Revolting Raccoons: Fernando, Butch, Lin, Lucille, David, Ilyria, Eddy, Byron, Brittany, Juliette, and Dante
Oblivious Owls: Lila, Tracy, Trish, Shauna, Christopher, Spikke, Brad, Dianne, Matthew, Mackenzie, and Tatiana
"Last time on Total Drama Canadian Travels…" Chris began the famous recap, as he stood with Alexis, Jenny, and Chef Hatchet.
"We headed off to the rodeo in Calgary, Alberta for our next challenge, where our teams had to tack up their horses and ride an obstacle course!" Alexis said. "And it was the Oblivious Owls who took the win!"
"Antonio got a call from his wife announcing her pregnancy, and with that, he decided to quit the competition in order to be by his wife's side. Brad, Lila, and Tatiana made the first alliance of the season. I don't care, but we've got 22 contestants left. Who'll be the next to go? Find out, on this episode of…Total! Drama! CANADIAN TRAVELS!"
Dear Mom and Dad I'm doing fine,
You guys are on my mind.
You asked me what I wanted to be
and now I think the answer is plain to see,
I wanna be famous.
I wanna live close to the sun,
Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,
Everything to prove, nothing in my way
I'll get there one day.
Cause, I wanna be famous!
Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous
Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na! (as can be heard in the background)
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous
(Whistling in tune)
Episode 4: Talents Galore
Calgary, Alberta
The sun rose on a brand new day, as the two teams would wake up to get ready for the day. They would pack their bags, and board the coach bus, as it would drive from Alberta to Niagara Falls. It would be a 2 day bus ride.
"Two days. Damn," Ilyria yawned. "Well, that should be fine."
"I found something cheaper," Alexis said, looking over at Chris. "We can take a plane from Calgary to Toronto, and we can take the train from Toronto's Union Station to Niagara Falls Go Station."
"Meh, whatever you all want to do," Chris shrugged. "I need to get ready for my close up!"
"Then that's what we'll do. Let's head on over to the airport!"
"Thank goodness we all have our passports," Lucille said.
"Well, we do obviously need them for flying," Brittany rolled her eyes sarcastically.
The bus would arrive at the airport, and Alexis took out the credit card for the show to buy the tickets for the flight. It was currently 3AM Calgary time. "Okay everyone, our flight is at 7AM Calgary time, please stay together, because I don't want any lawsuits happening. Let's go through security, and wait to board. We're in first class."
"As expected," Mackenzie nodded.
"Yeah, last time Chris took coach he nearly had a heart attack." Chef laughed.
"Did he really?" Dianne asked.
"Typical McLean," Brittany grumbled. The group would soon head through security with no problems. Then they would head to their boarding gate. Getting through security took about 30 minutes, as the airport was empty. Then they would wait 3 and a half hours for boarding to start. While the teens all waited, some were still dealing with drowsiness from being awake so early in the morning.
"Dude… are you dead?" Dante asked both Butch and Eddy as they sat in their seats, doubled over and looking like they were about to pass out.
"I might as well be dead from the neck up." The shorter boy groaned.
"Did you not sleep well?" Juliette asked, a frown on her face.
"Have you ever tried staying awake on only five hours of sleep before?" Butch asked. "We got back to the hotel at nearly seven at night yesterday and we had to pretty much wolf down our dinner before getting told that we'd be up super early today. I don't know about you, but I'm the type that needs some more sleep."
"Okay, fair point," Juliette huffed. "Sorry for being curious."
"Don't mind them." Lin said, somehow fully rested her by the shoulder. "Those two are just a bit… irritable right now."
"How are you not tired?" David yawned.
"I'm used to running on even less sleep. Don't ask." The street urchin replied.
"Now boarding First Class seats for Flight 984 to Toronto." The gang all heard from the PA System.
"Alright, I'll see you all in Toronto!" Chris announced as he and Chef boarded the plane without the interns.
"Wait, did he really only get first class for himself and your uncle?" Jenny asked.
"I seriously got first class for everyone!" Alexis huffed. "Don't tell me he changed the tickets!"
"Knowing him, he probably did it to save money." The former-cheerleader sighed. "Can you talk to your uncle about this?"
"I'll try," Alexis grumbled, going over to her uncle. "Uncle! I got first class tickets for everyone! Why on Earth did McLean swap them?! I swear, I'm so close to going to Blaineley to tell her McLean's name for his teddy bear!"
"Wait, what name did he give to his teddy bear?" Dianne piped up.
"Archibald Humphrey Barnabas SnickerSnout the Third," Alexis replied, still steaming mad. "You know what? I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna tell her."
"I mean, we are on national TV right now, so you basically told the whole viewing world." Tatiana interjected. "Also, you two really need to work on your volume."
"Um, I'm Hatchet's niece. So I have a temper, like him," Alexis deadpanned.
"Oh, we already know," Ilyria noted, snickering as the rest of the cast were called to board. "Hey, McLean! The name of your teddy bear was just revealed, all because you swapped our first class tickets that Alexis bought for all of us! Not just you and Chef!"
Chris would never hear a word any of them said though, as they saw him wearing a set of brand new, noise-cancelling headphones.
"What?" He asked, taking them off and giving her a rather annoyed glance.
"Archibald Humphrey Barnabas SnickerSnout the Third." Alexis smirked. "That's the name of your teddy bear."
"WHO TOLD YOU THAT NAME?!" Chris gasped in shock as Chef scooted away slightly and buried his face in the book he was reading.
"My uncle," Alexis smirked. "Thanks, uncle."
"Huh? Sorry! No idea what you're talking about!"
"Anyway, Chris…" Alexis said. "Just remember that the contestants can have first class. Not just you and my uncle."
"Ugh, fine, fine…" The host groaned. "Just don't ever say his name again… I can already see the headlines coming out of this…"
"Well, if you annoy me again, I will say it," Alexis said in a sing-song voice.
Ilyria snickered again. "Okay, this is hilarious."
Confessionals
Ilyria: "Who would have thought that McLean would have such an embarrassing name for his teddy bear?"
*static*
Jenny: "All of that for what, what did Chris possibly have to gain from putting all of us in Economy? Those new headphones are telling me that he's using them on some luxuries to be as well rested and in top shape just for his own ego."
*static*
Tatiana: "Archibald Humphrey Barnabas SnickerSnout the Third. Everyday Chris McLean continues to make himself more of a laughingstock."
*static*
Lin: "It's a shame Butch was half-asleep for most of that. He would have had a field day if he knew Chris named his teddy bear that."
