Next morning, Chester wakes up and gets ready for work. Just before he leaves, he kisses Manny on her forehead and slips out the gate to leave. A short time later Manny starts to wake up, her phone rings
Manny: Hello?
Emma: What are you doing?
Manny: I'm just waking up, what about you?
Emma: I'm just sitting outside, enjoying the fresh air
Manny: Where's Sean?
Emma: At the shop.
Manny: Awe, your by yourself?
Emma: Yea, and your niece is kicking me like crazy
Manny giggles
Manny: That's my girl
Emma: Where did you and Chester go after you left my house the other night?
Manny: He took me to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants, the same place where we had second date.
Emma: Oh, really now?
Manny: It was the most perfect date, Emma.
Emma: Awe, really?
Manny: We had the whole place to ourselves, candlelit dinner
Emma: Sounds like you guys had a good time
Manny: We came home, and he had this outdoor movie night all set up, with air beds so we could sleep outside under the stars, he had a fire in the fire pit. Oh my gosh Emma it was the best date night we honestly ever had.
Emma: Awe, I'm so happy you guys are doing good again.
Manny: Me too. Last night, really showed me just how much he loves and cares about me
Emma: I could've told you he's crazy about you
Manny: Well, I'm stubborn.
Emma: Don't I know it
Manny: I got to let you go, Chester's beeping in on the other line
Manny switches lines to Chester's line
Manny: Hey baby, what's up?
Chester: Hey babe. I'm going to be a little late to the appointment, I'm sorry, honey.
Manny: What? Why are you going to be late?
Chester: I'm not going to be able to get out of here until 11:45 close to noon
Manny: Really?
Chester: Trust me babe, I'm not happy either. I told my boss I needed to be out of here by 11:30.
Manny: Well, I guess I'll see you there then, I'm going to get ready. I love you
Chester: I love you too, I'll see you soon I promise
Manny hangs gets ready and leaves for her appointment. A short time later she arrives at the doctor's office. She checks in and takes a seat in the waiting room
Nurse: Manny, we're ready for you now.
She follows the nurse back to the exam room. A few moments later, the Doctor comes in the exam room
Doctor: Hi Manny, how are you doing?
Manny: I'm good.
Doctor: Is your fiancé coming?
Manny: He should be here soon, hopefully.
Doctor: Well, do you want to wait for him?
Manny: No, it's just the heartbeat today.
Doctor: Ok then, let's get started
The Doctor places the ultrasound wand on Manny's stomach, trying to find her baby's heartbeat. The doctor has a concerned look on her face
Manny: Is something wrong?
Chester walks in the exam room
Chester: I told you I'd make it honey.
Chester sees the concerning look on Manny and the Doctor's faces
Chester: What's wrong?
The doctor places the wand back on the machine and looks at Manny
Doctor: There's no easy way to say this-
Manny grabs Chester's hand as her eyes begin to fill with tears
Manny: No-
Doctor: I'm sorry, there's no heartbeat
Chester: What?- What are you saying?
Doctor: I'm sorry, unfortunately you lost the baby
Manny: I miscarried, I was so careful
Doctor: Unfortunately, no matter how careful you are when you're high risk, you could still miscarry, and that's what happened here. I'm so sorry, I'll leave you two alone for a moment
The Doctor walks out as Manny buries her head in Chester's shoulder crying
Chester: We'll try again
Manny: I wanted this pregnancy so bad, it's not fair
Chester: I know, I did too baby, we will try again, I promise
The doctor comes back in the room
Chester: So, what do we do from here?
Doctor: Well, we can see if Manny passes the fetus naturally or if we have to do what's called a D&C, where we have to go in and remove the fetus, the tissue and any placenta
Manny: Will this happen every time I get pregnant?
Doctor: It's a possibility, yes. With your history there is a high chance you will always be a high risk pregnancy
Chester: So, basically what you're saying is, she might never be able to carry to full term?
Doctor: Yes, that is a possibility.
Manny looks at Chester and starts to cry
Doctor: Take the rest of the day to discuss your options and call my office tomorrow and let them know what you folks decide
Chester's eyes begin to fill with tears
Manny: I just want to go home and curl up in my bed
Chester: I love you Manny
Chester rubs his hand down Manny's back and kisses her head as he consoles her
Manny: I just want to go home.
Chester: Let's get you home babygirl, Come on.
