Chapter 23: CONTENT CONTROL:
Once Void ranger opened the door, he and his friends walked inside the next room which looked very unusual than what they were used to.
The room they walked into was a news room which contained red walls projecting holographic maps, a pack of cameras around most corners. In the center of the room was a news desk where Content Control would usually air their broadcasts.
"So... this must be where Content Control spreads their disinformation and lies to the world..." Void wondered as he got closer to the news desk.
As the anti-virus continued to investigate the room, he heard a loud yell from nearby,
"OH MY GOD! WHAT THE F*K IS THAT?!!!" Saki shouted,
Void turned around to the sound of Saki's yelling and made a grizzly discovery,
An army of D.R.A.C units stationed in a square formation were just standing there with their lights on and their weapons armed.
"Those are Tarantula's D.R.A.C units... or at least, what's left of them." Void said as he cautiously began to walk closer and closer to the active drones.
"But I thought SNT already fought against Tarantula hours ago!!!" Courtney shouted looking annoyed,
As everyone was getting closer and closer to the stationary drones, the aqua chimera was still having a hard time trying to remember what Catney was saying.
"Uhhh... Ta-what-hula?" SNT asked looking confused.
"Tarantula, SNT. He's a spider looking robot who tried to destroy you multiple times." Void said in an attempt to refresh her memory.
"Hmm... I'm not sure if I remember or not... also, who are you supposed to be?" SNT asked,
Upon hearing those words, Void got down on his knees and began to shed some tears, "SNT!! Don't you remember me?!!! My name is Void Ranger, I am an anti-virus for the United Anti-Virus movement. You and I have been saving the computer world together for the last 2 years!!! Don't you remember?!!"
"Hmm, that doesn't ring a bell... also, computer world? What in the world is the computer world?" SNT asked.
Void couldn't believe what he was hearing. He eventually closed his eyes and bowed his head; admitting defeat.
"Never mind... I think it's best to recover the CMOS memory for later." Void said looking disappointed, "Right now, we need to find Vic and stop Content Control before they censor our world."
The chimera began to panic, "Huh?!! What's going on?!!! Who is this Vic?!! And what is a ... Content Control?!!!"
Void simply looked at SNT and realized his mistake, he gave himself a quick facepalm before turning his attention back to the D.R.A.C units.
"Courtney, can you please bring SNT up to speed with as much information as you could possibly give her? Saki and I are gonna investigate why those spider drones are still here."
"Okay Void, anything specific that SNT should know about?" Courtney asked,
"Yes. Please explain to SNT what is Content Control and why we have top stop them. It shouldn't be that hard, right?" Void responded,
Catney took a deep breath and acknowledged his order, "Alright Void... I'll see what I can do."
As both Void and Saki started walking closer and closer to the D.R.A.C units, Catney quickly picked up SNT and carried her to a corner nearby,
"Hey! Where are you taking me?!" The aqua chimera shouted,
"To get your memory fixed!" Courtney reassured her,
While Catney doing every thing she can to refresh SNT's memories, Void and Saki started wandering around every D.R.A.C unit that was standing guard within the room.
"So Void, what makes these spiders different from Tarantula?" Saki asked.
"To be honest with you Saki, I'm not quite sure. But if we get closer, I'm sure we can figure it out." Void said as he stood face to face with one of the spider drones.
"Woah woah woah! Dislike!!! DISLIKE!!!" Saki shouted as she grabbed the anti-virus and pulled him away from the drone like a large teddy bear. "There is no way in hell I'm gonna let you interact with those things after what they did to you earlier. And besides, neither one of us wanna end up like SNT!!!"
"Wait, what?!!!" SNT shouted from the background,
"Oh shut up you air headed freak!" Saki yelled back at the chimera.
But all of a sudden, Void gave Saki a look of reassurance and slowly took her hand. He then slowly moved it to the side and once again began to approach the D.R.A.C units.
As Void looked once again face to face with one of the spider drones, Saki looked at Void and blushed,
"I dunno why but something about him just seems so... familiar..." The sock princess wondered.
As Void began to inspect the drone, he noticed on the back that every D.R.A.C unit was plugged into a server cabinet located nearby.
"Hmm, apparently these D.R.A.C units are harmless at the moment." Void said as he held onto the plug that was attached to the drones.
Saki got closer to Void and held the plug as well. "So... why are these robots just standing still?"
"If these spiders got stuck inside the monastery of Sin Serials, and Content Control reprogrammed them and plugged them into their server cabinets... It's possible that this could be the work of ransomware." Void said looking surprised as he followed one of the plugs leading to the server cabinet.
He then approached the server cabinet and observed an automated script running on the computer monitor attached to the cabinet. The script was running on Macrosoft Visual Studio; the same software Void used earlier to disassemble SNT from the OneHalf virus.
As the anti-virus continued to observe the script that was being created remotely, Void looked shocked as he took a couple of steps back.
"Holy anti-viruses Saki... I was right!" Void shouted, "This is ransomware."
Saki looked at the robot with an annoyed look, "Uhh, can you please put that in English for those who don't speak cyber security?"
Void looked over at Saki and began to reach for the plugs surrounding the nearby D.R.A.C units. He then began unplugging as many spider drones as he possibly could.
"Ransomware is malware designed to deny a user or organization access to files on their computer. By encrypting these files and demanding a ransom payment for the decryption key.
Malware like these have made millions of dollars in damages, by placing both users and organizations in a position where paying the ransom is the easiest and cheapest way to regain access to all your encrypted files."
Saki then got closer to Void and grabbed him by the collar, "Ahem, for service in English, please press 1!!!"
Void bowed his head and realized his 'encyclopedia mode' was activated, "My apologies Saki. But basically, these D.R.A.C units are operating as payloads for Content Control." The robot said as he took Saki's hand and led her around the room while pulling the plugs of the spider drones.
Eventually, Saki joined in, and if felt as if Void and Saki were dancing together while trying to unplug as many drones as possible.
"If Content Control authorizes a ransomware attack, all software and files will be held hostage by these D.R.A.C units until the victim pays money to the perpetrators." Void explained,
"And how much money are we talking?" Saki asked as she continued unplugging the drones,
"At least 500BTCs. Content Control would make a lot of money with these types of ransomware attacks." Void responded as he and Saki held hands and spun around the room while unplugging more drones.
The sock princess was curious. "Fair enough! So how do they attack?!"
But before the blue anti-virus could answer, another voice from the upper floors stepped in and answered the question for her. The voice was both monotone, sinister yet very familiar.
"To answer your question, little pop star... only I have authorization to launch this ransomware attack!" Laughed Quant as he was pacing atop a balcony within the news room.
"The adventure ends here, ladies and anti-viruses." The CEO chuckled, "And yet, you still take up your arms against Content Control?"
Quant then placed both of his hands on the rail and lowered his head down towards the intruders. "But what exactly is your motivation for stopping us?!"
Void looked up at the CEO and gave him a stern look, "Well... let me take a guess, you wish to initiate a ransomware attack against the United Anti-Virus movement, after we made your operations a living hell. Is that correct?!!!"
Quant then turned his back on the intruders and looked towards one of the nearest holographic screens.
"It's not just the U.A.V, it's all of the companies and virus syndicates who betrayed us and abandoned us since we began our quest to censor this world.
