Chapter 15: Viewer-Made Malware Zone (Part 1)
We last left our poor heroes trapped and surrounded by Content Control with their guns aimed at them. We now find our heroes tied up and walking up the stairs towards another room inside the monastery. Leading the prisoners was the very minister who betrayed his people; Minister Sophos. Accompanying him were a couple of moderators for Content Control.
As the captured group walked closer and closer to the room on the upper floors, the sound of an audience began to grow louder and louder.
Our heroes were trying their hardest to get free from their binds,
"Sophos!!! Let us go!!! You traitor! You won't get away with this!!!" SNT shouted in anger,
"You were supposed to be the minister that prepares the U.A.V students for their graduation, and yet you joined forces with Content Control, and you led us into this dump?!" Void chimed in.
But Sophos chuckled, "Welcome to the monastery of Sin Serials. Tis here where all four of you will fight for your very lives in a battle for survival."
Sophos then turned towards the heroes and gave them a grim reality for what was about to happen.
"Now this is not a battle to be taken lightly children. In a few hours from now, you will all be executed by any means necessary."
"YOU'RE A F*NG PSYCHOPATH!!!" Catney shouted,
"I would love to kick you're a* right now!!!" Saki chimed in.
"Mock us however you want ladies. Your actions towards Content Control are inexcusable and should be met with appropriate actions." The minister responded,
Sophos then waved his arm; gesturing the heroes to continue following him, "I would advise you all to follow me, there is something important that you all must see."
Void looked up at the minister and gave him a stern look, "In that case, show me... I dare you."
Fearing for their lives, our heroes slowly followed the minister, not knowing what they were about to walk into.
When the minister and the heroes finally entered the room on the upper floors, our heroes were shocked at what they discovered.
It was a large 2 story room filled with stasis tanks around the room. In every stasis tank was a prisoner of Content Control who was trapped inside.
Inside the tubes were all the members of Team 182 including Maria Robotnik. Captain Cyber and his first mate Anchor were trapped inside. The principal of Robosoft elementary school was trapped as well. Minister Immunet, Clerk and Virus Ranger were also trapped inside the tanks. As well as Windows Defender and McAfee. To make matters worse, even the Axer Rangers and members of Macrosoft Corporation; Ralph Torres and Rob Donovich were also trapped inside the stasis tanks.
Weirdly enough, there was only one victim who was nowhere to be found inside any of the stasis tanks was Vic Kuroslov; the very first victim that Content Control had kidnapped.
Void and SNT both walked closer towards the stasis tanks. "Oh no!!! Content Control!!! They captured all of our friends!!! Minister McAfee, Hacker, Virus, Captain Cyber and Anchor!!! The Axer Rangers, Master Titanium and even Macrosoft!!!" Void shouted in shock; while trying to observe half of the victims locked inside the tanks.
"I see Marine, Daniela, Nicole and Shade, and now Maria was captured too!!! They also have Never and Subaru!!" SNT shouted in horror; as she wandered around on the opposite end of the room. "Woah, Content Control is so relentless!!"
"Indeed, they are. Freeing your friends however is quite simple." Sophos said as he slowly approached the pair, "Think of this execution as how I would envision your second... military... exam."
Void's eyes lit up in shock, "Of course... virus detection and removal."
Saki walked in between Void and the minister, "Hello?!! Earth to jacka*!!! What the f*k are you saying exactly?!!"
"Virus detection and removal. Tis an exam that acts somewhat as a gauntlet, but it can be very gruesome. Basically, the anti-virus must destroy as many viruses as he could. The grueling part about this exam is that its never-ending." Void explained. "The only way this exam will end is if the anti-virus falls."
"And their endurance during this exam will be calculated into their overall detection ratio. In turn, their detection ratio will become their final grade for the overall exam." Sophos concluded.
Sophos then turned his back from the heroes and began to slowly approach one of the stasis tanks.
"If you children wish to earn my respect, as well as the tools you'll need to win this war... you all must pass your second exam."
"And if we should refuse?!" Catney shouted as she approached the minister.
