It's been a week now since Gregory and I moved into the Megaplex. Im living with Roxanne, while Gregory stays with Freddy. Roxanne and Freddy were able to keep the us hidden from thehigher ups from expecting them keeping kids in the Megaplex. Roxanne even saw some notes that Gregory collected last week, seeing the note regarding the sinkhole, she decided to announce that the raceway will be closed for now, making everyone look surprised, even the employees look at each other in a confused, yet a surprise look. But once she announced this, the construction crew wasted no time in getting the raceway finished. They had figured out how to fill the sinkhole to support the racetrack, and getting the tracks fixed up. Even though Roxy is upset to announce the closing of her raceway, she was concerned about the safety of the adults and children when they go karting. So instead, she takes pictures with the kids. It's kinda nice that her personality is improving a lot… I'm just glad that I-
"Hey kiddo, you in here?" Roxanne said, opening her door to her green room.
Austin looked up at her, putting down his pen.
"Oh, hi Roxy. Yeah I'm in here." Austin said to Roxanne.
"They finally finished the raceway! Wanna go do some karting?"
"Oh heck yeah!" Austin said excitedly, getting up from his chair and walked over to Roxanne.
"Great! Let's go."
As the two began to walk to the lobby, Roxanne looked at him.
"What were you writing on that book?" Roxanne asked Austin.
"Oh… it's just a little diary, I recently started to write in it about this week."
"Ah, cool."
The two got to the lobby, until they met a familiar face walk into the Megaplex, officer Vanessa.
"Officer Vanessa? What are you doing here this early?" Roxanne asked Vanessa.
Vanessa yawned a bit, looking at the two. "Oh, hey you two, I got a call to come in early today. Theres a meeting for all employees to attend, it must be important or something." Vanessa explained to the two.
"Really? Where is this meeting taking place anyway?"
"It's at the atrium, they want everyone by the main stage. So if you're going anywhere by the atrium, maybe wait until the meeting is over. Anyways, I gotta run. See you two later." Vanessa walked past them, making her way to the elevator.
"Well… maybe we should go karting later then…" Austin sighed.
"Weeelll… we could go see what this meeting is about." Roxanne smirked.
"But… Officer Vanessa said we shouldn't go to the atrium, what if we get spotted and get in trouble?" Austin said, sounding concerned.
"As long as we're sneaky, we shouldn't be spotted. Besides, aren't you curious about this meeting?"
"Well… kinda, yeah."
"Then let's go, come on, it'll be fun."
"Well… since you said if we're sneaky enough, we should be okay then... okay, let's do it."
"Great, let's go!" Roxanne grabbed his arm, pulling him with her as she sped walk to the elevator.
"W-woah!" He tried to speed walk with her, trying to match her speed.
As they got out of the elevator, the two of them looked down on the railings at the top of the atrium, looking down at the main stage. They saw at least fifty people or more by the stage. As they talked among themselves, a S.T.A.F.F bot rolled on the stage, tapping on the mic to get everyone's attention.
"Good evening everyone. We are happy that you all could attend this important meeting today, please take your seats." The S.T.A.F.F bot said to the employees.
The employees took their seats by the party tables, talking to one another.
"Do you know what this meeting is about?" One employee said to another.
"No idea, I'm just as confused as everyone else." Another employee said.
"You may all be wondering why you were all called in here today. We have important news to discuss, but before we do, this month performance has gone up substantially in profit, so give yourself a round of applause." The S.T.A.F.F bot applauded as the other employees applauded, looking bored. "But enough out of me now, the real news will be discussed by not me, but by the one that made this place a reality, the one to make the same nostalgic feeling since 1984, the man, the legend, Mr. Scott Cawthon!"
On cue to hearing his name, Scott Cawthon came out of the curtain, waving to his employees. The employees gasped, chattering to themselves.
"Thank you my robotic friend, you may go now." Scott said to the S.T.A.F.F bot.
The S.T.A.F.F bot nodded, leaving the main stage.
"Who is that Roxy?" Austin asked confusedly.
"That's… Mr. Cawthon… he's the big man who helped fund and built this place, he even created a initiative called the Fazbear initiative, it's where employees that were rivals of ours, stayed employed once there pizzerias were bankrupted. If he's here… then something big is about to be announced." Roxanne said, looking surprised by his sudden appearance.
"Good evening everyone! Sorry for a sudden meeting, but there is some news to discuss to you about. This new may be quite saddening but… I am… retiring."
