Dating Musa had been easy for Riven the last two months, he hadn't the need to do anything with Musa being too busy for him due to a prior contractual agreement. Up until now dating Musa was a walk in the park. They were supposed to be keeping their 'budding relationship' as secretive to the public as possible; so, there were no appearances that had to be made or statements that involved one another. Only an Instagram like or a retweeted tweet on Twitter here and there. Nothing to directly say they were together yet.

Musa did mention Riven during an interview she did on a daytime talk show. When asked about her relationship with Riven she feigned a blush of embarrassment and the action of being caught off guard by the question. With a nervous giggle and a blush Musa maintained that she and Riven were 'Just friends', just enough for people not to believe the pop star and the fighter were only 'just friends'. With the help of her agent Musa was prepped on how to react to any questions asked about her and Riven. "Don't bluntly deny your relationship but don't admit to one just yet. Think of being really excited about something but you can't talk about it as yet; like you want people to know you have a secret but won't reveal it. Ok Musa?" Ari, Musa's agent instructed. The songstress nodded in agreement as her agent went on with her advice for her interview.

The interview went on without a hitch, it was clear that the talk show host Ellen Harring (1.) didn't quite believe that the two were just friends. She joked about how her friends never hold her by the waist at red carpet events or even go as far to kiss her. Musa smiled politely and giggled when a picture of Riven holding her on the red carpet at the VMAs was shown to her and the audience members. "We're just friends" Musa maintained as she let her smile get a little brighter. Musa was a pro at this. "Uh Huh" Ellen said to her audience while they laughed. "Y'know I've known Riven for a while now, he's one of my friends and he's never held me like that before." Ellen joked. It was true Riven, and Ellen were friends, she was one of his favorite people in Hollywood. She was one of the very few people Riven felt comfortable enough around to get a rather great interview out of him. So of course, when Ellen had reached out to Musa's agent about interviewing her, she was a priority Musa had to sit with.

"I know not a lot of people know it but Riven is a great guy Musa, you should give him a chance." Ellen earnestly joked as the members of the audience laughed. Inwardly Musa rolled her eyes. 'Great guy…pshhh'; but outwardly she was smiling and laughing. "I know he's a great guy." Musa said to Ellen softly with a small smile as if she was only talking to Ellen. 'Perfect Musa!' Ari thought as she watched the monitor from backstage. If Musa could keep this up and Riven not be a complete ass thing would run smoothly to the fake couple.

The plan was to keep things quiet and lowkey for a while and then slowly 'get caught' together doing normal couple activities then come to a mutual breakup due to long distance and difficult work schedules but maintain that there would always be a love for each other. The plan was fool proof, well up until now. Riven was had just come back from his afternoon workout. Riven walked right into his bedroom bathroom and proceeded to take a shower. Once he was done, he stepped back into his room not bothering to dry up before he left the bathroom. Riven decided it was a bit too quiet for his liking and was in need of some background noise. The UFC champion grabbed the remote and turned on his TV. He flipped through a few channels until a picture of him and Musa were on the TV. Deciding that he wanted to hear what was being said, he tossed the now damp remote back on to his California King sized bed.

"Were we all just getting our hopes up thinking that Musa and Riven were going to be our next IT Couple?" The TV show host Rachael Rays (2.) began. Rachel Rays talk show was geared more towards gossip then anything else, she was actually rather messy starting rumors for rating on her show. She had reached out to Riven's management several times in hopes of securing an interview with him; but Riven adamantly declined. He barely wanted to watch her show while it was on air much less actually appear on it; but today was a special case.

"We really haven't seen much of the two together since the VMAs really. Its like they've gone ghost on us." Rachel said as she spoked to the audience. "I know they're both very private people Riven more so than Musa but c'mon guys no one has seen this "couple" out in two months." She said as she used air quotes around the would 'couple'. "I'm starting to think it was a publicity stunt. I mean how could you be so wildly affectionate on the red carpet and then poof disappear?" Audience members clapped their hands in agreement as the host spoke candidly. "Am I right?" She asked the audience loudly hyping up the applause.

"This isn't good" Riven said to himself as he dried off his muscular body with his towel.

"There's another reason I don't think they're really together." Rachel said a bit quieter gathering the audience's attention as she sat on her plush TV couch. "So you know how no one has seen Musa and Riven out together recently right? Well actually we haven't seen Riven out; But my sources have caught Musa out looking real comfortable with another guy we all know and love." She said smugly. "Yup my team caught Musa and Jarred Mars cuddled up together. If you don't know who Jarred is, he's a singer songwriter and a heartthrob." A picture of Musa smiling/laughing holding a stuffed animal while Jarred is hugging Musa from behind with his arms holding her waist appeared on the fighter's TV screen. "Don't they look happy together" was all Riven managed to hear the talk show host say before he lost his temper.

