A couple days later, Ziwu was sitting in the back of an ice blue Phantom that was being driven by one of her servants. She was dressed in her blue and white Chinese Hanfu dress that was off the shoulder and her white hooded cloak. She heard her servant talking about the local market on the reservation around the house and wanted to see it for herself. When her servant arrived at the market, he stopped the car at the entrance and got out the car.

"We're here, my lady." He said as he opened her door.

He held out his hand for her and helped her out the car. Ziwu adjusted her hood as her servant gave her a blue silk tote bag.

"Are you sure you will be fine by yourself?" Her servant, Ruofei asked.

"I'll be fine. I will see you around sundown." Ziwu said.

Ruofei gave her her favorite white parasol and she walked into the market. In the market, many different people of the tribe were selling their wares in the market. A friend of Jacob's was helping his mom w/ her clothing stand when he saw someone in a white cloak walk into market. Jacob's friend, Embry Call, watched the person walk around looking at everything. The person walked over to the Clearwaters' food stand. Ziwu was looking at the food at the stand when she heard a voice speak.

"Hello." A male voice said, making her jump.

She looked onside of her to see a young man about 15 years old. He had short black hair and brown eyes. He wore a brown hoodie and blue jeans.

"Hi." Ziwu said.

"You're new aren't you?" He asked. She nodded in return. "I'm Seth and this is my family's stand." He said.

Seth ran around behind the sand and tapped his momma on the back.

"Hey ma. We have a new customer." Seth said.

The lady behind the counter turned around to see someone in front of her stand.

"Hello dear." Seth's mother, Sue Clearwater, said.

"Hi." Ziwu said."

"Do you see anything you would like?" She asked.

Ziwu looked at the food and pointed to the pan of cinnamon rolls. Seth grabbed a roll from the pan with a sheet of wax paper and put it in a white paper sleeve. Ziwu reached into the sleeve of her dress and pulled out a blue silk pouch w/ Lotus flowers embroidered on it.

"How much do I owe you?" Ziwu asked.

"$1." Sue answered.

Ziwu reached into her pouch and pulled out a dollar coin. As she gave it to Sue, Seth gave her the roll.

"Thank you." Ziwu said.

"You're welcome dear." Sue said.

As she started walking away from the stand, a hand shot out and grabbed her wrist. She turned around to see an angry young woman w/short black hair glaring down at her. Embry saw Sue's daughter, Leah Clearwater, grabbed the wrist of the mystery person and saw a female hand. He ran over to Jacob as he was helping his father w/ his wood carving stand.

"Jacob!? Leah is causing problems again." Embry said.

"What are you talking about?" Jacob asked.

Embry pointed Leah out and Jacob looked to the left to see Leah w/ someone's wrist in her hand. He looked at the clothes of the person and knew right away who it was.

"Damn it!" Jacob exclaimed. "Dad? I'll be right back ." Jacob said.

He ran over to Leah and Ziwu w/ Embry right on his heels.

"Leah! Let go!" Jacob asked.

"But..." Leah started say.

"NOW!" Jacob said in his Alpha voice.

Leah dropped Ziwu's wrist as Jacob walked over to her. He looked at her wrist and saw a bruise starting to form.

"What the hell Leah?!" Seth shouted running over.

"Seth? What happened?" Jacob asked.

"Leah went nuts when she saw Ziwu paying mama with a dollar coin instead of cash. I think she thought that she didn't pay the full amount and was trying to take advantage of us." He said.

"How did you know my name?" Ziwu asked Seth.

Seth pointed to her bag where her name was stitched on the bag in white thread.

"I forgot that was there." Ziwu said. "I paid her with the coin because my wallet was at the bottom of my bag and I didn't feel like going dig for it." She said.

"By the way, you dropped this by the stand." Seth said holdiing out her parasol.

"Thank you." Ziwu said taking it from him. "Can I have my pouch back?" She asked Leah.

"Not until you pay us for the cinnamon roll." Leah said.

"Give it back Leah." Jacob said.

Leah still didn't move to give Ziwu her pouch back. Ziwu took off her hood to reveal herself. Her hair was partially put up w/ a few silver hair pins and her make-up was done lightly. She rolled her eyes and snatched the pouch back from Leah. She put the pouch back into her sleeve and walked over to Jacob. He checked over her wrist.

"Its starting to bruise." Jacob said. "Come on. I'll take you to my father."

He looked over at Leah with a glare in his eyes.

"Don't cause anymore trouble for the visitors." Jacob said.

Jacob took her over to his father who was setting up the stall.

"Hey dad? Can you take a look at my friend's wrist?" He asked.

"Sure." His father, Billy Black said.

Billy rolled over to them in his wheelchair and was stunned by the young lady beside his son. He had Jacob get the medical kit as he examined her wrist.

"What is your name, miss?" Billy asked.

"Ziwu." She said. "I live in a residence along the border."

Jacob bought the kit over and watched as his father wrapped up her wrist in a bandage.

"It's not broken, but mostly bruised." Billy said.

"Thank you, Mr. Black." Ziwu said.

"Dear. You don't have to call me that." Billy said. "You can just call me Billy." He said.

"So why are you here Ziwu?" Jacob asked.

"I had heard about the market from the servants in my home and I wanted to come see it for myself." She said.

"Jacob? Why don't you go take Ziwu around?" Bill suggested. "I can take care of the stand."

"Okay dad." Jacob said.

Jacob helped her out of her cloak and left it w/ his dad. He held out his hand and she put her hand in his. He led her around the market letting her see all the diferent stalls and things for sale. As they were walking around, a little girl about 4 years old walked over to them with a large pink Carnation. She tugged on Ziwu's skirt and she lloked down at the child.

"Hello there." Ziwu said stooping down to her level.

The little girl held out the flower to her.

"Is this for me?" Ziwu asked. She nodded. "Thank you." She said taking the flower.

Ziwu reached into her sleeve and took out her pouch. She took out a couple of chocolate coins.

"What's your name?" Ziwu asked.

"Clara." She said.

"Well Clara, my name is Ziwu." She said. "These chocolate coins are for you." She said putting the coins in her hands.

"Thank you." Clara said.

"You're welcome." Ziwu said.

Clare ran off as she and Jacob walked over to another stall. After shopping for a bit, he led her over to a table nearby and let her sit down.

"Are you okay?" Jacob asked as he saw that she was becoming more pale.

"I'm just tired." Ziwu said.

In the market, an old woman, that sold tea saw the son of the chief taking care of the visitor. Jacob looked in her bag and took out a folding fan. He opened the fan and started to fan her a little. Looking at the young lady, the old woman went into her private tea stash and took out some Jasmine tea. She took out a white teapot with cherry blossoms painted on it and set it on a small stove she had set up at her stall. she poured water into the pot and let it heat to a boil. She poured the tea leaves into the pot when the water started boiling. Jacob started to get more worried by the minute when he felt a tap on the shoulder. He turned around to see the old tea lady holding a wooden tray with a teapot and cup on it.

"What's this for?" Jacob asked.

"It's for the young lady." She said putting the tray down.

She poured some tea into the cup and gave it to Ziwu. She drank the tea and Jacob could see color coming back to her face. Ziwu gave the cup back to the lady and thanked her.
