Well, you ask, and you shall receive.

Labored breaths left Adams lungs as he fired at the last living human in this gambling room. Many thoughts raced down his mind and all of them landed on something not being right. This had been supposed to be a simple assassination mission where he should have been supported by other White fang members as they killed off one of the SDC shareholders with his rich friends while they were celebrating his birthday at this villa located near the city of Vale.

As he looked out the wide windows that made up on of the wall of the room and lead to a terrace, he saw a storm raging outside. But as he and all the other member of this operation were making their way here the storm came and all the others seamed to just disappear no message of retreat or an enemy spotting them and attacking came, so he though he just got somehow separated in the storm and that the attack would continue at the designated time.

You would not believe how foolish he felt when after killing the tent wave of gourd he understood that he was left all alone in this attack. He tried not to worry they just were late that's all, he could handle this just remove as many of the human filth as possible and the others will join him soon he could handle this and well now here he stood almost completely out of aura exhausted and surrounded by at least twenty corpses just in this room, he could only imagine how many more he left dead on his way here, he lost count after the ninety-sixth gourd landed a good hit on his head and for a few moments he was cutting people sheerly on instinct as at that time he only saw stars.

Adam looked out the window at the river that could be seen flowing below next to this building built on the cliff side, the river waters flowed fiercely with force and the river could be seen overflowing at points. In the window he could faintly see the reflection of the room behind him, the messy carved up by his blade bodies, a blood had splashed onto his face and was now dripping down of his mask and his chin. Even now while felling completely exhausted he still wore the façade of calmness, control, if a person saw him now all would have believed that, but that was far from the truth and the intrusive though at the back of his mind that he had been abandoned slowly gnawed at his psyche as the moments of silence passed with the only sounds being his breathing and blood dripping.

Adams eye widened in surprise to the figure he saw reflected in the glass, he rolled to the side dodging a chainsaw that shattered the glass.

"What is the mea-agh."

His words were cut of as he was forced to quickly block the hit from a metal whip, electricity coursed from the whip into his sword Wilt up to his arm and body. After the Whip unconnected from his blade a boot to his side sent him crashing into a table. Adam deflected the attack from a blade on chain, a weapon he recognized. Confusion overtook him as his best friend and right hand Banesaw, his student Ilia and his teacher and leader Sienna stood before him weapons ready and aimed at him, the same ones that just had tried to kill him.

"What sort of trick is this? Or a joke, haha, I wouldn't call it funny?"

Adams hair stood on end as Sienna spoke in a cold but familiar voice.

"This is no trick or joke Adam. It is your end."

Adam first heard then saw as White fang member filled the floors above area that looked down onto this room weapons aimed at him. Was this some illusion semblance at work, mind control. He could not conceive why this was happening, no in his mind this could not have been happening. No amount of thinking or fantasizing no matter how batshit insane would have made him believe that a situation like this would ever take place and maybe only the second time in his life Adam froze up not knowing what to do, what to say. Before his mind could catch up his trained by life and death battles body was already moving blocking the modified dust cutting saw used by Banesaw.

Pain shotting trough his arms from the strain awakened his mind as in mare moments a plan formed in his head what he needed to do. Calling the last bits of his aura he pushed Banesaw with his weapon stumbling back, blush his shotgun spat out hot lead into the chest of his throwing him half across landing him next to the columns holding up the second-floor walkway.

Not giving him a moment of respite a chain wrapped around his sword and tried to pull it out his grip, he was prepared for that, actually he was hoping for it. As he put all his strength to pull Sienna towards him, Blush was aimed at her all he needed to do was pull the trigger, his arm shook, but his finger refused to pull the trigger, he could not shoot her rather he switched to cracking her across the chin whit Blushes stock using it like a baton.

His mind and instincts screamed how this was an irrational and stupid decision the hit from the bullet would have brough her aura lower. While this conflict happened in his mind, his body continued to execute the plan wrapping the momentarily stunned Sienna in her own chain and flinging her across the room causing her to hit the recovering Banesaw.