"The little bitch!" Riven growled. How could she already be destroying their relationship when it had barely started. Was she trying to make him look bad? Surely if it were the other way around, he would be labeled as a cheating scumbag and she'd be the sad hurt victim. But no it had to be little miss pop princess here with another man, not only another man but a prince charming compared to him. What the hell was she thinking going on dates openly when she was contractually obligated to be with Riven? Riven angrily turned off his TV, grabbed his phone and called his agent Kate. He gave it about three rings before he decided she was taking too long to answer and hung up. Furious Riven flung his bedroom doors open and stormed into the halls of his villa; his house staff scurrying out of the enraged man's way.

She was going to make it look like she left him for Jarred. Fine then he would just beat him up. No that wouldn't work, he would come out looking like an abuser that Musa escaped from, and he would probably be hit with assault charges from Jarred. He would just find another girlfriend. No that wouldn't work either, no one's record was as clean as Musa's. Plus, if he was seen out with another woman too quickly, he might be labeled as a player or even worse a cheater; ultimately a bullet that Musa had dodged. He could just say nothing right? Wrong, then he would just look like a wuss. A loser that Musa left for a better man. Anyway he tried to spin it any scenario he played Riven ended up losing. That angered the already angry fighter even more.

Riven was in such a blinding rage he had no idea what he was doing in his kitchen much less how he got a glass of water in his hand. Riven sat down on one of the bar stools and attempted to calm himself down. 'Ok Riv, how do you fix this?' he asked himself as he drank his water. Riven racked his mind trying to find a solution, when none appeared to him it only served to infuriate him more. 'I'm not the one who has to fix this…..she is,' Riven thought. Why should he have to fix anything if she is the one who fucked up. Actually, she fucked up big time; they had signed a contract and little Miss pop diva broke it! Could he sue her? Yes, that's what he'd do he'd paint her as a cheater and then sue her too. She wouldn't dare take him to court and publicly admit that their relationship was fake. She'd have no choice but to pay him. He'd ruin her. He would ruin her good girl image and ruin her financially. He would not be the victim he would be the victor.

Riven was going to have a person to person talk with Musa and she would have to explain what the hell she thought she was doing. Riven walked back through the halls and up the stair of his villa back into his bedroom and retrieved his phone. Musa's agent Ari had sent him an emailed copy of Musa's schedule so he would know where she was at all times. Musa's schedule was tight and not as relaxed as his so Kate didn't need to send one to Musa. Musa and her team moved like a well-oiled machine, they had to. Any slight set back or delay would affect her schedule for the next four months at least.

Going back through his emailed he finally found Musa's schedule. She'd be at a recording studio downtown for the next few hours. Riven knew what he was doing. Pocketing his phone, he went back downstairs but this time towards his garage. "Would you like me to inform Simon that you are leaving Mr. Sheffield?" a young staff member asked Riven. "I told you Angie please call me Riven, Mr. Sheffield sound stuffy' and no I won't be needing Simon at this time thank you." Riven answered back. Riven wasn't in the mood to be driven around today he wanted to blow off some steam from earlier today, he was going to ride his baby.

His motorcycle was one of his favorite things in the world, but he didn't get to ride it too much since it wasn't the safest way to travel. One hit and his career could be over. Deciding that he wouldn't like to retire at such a young age he refrained from riding his bike as much as he really wanted to. Instead he used it as a treat for himself, only riding it when he's one a match or needed to clear his head, after seeing what Musa had done today was one of those days. Riven hopped on to his bike and revved up the engine making his way downtown to the music studio Musa was at. After a 30-minute drive Riven had finally made it to the recording studio building. He parked his Bike right in front of the building and walked right in. The fighter didn't even bother to answer the receptionist at the front desk when she asked how he was doing. Walking right past the front desk to the elevator Riven said "You know who I'm hear to see." Stepping in to the elevator he could see the star struck face of the young woman behind the reception desk. 'Well at least she'll think its real.' Riven thought as he rode the elevator up to the top floor. He knew exactly where Musa would be.

Stepping out of the elevator Riven spotted the door marked 'Studio 1A' Riven marched right up to the door and flung it open; startling the occupants of the studio. There were five people in the studio three of which Riven didn't know. Then there was Musa, she had a slightly frightened look on her face mostly due to the abrupt way Riven had barged in. The singer was sitting down with her heard turned to Riven but her body facing another seated person. When Riven saw who Musa was sitting so closely to anger filled his body once more. It was Jarred.

Anger fueling his body, Riven immitted a low growl from his chest and flared his nostrils. "Everyone out." Riven said darkly. The three strangers quickly got up and left through the door as Riven stepped aside leaving a small passageway. Jarred had gotten up as well and walked towards the door, assuming Riven wanted to speak with Musa and not him. "Oh no buddy you're not going anywhere." Riven said towering over the male singer as he blocked the doorway to safety. "You both have some nerve." Was the only thing the three strangers could hear before the fighting champion shut the door behind him leaving only Musa, Jarred, and Riven in the recording studio.

Thank you all for baring with me as a rewrite this story I have so many ideas that im not sure if I should put into this story or into other ones. So if youre still reading this thank you again! Please leave a comment letting me know you're still here!

Think of Ellen Harring as Ellen Degeneres

Think of Rachel Rays as more of a Wendy Williams type
