Remaining Players: Lin, Lucille, Brittany, Dante/Damiano, Lila, Tracy, Brad, and Tatiana

"Wait, why am I in the bottom 2?" Brittany raised an eyebrow.

"Because I was considering getting rid of one of the biggest threats, but this 'country bumpkin' has another idea, so you're safe. Matthew is out!" Tracy huffed.

Matthew stood up. "Fine. Fine then!"

Alexis would hurry over to the young man, and pull him into a passionate kiss, to which Matthew returned with a smile.

"Now that's what I'm talking about!" Brittany let out.

The kiss would last about three minutes, before Matthew pulled away with a smile. "I finally got to hook up with the girl of my dreams. Thank you." With that, he would head back to the hotel to pack up his things.

"Well, you guys are dismissed," Chris smirked, as Matthew soon left the hotel with his luggage, boarding the Bus of Losers.

"Welcome, everyone. If anyone has an idol they'd like to play; please present it now. Otherwise, we're gonna move on to Byron's choice."

The teens looked around at each other tensely for a moment, each wary of even the slightest movement they made. Everyone looked at Brad when he removed his hat, only for him to simply run a hand through his hair before putting it back on. Dante broke the silence by letting out a cough before the tense silence returned.

Finally, Lucille would step forward, and reveal the Johan idol, much to the shock of most of the remaining contestants. "I'd like to play this idol."

Dianne gasped at this. "Oh my…"

"The Johan idol!" Chris let out, taking a look at it. "And it's the real deal, of course. That means, you can swap votes with someone; and since Byron has the sole vote…will you choose to swap the vote?"

"Yes," Lucille nodded.

"Tough break, Byron. Looks like your vote was swapped over to Lucille. However, your advantage still remains for the next episode," Chris said.

"That's fine," Byron nodded. The three redheads began to look surprisingly nervous as they saw the power Lucille now held.

"So, Lucille? Who will you vote for?"

"This was a tough decision, however…" Lucille began. "I choose to vote for Ilyria."

"What the bloody hell?!" the spy gasped in shock. "Why me?"

"Brittany and I believe that you're working with those redheads, especially when you told us to not mess with Lin and Brad's budding relationship."

"You're bloody insane! I only told you to not mess with Lin and Brad's romance because I knew Lin would hate me if we did mess with it!" Ilyria shouted. "Fine. Consider our friendship terminated now, Lucille." With that, the spy would stalk back to the hotel, seething in anger.

"Okay! That was an interesting ceremony! Byron, I suppose you can reveal who you would have voted for," Chris said.

"I would have chosen to eliminate Dante," Byron let out. "Yeah, I know you have your meds; but in the event you forget, I was worried that an alternative personality of yours will take over and cause havoc."

"W-What?! But that wouldn't happen!"

"I couldn't take my chances," Byron let out. "Sorry, buddy."

Dante simply shook his head, worry etched onto his face as he followed Ilyria back into the hotel. He would soon spot her coming out of the elevator with her luggage, before she would board the Bus of Losers; and it drove off.

With an uneasy look on his face, Dante paced around his room trying to collect his thoughts.

'Me… Byron was about to vote for me! All because he's worried about my other personality coming out! But I've been taking my medication, everything's fine, right! I know that I worry about the same thing but everyone keeps telling me that it'll all be fine if I just keep taking them!'

Feeling his hands start to shake and his blood running cold, Dante headed over to his medicine bottle and took one of the pills sitting inside of it.

'Relax, Dante…. Just relax…' He thought to himself. 'It's not like everyone is going to vote for you like Byron did. It doesn't matter that Byron's still here and might make the same vote again if he wins. No. No, that's not going to happen! It won't! It was just a one time thing, it has to be! It's not going to happen… It's not…'

Dante suddenly stopped shaking as he finished the glass of water he used to take his pill. All of the tension he felt faded as he casually made his way over to the chair in his hotel room and sat down. With a relaxed gaze, he looked over at the full-body mirror in his room and smiled to himself at the sight of himself with an eerily familiar pair of diamond-pupiled eyes.

"Which means…" Chris smirked, looking at Byron, Lucille, and Brittany. "We've got a tiebreaker to do." He pulled out a deck of cards. "It's simple. The three of you will draw one card from the deck. If you draw the joker card, you're out of the competition. Who wants to go first?"

"I guess I'll go," Byron said, drawing a card.

Brittany and Lucille would draw their cards next.

"Okay, on three, reveal. One, two, three!"

