Chapter 14: Timothy.

Here's Chapter 14!

I'm not sure how well people will like this chapter tbh? it has a few au parts in it which i felt fit the story and how it was going. So some things are a little bit different from how they wnd up in the show? but i hope you guys enjoy this ch! is has a lot of fluff! :3

Calmoose415: Thank you! so glad your enjoying it!! :3

ProfessorYeti: Aah! thank you so much for that review!! im really happy you like it! I'm always trying to as cultural correct for donnie, and the weapons as possible as i feel it makes the story better? and yes! we love a father-son dynamic that we didn't know we needed! (fun fact for you, one of my first drafts for a donnie human au story was going to be that donnie was Bradford's bio son that he gave up to foster care? or something along thoses lines, but i felt this version had more depth too it?) anyway, i can't wait for your next review! :'3

Note: This is based on the 2k12 series.

WARNING: 'Dyslexic Writer lol'.

Over the next few days, the lair became a little more hectic then usual, with the Hamatos moving April in, while also going out on their nightly patrols again with the increase of Foot and Kraang activity.

But being in the lair for almost a week now with the four siblings and their father, Daiki had gotten used to the constant noise of the busy sewer home.

While the brunet was still getting over his injuries, Splinter decided to keep him out of training sessions, much to the teens delight. That, and he practically had the whole lair to himself most of the time, with April and Splinter being out most of the day and night on exercises, and the Hamato siblings being on patrol.

Daiki began to aimlessly wonder around the lair, with no particular plan in mind for how best to spend his day, he knew he just needed some form of distraction while the others were away.

Perhaps he could rewire their TV set to have more channels? Or maybe he could fix that pipe that dropped water on his head everytime he tried brushing his teeth? The lair was full of things he could tinker with and improve, but he just wasn't feeling up to any of them.

Until something finally grabbed his attention. Leatherhead's old subway car. Left deserted and stationary on the subway tracks outside the infirmary.

Looking at the unused car of the gator made Daiki feel depressed, while he didn't know Leatherhead aswell as the Hamatos, the alligator had helped him in the past. And he did consider him a friend. That, and it being his fault in the first place that said gator was now gone...

So, wheather it was by guilt or his own genuine desire to create something new from something broken, he wasn't sure. But Daiki had found his first major project to work on.

-A week later-

"So, does anyone care to explain why we've been stood around for thirty minutes?" Raphael practically grunts to his siblings.

The four Hamatos teens were stood idly by at the side of the infirmary, slowly losing the will to stay there as the minutes seemed to tick by.

"Daiki said he wanted to show us something." Leo stated sternly, though he couldn't help but wonder where Daiki had gone too aswell.

"Ugh, what's takin' so long?" Mikey groaned in irritation. "D knows I have a short atten- Ooh, gum!" The turtle called in glee as he picked up a clump of chewed up gum from off the tracks floor. Being stopped mere seconds by Raph smacking him upside the head, causing the freckled turtle to drop the gum sadly.

"Man," the red-clad turtle sighed out annoyed, folding his arms in a huff. "This better be worth it!"

The squeaking sound of wheels on the tracks ahead were Raph's answer. The four teens turned their heads to look down the subway tunnel to see a pair of headlights coming around the corner.

A subway car started driving up the track before slowly pulling up to a halt in front of them. They recognized it instantly as Leatherhead's old subway car, but it had been repainted with multicolored neon graffiti, what looked like a green shell covering the roof with a cannon on top, and a set of monstrous wheels.

The Hamatos were left with their mouths wide open. "Worth it!" Raph muttered out.

An elevator bell dinged as the cars doors slid open to reveal a very smug fifteen year old, leaning against the doorway, with a wide smirk on his face. Wearing a sweater and jogging pants which seemed to have sploches of paint and oil littering them. "So...?"

"You turned Leatherhead's old subway car intothis?" Leo asked as he stared at the vehicle in awe.

"Nice cannon fire." Miwa noted as she nodded to said cannon in delight.

"Daiki, have I ever told you how awesome you are?" Raphael asked slightly distracted.

Daiki seemed to grin wider. "No, you haven't."

"Well, I'mseriouslyconsidering it." Raph added.

As three of the Hamatos and Daiki continued talking amongst themselves, Mikey stepped forward, pressing his hands against the surface of the car, rubbing it for a moment in thought before putting his head on the side of it.

"So, what do you call this thing?" The leader asked Daiki.

"Well," the brunet announced proudly, "it's a transaxle, multi-armored, electromagnetic-"

"Shellraiser!" Mikey cut him off with a dramatic shout, and an ecstatic look on his face.

The remaining four all turnt to stare at him, as he stared back confidently.

"What?" Daiki asked for clarification.

"The Shellraiser!" Mikey beamed once more. "It's the perfect name!"

The four exchanged thoughtful looks towards each other. "Thatisthe perfect name." Leo said in surprise.

"Of course it is, bro!" Mikey said smugly, crossing his arms with a grin. "You guys arealwaysunderestimating me. Ooh, gum!-" He was bluntly cut off by Miwa's fist to his arm, making him drop the gum. "Ow!"

"Come in and check it out!" Daiki gestured for the four to enter the newly dubbed 'Shellraiser'.

Walking into the Shellraiser, It looked just as upgraded on the inside as it did the outside. As Daiki flipped the switch and powered the car up, the four teens saw five different seats scattered around the car. One in the front for the driver's seat, and four more dotted around in the back. Daiki walked to the back of the car and sat down at one of the four stations, with multiple screens and a keyboard infront of it.

"Now, I've assigned everyone to a station based on your individual skill sets," the brunet began to explain. "I can't drive because my station's in the back, so-"

"Driver!"

Miwa, Leo, Raph and Mikey all ran forward, piling up in the center of the car as they tried pushing each other out of the way to get to the driver's station, until Daiki stepped inbetween them and the driver's seat.

"Leo drives!" He scolded them with firm authority.

"Why?" the other three siblings barked in unison, as Leo smiled and shoved past them.

"He's least likely to hit something just for fun." Daiki felt the need to point out as blue-clad turtle sat down in the driver's seat, quite happy with himself.

"True." The three others agreed once more, though alot more sourly.

"Miwa and Raph, you two have the weapons station," said Daiki, pointing out said station. "Mainly because I couldn't decided out of the two of you, which one scared me the most to say no too..."

"Sweet." Raph called as he took a seat at the weapons station.

Only to be shoved to the next seat over by Miwa. "Oh yeah, this is cool!" She mused as her turtle brother growled at her.

"Mikey, I've put you on the navigation. You tell Leo where to go." Daiki pointed to the station with a giant map. "And no messing around."

"Roger that, D." Mikey sat down excitedly and inspected his new station.

"So, how do we get this baby going?" Leo called to the back of the car like a child on Christmas. It was at this moment that Mikey's phone went off with an alarm.

'8:00pm, Patrol'

"Aw man..." Mikey pouted at his phone.

Leo sighed, "Alright, let's go guys, we'll give this baby a spin later."

"Wait, Leo!" Daiki called after him as the leader exited the car. "Maybe, I could come on patrol too?" The question was asked nervously, accompanied by Daiki rubbing his arm. "I can show you how to drive the Shellraiser on the way?"

Leo looked thoughtful for a moment, glancing to the others who all took a second before nodding in agreement. "Ok, You can come." The leader agreed, earning a wide smile from the human boy. "But you stay in the Shellraiser, got it?"

"Got it!" Daiki nodded excitedly as he practically raced back into the car.

TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT

"Aw man..." Raphael groaned in disappointment once he saw that all the Foot soldiers on the roof were unconscious and at his feet.

Their patrol ended up leading them to a rooftop fight with a Foot scouting group passing by. But the thing about fighting Kraang-droids and Foot ninja almost every night, was that after a while, they ended up winning the fights in record time.

"Raph, if you keep breaking your toys, we're not going to buy you new ones." Leo scolded with a mocking tone for fun.

Mikey looked around at the pile of unconscious Foot before him, purposely not mentioning to Leonardo about the human now coming up the fire escape beside the building. "Dudes, It's like we just cleared a video game oneasy!"

"Mikey, if Sensei has taught us anything, it's that real combat is not like a video game." Leo stated with a frown.

Seconds after Leo's statement was said, Daiki chose that moment to scoop up something off the roof with a call of, "Hey, coins!"

"You were saying?" Miwa remarked to Leo, sheathing her tantō with a satisfied smirk.