Realizing that Catney is getting closer to him, the minister drew his sword and aimed it towards the cat girl's neck. Catney became scared.
"I'm afraid you children have no other choice. After all, you wouldn't want to watch your friends become deleted from their seek test now, would you?" Sophos asked as he watched the moderators of Content Control bringing out crates of worms to show to the heroes.
Upon seeing those worms, Void and SNT began to have horrific flashbacks regarding the first time Void fought a worm inside the stasis tank.
When Void finally woke up, he was terrified to see a worm look him straight in the eyes.
He began to swim and squirm around the tank as the worm jumped forward and tried every attempt to bite him.
The worm then began circling around Void as he began to anticipate the worm's next move. Whenever the worm saw an opening, it would swim forward to take a quick bite out of Void, to which Void had to swim away quickly to avoid infection.
As Void and the worm got tired from chasing each other inside the tank, Void and the worm slowly began to catch their breath as they then locked eyes and got into an intense stare-down. Void stretched out his arm and reached for his sword attached to his belt. The worm hissed in disgust as it knew exactly what Void was about to do.
Void finally began to understand the worm's payloads; he needed to avoid all of its attacks for as long as possible while trying to find a way to escape.
The worm lunged at him, Void swam away to avoid it; only to realize that the worm wasn't going for him, but rather his oxygen tube.
Seeing the worm rip the tube out of his mouth, Void had no other choice but to hold his breath.
Poor Void was helpless and defenseless that he swam up to the stasis tank to bang his hands on the tank door to force it open.
He even attempted to push the door open in order to escape.
He attempted multiple times to bang on the doors and push them open. But the more Void tried, the faster his energy began to deplete.
Running out of options and losing hope, Void tried to swim down and boost into the door to force it open.
Suddenly, the worm wrapped itself around Void's neck and tried to squeeze his throat to choke him to death.
Losing oxygen, the only lifeline he had left was his sword that he thankfully still had with him.
He desperately drew his sword and tried to stab the worm's face.
But the worm swam away fast and avoided most of his attacks.
The worm then bit Void's leg causing him to drop his sword at the bottom of the tank.
"Ahhhhh!!!!" Shouted Void as he cried in pain.
As Void looked down, he noticed his leg to slowly begin to bleed out binary coded blood.
Void then grabbed his leg and struggled to swim around the bottom of the tank, while the worm attempted to dive down and deliver one final bite.
As the worm opened its mouth to try and suffocate Void, he quickly swam to the bottom of the tank, grabbed his sword and stabbed the worm's head.
After five seconds of excruciating pain for both Void and the worm, Void removed the sword from its head.
The worm was finally destroyed as it began to disintegrate into binary coded blood.
Once the blue robot and chimera's painful memories have cleared from their head, "Dam you Sophos, you wouldn't dare!!!" Void shouted.
"Yeah, I didn't think so either." Sophos smirked.
"You leave our friends out of this!!! This conflict is between you, me, us and Content Control!!!" SNT remarked, "Now release our friends, or else, I promise... things will get ugly!!!"
Sophos looked at the heroes disappointed, "Sorry children... but this is my monastery, therefore; my rules. Not yours."
"You rotten piece of s*t!!!" Saki shouted,
"Saki, calm down!" Catney cried as she nuzzled Saki's shoulder.
Sophos then looked up while getting closer to the sounds of a cheering audience from above.
"Now listen up children. Your second exam will consist of multiple consecutive rounds. Together, you will face whatever Content Control throws at you. If you should succeed, all four of you will advance to the next round. And as Void mentioned earlier, this exam will only end when the anti-virus falls." Sophos announced,
The minister then turned his attention towards the prisoners, "Furthermore, as per the U.A.V's rules and regulations, Norton's new Sonar advanced protection; will be prohibited throughout the entire duration of this exam."
"Yes traitor, I'm aware of your stupid rules and regulations. Why don't you rub it in our face; why don't you?" SNT snarked.
"You'll never get away with this!!!" Catney shouted.