Brittany's card would show Shauna's face as the Queen of Diamonds. Lucille's card would show Joseph's face as the king; as the girl smiled softly. Byron showed his card, revealing the joker as Terra, and his shoulders slumped. "Well, I guess this is game over for me."

"Sorry, Byron, your time is up," Chris said. "If anyone wants to say their goodbyes, you can now."

Dianne hurried over to the blogger, hugging him. "You were a great competitor! I'm gonna miss you!"

"Thanks, Di," Byron hugged her back.

"Hey, you managed to get past a lot of the others, you should feel proud of yourself!" Tracy added.

"Yeah, I know," Byron sighed. "But I guess this is where the game ends for me."

"Okay, Byron, grab your stuff, and you can board the Bus of Losers," Chris instructed.

Byron nodded, as he left the elimination area.

"You guys are all dismissed," Chris said.

"Well, that was fun. Goodnight." Damiano said as he quickly got up and left. Dianne frowned as she left the elimination area.

"Okay, Dante, it's time to reveal your choice. Who are you sending home?" the host asked. Damiano silently looked among the rest of the contestants before his eyes landed on Brittany, a smirk creeping up on his face.

"I chose Dianne." He said flatly.

Dianne's eyes widened in shock, before frowning, looking down at the ground. "Oh well. I guess this is the end of the road for me."

"Interesting choice." Chris remarked. "Any particular reason why you picked her?"

"Simple." Damiano replied with a shrug. "She bores me."

Dianne glared at him. "How on earth do I bore you? I've been nothing but kind to you!"

"Kindness doesn't make you interesting."

Dianne would attempt to kick him in his groin. "I can't believe you!" She shouted, her anger turning to shock when Damiano simply caught her kick, his amusement quickly shifting into anger at her strike. With a sour look in his eyes, Damiano kicked Dianne's free ankle from under her, causing her to land on her butt before the boy stepped on the ankle he had just kicked. With Dianne's other ankle still in his clutches, Damiano began squeezing her ankle and twisting it slightly.

"You shouldn't have done that. You shouldn't have even thought about doing that!" Dianne yelped in pain. "You know, the thing about people is that they're a lot more brittle than we give them credit for." Damiano continued, the sound of bones popping immediately snapped everyone's attention to the matter at hand.

"Someone get him off of her!" Alexis yelled. Without wasting another second, Chef and the boys of the band pulled Damiano off of Dianne. Then, Alexis hurried over to Dianne to check her ankle. "It's not broken, thankfully. Can you stand?"

"Yeah," Dianne let out, standing up. "I think I'll need help packing my things though."

As Alexis and Dianne left to go pack up the latter's belongings, Damiano turned to the others.

"Consider that a warning. The rest of you are on notice now."

"And you're all dismissed," Chris said. Lila was quick to get up and head back to her room, accidentally bumping into Brittany as she did. As the two locked eyes, Lila left before any words could be shared between the two, the day's events clearly leaving her not wanting to deal with any more drama.

Lucille would notice something shiny on the ground near Brittany, picking it up. "Hey…this belongs to Lila, doesn't it?"

"Keep it for now. We can give it back to her next week."

Lucille would open the locket, revealing a photograph of what appeared to be Lila herself, though wearing a burgundy dress with red and blue accents, her hair was down instead of in a braid and she wore a large hat of the same color as the dress.

"She really wears a locket with a picture of herself?" Brittany scoffed. "Talk about conceited…"

"I don't think this is her…" Lucille let out. "Maybe it's someone close to her?"

"Whatever. Let's just hold on to it until we have a chance to give it back."

"I'll find her before we leave for the next location, and give it back," Lucille said.

"Sure, whatever. Let's get to bed," Brittany said. The two girls would head into the hotel. Not long after, the Bus of Losers would pull up to the hotel, and Alexis would help Dianne onto the bus with her things. The cancer survivor waved to the chef as the bus departed the hotel.

Dear Mom and Dad I'm doing fine,

You guys are on my mind.

You asked me what I wanted to be

and now I think the answer is plain to see,

I wanna be famous.

I wanna live close to the sun,

Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,

Everything to prove, nothing in my way

I'll get there one day.

Cause, I wanna be famous!

Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na! (as can be heard in the background)

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

(Whistling in tune)

Episode 21: Aftermath 4

The camera would open back up to the famous aftermath studio, with two couches set up for the hosts and the recently eliminated contestants. The rest of the peanut gallery were getting ready for the show to begin.

"So how was it? Being in Jerusha's haunted house?" Shauna asked.