Chester leaves with Manny in his arm
Manny: I can't believe this is happening. Things were going perfect, and we were over the moon happy
Chester: I'll drive you home, I don't want you driving home after what we just found out we lost our baby
Manny begins to collapse as Chester picks gets her up as she begins to cry
Chester: Manny, baby, hey, it'll be ok. I got you.
Manny: I didn't think I could ever love someone I never would have a chance to meet
Chester: I loved our little bean too, baby, trust me I'm just as heartbroken as you Princess
Manny: Why us? Just why?
Chester (voice breaks): I don't know, I wish I had that answer baby, but I promise you, we will try again
Manny: I'm glad you made it to the appointment, even if it turned out to be heart breaking
Chester gets himself and Manny in the car and heads home with his hand on her lap
Chester: I love you Manny, It's not fair that this happened but one of these days, we will get pregnant and you're going to look just as beautiful then as you do now, if not more
Manny wipes a tear away from her eye as they pull in the driveway
Chester: If we have to see a fertility specialist, we will. We will do whatever we have to do to have a family.
Manny: I just can't believe this happened
Chester and Manny walk in the house as he kisses her head
Chester: I know baby, I know. I wish I could take the pain away
Manny: I think I want to try and pass the baby naturally.
Chester: Are you sure?
Manny: I don't know
Manny: I – I just want to be alone I think
Manny walks upstairs
Chester: Babe-
She goes in the bedroom, shuts the door behind her and locks it.
Chester: Babe!
Manny lays in bed as tears run down her cheek. Chester walks upstairs and sits at the doorway of the bedroom
Chester: Baby listen, I know your hurting, so am I, I know nothing I say will change the outcome of this, but I love you, and I will try a million more times to have a family with you, I will explore every possible option there with you. If we have to spend thousands of dollars and push back our dream wedding, we will. The point is, I don't care what it will take, I will never let you go, I will continue to love you and have a family with you one way or another
Manny listens to Chester as she continues to cry in their bed
Chester: Baby, please
Chester hears Manny crying on the other side of the door
Chester: It's breaking my heart, hearing you cry, babe. I know you're hurting but I don't want you to go through this alone babe.
Chester's phone rings
Chuck: Hey
Chester: Not really a good time Chuck.
Chuck: Well, I got some bad news for you
Chester: What?
Chuck: It's dad
Chester: What about him?
Chuck: His cancer came back, and it's bad
Chester: Ok
Chuck: Dude, it's bad. He's dying
Chester: What?
Chuck: Yea, they're keeping him comfortable
Chester: How long are they giving him?
Chuck: Maybe 3-4 weeks
Chester: Damn it!
Chuck: You need to come see him
Chester: I'm kind of dealing with some personal shit with Manny and I right now dude.
Chuck: If she's still pissed at you for screwing up, that's on you, but the family needs you right now
Chester: No, it's not that at all. We've recovered from that-
Chuck: Look, whatever you two are dealing with can wait, the family needs you right man.
Chester: Manny miscarried
Chuck: Oh
Chester: She was 12 weeks when we found out
Chuck: Wow, I'm sorry man.
Chester: Yea, So that's kind of what we're dealing with
Chester's voice starts to break
Chester: She's locked herself in our room right now and won't talk to me at all. I don't know what to do to help her or get her to talk to me and let me in
Chuck: Just relax and take a breath, She's in shock and mourning dude. She'll talk to you when she's ready. All you can do is be there for her.
Chester: It's killing me hearing her cry and I can't do anything about it
Chuck: She loves you; you know this. She's just hurting right now
Chester: I just hate this, man!
Chuck: I know buddy, but right now there's nothing you can do but be there for her, and the family
Chester: How's mom holding up about Dad's condition?
Chuck: She says she's ok, but you and I both know she's not.
Chester: Yea this is true.
Chuck: Are you going to come up and see them before Dad passes?
Chester: We haven't talked in years but yea, I'm going to.
Chuck: You need to.
Chester hears the door creek open and sees Manny come out
Chester: Let me let you go, Manny just came out of the bedroom
Chuck: Alright dude. Call me later
Chester hangs up with Chuck. Chester looks at Manny with tears forming in his eyes as he gracefully places his hand on the side of her face
Chester: Are you ok?
Manny: What's going on with your parents?
Chester: It's just my dad, I'm more worried about you
Manny looks in Chester's eyes
Manny: I want to pass the baby naturally.
Chester: I support whatever you chose, Manny.
Manny: I love you.