The leader simply just rolled his eyes at her, "Daiki! You were supposed to be in the Shellraiser!"

The brunet shrugged him off as he inspected his prize, "The Foot are unconscious, they don't know I'm here."

Leo glared at him, but alternately decided not to start an argument. "The Foot Soldiers haven't been much of a challenge lately. Wonder why?"

"Well, maybe we're just that awesome." said Raph raising his hands for a round of high threes, to which Miwa and Mikey returned them.

Leo smirked back at him. "That sounds right."

"You know who I'd hate to be," Daiki asked cockily as he stuffed the coins into his pocket, while also stepping over a few unconscious bodies on the way. "The guy who has to tell Shredder about this?"

TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT

Tension was rising in the abandoned church the foot called their headquarters, failure after failure was too much for the Shredder to handle, and he was furious.

"You promised me an army of the best, most lethal ninjas in the world!" The armoured man slammed his foot straight into the Mutant dogs chest, sending him sprawling on the floor. "But the turtles have decimated them. The ones left are hardly worthy of wearing the emblem of the Foot!"

The once former human had failed multiple times to successfully enlist more deadly, well-trained Foot Soldiers within his big line of Dojos. A promise he made a while ago to his Master.

"I can find more soldiers. Just give me time!" Bradford practically begged from where he bowed, bruised and partly bleeding.

"No more time!" The asian man snarled with bloodshot eyes, "I need more soldiers, I need better soldiers, and I need them now!" He slashed out at his pupil once more, missing him by mere inches.

"But that's impossible!-" Bradford spoke out of turn to his Master, and prepared himself for the consequences of that action. But the punishment never came, as he noticed his Masters gaze fixated on the chained up Kraang he had pulled from the wreckage of the stealth ship two weeks ago.

"Hmm. Perhaps not." The Shredder remarked bitterly. "Perhaps there is a method for building an army of Foot soldiers powerful enough to destroy those turtles once and for all, a method we shall steal from the Kraang."

The brain like alien trapped within his metal exoskeleton growled lowly towards the metallic man.

TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT

After their much too fast take down with the Foot, the Hamatos decided to stake out the TCRI building for a while. Only it soon turned well past five hours with no action.

Mikey had lost all his attention hours ago, and was now aimlessly bouncing a ball up and down. Slowly beginning to break Raph's peace, as the red-clad turtle growled at the repetitive sound. Miwa, Leo and Daiki were sat close by on the edge of the building, looking over at the few entrances the TCRI building had to offer. But with little luck, as the building remained deserted.

The leader, seeing as the mission was going nowhere fast, decided to call it quits for the night. "Alright, guys. Let's pack it in. Nothing's happening." Leo states in defeat.

"I was afraid this day would come," Raph sighs to himself as he stood up. "We've run out of butts to kick." He jumps up and kicks Mikey's ball far over the ledge.

"Hey!" The freckled turtle protested at the same time that something catches Leo's attention.

"Wait," the blue-clad turtle looks down, "Maybe not." He leans in closer as the others join him at the ledge. There, near the lower windows to the TCRI building, was a lone black-clad ninja sneaking towards the building.

"Foot Clan!" Mikey exclaims, though the four others already recognized the uniform.

Daiki whistled out as he gazed at the slightly chubby soldier, quite clearly failing at sneaking around. "Geez, they let themselves go since I left."

"Yeah, but I don't get it." Raph states out loud.

"Don't get what?" Miwa asks for clarification.

Raph looked the Foot Soldier over. "Just one guy?"

"Maybe they only need one guy?" The four turn to Mikey. "Maybe this guy is the meanest, baddest, most deadly ninja we've ever seen."

"I don't recognize him." Daiki added beside him. "I'm thinking he's one of Bradford's newest rookies? In which case, he won't be much of a challenge." The chubby ninja then tries to jump up to a open window, struggling to hold onto it for less then five seconds, before falling onto his butt. "Told you." Daiki replied blankly.

When the Foot soldier does eventually manage to get up to the window, he quickly discovers that he's too big to fit through. And ends up stuck, making his clothes squeak sadly as he struggles to get free.

"Anybody else find this dude kind of adorable?" Mikey asks as he watched him struggling.

"Well, he's not much, but it's all we've got." Leo stands up. "Daiki, stay here."

"Fine, just be careful. He looks like he'll put up a fight." Daiki adds sarcastically, earning a laugh from Mikey.

"Let's go." Leo nods to the other three as they jump down into the alley, but as soon as they begin to move towards the lone soldier, more Foot ninja drop in from above. Hidden away in the fire escapes.

"Ambush!" Leo shouts as they all draw their weapons.

"Alright!" Raphael smirked as he jumped into the battle.

This fight however, much like the previous one, didn't last a great deal longer then three minutes. And soon enough, all of the Foot ninja were downed. Fleeing up the fire escapes too the rooftops, and spreading out into the night. Luckily Daiki had the incentive to duck behind the ledge as the foot soldiers came over the roof.

In their panic to leave the scene however, the Foot left behind the lone soldier, who finally managed to drop down from the window after a lengthy battle to get free, and land on the ground safely. He turned and started to walk down the alley.

"Everything okay? I heard-!" The chubby soldier's words were cut short, as Daiki jumped down beside him in a crouch, and kicked his legs out from under him. Putting his boot on the Foot soldiers chest to keep him still.

As the rest of the Hamatos gathered around the two, the foot soldier began to flail his arms in protest. "Wait, Guys! It's me!"

Daiki blinked in confusion. "What?" He bends down and removes the man's mask to reveal, "The Pulverizer?!"

"Hey guys!" The Pulverizer said as he jumped back up to his feet. "And... some random dude? How awesome is this!? Betcha guys were wonderin' when you'd see me again?"

"No." Raph said while looking annoyed.

"Ah, Raphael," Pulverizer walked over cheerfully to Raph and put his arm around the turtles shoulder. "Still the jokester, I see. Good one!" In reply, Raphael grabs his fist and cracks it backwards. "Ow!"

"Hey, what do you guys think of my new threads?" The chubby man asked as he held out his arms so they could fully see the Foot Ninja shozuko. "Way better than the sweat suit I had before." He finishes with an ambitious smirk.

"How in- What are you doing with theFoot?!" Daiki asked extremely peeved off, giving the mask in his hand a distasteful look.

"Well, last time we met, we all totally failed at getting that Crystal back." The Pulverizer started to explain, unaware of the stares he was getting from the teens. "And Donnie told me that the Foot were one of the best ninjas there are!"

"Did he now?" Raphael snapped with his arms crossed, glaring harshly at the now uncomfortable human boy.

The Pulverizer nodded frantically, "Yeah! So I joined a Bradford dojo to hone my craft. I wowed 'em with my smooth moves. And boom! They liked me so much, they asked me if I wanted to join the Foot Clan!"

"Wow. They must bereallyhurtin' for dudes..." Mikey muttered to himself.

"Hey, um. You guy's haven't seen Donnie around recently? Have you?" The Pulverizer asked nervously, awkwardly tapping his fingers together.

The five teens couldn't help the blank expressions on their faces.

Miwa coughed slightly to prompt an answer, "When you say Donnie, you mean...?"

"The Foot guy from the last time we met!" The Pulverizer filled in like it was blatantly obvious. "I went to his awesome hidden ninja lab to see if he could train me now that I was in the Foot too, but the place was totally trashed! And the other dudes don't seem to know who Donnie is?"

"Oh...!" Daiki realized quickly. The Pulverizer didn't recognize him without his Foot gear on. His mask and hood had hidden most of his facial features back then, that and the man must of thought that 'Donnie' was his name. No thanks to Mikey for that. "Um...about that." He began awkwardly.

Leo stepped up towards Daiki, giving his shoulder a slight squeeze. "No, Pulverizer. We haven't seen him recently."

"Ah man. I totally wanted to team up with him..." The Pulverizer announced quite dejectedly, "I mean, I've only been with the Foot a few days, and I've already made the rank of Ashigaru Sha!" He beamed at them proudly.

Daiki however smacked his forehead and groaned. "Do you know what Ashigaru-sha means?" He asked, already knowing what the man was going to say anyway.

"No." Pulverizer said simply.

"It means cannon fodder." Daiki answered back.

"Ohh-ho, wow!" The chubby man states in awe.

"Do you know what that means?" Daiki asks him once more.

He shakes his head. "No."