"It was fun for what it was." Terra replied before sighing. "But honestly I think it could have been so much better!"

"Well, Jerusha said she was going to tell us about some of the stuff she had planned." Butch said before shrugging. "Maybe she'll fill us in on how she felt about it, since it was her challenge and all."

"Unfortunately, it's time to start the aftermath in three, two, one!" a cameraman let out.

"We're back for the famous aftermath! I'm Bill, and next to me is my amazing co-host, Trish!"

"Uh, yeah, hi…" The posh girl waved.

"Hey, what's the matter?" Bill glanced at Trish. "Is something up?"

"Well she was shot at earlier…" Shauna noted.

"Yeah, so forgive me if I'm a bit… out of it, I suppose." Trish sighed. "Anyway, we have our next set of players that were voted out of the game coming up. But I also wanted to let you know that Joseph won't be attending this show… again… BUT there's a reason for that. He told me and the production team that he was heading home to Hawaii to finally settle the family issues he's been having. He sent us all a short clip earlier today but I wanted to save it for the show so we can all see how he's doing."

"Okay, that's fair," Bill shrugged. "But let's get started with our first guest, it's Mackenzie's brother, Matthew!"

The audience would cheer as Matthew came out onstage, waving to the crowd, before he sat down in the hot seat.

"So, Matthew…" Trish began. "Now that you've had your time on the show, how would you describe it?"

"Well, I am happy that I got together with my crush, however, I'm a bit upset with the way I ended things with Tracy, she was one of the coolest girls around, and I literally snapped at her. So, for that, I feel really guilty."

"Yeah, you kinda messed up bad there, kid." Butch commented.

"Yup." Eddy nodded in agreement.

Matthew huffed. "Hopefully, I'll get the chance to apologize to her whenever she gets here…"

"Speaking of which, there's only eight players left." Jerusha noted. "Are you guys going to have the last Aftermath take place a bit later than usual so it'll be right before the finale?"

"That's the plan, yes," Bill nodded. "Basically, the last aftermath will be right after the person who places third in the competition, and then, we'll interview the final two."

"Sounds exciting," Demetrius let out, crossing his arms across his chest. "I can't wait to see those idiotic redheads get what they deserve."

"Color me surprised," Rebekah glanced at the criminal.

"Yeah, I'm shocked," Bill was wide-eyed.

"Yeah, those three are bad news," Demetrius huffed.

"Coming from someone like you, that may just mean they're really, really not as bad as they seem." Terra commented.

The Russian glared at Terra, before closing his eyes, taking a deep breath. "Please do not get me angry right now."

"I would ask the same of you. I am far from happy myself right now."

"Alright, enough, both of you." Trish sighed. "Clearly we're running on fumes after everything that happened in that last challenge, let's just keep going with the next question."

"You've got it," Bill smiled. "So, Matthew, who do you think might win the competition?"

"That's pretty tough to say," Matthew replied. "But right now, I'm gonna go for Lucille. I mean, yes, she's working with Brittany, but she's proving herself time and time again that she's someone that nobody should mess with."

"Amen to that," Abigail let out. "All that time she spent working out with Joseph has really done wonders."

"Thanks, Matthew, you can go ahead and join the peanut gallery. Next up, is one of two super spies, it's Ilyria!"

The British girl walked out onstage, and sat down, her hair in its signature bun.

"Welcome, Ilyria!" Bill let out.

"William. Patricia," Ilyria let out, giving them both a nod.

"So, tell us about your time on the show?" Bill asked.

"I mean, from what happened with Brittany and Lucille," the spy grumbled. "I still can't believe they thought I was working with those redheads. As if I would! They wouldn't trust me."

"Still, those two actually used an idol on you," Bill continued. "Have you spoken with Lin after your elimination?"

"Yeah, I have. She said that she wasn't upset with me," the spy replied. "So, I'm at least glad about that."

"With eight players left in the game, who do you think will win?"

"Of course I'm gonna root for my girl, Lin. She's tough, and strong," Ilyria grinned.

"Anything you want to add, Trish?" Bill glanced at his co-host.

"Honestly, I'm curious, what makes you think those three redheads wouldn't trust you? They trusted Lin, didn't they?"

"Yeah." David added. "And they seem to at least tolerate Tracy, even if they don't really talk that much.

"I guess I didn't get to talk with them much, considering they were on the opposing team when the teams were around," Ilyria sighed.

"But you were on the same team as Lin, and she's part of their group now."

