Chapter 25

Santana woke up in a slight sneezing attack, the sudden change in climate wearing down on her body. After playing for two hours at the park, complete with a meltdown from Skylar, who cried the entire way back to the hotel, not ready to leave the park. After a warm bath and an applesauce pouch Santana rocked her to sleep while Brittany cuddled with Taylor on the couch and watched TV. After Skylar finally went to sleep, Santana and Brittany both laid in bed with Taylor until she was sleeping peacefully before leaving their bedroom in the suite and going to take a long, hot shower themselves. They cuddled in bed, just staring at one another, Brittany reminding Santana one again that the break in wasn't her fault until the Latina fell asleep.

"Britt?" Santana looked around the hotel bedroom quickly as she sat up. She noticed the sliver of light coming in the crack in the doorway and realized Brittany must be in the living room portion of the suite. She slipped out of bed and went to find her, yawning as she walked. She saw Brittany sitting on the floor in front of the couch, her laptop and iPad in front of her, papers spread out around her. She had a pencil in her hair, her eyes fixated on the paper she was holding.

Santana walked closer and sat on the couch behind Brittany and began to massage her shoulders. "What are you doing up?"

Brittany leaned back into Santana's embrace as the Latina, leaned down and hugged her, kissing her on the neck before resting her chin in the crook of her wife's neck. "I have a presentation for some big time clients tomorrow, flying home set me back a little." She quickly looked up at Santana. "I don't mean I'm upset I had to fly back to New York."

"I know what you mean, B." Santana assured her, kissing her quickly.

Brittany nodded. "I wanted to spend time with you three this afternoon and evening when we landed, so now I can finally squeeze in a little time to go over some last minute notes."

"Are you going to accept the position here tomorrow?" Santana asked, massaging Brittany's shoulders again.

Brittany shook her head and moved to sit on the couch next to Santana. "No, I want us to talk more about the position and everything tomorrow afternoon." She pulled Santana to straddle her and sit in her lap. "We have a lot to discuss and would have a lot to plan in a short amount of time, Taylor would be switching schools, we would have to get a house right away, and most importantly what about your career?"

Santana smiled. "I love you, and because I love you so much, I'm willing to put my career on hold for a little while. You know our savings account is in great shape, our checking accounts are as well, we can afford for one of us to not work for a few months. I want to get the girls situated down here and comfortable, so I can take a few months off before looking for a new position down here. I'll talk to the chief in my department and see if they can put in some calls for me. I think we have a sister hospital down here anyways. I want you to take the position, and not because I don't want to be in our house in New York anymore, but because you deserve it, you've worked your ass off in this company and this is a great opportunity. I just have one question about it?"

"Sure."

"Would you still have to travel as much?" Santana asked. "In your position now, in New York, you do a lot of traveling, so by being VP would you travel a lot too?"

Brittany rested her hands on Santana's hips. "Yes I would travel, but it would be just for the day usually, I would fly by company jet early in the morning, and be back around dinner. The only overnight traveling would be to New York twice a year for conferences, but I was hoping you and the girls would come for that."

"Okay." Santana nodded. "That's not bad at all, so I still have you at night?"

"Yes." Brittany replied. "You have me all night."

Santana wiggled her eyebrows with a big smile. "Are you ready to come to bed? Or do you need to work a little more?"

Brittany stared in Santana's tired eyes and decided she wanted to get in bed with her wife. "It's been a long day after a rough night, and even though I know you won't admit it because you don't want to distract me from work, you need me in bed with you, and that's exactly where I want to be right now."

"Thank you." Santana sighed in relief. "I know you're working and didn't want to..."

"Bother me whenever you need to." Brittany finished for her. "You had a super traumatic experience last night, baby. I know you need me right now, and I'm here."

"Do you mind if the girls sleep with us?" Santana asked.

"Not at all." Brittany shook her head quickly. "I'll clean up a little in here, do you want to get Tay and Sky?"

Santana kissed her on the cheek and stood up to make her way to the second bedroom where Taylor was sitting up in bed, wide awake. "Hey, are you okay, Tay?"

The young Latina shook her head quickly. "The robbers can't find us here, can they?"

Santana sat on the bed, glancing at Skylar, who was sound asleep, holding a teddy bear tightly. She rubbed Taylor's back, kissing her on the forehead, before running her fingers through her hair. "You're safe here baby, the robbers can't find us here."

"Are you sure?"

