Hello everyone! Welcome back to the next chapter of this story! I hope you guys are staying safe in this crazy time. I also know that I should've been writing during this break as well but with work still going on, then I kind of lose track. Anyway, let's get on with the story!

Chapter 35: Spellbound

As the time of day shifted to the afternoon, the light of the sun shone down into Jump City and Titans Tower. The rays of light shone through Raven's room whilst the owner of the room used her powers to clean up her room. She was floating over her bed as books, trinkets, and clothes were put back to where they once belonged. But Raven wasn't doing this just because it was necessary, she was doing it in order to get her mind off a dilemma. A dilemma that has been going on since Sora and Robin's hallucinogenic attack.

"So, what happened at the next world you guys went to?" Rose's voice said from outside her room. Speak of said dilemma and it shall appear. Everything that Raven was controlling fell to the ground while she ran to her door and cracked it open as she peaked out to see Sora and Rose walking by whilst holding hands.

"Ha-ha, well funny story about that world. Before we even landed, my friend Donald and I sorta got into a little argument and we ended up well…crashing," Sora said, scratching his head in embarrassment.

"Wait! You guys crashed?! How?" Rose asked.

"Well, he thought the people we were looking for at the time weren't on the world and I thought that we should look. We ended up wrestling for the controls and got separated from the crash," Sora said sheepishly while Rose laughed at the story.

"Man, he must've been pretty stubborn to fight you for the controls," Rose said as the two continued down the hall. Raven sighed to herself whilst closing the door all the way. Since the attack, Sora and Rose have been spending more time together: going out to the city, watching movies and all around being like Robin and Starfire. But for some reason, Sora and Rose being together seemed to get on her nerves more than anything, even Beast Boy and his jokes no longer seemed to give her a bigger headache than Sora being with Rose. Now Rose wasn't a bad person, not in the slightest but lately it seemed that she was trying to keep Sora to herself. That, or they were just gone for most of the time. Because of this Raven began to miss having Sora around as he always seemed to calm her emotions more than anyone else on the team and thus, the two usually hung out more. But nowadays, Raven was back to being alone. She began picking up the stuff that fell to the ground when she came upon a white-covered book with a page marked in the middle.

"Oh, The Adventures of Malchior of Nol. I can't believe I forgot about this," Raven said, looking at the door for a second before looking back at the book. "Well, might as well continue where I left off," Raven said as she sat down on her bed and opened the book to where the mark was. She was at the part of the book where the main character, Malchior of Nol, a traveling wizard who fights great monsters and evils in the name of peace, was battling the great, dreaded dragon known as Rorek. She reads the words as they painted a picture of Malchior, who had long white hair, glowing hands, light blue eyes, a long black scarf covering his rest of his face and was wearing a suit of armor with a black M in the middle. The dragon Rorek was huge with clawed feet, glowing red eyes, a long tail and was dark purple with black wings. Raven saw the fight being carried out as it described Malchior blasting Rorek off the side of a ledge of a destroyed castle. "And so it came to pass that I, Malchior of Nol, did lay siege to the dread dragon Rorek," Raven read to herself as the following words showed Rorek emerging from the ruins and grabbing Malchior with his tail. Raven gasped in shock and worry at the words. "But it did seem the power of Rorek was greater than my magics could defeat," Raven continued. She got to the line that described Rorek about to blast Malchior with his flames when a loud banging to her door broke her concentration.

"Hey, Raven, put the pedal to the metal! We gotta go!" Beast Boy's voice said from outside. Raven looked down at her communicator to see that it was beeping. She sighed as she marked the book again and closed it before running out of her room.

(Later, in Jump City Park)

The Titans arrived to the park to see a giant human heart looking machine with gray, metal tentacles sprouting from it as it terrorized the local children. They stepped out of the T-Car as they walked up to the machine called Kardiak. It was trying to kidnap one of the boys with its tentacles but Robin threw some of his birdarangs at it, cutting the tentacles as Starfire and Cyborg blasted it away. Starfire quickly flies in and takes the boy to safety.