*End Confessionals*
On the plane…
"Hey, Butch, we're sitting together!" Juliette smiled at the brawler. "Doesn't that sound amazing?"
"Huh?" Butch asked, waking up at the sound of her voice. "Oh, hey, that's cool."
"You missed something hilarious earlier," the French girl continued. "Alexis actually revealed the name of Chris's teddy bear."
"Isn't he like forty years old? Why does he still have one?"
"No idea," Juliette giggled. "But the name's hilarious."
"Do you mind telling me when I wake up? I haven't really gotten much sleep."
"Alright," Juliette nodded. "Enjoy your nap." She would quickly give him a kiss on the cheek, before settling down in her seat, putting on her seatbelt. With a soft sigh, Butch shut his eyes and leaned his head against the window, quickly falling asleep.
In another section of the plane, Dianne was still trying to contain her laughter, while sitting next to Eddy and Lin, the former managing to remain awake a bit longer than Butch. "I can't stop laughing."
"Ah man, he's such a baby!" Eddy laughed.
"Who would have thought?" Dianne giggled. "Lin, aren't you surprised? I mean, you've already survived one season with Chris as the host."
"At this point, nothing really surprises me with that man anymore. He somehow manages to make a fool out of himself every season of this show."
"Well, you made it to third place! I think Eddy and I would love some advice from a veteran," Dianne smiled a little.
"Hmm, well for a good chunk of the game towards the start I was basically going without a plan and towards the end I was mostly just trying to stop Brittany."
"You also had to stop Demetrius," Dianne remembered. "I watched that episode like, a million times."
"Ugh, don't remind me of that mess. Trust me, there's a difference between watching it and being a part of that."
"Oh, sorry," the cancer survivor blushed in embarrassment.
"No worries, it was just an experience that brought me back to my time before going on this show. Plus the amount of weird and shocking stuff that happened just caught me off guard."
"What kind of stuff?" Eddy asked.
"Demetrius being exactly like a spy movie villain, Ilyria's vampire friends, Terra being scarily competent when she wants to be. It was all a lot to take in."
"Oh my gosh," Dianne was wide-eyed.
Mackenzie would be a few rows back, sitting with her brother and Fernando. The two YouTubers were currently interviewing the male model for their vlog. While Mackenzie was trying not to embarrass the male model, her brother, on the other hand, was going all out with his questions.
"So tell us how life has been ever since your first season ended," Matthew said. "You probably had a lot of backlash for how you acted in the game, right?"
"Matthew!" Mackenzie hissed, annoyed.
"No, no, he's right. I certainly got a few dirty looks after that ordeal. But for the most part, my life has been mostly the same. The only real change has been my newfound appreciation for literature and that I'm one year closer to selling my soul and going into a career in… ugh, daytime television…"
"There are also rumors that you and my sis have a thing for one another," Matthew grinned, causing Mackenzie to deeply blush at this. "Are you confirming, or denying them?"
"I am so sorry, Fernando," Mackenzie blushed.
"I haven't even known your sister for a week, I don't think it's fair to say we 'have a thing for each other'." The model blushed.
Matthew pouted. "That's all the time we have for now, subscribe!" He ended the video. "I can't wait to post this after the show."
"Yeah, we're twins, and sometimes, he can embarrass me too much," Mackenzie groaned.
"It's what I do, sis," Matthew smiled.
"Oh, the wonders of having siblings." Fernando chuckled.
"You're an only child?" Mackenzie asked.
"I was, until I learned that my parents were expecting another child not too long after the last season ended."
"Oh? It's gonna be a big age gap between you and your sibling, right?" Mackenzie was surprised.
"Of course, nineteen years is a shocking difference, but I'm more surprised about the fact that they were actually able to conceive, even if my parents married young. Enough about me though, I'm sure you two have more interesting stories as siblings."
"We actually got into social media from a young age," Mackenzie smiled. "First, I started off with singing cover songs, and eventually branched out into writing original songs."
"And I started off with video games, before branching out into cooking, so I do a mix of both on my channel," Matthew continued. "I do join my sister sometimes to help play an instrument when she does a cover song. The popular video on her channel is her cover of 'Speechless' from the live-action Aladdin movie. I played the piano while she sang."
"Good memories," Mackenzie sighed. "91K views, 7000 likes."
"Song covers? Interesting, I seem to remember Johan mentioning that that's how he and his band initially grew in popularity. Now, here they are on tour."
"I want to tour eventually. Maybe even go on a talent competition show," Mackenzie let out. "Of course, winning this show would be the ultimate dream." She glanced over at Fernando. "How about you? Do you have any dreams?"
"Hmm, I suppose I never really thought about what sort of goal I actually have. I mean, I'm set for life financially and while making amends would be nice, I know that isn't always possible." He pondered.
"I see," Mackenzie nodded.
"Good morning everyone, please put your tables up, the windows up, and fasten your seatbelts as we prepare for departure," the flight attendant announced.
As Tracy followed the instructions, she turned to some of her teammates sitting in her row. "So what happens if we don't do what the attendants say? Do we get kicked off the plane?"
"No," Spikke said, as he looked at her. "They won't kick you off for not listening. Mostly, they'll only do that if they have no other choice."
"Ohhh, okay." The country girl nodded. "So is there, like, other plane etiquette that I should know about? That's the word, right, 'etiquette'?"
"She's learning!" Trish gasped, gently pushing Tracy's arm.
"There's a lot to learn," Spikke sighed softly. "We'll help you."
A bit further away from the others, Lila, Tatiana and Brad shared a row together.
"So, um, what do we do now?"
"For now we just hang back and proceed as normal." Brad answered. "You just try talking to the rest of the team, Tatiana and I will take care of the planning."
"Are you sure?" Lila asked.
"Positive. Don't stress yourself out about this." The taller redhead assured.
After a long flight…
They would land in Toronto, grab their luggage, and go through security. Then they would board the bus to head over to Toronto's Union Station. Juliette would grin. "I can't wait to see the Femme Fatales! They'll be in Niagara at the same time as us!"
"The Midnight Men are in town too! Ah, I'm so excited to see my Jojo again!" Jenny squealed.
"When do you think you'll start a family of your own, Jenny?" Brittany asked the former cheerleader.
"Well, Johan and I are only twenty, so maybe next year? He's looking into buying a house for us once this season's over, but he's always been super frugal with how he spent money. He and his band are already a bit wary about money since they bought a whole tour bus."
"Goodness," Brittany was wide-eyed.