"Aggh!"

Electricity again coursed through his body and his aura was having more and more trouble mitigating its effects, but he was used to it the SDC mines had thought him how to work trough pain and electric shock. He grabbed the metal wire wrapped around his biceps and forced it off. As soon as he let go the electricity stopped and he could close in on Ilias position not having to worry about loosing sigh of her in the confusion of battle like he previously did. Whit ease he dodged the flustered and clumsy stab that Ilia attempted with her weapon and delivered a hard strike to her stomach with the kashira of Wilt. After the hit she skid up to and stopped next to one of the columns.

Adam smirked as bullets rained down on him and he blocked all of them, idiots all of them, but it was understandable to want to help your superiors or to want to chip in any way in a fight. He saw the face of Sienna as she realized what he was trying to accomplish. She was opening her mount to stop them, but it was already too late and the only thing she could do was to duck to dodge the red energy traveling through the air. All the columns turned to scattering black rose petals, as the floor creaked and collapsed onto Ilia, Banesaw and Sienna. Adam was familiar enough with what their auras could handle so he was certain this was only a momentary setback for them, what he needed to do was not waste the time he created for himself.

His feet moved fast as he ran for the glass door leading out to the terrace overlooking the flowing river, moving as fast as he could with the little aura, he had left he would not survive a jump from this height onto hard ground, but that is why he chose a river. Yes, with how fierce the water was there was a possibility of drowning, but it was better than dead he felt would await him if he lost here to them. He pushed the door aside and ran out to the terrace, one more second and he would.

This moment of hope was cut off by a stabbing pain in his right shin as a blade pierced it and only his bodies instincts to cut of the chain attached to it the weary same moment he felt the pain saved him from having his leg blown off by a dust explosion from it as Sienna now standing at the door leading to the terrace failed to activate the dust imbued in the blade in time to make it combust.

He turned to face her as he stumbled back hitting the railing separating him from the river water flowing loudly below. Cold rain and strong wind assaulted his body as all three of his attackers walked out the glass door into the terrace.

"End of the line Adam."

Banesaw spoke in a deep voice that overcame the sound of wind, rain and the river water. Sienna stepped forward raising her weapon intent on ending him. Adams mind raced to find a solution a way out.

"Sienna, may I do the honors?" Sienna stopped as Ilia spoke. She looked back at her, considered it for a few moments and nodded stepping to the side.

"Don't underestimate him, end this swiftly." Sienna warned Ilia.

"I won't."

She walked towards Adam rapier raised pointed at him, her head indicated she was being weary of Blush and Wilt. In truth he did not even have the strength left to lift Blush to fire it or to strike out with Wilt, but this weariness could be useful to him as he continued to angle his body more over the railing while concealing as his exhaustion. Finally, Ilia entered the striking range of her rapier rather than stabbing she spoke.

"Don't worry I'll take care of Blake after you are gone."

Adam could not have given less of a shit about his other student in this moment when he was about to by killed by his other student. After saying this Ilia stabbed towards him and she stabbed where he expected it was aimed for his heart, using the last bit of strength he had with his palm he struck the blade not enough to have it miss him completely but enough so it would not impale his heart or any important organ or at least he hopped he had enough strength left, this was a gamble a do or die situation. As the blade pierced his body all strength left his body and he fell over the railing into the river. His body landed in the water with s plash, it was swallowed up and carried off by the flowing river water.

Ilia stood looking at the blood on her blade.

"It is done." She said with difficulty.

Banesaw and Sienna walked up to her standing by her side. Sienna placed a hand on Ilias's shoulder and gave it a light squeeze.

"It had to be done." She said while she looked at the river searching for Adams body, but she did not see it.

"I know."

"Let's go we are done here Adam is dead." They left.

