BeoWolf666: Thanks.

LydiaCrazzy: No thank you, sorry.

Nothingspecial43: I have got a plan. And Nathan/Spawn didn't do everything in the comics. He is different from Al, and he's only killed Malebolgia, Violator, Billy Kincaid and Jason Wynn. I'm still not adept in the Spawn comics to know all Spawn villains. So this story is focusing more on the Spider-Man/marvel side of things than bringing in much from the Spawn side. But, I do plan to make a Spawn/Marvel story similar to An Avenging Devil, same with a DC version. So you should look forward to that.

3bodyjaa: Thanks.

Disclaimer: I do not own Spawn or Spider-Man. I only own the OC Nathan Nolan/Spawn.

"You know guys, you really should get yourselves bedtime clocks." A chipper voice alerted a group of three thugs attempting to break into a closed store, causing them to whirl around and see a person perched on a street lamp, dressed in a red and blue suit with white lenses narrowed at them.

"It's Spider-Man!" One of the thugs shouted.

"Kill him!" Another shouted as they pointed their handguns at him and fired, but the Webswinger leaped off and fired several webs to the guns, stopping the thugs from firing them as the Amazing Spider-Man landed on his feet and started to dish out some haymakers.

"Seriously, couldn't you guys have waited until tomorrow instead of this time of night?" Spider-Man asked casually as he backflipped to avoid a punch and used his legs to kick the thug in the face and webbed him to the wall. "I mean, we're humans, we still gotta get some sleep. I sure do, I mean, I've got busy stuff to do and all that and-"

"FOR FUCK'S SAKE WILL YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP?!" One of the thugs shouted as he tried swinging a punch but Spider-Man sidestepped it and knocked the thug out with a punch.

"Nope." Spider-Man quipped before he backflipped to avoid being tackled from behind, attached two weblines to the thug's back and spun around before sending him into the wall, knocking him out. "Maybe jail time will make you think about what you boys have done. Sweet dreams, guys!"

He fired a webline and swung off to resume his usual patrol of the city.

Behind the bug eyes mask, the one and only Spider-Man couldn't help but voice his thoughts as he swung between the giant skyscrapers of the teeming metropolis that was Manhattan. "After seven years you think these guys would know better." He supposed as he fired off lines with alternating arms.

As a musician would change time signatures and add instrumental flourishes, the webslinger mixed up the rhythm of his swings, some were quick zips, others high flying slingshots that let him mix in a dive, roll, or flip before he went back to his routine.

Even though that was his fourth halted crime of the night, he continued his thoughts out loud. "At least it's been nice and quiet as of late. No supervillains, no terrorist plots, even the Kingpin hasn't been up to much." mused the hero. As soon as the words were out of his mouth, he sighed, "C'mon Peter, why'd you say that? With the ol' Parker Luck still alive and well, now something will definitely happen." he grumbled as Peter Parker, the Amazing Spider-Man, continued his late-night patrol.

"…Police have nothing new to report regarding the vigilante called 'Spawn' following the intervention of the individual during an attempted rape late last night. He is considered to be extremely dangerous, anyone with information is asked to contact police…"

"Sounds like we have a new Punisher in town." Mary Jane Watson mused to herself as she wrote down notes in her notepad while listening to the news report for the fourth time that day. She had heard it the first time around at the Daily Bugle, where Robbie ha tasked her with finding any information she can about this new vigilante if he was friend or foe, or if he was just like Frank Castle, a crazy nut with a gun who thinks criminals need to be killed.

Unfortunately, MJ hadn't been able to gain any new information from the news report, which did show off a fuzzy image of the vigilante she was instigating. Grainy black and white footage from a security camera that had caught sight of Spawn.

An image of the vigilante popped up on the TV, though a bit of a blur but one can make out the dark silhouette, the red cape and glowing green eyes, nothing that could reveal his identity.

Now, MJ had seen her fair share of vigilantes and supervillains, as it comes with being Spider-Man's partner as well as girlfriend, but there was something about Spawn that made him different than the others. She couldn't tell why, but just looking at even an image of him made an unpleasant chill go down her spine.

'What am I getting myself into with this one?' MJ thought to herself.

"Spider-Man, it's Yuri. We didn't get much on Spawn, but we do believe he's connected to the deaths of Jason Wynn and Billy Kincaid, who were brutally murdered earlier this year if you remember."

"Yeah, I remember that." Peter said as he was perched on a rooftop ledge, having been looking over the city when Yuri called. The Web-swinger sighed. "Just my luck there's a guy that's possibly worse than the Punisher."

"Be careful here." Yuri said sternly."Some of the homeless in the alleys have given him the nickname of 'The Grim Reaper'."

"Well, I'm one soul that's gonna annoy him." Peter said before he hung up and swung off to begin looking for anything that could lead him to Spawn and stop him before he kills anyone else.

"God, I needed that." Nathan said to himself as he came out of a shower, wearing just a pair of black cargo pants and military boots, having no shirt on which exposed his lean but muscular body as he tried his hair with a towel before he tossed it onto his bed as he walked over to a table that had a lot of guns on it.

Nathan was at the abandoned loft that he had been using as his residence for the past year. Nobody ever really came to this place, so it wasn't like Nathan would be bothered by anybody. He had managed to get himself stuff for his crime-fighting life like computers, a police scanner, stuff to keep track of crimes and what's going on in the city before he makes his move to handle it.

And of course, he brought his old guns from his days as a Black ops soldier to the loft.

On the table were a wide amount of guns, big and small, such as a Beretta 92FS Inox, GLOCK 17, GLOCK 19, GLOCK 34, GLOCK 26 and Heckler & Koch P30L.

For Sub-Machine guns, he had a Coharie Arms MP-10 and a Heckler & Koch MP5K.

For shotguns, he picked his classic and most favourite, the Benelli M4, as well as the Model 1887,

For assault rifles, he had AK-47, M4 Carbine rifle, Beretta ARX160,

As for Sniper rifles, he had picked the AX-50.

"God, I love this part." Nathan said to himself as he sat down and got to work on loading his guns and getting then ready for use. he won't use them all in one night, only take what he feels is needed.

However, while most were cautious and concerned about the arrival of Spawn and his methods, one individual was more interested than afraid. This individual happened to be a woman that was dressed in nothing but a towel that barely stopped at her thighs, a towel around her hair.

Her emerald green eyes sparkled with interest as she sat on her bed, her long, smooth and lean legs crossed at the knee and swinging one as she watched a news report on the vigilante called Spawn.

"Well, well... this is a new one." The woman said with a smirk before she stood and took off her towels, first the one with her hair which released her platnium blonde hair, then the one covering her nude body. She strutted towards her TV and bent forwards, and the image she struck would've been an erotic sight for any man or woman that saw her right now.

She raised a hand and trailed a finger down the image of Spawn with a curious hum in her throat.

"I can't wait to play with this one... " Felica Hardy AKA the Black Cat purred before she stood and strutted towards her wardrobe to get into some clothes.

And that's it for this chapter. Sorry if there wasn't much, but I felt it was right to have a chapter about people's reactions to Nathan/Spawn.