"Well he is the most responsible guy I know. That's why I said yes!"
There would be a little bit of traffic, but they managed to make it to Union Station, quickly going to board their train to Niagara Falls. Once they got there, they would head over to Fallsview Casino, and inside, they would see a group of girls, in particular, a certain tomboy.
"Hey everyone!" Rebekah let out. Nothing much changed in her appearance, though she wore a black dress with golden music notes trimmed along the bottom, black high heels with a golden ribbon, and her hair tied back with a golden ribbon.
"Miss tomboy's wearing a dress? Shocker," Brittany let out.
"I don't wear them often, but this dress suits me," Rebekah responded.
"It's a nice dress, but honestly, seeing you in one feels wrong." Lin laughed.
Juliette hurried over to the other girls, as they all put their hands in, and let out a high note of vocalization. "Everyone, I'd like for you all to meet the rest of the Femme Fatales! We've got Rebekah, twins Ally and Lexie, Katana, Deborah, my cousin, Colette, and my sisters: Jacqueline and Rochelle."
The girls would all wave. Katana was a pretty Japanese girl with long, black hair and dark eyes. Ally and Lexie had a fair skin tone with green eyes, and auburn hair. Deborah had a fair skin tone with long, wavy dark brown hair with hazel eyes. Jacqueline and Rochelle looked exactly like Juliette, while Colette nearly looked similar to the French girl with the same hair color, though her eyes were emerald green.
"It's a pleasure to meet you all!" Rochelle smiled.
"Yeah, Rebekah's told us about the veterans," Ally giggled. "All of you did really amazing on the show. Well, except for Fernando."
The model's eyebrow twitched slightly at the comment, but he remained silent.
"Good!" Chris clapped his hands. "So, basically, the challenge is the typical talent show, yada-yada. If you get three red buzzers, stop your act immediately. The golden buzzer will also be in play, and if you happen to get it, then you'll get double points from that judge, or even the MC. They can each press it once. Chef, you'll be MC. Alexis, Jenny, you two and another guest of ours will act as the judges."
"Who is this third judge?" Brittany scoffed. A rather large bus pulled up into the parking lot right on cue. It was painted a sleek black color with navy blue accents with what appeared to be multiple people wearing cloaks riding horses on them. The words 'The Midnight Men' was adorned on the side of the bus.
"Ahhh, they're here!" Jenny squealed in joy as a few people stepped out of the bus once the engine turned off. Among them was Johan, who waved to everyone before getting pulled into a hug by his wife.
Alongside him were three men, the first of which looked to be around the same age as him with shaggy black hair wearing a black, sleeveless shirt and grey jeans with white sneakers. The second was a boy wearing a dark green shirt and black shorts with a red baseball cap. The third was a blonde boy wearing a white collared shirt and tan slacks. The only person that caught everyone off guard was the lone woman of the group.
Just like the others, she appeared to be the same age as Johan and his band, her hair was dyed pink. Her eyeshadow gave her an ominous look, not helped by her ruby red jacket covering her black tank-top, red pants and black boots.
"Good to see you, babe!" Johan returned the hug before looking to the returning cast. "Good to see all of you, actually!"
"Sup, Johan?" Brittany smirked. "How's married life?"
"Not too different from the life I had before this, honestly. But I should at least introduce you guys to the band, seeing as it looks like Rebekah might have done that already with her group." Johan said before patting the black-haired boy on the back. "This ray of sunshine is Rodrick, our band's drummer. Guy's an absolute monster with the drums and isn't afraid to show it."
"Sup." Rodrick greeted with a nod.
"The guy with the hat is Kevin, our Bassist. He considered applying to this season, but he eventually decided not to when we started going on tour."
"Probably for the best." Kevin shrugged.
"Next up is Jimmy, our second guitarist, and the only guy that's ever matched me in skill."
"We still need to break our tie." Jimmy noted. "We're even in terms of our rock-off record."
"I doubt you two ever will." The pink-haired girl remarked. "I can introduce myself by the way, the name's Charlene. If Johan's not singing, it's me that's doing it."
"Hmm, you seem familiar somehow…" Lin noted, with Tatiana, Tracy, Brad, Butch and Shauna all nodding in agreement.
"I get that a lot." Charlene shrugged.
"Alright," Chris shrugged, "So Charlene, you'll be the third judge. Winning team will get to spend some time with The Midnight Men, and will be safe from elimination. As for me, Johan and I need to talk business!"
"Yeah." Johan replied, rolling his eyes. "The studio we're headed to is a couple of blocks away."
"You're not staying for the challenge?" Brad asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Um, hello? I have to be ready for my close-up!" Chris said. "Anyways, I'll be back by the time you all perform. Later!"
"Well, I guess that's that," Alexis huffed, shaking her head as she watched Chris practically drag Johan to the studio, the rest of the boys in the band following after the two. "So, pick your acts. There's no limit on how many people can perform. It's okay if some people have the same act, but as long as the songs are different, then it's all good."
"There aren't any restrictions on what you guys want to do either." Jenny added. "So you guys can go nuts! …As long as your act doesn't actually hurt anyone though. We don't want a repeat of last season…"
"Yeah, try to avoid any head trauma." Chef nodded.
"You'll all have until the end of today, so…go!" Alexis announced.
Revolting Raccoons
"So, Lucille, I guess you and I can do a duet violin act?" Brittany asked.
"I'm game. Do you have a particular song in mind?" Lucille smiled.
"Um…how about Houdini by Dua Lipa?" the mob boss suggested.
"That's such a catchy song!" Ilyria let out.
"The girls and I will be doing our Acapella medley of Evolution of Girl Groups," Juliette smiled.
"I guess I can sing this time," Ilyria said. "I did an aerial act the last time, so I'm changing it up."
"Well, if you're all confident in your skills, I think we have a solid chance here." David nodded. "Wish I could do something to help out, but photography skills won't really help here. I hope you don't mind me taking some photos of your acts though."
"Not at all," Ilyria responded.
Oblivious Owls
"We need a plan," Spikke looked at his team.
"I can sing my original song while playing the guitar," Mackenzie said.
"I can come up with a song to sing by myself," Dianne smiled.
"O-Oh, you were planning on singing?" Lila asked.
"Yeah, I'm really good," Dianne nodded.
"I was, um, also hoping I could sing…"
"Well, how about we see the songs you two have in mind," Spikke said.
"I'm gonna go with My Heart Will Go On from Titanic," Dianne said. "What about you, Lila?"
