided to just play along with his girlfriend and with a lot of his strength splashed water against his girlfriend. The wave itself was rather big so it sent Lois out of the pool and crashing perfectly on one of the sun beds.

Lois, was shocked as she realised that her boyfriend's concerns were rather validated. Clark instantly climbed out of the pool to check on his girlfriend.

"Are you okay?" Clark asked.

Lois coughed up some water and patted his shoulder. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just…Wow, guess you should have held back a little."

"Yeah. Good point." Clark said. "That could have soaked someone else."

"It did."

Standing beside them two, was a tall tanned skin woman in her late twenties to mid thirties, dressed in a light red blouse, blue pants, had her raven hair in a ponytail and a pair of glasses. She narrowed her eyes at the couple as she wiped some water from the folds of her outfit.

"Uh…Can we help you?" Clark asked.

"I previously stayed here." The woman replied. "And I left a bracelet."

"Oh yeah, I left it on the coffee table." Clark said. "Sorry about getting you wet. It's mine and my girlfriend's first va-"

The woman just walked inside the villa to retrieve her bracelet, completely ignoring him. "I don't have time for small talk. I have work I need to attend to."

"Look, I am so sorry about that." Clark stated as he followed her.

The woman shrugged her shoulders. "It's okay. You're clearly too stupid to know your own strength."

Clark exhaled. "You have no idea."

"Regardless, you and your girlfriend enjoy your stay in Greece." The woman said in a fashion that seemed condescending. "Perhaps you might find another pool to cause a mess in." She walked out the front door, still soaking wet from the chlorine.

When Clark returned outside, he found his girlfriend laughing over the predicament. He narrowed his eyes at her. "Come on, don't be a sour puss." Lois said.

"That was humiliating." Clark retorted.

"For her." Lois laughed.

"Lois, I am gonna throw you in that pool if I hear you laugh." Clark said playfully.

"Okay." Lois chortled.

"Alright then." Clark smiled as he walked towards Lois.

"No! No!" Lois protested but she wasn't standing up off her sun bed. "Clark! Clark!"

But despite her protests, Clark picked her up and began to carry her over his shoulder. "Clark Kent, you better put me down!"

Clark shrugged his shoulders. "Poor choice of words, Miss Lane." He dropped her into the pool.

She resurfaced and narrowed her eyes at her boyfriend. "You…"

Clark just laughed. "You asked for it."

Lois then grabbed Clark by the hem of his swimming trunks and managed to pull him into the pool. Lois didn't know if Clark lost his focus or he allowed her to pull him into on purpose. But nevertheless, the two eventually dried themselves off and had gone to exploring the market stands.

There was so much to be found at the market stands in Greece. There were stalls selling fruits, jewellery, herbs and spices, bread, pirated DVD's, little paper weights, little wooden artefacts for home decorations, some clothes and some stands were selling some nuts.

They did their best to navigate through the bustling crowd, which wasn't as challenging as trying to survive the heat. Even with his Kryptonian biology, Clark still found the sun to be very hot especially in this climate.

The couple eventually stopped to sample some spices at a nearby stall in the view of a mysterious woman right across from them. The woman herself wore a sunhat, a yellow crop top, a pair of jeans and sandals as she stared at the couple, mainly at Lois.

She was currently wiping her eyes with a tissue after smelling a strong spice that had made her eyes water. "Wow. That was strong! That was strong! I think we'll take some."

The stand owner noticed the woman watching the couple and snapped his fingers. "Geia sou! Tha statheís edó í tha agoráseis káti?!" (Hey! Are you going to stand here or are you actually going to buy something?!)

"Páo na agoráso ta satsumas sýntoma. Tha sou fýgo apó to kefáli." (I'm going to buy the satsumas soon. I will get out of your head.)

"Giatí na min agorásete meriká tóra?" (Why not buy a few now?)

"Giatí den proévlepsa étsi aftí ti stigmí." (Because this is not how I foresaw this moment.)

The stand owner looked confused. "Ti?"

Later on, after buying some fruits, supplies for breakfast, a fridge magnet for the Kents, a bracelet for Kara, a shirt for Sam and a wood carving of Wonder Woman for Jimmy; Clark and Lois had decided to visit a museum to study and admire Ancient Greek architecture. The museum itself was known as the Hippolyta.