Daiki walked up to the Pulverizer, "In traditional Japanese warfare, the ashigaru-sha were the expendable soldiers who were sent in first to waste the enemy's ammunition and set off traps before the real soldiers arrived."

"Nah, nah, the Foot wouldn't do that. We're the good guys!" The Pulverizer tried to deny with a casual wave.

"Trust me, Pulverizer. The Foot are not the good guys." Daiki tells him harshly back.

"But we're out there fighting the Kraang just like the Hamatos! I-I mean, I-I do check for traps, and I-I do get shot at a lot. And-and now that you mention it, they-they do keep calling me expendable..." the man notes to himself slowly.

"Why are the Foot fighting the Kraang?" Leo asked himself in thought.

"I could totally find that out for you!" Pulverizer sparked up excitedly. "I could be a spy!"

"No!" Daiki all but yelled at the man, causing the others to stare. "You can't spy on the Foot! If they find out that you double crossed them in anyway, they can, and they will, make you disappear, Pulverizer!"

The man looked as if he was hit with a sudden realization. "Do you mean like the 'O-rah-gini-momo' guy?"

"Dude, what type of name is that?" Mikey started laughing, being cut off abruptly by Miwa's elbow.

"Who?" Miwa asked again, vaguely thinking she recognised the word.

The Pulverizer looked around suspiciously, before leaning closer towards the teens with a hand at the side of his mouth. "I overheard some guys at the Bradford Dojo saying that one of the higher henchman was recently taken out!" He looked at them with a serious face. And the teens all looked back suspiciously. "I think they said it was because he did something dishonorable. But they kept referring to him as 'O-rah-gini-momo'?"

"Uragirimono?" Daiki corrected for him.

"Yeah! That!" The man beamed, "Bet it's like a cool rouge name or something." The Pulverizer explained, oblivious as always.

Miwa placed a hand on her hip. "Pulverizer. Uragirimono, means Traitor."

"Oh..." The Pulverizer blinked in confusion.

Daiki sighed at the man, "Your friend 'Donnie' was the Uragirimono."

"Oh...!" The Pulverizer gasped, taking a step forward. "Donnie's name is O-rah-gini-momo? That's kinda cool."

Daiki shook his head at the pointless argument and cut the man off. "Pulverizer, do yourself a favor, and quit the Foot!" He emphasises his point by throwing the Foot mask away.

But the Pulverizer all but throw himself after it and whined as he brushed the dirt off, before lifting his head around chuckling. "Oh, sure. I'll quit the Foot!" He winks at the teens.

"No, I'm serious!" Daiki crosses his arms unamused.

"Of course you're serious." Pulverizer said, continuously winking at the brunet.

"I am!" Daiki snapped. "STOP WINKING!"

The Pulverizer took a step back to be safe, then gave them all a thumbs up.

"Right! I'll recon intel and uh… send you a text!" He grabs a pen from one of his pockets and grabs Mikey's hand, writing down a quick phone number. Before throwing the pen into the nearby garbage can and running to the end of the alleyway.

"I'm in ninja stealth mode…" He waves his hands in front of his face and slowly scoots out of the alley. Only a few seconds pass before the sound of a car honking, and the screeching of wheels was heard down the street. "Sorry!" The Pulverizer yelled loudly.

"Well, that just happened." Miwa snorted.

"Dudes. I just got tagged." Mikey said with genuine shock as he looked at the phone number.

Daiki's eyes hardened slightly. "Kare wa jisatsu suru tsumorida. 'He's going to get himself killed.'" He muttered before walking back to the Shellraiser in silence.

The four Hamato siblings stood in line, awaiting their Sensei's lecture.

The four had come back into the lair, cheering and bragging about how they easily defeated the Foot today. But their Sensei didn't seem pleased by this in the slightest.

Daiki was stood outside the dojo doors, watching as the four siblings shuffled uncomfortably waiting for their Master.

And when Splinter finally arrived, he sighed heavily at his teenaged children, standing before them with his arms folded. Looking down with an expression that showed he was not happy with them.

"You four have defeated much of the Foot Clan with ease." Splinter began lowly.

"Why does he make that sound like a bad thing?" Raphael whispered to Leo who stood beside him.

"Because you have grown complacent!" Splinter suddenly snapped at them, making the four jump and even Daiki felt the need to take a few steps away from the entrance. "Each of you has become dependent on your own weapon. But, there are times where you may not be able to fight with what you know, and when that happens, you must adapt to your environment."

Mikey smirks. "Oh, yeah? What if there's only, say a comic book?" He then holds up a comic book for a moment, only for it to be smacked back into his face by Splinter, throwing him to the ground along with it.

"Anything can be a weapon." Splinter says as he begins to stroke his beard.

"Sensei, you can't seriously send us out there armed with nothing but a comic book." Raph retorts.

"For a ninja, anything can be a weapon." Splinter responds.

"So what do you want us to do?" Leo asks curiously, ready for the challenge.

"I want you to embrace the unfamiliar." said Sensei before he declared, "Switch weapons!"

The four teens stared at him like his head had just fallen off. They looked at each other unsure for a moment, before finally moving. The two teens with the blades tried swapping theirs at first, but at the mad look of their father, and the threatening cane stamp on the floor, they quickly swapped around again. Leaving the final weapon swap as Leo with Raph's sai, Raph with Miwa's Tantō, Miwa with Mikey's chucks, and Mikey with Leo's katanas.

"Look, I'm Leo!" Mikey joked as he held the katanas and waved them around. "Guys, shh, we have to be quiet. Ninjas are quiet. Quiet down." He said in his best impression of the oldest turtle. The bad impression of the blue leader had Miwa and Raph laughing. Though Leonardo himself, was far from amused.

"I sound nothing like that!" The blue-clad turtle snapped.

"Yes, that's why we're laughing," Raph said with a smirk. "Because you sound nothing like that."

"Face each other!" Splinter suddenly ordered, snapping them out of their joke. They all move to take their regular stances.

But the turtles and Miwa soon found that their stances felt wrong, and began to move around a bit to find their footing. Leo held the pair of sais out like they were forks, Raph tried to hold the short sword like his sai, Miwa held the chucks out infront of her with the ends dangling uselessly, and Mikey simply holds up the katanas.

"Haijime!"

The spars result was a catastrophe, ending with the four teens in a pile on the floor from having tripped up, and losing to themselves before they even took a few steps forward.

"That was messed up!" Mikey comments as he struggles to stand back up.

"You will continue to fight this way. It will teach you resourcefulness and versatility." Splinter declared as he started to walk toward the tree for meditation.

The four teens frowned at their new weapons, but ultimately decided to follow their Sensei's lesson anyway. Bowing before they all took their leave from the dojo.

"Morikawa, a word."

Daiki jumped slightly at the sudden call, making an undignified noise before awkwardly shuffling into the dojo. By pure habit, the brunet took a knee in front of the ninja master. "Hai, Splinter-san?"

Splinter watched him with a curious glance. "You do not have to do that, child." He said sympathetically.

"Oh. Sorry." Daiki was quick to stand up, afraid he had insulted the ninja Master.

"It is alright." Splinter assured him calmly, gesturing for him to sit down. "I only wanted to inform you that I believe we should be able to start your training in a few days."

"You think so?" Daiki inquired, he thought it would of been another couple of weeks at least, "I was enjoying the vacation time to be honest?" He laughed at his own joke awkwardly.

Splinter chuckled with him, stroking his beard as he did so, "Yes. You have come a long way in the short amount of time you have been here, Child. I am very proud of you."

The praise caught Daiki completely of guard, and he could feel how his cheeks were going slightly red. "O-oh...um thank you, Splinter-san. B-but I don't think I've done anything to make you proud per say?" He all but stuttered out, looking towards the ground while he rubbed his neck.

"Do you have something on your mind?" Splinter asked the nervous boy. His senses telling him so.

Over the past two weeks, Splinter had learnt that this boy had certain 'tells' to how he was truly feeling. He had learnt that Morikawa preferred to keep himself and his emotions to bottled up, probably something the Shredder had likely enforced upon him. And he wished to break that habit, to the point where Daiki felt safe to tell him things.

"N-no it's nothing!" Daiki tried to wave off casually, making sure his eyes avoided Splinter's at all costs.

"Very well." Splinter stated, though he wasn't convinced in the slightest. "But please remember, Morikawa. I am here if you need to talk. Or even to have a cup of tea? Sometimes it can help, knowing you have a place where you feel safe and relaxed."