Two pieces of dice that had been thrown when Adam was flung at a table finally stopped rolling landing on two sixes.

It was early morning in Vale a body dressed in dark attires was laying on the rocky waterfront, it was a red-haired man a mask laid washed up next to him a red sword was clutched in the mans arm seagulls had landed next to him. First thing that Adam awoke too was the sound of seagulls screaming in his ears, then there was pain and he instantly spat up water. He felt rocks under him as he raised himself up and opened his eye to look around.

Everything hurt, which was both a bad and a good thing, good in the ballpark that he was still alive to feel the pain cause only the dead did not feel any pain, bad in the part that it fucking hurt. Adam struggled to his feet but did manage to stand up while also grabbing his mask of the ground and storing it in an inner pocket of his jacket, he recognized that the river had washed him up to someplace in Vale probably nearing the docks.

Displaying his mask openly here would have been a dangerous move even if he was in his best health, he though while placing an palm over the stab wound left by Ilia, he felt warm blood flowing slowly out of it, the bleeding appeared to be slowing as his aura slowly recovered and healed him up, but the process was slow and what did not help was that he was wet and cold, also his leg had a second injury that had not stopped bleeding and he felt a few more small cuts and scratches the river probably felt on him while carrying him to here, if he had to give it a rating for the travel it would be three stars, after all in this one at least he did not have a SDC overseer shouting, beating the ever loving shit out of him or bullets flying towards them and a bunch of packed in White fang, so after all an okay experience how he had said three stars he would not do it again. While chuckling at his own thoughts he grabbed the corner of his jacket and cut of a piece of it to wrap around his eye. Sheeting Wilt in Blush that thankfully didn't detach from his belt while the river waters were carrying him.

So, he covered his eye with the still uncomfortably wet cloth and stumbled forward heading towards and into the city. Adam was searching for a few things, first in priority would have been a place to warm himself and dry his body and garments, second medical supplies to clean, shut and cover his wounds and thirdly a change of what he was wearing, while he doubted anyone would recognize him with how shit he looked now and especially who would expect him Adam Taurus to be walking in the city of Vale so their mind would on there own come up with an excuse if they saw and considered him as Adam Taurus why he could not or wasn't him, it wouldn't hurt to disguise himself cause he didn't doubt his disappearance would sooner or later reach the ear of the law and they would do a search for him just to confirm if he was actually dead and if they decided to look over some security footage of the streets of Vale after the supposed night he disappeared it would be awkward for him if as it would definitely in the short future lead them back to him. That was something he did not want.

Luckly for him he did not have to search long for a place to warm himself as he found a barrel with something still burning in it in an alleyway under the highway here left by the homeless, that by now probably had left to reach their begging for lien spots.

The allay was hidden enough for him to stay no one should see him while he rests, he grabbed a few dry carboard pieces that littered the alley and threw them over the fire that was by this point just rustling. They caught fire quickly he held out his hands closer to fire to warm up and from time to time would throw in more burnable trash that was around the alley. After his clothes dried, the bleeding came to a stop, his aura had recovered a bit but still it was far from enough for him to manifest it as a shield or much less use his semblance.

A sound of a trash lid being shut, made Adam shuffle in that direction, this caused the small rock that littered the ground under his feet to drag and grind against the concrete. This small sound seemed to be enough to attract who ever just threw out their trash to Adams location, as he heard footsteps approaching towards him and a male voice call.

"Oum dammit, haven't I already told you homeless cunts not to loiter around here, who ever is there I-"

He stepped into Adam view and Adam came into his. The man wore a leather jacket and a white shirt under it, black jeans, and black sneakers, he was around the same height and build as Adam just fatter around the belly to noticeable extent, the man who appeared to be a biker was surprised at first seeing how well Adam was dressed even if his cloths were muddied and cut at places. Then this man noticed the hors that adorned the head of the red-hair and he frowned.