Chester: I love you, Princess
Chester softly kisses Manny
Manny: What's going on with your parents? And don't tell me your more worried about me. I could tell something was wrong when you talk to Chuck.
Chester: Dad's cancer is back.
Manny: Baby-
Chester's voice breaks
Chester: It's bad, Manny. He's dying
Manny: Awe Chester, honey. You need to go be with them.
Chester: I don't want to leave you though
Manny: Your family is more important babe, they need you
Chester: Babe-
Manny: Don't argue with me honey. Your family needs you more than I do right now. I promise I'll be ok.
Chester: I know he and I have had our differences, and haven't talked in a while but honestly, I'm kind of nervous about his condition.
Manny: I know babe.
Chester: What if he don't make it before I get there?
Manny: Don't think like that honey
Manny pulls Chester into her arms
Chester: I don't know what I'm going to do if I lose my dad, babe
Manny: It's going to be ok, I'll go with you, it'll be nice to see your mom.
Chester: Really?
Manny: Chester, I promised you I'd always be there for you, and I meant it babe.
Chester: Seriously, thank you for not giving up on me and us. I swear I'd be more of a mess without you
Manny smiles
Manny: I'm going to call Tommy and Danny and let them know I'll be out of town on a family emergency
Manny calls Tommy
Tommy: Tell me you're on your way to the studio to make some of the best music you've ever written
Manny: Actually, I got some news, Chester and I are getting ready to head out of town for a family emergency, his dad's cancer came back and it's not good.
Tommy: Damn, give him my best
Manny: I will.
Tommy: How's the pregnancy?
Manny: We're not talking about that
Tommy: Alright, I'll see you when you get back.
Manny: I'll call you when I get back into town
Tommy: Alright, be careful guys
Manny hangs up. They each pack a bag and head out to Chester's parents' house in Ottawa.
Chester: I'm so happy you wanted to come with me Manny.
Manny: Are you kidding me? I love your parents, besides-
Manny places her hand on Chester's lap
Manny: Right now, you need me and there's nowhere else I'd rather be, than by your side.
Chester: I swear, I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have you baby.
Chester's phone rings
Chester: Hello?
Chuck: Hey, you guys on your way?
Chester: Yea, we just left
Chuck: Ok, Mom's happy you're bringing Manny
Manny: Awe, I love your guys' mom. She's always been so good to me
Chuck laughs
Chester: Hey, How's dad?
Chuck: They're sending him home, with hospice
Chester hangs his head down low, as Manny places her hand on his leg for comfort
Chester: Alright, we're on the road, we'll see you guys when we get there
Chuck: Alright bud
They hang up as Chester continues to drive to Ottawa while Manny looks out the window. A couple hours into the drive, Chester looks over at Manny
Chester: Have I told you lately, how amazing you are?
Manny: I love you honey, I told you I'd always be here for you
Chester: I know, It's just, we've been through so much these last few weeks and everything
Manny sees a tear roll down Chester's cheek
Chester (voice breaks): I'm so grateful you're going with me baby, It means so much to me. I honestly don't think I could've done this trip alone
Manny: (holding Chester's hand): Hey, it's ok. I would've been more upset if you didn't want me to come.
Chester: I love you, so much.
Manny: I love you too baby
A couple hours later, Chester and Manny arrive at Chester's Parent's house. They get out of the car and Chester's mom comes out of the house to greet them
Mom: Hi, you guys
Manny (hugging Mom): Hi Mom, it's so good to see you
Chester: Hi, Mom.
Mom: It's so good to see you both.
Chester gives his mom a loving hug
Chester: How's dad?
Mom: Comfortable, he's asleep but he'll be happy to hear your voice
Chester nods as he kisses Manny and walks in the house
Mom: Manny, come, sit. I feel like I haven't seen you in forever!
Manny (smiles): I know! I've missed you
Mom: Tell me, how'd he take the news about his dad's cancer?
Manny: He was a little upset, but he was more broken when Chuck told him they were releasing him on hospice.
Mom: Each of the boys have their own special relationship with their dad. Chester and him, they had a rocky relationship, once Chester turned 18, graduated and moved out. They stopped being as close as they used to be, and it really upset his dad. Chuck and Chad, they've always stayed close with their dad.
Manny: Chester, never told me any of this. He just told me they really didn't get along.
Mom: Manny, you really are the most amazing thing to happen to Chester, ever since he brought you home for us to meet, I always looked at you as the daughter I never had.
