Hope everyone enjoys! Season 2 has just been announced for October 11 so get excited everyone! I wrote this a bit on a whim deciding to do something in honor of the announcement. I won't be doing more regular updates until then but I'll be adding a few here and here. I've also been watching reruns of The Nanny and pegged Claudia as future (if a bit temporary) nanny from time to time in her high school/college years.

Until next time happy reading! Please review!

Claudia Kishi hummed as she tucked the young girl into the twin size bed. Little Inez Carreo mumbled something in her sleep as her dark hair covered his face.

"Sleep tight," said the now twenty-year-old Claudia. She sighed before heading back into the kitchen to clean up after dinner. A few strands of spaghetti still lingered on the walls as she found a sponge. Hehe, she thought, knowing that her next art piece was going to be sponge painting.

"Claudia, can I have a glass water?" asked one of the twins, Maria, asked from the doorway. She checked the clock to see that she's only been laying down for about fifteen minutes.

"Alright, but then you gotta go to bed. You want to be able to sleep so you're not cranky when we go and pick up your mom tomorrow!"

The little girl seemed excited her brown eyes lightened up at the mention of her mother who was on a business trip. The father had gone with her and used the time as a vacation. Claudia was more then happy to nanny for the couple that lived not too far from her building during the school year. In fact, the man was one of her old art teachers who had passed her name around a lot of artists and recommended her. The least she could do was nanny for them for the school year while she was at RISD (Rhode Island School of Design).

It helped that Maria, Inez, and Oscar were so cute and more then welcome to listen to her. Plus the pay was fantastic for her while she was at art school. All of the those years baby-sitting was coming back to her like a freight train.

"Mommy's coming back tomorrow," she said joyfully. "I almost forgot!"

"That's right honey," said Claudia leaning down to pick her up. "So we gotta get you back to bed. The sooner you fall asleep the sooner it is you'll see your mom."

With that she carried the small four year old girl back to bed. Claudia rubbing her back gently as if she was rocking her to sleep. Humming to the young girl she laid her back in bed once again. She was out like a lamp this time.

Sighing Claudia grabbed her sketch book and started to make herself a list. At least a reminder for what to do next including packing the closet up for her return back to Stoneybrook for the summer. With any luck maybe she'd be able to snag another nanny or art gig back in her hometown.

It was a good thing she had one more year left of college.