Daiki nods his understanding to the rat master as he stood up and turnt to leave, he felt himself stop momentarily, but ultimately decided to continue on his way.

TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT

As Daiki walked into the living room, he was greeted with the hilarious sight of the four siblings trying to use their new weapons. Mikey was quite content using Leo's katanas to slice up some pizza and use them as a kebab. Leo was trying his hardest to try and get into Raph's funk, throwing random punches while clasping the sai. Miwa was trying to practice using Mikey's chucks, swinging them around aimlessly for a while until she caught a motion that felt right, while also attempting not to hit anyone else, and Raph stood by the punching dummy, glaring at the tantō in his hands before slashing like mad at the poor dummy.

"You know," the brunet smirked as he approaches the Hamatos. "I'm quite surprised that you guys are struggling so much with this?"

Raphael huffed at Daiki's smugness. "It ain't as easy as it looks-" he pulled back to quickly from one of his punches and knocked the hilt of the tantō into his throat.

Daiki's snickers could be heard beside him, which set the red-clad turtle off.

"Oh yeah!? I'd like to see you try?" Raph yelled back at the laughing kid.

"Sure." Daiki says waiting for no reply as he takes the tantō from Raph. He was quick to demonstrate a few moves and stances to the red-clad turtle, before having Mikey shove Leo's katanas in his face to demonstrate with next. Which he too, flawlessly showed off. He finished by giving Mikey the katanas back, and placed the tantō back in Raphael's hands. "A good ninja uses versatility."

Raph could help the eye roll towards the arrogant teen. "If your so good with all these other weapons, why'd ya choose a lame bō staff to fight with?" He jeered smugly, only losing his smirk when he noticed the sudden change in Daiki's face.

"That bō staff was the last weapon my grandfather made..." Daiki informed him, his eyes wandering to the floor.

Raph felt himself deflat slightly at his own comment, "Oh, my bad-"

A well timed ring tone saved Raphael from his awkward position, as Daiki's attention was drawn to his phone to see the incoming text.

"Uh oh. Text message from you-know-who." Daiki announced regretfully, having all the Hamatos attention now. Including a very lost looking Mikey. "Text message from everybody-but-Mikey-knows-who." Daiki reiterated, Mikey gave him a thumbs up. "The Pulverizer's telling us where the Foot are gonna strike next."

"What do you know?" said Raph with a scoff. "He's actually useful."

"But he can't stay in the Foot," Daiki said seriously. "They'll toast him!"

"Inside information, Daiki? It's worth the risk!" Raph added casually.

"But your not the one taking the risk, Raphael! ThePulverizeris!" Daiki felt the need to remind him.

"I know," Raph smirked. "It's the perfect plan."

"It's anything but!" Daiki said, pleading to the others to listen. "The Pulverizer is in danger as long as he stays in the Foot!"

Leonardo thought for a moment before sighing, "Alright. We'll follow up on his lead and then bust the poor guy out of the foot." Leo announces.

"Excuse me? I'm the sword guy. I make the decisions here!" Mikey shouts in accusation, "Uh...what Leo said." He grins nervously.

Leo nods to the other three and walks away, with Mikey grinning after them.

"Kore wa umaku owaranai. 'This isn't going to end well.'" Daiki mutters to himself in dread as he watches the Hamatos leave, following soon after.

TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT

A few minutes went by as the Hamatos and Daiki made their way to the same alleyway where they had run into the Pulverizer earlier. They took up refuge behind a dumpster, where they waited for him to arrive. From the other end of the alley, the distant sound of squeaking could be heard getting closer. And low and behold, scooting towards their direction, was the Pulverizer.

"Alright, lookin' for traps, lookin' for traps…" The chubby man muttered lowly.

Daiki rolled his eyes as he reached out to grab the Pulverizer, dragging him down to the floor and behind the dumpster.

"Whoa!" The man yelped as he was flung backwards, looking up to be greeted by the Hamatos and Daiki. "Oh, hey! Great, you got my message. I have some information for you!"

"Great, great," Daiki whispered quickly. "But we're getting you outta here first!"

Daiki then grabbed the Pulverizer by his hood and pulled him up as he began to stand too, only to be unceremoniously pushed back behind the dumpster by Leonardo without any warning.

A deep growling from behind alerted the other teens to their onlookers. Xever and Bradford were stood alongside a few Foot rookies at the entrance of the alley.

Xever was wearing a smug smirk on his fish lips as he twirled his butterfly knife in his hands with skill.

The Canine mutant, on the other hand, stood almost heaving out his breaths, focusing his bloodshot eyes on the teens. He looked worse for wear, covered with bruises still darkening, and cuts still healing. Most likely made over the course of the last few days.

They were joined soon by more Foot soldiers jumping down from behind the teens. But luckily just in front of the dumpster.

"As soon as we get ourselves outta here!" Raph grumbled in response to situation.

With Daiki hidden behind the dumpster, Leo took to protecting the Pulverizer. "Alright, Pulverizer. Just stay back and we'll-"

"Help! It's the Hamatos! They've got me!" The Pulverizer suddenly exclaims making said ninjas turn on him sharply. "Sorry, guys. Can't blow my cover." He whispers to them with a wink. Daiki facepalms while the others simply shot looks at him.

"Not cool, bro." Mikey comments with a glare.

Dogpound and Fishface began to advance on the young ninjas. With their foot soldiers closing in too.

"Well, look who finally decided to crawl out of the sewers. I've missed our little fights." Xever joked as he came closer.

"Spread out!" Leo ordered, knowing the coming fight was unavoidable at this point.

"As the one with the swords, I sayretreat!" Mikey said fearfully, flailing his arms around madly.

"Having the swords doesn't make you leader!" Leo scolded him as he ran for the largest mutant. Stabbing the pair of sais in the air as he went. However Dogpound simply caught his wrists and lifted Leonardo into the air, throwing him backwards. Leo slammed against the alley wall and hit the ground hard. "Not that it's a bad idea..." he stated dizzily, "Retreat!-"

They jump out of the way, dodging as Dogpound's fist slams into the ground where they once stood. And when Raphael and Leonardo tried leaving via the fire escape route, they were knocked down when the dog launched a garbage can at them.

Once down, Fishface managed to kick Raph into a nearby wall and ran towards him for another round. The Red-clad turtle got up and started swinging the tantō blade at him frantically, but he couldn't get a good aim on the fish, leading to the turtle being kicked away again.

Miwa was fighting off five Foot soldiers on the fire escape, and managed to down two by spinning the chucks around like crazy, hitting them in the head out of pure luck. But she had to do a quick dodge to the side, leading to her falling off the fire escape and down near her freckled brother.

Leonardo was knocked down infront of Mikey, who was slowly backing up from three foot soldiers when he gets hit in the head with his own nunchuck. "Whoa! Watch where you swing that thing!" Mikey yelled to his sister.

"You were in the way-" she snarled while pulling the chuck's chain across herself to stop another attack.

"You should talk!" Mikey turned around to see Leo pinning himself to the dumpster in an attempt to not get pierced by the katanas blade.

"Sorry! My bad." Mikey apologises quickly as he lowers the blades.

Eventually, Raphael and Miwa were once again backed into the far side of the alley with their brothers, where all four of the Hamatos now stood together.

"This isn't going to work!" Daiki whispered loudly from where he was still hidden behind the dumpster.

And it looked like Leo was on the same page as him. "Switch weapons!" The leader ordered, and at once, the four all tossed their weapons into the air. Falling down to be caught by their skilled owners. Miwa grabbed her tantō, Mikey gripped his nunchucks, Leo caught his katanas, and Raph snatched up his sais. The four all paused for a moment to get ahold of their weapons, before charging back into the fight with much more power.

Leonardo jumps up, swinging his swords at Dogpound. As Raphael spins, kicking Fishface away, Miwa slashes and knocks a ninja away and into another unsuspecting ninja.

"This is more like it!" Mikey exclaims to them all.

"Oh yeah. There's something really satisfying about not losing!" Raph grins as he clocks another foot round the face. Only to then bare witness as the largest mutant charged towards his older brother.

The dog gave no time to think as he managed to back Leonardo up into the corner of the alley. Hitting Raphael with his giant paw when he came closer, sending him slamming against the nearby dumpster.

Miwa pulled her tantō out ready to defend her brother, while Mikey rushed back to the dumpster to defend Raph while he got up.