From the United Anti-Virus movement, to Macrosoft Corporation. From Doctor Eggman's laboratories, to Optical Illusions. Heck, event the Heinous Hex deserve every ounce of payback we're about to initiate."
"And you're doing all of this, just because you're a bunch of f*ng wimps?!!!" Saki growled, "Now I know why your moderators abandoned ship! They're all cowering in fear after we stormed this place.
And al you care about is money... money!!! You just want money so you can censor your enemies even further."
"Furthermore, you do realize that some ransomware attacks can only cripple certain PCs temporarily; provided of course if backups are created. It will only be a matter of time when victims will retaliate against you!!!" Void chimed in.
Upon hearing those words, Quant turned his attention back to the anti-virus,
"You believe so?" Quant chuckled, "Well... I beg to differ!! We at Content Control have just perfected the most powerful ransomware in the history of the U.A.V!!
By utilizing the cryptocurrency blockchain with the engineering script of the OneHalf virus, we have created WannaCry."
Quant then raises his arm and gestures towards the stationary drones, "As you can see in front of you, these D.R.A.C units were given to us generously by the Heinous Hex, after they abandoned them at the monastery of Sin Serials while they were retreating. These specific drones are currently being operated by the WannaCry ransomware.
Once WannaCry is launched, these D.R.A.C units will attack every computer and hold every software hostage until the ransom is paid.
However even if our enemies have already paid the ransom... good luck trying to get your files back! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!" Quant laughed.
Both Void and Saki were shocked, "Wait a minute, does this mean... you created this dangerous ransomware that deletes all your email contacts, just to disable decryption?!!!!" Void gasped,
"Yes... ingenious, isn't it?" Quant smiled.
Upon hearing everything, Void reached for his mother's sword while Saki reached for her AK47 rifle.
"Wow! You really are a money hungry b*d!!!" Saki shouted while clocking a magazine into her weapon.
"This war is over Quant, the U.A.V is waiting for you outside!! Now come quietly, or else we'll have no choice but to use force!!!" Void shouted as he took up his fighting stance.
But Quant simply chuckled, "Nonsense, little blueberry boy... this war has only just begun!! WannaCry, initiate the ransomware payload!!!"
Upon hearing Quant's orders, the D.R.A.C units charged up their lasers and opened fire towards both Void and Saki.
Reacting quickly, Void and Saki held hands and ran away from the lasers as quickly as possible.
Once the sock princess and the anti-virus safely made their way away from the lasers, they met up with Courtney and SNT who was still trying to recover her memory.
"DID YOU JUST ACTIVATE THOSE MURDEROUS SPIDERS?!!!" Courtney shouted as she tugged onto Void's arm while panicking,
"Well... technically this is Quant's doing, not ours. But still, we have to stop the D.R.A.C units before they begin their encryption." Void corrected her.
Finally realizing what was happening; thanks to Courtney explaining everything, SNT was in shock,
"Well, now that Catney has brought me up to speed about Content Control and what they stand for, how do we stop them?!!!" The chimera asked,
Void then raised his arms prompting for the girls to huddle with him, "Well that's where you and Saki come in, so here's the plan... Saki and SNT will help me fend off WannaCry.
Catney, you will search for Vic's location, if we can pull this off successfully without any problems, we'll all be out of here in no time!!!"
SNT then placed her hand below her chin to think about Void's plan, "Well... judging by Content Control's actions during the war, I suppose it isn't a bad idea after all."
She then turned to Void and gave a confused look, "By the way... who are you again?!"
"Oh, for Vindock sakes!!!" Void shouted looking annoyed,
But just before our heroes could part ways to begin their plan to save Vic and the computer world, Catney slowly walked up to the anti-virus with some last-minute worries.
"Wait a minute! If I'm gonna go out looking for Vic, how will I know where to find him?!"
Void smiled at her and placed his hand on her shoulder, he then reached into his pocket and pulled out the missing person's report and pointed to the boy in the picture.
"It's very simple Catney, he's the only human in this building who is human. He's a boy with black hair, wears a blue shirt and black pants. He's also very timid."
"WAIT!!! HOLY F*K!! I'VE SEEN THIS KID BEFORE!!" Saki shouted as she took the paper from Void and looked closely at it.
Saki then stared at the boy's picture and began to shed some tears. "Oh f*k... Vic... what the f*k..." The sock princess whispered.
"Alright, I'll do it!" Catney nodded, "And please, take care of SNT while I'm gone."
Void bowed before the cat girl, "No worries, Catney, I promise. And in return, will you please take care of Vic for me while I'm gone?"
Catney nodded in agreement.
But all of a sudden, the D.R.A.C units began to crawl towards our heroes.
"SNT AND SAKI!!! BE ON YOUR GUARD!!!" Void shouted as he raised his sword towards the spider drones, "CATNEY!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!"
Terrified, the group began to part ways.
As our heroes were running for their lives, the D.R.A.C units charged their lasers once again and opened fire on Void, SNT and Saki while Catney managed to get away from the blast.
Eventually, the trio managed to make it back to their feet with their weapons still in hand.
Suddenly, the spider drones tried to tackle the group, and possibly try to run them over, but SNT quickly curled into a ball and bashed 3 D.R.A.C units like bowling pins.
Void meanwhile jumped in the air and stabbed a spider looking drone in the chest while Saki opened fire with her AK47 to shoot down at least 4 drones.
"C'mon!!!" Void shouted as he gestured for the sock princess and the chimera to follow him.
Upon watching his ransomware slowly starting to deteriorate, Quant gave out a thunderous roar, "END OF THE LINE!!! ANTI-VIRUS SCUM!!!"
He then turned around and pressed a button to open the door behind him Allowing the CEO to make his escape.
Realizing what was happening, Void looked up towards the balcony and noticed Quant making his getaway. "Damn it!!! Quant's getting away!! We have to stop WannaCry before the ransomware completes the encryption! C'mon ladies, show no mercy!!!"
As Void, Saki and SNT stood in the middle of the room. A group of D.R.A.C units began to surround them.
SNT readied her wispon, while Void raised his sword and Saki reloaded her rifle.
They then began to fire their weapons while spinning around like a fan; destroying as many D.R.A.C units as they possibly could.
As the anti-virus, the aqua chimera and the sock princess continued to battle the spider drones in the news room, Catney began to venture around the hallways of the spaceship.
The hallway was very narrow, it once again had red walls that displayed holographic projections of multiple maps around her.
As she walked around the hallway, she placed her hands over her mouth and called out, "Vic?!! Where are you?!! Are you in here?!!!"
To her surprise, she heard a terrifying scream coming from the distance.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" The voice yelled in response.
Realizing who's voice it was, Catney placed her hands on her mouth looking terrified, "Hold on Vic, just hang in there... I'm gonna find you!!!
She then began knocking on the red walls around her, hoping that Vic could respond to her by knocking back.
Courtney then noticed a nearby door that was unlocked. She opened the door revealing a security room that was observing the entire spaceship.
As Catney was watching every live feed from the security cameras, she noticed one live feed that was very disturbing. The live feed showed Toxoit; the last moderator of Content Control, grabbing Vic by his shirt and electrocuting him with a taser.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Vic yelled in agony.
