The Decision
In a nice, big house in Canterlot, well, actually a mansion, there lived two high-class ponies. However, that will immediately change soon. "Okay," Upper Crust said, "My darling, what is it." "I was thinking of leaving Canterot," Jet Set declared at last. This left Upper Crust a little bit stunned.
"What are you talking about, darling?" she asked. "Well, thanks for calling me 'darling'," Jet Set said, "And to tell you the truth, I didn't really think living in Canterlot would be okay." "I understand," Upper Crust replied, "But-"
"It's just too much for every pony," Jet Set went on, "Especially the little one." "Upper Crust understood and looked at her stomach. "After meeting up with several ponies," Jet Set said, continuing, "They've taught us lot of things. There were many ponies we've met up with. But they taught us the wrong things. And now-"
"We finally understood," Upper Crust agreed at last, "It's boring and pointless. Knowing how life is for us wealthy ponies, living here in this part of Canterlot."
"That's right," Jet Set replied, "And I've decided that we should leave our wealth and fortune behind. For the child to live a better, normal life." "So, we're moving out?" Upper crust asked. "Yes," Jet Set agreed, "A big mansion is no place for a child. Well, other than more room. You get the idea."
"I do," Upper Crust agreed, "And I'll go with you, and our child will follow, too." "Yes," Jet Set said, "All right, are you ready, my dear?" "Yes," Upper Crust answered, "Darling. I'll go. And you've always called me 'dear'."
"Also," Jet Set said, "We should have learned this lesson from that mare. Instead, we've learned it from an absolute idiot." "Yes," Upper Crust replied, shuddering, "Thanks for that awful reminder." "Then it's time," Jet Set said.
And the two ponies started their plan. It took a few days to start selling off their really expensive furniture's, however. And other extremely expensive items.
"There is one place in Canterlot that is not so high class like this area," Jet Set said and Upper Crust understood what her husband is talking about.