Manny shows Chester's mom her engagement ring
Manny: Funny you mention that
Mom: Oh my gosh! Honey I'm so happy for you both. Congratulations.
Manny: I'm crazy about Chester, Mom. I can't picture my life without him.
Mom: I've never seen him as happy as he is with you, Manny
Manny smiles
Manny: I can't wait to spend forever with him. We've had some rough patches lately but I'm thankful we've worked through them
Mom: Have you guys set a date yet?
Manny: Next August
Mom: I'm so happy Chester asked you to marry him. Welcome to the family, Manny
Chester's mom gives Manny a hug. A few minutes later, Chester walks out of the house and sits next to Manny on the swing
Manny: Hey babe
Chester (to his mom): How long are they giving him with hospice?
Mom: It's up to him on when he goes, honey.
Chester: How long has his cancer been back, mom?
Mom: About a year ago, it came back with aggression
Chester stands up
Chester: A whole year?! And no one called me until he's on his deathbed?! Really mom?
Manny stands up and grabs Chester's hand
Manny: Baby-
Chester jerks his hand away
Chester: So, because Dad and I haven't talked in a while, you guys all decided to keep me in the dark about Dad's Cancer?! How could you mom?
Chad comes outside
Chad (to Chester): What's going on out here?
Chad looks over at Manny and his mom, noticing they look upset
Chester: You, Chuck and Mom all knew Dad's cancer's been back for about a year and none of you told me?!
Chad: Chester, I wanted to-
Chester: But you didn't Chad-
Chester looks at his mom
Chester: None of you guys did! How could you guys all keep this from me! What the hell man!
Chuck walks outside and pulls Chester aside
Chuck: What the hell is wrong with you? Dad is dying and your out here yelling at Chad and our Mom, making her more upset
Chester: Get away from me, bro
Chuck: Chester!
Chester walks away
Manny: Babe!
Chad: Where are you going?!
Chester: Away from my backstabbing so called family
Manny runs after Chester
Manny: Chester, babe-
Chester turns around
Chester: I'm done with them all Manny, My dad's been sick for over a year and not one of them bothered to pick up a phone and call me to tell me until he's on his death bed
Chester's eyes fill with tears as Manny grabs Chester by the hand
Manny: Baby, listen to me-
Chester yanks his hand away
Chester: Just because he and I haven't talked lately doesn't mean we aren't close-
Chuck and Chad walk up to Chester
Chad: Listen, we wanted to tell you when we found out about Dad's cancer
Chester: What gives you guys the right to keep something this serious from me?! What? Did you originally plan on waiting to tell me when he died?! Or was it just convenient to just call me now and tell me he's dying?!
Chuck: Enough Chester!
Chester: Screw you Chuck! You know how close Dad and I are!
Mom (yells): Boys!
Chester: Mom, Stay out of this
Chuck: Don't talk to her like that
Chad: You guys are upsetting mom
Chester walks back to the house and sees his dad in the doorway
Chester: Dad! You're awake!
Dad (to Chester): You and I need to talk, son
Chester walks in the house, Chad begins to walk to the house, when Chuck grabs him and pulls him back
Chuck: This is something Dad and Chester need to talk in private about buddy
Manny: So Why didn't you guys call your brother when you found out your dad was sick?
Chad: Our dad made us all promise not to call him unless things took a turn for the worse.
Chuck: Him and Dad have always been close, and Dad knows how important Chester's career is to him.
Manny: Yea but family is more important, is It not?
Mom: No, you're right, his dad knew if we told Chester about his cancer, Chester would want to rush up here and be with him. We thought he could beat it, but this cancer's been so aggressive
Meanwhile back in the house, Chester is in the bedroom sitting at his dad's bedside as his dad gently gets back in bed
Dad: Don't be upset at your brothers and mom, I told them not to call you when the cancer first came back
Chester: Why, Dad? I don't understand why you wouldn't want me to know.
Dad: Son, I know how much your career means to you, and I'm so incredibly proud of you for it. I didn't want you to put your dream career on hold and rush out here-
Chester: I don't care, family's more important. I would have found a radio station out here to work at until you were better
Chester's dad starts coughing
Chester: Dad!
Dad: I didn't want you to rush out here and watch me wither away
Chester's eyes begin to fill with tears
Chester: Don't talk like that Dad. I need you, here. Mom needs you here and so do Chuck and Chad.