The footage then showed Toxoit picking up Vic and hoisting him over his head. He then threw him to a nearby wall and laughed in Vic's face as he hit the floor. "F*k you! You piece of sh*t!!!" Toxoit laughed.
Feeling helpless, Vic crawled to a nearby corner and held his legs in a fetal position. "Is there anyone out there, can anyone hear me?!!!"
Courtney was horrified, "J*s ch*t!!! Content Control!!! LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!" She shouted towards the security monitor.
She then quickly exited the security room and continued knocking on the walls until she heard Vic's cry growing louder and louder,
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Vic shouted.
Having had enough, Catney's face slowly shifted from scared to anger, "That's it!!! I HAVE HAD IT WITH THESE B*DS!!! THIS IS ABUSE!!!
IF YOU THINK I'M JUST GONNA STAND BY AND WATCH PEOPLE GET HURT?!! BUCKLE UP YA'LL, YOU'RE IN FOR A WILD RIDE!!!"
She furiously began knocking on the walls until she finally came across a door that was hidden in the walls.
She quickly pushed the door opened and found herself in a white solitary confinement room; in which the whole room had nothing but white pillows surrounding her.
As she slowly walked in, she noticed a young boy who was leaning against a wall in a corner; fearing for his life.
Courtney walked up towards the boy; she was shocked, "Oh my god! You're the only human left in this building... Are you Vic?!!!"
But Vic looked back at the cat girl with concerns of his own, "That depends... who are you?"
Catney quickly ran to Vic and began to hug him with all her might, "Vic, Listen to me. My name is Catney, but you can also call me Courtney (ProjectSNT). I'm basically the girl who's going to get you out of here!!!"
But Vic was still terrified, "But Catney!!! There's no way out!!! If they find you, they'll kill you!!"
Vic then got closer to the cat girl and began to shed tears, "Please help me Courtney... I don't want to be in this pathetic excuse of a prison anymore!!! I've been tortured for the past few years by Content Control, and I don't want to suffer anymore!!!"
As Vic began to cry on Courtney's shoulder, the cat girl quickly placed her hand under Vic's chin to lift his head. She then used her sleeve to wipe away his tears.
"Shhh. Vic, listen to me. I'm gonna get you out of here, I swear!!!" Catney reassured him. "I am not gonna let anything happen to you, do you hear me?!!!"
Vic eventually stopped crying and looked deep into his protector's eyes, "Alright Catney... I trust you."
Vic and Catney then gave each other an emotional hug that lasted at least a couple of seconds, before Catney took Vic's hand and brought him back to his feet.
But Vic was in very bad shape. He couldn't stand up straight, he was limping and constantly tripping every time he stood on his two feet. Thus, Catney had to hold onto Vic's body every time he moved.
"HAHAHAHAHHAHAA!!! HOW CUTE!!!" An evil sadistic voice laughed in the distance.
Courtney turned around and came face to face with the last moderator of Content Control named Toxoit. She quickly turned around and held onto Vic for dear life.
"GIVE ME THE BOY!!!" Toxoit demanded while pointing at the cat girl,
Both Catney and Vic held onto each other while taking a couple of steps back,
"No!!! I'm not gonna let you hurt him any longer!!!" Catney shouted while looking scared.
"I SAID, GIVE ME THE BOY!!!" The moderator demanded once again while drawing his taser.
The cat girl then turned around and gave Toxoit a stern look, F*k you, you piece of sh*t!!!" She then raised her hands to the side in hopes to protect the boy, "Over my dead body!!!"
But Toxoit laughed at the terrified pair before shifting his emotion from happy to anger.
"...SO BE IT!!! GAME OVER KID!!!" Toxoit growled as he began to twist the knob on his taser, setting the joules to 150. The moderator then got into a fighting stance and roared at the pair, "LET'S ROCK AND ROLL!!!"
Fearing for her life and the boy's life as well, Courtney quickly picked up Vic and carried him out of the solitary confinement room while Toxoit tried kicking them into the nearest wall.
The kick was so destructive, that it left a hole in the wall that Toxoit struck.
Luckily for the pair, both Vic and Catney managed to avoid the moderator's thunderous kick.
But the moderator wasn't done yet, he quickly crawled out of the hole and began to roar, "HEY!!! LITTLE GUY!!! GET BACK HERE!!!!"
Courtney then carried Vic and ran across the hallway in the opposite direction. She then quickly turned around and noticed Toxoit was chasing her,
"GIVE ME THE BOY!!!" The moderator demanded.
As Catney continued running, Vic slowly placed his hands on her face and gave her a look of reassurance, he then slowly climbed down from Courtney's body and began to approach Toxoit with a stern look on his face.
"...Over my dead body." Vic growled,
"Vic!!! No!!!" Courtney cried as she grabbed onto Vic's body and hugged him with all her might,
The boy then turned towards the cat girl and reassured her, "Catney, listen to me... it's gonna be okay. Watch this..."
Vic then reached into his pocket and pulled out a floppy disk. The disk was grey and had the name of the virus written in Arial font.
Vic then raised his voice as he lifted his floppy disk in the air and shouted, "Computer! Activate Gruel.exe!!!"
All of a sudden, a giant looking worm with error messages hovering around it's body like floating shields began to spawn from the floppy disk.
Realizing what the boy was doing, Toxoit tried to retreat, but the worm quickly jumped in the air and slammed its head onto Toxoit before returning to the floppy disk.
Catney was scared, "Vic... what did you do?"
Vic then turned to Courtney and gave her a slight smile. He then took out a couple of floppy disks to show her. "Virus infested floppy disks. By using a floppy disk, I can conjure up any virus I damn well please."
Courtney looked at Vic with concerns, "Well, that's pretty impressive and all, but what's going on?!!! Where in the hell did you get all these floppy disks?!!"
"My stepfather gave me these disks after he passed. He told me that if I was ever in any danger, use them... but never in the presence of an anti-virus." Vic explained as he gave her one to hold onto.
Vic then whispered in the girl's ear, "Take it. I want you to have it."
Courtney was shocked, "Wait, what?! Vic!! I'm sorry, but I cannot accept this!! You know you're not supposed to share malware with complete strangers!" She argued,
"But if ever you're in trouble. How are you going to save yourself?" Vic whispered back, he then slowly pushed the floppy disk towards the cat girl and closed her hand. "Go on Courtney, please take it! It will be my gift to you."
He then lefts go of the floppy disk as he watches Courtney holding it in her hand. He then smiles at her. "I assure you Catney, this virus will always protect you from harm."
She hesitated for a moment. But eventually, she placed the floppy disk in her pocket and gave Vic a hug.
But suddenly, as the pair hugged each other, Toxoit quickly reached into his pocket and took out a pistol. He then opened fire at the pair; hitting Vic's left leg.
"VIC!!! NOOOOOOO!!!" Catney shouted,
Vic fell to the floor and grabbed onto his leg while Catney ran to him and tried to pick him up and carry him back in her arms.
Toxoit simply looked on at the damage he caused and laughed, "HEHE!!! BULLSEYE!!!"
Once Catney brought Vic back in her arms, she ran as far away from the moderator as possible, "Don't worry Vic, I'm gonna get you out of here!!!"
"Grrr!!! GET BACK HERE!!! YOU CAN'T HIDE FOREVER!!! FACE ME LIKE THE FOOL YOU TRULY ARE!!!!" Shouted Toxoit as he watched his victim attempting to escape.