"Well look who we have here-" A chain hung on the mans belt and he took it off and began to wrap around his knuckles. "-You must be far from home animal, cause if you where from these parts you'd know better than to hang around here and had gone to the zoo island you call home-"

"What size clothes you wear?" This momentarily confused the man.

"What-?"

"They should be large size right." The man nodded partly because of confusion to what was happening. "Good it must be my lucky day."

The sound of something whacking the man in the chin was all the man registered before all went dark for him, he was too slow to register that anything happened.

Adam leaned on Blush, that fast movement appeared to be to much and now he was left to deal with the pain. He forced himself to take deep breaths and controlled exhales, the throbbing in his head he felt did not help. But soon he was well enough to move and switched out his clothes for the mans. The most difficult part was taking of his shirt as the blood had dried into the shirt and it was stuck to it, so he opened it while taking it off and now the wound bleed again.

Lucky for him the black leather jacket had a cloth hood to it that he threw over his hair and horns hiding his most distinctive trait. Adam had cut up his discarded old shirt into a makeshift bandage to staunch the bleeding and had worn the white shirt. Now he stepped out to the streets, with new cloths and a hundred and fifteen lien richer. Blush with Wilt sheathed in it still hung of his hip, while it was a unique to him weapon, it was not different enough for anyone that is not a total gun freak and knows of what weapon he uses to notice and recognize him as Adam Taurus. That would change if he unsheathed Wilt and people saw the trademark blade of his, but he hoped it would not come to that as he was not really in any shape to fight currently and for a long while more.

Adam did not wonder the streets aimlessly he already had recognized where he was in the map of Vale he had committed to memory and chosen where to go next. That was a small all-purpose shop, the bell rung as he entered. Many different smells and colors assaulted his senses. While grabbing a basket he felt as some of the worker looked at him suspiciously. The stares seemed to disappear as he walked deeper into the shop. First things that Adam grabbed was a first aid kit, a black hair dye, a sewing kit with a small amount of thin thread and he also got some canned food and bread. Trying to appear as inconspicuous as he could Adam placed what he was buying on the check out while a shop clerk that had to be at least twice his age scanned off what he was buying.

"That will come out to a total of 32 lien. Will you be paying with card or cash?" the clerk asked after he finished.

"Cash." Adam said while taking out two twenty lien worth bills.

The cashier checked if they where real and then got his change out of the cash register and gave it to Adam.

"Here your change. Have a nice day."

"Thanks."

To Adams surprise he left the shop without any problems, he was almost certain they would have had him searched before he left, but I guess it was really his lucky day. Now what was left for him was to decide if he would first find a safe place to apply the first aid kit to his wounds or a motel to stay at where he could do that safer but that would take more time. He mentally calculated where he could find the closest motel that could allow a faunus to stay at, how long it would take him to get there and if he still had enough money for one night stay.

It was decided by him that going for the motel first would be better. After all his body was on the brink of exhaustion and if he collapsed it would be safer if that happened in a motel room then randomly in the streets. So, Adam took his beaten and battered body to the nearest motel. It took him around forty minutes to reach the motel while he talked to the receptionist, she eyed him weirdly but let him rent a room till tomorrow lunch, after paying for this he had exactly eight liens left.

Entering and locking the door for his room, he dropped the bag with the few food items he bought and black hair dye in it and took the med kit and sewing kits with him to the bathroom. Which Adam tanked Oum at least appeared to be clean when he entered it. That was good enough for him as he took of his jacket and shirt, he out of the med kit he took some isopropyl alcohol and cotton balls wetting a cotton ball with alcohol he started to clean the wound. The wound burned as Adam cleaned it, but he did not flinch once. After he was done with that, he grabbed a needle out of the sewing kit that he cleaned with a dipped in alcohol cotton ball and a thin tread, putting the thread on the needle. Adam took the skin around the wound and pushed it in with the hand not holding the needle and brought the needle to his skin, his hand holding the needle shook slightly. Deep breaths were taken, and the shaking stopped, steeling himself he stabbed the needle trough his skin, the muscles around the wound inadvertently clenched cause the pain. He put all his willpower on relaxing them and after a few seconds passed he continued sewing the wound shut, the process was slow as he was forced to stop a few times to relax the muscles that had clenched or to stop his hands from shaking. But after a grueling twenty-minute ordeal the wound was sewed shut all that left was tying a knot to keep the thread taut holding the wound closed, to clean the blood and bandage it up. Which luckily for him only took a few minutes and did not cause him more pain.

