Anzai lands on the ground and gently places Aina down. His hands shake slightly as he checks her wound on her abdomen. His red eyes darken as he sees the extent of the damage through her skin tissue. "Damn it," he mutters, his voice filled with frustration and worry.

Quickly pulling out spare bandages from his pockets, his hands moved swiftly as he began to wrap them around her stab wound. "This should stop the bleeding for now," Anzai said, tensing with concern while tending to her.

Aina noticed a change in Anzai's appearance. His eyes changed into a deep crimson color, his features became more sharp and angular, his fangs got longer, and his claws extended from his fingertips. "So...you really are...a devil?" Anzai paused, meeting her blue, gentle eyes as she saw his true form. He took a deep breath, his expression turning somber. "Yes...I am a devil." He said quietly, his voice laced with resignation.

Aina stared at him softly. "Why didn't you tell me?" she asked. Anzai's face was etched with guilt as he looked away from her. "I was afraid," he admitted barely above a whisper. "Afraid of how you would react, be scared, or worse, hate me." He sighed softly.

"Let me see your face," Aina requested. Anzai hesitated for a moment, then slowly turned to face her. His deep red eyes met hers. "This is who I really am," he said, feeling vulnerable. "A half-devil, half-human hybrid. A monster." Aina's delicate hand slightly touched his claws. His eyes widened as he watched her touch it with such gentleness. "You're not afraid of me?" He said, meeting her gaze as she shook her head.

His expression softened as he saw the curiosity and fascination in her eyes. It made him feel comforted and unnerved. Gently taking her hand in his, filled with gratitude, he was careful not to prick her with his claws. "I've spent my entire life hiding who I really am, scared of what people would think of me if they knew the truth."

Aina didn't feel afraid of Anzai in his form. "I don't see you as a monster or a devil." She said sincerely as he gasped at her words. "You don't? After everything I've done and all, you don't see me as a monster?" Aina reached to cup his face in her hand. "I still see you as Anzai, only Anzai..." He felt tears welling up in his eyes, never expecting to find someone who sees him as himself, regardless of his true nature.

"Thank you.." He whispered, trembling with emotion. "For seeing me for who I truly am, and not judging based on what I am."

Aina leaned close to Anzai's face, pressing her lips on his cold rough ones, then turned away, hiding her embarrassment. "Sorry." Her voice squeaked as his heart skipped a beat for a moment by the kiss. He gently lifted her chin, making her look at him. "Hey, No need to feel embarrassed, Aina." She flushed nervously at Anzai's words.

Wrapping his arms around her, he could hear Aina's heart beating fast against his chest, and couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth and comfort in her presence. "You know," his voice soft and gentle, "I never thought I'd find someone who would accept me for who I am, especially not someone as beautiful and brave as you?" Aina blushed at what Anzai said. "I'm beautiful?" He chuckled at her bashfulness till his claws turned back to normal hands, his fangs and eyes turning back too.

Anzai smiled softly at the change in his appearance. His touch gently brushed a strand of black hair away from Aina's face. "Looks like I'm back to my original form now. Although I must say, I prefer my devil form when I'm with you." Aina laughed brightly, making Anzai's heart swell with affection.

Feeling a sense of gratitude for having him in his life, he teased with a playful glint in his eyes, "You know, I'm starting to think you have a thing for devils." Aina squeaked in embarrassment. "Wha ?! No I don't !" Anzai chuckled, enjoying her flustered reaction. "Oh really ?" Then why are you blushing so much ?" He asked with a smirk on his face. Aina swallowed, nervously flabbergasted. "I...um...uhh..." He chuckled again, enjoying how flustered Aina was getting. "Come on, tell me the truth." His voice softened. "Why did you kiss me in my devil form ?" Aina fidgeted with her hair, not knowing what to say. "Because..." Anzai waited patiently, his red eyes locked on her blue ones.

He could see the hesitation in her expression and gently stroked her cheek with his thumb. "Because what?" he prompted, filled with curiosity and affection. "Because I..." she gulped as her face flushed. "I like you, Anzai." Anzai looked at her with a mixture of surprise and joy on his face as his heart skipped a beat. "You like me?" he repeated, filled with disbelief and happiness. Aina nodded shyly, and Anzai pulled her into a tight hug. "I like you too, Aina," his voice whispered affectionately.

Anzai kissed her soft lips with a mixture of passion and tenderness. Her eyes widened at how he held her close as he poured all his feelings into the kiss.

After a few moments, he pulled away, resting his forehead against hers. Aina touched her lips as Anzai smiled a little. "You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that," he said. "I've been trying to find the right moment, but I guess I couldn't hold back any longer."

Aina felt butterflies fluttering in her stomach. The feeling blossomed inside her—the feeling of love.

Suddenly, she realized that she had fallen in love with Anzai.

He could see the emotions flickering across her face, and he sensed that there was something she wanted to say. "You okay? You look like you have something on your mind." He asked with concern as he gently tilted her chin up.

Aina laid her head on his shoulder. "Nothing...I want to go back home with you." Anzai smiled as he pulled her closer to him. "Yeah, let's go back."

The two held hands walking home together.