"It may be a bit of an odd choice, but I was hoping to sing Fly Me to the Moon. It's such an eve-... I mean, it's a charming song…"
"The Frank Sinatra song?" Brad asked, raising an eyebrow. "Didn't take you for a fan of his."
"I'm from New York, even today his music is played a lot around the city. Especially if you know where to look!" Lila explained, giving the redhead a wink as a hint of confidence came back to her.
"Okay, so we should still have a third person, since we'll be deciding between Lila and Dianne…" Matthew said.
"How about Tracy? She's shown us that she's got tons of skills we didn't know about!" Trish exclaimed, much to the blonde girl's embarrassment.
"Huh?! Oh, no no no, I don't have any sort of talent like you guys!"
"If you insist," Matthew said.
"I could do my dances since I wasn't able to last season," Shauna perked up.
"Okay, so let's hear Lila sing first," Christopher said.
"I don't mind waiting," Dianne said with a hint of a frustrated sigh. "Go ahead Lila."
Quickly clearing her throat, the soft-spoken redhead began to sing the first few lines of her chosen song.
"Fly me to the moon
Let me play among the stars
And let me see what Spring is like
On a-Jupiter and Mars
In other words, hold my hand
In other words, baby, kiss me…"
"Hmm, not bad." Trish nodded. "She's pretty good but… somehow she sounds really plain."
"Guess 'Little Miss Perfect' isn't as perfect as she lets on." Matthew whispered to his sister, who shrugged a little. Unbeknownst to them, Brad and Titania managed to overhear them.
"I guess it's my turn," Dianne said, as she sang a few lines of her chosen song.
"Every night in my dreams
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on
Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you go on
Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more, you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on…" her voice would sound like a beautiful melody.
Once Dianne finished, she looked over at the others. "Well?"
"I think you've definitely got some talent!" Shauna applauded.
"Aw, thank you," Dianne blushed.
"Let's vote. If you want Lila to sing, put your hands up," Spikke said. Lila, Tatiana and Brad were the only ones to raise their hands. "Well, I think that clinches it already."
"Sorry, Lila," Dianne let out, her tone sounding almost uncaring towards the other girl. "I guess the better talent won in the end."
"Yes, I… suppose so…" Lila sighed.
"Alright, you three can practice. The rest of us…I guess we can just chill," Spikke said.
"Guess so." Trish shrugged. "I'm curious though, you didn't want to rap for the show?"
"Nah," Spikke replied. "It might not be family friendly for this show."
"What about you, Christopher?" Shauna added. "No performance?"
"I already wowed the crowd once. I'm not going to do it again," Christopher replied. "Besides, it sort of feels wrong to do this without Jerusha here."
"Okay, you have a point," Matthew shrugged.
Revolting Raccoons
"Every night in my dreams
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on
Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you go on
Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more, you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on" Ilyria would practice her song.
Brittany looked over. "Damn, she's really good."
"I know," Lucille nodded. "I'm surprised she didn't sing last season."
"Well, I'm sure we're gonna win this challenge. Ready?"
"I am," Lucille got her violin ready.
The two girls would instantly play the song, it was pretty upbeat.
Dianne, meanwhile, heard Ilyria's song. "Oh no…I need a different song. This is bad, this is so bad! What am I gonna do?"
"Woah, relax!" A male voice called out. Dianne turned to see where the voice came from only to be face to face with Eddy. "It ain't that big of a deal."
"Um, Alexis did say that we had to have different songs if two people are doing the same act," Dianne deadpanned. "So of course it's a big deal!"
"I meant that you won't be able to think if you're freaking out. Look, my brother taught me that if you're ever worried about something, you take a deep breath and think about your options. Just do that and you'll figure it out."
"Oh…I see. Look… I know we're on different teams…but…do you want to help me pick a song?" Dianne rubbed her arm nervously. "You don't have to say yes if you don't want to."
"Eh, why not." Eddy shrugged. "I'm not doing an act and I'd rather not sit around doing nothing for a couple of hours."
Dianne blushed a little. "G-great!" She would go take a seat. "So, first, I want to hear from you. What songs do you like?"
"Eh, I'm more of a fan of 70's and 80's music."
"I see," Dianne nodded. "Anything in particular?"
"Ah, y'know, the classics like MJ, The Carpenters, Gloria Gaynor. Those were the years my parents met so the music from that time is pretty much played on repeat at my house."
"I've heard some of them from my aunt and uncle. Heck, even my cousin's played some of their songs on her violin," Dianne said.
"That so? They've got some pretty good taste then!" Eddy smiled.
"Yeah, Jasmine's really talented. She and my brother were the ones to encourage me to apply to Total Drama," Dianne smiled.
"Guess both our brothers are sort of the reason why we're here. You should probably go back to your team though, I don't want you to get into any trouble because of me."
"Yeah, I should. See you around, Eddy," Dianne stood up, and would go back to thinking about a song.
*Confessionals*
Dianne: "Eddy is really really sweet." The young woman would feel her heart flutter. "My heart's fluttering a bit."
*static*
Eddy: "Dianne's not so bad. Kinda sucks we're on opposite teams though, can't have everyone get on my case about talking to her."
*End Confessionals*
As Dianne walked away, she took a breath. "I think I'm gonna take a risk, and do a Bishop Briggs song. But I need the right look."
With an almost supernatural sense of hearing, Trish perked up and dashed over to Dianne and grabbed her by the shoulders.
"I hear you're looking for a good outfit, come with me and I'll make you look dazzling!"
Dianne nearly screamed in shock, before realizing it was Trish. "Thanks, Trish! Make me look like a pop-punk princess! I'll be doing River by Bishop Briggs."
"One pop-punk princess coming up!"
Dianne grinned at this. "I can't wait. It might be a risk, but I'm willing to take it."
A couple of hours later…
The day would come to a close, and both teams would be sitting in the auditorium in Fallsview Casino. The acts for both teams were backstage, putting the final touches to their outfits. Ilyria would have her black hair tied up into a ponytail, pinned with a red rose. She wore a red top, a red skirt with orange ruffles, and red high heels. As she looked over to her right, she noticed Trish waiting outside of a dressing room.
"How are things looking in there, Dianne?" She asked.
"Almost ready!" Dianne let out. She was applying the final touches of makeup to add to her pop-punk look.
"Well, let's see it!"
Dianne would soon step out, with her outfit: which consisted of a light red jacket over a sequinned vest top, cut-off cerulean shorts over neon purple cheetah print leggings and silver high heels. Her hair was tied up into a high ponytail, with long hooped gold earrings, a gold necklace with a 'D' on it, and multicolored red, purple, blue, and black bracelets on both arms. Her eyeshadow was a dark pink, along with her blush, and she also had wine red lipstick, while her nails were painted black. "Well? What do you think?"