Sophos then began to walk up the stairs towards the sound of the audience members cheering louder and louder, "Good luck children. And may the firewalls have mercy on your souls."
Suddenly, Content Control aimed their weapons towards the heroes and began to shove them towards Sophos' direction.
"Hey traitor!!! Don't forget, I have authorization to report you to U.A.V personnel as I did with Webroot last year!!!" Void shouted,
Upon hearing this, minister Sophos snapped, "YOU WHAT?!!!"
He then drew his sword and aimed it towards the prisoners, "GUARDS!!! GUARDS!!! I ORDER YOU TO GET THEM OUT OF MY SIGHT!!! GET THEM!!!"
As Content Control began to push and shove our heroes up the stairs; SNT cried out, "This isn't over Sophos!!! You hear me?!! It's just the beginning!!!"
Sophos simply looked back at the chimera and gave her a death glare. "Trust me little girl. It truly is... the beginning. This; I can assure you."
Meanwhile, somewhere in the lower floors of the monastery, a beat-up Tarantula was crawling around in the dungeon levels of the castle. As he staggered around to safety, Big Old Tori greeted his beaten partner.
"Tarantula, where were you?" The moderator barked, "Look at you, SNT nearly destroyed you!" He gave him a light slap on the shoulder, only for Tarantula to grab Tori's hand mech with his tentacle claw and squeeze it with his claw, leaving a massive dent,"Ow, ow, ow, ow!"
"Do not touch me with those grease hands!" Tarantula said.
"Ow! Please let go, this mech suit is expensive to repair!" Big Old Tori cried.
Tarantula opened his claw and released the moderator's arm. Big Old Tori then got to the spider-bot's face, "What were you thinking!? Going all by yourself trying to kill the chimera?!"
"I wasn't going to kill her, I just wanted to give her PTSD after what she did to me!" Tarantula smiled.
"Forgot it, just because she's your 'Arch enemy' does NOT mean you can disobey orders!" Big Old Tory shouted, "Do I make myself clear?"
"... Up yours jerk." The spider drone whispered,
"WHAT WAS THAT?!!" Big Old Tori shouted,
"I said it ruptures jerks." Tarantula responded while trying to keep a straight face.
Big Old Tori just looked at the spider looking robot weirdly and just walked away confused.
"You know what just for that, you're going with Infinite!" Big Old Tori ordered, he then turned his attention to a figure leaning on a nearby wall, "Infinite, watch over this drone, will you? Make sure he doesn't do anything... stupid."
Once Big Old Tori left the room, Tarantula turned around and noticed a mysterious figure who was meditating in the center of the room.
The figure is an anthropomorphic jackal with black fur. He has a white fur pattern on his back that resembles a ribcage, a bushy tail with five white tips, and long, white, stiff dreadlocks. His muzzle is white and protruding with cheek tufts, and he has a black nose and noticeable fangs.
It was Infinite the jackal, a former enemy of SNT who she fought years ago.
Recognizing who it was, the beat-up spider slowly walked towards the jackal and began to speak, "Infinite, can I speak with you?"
But the jackal growled in disgust, "Grrr... What do you want?"
Tarantula grinned "I wanted to speak to you about how we've been treated ever since we recently joined forces with Content Control."
Upon hearing the name of the company, Infinite simply turned his head and closed his eyes, "Yes. It's been pretty boring; I haven't left this place since Eggman's supposed death back Optical Illusions."
"Yes... meanwhile, I've been carrying out that Big Oaf's errands for the last two days." Tarantula agreed, "The only useful thing I was able to do on my own was blackmail that yellow pathetic excuse of a hedgehog and kidnap her friends!"
Infinite then opened his eyes and turned around to face the robot looking spider, "What are you getting at?"
Tarantula then raised one of its claws and rested it onto Infinite's shoulder, "Suppose we form an alliance to take down those Content Controlled clowns."
But Infinite quickly dismissed the idea, "You and me? An alliance?!! Impossible!!! Don't make me laugh! You and I both know; we aren't strong enough to fight them head on."