They saw various pieces of art from around Greece, such as a statue of the Kraken Perseus faced to save Andromeda, a painting of the talos, a scripture detailing the legendary Labyrinth and the Minotaur that resided there, a vase detailing sirens luring in infatuated men and what looked to be a mural dedicated to Perseus defeating Medusa and claiming her head.

"Think you can take any of those myths on yourself, Smallville?" Lois asked.

"I mean, I could probably take on the Minotaur." Clark replied. "But, Medusa will be a challenge since you probably know what happens when I look into her eyes."

"And sirens?" Lois queried. "Will you fall for their charms?"

"I know they won't be as charming as a beautiful journalist with big brains and a knack for getting into trouble." Clark's comment made Lois nudge his arm.

"Speaking of dating, isn't Bruce dating someone from Greece?" Lois asked.

"Diana Prince." Clark replied. "She's a curator. Though Bruce doesn't have any pictures. She's a very private person apparently."

"Woah, this stuff looks ancient." Lois remarked as she looked at a vase that looked a bit dusty.

"Yeah." Clark remarked before noticing some artwork representing an armoured man attacking Mount Olympus with an army of armoured soldiers.

"Do you know what that is?" Lois asked.

"Um…Looks like a really ticked off god attacking Olympus." Clark replied. "Don't know who this could represent. Maybe, Hades?"

"Hmm, I mean, Hades is the God of the underworld. If I was God of the Underworld I would have wanted to attack Olympus myself." Lois stated.

"Hey, look at that." Clark pointed to a vase that represented a muscular man playing discus, another muscular man throwing javelin and another muscular man performing long jumps. "I think this vase represents the first Olympics."

"Woah." Lois said. "I knew they were old but I didn't know they were that ancient. I heard they didn't allow women to watch the games."

"Yeah. You know how it was back in ancient times." Clark said. "Treating women like a different species."

"The true meaning tends to differ." A woman said. "Some say that the Olympics were a religious event meant to celebrate make athleticism but also Olympic performers would perform naked and it would have been unacceptable to have respectable women performing nude in mixed company."

Lois chortled. "Well, if it was the latter then they must have been compensating for something."

"Might have." When they turned around to face the person talking, it turned out to be the tall woman who previously visited their villa to retrieve her bracelet.

Clark and Lois cringed at her presence while she smiled at the two. "Nice to see you two again."

"Oh…Uh, you work here?" Lois reacted.

"Oh gosh, that makes me more embarrassed." Clark said. "Sorry about that."

"It's fine." The woman said. "I should apologise myself, I came across as a bit rude. Let's say I had…A bad run in with a cat."

Lois arched a brow. "Huh, you must despise cats."

The woman chuckled. "Not all of them."

"Sorry, you are?" Lois asked.

"Oh, my apologies…" The woman offered her hand out. "…Doctor Diana Prince, I'm the curator of this museum."

Clark and Lois' eyes went wide as they instantly realised that this woman shared the same name with the woman Bruce was dating.

"Wait, as in Bruce Wayne's girlfriend?" Clark reacted.

Diana smiled. "Well, I don't like to make it public but I am dating Mr Wayne."

"Oh, you probably won't believe this but we are friends with him." Lois said.

"Clark Kent and Lois Lane." Diana remarked.

"I hope not too much." Clark and Lois lightly chuckled at his joke since this was in reference to his identity that Diana hopefully doesn't know.

"Oh, he's told me much." Diana stated. "He's told me that you make impulsive decisions and come up with plans that are way too elaborate and overly complicated. And he told me that you're clumsy and tend to not run in danger even when your girlfriend is involved."

Clark and Lois looked at each other feeling insulted and yet had mutual agreement. "Way to cherry pick us like that." Lois remarked.

Diana smiled at the couple. "I noticed you two were looking at that painting a moment ago. The one of that god attacking Mount Olympus."

"What about it?" Clark queried.

Diana motioned the two to follow her to the painting they were looking at previously. "This is actually what artists represent as Ares trying to overthrow Mount Olympus. Legends say that Ares over the years grew a bloodlust that rivalled the God of Destruction himself, Perses. He sided with the Trojans during the Trojan war, he fought Hercules over the death of his son and he killed Poseidon's son; Halirrhothios. But, one day, Ares tried to overthrow his father but lost. Angered by his defiance, Zeus stripped him of his seat and banished him to man's world. Some say that even after being banished, he still influenced the thousands of years of conflicts and wars throughout all history. All the wars."