"Perfect! The neon purple really brings it all together!" Trish squealed while Ilyria looked a bit befuddled.
"What in the bloody hell…" she let out.
"Thanks, Trish," Dianne smiled.
"What is it with her and neon purple?" Brad sighed.
"No idea," Brittany said sarcastically. She wore a white-and-purple checked shirt with jeans, a purple belt, and knee-high purple boots. Meanwhile, Lucille wore a lilac vest top decorated with a butterfly pattern over a black T-shirt, a loose brown belt around blue jeans with pink stitching, and brown cowboy boots. The two girls had their violins with them. "It's completely ridiculous."
"Well I think it's ever-so charming." Lila giggled.
"Not that wording again," Brittany groaned.
"Brittany!" Lucille let out.
"Sorry, perfect princess," the mob boss sneered a little.
"Hey, instead of giving her crap about her verbal tics, why don't you two go back to your team's side of the dressing room." Tatiana sneered.
Lucille sighed, taking Brittany's arm, and the two would go back to their team's side.
"We're almost ready for you all to take the stage!" Alexis let out. "Are you ready, uncle?"
"I hate doing this, where's that rich girl's dad when you need 'im?"
"He's busy," Alexis sighed.
"Ah, well, let's just get this done." Chef sighed as he stepped onto the stage.
Alexis would take her seat at the judge's table, along with Charlene and Jenny. The boys, along with Chris, had made it back just in time for the show. Alexis turned to the host. "I take it the photoshoot went well?"
"All things considered, yeah. We would've been here sooner if Chris wasn't such a perfectionist. At least Charlene's sister and her boyfriend kept things moving." Johan explained.
"Oh boy," Alexis sighed. "Can't believe that happened."
"Still, we got a good picture for our album cover, so we're set for maybe the next two or three albums we release." Rodrick shrugged.
"Well, that's good," Alexis said, before turning back to the stage as her uncle would start off the talent show.
"Alright." Chef began. "Welcome to our Whatever-annual Total Drama talent show, where these kids will showcase their talents, yadda-yadda-yadda. Three performances from each team, blah-blah-blah, first off we have Mackenzie from the Owls."
A stool would be placed onto the stage, along with a microphone, as Mackenzie walked out. She wore a dark pink dress with a silver hemline and neckline, black leggings, and pink ballet pumps, and she was holding her guitar.
"My original song is called 'Heart on Fire.' I hope you like it," Mackenzie said, as she played her guitar.
"Life is a heart that's on fire, burning with the love that ignites us. Love makes you wanna love again with your whole heart. That's why I want you in my heart forever. Because our love is strong, we must keep it.
You just need to have faith in your heart. Sure, you may get hurt along the way, but love's worth fighting for.
My heart's on fire and it's burning with your love, igniting us altogether, so we could light the way. My heart's on fire and it's burning with love for you.
Life is a diamond in the sky. Love makes you feel like a million dreams. That's why I want you in my dreams forevermore. Because your love is my dream forever and ever.
You just need to have faith in your heart. Sure, you may get hurt along the way, but love's worth fighting for.
My heart's on fire and it's burning with your love, igniting us altogether, so we could light the way. My heart's on fire and it's burning with love for you.
Life is a rainbow shining after a rainstorm. Love makes you wanna go on a journey with your true love. That's why I want you to put your trust in me. Because your love is like an angel's halo shining so brightly in the sky.
You just need to have faith in your heart. Sure, you may get hurt along the way, but love's worth fighting for.
My heart's on fire and it's burning with your love, igniting us altogether, so we could light the way. My heart's on fire and it's burning with love for you."
There would be a little bit of an instrumental break as she continued playing the guitar.
"I know it may seem hard at first, but I know that with faith, hope, love, generosity, loyalty, kindness, laughter, and honesty, we'll make it through life together. We'll both be superstars, shining brightly on this stage. You'll be my Romeo, and I'll be your Juliet, our love story will last forevermore.
Yes it's burning with your love, it's burning with your passion forevermore. Oooh, yeah. My heart's on fire and burning with your love, burning with your passion forevermore. Like a meteorite flying by in the night sky. Hey!
You just need to have faith in your heart. Sure, you may get hurt along the way, but love's worth fighting for.
My heart's on fire and it's burning with your love, igniting us altogether, so we could light the way. My heart's on fire and it's burning with love for you."
Mackenzie would smile as she finished her song.
"Yes, Mackenzie!" Matthew would cheer loudly at this.
"Well, I really dig the fire imagery and lyrics, so I'll give you a seven." Charlene shrugged, a hint of a smile on her face.
"Thank you," Mackenzie smiled.
"An original song was a bold move," Alexis smiled. "I'm gonna give you an eight. Jenny?"
"Same here, making an original song isn't easy but you made a really good one!" Jenny exclaimed.
"Thank you!" Mackenzie let out, before leaving the stage.
"Okay, who's next?" Alexis asked.
"Up next, we have the dynamic duo of Brittany and Lucille." Chef announced.
The two girls would head onto the stage, and they would be in sync as they played their violins to Houdini by Dua Lipa.
"Hey, this is actually really catchy!" Byron let out, clapping his hands to the beat, and dancing in his seat.
The two girls would finish at the same time, bowing deeply.
"That was amazing!" Alexis stood up, clapping her hands. "I'm gonna start off the scoring with a nine! Charlene, what did you think?"
"Eh, violin isn't my thing. My sister likes it more than I do. I can respect it though. Five out of ten."
Brittany looked visibly pissed at Charlene's scoring, but Lucille would calm the mob boss down. "It's okay, Brittany. Jenny still needs to give her score."
"Well, I'm not as harsh as Charlie here, and I think it was really good, so I'll give you an eight."
"The Owls have 23 points, while the Raccoons have 22 points," Alexis revealed.
"A one-point difference. This is gonna be interesting," Byron let out, looking at his team.
"That red haired girl might be harder to impress than I thought…" David hummed.
"Tell me about it," Byron sighed. "Here's hoping that Juliette and Ilyria will be able to impress her."
"Yeah, Charlene can be pretty harsh." Johan said. "But believe me, be thankful it's her and not her sister."
"Why? Is her sister that bad?" Byron gulped.
"Well she's not a mobster, but imagine Brittany except twice as irritable."
"Geez…" Byron shivered.