The dog brought his bigger fist down on top of Leonardo, barely missing the top of his head as the paw came into contact with his katanas blade. While Miwa stuck herself between the dog's smaller fist and Leo's stomach, holding it at bay in the air as she pushed against the mutants strength.

"Where is he!" The dog all but barked out in a threatening tone. "I know you found him!!"

"What are you talking about?" Leo strained as the bigger fist continued to push down on him.

Bradford let out a snarl, "You know who I'm talking about!-"

A flying kick, courtesy of Raph sent the dog sprawling on the floor. Giving his two oldest siblings a moment to get their bearings back. While Mikey and Raph went back to Xever and the rest of the soldiers.

Bradford shook his head like a wounded mutt, and glared at the teens. "Where's Morikawa!"

"Why? So you can turn him in too the Shredder?" Miwa scowled as she unknowingly placed herself between the mutant and the dumpster.

Bradford barked at her in fury, "No! I just-"

"Why do you care? Your own guys tried to kill him!" Leo snaps as he points his blade to the dog.

"Because as much as that kid annoyed the shit outta me, he..." Bradford drew on the sentence, but never finished it. His eyes stared off into the distance, as a familiar scent seemed to dance around his nose. And in the alleyway itself. "He-"

A commotion from behind stopped the fighting ninjas long enough to see a group of Foot soldiers running out if the TCRI building and into the back of a white van. But the more horrifying fact, was that they were all carrying mutagen canisters.

Xever managed to knock Raphael back with a shove, before running out of the alley towards the van. The mutant dog turned to flee the scene as well, being stopped at the entrance of the alley by Leonardo's yell.

"Bradford." Leo called, as he sheathed his katanas. "He's safe."

Bradford growled in acknowledgement towards the leader in blue, before turning to run for the van. Disappearing quickly into the city night with the others.

At the sound of the van speeding away, Daiki came out of his hiding place with a worried tone of voice. "Guys? The Foot are stealing mutagen!"

"Shredder with mutagen," Raph said in thought. "Well, that can't be good."

Miwa huffed as she sheathed her tantō. "Just what we needed."

"Psst!"

The five ninjas all turned to look back down the alley. From behind the dumpster Daiki was hidden by before, they could make out the Pulverizer's hand waving them closer.

"Over here!" the Pulverizer hissed.

The five teens all walk back down the alleyway and stopped infront of the dumpster. Where the badly hidden man was sneaking towards him.

"You don't have to hide, Pulverizer." said Mikey. "The Foot are gone."

The Pulverizer cleared his throat, and started talking in a deeper, throatier voice. "You shouldn't use my real name." he said ominously.

Mikey raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Your real name is 'Pulverizer?'"

The Pulverizer glanced down. "No… it's Timothy."

Daiki roughly grabbed Timothy by the front of his collar and hoisted him up to his feet.

"Stop talking like that, Tim!" He yells in a frustration.

"Guys!" Timothy exclaimed suddenly. "You'll never guess what Shredder's gonna do with the mutagen!"

"He's going to create a mutant army?" Daiki said blatantly.

Timothy's face fell slightly. "Yeah, but...There's a lot more to it than that."

"Really…?" Daiki asked sarcastically.

"No… you guessed..." Timothy sighed glumly, rubbing the back of his head.

"Pulverizer, you're in over your head," Daiki told him seriously. "Go home!-"

"Wait," said Leo suddenly. "Not until he finds out more about Shredder's mutation plan."

"Excuse me?" Daiki asked cautiously.

"Oh yeah, baby!" Timothy cheered, raising his fists in a victory dance. "The Pulverizer stays in the game! Up high!"

He holds out his hand, but none of the five teens high five him back. "Okay then. I'm off!" Timothy announces as he walks past them, bolting out of the alley with a shout, "I'm practically invisable!"

A second later there was a distinct sound of a car horn, followed by a loud crash. "I'm okay!" The chubby man reassured. "I'm sorry, again… I'm gonna go spy now!"

Daiki groaned to himself, shaking his head. "Koitsu-ra wa bakada... 'These guys are idiots...'"

"So what if Shredder's building an army of mutants?" Raph asked confidently, punching his fist into his hand. "They're still no match for my sais! High-three!" He cheers, raising his hand as Miwa, Leo and Mikey all give him a high-three, the four of them laughing at their victory.

The Hamatos continued their victory cheer throughout the night, up until they leapt over the turnstiles of the lair. The four couldn't help but relishing in yet another easy win.

"And I was like, makin' the bucks with my ol' nunchucks!" Mikey cheered, spinning his chucks around.

"I was droppin' the Foot like flies with my sais!" Raph added, spinning his sais as he leapt off the top of the turnstile and landed next to Mikey.

"Yeah, Raph!" The freckled turtle cheered. "Leo?"

"I had my Kursawa swingin' and zingin'!" The leader sang, dancing his katanas around a bit. "Sis?"

Miwa whipped her tantō out and did a easy flip off the turnstile. "Please, those chumps couldn't stand a blow from my tantō."

Leo, Raph and Mikey cheered as their sister joined them.

"This is awesome" Mikey grinned. "Yo Donnie, you should try doing one?"

The Hamatos looked back over at Daiki as he trudged his way past the turnstiles. He had a worried and quite annoyed expression still on his face, and hadn't spoken to anyone since they left the Pulverizer to go back to the Foot.

"Yeah, I'm good." The brunet stated bluntly.

Mikey pouted slightly before wrapping his arm around Daiki's shoulders. "C'mon D, the Pulverizer will be fine!-"

"No, he won't be. What type of ninjas send a guy like the Pulverizer into harm's way just for information, in the first place!" Daiki yelled back at the orange-clad turtle, making Mikey wince and step back.

"Eh, You worry too much, Donnie." Raphael said coolly as he continued to spin one of his sais in his hands. Completely unaware of Splinter coming up from behind him, taking the sai out of his hand before he could register he was even there.

"So," the rat said. "You decided not to follow my lesson." Though his voice was calm, it betrayed his frustration quite clearly.

"Sensei, we don't get it!" Raph scoffed irritably, folding his arms. "How does switching weapons help us in a fight? We were doing fine on our own!"

"Then you still do not understand the point of the lesson," Splinter said, now not holding back his anger. "So you will learn how to adapt… by having no weapons."

The boys and Miwa gasped in shock. "Hand over your weapons," Sensei demanded with a raised paw. "Now!"

The siblings all stared up at him for a second, before quickly taking their weapons and handing them over to Sensei, who took them and walked off towards the dojo. Not waiting around for any protests.

"Way to go, Pinhead." Miwa snarked as she hit Raph upside the head. Earning a growl from the already peeved off turtle.

Daiki couldn't help but pace around as the night went on. Waiting for the phone call he knew would be coming at any moment now...

His ringtone went off at that second, and he looked down to answer it. "Oh, it's our spy." He announced with an eye roll. Making the others gather round before he answered.

"This is special agent Delta Niner calling from behind enemy lines." Timothy whispers into the phone.

"Spit it out, Timothy." Daiki replies with no amusement.

"Okay. The mutation experiment is going down on Broom Street in the Bowery. They're on their way there now," Pulverizer reports, "And that's not all. You ready for this? Are you ready?"

"Yes!" The five call out deadpan.

"Shredder's gonna mutate just one Foot soldier as a test, and guess what? I volunteered!" The Pulverizer announces with a cheer.

"What?!" Daiki yells, the Hamatos now begin to look nervous.

"I know! Isn't that cool?" The Pulverizer asks obviously.

"No!" Daiki shouted into the phone. "Why would you think that's cool?!"

"This is my chance to be like the turtles!"Pulverizer said happily."Throw some mutagen on me, and BOOM! I'm a super hero! I'm takin' the Shredder down!"

"The mutagen is dangerous!" Daiki began to shout in frustration. "You have no idea what that stuff could do to you!"

"Once I mutate, I'll unleash my mighty mutant powers on Shredder! I'll be all Wataaa! Sheeka! Haha! Yeah, take that, pointy man!" The Pulverizer spattered into the phone.

In the background of the call, the sounds of a low rumbling motorcycle could be heard before the Pulverizer's voice lowered. "Oh, gotta go! Signing off!"

"No, wait!" Daiki pleaded, but Timothy already hung up. "I told you we should've gotten that guy out when we had the chance!!" Daiki turnt on the four Hamatos furiously. "Now look what's happening?!"