"I'm super sure." Santana nodded. "Why don't you come get in bed with momma and me?"

"Skylar has to come too, we can't leave her here, because she doesn't have her crib, so I have to hold her in my sleep." Taylor spit out quickly.

"Of course she's coming too, I'll carry her, grab your pillow and head on over." Santana told her with a small smile as she picked up Skylar, carefully, not wanting to wake her up, but was unsuccessful when Skylar's big brown eyes opened slowly.

"Shhhhh, go back to sleep, baby girl, mami is just holding you." Santana whispered as she rubbed her back, coaxing her back to sleep as she carried her to their bedroom.

"Is she awake?" Brittany asked as she pulled the cover over Taylor.

"Not really, just woke up a little when I moved her." Santana whispered, wanting to stay quiet as she laid Skylar down next to Brittany. She smiled, when Skylar locked eyes with Brittany and reached for her, holding Brittany's t-shirt as her mother snuggled close to her. Santana ran out of the room to the suite door and double checked the locks before she slipped in behind next to Taylor. She wrapped her arm around her eldest daughter and peppered kisses to her forehead when Taylor turned to face her and hugged her tightly.

"Good night." Brittany told the room, leaning forward to kiss Taylor on the back of the head and kissing Santana on the lips quickly.

"You're shaking, Tay." Santana whispered in Spanish as she slid down so she could rest her forehead on her daughters, closing her eyes, since Taylor's were closed. "You're safe, sweetheart, I have you. I know you're a little shaken, I am too, but try to relax, baby girl."

Brittany stared at Santana, not knowing what she was saying but knew she was comforting Taylor so she rubbed Skylar's back and went to sleep herself, leaving her wife to have a moment with Taylor.

"You're okay, Taylor." Santana continued in Spanish softly. "Relax, sweetheart." She added, rubbing her back slowly, before starting to hum lowly, which relaxed Taylor, she stopped shaking and drifted to sleep a few minutes later. Santana exhaled deeply as Brittany reached over and lifted Santana's hand to kiss it.

"Good job, mami." Brittany winked when Santana opened her eyes and stared at her. "Calm yourself down now." She reminded Santana, who nodded and intertwined their fingers on Taylor's back.

"Mami." Skylar patted Santana on the forehead, as she sat next to her in bed. "Mami."

The Latina woke up slowly and opened her eyes slightly, not sure where Skylar's fingers were on her face. She cleared her throat softly as Skylar crawled on her chest and sat on her stomach.

"Mami."

"Sky Sky." Santana sang happily. "Good morning, baby." She added when she opened her eyes and held Skylar's hips.

"G'morning." Skylar mimicked with a smile.

"You're all dressed already." Santana laughed, standing Skylar up to look over her outfit, blue jean overalls with yellow glitter stars on them, a white t-shirt, and bright yellow and white star socks, a big yellow bow in her hair.

"Who got you dressed?" She asked as she sat up to hug her.

"Momma." Skylar pointed towards the bathroom door, Brittany walking out in a navy skirt suit, ivory blouse, and light blue and purple scarf, a few minutes later.

"I got her dressed for you since she woke up with me this morning." Brittany explained, bending down to kiss Santana. "Good morning."

"Morning, B." Santana replied. "You look great."

"Thank you." Brittany blushed. "I ordered breakfast for you three, Taylor is already up and eating, Sky wouldn't eat yet, but I'm sure she will when you do."

Santana nodded. "Thank you, are you gone most of the day?"

"No, just the presentation this morning, I should be back around 1pm, then you three have me all night. We can go out to a nice dinner." Brittany suggested, grabbing her wedding ring and slipping it on.

Santana set Skylar on the floor and watched her run out of the room before nodding. "Sounds good, thanks for ordering breakfast, I'll probably take the girls to some of the shops around her and let them pick out a few things, I know Christmas is coming, but a few small trinkets won't hurt."

Brittany loaded up her briefcase and closed it. "No, that won't hurt, at all. See you later, Santana."

Santana got out of bed as Brittany said goodbye to her daughters and made her way to the living room where Brittany was kissing Skylar on the cheek. "Bye B."

"Pancakes!" Skylar said happily as Santana made her a plate and set it on the floor next to where Taylor was eating.

"Morning, Tay." Santana smiled, kissing her daughter on the cheek.

"Morning, mami." Taylor smiled happily as Skylar sat next to her and watched Santana cut her pancakes before handing her one of her plastic forks.