Toxoit then let out a war cry, "GRAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!"
He then slowly got back to his feet and began to run after the pair once again.
As the chase continued, Courtney and Vic eventually stumbled upon an open room filled with computer monitors everywhere.
Hoping to take a break from all that running, Catney stopped to catch her breath. She then looked at Vic and began to hug him like a teddy bear, "Are you okay?"
"Unfortunately, no... I think my leg got shot. I can't walk!" Vic said as he tried to put some pressure on his leg but couldn't move it.
But before Courtney can get up and try to find a nearby first aid kit, Toxoit eventually entered the room.
"THERE YOU ARE!!!" The moderator shouted; he aimed his taser towards the cat girl. "ANY LAST WORDS?!!! KITTY?!! KITTY?!!!" Mocked Toxoit,
Courtney flinched and held onto Vic for dear life, while Vic simply laughed, "Well mister Toxoit I have one... Computer, activate Spaces.exe!!!" Vic shouted as he lifted another floppy disk in the air, spawning twin worms.
Once the worms spawned, the two worms then opened their mouth and swallowed each other's tail, forming a ball. The ball then began to spin faster and faster until it gained enough momentum to spin dash towards Toxoit's direction.
Little did Toxoit realize, but he was standing on top of plexiglass which was slowly starting to crack the longer he stood over it.
Finally, when the worm ball finally hit Toxoit, the plexiglass below him shattered; causing both he and the worm to fall a few stories below.
Hoping that the moderator was done for; both Vic and Catney slowly went over to the shattered plexiglass, only to find Toxoit down and out.
"And that my dear Courtney is what happens when your computer goes into a boot loop." Vic smirked,
Vic then turned his attention to Courtney who was giving him another emotional hug,
"Oh Vic, thank you for protecting me against that psychotic freak!!!" The cat girl smiled,
Vic smiled back as his cheeks slowly began to blush, "Well... thank you Catney, for saving my life."
As Courtney began to blush as well, the two quickly realized what was happening and flinched away from each other as quickly as possible.
Catney then turned her attention back at the plexiglass, "So Vic... is he gone?"
"Well, judging by that fall he took; compliments from the spaces worm, he's definitely down... but with his armor protecting him; he will come back up, I'm sure of it." Vic answered worryingly.
"Alright, then let's keep moving!" Courtney shouted as she picked up Vic and carried him out of the room, "We're almost near the exit."
As Vic was being held in the cat girl's arms, he took a deep breath and closed his eyes; entrusting her with his life. "Alright Catney, if you know where the exit it, please take me there."
Once Courtney and Vic eventually left the room, moments later... Toxoit slowly climbed up the wall and emerged from the shattered plexiglass. He then grabbed onto his shoulder and growled in pain.
"Grrrr!!! Well played little virus... well played... But it's not over yet!!!" The moderator growled.
Meanwhile, back in the news room, the last of the D.R.A.C units were getting wrecked one by one from both Saki and SNT's attacks.
Eventually, the battle ended when Void struck the last two spider drones on the back with his sword, and slashed their heads off with brute force; decapitating them in the process.
As Void, Saki and SNT gathered around to observe the carnage they left behind, they heard footsteps nearby.
"NII-CHAN!!!" Courtney shouted with joy.
The group turned around and saw Catney with Vic in her arms running towards them.
"Aww f*ng c*t!!! I knew it was you!!! Da f*K are you doing here?!!!" Saki shouted while giving Vic a bear hug,
"Nice to see you too Saki, aggressive as usual, I see?" Vic smiled as he hugged her back.
Void was shocked to hear the words being exchanged between Vic and Saki, "Wait a minute, you both know each other?!!!"
Saki slowly turned her head and gave Void a smirk, "Trust me Void, it's a long story... but I'll tell you later."
"I was very lucky to find Vic in a quarantine cell. A few more hours and he could have been hurt by Toxoit... or worse." Catney shouted. She and Saki both held onto Vic.
All of a sudden, both Void and Vic slowly approached each other and stared face to face.
"So... you must be mister Vic Dos Kuroslov." Void asked the boy,
"Well, you must be Void." Vic responded with a smile, "Now I'm not gonna lie, but you sound just like me."
"Well... actually Vic, that's because you are my persona, and I'm your OC." Void chimed in.
"Huh! I guess that's neat!" Vic acknowledged, "It's wonderful to finally meet you at last."
"Same with you Vic. Same with you." Void said as he bowed before his persona, "Now let's go out there and stop Content Control once and for all. Shall we?"
Void and Catney then held onto Vic who was standing on one leg as Saki and SNT gathered around them,
"C'mon everyone, let's finish this war!" Void shouted.
But as our heroes tried to reach for the stairwell leading up to the balcony, their path was suddenly blocked by Toxoit who boosted right into the group, and delivered a side kick to our heroes with brute force.
As everyone was down, another figure entered the room from the stairwell our heroes were walking up to. It was Quant, and he had a bone to pick with our heroes.
"Well, well, the small resistance has fallen. I must admit Void, you and your lackies have made quite far." Quant chuckled.
"Only because Tarantula fooled you and your entire organization." Void shouted as he tried to help his friends back to their feet. "I honestly don't know if I should be impressed or feel sorry that your minions can't even do their jobs properly!"
Void then quickly drew his sword and aimed it towards Quant's direction as he began to circle around the room.
"Ah yes... that eight-legged freak... I was about to congratulate him after we disposed all of you, but enough about that." Quant growled.
The CEO then started walking closer and closer to the blue anti-virus, "Mister Void, why can't you see the bigger picture? Imagine, if you will... a world without chaos and anarchy. A world where everyone can live in perfect harmony without pain and misery. I'm sure you can understand the last one."
But Void was buying any of it, "Pain and misery? You're the one who brought it in the first place!"
"Did I?" Quant chuckled; he then pressed a button under the news desk as a large holographic screen began to light up showing planets with beams of light hitting each other.
"If you can please turn your attention to the large screen just across the room, you will see how much damage we, Optical Illusions and the United Anti-Virus movement truly caused." Quant gestured as the group gathered around and took a look at the large screen in front of them.
As Void got closer and closer to the live holographic screen, he turned to Quant with a serious look on his face, "Quant?... What is the meaning of this?"
"What you see before you is called an attack map. Tis a map that predicts the next malware attack within the specific location around the globe. See for yourself!" Quant said as he approached Void while waving his arm towards the map's direction.
Void eventually got closer and closer to the map. As he observed the map, he noticed all the beams of light hitting each planet was a malware attack initiated by either Content Control, Optical Illusions or even the United Anti-Virus movement.
Aside from what planet was getting hit by malware, the attack map also displayed what kind of malware attack the planet was getting hit with, as well as a complete description of its malicious payloads.
"So, this is how you try to censor the computer world... prediction after prediction after prediction. How pathetic." Void said as he began to stare Quant in the face.
"But you're not gonna fool us Quant, your reign of terror is over!!!" Catney shouted while pointing her finger towards Quant.
Saki then pulled out her AK47 and loaded another magazine into her rifle. "Now let us kick you're a, and end this quickly! You walking, talking toaster!!!"