Breathing out a sight after he put his shirt back on, Adam carefully lifted his leg onto the sink placing his foot inside, he lifted the baggy sleeve of the jeans. The blade of Sienna's weapon was still stuck there, a short chain dangled connected to the blade. Taking the chain and wrapping it around two fingers, Adam clutched the sticking still sticking out part of the blade. He closed his eye and looked up at the ceiling, sharps breaths were taken to hip himself up at the tent breath he opened his eye and looked straight at the mirror while pulling out the blade. The moment the blade was pulled out his arms went to grab onto the side of the sink, and he felt and saw in the mirror how hard he clenched his jaw. Blood like someone had opened a dam was running down his foot into the sink, quickly he grabbed the needle with the thread and started sewing, this time a lot messier and not pausing to wait for his muscles to relax. His own blood covered his hands by the time he had finished he fell as though he had bled out a bucket of blood, of course he didn't if he did bleed that much out, he would be dead. But that did not change the fact how weak he felt, just like the wound before he bandaged up this one after he was done sewing it. He wiped the blood of his leg with the towel hung by the sink and lifted the leg out of the sink.

Whit two hands he leaned on the sink and stared in the mirror before him. He looked even more like shit than before he entered, his skin was pale to the point you could confuse him for a corpse, sweat rand down his face and the rest of his body in droves and many bruises where visible on his body. What was worse that on the inside he was even more of a mess, he did not know what to do, he had nothing. The better part of his life had been spent in the White fang, his purpose was the White fangs purpose, his reason to exist was the White fang, the White fangs mission to help the faunus was his also and now that it was all taken away from him, he was lost, purposeless, he was nothing without it. The more he though about it the harder it got for him to breath and the more erratic his breaths would get. It felt like he was returned to seven years ago to the day the SDC branded and left him for dead in the wilderness of Atlas to freeze to death, at that moment just like now he had nothing, and he was nothing, he was worthless a tool that others did not want and could discard at any moment. Adam was beginning to fall to his knees as one of his arms slipped of the sink.

"No! Shut up!" Adam shouted out to his own mind to stop it. A blue eye stared intently into the mirror as he clutched Wilts handle. Like a growling animal through gritted teeth he spat out. "This time it's different. I have my skills, experience, I am not a scared teen that knows nothing of survival, I am the one who survived." He breathed out smiled and relaxed while leaning back and almost in relief said. "Yes, it's different this time I have the strength to get back at those who wronged me." His smile turned into one that gave of an evil aura, he had his purpose what now Adam lacked was a plan. But that was only an insignificant problem as long as he had purpose a plan how to achieve it would come to him.

Time passed it was midnight now in Vale.

The light in the bathroom shut of as Adam now with hair dyed black exited it and closed the door. In the time span from then to now what he had accomplished is eat the food he bought, have a short nap and dyeing his hair. Throwing his hood on he walked to the window, looking around he checked if there was no one around, when that was confirmed, he opened it and jumped out. It would have been nice for him to spend the full night here recovering but the possibility of discovery was too great and the possibility of winning a fight against a trained opponent too small for him to like the odds, so left in the cover of the night. The only problem was that he did not have a destination in mind, all the White fang hideouts he knew of where no good to him as he did not know how deep the betrayal ran. The people he trusted the most had turned against him, what to say of total strangers. But he knew that he had to get away from this location in which people saw a faunus of similar description as Adam Taurus. So, Adam stumbled down the backstreets trying to stay as hidden as possible towards the nearest park he knew of, a bench would have to suffice as a sleeping place for this night. While walking a newspaper picked up by the wind was cough in Adams hand before it had hit his face, he was about to crumble it up and throw it away when he saw a page that had written on it now hiring and a bunch of advertisements looking for people to employee, he narrowed his eyes and read some of them the lack of money he needed to survive set up what was the next immediate step in his plan.