"I know that. As you said... we are vastly outnumbered, both heroes and villains alike. Which is why I need your help." Tarantula responded while slowly approaching the jackal,
But Infinite pushed Tarantula's claw away from his shoulder, and pointed his finger towards the spider looking robot, "Forget it! My illusions and your drones aren't sufficient for our take over."
"Precisely!" Tarantula acknowledged, "Which is why I've been thinking about my first encounter with this... SNT."
Upon hearing her name, Infinite became furious, "Wait! SNT?!!! You mean that... whatever she is... This SNT you speak of, you're saying there's more of her?!!"
"Yes. All in their own respective universes. Which is why I came to you." Tarantula grinned, "You have the power to travel through dimensions. From there, we can recruit others to join our cause."
Infinite then turned his back away from the spider. He then closed his eyes and thought about if for a brief moment,
After a few seconds, he opened his eyes and turned around responding, "So... when do we start... partner?"
Tarantula laughed, "Meet me in my laboratory at midnight. We shall discuss all the details from there."
Tarantula then turned around and crawled away from the room, leaving Infinite to think about what was going to happen to him and his new arachnid partner.
Minutes later, our heroes were brought upstairs to the second floor where they eventually made a grim discovery.
As they reached the end of the stairwell, our heroes found themselves in what looked like a futuristic stadium with a large audience cheering in the stands.
The stadium was huge. It had metal bleachers, silver pillars and support beams on the side. There were 3 floors of audience members, each floor had 9 rows of bleachers for the crowd to sit, scream and shout. It was massive.
As Content Control pushed and shoved our heroes towards the center of the stadium, Catney and Saki were moving their heads up left and right in shock.
"What the f*k are these f*rs cheering for?!! We're about to be executed!! You dumb sh*s!!!" Saki shouted.
"Maybe these people are supporting Content Control." Catney responded while on the verge of tears, "They support the censorship of our world, and killing off everyone who is against them."
Catney then began to nuzzle Saki's shoulder as she began to cry. "Why does everyone hate me?!!!"
Saki nuzzled back, "Listen nii-chan, nobody hates you! It's these f*rs that have a problem understanding the consequences of a censored world."
SNT looked back at the girls, "Saki is right, we just have to fight for our lives and prove to these idiots why Content Control is a bad thing."
Void looked at SNT and the girls and nodded in agreement.
Suddenly, as our heroes marched towards the center of the stadium; on the 3rd floor of the bleachers, was minister Webroot who was just entering the bleachers with a bag of popcorn and a ticket in his hand. He found an empty seat with the sign saying 'Reserved for Optical Illusions,' where he eventually took his seat.
"YES!!! YEEEESS!!! VOID IS GOING TO DIE!!! LET'S F*NG GO!!!!! F*K YES!!! YEEEESS!!" Webroot shouted while lifting his hand in the air in celebration.
Void and the girls were shocked to discover Webroot sitting in the audience,
"WAIT A MINUTE!!! MINISTER WEBROOT?!!! WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!!! I THOUGHT THE U.A.V ARRESTED YOU EARLIER?!!!" Void yelled,
Webroot got out of his chair and stood by the edge of the stands, "MUAHAHAHAHAHAA!!! JOKES ON YOU!!! THANKS TO TOTAL AV, HE RELEASED ME FREE WITH A FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR BOND!!!" Webroot shouted as he pointed his finger towards the heroes, "AND NOW I'M HERE TO ENJOY THE SHOW!!! HEHEHEHEHEHEHE!!! LET'S KILL THEM!!!"
Frightened, Catney and Saki approached Void and SNT, just as the robot and chimera got closer to the girls to comfort them.
All of a sudden, a large clam looking platform began to open up from one of the metal stands on the third floor. Emerging from the platform; ready to take their seats was Total AV and lord Quant; the leader of Content Control.
But before taking his seat, Quant stood by the edge of the platform and raised his arms to address the crowd.
"Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the 12 o'clock news at midnight! We are Content Control! And tonight, live... right here; inside the monastery of Sin Serials, we will be broadcasting tonight's execution of four long-time offenders who have been on the run, ever since our rise to power!!!"
After Quant's brief speech, Total AV got up from his chair and raised his arm towards Void and the girls, "Citizens of Sin Serials, supporters of Content Control, Optical Illusions, as well as the Eggman empire... Gaze at the prisoners standing before you!!!
A blue robot, and an aqua chimera, responsible for the downfall of Optical Illusions... two years in a row. And these two girls, Courtney also known as Project SNT, and Saki McGee; two girls who supported the robot and chimera for everything they've done up to this point!!!" Total AV introduced,
"Therefore, as your official moderator for tonight's execution... we hereby sentence thee to death, by any means necessary!" Quant announced. "And once this execution has ended, do keep in mind... that there will always be law and order within this censored world."
Finally, Total AV lifted his lands up in the air as the cheering grew louder and louder, "LET THE EXECUTION COMMENCE!!!"
"YES!!! KILL THEM!!!!" Webroot roared with excitement.
Just then, another platform from the side of the stadium where the heroes were standing began to elevate, as a silver looking relaxing lounge was shown for all to see. The lounge had a dining table and a sofa, as any homeowner would expect to have.
Stepping onto the relaxing lounge was Loyrak, one of Content Control's moderators.
Loyrak stood between the couch and dining table of the lounge with a microphone in his hand, where he began the introductions.
"Welcome ladies and gentlemen to tonight's execution. For those who don't know me, I am Loyrak from Content Control. And I am here to explain the rules for tonight's execution." Loyrak announced.
"So listen up! There will be no low blows, no biting, no nuclear warheads! And absolutely no eye extractions!!! Now then, we shall begin tonight's execution with the very first round... Dragons!!! Take your positions!!!" The moderator shouted.
As the crowd cheered on, one of the dragons near the end of the single file line began barking out orders, "Present, arm!!!"
Upon hearing the orders, the dragons marched into the stadium in single file, with their KA57 Sovette pencil guns in hand.
As Loyrak was addressing the audience, the rest of the moderators led the heroes towards 4 wooden posts in the middle of the stadium. From there, they proceeded to tie up each of our heroes to their separate posts.
Once our heroes were bound, Void looked over to the girls with a sad look on his face, "Umm, Catney, Saki and SNT?... Before we blue screen to our deaths... I want to apologize for everything that ever happened. I should have been a stronger anti-virus for all of you... But then again, I'm still just a novice."
Void then lowered his head in anger, as tears fell down his face.
But Catney turned her head towards the blue anti-virus and attempted to lift his spirits up, "Don't say that, Void!!! In my eyes, you are not a novice!!! You are an expert! You know more about cyber security than any of us ever will!!! And screw whatever the U.A.V says about you... I would install you as my anti-virus If I ever get the chance!!!" The cat girl shouted,
SNT turned her head towards Void to chime in, "Courtney's right! We still can't give up just yet! We can still beat them!!!"
Even Saki turned her attention towards the anti-virus robot, "Listen b*h, I am angry and I am frustrated!!! Just because you keep dying, doesn't mean you're useless!!"
Void looked up towards the girl, "You really mean that?"
SNT and Catney smiled while Saki smirked towards the blue robot, "...Always." SNT responded.
Once the pep talk was over, "Order, arm!" A dragon shouted as the armored soldiers stopped walking and stood in front of our heroes, while arming their rifles.
The heroes then turned their attention towards the soldiers; looking terrified as Catney took her last breath, "Alright... let's get this over with."
As the dragons lifted their pencil guns and began to aim them towards the prisoners, Quant began to announce, "Ladies and gentlemen... allow me to introduce to you all, the first combatants for tonight's execution. Introducing... the 9 dragons!!!"
The crowd began to cheer loud and proud as some audience members began to shout in binary, "01100100 01110010 01100001 01100111 01101111 01101110 01110011 00101100" (Dragons, kill them!!!)
"Dragons!!! The floor is yours; you have the opening kill." Quant concluded as he and Total AV took their seats, and the execution had finally begun.