"Well, we're gonna get him out now," said Leo trying to reassure him, "Let's go." He ran for the entrance, followed quickly by the other four. Piling into the Shellraiser before take off down the subway tunnel in hope's that they weren't too late.

TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT

The five teens had only been driving for about five minutes, with Leo flooring it almost the entire time, making a few turns and passes here and there, before they came across a large group of motorcycles driving by.

"The Foot!" Raph shouted.

Leonardo skids the car to the right, following after them, bumping right into one of the motorcycles and knocking the soldier off. Another foot, a few bikes ahead of them, had Timothy tied up on the back. Fishface however, suddenly turns his bike around and starts coming straight towards the Shellraiser.

"Miwa, Raph! Use the cannon!" Daiki instructed as Leo was busy perusing the foot.

"Oh yeah!" Miwa grins, pleased to finally be able to cause some destruction.

"Eat hot trash, fish boy!" Raph fires the first garbage ball from the cannons, earning a shoulder punch from Miwa as she takes over. But Fishface drives past all of the balls.

One of Miwa's cannons manages to land a hit on the bike, but Fishface ends up flipping in the air, and landing on the roof. The sounds of his robotic feet coming into contact with the roof rumble around the car.

"Uh oh..." Raph comments as he hears him kicking about.

"He's on the roof!" Daiki calls out.

"I got this!" Raph says leaping from his seat and climbing up to the hatch on the roof.

The red-clad turtle opened the hatch and pokes his head out, just as Fishface pounces at him with a snarl. But Raphael luckily ducks out the way and closes the hatch back up behind him.

Michelangelo screams as Raph falls back down next to him, missing his head. But it turnt out, he had just retracted it into his shell. A second later, Raph's head reemerged out of his shell with a 'pop'.

"Alright, plan B!" Raph jumped back up and knocked Miwa aside, and out of his seat, taking a hold of the large handles that controlled the cannon. He then spun it around, turning the cannon so that it slammed into Fishface, bringing him out so that he dangled over the street.

"Whatcha gonna do now?" Raphael jeered as he watched him on the camera.

Miwa was also watching the camera, and noticed something her short tempered brother didn't. "Eh, Might wanna move him away from the wheels?-"

Fishface took a hold of the cannon to keep himself from falling down onto the street. He then kicked out one of his robotic legs and landed it on the tire, tearing it to pieces. The car gave a sudden jolt, as Leo began trying to swerve the toppling car out into a straight line. Making everyone inside said car yelp as they were roughly thrown out of their seats and onto the floor.

"Why do I ask these questions? Why?!" Raph asked himself miserably.

The Shrellraiser skidded a few more times before it eventually gave in and tipped over, landing flat on it's side. The five teens inside screamed as they were all launched onto the other side of the car.

The subway car eventually slowed down to a hard stop, giving the ninjas enough time to escape the fallen vehicle to see Fishface pick up a nearby motorcycle of one of the few fallen foot.

"I'll deal with you soon enough, freaks!" Xever shouted before revving on the bike and speeding off.

The four Hamatos stood for a moment, pondering what to do now that their transportation was down. But it was a moment to long, when Daiki pushed past them, snatching up a discarded helmet and walking over to one of the least damaged bikes.

He pulled the helmet over his head and revved up the bike, warning the Hamatos to move out the way.

"Daiki! What do you think your doing?" Leo questioned as the human got onto the bike.

"Doing the one thing you all couldn't!" Daiki yelled, holding the handles tight as he shoots passed the siblings, rounding the corner in a matter of seconds.

Leo sighed, but alternately knew this was their fault. "Come on. We'll go on Foot." He announced as the four made their way to the roofs.

TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT TMNT

A few miles away from the Shellraiser, a shabby warehouse was being used as a mutagen experimentation lab for the Shredder.

A large tank, just big enough to hold a fully grown human inside, sat above a silver pad and draw string, ready to spell mutagenic disaster for whoever stood below it.

The Pulverizer began to walk up to the pad, taking his time to monologue his 'great transformation story'. "In a world where evil runs rampant, one man had the courage to sacrifice his humanity."

Xever rolled his eyes at the self absorbed man before forcefully pushing him the rest of the way, "Move!" He demanded, ready to grab the drawstring. Only to stop at the sound of a fast approaching motorcycle.

There was a loud crash around the warehouse as a bike had smashed through one of the glass windows above.

Daiki leapt out from the seat, throwing his helmet at the unsuspecting fish mutant, before summersaulting in the air as he came down and landed right where Timothy was. He grabbed him and shoved him several feet away from the pad.

The brunet straightened up and looked forward to be greeted by Dogpound and several Foot soldier surrounding them.

"Get the test subject!" shouted Dogpound. "Leave the kid to me."

Daiki instinctively went for his bō staff, only to remember that he had lost it almost two weeks ago now, "Kusō! Dammit!" He murmured before scanning his surroundings.

His eyes then landed on a broom leaning against a crate nearby. He ran forward and kicked it up into the air, leaping up after it.

He flips and smashes the end of the broom on top of a soldiers head, where he fell to the ground unconscious. Daiki then spun the broom above his head as two more Foot soldiers came towards him. He rose the broom up and blocked both of their attacks, before shoving one end into one soldier, knocking him back. Then swinging the broom at the other soldier, smacking him clean off his feet.

"Bradford, I won't let you do this!" Daiki exclaimed as he defended Timothy.

"It's not your decision to make." Bradford snarled at the teen, "Maybe if you didn't betray us your opinion would still matter!"

Daiki stared at him in shock, "Betray you? Saki lied to me! He used me!-"

"Now's my chance!" The Pulverizer yells as he runs towards the mutagen. Daiki was kicked from behind, knocking him to the ground while he was distracted with the reckless man.

The Foot ninja that had knocked him down stalked up behind him with a raised katana, only for Daiki to kick him from behind, swinging around and knocking him onto the floor harshly.

Daiki then takes that time to run up to Timothy as he's just about to pull the drawstring, seconds away from releasing the mutagen onto himself. "Timothy, no!" Daiki yells as he pulls him away. "What are you doing!?"

"I'm gonna be a mutant! Like the Hamatos!" He says enthusiastically.

"Um, doing the mutation thing is notoriously unpredictable," Daiki explains, then he gets in his face. "AND REALLY STUPID!"

"But, if I become a mutant, I can finally help people!" Timothy says with a pout.

Daiki was still in thought, before sighing, "Timothy, you don't need to be a mutant to be a 'good guy'." He tells him with a smile, hoping the man would catch onto his words.

Timothy stares for a brief moment, before the words finally click in his memories. "Donnie?!"

At the Pulverizer's sudden realization, Bradford grabbed Daiki by his sweater hood and threw him backwards. He rolled to a stop and quickly got back up to his feet and leapt out of the way as the dog tried to grab at him with his large fist. "Get over here, kid!"

"I'll save you, Donnie!" The Pulverizer calls to him, before turning and running back towards the machine.

"Wait!" Daiki yelled while trying to avoid Bradford's paw. "Didn't you hear what I- No!"

Bradford made another move, but this time, he successfully grabbed him around the leg.

Only for Daiki to smacked the dog's face with the end of the broom. Quickly rolling under him when his grip let up, kicking his foot up and into the dogs nose for a second time. He straightened himself up, before leaping and landing right on top of Bradford's head before jumping off and running towards Pulverizer.

"I'm- saving-you!" The brunet grunted as he charged forward and pushed Timothy out from underneath the tank again. But even as he pushed him out of danger, he caught a glimpse of Fishface before he was suddenly kicked extremely hard in the side by one of the robotic legs.

The hard blow sent Daiki flying backwards into the air, gasping slightly as he put his arms out to grab something to stop himself, and luckily his hand came into contact with the end of a chain and he grabbed tightly a hold of it. He swung up by the roof before swinging back down towards Xever, letting out a loud "Woohohooo!" As he reached the Fish, he delivered a firm kick once, twice, three times straight to the head before he dropped down to the floor again.

Daiki ran back over to Timothy, who was laid on the ground. "Okay, now we're getting out of here!" the brunet informed him as he practically dragged him up.

But as Daiki said this, he saw that the remaining Foot soldiers had gotten back up and were now surrounding both of them once more. "Hopefully…"

At the sound of a loud 'crash!' Daiki and Timothy snapped their heads up to see four figures descending down from the skylight, and landing in front of them.

The sight of three shelled backs and a maroon coloured shozoku tell the two that the Hamatos had finally arrived. The four teens instinctively go to grab for their weapons, only to remember that their Sensei had took them.