"Well, I guess my tomorrow's plans are set job hunting, never done it, but how hard could it be?" ohh you poor ignorant fool.

What follows is a montage of the next week as Adam goes to job interviews and most of the time getting rejected or losing the job on the first day because of his demeanor scaring of customers. Some of the more notable jobs would be a ballon salesman in the summer carnival where he accidentally made a child cry. Getting rejected from working as a used car salesman for not having any of work experience for the past five years outside of what he wrote down as being a mercenary for most of that time, Adam definitely blamed it on the fact that the employer was racist and not the fact that he was never employed outside of work in SDC. And the most recent one that he was at now that had in its description only being a male dancer, he really did not understand what the job entailed but at this point he was running out of options as Adam already had gone through almost all the jobs. So here he sat on a plastic chair in a corridor waiting to be called, a woman middle age holding a clip board opened the door and read a name of it.

"Adrian Torres please come in."

Adam stood up as this was one of his fake identities, he had in the past commissioned Spider to make and probably the only one that other White fang members did not know about as it was made with the belief that it would be only used to hide if any of the members had betrayed the White fang. He walked through the door and was greeted by three women of ages from around 30 to 50 sitting on a couch it was a four-seat couch and the woman that called him in sat down in the four seat and beckoned for him to sit in the armchair facing the couch which he did.

"Hello mister Adrian, nice to meet you I'm Judy. I'm the owner of this business and these two are its co-owners-" She pointed to the sitting right next to her. "-and Alice she is one of our most experienced dancers."

Adam nodded in greeting.

"Now let's get on with questions. Mister Adrian why do you wish to work for us?"

Judy asked of Adam who though for a second how to answer.

"I need cash."

The blunt answer surprised the four women, but in a second, they recovered, Alice on her clip board noted down the word honest next to Adrians name.

"Okay, don't we all. Why chose this place as your desired workplace."

"I tried others, they did not hire me." Judy nodded at his answer.

Alice added before honest the word very.

"And what of your previous employment."

"I'd rather not speak of it, because I was suddenly laid off without any prior notice and well that is why I'm in this situation searching for a new job so suddenly."

Alice added to her clip board almost to honest and appears not to take break up lightly.

"I see that is quite unfortunate. What can you say of your skill?"

"I have prior experience of doing fast paced strenuous work, while I haven't ever danced as a job. I believe I am a quick learner and my body through training was developed in such a way that I could dance well?"

"Yes, we definitely can see that." She smiled while saying that and the other woman nodded, a smile that unnerved Adam. He did really feel like a lamb in a room with a bunch of cougars and he could not explain from where he was getting this feeling, as he literally had faced the barrel of a gun and did not feel as he almost would describe as afraid as now.

"Could I ask a question of you?"

"Of course, Adrian ask away."

"What exactly will this job entail, I know that it is about dancing but what kind and for what kind of event. The advertisement did not have much of a description more."

"Oh, hahahah yes. We had a limited budget for that, so we had to keep it short in word count. Good that you asked. Our company focuses on providing male dancers for such events as bachelorette party, women's birthdays-" Gears started to turn in Adams mind as he finally understood what type of company this was and he blurred out.

"Male stripers that what you selling."

"Well yes, but we would prefer that you called it exotic male dancers service."

"That is not the kind of work I'm looking for I- I will be going. Thank you for your time, sorry for wasting it." Adam stood up from his seat.