"It's any wonder how her boyfriend manages to keep her calm, especially since he's a bit of a doughboy." Kevin added.
"You better hope she's not watching this now or she's going to kill you." Jimmy chuckled.
"Yeah, remember the last time you ticked her off?" Johan asked.
"ANYWAY, let's get back to the acts!" Kevin urged.
"Yes, and now we have Shauna with her dance act, blah, blah, blah," Chef sighed, annoyed.
With one last deep breath to steady her nerves, Shauna stepped onto the stage holding a boombox. Unlike the other girls, she kept her casual outfit on. As she turned on the radio, a hip-hop beat began to play, Shauna began dancing to the beat of the song, swaying her body in perfect rhythm to the song before the music suddenly changed to a more Latin-American beat. Without missing a beat, Shauna shifted her dance to match that of the song, swaying her hips and keeping in tune to the song. Once again, the music shifted, this time to a techno-esque tune that wouldn't be out of place at a rave. The second the music changed, Spikke flicked a switch backstage and turned off some of the lights while activating a few others, giving the stage a vibe that matched that of the music. Shauna continued her dance for another minute or so before the music stopped, with the dancer doing a jumping mid-air split and landing perfectly on the floor before standing up and bowing towards the judges.
"WOO! That was amazing!" Jenny cheered, definitely a ten!"
"You sure?" Charlene asked. "I mean she's good, but those genres didn't really blend into each other too well. Besides, with Shannon and yourself acting as dancers for the band, this kind of stuff doesn't impress me. Three out of ten."
"I'm gonna give you a two. I'm sorry," Alexis said. "It's not that your act was bad, it's just that you were going to do the same act last year. I was expecting something different."
Shauna was stunned as she grabbed her boombox and hurried backstage, unsure of what to say.
Spikke would hurry backstage to comfort his girlfriend, feeling bad for her. "Δεν πειράζει, όμορφη πριγκίπισσα μου," he let out in Greek. "είμαι εδώ για σένα."
"You know I still don't perfectly understand Greek just yet. But don't worry about me. I'll get over it, I just wasn't expecting that sort of a reaction."
Spikke frowned. "Right. I still need to teach you more Greek." The rapper was suddenly pulled into a hug.
"Hey, I said don't worry about me!" She giggled.
Spikke chuckled, hugging her back.
While Lila was looking towards the stage and waiting for the next act, Tatiana and Brad looked at one another, and nodded. The couple was a threat, and one, or both of them had to go.
"Okay, next up is Juliette and her Femme Fatales, doing a medley of songs by girl groups, yada-yada, yada," Chef rolled his eyes.
Juliette and the girls hurried onstage. Alexis perked up a bit at this.
"I love the Femme Fatales. They're world champions for a reason," the young chef let out.
"Mister Sandman, bring me a dream
Make him the cutest that I've ever seen
Callin' out around the world
We're dancing in the street
Stop! In the name of love
Before you break my heart
Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir?
Creole lady marmalade
Oh oh you've got the best of my love
Oh oh you've got the best of my love
We are family
I got all my sisters with me
It's raining men, hallelujah, it's raining men, amen
I'm gonna go out to run and let myself get
Absolutely soaking wet
I'm your Venus, I'm your fire
At your desire
'Til now I always got by on my own
I never really cared until I met you
And now it chills me to the bone
How do I get you alone
How do I get you alone
No, you're never gonna get it
Never ever gonna get it (no, not this time)
No, you're never gonna get it (my love)
Never ever gonna get it
Whatta man, whatta man, whatta mighty good man!
Whatta man, whatta man, whatta mighty good man!
Say it again!
Don't go chasin' waterfalls
Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to
Yo, I'll tell you what I want, what I really, really want
So tell me what you want, what you really, really want
I'll tell you what I want, what I really, really want
So tell me what you want, what you really, really want
I wanna, (ha) I wanna, (ha) I wanna, (ha) I wanna, (ha)
I wanna really, really, really wanna zigazig ah
If you wanna be my lover, you gotta get with my friends
Spice up your life
Make it last forever, friendship never ends
A scrub is a guy that thinks he's fly
And is also known as a busta
No, I don't want no scrub
A scrub is a guy that can't get no love from me
Hangin' out the passenger side
Of his best friend's ride
Trying to holla at me
Where my girls at
From the front to back
Well is you feelin' that
Well put one hand up, can you repeat that
Tryin' to take my man, see I don't need that
Say my name, say my name
If no one is around you, say, 'Baby I love you'
If you ain't runnin' game
Say my name, say my name
You acting kind of shady, ain't callin' me baby
Why the sudden change?
I would call you would say
'Baby how's your day?' But today it ain't the same
I know you sayin' I'm assuming things
Something's goin' down that's the way it seems
Shouldn't be a reason why your acting strange
Nobody's holding you back from me
Say my name, say my name
If no one is around you, say, 'Baby I love you'
I'm a survivor (What?)
I'm not gon give up (What?)
I'm not gon stop (What?)
I'm gon work harder (What?)
I'm a survivor (What?)
I'm gonna make it (What?)
I will survive (What?)
Keep on survivin'
I'm telling you loosen up my buttons, baby (uh huh)
But you keep fronting (uh)
I've tried every remedy and nothing seems to work for me
Damaged (damaged) damaged (damaged)
I thought that I should let you know
That my heart is damaged (damaged) so damaged (so damaged)
And you can blame the one before
Mama told me not to waste my life,
She said spread your wings my little butterfly
Don't let what they say keep you up at night
And they can't detain you
'Cause wings are made to fly
Take a sip of my secret potion
I'll make you fall in love
For a spell that can't be broken
One drop should be enough
Boy, you belong to me
I got the recipe
And it's called black magic
(And it's called black magic)
I know you're always on the night shift
But I can't stand these nights alone
And I don't need no explanation
'Cause baby, you're the boss at home
Boss Michelle Obama
Purse so heavy gettin' Oprah dollas
I pledge allegiance to my independent girls in here
Ooh Baby
So if you're with us, come on let me hear you say
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
If you could take my pulse right now
It would feel just like a sledgehammer (Oh oh oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh oh oh)
If you could feel my heart beat now
It would hit you like a sledgehammer (Oh oh oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh oh oh)
(And it's called black magic)
You're taken over the beat of my body
You just don't let up, don't let up
You're taken over the beat of my body
But you lift me up, lift me up
If you take my pulse right now
It would feel just like a sledgehammer
How do I get you alone
Oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh"
The girls would finish with their right hands placed into a fist, and raise it up.
