We are finally here...If you're looking for the sequel, I won't be working on it yet. Familia Myth: Dreaming Moonlight is the sequel if you're looking for the title. Won't come out in... late July at most? Unsure, sometime later in the year I promise. Just gotta do more of Dark Seeks Light so you can have a glimpse of just how strong Hakuno becomes and how much she's holding back in this one.

It was the start of a new age known as the Lunar Hearth Era, an age born after the sins of the past were exposed and an ancient evil from another world dethroned. Gods and mortals mingled with each other in daily lives as a new race, a lost race borne from the Dungeon known as the Xenos began to emerge from the darkness. Under the newly formed Asherah Familia, these Xenos were blessed to live under the sky alongside the mortals and gods with aid of the Holy Witch, dubbed by the First Human Adam as Saintess Haniel and acknowledged by Elohim.

Elohim's physical form was long lost to the unmaking of Deus and is now only a presence in Genkai with plans to reincarnate after guiding his followers to the promised land, to the creation of the Holy Kingdom Jerusalem in a far off land where they would receive his Ten Commandments and guide them on a virtuous path that will lead to Paradise. Remnants of Gomorrah's residents that did not follow Elohim and his people on the exodus remained, clinging to their old ways of life while being hunted down and trialed by their former victims.

The Libera Forest was in a state of healing, as Primo and the elf adventurers ensured the proper funeral rights were carried out, allowing Diabound to disperse as the main source of its grudges was now destroyed and the souls of the slain elves were at peace.

Orario was now being rebuilt, instead of a city built on top of the Dungeon, it was built around it as the former outer walls were now the inner walls that observe the Dungeon's entrance.

A new special district was built, the Vesta Sanctum owned by the Hestia Familia that was made from the efforts of the people the Hestia Familia aided in the past. Each home and building had its own hearth dedicated to the Hearth Goddess as they never forgot everything the Hestia Familia did for them in the past. The district was designed with shops specializing in home and domestic matters, orphanages and schools for children, daycares, and even a grand kitchen where the goddess Hestia herself cooks out in the open for everyone looking for a meal.

The Hephaestus, Takemikazuchi, Miach, Loki and Freya Familias have also come to make residence in the Vesta Sanctum in an alliance for their own reasons. Some for the friendship with the virgin goddess and her familia, some for wanting a strong ally, and all because they were pulled in because of the antics of one witch changing history. Needless to say, many other familia were now afraid or wary of this newfound alliance and were making the choice to not make an enemy of them, for a newfound fear and respect was made for their feats.

"That's it?!" a boy cried out, looking frustrated as Haruhime put the book down on her lap. "Where's the next cool fight scene or shocking surprises?!" several other kids were displaying their own disappointments.

"Sorry, but this is the end of the book. We're planning a sequel soon but there are some loose ends we have to take care of before we can continue with the next book. Right, Edison-san?" Haruhime replied, looking at the King of Inventors currently doing some remodeling for the orphanage they were at.

The Servant was apprehended by Baobhan Sith and was faced with a trial with Chaldea's Master for mishandling the Caster and letting him aid the fallen Empire with his inventions and killing innocents with it. Needless to say the Presi-King was guilt ridden and ashamed of his actions and Arthur had suggested the lionhead be put in community service for the Vesta Sanctum. It was working out really well for the district as Edison was putting efforts in improving home life quality for the residents, especially for areas meant for children as Haruhime was his handler. All he did was beam a friendly smile at the question and resumed his work diligently, hoping that his work here will have meaning in the future.

"Still, it's cool that a new age has begun, and your Captain was responsible for it!" a girl smiled brightly while Haruhime smiled warmly at that.

"Yes, Hakuno-sama is special and I'm proud to be the Chronicler of the Hestia Familia Myth. Maybe one day, you might take up the job when my days are done as an adventurer." she winked as some of the kids looked excited about it.

"I'll be an adventurer of the Hestia Familia one day!"

"We'll become heroes from the Hestia Familia and save the world!"

"I'll help them as they've helped me!"

That positive energy made Haruhime feel like a thousand suns lit within her before her fox ears twitched at the sounds of familiar footsteps and voices out on the street. She looked out the window and the children followed her gaze before their eyes widened in realization and started cheering.

Hope. That was the only thing the citizens and adventurers felt when she walked the streets. Black dress, black veil, adamantine prosthetic arms, she looked like an ordinary girl in terms of looks. Yet her appearance inspired courage and hope in seasoned adventurers

Hero of the Crusades

Savior

Some of the most uttered nicknames given to her. She had leveled up from Level Two to Level Four after the many battles and slaying of a god, feats that everyone acknowledged was in her right to have as she and her Familia all leveled up in the war and were given new aliases for their feats. Her's, well it's also the title of the story Haruhime just finished. Her name is Hakuno Kishinami, and she was known as…

The Lunar Witch

Thanks for reading and following this story for the last few years everyone. Lostbelt 7 awaits and I'll need time to plan things out for the sequels. Until then, take care!