"Kardiak, you're the only thing in the world that makes me hate hearts," Sora said, readying his keyblade. Kardiak recovered as it charged at them. The team moved away from an attack from Kardiak as the team utilized some combo attacks in order to combat the machine. But the beating heart proved to be quite resilient, knocking everyone but Sora, Ravager, and Raven aside.

"Sora let's try Yin and…" Raven said but was stopped when she saw Sora and Ravager charge together. "…Yang," Raven finished in a downed tone. Sora jumped ahead as he casted a Stop spell on Kardiak, freezing the machine in place.

"Frenzied Flame!" Sora and Ravager yelled together as the two unleashed a crazy assault of blades against Kardiak. The spell wore off as Kardiak was hit with several strikes but it quickly spun around and swatted them away like flies. The machine continued to be an annoyance as it knocked each Titan to the ground a second time. Raven gritted her teeth in anger as she hovered back into the air.

"This has gone on long enough! Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" Raven chanted as her spell began to spread across every inch of Kardiak and with a sweep of her hands, they began to tear the machine apart, making Kardiak explode in a flash of light., the remaining pieces rolled away with sparks dancing across them.

"Woah! Great job Raven!" Sora said while he and Rose shared a smile together.

"Yeah! Way to take him apart!" Beast Boy with a smile. Robin went to make sure the heart was truly down for the count when everyone heard on of the T-Car's doors open. They looked to see Raven sitting alone in the car, already with her seat belt on and waiting for the others.

"Can we go now?" Raven asked them. The team shared a confused look before walking to the car and driving away with a job well done. But what no one noticed was the metal tentacles reattaching themselves.

(Later, back at the Tower)

As soon as the T-Car got back to the Tower, Raven quickly jumped out of the car and made her way to her room before shutting the door all the way. She really didn't want to talk to any of the others right now. As much as she cherished her friends, she always seemed to be the odd one out most of the time. Usually, Sora was there for her to make her laugh or make her feel included but now that he was with Rose, that feeling began to return. Now all she had now was her books. Speaking of books, she found the white covered book still sitting on her bed, waiting to be read. She walked over and sat down on her bed and picked up where she left off. She read where Rorek was about to strike when a knocking at her door broke her out again. She walked over to it and cracked it open to see Robin staring back.

"Hey. When we got home, you kind of ran to your room and locked the door. Anything you want to talk about?" Robin asked. Raven simply stared back at him before giving him an answer.

"No," Raven said before closing the door all the way. She sat back down on her bed and continued to read when another set of knocking at the door made her put the book down. She walked over and cracked it open again to see the cheery Tamaranean on the other side with her long red hair standing up straight with multiple hair pins sticking out.

"I have journeyed to the mall of shopping and discovered the joy of Earthly hair ornaments. Do you wish to-" Starfire asked but Raven once again beat her to the punch.

"No," Raven said before closing the door again. She sat back down on her bed and let out a held in sigh before opening the book again. "And as the fell beast struck…I summoned the forces of my enchanted book," Raven read as she saw the spell on the middle of the page. "Aldruon Enlenthra Nalthos Sola Narisnor! And with a curse more ancient than foul Rorek himself, I…" Raven continued to read when suddenly…

"Yo, Raven!" Cyborg yelled while knocking on her door.

"Dude, open up!" Beast Boy said as well. Raven gripped the edges of the book in anger as she stared at the door with a frenzied look that would scare any monster. She marched towards the door and opened it all the way as the two jokers of the team let out a frightful yell before straightening up.

"What?" Raven said in a quiet, angered tone. The two seem unfazed as they began talking like they were in a commercial. Cyborg then held up a rolled up ball of smelly, dirty laundry with a smell that lasted long after it left the hallway.

"STANK BALL!" Cyborg and Beast Boy yelled together before Cyborg took a whiff and ended up passed out on the ground. Beast Boy then held up a black and white colored cloak to Raven.

"Wanna be referee?" Beast Boy offered while Cyborg stood back up. Raven continued to glare at them in anger before answering.

"Go away," Raven said before walking back into her room. The door began to close but Beast Boy and Cyborg stopped it and tried to convince her again but Raven simply pushed them out enough for the door to close all the way.