"Well, sounds interesting." Clark remarked.

"Wouldn't want to run into that guy." Lois remarked.

"So, how are you enjoying Greece you two?" Diana asked.

"Oh my gosh, it's so beautiful." Lois replied. "I knew it would be beautiful but I didn't expect it to be gorgeous."

"And we are only just getting started." Clark said.

"I hope to see you two around." Diana said. "I got a strange feeling we will see each other again soon."

"Thanks Dr Prince, tell Bruce we said hi." Lois said before she and Clark continued their tour.

Diana watched as the couple walked away, smiling. She heard so much about them from Bruce but she didn't expect them to be this wholesome together.

Then, she noticed a strange woman standing beside a statue of Hercules slaying the Hydra, staring at the couple not far from them.

She didn't like the look of the woman, she was suspicious yet awfully familiar. Whatever the reason, Diana had to find out. She tried to approach her, however when she got to where she was standing, she was gone.

She looked around for the woman but couldn't find her anywhere. She shrugged her shoulders and went back to work, but decided to keep an eye out for this mysterious woman just in case she were to come back.

And for the rest of their first day in Greece, Clark and Lois explored the ruins of the Acropolis of Athens and took a few pictures to send to their friends and families; They tried some Greek street food such souvlaki which to them tasted delicious; Then they ate at a lovely restaurant by the sea; Before strolling on the beach late at night looking at the dark and calm waters.

Then, they ended their first night in Greece by resting on the couch together, snuggled up in their pyjamas watching some TV.

There was a news report about Supergirl stopping the Prankster from blowing up Metropolis with a death ray. "The identity of The Prankster was revealed as thirty-two year old Oswald Hubert Loomis, a former engineer laid off from his job. He tried to wreck Metropolis with what he described to be a death ray. Thankfully, Supergirl prevented him from causing destruction. When asked about the absence of Superman, she had this to say."

The feed cut to Supergirl being reported by a ton of reporters as she stood before the destroyed weapon. "My cousin is taking some well earned time off from being Superman. If I am to understand, he has been taking responsibilities with this superhero business for longer than I have. So, I hope you can empathise with his decision to have some R and R as you humans like to call it."

Lois switched the channel while Clark exhaled. "I hope Metropolis isn't angry with me for taking a vacation."

"Some maybe, but, they gotta at least understand why you're taking a vacation." Lois said.

"Hopefully."

They gave each other a quick glance before instantly they were in a full on make out session on the couch, ignoring whatever was playing on the TV right now. Which was just a rerun of a noir series known as The Gray Ghost, starring Simon Trent.

Eventually, they pulled out of the kiss so Clark could tell something to Lois. "Lois, I just want to say…"

"You're welcome." Lois interjected.

Clark laughed. "You didn't let me finish what I'm about to say."

"I know." Lois kissed his lips. "And you don't need to."

"Well, I guess it is an extended thank you." Clark remarked. "I have been having a bad week and my job as Superman does get exhausting. So, thank you for this vacation, Lois Lane, I really owe you."

Lois blushed at her boyfriend's comment. "And I already told you, you're welcome, Smallville. But this is only day one. Tomorrow, we are going to the beach, then the next day we are going on a boat trip across the islands, then the next day scuba diving lessons…Unless you can breathe underwater."

Clark smiled. "I already tested that with Kara. And Kryptonians cannot hold our breaths underwater."

Lois took a glance at the pool. "Speaking of water, I'm going for a swim. You can join me if you like."

"Yeah, I will." Clark replied.

Lois got off her boyfriend and began walking towards the swimming pool. When Clark was about to join her, he noticed something. Her bikini was on the drying rack far from the door.

"Uh…Lois, you forgot your swimsuit." Clark said.

"I know." Lois said as her shirt hit her boyfriend.

"Then, what are you wearing?" Clark asked.

"Just my earrings." Lois replied mischievously before Clark heard the sound of water splashing. It took him about 7 seconds to understand what his girlfriend meant. In that moment, his cheeks turned red and he grinned.

And in just a few seconds, he dashed himself out of his pyjamas and into the swimming pool to join his girlfriend.

Elsewhere in the Athens, the night was not as peaceful for others. A woman was being attacked by a bunch of men in an alleyway. She was tossed against the wall as the dirty and decrepit crooks tried to render her unconscious.

"Please! I'm giving you money, what more do you want?!" The woman asked in desperation.

