So after the page break, I'm going to be switching to Wanda's perspective for the breaking-the-4th-wall scene in WandaVision.

Episode 81: The Truth Comes Out!

"Did my Marémon find you?" Peter asked.

"Yes, they did," Felicia replied. "But when we went to the shed, you weren't there. Then we went to this diner, and you walked in afterward with Wanda."

"She said she found you wandering near the edge of Westview, where you were attacked by a wild Marémon," MJ added. "And you seemed out of it, so I took the liberty of putting your Marémon back in their PDBs except for Spidermin."

In response, Spidermin chirped next to Peter to confirm MJ's words.

"Well, the reason I tried to find you guys is that Agnes knows Wanda is controlling this reality," Peter said. "After you two left, she whispered to me warning us to 'play nice' or she'll tell Wanda what we know."

This made Felicia and MJ nervous.

"Maybe I really did snap her out when I touched her," Felicia realized. "But I don't understand why she would be helping Wanda maintain this reality, unless she's so brainwashed by Wanda that she obeys her no matter what."

"But what's even stranger was that a Marémon I've never seen before came out of nowhere and attacked Agnes, which allowed me to get away from her," Peter added.

"Can you describe what this Marémon looked like?" MJ asked, holding up her MarGuide. "I could input your information and find out what Marémon it could be from there."

So Peter described the flying squirrel creature as best he could. But to MJ's dismay, the descriptions didn't bring up any Marémon that matched Peter's descriptions.

"Then it really is a new Marémon," Felicia figured. "I wonder if it was the same one that scratched on the door to the shed last week."

MJ gave Felicia a dubious look. "That seems like a stretch to me."

"Well, either way, we should definitely lay low for now until we figure out why Agnes has sided herself with Wanda and what that strange Marémon was," Peter said.

Felicia and MJ nodded in agreement, and so they and Peter sipped the rest of their milkshakes in silence before heading back to their homes.

A year had passed in Westview and Vistro still hadn't returned home much to Wanda's dismay. Witchlet was distraught by this, neglecting her motherly responsibilities to Wikkid and Spedfoal. Luckily, Agnes came by Wanda's house frequently to take care of Wikkid and Spedfoal while Wanda sat on the couch being listless with Witchlet.

"Your friends at school are worried about you," Agnes said to Wanda one morning. "Shouldn't you let them know what's going on?"

"They wouldn't understand," Wanda said with her face buried under a pillow. "If they knew the truth, they would all hate me."

"I don't hate you," Agnes replied, but then she corrected herself. "What I mean is…if your friends truly liked you, they won't hate you even if you told them the truth."

Wanda pondered over this for a moment. Then she said, "How can I tell them that Westview is just a reconstructed version of Sokovia City's Marémon Realm? And the reason I did all of this was because SWORD's director Hayward had taken Vistro's destroyed body by force, claiming it was 'government property'. Though to be fair, it was Witchlet's idea to break into SWORD's headquarters and steal Vistro's body back.

"When we got back to my Realm, Witchlet used Mind Distortion to change the Realm's appearance from the HYDRA facility Pietro and I were kept in to a house that was similar to the ones in the sitcoms we used to watch as kids. It made me wish Sokovia City didn't exist, since that's where Pietro died fighting Ultron, and was replaced by a simple town like Eastview where Witchlet, Vistro, and I could live in peace. The last thing I remember was holding the Reality Stone and letting out a grief-fueled cry before the world changed into that of a sitcom. Vistro was standing in front of me alive, with Witchlet right beside him looking happy."

Around Wanda, the various furniture items in her house were constantly changing into different things. The only thing that didn't change was Agnes, while Pietro was struggling to get down the stairs nearby because the kept shifting much like the furniture.

"If I understand your story, dear, you used the Reality Stone to create Westview using Sokovia City's Marémon Realm as the base and then placed the stone inside Witchlet so she could maintain this reality while you lived the life you always wanted," Agnes said. "But all the while, you were subconsciously aware that everyone in Sokovia City was under your control to live the way you wanted them to based on those childhood sitcoms of yours. Even bringing back fallen loved ones like Pietro and Tony Stark were done as a means to keep everyone happy and in line, including yourself."

"Yes, but everything changed when MJ and her friends appeared," Wanda said, looking at her hand. "After MJ shook my hand, some unknown energy affected me and made me realize what I was doing to the people of Sokovia City. But I chose to ignore it and continued living the sitcom life. Now that Vistro's gone, I don't know what to do."

Smiling, Agnes knelt down and took Wanda by the hands. "You don't have to do a thing, dear. Just leave everything to me, and it'll all work out."

While Agnes smothered Wanda, Pietro finally reached the living room and used a PDB to summon Agnes' Ebunny Señor Scratchy. The rabbit-shaped Marémon then suddenly grew into a much larger rabbit with even bigger ears that resembled fists. Using the ears, Señor Scratchy grabbed Wikkid and Spedfoal before dashing out the pet door. Immediately, Witchlet noticed this and flew after Señor Scratchy causing Wanda to look away from Agnes.