Chester's Dad takes Chester by the hand
Dad: Son, I'll always be with you, your brothers, and your mom. I'll always be watching over you guys.
Chester: I'm getting married next year, I want you here for my wedding
Dad: When the cancer become aggressive and spread, I told Chuck not to call you, because I knew I wouldn't have much more time with my family.
Chester (voice breaks): I love you dad, I'm sorry we lost touch
Dad: It's ok Son, You and your brothers have made me so proud
Chester's Dad coughs
Chester: It's ok Dad.
Dad: I love you son, I'm so incredibly proud of all you've accomplished. I always knew you were destined to be in the radio business. Ever since you were little.
Chester: Dad-
Manny walks in the house and walks into the bedroom as she softly knocks on the door frame
Manny (softly): Hey.
Chester turns around
Chester (sniffles): Hey baby, Come here
Dad: Hey Manny
Manny (softly): Hey, how are you feeling?
Dad (to Chester): Son, why don't you to talk to your brothers and Mom, while I have a chat with your beautiful fiancée here.
Chester nods in agreement as he gets up, he kisses his dad on the forehead and then kisses Manny on her head as he walks out the door and goes outside
Manny: What's up Dad?
Dad: I need you to promise me something, Manny
Manny: Anything, you know it.
Dad (voice breaks): I want you to take care of my boy after I'm gone.
Manny: Dad-
Dad: I don't know how much time I have left Manny, Please, promise me you'll take care of Chester
Manny: Of course, I promise.
Dad: He loves you, so much. I've never seen him light up so much as he has since you came into his life.
Manny smiles
Dad: I know you feel the same, otherwise you wouldn't be here with him right now.
Manny smiles as she nods in agreement as tears slide down here cheek
Dad: Chester's a very lucky guy to have such a beautiful woman by his side.
Chester walks in
Chester (softly): Hey you two
Dad: Son.
Chester: You ok, Dad?
Chester's dad nods yes
Dad: I'm just tired buddy, that's all.
Chester: Why don't you get some rest, Manny and I will come back over tomorrow.
Chester's dad nods as Chester gives his dad a hug
Chester: Love you dad, I'll see you tomorrow ok?
Dad: Sounds good son. Love you. Manny, remember what we talked about
Manny (smiles): I will.
Meanwhile, Emma's at school, setting up her classroom for when school resumes from holiday break when she hears a knock on the door. She sees a tall buff blonde hair gentleman standing in her classroom doorway
Nick: I'm looking for a Ms. Nelson?
Emma: It's actually Mrs. Cameron now, but that's me
Nick: Oh, sorry. The office told me-
Emma (chuckles): it's ok, no big deal. What can I help you with?
Nick: I guess, I'll be observing and taking over your class for your maternity leave
Emma: Oh, awesome. I didn't expect them to give me one so soon
Emma laughs
Nick: So, what can I help with?
Emma gives Nick a stack of decorations
Emma: You can put these up around the board. I'm going to go down and talk to the office about my last name
Emma leaves Nick to hang up decorations while she walks down to the office
Emma: Darryl, You do know I got married over the summer, right?
Armstrong: Yea, why?
Emma: My sub whose observing me before I go on maternity, called me Ms. Nelson.
Armstrong: I filed your name change, Emma and I sent it over to HR and the records department. I'm sure it's just a misunderstanding. I'll look into it.
Emma: Thanks Darryl
Emma walks back to her classroom
Nick: Everything ok?
Emma: Yea, I wanted to follow up about my name change
Nick: So, how many students are you expecting this year?
Emma: Um, I think maybe 20-25.
Sean: There's my beautiful wife
Emma turns around to see Sean standing in the door way
Emma: Hey, baby
Emma kisses Sean
Sean: Hey gorgeous, I thought I'd stop by and see how your classroom is coming
Emma: Sean, this is Nick.
Nick shakes Sean's hand
Emma: He's going to be observing me for the next couple months until I go on maternity leave, then he's taking over my class.
Sean (to Nick): Hey man.
Nick: Hey, how's it going?
Sean (to Emma): You need any help with anything, baby?
Emma: I think I'm ok babe. I'll see you at home tonight?
Sean: Call me when you leave, I'll put dinner on
Sean kisses Emma as he walks out the door to leave
Emma turns around and smiles big
Nick: How long have you been married?
Emma: 5 months
Nick: Oh wow. You guys look like you have a lot of chemistry together. Not that I was trying to pry or anything.