Skylar, who was still getting used to using utensils, allowed Santana to position the fork in her hand, which was a little tricky since Skylar exhibited signs of being right handed. Once Skylar was comfortable holding the fork, Santana guided her hand to help her take her first bite.

"What are we doing today?" Taylor asked, drinking some of her juice.

Santana fixed herself a plate of mainly fresh fruit and grabbed a croissant and sat on the floor with her daughters, facing them, laughing softly at Skylar as she stabbed the pancake to pick it up. "Well momma has to work until this afternoon, so the three of us are going to explore downtown Phoenix."

Santana told her. "There are some shops and stores we can go to that are close to the hotel, then Sky Sky is going to take a nap so when momma gets out of work she's nice and energized and we are going to do something really fun."

"No nap." Skylar shook her head quickly. "Play wif Sky."

"Mami will play with you, but you need to eat your pancake and your sausage." Santana pointed to her plate.

"I looked up something fun to do." Taylor smiled happily, jumping up to grab her iPad, Skylar turning to watch her before focusing back on her pancake.

"Can we go here?" She asked, handing the tablet to Santana.

"Butterfly Wonderland?" Santana read out loud. "This looks really nice, Tay, but they close at 5pm, and momma has her meeting until 1 so we will be cutting it close, so how about we go tomorrow morning after breakfast?"

"Sounds good." Taylor nodded.

"But fly?" Skylar asked Santana.

The Latina nodded. "Si, you like butterflies, mami will take you to see some tomorrow." Skylar smiled as Santana wiped her face for her placed a few pieces of cantaloupe on her plate for her. "Taylor, get dressed when you're done honey, so you can watch your sister for me, while I get dressed." Taylor nodded.

"Okay."

"Mami!" Skylar whined as she tried to climb out of her stroller, a scowl on her face.

"Si, baby." Santana hummed as she pushed the stroller through the store they were in.

"Out." Skylar demanded.

Santana pulled back the top of the stroller and looked at her daughter, who was staring back at her.

"Sky out."

Santana unbuckled her and scooped her in her arms, before she continued through the store. Skylar grabbed Santana's tshirt and held a fist of it as they made their way down the aisles, Taylor stopping to look at various trinkets in the store. They were in the third store on the strip so far, Santana having already spent close to one hundred dollars on random things that Taylor asked for as they passed the time until Brittany was out of her meeting. Skylar wasn't used to being in her stroller for long and began to get cranky, which Santana didn't want.

"Are you happy now?" Santana asked Skylar, after the baby kissed her on the cheek, laughing when she nodded.

"Tay." Skylar pointed to her sister, who was looking at some stationary to the side.

"No, you stay right here with mami, it's a big store so I don't want you walking around." Santana shook her head. "I need you to hug me."

Skylar stared at her, a small frown forming as Santana let go of the stroller she was still pushing and tickled her daughter. "Can we get this for Aunt Quinn?" Taylor asked, running over and holding up a leather legal pad binder.

"It can be a Christmas gift, cuz she let us stay at her house the other night." Santana looked over the binder, running her hand on the smooth leather before setting it down on the counter next to her so she could open it. She looked at the slot for business cards, ink pens, and a calculator. She then flipped it over to see the price, which was sixty dollars. "This is a nice gift Taylor, are you sure it's what you want to get her?"

Taylor nodded. "And she needs a stylus, I heard her complaining about hers when me and Sky..."

"Sky and I." Santana softly corrected her.

Taylor blushed and nodded. "Yeah, when Sky and I stayed over there for the sleepover. She said the tip wasn't working or something."

"Okay, baby, see if they have a reddish brown one, that's the color her briefcase is." Santana told her as Skylar stuffed her pacifier in her mouth. "You don't need it." She shook her head at her daughter and pulled it out of her mouth, regretting that she clipped it to her overalls before they left the hotel.

Santana was adamant on breaking Skylar from her pacifier addiction, she only wanted her to use it to soothe herself at night, or calm herself down at daycare. Brittany however, allowed Skylar to use it when she simply played around the house, so there were many discussions and small arguments over it.

"Sky's." She shook her head quickly and stuck it back in her mouth, glaring at Santana before looking around the store again.

"Found one!" Taylor held it up excitedly.