"I may not remember how I got here, but I won't let you take over our world." SNT shouted as she took up her fighting stance.
"You'll pay for what happened to me, and all the victims you kidnapped!!!" Vic shouted as Catney grabbed Vic and tried to hold him back.
"Vic, no!!! You're not strong enough!!" Catney begged.
"You are quite stubborn, but no matter... by the end of this night, you all shall be executed, along with the rest of your resistance! Go on Toxoit, show these pathetic heathens why I chose you to be my right-hand moderator for Content Control. Toxoit, attack!" Quant ordered as he gestured for Toxoit to go after the group.
Upon hearing Quant's orders, Toxoit immediately began to target Catney and Saki.
As Saki fired her AK47 rifle, Catney quickly took out her magic rod from her magical girl from and tried to unleash a magical blast of energy towards her foe. Unfortunately, no mater what attacks both girls were utilizing, Toxoit managed to dodge every attack that was thrown at him.
When Toxoit finally reached the girls, he once again delivered a thunderous side kick to the girls, sending them flying into the nearest wall.
Toxoit then turned his attention towards his original target... Vic.
He chased Vic all the way to the news desk, where he and Vic tried to trick each other from opposite ends of the desk on who would escape the desk first.
But eventually, as Vic started getting tired of trying to psych out the moderator, Toxoit jumped onto the news desk and grabbed Vic by the collar.
But unbeknownst to Toxoit, Vic was already prepared.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out another floppy disk.
"Computer, activate Espacio.exe!!!" Vic shouted as he lifted the floppy disk in the air, and an 8-bit PacMan spawned from the disk and bit the moderator.
But before Vic could make a break for it, Toxoit leaped forward and grabbed Vic by the collar.
He then took out his taser and began to electrocute Vic.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Vic shouted in agony.
As Vic was being zapped by the taser, unbeknownst to the boy, one of his floppy disks fell onto the floor.
Once Toxoit finished zapping Vic with the taser, he picked Vic up and body slammed him to the floor.
The moderator then looked down and picked up the dropped floppy disk. He then gave a sinister grin and proceeded to put the floppy disk in his side pocket.
As Toxoit continued to fight our heroes, Void looked up and noticed Quant was secretly trying to make a break for it.
"Lord Quant, halt! In the name of the law!!!" Void shouted as he pointed towards Quant before chasing after him.
But before Void could strike the CEO down, Quant ran forward and gave Void a knee strike to the stomach. He then picked Void up and slammed him back first to the ground.
Quant then jumped into the air and delivered a drop kick onto Void's abdomen.
The CEO then took out his KA57 Sovette and loaded it with a magazine of bullets. He then fired his weapon towards Void.
Seeing what Quant was doing, Void quickly retreated to a nearby wall and waited for Quant to stop firing.
Void then turned around and noticed Vic who was trying to reach into his pocket to pull out a floppy disk.
"Hey Void, CATCH!!!" Vic shouted as he threw a floppy disk to Void's direction.
The blue anti-virus caught the floppy disk in his hands and took a quick look at it before turning his attention back to Quant.
Void then gave the CEO a stern look, as he raised the floppy disk in the air and shouted, "Computer, activate Fizzer.exe!!!"
Suddenly, a static looking worm with shades on it's face had spawned from the floppy disk, and headed straight for the nearby server cabinet,
"Wait, no!!! STOP!!!" Quant demanded,
But it was already too late, the worm bashed its head onto the server cabinet, causing infection to become imminent.
Concerned for his virus syndicate, Quant quickly rushed to the server cabinet to assess the damage caused by the Fizzer worm.
"Void ranger, what the hell did you just do?!!!" Quant growled,
Void smirked, "You might want to look at your economy screen behind you Quant, I think the numbers speak for themselves."
Upon hearing those words, Quant slowly turned his attention towards one of the holographic screens which was showing the rise and fall of stock markets.
As he got closer and closer to the screen, he noticed all the stocks and bank accounts of Content Control were plummeting down exponentially.
Quant was shocked, "You stupid boy!!! Did you just wipe away our company's bank account?!!!"
The blue anti-virus slowly approached Quant,
"Down to the last penny... Quant." Void growled.
Realizing that he was losing, Quant turned around and focused his attention back to the stocks screen, while contemplating a backup plan.
"Bah! No matter... as long as we still have our ransomware scripts stored in our registry keys, we will continue to operate our company to it's full capacity." Quant shouted with pride.
The anti-virus then walked over to Quant and pulled out some documents from his pockets, "You mean these scripts?"
Quant was shocked to discover Void holding the very scripts he created to launch the WannaCry ransomware. "What?! How in the hell did you manage to steal my ransomware scripts?!!!" He shouted.
The robot smirked, "Face it Quant, this is where your weakness lies. You store all of your scripts onto a server; and yet... I haven't seen any backups created on your server whatsoever. Once Fizzer infects, along with trashing your bank account and financial documents; it mass mails personal documents to everyone listed in your contacts. And since I was one of your contacts when you first communicated with me back at U.A.V headquarters, bingo!!! Fizzer had leaked the ransomware script into my email account, allowing me to download it and store it in my communicator."
Quant was furious, "WHY YOU!!!!"
He raised his KA57 pencil gun and tried to run after the anti-virus,
But before he could gun Void down, the blue robot stepped to the side; causing Quant to run right into the nearest wall.
Void then closed his eyes and placed his finger under the other eye, while sticking his tongue out towards the injured Quant.
Meanwhile, Saki and Courtney were still trying to shoot down Toxoit who was slowly walking towards them.
"GOD F*NG DAMMIT!!! THIS A*HOLE IS INVINCIBLE!!!" Saki growled,
Suddenly, a grappling hook flew behind the moderator and began to wrap around Toxoit's waist,
Once the moderator was restrained, he turned around and saw SNT who was boosting right towards him.
But Toxoit wasn't stupid, he quickly got free from the grappling hook, and threw a right hook to the chimera's face, poor SNT was down.
Toxoit then took out his taser and directed his attention towards the cat girl.
"SOMEBODY HELP US!!! PLEASE!!!" Cried Catney,
Realizing that the girls were in danger, Vic quickly hopped over to the girls and pulled out another floppy disk from his pocket.
He then raised the floppy disk in the air and shouted, "Computer, activate Alureon.exe!!!"
But all of a sudden, Toxoit grabbed the floppy disk that Vic accidentally dropped early and shouted, "Computer, activate CIH!!!"
As both disk holders shouted their commands, both the Alureon virus and the CIH virus spawned from their respected floppy disks simultaneously.
Seeing what was happening, he turned around and leaped into the girls' arms, as they all took cover.
Meanwhile, Void and Quant were locked in a sword slashing duel, they attempted to stab, slash and hack each other.
But all of a sudden, Quant grabbed Void's sword and threw it across the room.
"NO!!! MY SWORD!!!" Void shouted as he tried to run after it, but as the anti-virus ran to recover his sword, he was struck down by a Stuxnet capsule from Quant's pencil gun.
Void was down, but he was not out.
As the blue anti-virus struggled to get back to his feet, Quant walked over him,
"Void ranger, you have to understand that Content Control has done so much more than any other virus syndicate. You cannot shut down Content Control!!!"
He then walked over to his infected server and pulled out a wireless keyboard. He began to type in some code onto his server computer. Little did our heroes realize, the code that Quant was typing was to be an updated version of CIH.