"Sir Adrian please don't be in such a rush we still haven't told you what the pay is like and haven't gone over the workers benefits."

"And don't forget the most important part the demonstration. We even prepared the costumes that are the most ordered by our clients for you to try out." Adam saw as one of the other owners that was not Judy while speaking placed down skimpy male underwear that had a small tuxedo with a bow tie recreated on it and was reaching to pick up more.

"No, I really must go." Adam never ran as fast as he did now to leave this building.

The four women were left to stare in disappointment as Adam left.

"Dammit and he had to be the hottest and most promising of them all." Judy said while striking her palm on the table.

Half an hour later Adam at a dinner sitting by an outdoor table while sipping his coffee and drumming his fingers on the newspaper that had all the job offer in the advertisement section scribbled out. He was so focused he did notice two people walk up to his table and one of them sit down at the seat before him. His thought where still on the last job application interview, as he slightly raised the cloths covering his arms and scars showed on them, he did need money and the job would have paid well, but Adam reminisced on the people in the White fang those that wore their scar for all to see. How lucky where they that their scars had been acquired in fighting against the oppression of humans, that they could display them in pride as they where not like his one gotten during his time in servitude to humans, he disliked showing them to other and to show the SDC mark that he two days ago had covered with an eye patch he bought was completely out of question. To sell his body for human's entertainment, no not again, he thought while clenching his jaw never again. His train of though was broken off as a voice spoke.

"It seems the job hunt not going well."

Panic overtook Adam and he almost spat out the coffee he was drinking as he looked up and saw who sat at the same table before him Beacon headmaster Ozpin while beside him stood his right-hand woman Glynda Goodwitch. His hand almost instantly went for Wilts handle, but he stopped himself as he looked around wondering how many huntsmen could be waiting in ambush, that was not even thinking about how arrogant he had to be to even think that at his current condition he could take on Glynda Goodwitch or that he was before what most would think the current strongest huntsman in Vale that ran Beacon. Adam knew he had no chance of fighting out of this situation, so for now a diplomatic approach would be taken he needed to find out why speak to him was what was Ozpins angle in this and if he had to do anything whit why Sienna and the rest betrayed. Adam relaxed as he placed one hand one the table and with other continued to sip his coffee.

"You could say that since the start of this week I been bad on my luck."

"Funny that is the exact day the White fang started to act funny."

"Don't know much about that, should the leader of Vale know more about the happening in his city than simple civilian like me."

"Well, that is why I am here in the streets speaking with the common people to learn why that happened and I though you as a faunus would know more that ignorant human self."

"New leadership."

"And what happened to the old one."

"Unemployed."

"More like dead at least that is what the White fang wants the public to think." Ozpin placed a scroll on the table playing the speech Sienna had given five days ago. Adams hand placed on the table balled up to a tightly clenched fist.

"What is in it to you old man if I'm dead or laid off or neither?"

"A big one."

Adam pointed to the newspaper placed on the table.

"Well which one you think it is."

"I presume it was not a friendly resignation."

"No."

"Would it so happen that you sir possess important insider information to the White fang and know how it operates?"

"Yes I do."

"You are still looking for a place of employment, right?" This question made by Ozpin confused Adam.

"Yes, but I guess that won't be for long." Adam was already preparing to hold out his hands for handcuffing.

"You are right because I have an offer for you would you like to work as a professor at Beacon Mister Taurus?"

"What?" Adam and Glynda said at the same time then they looked at each other. Glynda spoke first to Ozpin, who was looking at her over his shoulder.

"Ozpin this is insa-"

"Glynda, I told you, I got this."

Ozpin turned back to face Adam.

"So, Adam Taurus your answer to my offer I still haven't hear it."

"Yes?" Adam blinked a few times this situation was way too confusing for him.

"Great!" Ozpin exclaimed with excitement. "When can you move to Beacon? Do you need to get your thing packed we can prepare that?"