The dragon soldier then gave out his final orders, "READY?!!! AIM!!! FIRE!!!"
Suddenly, as the dragons opened fire on our heroes, little did they realize... but their bullets were actually piercing the sides of their rope, causing both Void and SNT to quickly untie themselves from the posts and run for cover.
"C'mon SNT, we must protect the girls!!!" Void shouted.
"Right!" SNT agreed.
Both Void and SNT quickly drew their weapons and opened fire towards the soldiers. SNT fired a flamethrower from her wispon, while Void fired an energy beam from his sword.
"Who wants fried chicken?!!!" SNT snarked,
Void then began to slash, stab and hack away on a couple of soldiers, injuring them and incapacitating them. While SNT curled into a ball and performed a spin dash on a couple of other soldiers.
"Nice strike, SNT!!!" Void complemented.
Once the soldiers were K.Oed, both Void and SNT quickly ran towards Catney and Saki, they proceeded to untie their wrists from the posts.
"Catney, Saki! Be free ladies!!!" Void shouted, with our heroes free; Catney and Saki quickly ran for cover.
Void and SNT then held onto the girls' hands as they all continued running.
Upon observing what was happening, Webroot was becoming furious.
He took a few handfuls of popcorn and began to throw it down to the floor in protest. "Are you serious right now?!!! What kind of sick and twisted witchcraft was that?!! Come on!!!"
"I CAN BEAT THIS BLUEBERRY B*D WITH MY EYES CLOSED!!!" Webroot bragged.
As Webroot was shouting, a black and red armored robot with dragon wings was walking to the bleachers to find his seat. It was Void's stepfather, Dragon.
Once Dragon took his seat, he was suddenly approached by Webroot, "No but seriously, Dragon... Are you truly seeing how much carnage both Void and SNT are causing right now? It's incredible!!!"
Dragon simply responded by looking down at his stepson. "I have Webroot... I've been through it myself." Dragon growled.
As more soldiers attempted to retreat, Void quickly loaded another thermal clip into the grip of his sword and fired another energy beam towards them.
"Your serial codes have just been revoked!!!" Void shouted.
Meanwhile, other dragons were heading for the emergency exit of the stadium,
"LET ME IN!!! LET ME IIIIIIIIN!!!" Shouted one of the soldiers as he started knocking on the doors.
But it was too late for them, SNT then performed a homing attack on all the soldiers cornered by the fierce chimera.
"YEAH!!!" SNT shouted as she lifted her hand in the air and performed the peace gesture towards the crowd. Thus, the dragons were now defeated.
The crowd booed in anger and protest. They began to throw popcorn, candy bars and piles of trash onto the stadium floor.
"Why are they littering?" Catney asked worryingly as she and Saki were taking cover in a nearby corner, "Do these people even care about clean air?!"
"No, because their f*ds, what do you expect?!!" Saki responded.
Back at the clam looking platform on the third floor, both Total AV and Quant were observing the execution carefully. Quant then took a sip of his red wine that he had in his hand.
"Impressive... most impressive." Total AV growled; looking down at the defeated dragons. "Perhaps we should reconsider going back to the drawing board and rethink our strategy on how to spice up these executions, wouldn't you agree?"
"Indeed minister... indeed." Quant agreed as he continued to sip his wine.
Meanwhile, Webroot continued to throw some popcorn onto the stadium floor,
"WHAT A JOKER!!!" Webroot shouted; addressing his insults towards the blue anti-virus.
He then took a handful of popcorn and began to eat nervously, "Yum, mmm, but this popcorn is delicious!!!"
As the green minister ate the popcorn in his hand, Dragon got up from his chair and stormed out of the bleachers in anger.
Webroot then noticed, "Old buddy?! Hey Dragon!!! Where are you going?!!"
Dragon responded with a furious growl, "To finish the job..."
Back down at the bottom of the stadium, both Void and SNT ran towards Catney and reached out their hands, "Catney, Saki, you can come out now!" Void happily shouted.