And just before Quant was ready to press the enter button on his computer, "Tremble before a rising power!!!" He shouted.
The CEO pressed the enter button and five CIH viruses spawned from within the computer.
Once the CIH viruses were unleashed, they began to destroy all the holographic projector screens; causing the spaceship to glitch out and short circuit.
As the ship was short circuiting, the cannons of the ship began to fire shockwave energy balls to as many nearby shape ships as possible, rendering them inoperable.
Everyone in their spaceships ran outside to see what all the commotion was about,
"Hey Total AV, look at that!!! Looks like a blue star!!" Webroot pointed towards the shockwaves that were coming towards them.
As Webroot was looking up at the approaching shockwave, Total AV walked next to the rogue minister and looked up at the sky,
"That doesn't look like a shooting star Webroot, that looks more like an EMP (electro magnetic pulse) coming from the CIH virus!!" Total AV growled as he and Webroot braced for impact.
The shockwave passed through Total AV's spaceship, disabling the engines and the weapons; causing their ship to become useless.
Once both Webroot and Total AV returned to their feet, the green rogue approached Total AV and asked him, "Are you alright minister?"
Total AV shook his head, "...No. I'm afraid the computer world has officially been compromised by Content Control. I honestly did not expect them to unleash CIH as an attack on all of us!!!"
Webroot then walked over to Total AV and placed his hand on his shoulder.
"Well minister, at least those b*ds at Content Control won't be bothering us anymore." The green rogue chuckled. "Besides, they can go to virus hell for all I care!!!"
But Total AV wasn't in the mood for laughs,
"So... how do you propose we destroy the United Anti-Virus movement this time, especially now that the servers are down. Any ideas?" Webroot asked curiously.
Total AV took a few steps forward while taking out a telescope, and looked up at the glitching spaceship.
"I'm afraid that as long as Content Control still stands strong, and their CIH payload is currently active, we are useless when it comes to attacking the U.A.V." Total AV responded disappointingly.
"But if my son can shut Content Control down... then we can finally infect the U.A.V and put an end to this computer war." He said with a smile.
Webroot then placed his hand on his friend's shoulder, "Honestly minister, I cannot wait for this moment, It will be beautiful to finally watch the United Anti-Virus movement fall. I guarantee it."
Both he and minister Total AV then looked up at the glitching spaceship, and smiled as the ship was continuously being attacked from the inside.
Back inside the spaceship, Void was crawling away from Quant after suffering the effects of the shockwaves coming from the CIH viruses.
"Dammit!!! Those shockwaves really took a lot of energy away from me." Void said as he tried to pick himself back up from his injuries.
"Oh really? If you thought that was damaging, get a load of this!!!" Quant laughed,
Once Void finally returned to his feet, he looked up and made a grizzly discovery.
What the blue anti-virus saw was five blue dragons from Saki's dungeons and dragons game circling around the room like a ring. Eventually the CIH viruses flew away from the ring and began to surround Void.
Atop one of the CIH viruses was Quant and Toxoit.
"Content Control?!!! Is that CIH?!!!! The same CIH virus that infected every dungeons and dragons game on the black market bay?!!!" Void shouted in shock.
"Yes!!!" Quant laughed, "As you can tell by now, I was the one who sold Dashie XP the bootleg copy of dungeons and dragons!!! I was the one who infected his computer with CIH!!! And now, here we stand. You, me, Toxoit, 3 little girls... and Bumerang!!!"
Void looked at the CEO confused, "Bumerang?! What in the hell is Bumerang?!!!..."
But all of a sudden, the blue anti-virus started having a revelation,
"Wait a minute!!!" Void shouted, "From looking at these CIH dragons, is Bumerang a new variant of the CIH virus?!!!"
"Even better!!!" The CEO chuckled, "As you know, CIH contains its payloads which are highly destructive to vulnerable systems. Simply by overwriting critical information on system drives, and in some cases... destroying the system's BIOS!!!"
Quant then raised his arms in the air as the four other dragons gathered around their virus author.
"As you can already tell mister Void... by improving and maturing the virus, Bumerang is a destructive network virus, it spreads between vulnerable computers in a network, and behaves exactly like the infamous CIH virus." The CEO explained,
Void was furious, "So... you are the author of the infamous CIH virus, huh?"
The blue anti-virus drew his sword and aimed it towards Quant's direction, "Ohohoho! I've always wanted to get my hands on you!!!"
But Quant gave out a creepy smile towards his adversary, "Well mister Void, I'm afraid that your adventure ends here. Boys?!!!
Make sure to cook my blueberry pie... extra crispy!!!" He taunted.
Suddenly, the dragons took a deep breath, and began to breath fire throughout the news room.
Realizing what the Bumerang virus was doing, Void ran for his life; trying to get away from the flame throwers as much as possible.
But no matter how far he ran, he was no match for the flames.
"AHHHHHHH!!!!" Void screamed as his armor was slowly starting to burn.
As Void tried to get back to his feet, he started having doubts of being able to defeat five CIH viruses at once.
"Dammit!! For the second time in my entire life, i'm actually losing to one of the top five most dangerous viruses in computer history...
And if I don't destroy this virus now, it will destroy the computer world once and for all. But how am i supposed to defeat this virus when I'm not at my full capacity?!!"
But suddenly, the blue anti-virus began to remember something that his mentor once taught him,
"Sonar advanced protection. The next innovation of the U.A.V. Tis the very latest and greatest defense mechanism for advanced detection and removal." Norton announced as he waved his arm towards Void,
Norton then stepped on to the podium and began to explain the functions of Sonar and how it will shape the virus war for many years to come,
"Now usually, standard detection rules imply that every anti-virus must perform a system scan in order to detect and remove all viruses found on the system. Once completed, the computer would have to be cleaned out in order to remove any remaining traces of malware left behind. Now imagine if this whole process is entirely automated for you." Said Norton as he used his remote to show off some slideshows of the traditional virus protocol.
"If in about 20 years from now, Sonar advanced protection becomes the industry standard for all anti-viruses, then we can just sit back, relax and enjoy a nice cold glass of ale while Sonar completes the job for us." Norton announced as the programmers and ministers cheered for their superior.
Void slowly returned to his feet and discovered the anti-virus ministers were down.
He quickly approached Sophos who was the closest minister to him,
Sophos slowly opened his eyes, looked on to Void and reached into his pocket to pull out a special looking sword that he kept in his armory. "Here, take this... it's my weapon of choice. And I'm now giving it... to you..."
Void slowly took the sword and hoisted it in his hand to inspect it. "Thank you minister Sophos. But does this sword have a name?"
"Yes... it is called the tears of steel." Sophos responded.
Void slowly looked carefully at his new sword. "Why is it called the tears of steel?"
"Because it's the tears... of what was left... of your mother." Sophos answered.
Void then looked down at his new sword, as he began to cry. "...Mother."
Once his memories finally cleared away, Void eventually had a revelation,
"Of course!! How could I forget?!! Sonar advanced protection... with the tears of steel." Void said as he took out his Sonar glasses while looking down at his mother's sword. "By using Sonar in conjunction with my mother's sword, I can delete Bumerang from the equation!!!