Ilyria was silent for a moment, before responding. "I'm sure she has her reasons to trust them. However, I hope she's still careful, you never know what they could have up their sleeves."

"Thanks, Ilyria, you can go ahead and join the peanut gallery," Bill smiled. "Trish, would you like to introduce the next guest?"

"Sure. He's known for his blog and relation to one of Total Drama's less sane contestants, and he was the second person to be eliminated through the use of one of the idols. Please give a warm welcome to Byron, everyone!"

Byron waved to the crowd, as everyone cheered. The young man grinned, blowing a kiss to David before sitting down in the hot seat.

"Welcome, Byron! So, you were eliminated by the famous Chris McLean idol! Tell us, how does it feel?" Bill asked.

"First off, it stinks to be eliminated the way I was," Byron huffed. "But hey, I made it to the merge, and even though Sierra got fourth place in World Tour, and ninth in All-Stars, I'd say I did pretty well, considering it was my first time on a reality show."

"What's your take on the rest of the remaining cast?" Trish asked.

"Honestly? I think Lucille's got a shot at winning this. Sure, she is working with a literal mob boss, but she's proven how tough she can be. Lin's also pretty cool, Tracy's nice, but very innocent, since she didn't know much about YouTube, or TikTok, but I'm sure we can teach her. Dante's a bit of a wildcard, considering his alternate personality last season. That guy was scary. As for those redheads? Well, they're okay, but since Brad's a chess master, Tatiana's a bookworm, and Lila's the quiet one, I would say they've got some tough competition."

"I'm seeing a good amount of support for Lucille tonight. Do you really think she's got a chance?"

"Heck yeah," Byron let out. "She's proven to be someone nobody can ever mess with," he replied.

"Thanks, Byron, you can go ahead and join the peanut gallery," Bill smiled.

Byron nodded, and headed to the peanut gallery, taking a seat next to David. "Hey, handsome."

"Our last guest for tonight is our most recent eliminated contestant." Trish began. "She's become well known for beating cancer and was the victim of a rather shocking elimination at the hands of Dante, or is it really Damiano? Here's Dianne!"

Dianne hurried out onstage, hugging her brother quickly, before heading to the hot seat.

"Hi everyone~!" Dianne let out.

"Hey, sis, so tell us about your time on the show," Bill smiled.

"Okay, I had a wonderful time," Dianne let out. "But I think I need to also talk with Eddy, considering what happened between us after he got eliminated…"

"Yeah, you really do," Bill huffed a little.

"But that might have to wait until later, for now we still have a few more questions to ask you." Trish remarked.

"Ask away," Dianne nodded.

"So your elimination was quickly made controversial with Dante hurting your ankle, but there's just one issue; that is so not a Dante thing to do. Which many fans have also taken notice of. It looks like Damiano has been brought out somehow but the question everyone is asking is this: what are your thoughts about what went down and how do you think the others will handle it if they can at all?"

"Oh, that's gonna be tough," Dianne let out. "I mean, I was nothing but nice to Dante; even though we weren't on the same team. From what I can remember watching last season, Damiano is tough."

"No kidding!" Rebekah shouted. "Did you see how he handled Brittany back in our VR challenge?!"

"Yeah, it was scary," Dianne replied. "I'm sure they can handle him. I hope…"

"Well it was difficult enough to deal with him the first time." Fernando commented.

"But I'm sure they'll be fine…" Dianne gulped nervously.

"Well the final eight wouldn't have made it to where they are now if they weren't tough, and I should know." Butch added.

"It stinks that there was no return to the competition challenge, but if there was, would any of you like a second chance?" Bill glanced at the peanut gallery.

"No." "Nope." "Not a chance." Shauna, Butch and Walter all replied, with some of the others sharing their sentiment.

"I mean, it would be cool, but I was happy with how I placed last season," Rebekah shrugged.

"If I was back, I'd probably smack Damiano out of existence," Abigail huffed.

"I don't think the same trick would work twice. I'm also worried about why he's back to begin with, I mean, we all saw Lucille and Brittany plot to take his meds, right?" Shauna remarked. "What do you think about this, Spikke?"

"I mean, I think their idea was insane," the rapper let out. "But on one hand, I think it was smart, using him to get rid of the three biggest threats in the competition."

"Well since we're talking about this now, I guess this means we can shift our focus on our thoughts on what's coming up in the game." Trish explained. "Now, Spikke, you said their plan was smart, but insane, because it was to get rid of the biggest threats, but what do you think makes Tatiana, Brad and Lila the biggest threats? I mean, aren't Brittany and Lucille big time players in this season, too?"