"Oh, Raven, come on! Why can't you just have fun like normal people? Why are you always locked in your dark room, reading your nasty old books? Why do you have to be so creepy?" Beast Boy's voice said through the door, making her grip the book closer to her chest.

"Forget it, B. Leave her alone," Cyborg said as the two walked away. Raven waited until she could no longer hear their footsteps before walking back to her bed.

"I'm not creepy. I'm just different. Sora always managed to see that but now that he's…I wish that he was here to talk to me. Or someone like him to talk to me. Someone who understands me," Raven said as she looked at the book.

"There is," A voice suddenly said, making her eyes widened as she stood up from her bed and drop the book in the process. She looked around for where the voice originated when it spoke again from the book.

"Ow," The book said, making her gasp.

"Uh, did you just-" Raven asked.

"Speak? I did and then you dropped me on my spine," The book responded. Raven kneeled down in response to get a better look at the book.

"Oh. Sorry. Books aren't supposed to talk," Raven said.

"True, fair maiden but I am no book," The voice said before flipping the pages quickly and stopping at a page that had a pair of eyes at the upper half while the bottom half was torn out. "I am a man. Malchior of Nol, at your service," The voice of Malchior said.

"The wizard who faced the dread dragon Rorek?" Raven asked with wide eyes.

"The wizard who defeated Rorek and who was trapped within these pages by the dragon's final curse," Malchior said.

"Trapped? But that battle was almost-" Raven said as she thought of the right number.

"One thousand years ago. And I've been waiting for someone to find me ever since. Raven…"Malchior said as the book once again flipped to a page that showed a girl that looked like Raven standing before a background of moon, stars and actual ravens. "…I've been waiting for you," Malchior said. Raven couldn't stop her face from being flushed at the comment as she summoned her magic to her hand and moved it to the book but it quickly responded with a flash of light, stopping her.

"The curse is strong. I'm sorry, I don't think my power can break it," Raven said.

"I know. But perhaps we could just talk," Malchior suggested. Raven smiled at the idea before telling the book of everything that has happened after she found the book.

"Stank Ball? You're joking," Malchior asked.

"And they wanted me to referee," Raven said.

"Smashing. You must be the luckiest girl in the world. And this Beast Boy sounds like an absolute genius," Malchior said in a sarcastic tone. Raven found herself laughing at the comment

"You're funny," Raven said.

"And you're the best thing that's happened to me in a thousand years," Malchior said.

"Then…you don't think I'm…creepy?" Raven asked, a little scared of the response.

"Certainly not. You are dark, and darkness is often misunderstood. But I feel like I understand you," Malchior responded. Raven smiled warmly at the response.

"I feel that way too," Raven said before yawning.

"It's late. You should sleep," Malchior suggested.

"Do you promise you'll still be here when I wake up?" Raven asked. In response, the book shifted a page into the shape of a gray rose.

"I promise," Malchior said. Raven smiled before closing the book and going to bed with a smile on her face, with the book lying next to her.

(Next Day)

Sora let out a yawn as the sun's light hit him in the face. He stretched out while getting up from his bed while Stitch continued to sleep in his little bed. He did the essentials of getting ready for the day and put his clothes on. He's been spending a lot of time with Rose recently and while he's happy to have a close relationship with someone, he was getting a little tired from all the activities they've been doing. But he was happy that she really cared for him and wanted to spend time with him. Sora bent down to pet Stitch on the head as the small alien curled further into his bed. He walked out of his room and made his way down the hall when he saw Beast Boy walking away from Raven's door with a confused and curious look on his face.

"Hey BB. You alright?" Sora asked.

"Oh Sora! I could use your help!" Beast Boy asked, running up to him.

"Whoa, what's going on?" Sora asked.

"Well you see, yesterday I…may have called Raven creepy when we tried to get her to play a game of Stank Ball-" Beast Boy asked.

"Is that why I've been smelling bad laundry recently?" Sora asked.

"Yes, now look. I went to apologize to her this morning and I heard her talking to this guy named Malchior," Beast Boy said.

"Malchior? That's quite a name. Anyway, it's probably a friend of hers," Sora said.

"Really?! 1. She hasn't come out of her room at all since yesterday. 2. She told me that she was just with a book and 3. It's Raven!" Beast Boy explained.