"Cool, hold on to it, okay?" Santana nodded as they began to walk through the store again. She picked out a few things for her parents for Christmas, as well as picking out some gifts for a few coworkers, mainly the nurses and receptionists in her department. Santana was one of the few surgeons that treated everyone as an equal at work, no matter your role in the department she never carried herself as better or more important than anyone. She always gave gifts on Christmas, she remembered birthdays and would order edible arrangements or bring in cupcakes, just to show her appreciation as much as she could.

After Skylar wiggled for ten minutes, Santana finally set her down. "Taylor, hold her hand, baby, please don't let it go for anything unless you are handing her back to me."

"Okay." Taylor smiled. "Hold my hand Sky."

Skylar smiled brightly, holding her sister's hand, as she walked next to her, Santana had her daughters walk in front of her as they made their way through the remainder of the store, Skylar spotting a purple football that she wouldn't set down, so Santana bought it for her.

They went to another three stores, where Santana let Taylor pick out gifts for both sets of grandparents, and for Brittany. Taylor also picked out a gift for her piano and ballet teachers. She then helped Skylar pick out a gift for her daycare teacher before Santana stopped at a small park and a line of food trucks. She knew Brittany was going to a luncheon so decided to have a little picnic with her daughters before heading back to the hotel to put Skylar, who would start to get cranky any minute now, down for a nap.

Santana buckled a screaming and crying Skylar back in her stroller, Taylor trying to comfort her sister, and headed across to the street. "Grab the stroller while we cross the street, Tay." Santana told her, noticing how fast the traffic was speeding down the street. Santana noticed how crowded the area was and decided with as cranky as Skylar was becoming that it would be best to head back to the hotel and order room service.

"Are we going to the food truck?" Taylor asked as Santana sigh when Skylar began to scream louder.

"No, Skylar is too fussy so we are going to head back to the hotel and order room service, you can get whatever you want, baby." Santana replied.

"Okay." Taylor shrugged, glancing at Skylar, who was extremely red in the face, huge tears streaming down her cheeks.

Santana stopped the stroller and unbuckled Skylar, picking her up as she rubbed her back and tried to calm her down. "You're tired, I can tell." She cooed to her as she began to bounce her slightly.

"I can push the stroller." Taylor smiled, grabbing the handle quickly as they walked.

"Thanks Tay." Santana smiled as Skylar's screams calmed down and she rested her head on Santana's chest, rubbing her eyes in the process. "Stay close to me, honey." She told her when Taylor slowed down as she walked to look around.

3pm

"Sorry I'm late." Brittany whispered as she walked in the hotel suite. Santana was laying on the couch, Skylar on her chest fast asleep, and Taylor fast asleep in front of her. "Cutest sight ever." She added with a smile as she leaned down and caught Santana's lips.

"It's okay." Santana told her as Skylar exhaled and wiggled in her sleep. "How did the presentation go?"

"Good, and you'll be excited to know I'm off of work through the end of the year now." Brittany smiled as she kissed Taylor on the forehead, before kissing Skylar, who opened one eye and stared at her. "Hey Smiley." She laughed, when the baby's face turned into a big smile. "There are a few people I want you to meet tomorrow night, just downstairs in the hotel."

"Okay." Santana nodded. "What about the girls?"

"They can come too, one of the guys I'll be working with has a daughter Taylor's age." Brittany explained, sitting on the floor and reaching for Skylar, who was reaching out for her. She set her in her lap as Skylar rested on her chest, her eyes fluttering closed again before she forced them open and stared at Santana until they closed again. "It's not a major business meeting, I just want you to meet who I'll be working with."

"Sounds good." Santana replied. "She was so cranky earlier, but we did some shopping on the strip, and I started looking up some school districts as well for Taylor."

"Really?" Brittany asked. "So you're really all in?" She laughed softly. "I got a lot of information this afternoon that we can talk about later tonight in bed."

"Mama." Skylar looked up at Brittany.

"Yes, baby." Brittany replied, rubbing her back. "Why are you cranky?"

Skylar stared at her and shrugged, leaning back on her chest and sticking her fist in her mouth. Taylor began to wake up slowly, so Santana rubbed her back and stared at her until she woke up completely. "Hey sleepy head." Santana teased, causing Taylor to blush.

"Hola." She replied, as Brittany leaned over and kissed her on the cheek.

"Are you okay, Taylor?" Brittany asked as Skylar wiggled out of her grip and walked over to a pile of blocks on the floor and began to play, suddenly wide awake and ready for some action.