Emma (chuckles): We were childhood sweethearts
Nick: Well, I can honestly say, happiness looks very good on you Mrs. Cameron, after just meeting you.
Emma smiles as she places her hand on her stomach
Emma: Took me 16 years, but I finally got my fairytale dream.
Nick: When are you due?
Emma: April. It's a girl
Nick: Awe, Congratulations.
Emma (smiles): Thank you
Nick: What's your husband do?
Emma: He owns a body & mechanic shop, Tony's.
Nick: Oh, nice.
Emma: He's been working there since we were in High School, before he left for the military.
Nick: Oh, he served?
Emma: Yea, Army. He was gone for 6 years, he left our senior year.
Nick: Oh wow, kudos to him.
Emma: When he came back, he went to his old boss; the original owner, Tony and asked for a job. About a year ago, His boss decided to give him the shop, because he wanted to retire
Nick: Wow. He must be a hell of a mechanic
Emma (smiles): I love Tony, he was always so nice to me, when I would go visit Sean at the shop.
Nick: That's always nice.
Emma: Sean and Tony have always been close, he trusts Sean more than employees he's had for 5+ years.
Nick: Well that's good
Emma grabs a posters and takes them over to the cork board and hangs them up
Emma: Tony waited until after our wedding to step down and retire
Nick walks over to Emma's desk and sees the Picture frame of Her and Sean on their wedding day
Nick: Looks like you two had a beautiful wedding
Emma (smiles): Yea, we did.
Emma hangs up the poster and stands back
Nick: I think it looks good.
Emma: So, what about you? What's your story?
Nick: Well, I definitely don't have a childhood sweetheart
Nick chuckles
Nick: But I just finished my Teaching Degree at Toronto U.
Emma: Oh, nice
Nick: I'm engaged myself. I've been with my fiancée for 5 years now.
Nick pulls out his phone and shows Emma a picture of him and his fiancée
Emma: Nice looking couple
Nick: We're hoping to get married in the next year or 2.
Emma: It's a great feeling, finding the person you want to spend the rest of your life with. If you would've asked me, 16 years ago if Sean and I were going to end up married, I probably would've laughed.
Nick: Love is definitely amazing.
Nick said with a smile
Emma: I think I'm ready to head home, So I will see you tomorrow, Mr. Brady.
Nick (smiles): Have a good night Emma
Nick leaves. Emma puts a few things away then heads out herself. She calls Sean on the way home.
Sean: Hey baby
Emma: Hey Handsome, what are you doing?
Sean: I'm just sitting on the couch, watching some tv. Are you on your way home?
Emma: Just left Degrassi.
Sean: Ok, I'll put dinner on honey. I got some of Rose's nursery together.
Emma: Did you? What did you get done?
Sean: I painted, I got the crib in there, I just got to put it together and mattress for her crib
Emma: Sean, I would've helped you with some of that
Sean: Emma, your 6 months Pregnant, I don't want you to lift anything big, babe.
Emma: Honey, I could've gotten the mattress or helped paint, babe. You worked all day. I didn't know you were going to work on the baby's room when you got home, I would've told you to wait till I got home.
Sean: Emma, relax, it's ok. I love you; I'll see you in a little bit
Emma: I love you too baby
Emma hangs up. A short time later, she arrives home. She walks in the door to see a candlelit dinner set at the table
Emma: Sean?
Sean: Surprise sweetheart
Emma: Baby, this looks amazing.
Emma said as she kisses Sean
Sean: I figured I'd surprise you tonight.
Emma (smiles): And you did.
Sean: Come on, let's eat before it gets cold
They sit down and enjoy dinner together
Emma: I swear I have the best husband
Sean smiles big as he places his hand out on the side of the table while Emma places her hand in his

They finish dinner and Emma cleans up
Sean: I got it, Em
Emma: You cooked, I can clean up, Sean
Emma cleans up dinner and meets Sean in Rose's room as she stands in the doorway, smiling
Sean: What?
Emma: I love you, you know that?
Emma walks up to Sean and kisses him

Emma wraps her arms around Sean's neck
Sean (chuckles): Ok, not that I'm complaining, but what's got you so lovey?
Emma: It's really sexy seeing you put her crib together
Sean wraps his arms around Emma's waist
Sean: Oh, really now?
Emma bites her bottom lip
Emma: Mhm
Sean: Well, It's a good thing, I find my wife incredibly sexy

Sean said as he softly kisses her neck and kisses his way down her breasts