"Alright, let me talk to her," Sora said as he walked over to Raven's door with Beast Boy trailing behind him and knocked on the door.

"Raven, it's Sora. Are you doing ok in there?" Sora asked. The door once again cracked open as Raven looked out.

"I'm fine. Just reading a really good book," Raven answered.

"Oh good. Beast Boy told me what happened yesterday, so I just wanted to check on you," Sora said. Raven looked down at the ground for a second before looking back at the keyblade wielder.

"Sora, I've been-" Raven started.

"Oh there you are Sora!" Rose's voice broke through. "C'mon, there's a parade going on down at the city!" She said.

"Ok, just give me a sec. I'm talking to Raven-" Sora asked but Rose grabbed him by the hand and dragged him away, making the door close in Raven's face.

"No time! We might miss the first half of the floats!" Rose said.

"But Raven-" Sora yelled.

"She'll be fine. Don't worry," Rose said. Raven let out a sigh of annoyance and sadness as Malchior's book watched from a nearby stand.

"Oh dear. I'm assuming that spiky-haired boy was Sora?" Malchior asked.

"You assume correct," Raven said.

"I never had that much experience with friends or loved ones but they should be there for you even if they are in a relationship," Malchior said.

"Oh, I don't-" Raven began but Malchior cut him off.

"Raven, I've been in your room for quite some time and I know how you feel about the keyblade wielder and his relationship with that girl," Malchior said. Raven looked down with red coming to her face.

"I-I'm happy for him. I don't wanna ruin this for him," Raven said.

"But what about you?...You shouldn't put your feelings aside. You heard him when the girl dragged him away. He still wanted to talk to you," Malchior said.

"Yeah, but…"Raven said.

"You can talk to him when he gets back. Now did you still want to learn some of my spells?" Malchior asked. Raven nodded as she set up a ring of chalices and lighted candles around as she sat on the floor in a cross-legged position as she began mixing ingredients according to Malchior's teaching. She poured the combination into a bowl and began to mix them together.

"I think it's almost ready," Raven said.

"Good. There's just one more ingredient," Malchior said as a page from the book lashed out like a whip and sliced off a lock of Raven's hair, making it fall into the mixture. "A lock of hair from a beautiful girl," Malchior said. Raven was taken aback by the comment.

"Beautiful?" Raven asked.

"I truly appreciate all that you are doing for me, Raven," Malchior said.

"I might not know how to break the curse but at least I can get you out of that book," Raven said while pouring the mixture into her hand and blows it towards the stand. The pages ripped out of the book while they circled around Raven and the room before forming into a human figure with Malchior's eyes there as well. Raven couldn't stop her eyes from widening while the figure walked up to her.

"Thank you," Malchior said.

"Your welcome," Raven said, He steps away from the stand and towards Raven as they both reached to touch hands when Malchior's suddenly unraveled and fell apart.

"Silly me. Of course," Malchior said, turning to the book while he reformed his hand. "I remain bound to the book," He revealed.

"Because the curse is still in effect," Raven suspected.

"Indeed. If I am ever to be truly free, well, it would require magics of much greater power," Malchior said.

"Then teach me the spells. I want to help you. I want to learn," Raven offered. Malchior thought about it before walking up to her.

"To break this curse, I must teach you more than just a few simple spells. I must teach you everything I know," Malchior said while light poured into his hand. A sudden flash of light erupted from him before dying down, revealing stacks upon stacks of books surrounding the two.

(A week later)

All of the Titans, except Raven, were hanging out in the Ops room watching Cyborg and Beast Boy playing on the Game Station while Robin and Starfire were at the kitchen and Sora and Rose were sitting at the table across the kitchen. Stitch was also in the room playing a game of fetch with Sora. After Rose dragged Sora to the parade, Beast Boy decided to tell the rest of the Titans about Malchior, getting them very interested in what Raven has been up too for the past week. Sora wanted to talk to her and see if everything was ok but he either felt she was too busy and didn't want to disrupt her or he was with Rose.

"So, did you want to do anything today?" Rose asked. Sora let out a yawn in response as he caught the ball again and threw it.