"Huh? Oh yeah, no weapons." Leo growls in slight frustration, but carries on swiftly. "Spread out, guys. Remember, anything can be a weapon!"

Daiki nods his thanks to the leader in blue before rushing forward with his broom, while the others look around for weapons. Raphael gets a hold of a plank, Mikey gets a chain, Miwa finds a small handheld sized beam, and Leo gets a pipe.

Daiki spun his broom around, kicking away a ninja. Leonardo spins onto the floor and swings his pipe around, knocking down a few more ninja. Raph hits a soldier with his plank, swinging around and hitting another foot. Miwa runs forward and knocks a soldier round the back of the head with her beam before chasing after another one trying to run away from her. While Mikey rolls over onto his shell, swinging his chain and knocking down a soldier. He traps another in the chain, and swings him around with a throw.

The five ninjas are so caught up in their fight that they don't realise that Dogpound was starting to get back up, he shoots a look towards Timothy, before stalking towards him.

"Okay, big-dog-man-thing. You asked for it!" The Pulverizer threatens, however Dogpound saw no threat, and began chuckling as he got closer. Pulverizer then charged towards the machine once more, only this time, no one was there to stop him. "My mutation!"

With the Pulverizer back underneath the tank again, and on the pad, He pulls on the drawstring. Holding his arms out in anticipation. "Oh, this is gonna be-" he begans saying as the bottom of the tank opens up, and out falls a large flood of mutagen, straight onto his face.

A second later, Timothy started to scream. "Oh, it burns!" He cried in pain. "I didn't think it would burn so bad!"

His voice becomes distorted as the mutagen starts to take slow effect, he stumbles around helplessly, reaching out for help as Dogpound backs away. "Oh, it really burns!!" He screams once more, as a few Foot soldiers run away from him.

"What happened!?" Raph cringes at the sight.

"I believe Timothy just got his wish!" Daiki stated fearfully.

"That's wrong!" Miwa yelled in disgust as she began backing up.

"And we got a problem," said Leo joining his sister.

"That dude's straight nasty!" Mikey yelled.

Timothy continued to wail in pain as he flailed his arms around, stumbling and falling as he came towards the others.

"Hōrīsaba! Holy mackerel!" Daiki cried as he was grabbed by Miwa, and pulled upwards.

The Hamatos all quickly scaled up a pile of stacked crates to avoid getting touched.

"Timothy is jacked up!" Mikey shouted as they watched the man fall to his knees.

There was smoke and sizzling coming from the remains of the chubby man, until a giant, blob of green goo with organs floating around inside it, along with two eyeballs and a pair of lips emerged from the smoke.

Timothy let out a loud screech as he flailed around a pair of tentacle like arms, shifting and sliding after the remaining Foot soldiers, who all ran for their lives.

"Hey, where's that beeping coming from?" Miwa asked suddenly. Catching the others attention.

Sure enough, the others could hear a soft beeping too, coming from right under them. Daiki kneeled down and leaned over the edge of the crate. What he saw was a small bomb attached to the crate. As well as almost every other surface in the warehouse.

"Uh oh," Daiki answered Miwa's question. "The entire warehouse is rigged with plastic explosives!"

They look up in time to see two Foot soldiers running up towards them, dodging past Timothy. Daiki raised his broom to block, but one of the ninjas sliced it in half with a katana. He quickly used both the pieces to knock the soldiers off the pile of crates. The sound of loud creaking of a door draw the teens eyes up, to see Dogpound and Xever by the door, several soldiers running out into the night.

"Let's go!" Dogpound shouted to the remaining men. "Lock 'em in!"

The five teens stare in horror at their one exit, looking down in time to see that Timothy's blob-like form had started coming over to them. He screeched and extended his tentacle arms outwards, slowly getting closer to the crates. The teens took a brief moment, before jumping off the boxes, and not a moment too soon, as the crates were smashed almost a second after they jumped down, by the acid tentacles.

As soon as they landed, the teens split up and made a run for the doors. But just as Daiki and Leo reached the door, Dogpound slammed it shut in their faces. Leo grabbed the handle and tried to open it, but it was locked.

"Bradford!" Daiki shouted desperately, as he began banging on the door. "Bradford open the door!!"

"We're trapped!" Leo grunted, turning back to the brunet. "We need to get out, now!"

Daiki stopped his frantic attempt to get the door open, and cast his mahogany eyes over to the blob-like creature tearing up the place, "But, what about Timo-!" Daiki was abruptly cut off, as a hard, stone like paw wrapped around his mouth, and practically his entire head, and dragged him outside.

"Daiki!!" Leo reached out to him in panic, his fingers brushing up against the humans, but the warehouse doors closed on him once more. With two foot ninja either side, locking the garage type doors securely shut.

"Mphm!" Daiki's yell was muffled, as he watched the doors close, leaving the turtles, Miwa and Timothy to an explosive demise.

The human teen began to thrash about, trying to get free, but soon his frantic arms were secured to his sides as he was pulled up and under a rather large arm, with the other paw still around his mouth.

"Calm down, Kid. It's just me." The gruff tone of voice spoke from above him. Telling Daiki exactly who held him in a death grip.

"Mphmm!?" He fought harder but the dog held firmer.

A scoff from beside him brought his attention to Xever sneering at his struggles. "You really think Shredder will take him back?" His voice was laced with skepticism.

The larger mutant gave him a warning growl as he hoisted Daiki up again. "Of course he will. Morikawa's one of us." Though his voice also betrayed his confidence in the armoured man.

Xever seemed to sense this, "And what of Tigerclaw? If Shredder does not finish the kid off, then that oversized house cat will-"

"Nobody is finishing of anybody!" The sheer volume of Bradford's shout was deafening for anybody near by, especially the fish stood next to him, and the teen pinned by him. "The kid made a mistake, and he'll receive his punishment for that when we get back!" He made it clear that this conversation was over by growling at the fish, making him shake his head as he moved towards a white van.

With his arms clamped down to his sides, with enough force not to hurt, but to definitely stop any movement, and his legs flailing uselessly behind him, Daiki was pretty much in a futile position. He did, however, have one move left he could try, before ultimately giving in to his capture, though it was a gross one.

Daiki shifted his head to the side, so he was leaning his mouth onto the hardened paw, and simply bit down.

"Ow!!" Bradford was quick to retract his hand covering Daiki's mouth. "Did you just bite me?!-"

"Ika sete! 'Let me go!'" Daiki yelled as he kicked out once more, "You can't just leave them in there!!"

Bradford's growl was definitely one of annoyance as he suddenly throw Daiki backwards. The teens fall was short lived, as he hit the floor of the van rather roughly, coughing slightly from the impact.

The van gave out a heaving noise as the dog mutant jumped up and into the back of the van aswell, standing purposefully in the way of the exit. He tapped the van wall a few times, signaling for the driver to move. Which he did.

Daiki snarled slightly at the painful treatment as he turnt to the dog. "Bradford! What are you doing?-"

His words were cut off as he was flicked in the head by the mutant. "That's for biting me." Bradford stated unamused. "And I'm saving your ass, Kid. Unless of course you'd like to be in that explosion too?"

Daiki growled as he rubbed his forehead, ignoring the obvious rhetorical question.

"You have alot of explaining to do." Bradford pressed on, "Why were you with the Hamatos of all people?-"

"Why do you care?" Daiki interrupted. "You never gave a shit about me before, Why the hell are you so hellbent on it now?"

"You know that's not true, Kid-" Bradford began with a snarl.

"Bullshit!" The brunet yelled harshly, "You only ever saw me as a damn burden! Another worthless rookie that was left for you to train, and I know it-"

"Then you don't know shit!" Bradford's sharp interruption was enough to shut the teen up, "I raised you, Daiki! Since you were five!"

"I was the one who taught you English! I was the one who taught you how to ride a motorcycle!!" He balled his paw to a fist and drove it at the wall, making the metal cave in beneath it. "It was me you came too at night with your nightmares, me who got you the materials for your projects! And it was me who taught you Ninjitsu, dammit!"

"You seriously think for a damn minute that I see you as just another damn rookie?!" The dog finished his rant, leaning his face close to the brunet's. Daiki's mahogany eyes were wide in response.

Bradford sighed, and slid down the side of the van to take a seat next to his ward. "I'm taking you back to the Shredder. He'll talk to you about your disobedience, then he should let you back in. Leave Tigerclaw to me." He sighed, giving his rough expression a more warn look. "This whole thing will blow over soon enough and we can all get back to our lives." The dog told himself firmly.