"Aftí pistévei óti boreí na agorásei tin éxodo tis." (This one thinks she can buy her way out.) The goons laughed.

"Válte tin me ta ypóloipa." (Put her with the rest of them.) Said the man who looked to be the leader.

"Nai, afentikó." (Yes boss.)

The woman cowered as the men tried to claim her for their own, however, one of them suddenly had something wrap around his waist. And that thing appeared to be a glowing golden lasso.

Before he could react, he was yanked backwards and crashed to the ground under the feet of someone wearing some red armoured boots that went up to their knees, a blue metallic skirt, red armour with gold around the hem and appeared to go around her neck judging the gold around her, golden bracelets and a tiara with a red star in the middle. The woman herself had straight raven hair and tanned skin and appeared to be very tall and muscular.

She narrowed her eyes at the man below her foot and narrowed her eyes at him. "Metakinitheíte kai deíte ti symvaínei." (Move and see what happens.)

The man shuddered under her foot leading him to nod his head in fear. The woman removed her foot off the man and began to approach the men who were about to hurt the woman.

While the men looked scared, the ringleader didn't look intimidated. "Min stékeste móno ekeí! Epíthesi!" (Don't just stand there! Attack!)

The men all charged at the woman with various weapons including knives and their own fists. One of them tried punching her, but she dodged the punch and hit the man in the face. Another one tried to stab her, but the blade came in contact with her armour, it dented.

Another one tried to punch her, but she performed a kick to his chest, sending him flying against the wall. They tried attacking her at the same time, however, the woman clashed her bracelets together, causing a burst of energy that sent them flying while wind blew towards the ring leader and the woman.

The men however, crashed either against the wall, the trashcan and into the trashcan with the lid closing in on them.

The woman began to approach the ringleader who just pulled out his gun. "Look out!" The woman cried.

However, when the man fired the first shot, instead of hitting the woman, she instead used the bracelets to deflect the bullet like a shield.

The man was confused for a moment before he fired some more shots at the woman. Yet once again, she deflected the bullets until the man ran out.

He tried firing the shots but once again, the chamber was clearly empty. He tossed his gun at the woman, who just caught it in her hand and crushed it into pieces.

The ringleader tried running away, but the woman used her lasso to catch the man. He struggled to escape, however, the grip or the bind was far too tough for him.

The woman dangled the man above the ground with such strength that even the terrified woman was marvelled at how strong her saviour appeared to be.

"To láso se anankázei na peis tin alítheia." (The lasso compels you to tell the truth.) "Leitourgoúsate éna kýkloma emporías anthrópon pou aichmalotízei tourístes. Poú eínai ta kentriká sas?" (You have been operating a human trafficking ring capturing tourists. Where are your headquarters?)

The ringleader struggled to resist the power of the lasso as it compelled him to be honest to the woman that stood above him. He exhaled in distress. "Eínai...Eínai...Ypárchei éna mikró kafé kontá...O okeanós...Emeís...Emeís...Syníthos analamvánoume tis douleiés mas ti nýchta...Mas kánei diakritikoús." (It...Is...There is a small cafe near...The ocean...We...We...Usually handle our...Business at night...Makes us discreet.)

The woman nodded her head. "Sas efcharistó." (Thank you.) She knocked him out with one punch.

The woman thought all the threats had been neutralised, that was until she heard the sound of someone standing up right behind her. She turned to face the last criminal remaining, who was the same man she previously stood on.

He looked afraid of her as she took a glance at him. "Esý eísai aftí, étsi den eínai?" (You're her, aren't you?)

The woman removed the tiara off her head. "An me xéreis pes to." (If you know me, then say it.)

The man shuddered. "Wonder Woman."

Wonder Woman smiled. "You're correct my friend." She tossed her tiara at the man's head, knocking him to the concrete below his feet.

Then, the headwear returned to her like a boomerang that she caught in her hand and placed it back on her head.

The terrified woman stood up and dusted herself off. She looked relieved by her safety. "Thank you. You have no idea how grateful I am."

"You're welcome." Wonder Woman turned to the woman. "If you can do me a favour, don't tell anyone about who saved your life from these men. I don't exist, remember that."

The woman looked baffled by her request. "Uh…Okay…"

"I mean it!" Wonder Woman stated firmly.

The woman, startled by her sudden outburst turned to run away from the scene. "Thanks anyway!" She exclaimed.