"I don't know Rose. We've done basically everything that we can think of. We saw the parades, we went to the movies. We've watched the stars and searched the town for any signs of Sephiroth. I'm not sure what else we can-" Sora said when his eyes went towards the now open door while Stitch's ball hit him in the back of the head. Rose and the others followed his gaze to see Raven hovering at the doorway, her leotard and cloak now pure white like when Sora, Cyborg, and Beast Boy went into her mind. She was stretching her arms out before hovering towards the kitchen and took an apple out of the fridge with her powers. The others walked up to her with complete confusion written on their faces.

"Huh…hey, Raven. Haven't seen you around much lately," Robin asked confused.

"Yeah, cause she hasn't left her room for a week," Beast Boy said before Cyborg whacked him over the head.

"I, uh…like your new look, Raven," Sora said sheepishly.

"Thanks Sora," Raven said with a smile on her face while eating her apple.

"So, when do we get to meet this friend of yours?" Cyborg asked.

"Soon," Raven simply answered. Starfire suddenly popped up next to her in excitement.

"I am unable to wait! Beast Boy has told us much about the Malchior and how he remains trapped within a book but-" Starfire said.

"Now how would Beast Boy know something like that? Sora, I understand until Rose dragged him away," Raven said in a suspicious tone while glaring at Rose and Beast Boy. Rose was taken aback by her glare while Beast Boy laughed at it.

"I may have kinda…been, ah…a fly on the wall in your room?" Beast Boy said before turning into an actual fly and buzzed around a bit.

"Funny. You look more like a rat to me," Raven said before concentrating on the changeling, turning him into a green rat and fall to the ground. Beast Boy turned back into human with a look of shock clear on his face.

"You morphed me! How did you do that?" Beast Boy asked. Raven simply smiled to herself while Sora looked shock at the magic she used. Suddenly, the alarms went off again as the Titans tensed up. Robin ordered everyone to move but Raven didn't budge in the slightest while she continued to hum to herself. Sora was the last to leave but he stopped when he saw Raven not moving.

"Hey, Raven. We gotta go," Sora said. Raven turns to acknowledge him.

"Yeah, I'll meet you guys there," Raven replied as Sora ran out.

(Later that day)

Everyone but Raven arrived at the scene of the attack where they find a house broken into. They look down the street to see Kardiak reassembled and this time there was a child trapped inside of the beating heart, making the Titans freeze.

"Hand-to-hand. We don't want to hurt her," Robin said as everyone put away their weapons. Everyone tried to safely get the kid out of Kardiak but it once again proved to be quite resilient as everyone was knocked aside by its metal tentacles. Sora skidded across the ground when he was caught by Rose.

"We need a new strategy. We won't get her out like this," Sora said when suddenly Raven appeared from a black vortex and hovered in front of the machine.

"This time when I break you, stay broken! Necronom Hezberek Mortix!" Raven chanted as black lightning cracked from her hands.

"Raven! Be careful! The girl!" Rose yelled but she didn't listen as suddenly a black mass of magic emerged from her mouth. Sora saw the mass approaching Kardiak while the girl screamed in terror and thought of something. He quickly ran in front of the machine and created a magic barrier around it and himself. "Sora no!" Rose yelled out but he didn't budge as the mass began to crack the shield.

"Raven, stop!" Beast Boy yelled.

"I…CAN'T!" Raven yelled as more energy poured out of her eyes. The energy eventually broke through Sora's shield as it began to cover his body, making him scream in pain while the energy covered Kardiak as well while the other Titans worked to destroy the energy. Rose suddenly got an idea as she tackled Raven to the ground, destroying the mass of energy while the heart machine fell to the ground in a heap, allowing Robin to get the girl out. Sora fell to the ground as well, finally being able to breath, while Rose ran to help him up.

"Are you alright?" Ravager asked. Sora coughed in response before nodding.

"Yeah, just give me a sec," Sora said. Raven groaned wearily after using that much power when she looked up to see Sora on the ground, making her eyes widen.

"S-Sora…I d-didn't," Raven said.

"What is wrong with you?" Beast Boy asked in an angered tone.