It may be dangerous, but it's worth a shot!!!" Void shouted as he put on his Sonar glasses; thus, transforming himself into his super form.
As his blue armor slowly became yellow, his aura began to glow stronger and stronger as he watched the dragons circling around him.
Void then looked at both Quant and Toxoit and smirked, "Caution! A virus has been detected!!!"
"Really? Is that the best you can do? C'mon Bumerang, let's get him!!" Unamused by what was happening, Quant gestured for the CIH dragons to chase the anti-virus down.
But Void managed to teleport and slash away at every dragon that tried to bite him.
He then approached one of the dragons and started hacking, slashing and fileting the dragon until it disintegrated into binary coded blood.
Void then started firing multiple energy beams left and right to every dragon that tried to breath fire.
Once he fired his energy beams on the rest of the four dragons, he then proceeded to slash, hack and stab three of the four remaining dragons; reducing them into binary coded blood.
Eventually, only one CIH dragon stood in Void's way. The dragon which both Toxoit and Quant were riding on.
As the dragon flew closer and closer to Void, Quant looked deep into the anti-virus' eyes with a look of anger as he let out one final roar, " NOOOOO!!! DAMN YOU ANTI-VIRUS!!! WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!!!!"
"Simple, you can just call me Void ranger of the United Anti-Virus movement." Void smirked, "And always remember, deletion... it is inevitable!!!"
Hew then lifted his sword in the air as he leaped onto the last CIH dragon, he then stabbed the dragon in the heart; causing the dragon and everyone riding the dragon to fall to the ground.
As Vic and the girls were slowly recovering from Toxoit's attacks, they noticed the CIH dragon falling to its doom.
SNT got closer to the dragon and noticed Void was on top of the dragon; trying to put it out of its misery.
Without hesitating, Catney reached into her pocket and pulled out the floppy disk that Vic gave to her. She then handed the floppy disk over to SNT, who began to fly towards Void's direction.
When the chimera arrived to Void's aid, the anti-virus was surprised to see her. "SNT, what are you doing here?!!!"
"Helping you finish the job!!!" SNT shouted, "You are my anti-virus after all!!!"
Void was shocked to hear the chimera's words.
She then took his hand and gave him a floppy disk with the words 'Stuxnet' typed in an Arial Black font.
"SNT, I can't take this!!!" Void shouted looking terrified; as he realized he was holding one of the most dangerous viruses ever created.
"Oh yes you can!!!" SNT smiled as she leaned forward and kissed Void on the lips. "Now go!!! Finish them off!!!"
As SNT flew away from the anti-virus, Void looked down at the falling dragon and blushed at what just happened.
"I can't believe it; she finally remembers me." The robot whispers.
He then slowly walked on the falling dragon like a tightrope, trying not to fall.
When he reached the dragon's chest, he quickly lifted Courtney's floppy disk in the air and yelled, "Computer, activate Stuxnet.exe!!!"
As soon as Quant, Toxoit and the last CIH dragon fell to the floor, the floppy disk overheated and self destructed; causing a major explosion to everyone who stood above the dragon before impact.
Eventually, once the smoke was lifted, the evil trio were all disintegrated into binary coded blood.
SNT walked up to the blood puddle and began looking around for any signs of life.
"Hello?" The chimera called out, "Void ranger, are you there?!"
Suddenly, the chimera heard blood splashing nearby. She turned around and saw Void; back to his original blue armor, holding the Sonar glasses in one hand and his mother's sword in the other.
"Wow... that was quite a battle." Void sighed while trying to catch his breath.
He turned around to look back at all the damage that was done.
"Holy anti-viruses... did... did I do that?!" Void asked as he watched the puddle of blood spill throughout the room.
"Void!!!!" SNT cried out,
Void turned around and opened his arms out,
SNT leaped into the air, and both Void and SNT gave each other a big hug, "You did it!!! You stopped Content Control!!!"
"Yeah, I guess I did..." Void blushed, "But... remind me never to mix Sonar advanced protection with the tears of steel ever again."
"No promises." SNT giggled.
While Void and SNT continued hugging each other, Vic and the girls slowly got back to their feet to assess what was happening.
As the trio went to look around to investigate what happened, Void called out, "Vic!! Ladies!!! It's over, the war is over!!!"
Saki couldn't believe what she just heard, "Wait! What?!! What the f*k did you say?!"
Both Void and SNT ran to the group and gave them a group hug, "It's over!!! Content Control, the WannaCry ransomware and the Bumerang virus have all been deleted!!! We won!!!" Void shouted,
Upon hearing Void's words, the group cheered in celebration,
"Three cheers for Void!!! Hip hip!!!" The chimera shouted,
"Hooray!!!" Saki and Courtney cheered simultaneously,
Void then smiled and slowly walked towards Vic, "And to be honest with you all... Vic, I have to thank you for giving your floppy disk to Courtney, without that disk, I wouldn't have summoned Stuxnet to finish the job. And for that, I thank you Vic." He then stepped forward and gave Vic a hug.
"Don't thank me... thank my late stepfather. Without him, I wouldn't have gotten his floppy disks in the first place.
All of a sudden, Catney stepped forward and grabbed Vic's hands, "Vic, you were incredible against those a*holes!!!"
Vic blushed, "Thank you Courtney... but I'm just a virus researcher, trying to do everything in my power to make the computer world a better place."
Catney blushed back and hugged him while pecking his cheek with a kiss.
But Catney wasn't the only one who wanted to kiss Vic, Saki stepped forward and hugged Vic while kissing his other cheek.
"Vic, you f*ng b*d, it's great to see you again!!!" Saki cried.
Vic smiled and hugged both girls, "It's great to see you too Saki!"
And for once in his life, Vic finally got the recognition he deserved for all his hard work and effort.
As the group hug continued for Vic and the girls, both Void and SNT slowly approached each other,
"Umm, excuse me mister Void, you still didn't answer my question." SNT was wondering. "How exactly did I end up in the computer world in the first place?!!"
Void got closer to her and smiled, "Don't worry miss SNT... Once we leave this hell hole, and board Marine's spaceship, I'll tell you everything. I promise."
Void and SNT slowly gave each other a hug, just as Vic and the girls were ready to leave.
"C'mon everyone, lets go home." Void smiled.
But as our heroes were ready to exit the spaceship, a news broadcast began to air on a nearby computer monitor, relaying the recent events that unfolded during the computer war.
Sitting at a different news room which was blue and filled with computer monitors in the background, the anchorman took a seat and began reading from a printed piece of paper.
"This is Tim Burlock from News Center 5, with a breaking news flash!" The news anchor announced, "This just in. SNT the chimera, known all around the world as the OC of Courtney (ProjectSNT) is revealed to be an experiment created by Doctor Ivo Eggman, as a weapon to destroy Sonic the Hedgehog.
The announcement was made during the live execution atop the monetary of Sin Serials. In response to this revelation, Sonic and his friends had this to say..."
Suddenly, the camera footage switched towards Angel Island where Sonic and his friends were sitting on couches inside Tails' laboratory.
"SNT lied to all of us!!! And what's the next thing she does?!! She tries to kill someone?!! How can that blueberry robot be in love with a murderous experiment like her!!!" Sonic shouted as he clenched his fists.
"SNT and I have been close friends..." Tails said looking disappointed, "I just... I just never thought she could keep a secret like this."