Everyone gasped in shock, even Roxanne gasped a bit.
"I know this is a bit sudden… but I think it's time for me to hang up my hat and spend more time with my family… but do not worry… I already picked out a replacement to take my place. Please give a warm welcome to…" Just then, they heard clicking of high heels coming from the side of the main stage. They saw a woman in her 30's coming out from the side, wearing a business suit with black leggings and high heels. "Janette Sunny. She will be the one in charge for now on."
"Hello everyone, it's nice to meet you all." Janette said to the employees.
The employees looked at each other, unsure of her being in charge.
"Now I know you are all concerned about her being in charge here, but she has amazing and creative ideas that she would like to share with everyone, which is why we have called you all here as well. Janette, would you like to show them?" Scott said to Janette, giving her the spotlight.
"I would be delighted to. Ladies and gentlemen, I know you're probably thinking, why a woman to run this Pizzaplex? Well, I've been part of the Fazbear Entertainment incorporation for years now, and I have been tasked to finalize any plans or ideas for the Pizzaplex. However, I too have ideas that the CEOs loved. For example, we have heard the many complaints about Moon being scary when it's nap time, so I had the idea of to fix Moon's microchip to be more friendly looking and less creepy. We managed to not only fix Moon's microchip, but also merge the two forms and personalities together. I would like to introduce you to…"
Just then, the lights went out, until a spotlight shined on a animatronic, as it lowered itself to the main stage with a tether. As Roxanne and Austin looked in the dark, Austin couldn't really see what was going on.
"I can't really see, can you?" Austin asked Roxanne.
"Yeah, but I think we should get a closer look." Roxanne took his hand, pulling him with her.
As the two got closer to the bottom, they saw the animatronic that looked like Sun with one side of his face being bright yellow and his yellow triangles being around its face, and Moon with his other side being completely black but with little white stars inside and having a night cap on top of its head. He had one side of his body being like Sun's outfit, while the other half being Moon's outfit, with his pants being part dark blue with golden stars and the other being orange and yellow stripes. He landed on the main stage floor, opening his eyes, having yellow sclera instead of the white on Sun's side, with white pupils and the red sclera on Moons side, but with dark red eyes, with black pupils. They made a friendly gesture, as a confetti sound played.
"Happy Birthday!" They said out loud.
"Meet Eclipse, the new look of the Daycare! Eclipse has his fun, caring personality, where he can play while in the day, and watch the kids while they sleep, playing calming music and being there for them when they get nightmares. They know your birthday, can give you life advice for adults and many more. If they do look scary looking for the children, they can change back to their original forms or change there eye shapes, change there sclera colours, whatever they need to do to make the kids more comfortable."
The employees whispered to each other, sounding impressed.
"Thank you Eclipse, you may go now." Janette dismissed Eclpise.
"Bye bye everybody, I look forward to working with you!" With that, the tether came back down, as it latched on Eclipse and he flew off.
"This and many more ideas on the way when I'm in charge."
The employees applauded to her as she gave a little bow.
"And for one last announcement, since we had made a lot of money within the months, the company and I had decided to make this place more… nostalgic. Ladies and Gentlemen… I give you…" Scott pointed up at second floor, showing curtains by some areas. "the Fazverse!"
The curtains fell, revealing a neon sign of Freddy Fazbear, the original mascot from long ago. The other curtains on the second floor fell, showing the many neon sign logos from many years ago.
"That's right, since I'm retiring, I want to make my last project super special. We've been keeping this a secret for a while, but now since we installed the space for the layouts of the pizzerias from the other unnamed attractions, all we need to do is get the electricity running, getting the supplies and equipment for the pizzeria, and of course, the animatronics! Not only are we doing the bringing back some of our own pizzerias, but also the ones that went bankrupt, Candy's Burgers and Fires… Popgoes… all of them! So the ones that lost their jobs there are able to work there once again."
The employees applauded loudly, some even whistling loudly.
"Now, we need some volunteers to work in the restaurants, getting them ready for opening day. Any volunteers?"
Half of the Employees raised their hands.
"Okay, now… who will volunteer to help bring the animatronics here from a storage unit we kept preserved for them?"
None of them raised their hands, some even scratching the back of their heads.
"Really? No one?" Scott said, sounding kinda disappointed.
"Well, we need just a few, like two or three, any takers?" Janette said to the Employees.
None haven't raised their hands yet again, until Vanessa raised her hand.