"Yeah, they are, but I have respect for those two. Even though Brittany caused my elimination last season, and since Lucille's dating last season's champion, I really think those redheads are gonna be in big trouble," the rapper crossed his arms across his chest.

"So you have no respect for the redheads?" The rich girl asked.

"Slight respect."

"Walter? What's your take on this?" Bill asked the soldier.

"I respect those three for pulling together and making their plans carefully. When it comes to Damiano and the others, that will be a much more difficult call to make."

"I see," Bill let out. "Well, thanks, sis, you can go ahead and join the peanut gallery."

Dianne nodded, and headed to the peanut gallery.

"Well, I guess it's time to see that clip of how Joseph is handling his family stuff, right, Trish?" Bill asked his co host.

"Sure. He actually requested Chris see it as well, so we sent another copy of the video to him so, in Joseph's own words, 'He can get off my back.'" A titantron screen above the hosts soon turned on…

The screen showed Joseph, wrapping what appeared to be hand wrap around his hands. He was back home in Hawaii and the sky was dark and full of stars. The young man sat in front of a fire with a much larger one in the background behind him with what appeared to be some sort of arena in front of it.

"So I've been away for a bit longer than I would have liked while I deal with this family matter. To make a long story short; if I'm going to get my title as the Tribal Chief of the family back, I'm going to have to go through what our family calls Tribal Combat.

What that means is I'll be going head to head against the grown men in my family, fighting each of them until only one of us is left. That last man standing is granted the ula fala, and the title of our family Tribal Chief, the Head of the Table, so to speak. I was already going to be next in line for that spot, but some issues popped up that made the Elders think twice about putting me in that position.

So here I am, having to take time away from my team in order to come back home and claim my rightful place at the top. Of course Chris preferred it if I stayed at the Aftermath show, like you all, but I can't let this go. But I'm also under contract with the show, so I'm making this video to confirm that I will be at the last Aftermath, and when that day comes, you can all acknowledge me as the Tribal Chief!"

"Can you manage that?" A voice called from behind, without his face even changing its expression, Joseph turned the camera to reveal his cousin Derek and an older man with a shaved head wearing only a pair of black jeans and black suede shoes. Tribal tattoos sprawled his arms and the left side of his chest. The man ran a hand along his head and sighed aloud.

"You really think you can beat me, let alone this guy?" Derek asked.

"I've beaten you before." Joseph said off camera.

"But not me!" The older man said. "And if you think you'll ever beat 'The Colossus', 'The Knockout King', the current Light Heavyweight Champion of the boxing world, then your candy ass has another thing coming!"

Without saying another word, Joseph simply shut off the camera.

Rebekah smirked at this. "Oh, I've already gotten my respect for my rival."

"That was Bronson Stonewall…" Butch said, his eyes wide as he shook his head a bit. "Is he telling me that he's related to the Bronson Stonewall?!"

"Who's that?" Juliette was confused.

"As he said in the video, he is the current Light Heavyweight champion of the boxing world." Walter replied.

"He has a record of 137 wins by knockout, 2 losses by split decision and no ties. He's also a multi-time champion of professional wrestling and a pretty damn good actor to boot." Butch explained.

"Oh, I think Christina worked with him during an action movie," Antonio let out, turning to his pregnant wife.

"Yeah, we didn't talk much, but he was pretty interesting," the movie star shrugged.

"Would you want to box him?" Juliette asked Butch.

"No." The brute replied flatly. "Even I know when I'm outclassed. The guy's practically a legend already. If Joseph has to go one on one against him in a serious fight. He's in for one hell of a rough time. But I don't know how that Tribal Combat stuff goes down, so I can't say for sure."

"What about you, Walter?" Bill looked at the soldier.

"Just like Butch, I know when I am outmatched. I don't think I would last very long against him in a fight. I've actually seen some of them as well. Out of all of his victories, 60 of them ended within the first minute of the match."

Ilyria shivered. "Now I'm worried for Joseph."

"But as worried as we all are for him, it's out of our hands." Trish sighed, throwing her hands up. "He's not the only one we should be worried about though. Damiano's still around and if what he did to Dianne is any indication, he's willing to inflict as much pain as he wants this time around."

"Well, that's all for now from the aftermath tonight. Tune in next time, as we will interview the next six eliminated, plus the final two! It's gonna be an epic aftermath, that's for sure!" Bill grinned. "We'll see you next time, on Total! Drama! CANADIAN TRAVELS!"
