"Mm~. Aselith~. Right there~."
Tabitha was not amused.
There was a rumor going around that Aselith gave sensual massages. There was also no question about how that started. Tabitha needed to speak with Kirche about that.
On the one hand, it meant some of the students were less afraid of Aselith. On the other, it would only lead the boys to be even angrier with him for keeping Kirche to himself. It was a viewpoint Tabitha didn't like thinking about, but it served a purpose.
And, of course, that rumor lead to situations like this one.
As Aselith massaged Kirche, who lay on her stomach with nothing but a small towel to cover her butt, three other girls watched with wide eyes and flush faces. Two were first-years, and they stopped moving when Kirche let out her first moan. The second-year, Montmorency, had some semblance of propriety, if only because she partially obscured her face with her hands. She was still able to watch through her fingers.
"I know well enough which spots you enjoy the most, Kirche." Aselith happily responded. He emphasized that when he brushed his hands over her hips, causing her to muffle a squeal.
"Hah…hah…" Kirche's haggard breath was almost too much to listen to. "Tabby~. You should have Aselith show off his skills for the exhibit~."
"No." Tabitha tried to remove herself from this experience as much as she could, her eyes focused on her book. Still, the sounds from Kirche caused her to look up more than she wanted to.
This was torture.
"S-So…" One of the first-years whispered, coughed, then spoke a little louder. "W-Would you be able to teach my boyfriend how to do this?"
That was the reason Tabitha got when they first approached her. Kirche was with them and was more than happy to be an object of examination. Tabitha wasn't sure about Montmorency. The reason for Guiche's duel with Saito was due to him cheating on Montmorency with a first-year and Saito revealing that, though unintentionally.
Ridiculous. All that over a bottle of perfume Saito returned to him.
"Perhaps." Aselith said as he worked. "Is your boyfriend a triangle mage?"
"No." The girl shook her head, despite Aselith facing away from her.
"A line?" He asked again.
"…Dot." She responded.
"Unlikely then." Aselith said. "My magic is different from the mages' of these lands. A finer control is needed. Not to mention, he would still need to hold an implement to channel his magic."
"So, it's true. You can use magic." Montmorency spoke up. "How come you don't have to use a wand?"
Tabitha peaked over her book at Aselith, waiting for his response.
"I am a wand." He replied, glancing over his shoulder.
That was technically a lie, but also not. He's a magical creature, so an implement isn't necessary. Even if he wasn't, he told Tabitha of mages that used all sorts of implements, including wands and staves, but also amulets, weapons, and even armor, or no implement at all.
"Oh…" The girl that had asked sighed.
"Mm~." Kirche continued to enjoy herself as she lazily spoke. "Maybe you could ask Aselith to give you a massage instead~."
"Absolutely not!" Montmorency shouted, fists clenched at her side. "H-How can you even stand being touched all over by that by a man?! And letting us watch, too!"
It was a bit late to be saying that, since the three of them came here for that exact reason.
"Hm~." Kirche reached behind her, slowly moving her arm back and forth until it made contact with Aselith's. He stopped his massage and stepped back. After a few seconds, Kirche pushed herself off the bed, allowing the small towel covering her to fall off.
Tabitha quickly raised her book up to her face. It was partly to keep her blush hidden. More than that, it was to keep the reason for her blush out of sight. Tabitha was only present a couple times when Kirche wanted Aselith. Those times…Tabitha couldn't stand to see Kirche like that. Her face flushed, her eyes gazing lovingly, her body glistening with sweat thanks to the magic Aselith used…
It was too much. Far too much. She was only here now because the girls were nervous.
"What's the problem?" Kirche asked, sounding slightly more composed than before. Despite the pain and want it would cause, Tabitha couldn't help but lower her book ever so slightly to catch a glimpse of Kirche. She stood proud in all her beauty. "It's not as if Aselith is a man. He's a physical spirit."
It was close enough to be accurate. Tabitha wasn't worried about that being talked about. The headmaster and Professor Colbert knew that already, and any mage proficient in runes could read what was on his chest.
"If you want proof…" Kirche, with no shame whatsoever, slid her hand down Aselith's chest until it rested on his groin. "He could simply undress and show you."
Tabitha knew Kirche's act didn't mean anything, since Kirche also knew Aselith had nothing done there. Still, it hurt to watch.
"Oh, I can't do that, Kirche." Aselith responded pleasantly.
"Oh? Whyever not, darling?" She tilted her head back as she looked up at him.
"I'm not wearing any clothes." He said with that smile of his.
Kirche stared up at him briefly. Then, she doubled over in laughter, holding her stomach with one hand while the other held onto his side. "Oh, darling, you're just too much!"
It was obvious if you thought about it, since his runes were on his clothes. Again, Tabitha and Kirche both already knew that.
"Tabby! Aselith should tell jokes at the exhibit!" Kirche said in-between laughs.
Tabitha didn't respond. It was better than her last suggestion.
"Not a bad idea." Aselith stroked his chin. "Saito mentioned comedy skits from his world. Perhaps I could do the same."
"'His world'?" The first-year who hadn't spoken before asked.
"Are you still interested in him?" Kirche collected herself and asked. "I might start feeling jealous if you find him more interesting than me~." She then gave the fakest, cutest pout Tabitha had ever seen on her.
"No need for that." Aselith said. He swept his hand through Kirche's hair and rested his hand on her opposite shoulder, going across the back of her neck and making her shiver in delight. "You are far more charming."
"I think I've seen enough." Montmorency said, her face completely red. Tabitha could understand. It was hard enough for her, who was more used to Kirche's antics. This was going way too far.
The three girls quickly left Kirche's room, the one girl's question certainly forgotten.
"Well then." Kirche laid her hand against Aselith's chest. "Should we pick up where we left off~?"
Tabitha jabbed the butt of her staff against the floor, drawing their attention.
"Aw! It looks like I'm out of time~." Kirche whined.
"Busy." Tabitha gave a one-word explanation.
"Okay~." Kirche said, walking toward Tabitha.
She quickly held up her staff to keep Kirche back. "Catch a cold."
Kirche laughed in response, but she did stop her approach. "I feel like I could stay like this the rest of the day and stay completely warm!"
Tabitha closed her book, placed it under her arm, and walked to the door. "Aselith."
"Oh dear~. I've gone and made Tabby jealous again, taking up all of darling's time." Kirche said.
"Indeed." Aselith said, following after Tabitha. "Until next time."
"I'll be waiting~!" Kirche called out as the two of them left.
It was a short walk to Tabitha's room, where she entered quickly. Aselith was right behind her and closed the door after he entered. Then, without a moment of hesitation, Tabitha kicked him in the shin, hard. She instantly regretted it, since her shoes weren't particularly sturdy and it felt like she kicked a wall.
Aselith chuckled in response as Tabitha bent down to nurse her foot. "Have I made you that jealous, Tabitha?"
Tabitha could only glare up at him. Dangerous or not, he should have known better than to be that friendly with Kirche.
"I suppose I should make it up to you." He leaned down, his face next to hers. "How about I treat you tonight. Instead of one 'Kirche', I make a husk and give you two."
Tabitha flinched. Two? Would such a thing…
Aselith smiled. "I can see you're interested."
The burning on Tabitha's face told her she was, even if her mind didn't quite accept it. Aselith was manipulative, but he knew what she wanted.
Author's Notes:
I'll admit this chapter doesn't add too much. Just something fun I wanted to include. Next chapter should be the familiar exhibit, followed by more changes to canon.