"Beast Boy!" Sora yelled but it was too late as Raven vanished in dark energy, leaving the rest of the Titans next to the house.

(Meanwhile, back at the Tower)

Raven teleported back to the Tower and quickly made her way to the her room. She opened her door to see Malchior standing in front of his book stand and floated towards him.

"It's dark magic! You've been teaching me dark magic! And because of that, Sora got hurt!" Raven said.

"Is it dark, or is it simply misunderstood…like you? True, the spells I've taught you are very powerful. There are those who fear power, so they call it dark. But for people like us…such distinctions do not exist. Without these spells, we can never truly be together. Enchanted pages or no, I'm still trapped within this book, and you're still alone. Is that what you want, Raven? To be alone?" Malchior explained. Raven looked to argue but his words and gaze forced her to look away and shed some tears.

"No, I didn't want to-" Raven said but Malchior silenced her by wiping her tears away.

"My sweet Raven, its time. But we just need one more item or key perhaps," Malchior said as his book flipped the pages, revealing the keyblade on a page. Raven's eyes widened in response at what he meant.

"No please I c-can't bring him into this," Raven said.

"My dear, without his key, I'll never be free and you'll be alone once again, with everyone calling you creepy and avoiding you. Bring him here and we can be together forever," Malchior said. Raven sadly looked down at the ground. Suddenly, someone knocked at the door, shaking her out of her dilemma as she walked over and opened it to see Sora on the other side.

"S-Sora?" Raven asked.

"Hey, Raven. Look, I just wanted to come over and check on you and let you know that I'm fine. You don't have to worry about me, okay?" Sora said with a smile. Raven looked down before looking back at Malchior, who nodded to her. She turned to look back at Sora with a smile.

"C-can you come in? We can talk more in here?" Raven offered, surprising Sora.

"Oh, s-sure. Okay," Sora said while the door fully opened, allowing Sora in. He walked in to see Malchior standing there next to the book stand. "Raven what's going-" He asked when the book suddenly fired a beam of white energy at Sora's head, knocking him out. Raven looked at Malchior in shock.

"What did you do?!" Raven asked.

"It's okay Raven, he's just sleeping. I have no reason to destroy him. It's time," Malchior said as he stood next to the stand. Raven reluctantly moved Sora into position while also finding the right spell. "The incantation, just as I taught you and as soon as the keyhole appears, you'll manipulate Sora into using his keyblade," Malchior instructed. Raven nodded as she chanted the spell in the book while a huge wave of black energy emerged from her back and towards Malchior and the book. The paper figure flew apart as the pages formed into the shape of a keyhole. The keyblade suddenly appeared in Sora's hands while Raven walked over and pointed his arm towards the lock. A beam of light then shot out of the blade's tip and into the lock as the sound of something unlocking echoed across her room. The keyhole turned back into pages and flew back into the book as the pages began to flip quickly. Raven ran back to the book to see a picture of the figure of Malchior turning into a dragon.

"Malchior!" Raven yelled in shock as a burst of light from the book knocked her and Sora away, waking him up.

"Ugh, Raven? What's going on?!" Sora asked. Raven rubbed her head in pain when she saw a picture page on the ground next to her. The page showed the wizard and the dragon facing off with their names written next to their characters when the names switch places.

"He changed it. Malchior wasn't the wizard, he was a…No!" Raven yelled as she leaped towards the book but another burst of light knocked her back, right into Sora, bringing them both down. The two look inside the light to see a large, horned, red-eyed silhouette form into the dreaded dragon itself. The legs and wings emerged from the light until the head burst out and fired a huge blast of fire at them.

"Look out!" Sora yelled as he created a shield in front of them but the blast easily pushed them back onto her bed and surrounded it in flames. Suddenly, the door was kicked in by Robin with the other Titans behind him but they stopped as Malchior bashed his way through the roof and onto the ceiling with clouds of dust in his wake. The Titans looked to see Sora's shield up before dissipating, revealing Sora and Raven unharmed.

"Guys! Are you-" Rose asked but Sora stopped her.

"Raven?" Sora asked as he held her.

"He lied to me. He lied. And I gave him what he wanted and hurt you in the process," Raven said in a soft tone. The sound of more destruction echoed from the ceiling by Malchior.