"Everything that I own is on me so I can go now."

"Then what we are waiting for let's go we already have a room for you." Ozpin stood up.

"We do?" Glynda asked.

"Yes, now no more dillydallying much paperwork needs to be completed before this is made official."

Both Glynda and Adam began to walk while Ozpin grabbed his scroll and not seen to the two types out a message to Port to have the Beacon staff prepare a room for a new professor that will be joining staff this year.

Twenty minutes before this conversation.

Ozpin and Glynda are sitting in a Bullhead going to Vale.

"Ozpin why again are we doing this."

"Well you need rest-" The glare sent by Glynda stopped the joke he was about to make. "Okay the White fang has been acting weirdly recently and I believe this has something to do with her, so I'm going to check it out."

"By doing what taking a walk in the streets of Vale." The bullhead landed and both of them stepped out. They continued speaking while they walked. "This is the type of work you have Qrow to do for you, why waste time on something that won't get any results."

"Sometimes you have to see things with you own eyes not just from other accounting of things and what I need to do now is see Vale, how it has been affected by the change that took place so I can understand what the correct response to it is."

Glynda did not argue more.

"Lets just get this over with quickly." She said while quickening her step. But Ozpin soon stopped and looked at a dinner. Glynda only noticed after she did not hear the extra sound of steps, she turned to look back to see where Ozpin was.

"What is it now?"
"Well my cup is empty, and I remember this dinner had pretty good coffee."

Glynda pinched the bridge of her nose.

"We are stopping only for one cup."

"Of course."

They walked in Ozpin ordered a coffee and it was made in around five minutes.

Ozpin after getting his coffee started to walk towards a table outside the dinner where a dark haired faunus man sat, the man was focused on the newspaper placed on the table.

"Now what are you planning Ozpin?"

"I got this Glynda don't worry." Ozpin said and then he walked up and sat down by the faunus mans table and struck up a conversation. The conversation seemed to jump in topic from how the man was looking for a job then to the White fang after that Ozpin spoke about the sudden disappearance and presumed death of Adam Taurus. The faunus seemed to be angered by this she had to guess the man had a soft spot for the terrorist group and the Vale branches leader, something had been bugging her from his rection like there was something more to it, but she couldn't fully describe it and then it clicked when Ozpin called the man Taurus and she blurred out together with the aforementioned Adam Taurus.

"What?" She glared at Adam who appeared to be too confused to even speak at the moment much less register her glare, so she spoke to Ozpin.

"Ozpin this is insa-" He cut her off.

"Glynda, I told you, I got this."

She could not say anything more this was just too absurd. This was how Adam Taurus was hired as a professor at Beacon, what adventures await him there I wonder.

Authors note: Well sorry for taking a more than a full week to write this but at first, I really thought it would be impossible for me to write a story where Adam is a professor at Beacon. I didn't want to just do a story where he infiltrates Beacon for the White fang or something basic as that, not saying that is a bad story idea or anything, but I just wanted to do something different. Yeah, and coming up with that was quite difficult.

Big spoilers ahead don't read if you don't want to, read if you do I ain't your mum to say what you should do, because this story will be expanded on and what I'm about to say spoils why Sienna betrayed Adam: Actually I'm still debating on choosing what should be the reason of betrayal one option would be time travel, the second option would be have any of you seen the second Starship troopers movie, I think it's the second the one that was just a straight up horror movie, if you haven't make sure to show it to any 11 year old cause that is the age I saw it and it scarred me, well if you have now seen it or knew of it then think of the bugs that take over people from it basically but you know as grimm or the last option would be Sienna just is extremely paranoid and thinks Adam would betray her so she betrays him first. I'm still on the ropes with which one to chose as the ending reveal I might even do chapters that describe the confrontation with Sienna for each one.

I am slowly losing my sanity and so are all of you. Adam is confused, Glynda angry and Ozpin just enjoys his coffee.