"Si momma, I just fell asleep because I like laying in mami's arms." Taylor admitted, wiggling deeper into Santana's embrace, who hugged her daughter tighter, kissing the back of her head. "Laying with mami always makes me sleepy." She added through a giggle.

"You calling me boring?" Santana laughed.

"No, mami. I just feel safe with you, and you too momma." Taylor explained.

Santana smiled while nodding as Brittany moved to sit on the couch. "Go wash your face Tay, and get your shoes on."

"Where are we going?" Santana asked, stretching out when Taylor left to wash her face, Skylar running behind her.

"I got tickets to take the girls to the aquarium this afternoon." Brittany told her, standing up and pulling Santana with her to the other bedroom.

Santana sat on the bed before lying down on her side, watching Brittany take her suit off to change into something more comfortable for the day. "That sounds fun, and since we bought Sky all the sea life animal books this will really help her identify some animals."

Brittany pulled out a pair of cargo shorts and a white v neck t-shirt to slip on before setting down a binder in front of Santana. The Latina finally tore her

eyes off of Brittany's body and looked down at the binder. "What's this?"

Brittany pulled up her shorts and sat on the bed. "This is my new salary." She pointed to a figure before looking at Santana.

"Shit!" Santana's jaw dropped open. "Damn, B, we can afford for me to retire at this salary."

Brittany nodded. "We'll be able to provide a great life for the girls, and put more money in their trust funds and in the college tuition funds."

"We have a great life mapped out for them right now, but this will definitely enhance it." Santana nodded.

"This figure is what they are giving me as a bonus for moving." Brittany pointed to the next figure. "This is what they are giving us for schooling for

Taylor and Skylar, if we were to decide to put them into private school, and this is what they are giving us as a down payment on a new house, they are also offering to get us in a condo and pay the rent and utilities for up to six months until we find a house. I think it's a company condo, but it's fully furnished."

Santana looked over the figures as Brittany put her shirt on and grabbed a pair of sneakers to slip on. "They are really giving us this much as a down payment?" Santana asked, watching Brittany nod. "We can get a huge house with this, one with a big backyard for the girls, maybe even a pool."

"How are we going to work out the move?" Brittany asked.

"Do you have to start that day?" Santana asked. "Are you full time right away in the role?"

"I can check." Brittany replied as Skylar ran in the room. "Let's talk later."

"Ready to see some fishies?" Santana asked Skylar, who shook her head and ran back out of the room.

Brittany laughed. "Giving you a hard time today?"

"Yes." Santana rolled her eyes. "She doesn't like her stroller." She added slipping on a pair of all red converse.

Brittany laughed as she switched purses and slipped her purse in the diaper bag. "She's just not used to it, but I think we'll use it a lot more down here."

"Are you excited about this?" Santana asked her.

Brittany paused and nodded, locking eyes with her. "Yes, but I want you to be excited and comfortable as well."

Santana walked over to her and wrapped her arms around her waist. "I'm very excited baby, it's happening fast, so it's a lot to process and take in, but I'm happy you're getting this opportunity. You've worked your ass off in that company, and you more than deserve this. I look at this as a way to try to become the chief of surgery again...I'm not going to get it in New York, but I might have a better shot down here. This is a good move for our family. I read up on Phoenix and Scottsdale, and I like what I've read so far."

"I love you." Brittany smiled.

"I know." Santana teased with a wink. "And you know that I love you so, so, so much."

Santana pushed Skylar's empty stroller since Brittany was holding her hand as they walked through the aquarium. Santana was walking next to Taylor, her arm wrapped around her daughter. "Having fun, baby?" Santana asked, glancing down at her.

"Yeah, Arizona's cool, we are wearing shorts in the winter." Taylor laughed.

"You've been kind of quiet." Santana pointed out. "Since you fell asleep earlier you haven't been talking as much."

Taylor looked up at her as Skylar began to screech and laugh, they looked over and saw Brittany holding her to the glass as a number of bright colorful fish swam by, Skylar pointing at each one excitedly.

"Did you shoot the robber?" Taylor asked.

Santana stopped and stared at her daughter. "No, I didn't." She admitted. "I did shoot my gun, but I did it to scare the robber, I didn't aim it at his body."

Taylor chewed on her bottom lip. "Do you shoot at people a lot?"

Santana looked around quickly and led Taylor over to a bench to sit down on, she looked up at Brittany and smiled when she saw her taking selfies with Skylar in front of the fish, Skylar had a huge smile on her face as she hugged Brittany tightly around the neck.

