Cedric quickly turned his back and tried to silently creep back upstairs without being spotted from the terrifying blonde and his stone-cold gaze. He was nearly at the top of the stairs just as his foot touched a stair, he suddenly remembered that the top stair creaked "shitballs." Cedric winced at the creaking sound. Mr. Diggory stopped mid conversation and looked up, sighed in disbelief at what his son was doing and called him downstairs. Cedric groaned and dragged himself to the kitchen. Mr. Malfoy gave Cedric the evil look when he walked past them, reaching behind his back Cedric pretended to scratch his back when he was flipping the finger at Mr. Malfoy.

"Sit down, please Cedric." Amos pointed to the empty chair beside him, directly next to Mr. Malfoy. Cedric sat down in the chair and huffed, carefully avoiding the soulless eyes staring into his full of life eyes. Mr. Malfoy fixed his ponytail, crossed his arms over his chest and cleared his throat "So, you're the miserable little shit who beat my son to a pulp?" Cedric shrugged and remained silent. Mr. Malfoy drummed his fingers impatiently on the wooden table and Mr. Diggory was starting to get annoyed he sucked air through his teeth and hissed "if you don't answer Mr. Malfoy young man you can forget about going to the retreat." He warned.

Mr. Malfoy rubbed his chin and thought carefully about his next move. He leant against the table and plastered a fake smile on his face "now I'm intrigued, maybe my son could go there too with your son. I'm sure that they'll get along just fine. Besides the mishap between your son and mine that happened ages ago." He smirked proudly. Cedric didn't like the sound of that at all, there was no way in hell that he would be going anywhere with that blonde bimbo. He clenched his fists tightly under the table, resisting the urge to punch the smug son of a bitch in the face. Amos watched his son carefully; he could tell that Cedric was ready to blow any second. He chewed his lip and met Cedric's gaze, nodding his head Cedric allowed his dad to talk shit about the pureblood bimbo.

"My son is in mental pain because of your dipshit son, now piss off and leave us alone!" Amos raised his voice at the blonde and slightly shoved him. The old blonde man's grip tightened on his cane; he was starting to get impatient. His face grew red as he hissed "Don't you dare call my son a dipshit, and nobody shoves me, it's no wonder why the boy left your Mud blood son for mine." He glared at Mr. Diggory with daggers in his eyes. That was the last straw for Cedric, he rose from his seat and delivered a powerful blow to Mr. Malfoy's nose.

Mr. Malfoy staggered backwards and gasped at the sight of his own blood pouring from his nose. Cedric winced in pain from his knuckles impacting on Mr. Malfoy's fragile nose. "Don't you ever call Harry that boy again in front of me again. You hear me?" Cedric growled, baring his teeth at the old Man. He quickly covered his mouth, regretting saying Harry's name to Mr. Malfoy. The old Man Grinned like a fox at his small victory "Harry, that's his name, The one Draco never stops talking about." Cedric glared at Mr. Malfoy with anger burning in his eyes, crossing his arms over his chest and huffed "Can I leave now?" Amos nodded his head and watched Cedric leave the kitchen and up the stairs. Before Cedric went to his room he paused halfway "Tell Draco your loser and son of a bitch to back off. Harry isn't some trophy to be won he's nobody's to claim." He warned and turned his back on his dad and the old bastard. Mr. Malfoy scolded at Amos and huffed "you need to learn how to control that son of yours or something bad is going to happen to him really quick." He hissed and brushed back a strand of loose hair behind his ear. Amos couldn't believe what the bastard said about his son, puffing out his chest he delivered a swift kick to Mr. Malfoy's shins "Cedric may be a pain in my arse sometimes, but that doesn't mean I don't love him. So, I suggest you stay away from us you gargoyle."

Mr. Malfoy's eyes widened in shock and blushed slightly; he understood the message. He turned on his heel and stormed out of the room, slamming the door behind him. Cedric crossed his arms over his chest and smiled smugly "bye, bye bastard." He chuckled, spinning on his heel to go upstairs his dad called him back downstairs. His dad didn't look happy in the slightest bit, sighing deeply Cedric walked downstairs and leant against the fridge. "I'm sorry about the things that I said. The old bastard was pissing me off." Amos didn't say anything, he just leant against the wall and listened to every word his son said.

He fetched a glass and a bottle of fire whiskey from the cupboard and poured himself a glass. Amos drowned it all in one go and wiped his mouth "Cedric, I know you're hurting …" Amos started, but Cedric cut him off "It wasn't my fault!" he grumbled "The bastard was talking about my harry like he was Draco's –"Amos held up a finger to silence Cedric "let me finish please, as I was trying to say before , Cedric I know you're hurting and you're probably thinking of doing something stupid. Just know that you did the right thing." Amos pulled out a chair for his son to sit down and share a bottle of fire whiskey with him. Cedric smiled shyly and wiped a forming tear away from his eye, sniffing away his sadness Cedric sat down at the table and drank away his sorrows with his dad.