"Ah, our trusting security guard, thank you my dear." Scott said to Vanessa.
"I'll be happy to help. Besides… it will be nice to see some familiar faces again." Vanessa replied back.
"Well, that's only one… we still need at least one or two more volunteers."
Has it stayed silent, until suddenly, a plant fell down on the floor, making a crashing sound. Everyone looked over to the commotion, seeing Roxanne and Austin. Roxanne, panicking, went in front of Austin, trying to hide him.
"Hey everyone…" Roxanne Said, chuckling nervously.
"Oh, hello Roxanne. Nice to see you up and about." Scott said to Roxanne with a smile.
"Oh yeah, I heard some talking and decided to see what it was about, all by myself… hehe…"
"Hmm… okay… weren't there a kid beside you a moment ago?"
"Nope! That was me that accidentally made that plant fall, how clumsy of me, hehe…"
"Really? Because… I can see a little face looking at us behind you."
Roxanne looked back, seeing Austin peaking around her.
"Kid, they can see you, get back." Roxanne said quietly to Austin.
As Austin retreated back behind her, but they already saw him.
"It's alright my friend, you can come out." Scott said to Austin, encouraging him to come out of hiding.
Austin, hearing his caring voice, came out of hiding behind Roxanne.
"U-uh… hi sir…" Austin said shyly.
"A child? Why is a child here? The Megaplex is closed for today… how did he get in?" Janette asked confusedly.
Roxanne sighed, knowing they will know the truth eventually.
"I've… been letting this kid live with me… but it's for a good reason!" Roxanne tried to explain.
"We can't have children living here, this is a Pizzaplex, not a hotel." Janette crossed her arms, looking unimpressed.
"I know… but he… doesn't have a place to go… he's… an orphan." Roxanne said sadly, as Austin looked down at the floor, nodding sadly.
Everyone gasped, some looking shocked and saddened, except for Vanessa, as she already knew this information, but still looked sad.
"Im… very sorry to hear that… but, they can't stay here… it's a liability to keep a kid here after hours... they could get badly hurt… or worse… we can't have anymore lawsuits on us. I'm sorry, but I'm calling the local orphanage." Janette said, grabbing her phone and started dialing a number.
"NO! Please… I don't want to go back!" Austin said sadly.
"Now hold a second Janette… I recognize him from somewhere…" Scott pointed out, as he took out a newspaper, seeing Austin and Roxanne with the "killer" endoskeleton. "Wait a moment… you're the kid that stopped the killer endoskeleton from hurt anymore children!"
"Oh… yeah, that's us...sir…" Austin said to Scott.
"You saved us with having some company threatening lawsuits. Since we had to recheck every Endoskeleton for anymore problems, and we only had to pay the families the amount for each child that unfortunately passed away here... but if you didn't catched it… it could've caused the Megaplex to completely shut down. So… I would say that it's only fair that you can stay as long as you like."
"R-really sir?!" Austin said happily.
"Of course! Stay as long as you like!"
"Mr. Cawthon… with all due respect, this isn't a hotel… what if the animatronics accidentally attack him… or eats expired food?" Janette said in a concerned tone.
"Well… how long have you been here my friend?" Scott asked Austin.
"Uh… about a week now sir…"
"Well… he's been here for a week now and I don't see a scratch on him, or any sign of sickness… come on… you can't say no to that face."
Janette looked at Austin's face, looking like he was giving her the puppy eye treatment.
"Oh… alright… he can stay." Janette sighed, smiling at Austin.
"Oh thank you ma'am! I promise to not to be a burden!" Austin promised them.
"Well, if you're going to stay here, it's only fair if you can help out a bit… like for example…maybe helping Vanessa out with some things?"
"Of yes, I can help her."
"Great! You and her can go to the loading docks, there will be some S.T.A.F.F bots there to assist you. Welcome to the family… what's your name kid?" Scott said to Austin.
"It's… Austin, sir…" Austin said to Scott.
"It's nice to meet you Austin, and please… call me Scott."
"yes si... I mean… Scott." Austin smiled.
"Now please, make yourself at home, but can you help Vanessa first?"
"Yeah, I can help her!"
"Okay! Well, that concludes our news announcement, you are all dismissed. I'll be checking in to see the progress." With that, everyone got up from their chairs and started to get to work.
"Great, come on kiddo, looks like your officially part of the family." Vanessa said, walking off with him, along with Roxanne.
