Chapter 2: Rowdy Beach Zone
Meanwhile, somewhere on the outskirts of town, there stood a corporate building with 4 colored squares in the corner. The 4 squares were colored Red, Blue, Green and Yellow respectively and had the words "Macrosoft" written next to it. It was the Macrosoft Headquarters, and the company was about to receive a rude awakening.
Inside the corporate building; in the CEO's office on the 60th floor, the CEO of Macrosoft, Robert Bob Donovich was doing regular paper work while answering phone calls.
Rob had white hair with a ponytail, he wore a black suit and black pants with a red tie and had a goatee for a beard.
As Rob went about his day to day operations, the phone began to ring. Rob reached for the telephone and picked it up to answer the call. "Good morning, this is Rob Donovich, CEO of Macrosoft, how may I assist you?"
The voice on the other end however was very panicky. "Mister Donovich, this is Ralph Torres of the Macrosoft Security Department. I regret to inform you that a new bill was recently passed to declare détente between Optical Illusions and the United Anti-Virus Movement. I was just wondering, did you know about this?"
Rob wasn't so happy to hear about the new détente bill. "What?!!! Are you serious?!! I thought we lobbied the government against this!!! Did the U.A.V and Optical Illusions seriously just declare détente between each other. Do you even know how many times these 2 companies butted heads?!!"
"Unfortunately, it is true sir. Our U.A.V representative and anti-virus minister; Windows Defender witnessed the entire press conference and he wasn't happy about it either." Torres remarked,
Stressed out and unable to cope with the situation, Rob then asked Torres a simple question, "Mister Torres, can you please contact Windows Defender, and ask him who was the jack of eights responsible for authorizing this bill?"
"One moment please." Torres replied, he then pressed a button on the phone to place Rob's call on hold. As his call was waiting, elevator music began to play in hopes to entertain him.
After quite a while of hearing elevator music, an automated messaged sounded on the other end of the phone. "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line. Your call may be recorded for training purposes only."
Rob wasn't having any of it, "And now I understand why no one likes their phone calls to be put on hold."
After a good 3 minutes, Torres picked up the phone and the call resumed, "Mister Donovich, Ralph Torres. I just spoke to Windows Defender and he has informed us that this détente bill was officially authorized by Content Control."
"WHAT?!!!" Rob was shocked; he rocked his chair back too far and he fell to the floor on his back. Despite the pain, Rob then quickly got back to his feet. "Dear god... not these clowns!!! And what does this mean for the United Anti-Virus movement and Optical Illusions?"
"This bill specifically states that no viruses are to be harmed by the United Anti-Virus movement unless the U.A.V have been provoked." Torres answered,
Rob slams his fist on his desk, "But this is an outrage. This détente bill goes against everything that the United Anti-Virus movement stands for. Is there no other recourse to fight this bill and stop it from reaching the supreme court of justice?"
Torres thought about it for a moment, "Well mister Donovich, there's only one way to fight this bill. Firstly, we must..."
Suddenly, before Torres could finish his sentence, the phone lines were abruptly cut, and Torres' voice was replaced with static.
Scared by what was happening, Rob began to yell into the phone hoping to reach Torres who was currently offline from the phone call, "Torres? Torres!!! Come In Torres! Your signal has been cut. Come In Torres!!!"
But just then, the static was replaced with a 3-tone beep followed by a recorded message which spoke, "The number you have reached has been disconnected. If you feel that you reached this number in error, please check the number or try your call again." The next sound that followed was the sound of the phone going off the hook.
Rob was becoming more terrified, "Torres? Torres!!! Come In Torres!"
Finally, the phone signal turned to static once again, and moments later; from the other end spoke a sinister voice that pissed off the CEO even further.
"Mister Robert Bob Donovich, CEO of Macrosoft Corporation. I regret to inform you, but this phone line is now the property of Content Control." Said Quant who was responsible for intercepting Torres' signal.
"WHAT?!!! HOW IN THE HELL DID YOU COMPROMISE OUR PHONE LINES SO EASILY?!!!" Rob shouted as he was in shock,
"Simple. Macrosoft Corporation has violated our terms and conditions of conspiring to shut down Content Control. This violation goes against paragraph 2.4 of our terms and conditions, authorized by the supreme court of justice; which states that all companies are forbidden from shutting down Content Control.
As a result, we have launched the Rat virus. Tis a virus that cuts telephone lines and disables internet routers from functioning. We then rerouted your I.P address to our headquarters where we are currently monitoring this phone call for investigation purposes." Quant explained.