"Taylor, the two guns I have at home are only for protection, I don't pull them out to show anyone, or just to shoot people." She began to explain. "My job as a doctor is to fix people, right?" Taylor nodded quickly. "I fix their hearts if I can, but my other job as your mami is to keep you and Sky safe, and to protect you and unfortunately that meant I had to fire my gun."

Brittany tossed Skylar in the air, kissing her on the cheek as she caught her when she glanced at Santana, she mouthed if everything is okay to her, to which Santana nodded back to her. "Let's go see these fishies over here."

Brittany told Skylar, setting her back on the floor so she could walk to the next tank.

"Mama, fishies!" Skylar screeched, pointing to the side.

"So pretty." Brittany nodded with a smile.

"Pretty." Skylar mimicked, holding her mother's hand tightly.

"So, you didn't try to shoot him?" Taylor asked.

Santana shook her head. "No, baby, I didn't want to shoot the robber or try to kill him. I wanted to scare him off so you and Sky stayed safe. I've never been so scared in my life. When I fired the gun, I shot above his head, and just like I suspected he turned and ran. But I shouldn't have done that, because if the robber had..." She paused and took a deep breath. "If the robber had a gun then he could have shot me and then I wouldn't be able to protect you and Sky. But, as your mom, I took a risk, I needed to protect you both. You two are my heartbeat, and I will do whatever it takes to protect you both."

"Thanks for keeping us safe." Taylor smiled.

"You're welcome." Santana winked at her. "You don't have to thank me for that, Taylor. I'll always keep you and Sky safe." She hugged her tightly before they both stood up and walked over to where Brittany and Skylar were.

Skylar looked up at Santana and smiled brightly before pointing to the tank. "Fishies!"

"I see." Santana smiled at her as Taylor kneeled down behind her sister, kissing her on the cheek and beginning to point out different color fish to her.

Brittany stepped back and wrapped her around Santana's waist. "Everything okay?"

Santana leaned into Brittany's embrace. "Yeah, Tay just had some questions about the night of the break in. Everything is okay."

Brittany stared at her. "Want to talk to later?"

"Yeah."

"Okay, let's go see some more animals and then the gift shop." Brittany stated.

"Toys!" Skylar's eyes lit up as Santana reached down to pick her up, kissing her on the cheek.

Brittany kissed Skylar, who was holding her new stuffed dolphin tightly, on the cheek and ran her fingers through Taylor's hair before kissing her on the cheek too. "Sleep tight." She whispered as she stood up and left the room. She left their bedroom door open and turned on the lamp closest to their room before she headed across the suite to their bedroom, where Santana was walking out of the bathroom, wrapped in a big robe. Her hair was in a bun on the top of her head, and she was visibly tired.

She smiled softly at Brittany before sitting on the side of the bed and stretching. "I talked to my mom while you put the girls to bed, she offered to come to Arizona but I told her we were okay. I just want to keep the girls calm. Taylor is still pretty shaken up, and I love my mom but I think she'll just get Tay all hype with all of her questions and stuff"

"I agree." Brittany nodded as Santana held her head in her hands.

"We can handle this with Tay, I talked to her earlier about my having a gun and firing one of them, but I think we both should talk to her sometimes tomorrow, or when we get back to New York." Santana suggested, looking up at Brittany.

"I agree." Brittany moved to sit behind Santana, wrapping her arms around her waist and kissing her on the back of the neck before resting her chin on her shoulder. "How are you?" She asked.

"I'm okay, B." Santana shrugged.

"Hmmmm." Brittany hopped off the bed and closed their bedroom door. "Lay down, baby." She nodded towards the bed, turning on the baby monitor. She watched Santana take her robe off, revealing her tank top and boy shorts before taking off her own sweats and slipping in bed next to her. "I know it's early, but how about we get some rest. You're tired, so tired. I can tell. You have to rest your mind, I know you're worried about Tay and still thinking about what happened the other night, but you have to try to relax. Taylor will feed off of your energy, and you know Sky does, which is why she was probably cranky around you. I noticed you were limping today, a sign you're stressed."

Santana nodded as she snuggled close to Brittany, she pressed their lips together. "I'll be okay, B." She sighed. "So Butterfly Wonderland, casual

house shopping, a museum, and meeting with new coworkers tomorrow?" She lists off.

"Yes." Brittany nodded before kissing her again and holding her tightly. "Good night."

"Good night baby"