Wonder Woman exhaled in relief. She was happy that the woman was safe but she briefly exposed herself. She cannot risk getting exposed. As far as everyone knows, Wonder Woman does not exist.

She felt a cold breeze in the wind which was strange because the night was rather humid so it was strange to feel a breeze. That's when she turned to the woman who caught her attention.

And it was not just any woman, it was the same woman she saw in her museum. She began to approach Wonder Woman with grace yet urgency in her walk.

"I thought it was you Pythia." Wonder Woman said.

"Still the keen eye of a warrior, Princess Diana." Pythia remarked.

"I had that title revoked over hundreds of years ago." Wonder Woman stated.

Pythia gave a glance. "Of course."

"What brings you to the realm of man?" The warrior asked. "To me especially."

"It's Pandora's Box." Pythia replied.

Wonder Woman instantly became alarmed. "What? Have they found it?"

"Not yet." Pythia pulled a bottle of water from her purse. "But, we also have another issue, Perses will be free."

This also caused Wonder Woman some alarm. Perses, the God of Destruction, who almost brought all of the world to its knees, will soon be free. She poured the water on the ground, making a puddle in the process.

The oracle summoned a vision of a red bearded man with muscles, long flowing red hair, what appears to be fire and brimstone flowing through his veins and eyes as bright as lava; Breaking through the loose chains that held him while Hades tried to fight back.

"How?" Wonder Woman asked in disbelief. "Those chains were made to withstand the strength of a Titan. How could he escape?"

"Someone loosened them." Pythia replied. "However, my vision appears to be misty as I cannot see who freed him."

"What about the box?" Wonder Woman asked.

"The box will be found." Pythia replied. "And the fate of mankind will rest on the shoulders of one mortal woman." She used her hands to change the vision in the reflection in the water.

What Wonder Woman saw shocked her. Standing before fire without a shirt, blood dripping from her mouth, a black eye and holding the box in her hand was none other than Lois Lane herself. The journalist looked tempted to open it and the vision showed she had her hand on the box, intending to open it with her bare hand.

"Miss Lane?" Wonder Woman reacted in shock.

"Yes. The mortal known as Lois Lane could be man's downfall." Pythia said. "Why the sisters chose her, I have no idea myself."

"What is to be done?" Wonder Woman asked.

"You have the choice to kill her or pray to Hera she will never get her hands on that box." Pythia said.

"And the gods?"

"Leave that concern to me." Pythia explained. "They might not be as merciful as you. You know how your father is."

Wonder Woman stared at the ground for a moment. "I know." She exhaled sadly, knowing how cruel her father is.

"Oh, I should mention I called the police about that human trafficking ring." Pythia stated. "If you hurry, you can get there before the police to make sure they don't get away." The oracle walked away from the warrior princess who looked conflicted.

She looked unwilling to kill Lois since she saw how innocent she appeared to be. Reckless and impulsive, but still innocent. She did pray that the gods will be merciful, but if not, then she might have to interfere.

She summoned her lasso and used it to pull herself up in order to go to the cafe where it is secretly a front.

Back at the villa, after a very nice swim in the pool, Clark and Lois had decided to hit the hay. They were sleeping with each other in their nice bed, not burying themselves under the covers due to the very warm humidity and dressed in a pair of shorts and a crop top and shorts respectively.

Lois rested on her boyfriend's chest when she suddenly heard a strange whisper. "Lois…" The faint whisper went.

Lois at first ignored it but then she heard it again. "Lois…"

She sat up on her bed and began to look around the room for any sign of anyone. "Who's there?" She asked.

She surveyed the room. She could see the sliding door that lead to the balcony, a closet with all their clothes, a coat hanger, a woman who looks like her mother standing by the doorway and the bathroom. She gasped and turned back to the door to see a woman with long raven hair, giving her a smile.

It was her Mom, seeing her again caused Lois to widen her eyes in disbelief. "Mom?"

Her mother looked at her with a gentle smile. "Open the box." She whispered to her daughter.

"Box?" Lois reacted in confusion. "What box?" Before Lois could get any kind of answer, Clark had gently placed his hand on her shoulder.

She gasped and turned to her boyfriend, whom was looking at her with concern. "Lois? Is everything okay?"

Lois looked back to where her mother was standing and saw that she was gone from her sight. She panted and wiped the sweat from her head as she looked on in confusion. Was she dreaming or was she just hallucinating her own mother standing by the doorway?