"Not bad," Brittany smirked a little, applauding.
"Bloody hell," Ilyria was impressed.
"That was awesome!" Jenny cheered. "That deserves a nine!"
"I'm gonna give you ladies a 10!" Alexis smiled.
"Eh, Acapella isn't really my cup of tea. But you girls put in effort so I'll give you a six."
The girls would cheer, and head backstage.
"Last up for the Owls is Dianne, doing River by Bishop Briggs. Yada-yada-yada, this is so boring…" Chef let out.
"Uncle! Try to have fun!" Alexis pouted.
"LET'S GO!" Dianne screamed as the beat of the song started playing and she began to do some headbanging as well.
"Like a river
Like a river sh-
Like a river
Like a river sh-
Like a river
Like a river
Shut your mouth and run me like a river
How do you fall in love?
Harder than a bullet could hit you
How do we fall apart?
Faster than a hairpin trigger
Don't you say, don't you say it, don't say
Don't you say it, one breath and it'll just break it
So shut your mouth and run me like a river
Shut your mouth
Baby, stand and deliver
Holy hands, will they make me a sinner
Like a river
Like a river
Shut your mouth and run me like a river
Choke this love till the veins start to shiver
One last breath till the tears start to wither
Like a river
Like a river
Shut your mouth and run me like a river
Tales of an endless heart
Cursed is the fool who's willing
Can't change the way we are
One kiss away from killing
Don't you say, don't you say it
Don't say, don't you say it
One breath it'll just break it
So shut your mouth and run me like a river
Shut your mouth
Baby, stand and deliver
Holy hands, will they make me a sinner
Like a river
Like a river
Shut your mouth and run me like a river
Choke this love till the veins start to shiver
One last breath till the tears start to wither
Like a river
Like a river
Shut your mouth and run me like a river
Like a river
Like a river
Like a river
Like a river
Like a river
Like a river
Shut your mouth and run me like a river
Hey! Ooh oh oh
Hey! Ooh oh oh
Like a river!
Hey! Ooh oh oh
Ooh oh oh
Like a river!
Shut your mouth
Baby, stand and deliver
Holy hands, will they make me a sinner
Like a river
Like a river
Shut your mouth and run me like a river
Choke this love till the veins start to shiver
One last breath till the tears start to wither
Like a river
Like a river
Shut your mouth and run me like a river."
"Alright, I admit, I like the song choice and the look. I'll give you a seven." Charlene grinned.
"I'm giving you a nine," Alexis smiled. "What about you, Jenny?"
"That was really good! I'll give you… an eight!"
"The Owls have 62 points, and the Raccoons have 47 points!" Alexis announced.
"I'm shocked the golden buzzer hasn't been used yet," Byron grumbled to the brawler. "If you were judging, which act would you use it on?"
"I forgot the golden buzzer was even a thing." Eddy commented. "But if I had to use it, I'd say it'd be on Dianne's act. Gotta admit, it was pretty cool."
"Oh?" Byron smirked playfully. "How about you, Butch? I saw you drooling over Juliette's act." Butch chose to remain silent as he mimed zipping his mouth shut, though a slight blush crept onto his cheeks.
"Ok, we're FINALLY on to the last act, and that's Ilyria, doing 'My Heart Will Go On' from the Titanic movie," Chef groaned. "It's about damn time we finish this thing."
Ilyria stepped onto the stage, as the beautiful music from the Titanic soundtrack began to play.
"Every night in my dreams
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on
Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you go on
Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on
Love can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never let go 'til we're gone
Love was when I loved you
One true time I hold to
In my life we'll always go on
Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on
You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on
We'll stay forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on."
Alexis was stunned into silence. "Wow…."
"That….was stunning…." Lucille let out from backstage.
A buzzing noise emanated from in front of the stage as Jenny took her hand off the buzzer before standing up and applauding. "TEN!" She called out.
Ilyria was shocked as the golden confetti fell from the rafters.
"Well deserved," Dianne let out from backstage.
"She's not on our team. You know that, right?" Brad asked.
"Well, I'm trying to be a good sport," Dianne huffed.
"Well, you get double the points from Jenny, but I'm giving you a 10," Alexis said. "Charlene? What did you think?"
"You've definitely got talent, but I wouldn't exactly call it a ten. I'm giving you an eight."
"And with that, the Raccoons have 85 points, and they win the challenge!" Alexis announced.
"Yes!" Lucille cheered.
Byron happily cheered. "We won!"
"Owls, meet back here in an hour for elimination," Chris called out.
Oblivious Owls
"Well, this sucks," Spikke groaned. "Who should we send home?"
"No kidding, stupid gold buzzer." Brad sighed.
"We need to decide," Spikke let out. "I really hate having to do this."
"Y'know, Spikke, I think Brad and I could get some good insight and some ideas as to who we could vote for. Why don't you bring Shauna over and we can discuss things." Tatiana explained.
"If you think I'm voting for my princess, you're mistaken," Spikke glared. "But I'll bring her over."
"We weren't going to do something like that." Brad assured. "But maybe we should head somewhere less crowded, we don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, after all."
Spikke sighed as he went over to Shauna. "Are you doing okay?"
"Hm? Yeah, I'm fine! I mean, as fine as someone who lost a challenge can be. Why do you ask?"
"I wanted to comfort you," Spikke let out. "You know I'd never vote for you."
"Hehe, I know you wouldn't but… where's this coming from?"
"I have a bad feeling about Brad. Maybe he's gonna try and get the team to either vote one of us off…" Spikke bit his lower lip.
"What makes you think that?"
"He's been hanging around Tatiana and Lila…and I think something's up…especially with Tatiana…she has a short fuse…"
"So do Brittany and Lin, to an extent, and they're alright. Even if they're not on our team. Besides, even though I haven't talked to them much, Tatiana seems like she knows what she's doing and Lila is nice, sort of."
"So, who should we vote for?" Spikke looked at his girlfriend.
"Well, I did just say she was nice, but I think we should vote for Lila."
"Alright," Spikke nodded. "Let's do that then. Those two wanted to talk to us, but let's stick to our guns regardless, okay?"
With a nod from the dancer, the two went over to join the two redheads. As they went, Brad subtly nodded in Lila's direction. The soft-spoken redhead soon went over to the rest of the Owls.
"Alright, she's here," Spikke said.
"Good, now here's what I'm thinking…" Brad began.
From a different part of the Owls' backstage area, the rest of the team discussed their options among other topics.
"Okay, so even though we lost, you totally rocked your performance and that outfit!" Trish exclaimed.