Daiki shook his head, "You can't take me back to the Shredder, He'll kill me."

Bradford gruffed out a breath, "He wouldn't, Morikawa-"

"He killed my parents! And he'll kill me too..." Daiki retorted back, his voice breaking as he did so.

Bradford's mouth opened slightly to say something back, but closed almost immediately afterwards. The color from his face went a few shades lighter as he stared wide-eyed at the boy.

Bradford shook his head slowly, he knew that taking Morikawa to Shredder now, was no longer an option. He'd be sentencing the boy to death for certain. His sigh was drawn out as his placed a paw on his face.

"Daiki. If you leave, there ain't no going back." He announced begrudgingly, "We'd be enemies from here on out, if you get out of this van now. No more bails, no more help." He regretted doing this to the kid- to Daiki. But he knew it needed to be done. He needed Daiki to tell him what he wanted to do from here on out.

Said brunet took in a steady breath as he thought for a moment, then a while longer. "I know..." he muttered back to the dog, mahogany eyes threatening to spill.

Bradford glanced the boy over, as if doing one last check up. Before he places his smaller paw on his head. And gives his hair a slight ruffle.

Daiki ran as fast as he could. His feet desperately attempted to make up for the extra minutes by flying over the city's buildings.

He pushed on through the cold, shutting his eyes tight, in fear of not making it in time. That was, until he suddenly saw it.

The warehouse he had been looking for, was just a few roofs ahead.

But the ecstatic emotion that greeted him when he saw the warehouse, washed away as quickly as it came like a tidal wave. Replacing the joy, with fear.

The entire warehouse was up in flames. A big smoke cloud covered the sky, and every other build beside it. Chunks of the building were thrown over the street, as well as it's contents, which were now charred and burnt.

Time stood still for what felt like hours, exactly like it did ten years ago...

His pupils fixated on the building, hands twitched and his heart sunk looking at the bellows of fire. But his fear slowly replaced itself with panic as everything began fading back to him.

He made his way down the fire escape on weak knees, coming to the wreakage of the warehouse, were he began frantically scanning around for any signs of the Hamatos. "G-guys?" Daiki's voice was hoarse from his own fear, but he shook it off and pushed on. "Guys?!"

He brushed through the cluttered street and made it to what was left of the inside of the warehouse. "Mikey!?" He called at the top of his voice.

But no answer came.

"Leo! Miwa! Raph!!" His yells were panic-stricken at this point, and the smoke only got thicker. Making his breathing heavily and harder, to the point he had to pull back a bit.

There was no sign of them.

He shook his head in denial, as his breathing quickened to the point he felt faint, a full on panic attack starting to take hold. No! This was the Hamatos he was talking about. Those stubborn headed idiots would of gotten out in time. They must of...

Right?

"Donnie?!" The familiar voice calling from behind, brought him out of his darkening mind and back to reality once more.

Turning the corner of the warehouse were the four figures he had been searching for. But his mind, still hazy with panic, wouldn't let him believe what he was seeing.

Then, the orange blurred figure began approaching him, giving him the final confirmation that everyone was fine. "Donnie!!"

"M-mikey!" Daiki practically raced to the smallest turtle, getting grabbed in the turtles arms as Mikey pulled him in for a hug.

"Donnie! We totally thought they'd got you, dude!!" Mikey whimpered as he held Daiki in a death hold, not planning to let go for a while, as fat tears rolled from his eyes.

"I'm so glad you guys are ok..." Daiki muttered back as he melted into the turtle's warm hug.

"Well duh?" Miwa scoffed as she weighed her elbow on Mikey's shoulder. "You thought we'd go out that easily?"

"Yeah? Besides, we have to look after your ass now, and your proving to be just as problematic as Mikey!" Raph joked as he joined at the side.

"Says you? The guy who ran off alone for four hours straight because Leo beat you at monopoly?" Miwa mocked the red-clad turtle, receiving a lecture on how stupid Leo was for not giving him money because he was in jail.

Daiki didn't mind the bickering however, he had grown to like the constant noise of these older teens. And couldn't help but chuckle to himself as Raphael became fully animated with his arms.

Only to have a gentle hand on his shoulder draw his attention to the leader of the group. "Daiki, When Bradford took you, we thought that he must of taken you back to the Shredder." Leo stated flatly, but Daiki had a feeling he was doing it on purpose. "We were heading there after we escaped, but Mikey said he heard you..."

"I-I'm sorry I didn't get to you in time Daiki, that Bradford got you. If I had been quicker then..." Leo tried to apologize, sincerely feeling that Daiki's state was due to his own fault. He couldn't help but look away ashamed of himself. Only to be drawn to the sudden human hugging his plastron.

"You didn't do anything wrong, Leo." Daiki informed him with genuine sympathy, "Please don't beat yourself up over it."

Leo secretly wiped at his eye, giving the brunet a slight squeeze back. "Thanks, Donnie- eh! I mean Daiki!" He was quick to correct himself, going slightly red as Raph and Miwa snickered at him.

"Wait," Daiki pulled away from Leo and glanced around, "Timothy. Where's...?" His voice trailed off when he noticed the faces of the others.

"He...we couldn't get him out in time." Leo sighed, "We tried to get him to come with us, but he wouldn't listen, and by that point, we only had a few seconds left-"

"Yeah dude!! He ate our weapons! Then some crates and then went crazy trying to eat that mutagen tank thing?!" Mikey added some exaggeration to his words with some weird arm movements, clearly meant to be mimicking Timothy's tentacle arms.

"Daiki. We should have listened to you from the start." Miwa stated apologetically, followed by slow nods from Leo and Raph in agreeance.

"Yeah, maybe then the Pulverizer wouldn't be, Pulverized." Mikey added, receiving an elbow in the gut courtesy of Miwa. "Ow!"

Daiki didn't want to think that the Pulverizer- that Timothy, had actually perished in the fire. If the turtles and Miwa got out in time, then maybe...

"M-maybe he made it out?" Daiki asked the others, but his own voice betrayed him, and he felt his face drop. "He...I...I should of tried harder to stop him-"

"Daiki. You weren't responsible for him." Miwa reminded him carefully.

"Yeah. I mean, the guy wanted to be a mutant, and the idiot got his wish? All you've done was try and steer him in the right path all day!" Raphael added thoughtfully, catching his siblings off guard with how 'nice' he was being.

"Thanks Raphael." Daiki replied with a smile.

"No problem, Now let's go home. I'm tired of all this feeling crap!" The red-clad turtle groaned as he began walking out of the building, followed closely by Miwa and Leo. And Mikey with his arm around Daiki's shoulders guiding him home.

A line of green goo was left down the walls of the warehouse, completely unnoticed by all, as it lead to the shattered windows, and trailed off outside.

Splinter took in a calming breath, holding it for a brief moment before releasing it. Taking in the soothing smells of his incenses in peace.

The lair was a different place in the early morning hours. With the sounds of four soft snores only being audible to him and his sensitive ears. But it was a peaceful sound to him, knowing his children were sound asleep and safe.

Now, with the additional light snores of two others. But one of those two was missing...

Splinter's sensitive ears picked up the sounds of someone moving around in the hallways. They were too light to be any of his sons, and a little too heavy to be any of the girls. Leaving only one other child.

"Morikawa?" Splinter called into the darkness of the dojos entrance, hearing a quiet 'eek!', confirmed his suspicions as said child stuck his head in the lightly lit room.

"Um, Hi Splinter-san?" Daiki greeted him nervously.

Splinter could see, even in the darkness that surrounded him, that he was uncomfortable, and most likely hiding something. "Is everything alright, child?"

Daiki nodded, "Hai, I just um...needed a drink?-" but at the slight droop of Splinter's ears, he could tell the rat wasn't falling for his lies. "No...I mean...I um-" He began rambling on, trying his best to move the conversation on. But he stopped for a second to think, remembering the earlier conversation he had had with Splinter.

He glanced at the rat with tired mahogany eyes. "I couldn't sleep...I've um, been had a rough day..."

Splinter felt himself warming inside, and couldn't help the small smile that graced his lips. "Would you like some tea?" Splinter inquired, though he was already moving towards the doorway where Daiki stood, placing his paw on the boy's shoulder gently.

"Ocha wa subarashīdarou. 'Tea would be great.'" Daiki smiled back gratefully.