Finally having enough, Rob walks towards the window and decides to give Content Control a piece of his mind, "Listen to me Content Control, you may have seized my company and all my assets. But that still won't stop us from releasing our next PC platform; Doors 9."
Quant laughed, "I must admit Macrosoft, you have lots of guts. But not enough guts to shut us down. For you see... please check your security cameras."
Looking very worried, Rob slowly walks towards his computer which was playing surveillance footage from the security cameras within the building.
As he looked closely at one of the camera's live feed, he saw an army of soldiers breaking into the reception hall of Macrosoft, and started shooting Stuxnet capsules with their KA57 pencil guns to as many employees and innocent bystanders within the premises.
Among the victims running for their lives was U.A.V minister Windows Defender, who had light blue and silver armor, a light blue cape and a blue shield logo on his armor, and Ralph Torres; the head of Macrosoft Security.
As they both ran for their lives, they unfortunately got gunned down by the armored soldiers. The soldiers then patrolled around the reception desk to secure the area.
Among the soldiers patrolling the area was a black and red looking robot with black dragon wings. It was Void's stepfather; Dragon, and he was ransacking the reception desk to search for property which could eventually be sold on the black market Ebay.
Dragon opened a nearby cupboard within the reception desk and pulled out an article which told the story about the Demotivator repair shop and the boy who went missing.
Dragon looked carefully at the boy who was in the picture of the article and said to himself, "Hmm, why does this adorable little boy in the middle of this picture look very... familiar?"
Dragon then folded the paper and placed it in his pocket before turning around to address the armored soldiers. "Alright dragons, new orders!!! For the next 6 months, we will be searching for this boy. He has black hair hanging down to his eyes, he's wearing a blue shirt with black pants. If anyone of you see him, I want him alive!!!"
"SIR, YES SIR!!!"Shouted the dragons as they marched out of the Macrosoft building,
Before Dragon walked out, and returned to his fellow soldiers. He approached the nearest security camera and announced, "Our sincere apologies Macrosoft Corporation. But as the leader of the 9 dragons, and the new COO of Macrosoft; by order of Content Control, this broadcast has officially been canceled!!!"
Dragon then took out his KA57 Sovette pencil gun from his belt and fired at the security camera; destroying the device and turning the surveillance footage into static.
Meanwhile, back at the beach with the white sand and rough waves. Void was still sitting under the umbrella with his eyes closed. He was taking shade while breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the breezy wind that blew through his face.
As he continued to relax, he heard the sound of 2 girls who were laughing and having fun in the distance. Void opened his eyes and turned his attention to the laughing girls.
One girl had orange hair and a wing pin in her hair; while wearing an orange bikini. The other girl had light blue hair, had cat ears and wore a light blue bikini. Both girls placed their towels on their beach chairs and ran straight to the water to have some fun.
Void smiled at the girls as he watched them have fun and play in the water. An activity that Void never had a chance of experiencing; considering that he was a robot, and that his mother board would blue screen if his armor was subjected to water damage. Void's face turned from happy to upset as he never experienced this kind of fun.
He then took out the picture of him and SNT from his pocket, and looked at it once again.
As he continues to look at the picture, unbeknownst to him, a large armored robot with red and maroon armor and a maroon cape named Minister Avira walked up towards the umbrella, and began to sit next to him.
"Nice day at the beach, isn't it?" Avira asked Void,
Void then turned his head to discover Minister Avira sitting next to him, he jumped up from the beach chair and was shocked by his unexpected arrival. "Minister Avira?!! What the heck are you doing here? Shouldn't you be disinfecting computers at U.A.V headquarters?"
Minister Avira laughs, "Nice to see you again Void Ranger, I was just about to ask you the same question. Shouldn't you be studying back at the U.A.V academy?"
Void walked back to the beach chair to sit down and looked on into the distance. His expression on his face wasn't very happy; as he began to shed some tears. "The academy has been destroyed, Optical Illusions had won. They destroyed the academy while we were in Genesis; trying to save the 4 maidens from the blue screen memory dump."
Avira then bowed his head in shame, "Then i'm afraid we all fell victim to the fall of the academy... For shame."
Void then turned his head and began to cry towards Minister Avira, "Indeed, and to make matters worse, SNT sent her letter of resignation to Minister Norton. And I haven't seen her ever since... I wonder where she is now? Is she happy? Is she still in mourning? I must know!!!"
Avira gave Void a quick hug, "Unfortunately, I have no clue on her whereabouts." He then turned Void around and pointed him to the 2 girls playing in the water, "However, I would definitely ask those girls over there."
Void and Minister Avira watch the 2 girls playing catch with a beach ball in the water.