"Come on!" Robin ordered as the others made their way to the ceiling but Rose stayed behind.

"Sora," Rose said.

"Go, we'll be right behind you," Sora said. Rose slowly nodded before running off. "Raven, come on we have to stop him," He said but Raven didn't move from her prone stance.

"Please. Just get out of my room," Raven said to him. Sora walked up to face her.

"Raven…I know that he got you to do this but please don't let this stop you. You're stronger than this," Sora said.

"Sora, please. I already caused enough trouble. Just go," Raven requested. Sora reluctantly flew out of the ceiling while seeing Starfire crash into the water after being blasted by Malchior while the other Titans lay defeated on the roof.

"Hey snout nose!" Sora shouted while striking Malchior on the chin, making the dragon land on the roof on its back, with Sora gliding in the air above him. "Your not the first dragon I've beaten!" He quipped. Malchior growled before firing a giant burst of fire at the keyblade wielder but he managed to create a shield and block the fire before firing several beams of light. The dragon brought up its wings to defend himself before taking off after Sora who readied himself as dragon claws clashed with the keyblade while fire and light danced across the ground. Malchior fired a huge blast of fire at Sora again but he flew out of the way and whacked the dragon over the head before firing a Blizzaga spell at Malchior's mouth, freezing it. Angered, Malchior fired a huge burst of fire out of his mouth before going on a crazed frenzy at Sora, who managed to dodge most of the strikes but the dragon's tail got lucky as it smacked Sora back down to the roof. He began to get up but the dragon pinned him down with one of its feet. The dragon smirked to himself as Sora let out a yell of pain. Suddenly crackles of black energy rose from the roof and struck the dragon in the face, catching his attention. From the roof came Raven with magic glowing from her hands, ready for the challenge.

"Get off of him. Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" Raven chanted as she fired a bolt of magic at the dragon's face. Malchior roared and fired another jet of fire at the empath, who quickly took off around the roof with the dragon right on her tail. Sora groaned as the foot moved off of him as he saw Raven and Malchior fight until Malchior got lucky and grabbed Raven with his claws, beginning to crush her as she struggled to break free.

"Oh dear. You're not going to cry now, are you? I know it hurts but you'll just have to accept the truth. It's over. I got what I wanted, and I don't need you anymore," Malchior gloated.

"It's not over, not yet," Raven said, making Malchior chuckle to himself.

"Sweet Raven, you can't possibly hope to defeat me. I taught you everything you know," Malchior said.

"No you didn't!" Sora said as he landed in front of Malchior. "Yeah, you may have taught her some fancy new spells but she already has everything she needs. She's stronger than you ever thought possible, not just with her powers but in her heart as well," Sora said. Raven smiled in response before turning back to Malchior.

"Besides, you may have taught me spells but I just learned a curse," Raven said as Malchior's book floated into her hand.

"NOOO!" Malchior screamed before firing a jet of fire at Raven but Sora flew in front of her and created a shield in front of her.

"Raven! Yin!" Sora yelled. Raven nodded in response as she readied some magic.

"And Yang!" Raven finished as the two fired a combined blast of light and darkness at Malchior, winning the beam struggle and stunning Malchior. "Aldruon Enlenthranel Vosolen Lirus-nor!" Raven chanted as she a beam of black magic fired from the cover and into Malchior as it began to transfer his form back into the book. A keyhole then appeared over the book as Sora aimed his keyblade at it and fired a beam into the lock, sealing it forever. The two slowly fell to the ground as Raven's clothes reverted from white back to dark blue. Sora slowly brought her into a hug as the other Titans recovered from the attack and walked up to them.

(Later that day)

Raven was back in her room with the ceiling quickly repaired and locking up the white book in one of her chests. She stands up from the chest in the corner of her room when she heard a knocking at her door.

"Raven? It's Sora. I-I came by to say that I'm sorry," Sora said while Raven walked up to the door. Meanwhile, Rose was walking nearby when she heard Sora talking to Raven and decided to eavesdrop.

"For what? I'm the one who-" Raven said but Sora stopped her.

"No, no. I'm sorry for not being there for you when you needed me and that Malchior hurt you so badly," Sora said.