"I already knew SNT was created by Eggman, it was only a matter of time until everyone would eventually find out" Amy growled while taking out her Piko Piko hammer, and threatening the camera man. "I swear, if I ever see her again!!!!"
"She's a danger to everyone around her, especially when she was trapped with two humans in the coliseum." Knuckles sighed.
The camera then shifted to Shadow the Hedgehog who simply looked away from the camera,
"SNT... if you're watching this, and I know you are... Be careful out there."
Once Shadow finished sharing his thoughts on the SNT scandal, the camera immediately switched back to the news room where the anchorman was concluding his broadcast.
"This is Tim Burlock, news center 5... Apophis." The anchor-man announced. And with that, the television screen switched to static.
The group was shocked and horrified upon watching the recent broadcast,
"Did... did they just... insult me?!!!" SNT shouted,
"They sure did!!! And that's all thanks to Thunderwave of the Heinous Hex, when she broadcasted the live execution in Sin Serials!!"
Saki was furious, she punched a hole into the computer screen, "So this is the f*ng thanks we get for saving the world?!!! Getting scolded by a bunch of furry b*s?!!! I am so offended!!!"
"Geez, a simple thank you for saving your lives would have been greatly appreciated!!!" Vic growled.
"Wow Sonic..." Courtney gasped with her hands over her mouth, "You really are an idiot!"
Void then walked over to the emotionally damaged chimera and placed his hand on her shoulder,
"Forget about them SNT!!! They don't deserve a hero like you!!" He and SNT then hugged each other.
As the chimera and the robot hugged it out, Vic, Courtney and Saki eventually joined in to comfort SNT.
Once the group hug was over, Void looked at the chimera and said, "Now c'mon, let's get the tar out of this hell hole."
As our heroes left the destroyed news room and headed towards the main deck of the spaceship in a single file line, they were shocked to discover all of their friends who were waiting for them on the neighboring spaceship.
Nicole and Daniela quickly removed the ropes for the platform, and the platform fell onto Quant's deck, allowing our heroes to board Marine's ship.
Once the group was finally on board, everyone already on board gave them a round of applause.
Catney then walked over to the end of the line and offered her hand for Vic to take.
Vic hesitated at first, as he saw the U.A.V ministers were present on deck as well.
He eventually took Courtney's hand and hopped his way to the front of the line.
"Blimey!!!" Norton gasped, he and the ministers then clapped their hands for the group. Vic looked at the anti-viruses surrounding them and smiled at them.
Suddenly, one important anti-virus slowly approached our heroes, and amazingly, his battle scars were healed. It was minister Sophos, and he was happy to see Void and his friends again.
"We did it... we won." Sophos smiled.
Sophos then walked towards the heroes and began to address the crowd, "Children, may i please see you all, front and center?!" Sophos shouted,
As Void, SNT and the 3 humans stood in front of Sophos, the minister bowed his head before the heroes.
"Congratulations children. Well done!!! You have done so much for the United Anti-Virus movement. You stopped Content Control; you saved millions from being censored. You defeated a group of rogues, you rescued most of the victims that were kidnapped by Content Control. And beyond that... you led these victims into battle; sending Content Control to their downfall."
Sophos then turned his attention to Void and smirked, "And did i mention that you, mister Void... You passed 2 of the U.A.V's exams in one day?!!"
"But most importantly, you have saved the computer world once again." Sophos smiled, "And for that, we of the United Anti-Virus movement are very proud of you... all of you!!!"
Sophos then turned around and pointed at Hacker, "Minister Immunet, please step forward!!!"
All of a sudden, both Hacker and Virus stepped forward towards the heroes, carrying 5 U.A.V diplomas to offer the group.
"Minister Sophos!!! Are those?!!!!" Void gasped,
"Wait a f*ng minute, we're actually getting rewarded for this?!!!!" Saki interrupted,
"Wow... I was expecting to get some kind of recognition, but not to this extent!!!" Courtney smiled,
"Yes children... It is true!!!" Sophos announced, "On behalf of the United Anti-Virus movement, on behalf of all the victims standing before you, and on behalf of all the employees of Macrosoft Corporation... I hereby reward you all with your graduation diplomas for completing your exams, and graduation with honours outside of the U.A.V academy!!!"
"Congratulations children!!!" Sophos shouted as both Hacker and Virus walked up to all 5 members of the group and gave each of them a diploma.
But Vic looked at the diploma disappointed, "But minister Sophos, there must be some mistake, I never took any courses, nor have I passed any exams to earn this diploma."
"That's because as part of his last will and testament; your stepfather wanted the United Anti-Virus movement to award you with the diploma for becoming our new programmer of the United Anti-Virus movement."
Upon hearing those words, Vic was in shock, "Wait a minute, what the hell?!!! You mean, you're giving me a..."
"Why yes, of course!!!" The minister interrupted, "Ever since your father joined the United Anti-Virus movement, all he ever talked about in his spare time was how important you were in his life.
And now that you have your diploma, you have made your stepfather proud. Congratulations... Vic Dos Kuroslov; the future minister Vipre!!!" He shouted while waving his arm towards Vic, once the speech was over, everyone cheered for the group.
Courtney then walked up to Vic and hugged him, "Well done Vic, we're so proud of you!!"
"Thank you... thank you ladies, I honestly don't know what else to say other than... Thank you for this wonderful position, as well as the opportunity to help make the world a better place. And I promise, as my stepfather's successor... I'll do everything in my power to make him proud!!!"
"Congratulations Vic, you're now an anti-virus programmer, just like your stepfather!!!" SNT shouted. She reached forward and hugged Vic with all her might.
"Vic, you did an amazing job against Content Control. And for that, i'm very proud of you." Void said as he gave Vic a hug.
Sophos then turned his attention towards the blue anti-virus, "And to you, mister Void, congratulations on your graduation. However, if you choose to give up your diploma, and stay with the U.A.V, you will be one step closer to becoming an anti-virus minister like the rest of us." Minister Sophos said as he reached out his hand.
Void slowly looked at the group before looking back at minister Sophos.
All of a sudden, he returned his diploma back to Sophos and bowed before him. "Another 10 years in the U.A.V it is." The minister smiled.
"Yes minister... I really do appreciate your generosity, and I wanna thank you for letting me be apart of this experience... But I want to take my skills to the next level." Void announced with a determined look on his face, "Therefore, I hereby refuse my diploma, and I would like to announce... that I'm advancing my skills to become the next minister for the United Anti-Virus movement!!!"
Upon hearing Void's reasoning, the ministers stepped forward and gave Void a round of applause.
Sophos then placed his hand over Void's shoulder, "An excellent decision mister Void, I; personally, am very proud of you." Both Void and Sophos then gave each other a hug.
Once the hug was over, Sophos raised his hand and addressed the crowd once again, "Ladies and gentlemen, children of all ages!!! I present to you, the graduating class of the United Anti-Virus movement!!!!"
Once minister Sophos concluded his speech, everyone on board cheered for our heroes once again, and the computer world was safe again.
During the applause, both Daniela and Nicole the cat walked over to remove the platform away from Content Control's ship.
And with that, the ship set sailed into the night, as Marine the Raccoon planned a non-stop flight towards SNT's homeland of Angel Island.