"Thanks, Trish," Dianne smiled. "I think I saw Eddy checking me out after I finished."
"Ooohh, getting the attention of one of the boys!" The posh girl laughed.
Dianne blushed. "He's really sweet. It's kind of sad we're on different teams."
"Well, you never know how things will work out, take my relationship for example!"
"Oh yeah, you and Miguel," Dianne smiled. "I still can't believe you're dating a movie star!"
"Neither can I, it's a shame he isn't here, but that's the life of a celebrity for you."
"That's for sure," Dianne nodded.
"Um, hi, girls." Lila greeted.
"Lila." Dianne crossed her arms. "What is it?"
"There's something I wanted to talk to you about. Well, to everyone actually." She continued, getting the attention of the rest of the team that was present. "It's about the vote tonight."
"We're listening," Mackenzie said.
"I know they'll be really sad about it afterwards, but I think we should vote between Spikke and Shauna."
"Wait, what? I really like those two!" Dianne pouted.
"I-I like them, too! Don't get me wrong, but as a couple they might be focused on each other more than the game. Not only that, but once more people get voted off those two could be a really tough pair to deal with later on."
"They haven't been kissing 24/7 like Geoff and Bridgette did in Total Drama Action," Dianne deadpanned.
"True, and you can call me crazy here, but I think she has a point." Trish noted.
"I like them both too," Mackenzie sighed. "I'd hate to vote one of them off."
"This is one of those, strategic plays, right?" Tracy asked. "I think it might be good to vote one of them off. I mean yeah, it's mean and we all like them, but if one of us has to win, we've gotta vote them off at some point, right? Better to pull the band-aid off now than later."
"Oh, Owls! Elimination time!" Chris called out in a sing-song voice.
"Time to get this over with," Spikke said, standing up.
Elimination Ceremony (Oblivious Owls)
The Owls would sit in the auditorium again. "Okay, Owls, go ahead and place your votes in the voting booth," Chris instructed. "We'll count them, and then we'll reveal today's safety from elimination!"
*Voting Confessionals-Oblivious Owls*
Dianne: "This is gonna be so hard… I don't want to vote for either of them… But I guess I might have to go with Spikke. Sorry!"
*static*
Lila: "I really hope I managed to convince the others. If I had to pick which of that couple I'd rather go up against later, I think Spikke is the better option so I have to vote Shauna. Sorry, Shauna and Spikke…"
*static*
Matthew: "Sorry, Spikke…"
*static*
Mackenzie: "Ugh, I feel awful now. I'm gonna have to say Shauna. She didn't do as well as I expected."
*static*
Christopher: "I'm voting for Shauna. Spikke's gonna hate me for this…"
*static*
Brad: "I saw a lot of conflicted looks on our way here. That means Lila did what she needed to. Now we just have to see if it was enough. For now, I'm voting for Shauna."
*static*
Tatiana: "This plan isn't fool-proof. There's still a big chance it'll fail, but we knew this was going to be hard. If we're put into losing situations again, then it should get easier as time goes on. In theory at least. For the time being, my vote goes to Shauna."
*static*
Shauna: "Ugh, these always make me feel bad. But Spikke said to stick to what our guts tell us, so I'm still voting for Lila."
*static*
Spikke: "This sucks. I'm gonna have to say Lila."
*static*
Tracy: "Well, this stinks. But I really think Lila had some good points back there, so I think I have to vote for… Shauna."
*static*
Trish: "Oh, I know they're going to be so upset and they might even be mad at me, but Lila's right! As much as it feels weird to say that. I… I think I have to vote off Shauna!"
*End Voting Confessionals*
The votes would be tallied, and Alexis and Jenny would go up to Chris with the safety item.
"Today's safety item will be a keychain of Niagara Falls! You know the drill. If I call your name, you're safe from elimination! The first person safe is…Brad!" Chris announced.
…

…
"Next is Tracy."

…
…
"Dianne, you're safe."
The cancer survivor breathed a sigh of relief as she got her keychain.
"Trish! Matthew! Mackenzie! Tatiana! Christopher! You're safe!" Chris announced.
Lila, Spikke, and Shauna remained. Spikke was shocked. "Seriously?! I didn't even compete in the talent show!" the rapper complained.
"Well, Spikke, you can relax, because you're the next one who's safe." Chris continued.
Spikke frowned at Shauna, before collecting his safety item.
"Lila, and Shauna. You're the bottom two. Not surprising for Lila, heh, this is her second time in the bottom," Chris chuckled. "But anyway, the last keychain goes to…"

"...Lila!" Chris announced.
"NO!" Spikke let out, upset. "You guys are all sick in the head to vote for my girlfriend!"
Much of the Owls looked guilty or tried to avert their eyes from the glare that the rapper was giving them.
"I will make sure you all pay for eliminating my princess," Spikke growled. Tatiana and Brad raised an eyebrow at the comment, but before Spikke could say anything else, he felt a hug from behind.
"Hey, don't worry about it. We both knew that both of us couldn't win." Shauna said with a sigh.
"This stinks. I wish we had more time together," Spikke frowned.
"I know, but these things happen. I know you'll do your best!"
"What did I ever do to deserve someone as amazing as you?" Spikke asked, trying not to cry.
"Sign up for Total Drama." Shauna laughed before letting go of her boyfriend and, surprisingly, giving Lila a hug. "Hey, even if everyone doesn't like you much, I still think you're not bad. Good luck!"
"Shauna, go ahead and pack your things, and head to the Bus of Losers," Chris said.
"Bye you guys! Good luck!" The dancer cheered before heading off.
Spikke gave a final glare to his team, before storming off.
"He's mad," Dianne sighed. "Very mad."
"Yeah…" Tracy nodded. "I think this might be bad…"
Chris grinned as he turned back to the camera. "And so, we say goodbye to our klutzy dancer! The Owls will have to deal with an angry Greek! Geez, I wouldn't want to be in their shoes! 21 remain! Who'll be the next to go? Find out, next time, on Total! Drama! CANADIAN TRAVELS!"

LaViolaViolaRosa: Wooo! Another chapter done!
Allureon: And it was certainly an interesting chapter! A lot of cameos and character introductions here, but they won't be in the story too much, maybe for the Aftermaths though.
LaViolaViolaRosa: Only thing that sucks is the no email alerts…AGAIN. But anywho, hopefully you can leave a review about your thoughts on the chapter, and we'll see you next time!
Allureon: Believe me, we LOVE seeing feedback, even if it isn't always positive, it's a learning experience.