"I knew it was all a lie. But he was the only person beside you that ever made me feel like I wasn't…creepy. And please don't blame yourself, I know that you were hanging with Rose most of the time," Raven said.

"No, you see she really wanted to spend a lot of time with me but that shouldn't have stopped me from being with you too. Your not alone Raven and if you ever feel like you do, you can always come talk to me," Sora said. Suddenly, the door opened while Raven walked out and embraced him, catching him by surprise before returning the hug.

"Thank you Sora," Raven said quietly.

"Of course Rae," Sora said while breaking the hug. Suddenly, a rolled up ball of smelly laundry flew out of nowhere and hit Sora in the head, knocking him to the ground.

"Whoo-hoo! Stank Ball!" Cyborg cheered while Beast Boy laughed. Sora picked himself up from the ground with the ball still in his hair.

"Ugh, it's gonna take forever to get the smell out of my hair," Sora said. Raven took the ball from Sora's head and smirked to herself while staring at Cyborg and Beast Boy with a wicked smile. The two jokesters got scared and began to back away from her.

"Now hold on, Raven, don't-" Cyborg said.

"W-we were just playing," Beast Boy pleaded but she didn't listen as she hurled the ball at the two, making them run away in fear while Raven and Sora laughed to themselves. Rose, who was still eavesdropping, looked down in thought when she heard Sora and Raven's conversation.

(Later, in Sora's room)

Sora was in the bathroom after taking a good long shower in order to get the smell out. After his talk with Raven, the four friends found themselves in an intense battle of Stank Ball, which lasted well into the night until everyone was tired and reeked of dirty laundry. He was happy that Raven was back in a good mood and everything was back to normal, well, normal for them. He changed into his pajamas and walked out of his bathroom, only to be surprised to see Rose standing in his room.

"Oh Rose, hey. Look, I'm pretty tired from today to do any-" Sora said but Rose stopped him.

"No, no, no, that's not what I'm here for. I actually came to talk," Rose said.

"Okay?" Sora said while sitting on his bed with Stitch.

"Look, I've been wanting to do all these activities with you because I wanted to spend time with you and I know that since we're heroes, we won't have that much time to do that. So, whenever I saw a chance to do something with you, I dragged you away from whatever you were doing. But…I never should have done that to you, Sora. And especially, when Raven wanted to talk you too," Rose said.

"So, what are you suggesting?" Sora asked.

"I still want to hang out with you but I don't want to drag you away from the others like I have recently," Rose said.

"Sounds like a good idea," Sora said with a smile. Rose smiled too before hugging Sora.

"Thank you Sora and I'm sorry for dragging you away from the others," Rose said.

"Don't be Rose. I understand why," Sora said, hugging her back. Rose broke the hug while she pet Stitch, making him purr.

"Alright well, I'll see you guys tomorrow," Rose said as she walked to the door.

"Ok, goodnight Rose," Sora said as he waved goodbye.

And that's it. The Titans have beaten Malchior and Sora talked to Raven and Rose of the current situation. Now I had a pretty clear idea for this story and was really glad with how it turned out and I hope you guys enjoyed it as well. Now onto the reviews:

Guest1: Glad you enjoyed the joke and also glad that you enjoyed the chapter in general. Yeah, I'm doing alright and I'm glad you all are doing good as well.

Guest2: They will show up soon. I just have to think of a proper time to introduce them. Maybe next chapter where I introduce attractions.

Darkmaster1000000: Yes they are and this chapter was made to build on them. And I think it would be best to wait on what the Organization want from the world.

Guest3: That sounds like a good place to introduce Light Form.

UmbranKeyblade: Thank you. I thought it was a great idea.

Guest4: Hhm maybe. I was actually kind of thinking of introducing Superboy at a time where they go into space or something. I dunno, I just think that's more approiate.

Guest5: Yeah, sadly not at this one. Don't worry I'll introduce Dark Form soon.

Khy Dragon: Hello again. Hope you're doing great.

Althea Sirius: Good to hear. Good luck on the DLC too since it gets a little crazier. Also, thanks for the love and thanks for the tip, I'll check the fandom soon.