Suddenly, Void wipes the tears from his face and begins to get suspicious. "Wait!!! You know those girls?!! Do they have anything to do with SNT?! And how the heck do you know so much about them?!!!" He questioned.
Avira smirks, "Well mister Void, I may not be their installed anti-virus on their computers... but as a member of the United Anti-Virus movement, tis still my responsibility to monitor every I.P address, every WiFi connection, every username and password and every virus that infects their system. For security purposes of course." Avira reassures.
"And you're telling me that one of those girls might be able to help me reunite with SNT?!!!" Void asked,
"You'll never know unless you try." Said Minister Avira as he lifted his arm up to gesture Void to walk up to the girls.
But suddenly, just as Void was ready to leave the umbrella, Void heard the sounds of guns being loaded with ammunition magazines.
"Nobody is interrogating anyone unless we have anything to say about it!!!"Said a sinister voice coming from behind,
Void and Avira turned around and saw 3 soldiers cornering them. 2 of the soldiers were dragons holding their KA57 pencil guns, while the third soldier was a moderator for Content Control.
The moderator wore black and gold armor and carried a KA57 pencil gun with a modified blaster attachment in front.
Realizing that Content Control was present on the beach, the 2 girls quickly scrambled out of the water, packed their personal belongings and made a break for it.
Void watched as the 2 girls were running for their lives, before turning his head back towards the armored soldiers.
The soldiers pointed their guns at the 2 anti-virus robots, "Stop right there, you criminal scum!!! We are Content Control. We caught you spying on other content creators. With that being said, put your hands behind your back, you're both under arrest!!!"
Avira wasn't impressed by who he was confronting, "Well well well... Nicketpod. Former virus author, now a member of Content Control. I hope you're happy after that stupid stunt you just pulled between the United Anti-Virus movement and Optical Illusions. You do realize that this détente bill goes against everything we of the U.A.V stand for?"
Nicketpod bows before the minister, "Of course minister. For too long, we watched you anti-virus vendors mop the floor with thousands of viruses, and putting an end to hundreds of virus syndicates from around the world. And yet, Optical Illusions still stands as the most dangerous virus syndicate known to man."
Shocked and outraged, Void took a few steps back as he came to a revelation, "They authorized the bill so that the U.A.V wouldn't be able to fight back, after Optical Illusions destroyed the academy!!!"
"And a clever move by minister Total AV if I do say so myself." Said Nicketpod who was admiring Total AV's skills and techniques to protect his company from going under.
Minister Avira crossed his arms and looked at the soldiers, he was furious. "So, you formed Content Control to litigate and censor online content. Optical Illusions took advantage of the situation, and ordered Content Control to pass a bill that maintains order between both companies?!!!"
Minister Avira then turns his back on the soldiers and attempts to threaten them, "You know Content Control; you may not all be aware of this, but we of the United Anti-Virus movement have the right and the authority to take Content Control to court for invasion of privacy, as well as destroying freedom of speech.
Furthermore, what you have recently done to Macrosoft Corporation and my colleague; Minister Windows Defender was totally uncalled for, and I believe that you should all be charged with breaking and entering, armed robbery and possession of firearms. What say you to that?!!!" Minister Avira asked as he turned to look Nicketpod straight into his eyes.
Without second thought, Nicketpod aimed his modified KA57 pencil gun to Minister Avira's head, and fired a high powered laser; disintegrating the minister's body and reducing him into a mindless brain dead coconut.
"After dividing by zero... chop your balls off... with a chainsaw..." The coconut slowly spoke.
Shocked and furious, Void quickly picked up the coconut and held it in his arms. He then drew his sword and pointed it towards the soldiers. "Damn you Content Control, how dare you reduce Minister Avira into a mindless brain dead coconut!!! You're gonna pay for this!!!"
Nicketpod laughed as the 2 other soldiers aimed their pencil guns at Void and the coconut, "I think not. Soldiers, open fire!!!"
With the odds not in Void's favor, he began to run away from the soldiers as they opened fire and attempted to gun down the blue robot. But luckily for Void, he managed to escape the beach unharmed. Still, he needed to find a way to return Minister Avira back to an anti-virus robot.
As the soldiers were ready to chase after Void, Nicketpod quickly clothes lined them; thus stopping them in their tracks. "Let them go. Enough blood has been spilled on their account."
Nicketpod turns his attention to the hotels next to the beach, "Instead, let us follow those 2 suspicious girls. After all, they may very well be our next subject of interest." Nicketpod then lets out an evil laugh as his soldiers march towards the hotels; ready to search for the 2 girls who escaped the beach earlier.