"It's safe now! C'mon!" SNT happily chimed in.
Without second thoughts, both Catney and Saki held onto the robot's and the chimera's hands, and they all ran for the exit as quickly as they could.
But before they could reach the stairwell; Dragon suddenly jumped off from the second-floor bleachers and punched the ground, causing our heroes to fly 6 feet away from the exit; as his feet began to emit cracks onto the ground.
And with that; Dragon was blocking their pathway to freedom.
As Void and the girls slowly got back to their feet; they were all terrified by what they saw.
Dragon immediately drew his sword and began performing multiple sword swings and spins; as if he was using num-chuks with one hand.
He then held his sword close to his face while his dragon wings quickly closed up. He was charging up his power for his first attack.
Shocked at what Dragon was doing, Webroot lifted both and in the air as some of the popcorn fell onto the floor, "DRAGON!!! WHAT IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!!!"
Dragon looked on towards his stepson with fury in his eyes, "Simple... I'm about to end this boy's career."
Meanwhile, as the battle in the coliseum was continuing, back in the stairwell of the monastery, Infinite was waiting in front of a room that would lead him to the spider robot's laboratory. Unfortunately, the door was locked.
As he crossed his arms and waited patiently, the lab's door slid open and out came a fully repaired Tarantula.
Sensing his presence from the side, Infinite chuckled, "So Tarantula, you said we would meet here by midnight."
"Yes... but just to be safe. Did anyone follow you?" Tarantula asked while looking left to right while trying not to get spotted.
"No, we're under the radar for now." Infinite confirmed.
The spider looking robot grinned, "Excellent, now let us go through the details of our plan."
Infinite followed the arachnid robot into quarters. The lab's door closed, leaving the two acquaintances to discuss their plan.
The jackal observed at Tarantula's lab with a mixture of awe and curiosity. He noticed a couple metal orbs with a spider web pattern laid on a steel shelve. Spare tools and parts hung on the walls and ceiling. But something caught his attention more than anything, a tank filled with a silver substance that was frozen solid inside. It was labeled "NBM-1000: Mercurous."
Infinite approached the tank to examine it, only for Tarantula to slap the back of his head.
"Don't touch it," Tarantula warned, "it's still too early to unleash it."
"Why do you have that... thing frozen?" Questioned Infinite.
"In case of an emergency, but enough about that" Tarantula then pressed a key on his keyboard. Four folders labeled "Classified" appeared on screen.
Infinite grabbed the lower part of mask, as he eyed each file.
"While researching further into Content Control's data banks, I have found these four folders of my universe, alongside three others. It would appear that they would've become their next targets once this world was "Censored"." Tarantula explained.
Infinite was intrigued by the robot's discovery, "Interesting... So which universe shall we travel to first?"
"I've already set which universes we shall go to. The first universe will be mine; as there is an old friend waiting for us. The second universe has an incident that was once regarded as 'The Unchained Spirit'. The third one, has been nearly destroyed, thanks to an artifact called... The Dream Emerald. And the fourth and final one, has a magma creature made out of pure chaos energy." Tarantula concluded.
"I see..." Infinite responded while looking impressed, "Are there any other universes you may have discovered?"
Tarantula slowly turned his back on the jackal, "No... all the others have data stating that their universe SNTs have been reported missing or dead." Tarantula said disappointingly, "These dimensions were the only ones that haven't been touched... yet."
Finally acknowledging the discoveries laid before him; Infinite slowly turned his back on the spider looking robot, "Hmph... so, shall we begin?"
Tarantula then turned around and slowly approached the jackal, "As you wish."
Infinite then reached for a pink looking jewel that was shiny and glowing with a red aura around it. It was the phantom ruby.
As he raised the phantom ruby in the air, a portal slowly began to open up in front of them. "The path is open... and now, you have the power." Infinite announced.
The spider looking robot was amazed by the jackal's power, he slowly approached the portal and grinned, "Ready or not, experiment... HERE WE COME!!!"
And with that; their quest to form the most dangerous syndicate had finally begun.
