It was a normal day in Beach City as we cue over to the Crystal Temple and we zoom inside said temple as we see a 23-year-old Greg and Rose Quartz, who was currently shapeshifted into her true form, could be seen sleeping in Rose's Room, specifically on a giant cloud that could fit Pink Diamond's giant body as both of them were completely naked due to their lovemaking last night and Rose's stomach was heavily huge due to her pregnancy as her husband laid on top of said stomach and the Interspecies Married Couple slept soundly in their shared room, only for Rose's eyes to widened in shock and winced in pain with her Diamond Gem glowing brightly as this caused Greg to wake up and yelp in surprise as he fell down from her stomach and landed on her giant Q-Cup Breasts as she blushed by this in embarrassment and giggled sheepishly.

"Oh, my stars, today is the day. Steven is going to come out. Is it normal for me to be freaking out? Because I've never been this scared before in my life. Not even during the Gem War or facing my family."

"Hey, babe, it's okay," Greg says while crawling up Pink Diamond's body to kiss her as he gives her a reassuring look. "We had talked about this. While we don't know what will happen to Steven when you give birth to him, it's something that we both agree to try to see if we can make something beautiful."

"Yes, a Human/Gem Hybrid. A one-of-a-kind and special baby." Pink Diamond says while calming down as they share another kiss. "But wait, if Steven is coming out today, then there's a lot of things that I have to do before I..."

"I know, and it's why we have been spending a lot of time together yesterday to cherish our final moments together, my Rose," Greg says while kissing Pink Diamond as he then crawls off of her body and lands on the ground as the Human Man goes over to a chest that he had conjured up earlier and opened it. "Go out into the town, say your final goodbyes to your loved ones, and simply enjoy your final day doing whatever you want. I will get everything ready for the birth." Greg says while putting on a long-sleeved dark green sweater, long black pants, and a pair of teal-colored sandals as he still wore his silver wedding ring on his right hand.

"But, Greg, don't you want to-,"

"Pink, this is why we agreed to have an all-day date with each other yesterday to have some Husband and Wife time so that you will be able to do whatever you want when you sense that Steven will come, so don't worry, Rose, just go out and do whatever you want. I should have everything ready when you come back." Greg says reassuringly as Pink Diamond teared up and smiled as she nodded while using her Shapeshifting powers to cover up her nudity as she could now be seen wearing an outfit that resembled a ballet dancer and harlequin, which consisted of a cerise half-skirted leotard that displayed her midriff and her Diamond Gem in a pentagon-shaped opening with pink-and-white puffy sleeves, a pair of elbow-length cerise gloves, a pink-and-white half-skirt atop cerise un-paned breeches, long white pantyhose, and a pair of pink ballet slippers with floating white pom poms as she still wore her silver wedding ring on her left hand.

"Thanks, Greg, you are the best." Pink Diamond says while bending down to kiss her husband passionately before standing up straight and walking forward as she then clasped her hands together. "Room? Do you mind recording my final message to Steven for me?" Pink Diamond asked while shapeshifting herself into her Rose Quartz Form as the Room's AI appeared before her and resembled her Old Pearl as she smiled brightly.

Standing before her is the Room Manifestation of her Old Pearl, which consists of her being a 6'5-feet-tall, 8,500-year Gem Pearl with one very pale magenta eye as she had an atypical scarring over her left eye that is lined with cracks that extend to the chin/hairline/hair bun of her physical form as it completely covered her missing eye, long lilac hair twisted into two Princess Leia-inspired buns presumably meant to resemble roses, a big pointed beak-like nose, thin lips, a sharp chin, E-Cup Breasts, Light Pink Skin, a tall thin and flexible build, a light pink an oval-shaped cabochon Pearl Gemstone located on the upper part of her navel, a heart-shaped thick ass, and her outfit consists of a hot pink and dark rose midriff-like top, a pair of lilac glove sleeves, a sheer lilac tulle skirt, dark rose tights with hot pink leggings, and a pair of very pale magenta flats.

"Of course, Mistress Rose." The Room's AI says while using her eyes to record Rose's final message to Steven as she takes a deep breath and smiles softly.

"Steven, if you are hearing this, it means that you have finally been able to access my room through your Gem, which means that you had access to my powers. Heh, I always knew you could. It was a...gut feeling." Rose says with a soft giggle as she then calms down and sighs heavily. "So, I know that you have a lot of questions, but sadly, I won't be able to answer them as this isn't the real me, but a holographic message that I had left in this room, shortly before giving birth to you as I'm really the physical avatar of the Room's Artificial Intelligence."

"There is so much that I want to tell you but...now isn't that time for that. Instead, the reason why I left this message is because I want to say that I'm proud that you were able to finally get into my room. I hope you are progressing well with your other new powers as well. Now, I want to say, welcome to my room, which is now your room. I want to tell you that this room is now forever yours. You have free rein of the place to do whatever you need."

"As you can see, this room is different than the others, and there's a reason for that because, in this room, it allows you to create anything that you desire. For instance, if you request a bed, a bed will appear. Stuff like that. If you want to request something, you have to say, 'Room, I want...', and that's how you do it. And I stress that you need to be really specific for your quest as this Room's AI is not as advanced as it should've been. Anyway, I will say that this room has some limitations and rules as to how the room can be manipulated and how objects are created. The room's ability to fulfill desires is limited by the physical size of the desire in question. While the room can replicate Humans and Gems, it may not accurately mimic their natural behavior."

"It depends really on how much you know them. Everything simulated by the room is made of clouds and dissolves when hit with enough force, which means that you can't create sparring partners in here or make any food...I really recommend that you don't make any food and eat it, please. Amethyst tried to do so when I brought her once and tried to make a box of pizza and eat it and...yeah, it went ugly. Oh, and none of the creations in here, including me, can get outside of the Crystal Temple at all. Also, if you have somehow lost control of the Room, just tell the Room's AI to summon the 'Reset Button' and it will swiftly fix up everything and automatically create the Crystal Temple Door, so that you can leave and arrive back at the real world."

"Anyway, other than that, you are golden. Now I will soon be replaced with the Room's AI, who will help you out with anything that you desire and any more questions that you have about this place. I have assured you that she will be 100% loyal to you and never hurt you as she will even protect you if anything happens. Now, before I go, I have one thing to say...I love you, Steven. I hope that you have a long and great life. Say, 'Hi', to your Father and the Gems for me." Rose says with a teary smile while gesturing at the Room AI to stop recording as she did. "Room? Show me the passageway into Garnet's Room and open up the Crystal Temple Door, so that Greg can leave." Rose requested as the Room AI nodded and snapped her fingers as the Temple Gate appeared before them, and Rose's Symbol began to glow a hot pink as the door opened up with a big rose symbol as it was glowing a hot pink energy color, and the clouds parted away to reveal one of the Crystal Heart's veins to the Burning Room.

"Good luck, babe," Greg says while going out of Rose's Room as Pink Diamond nods and makes her way to hop into the vein as she slides down.

Standing in a large red colorful background with millions of glowing stars, we see a stoic Garnet lifting up her glasses to wink at the readers slyly with her Dual Gemstones glowing brightly as Arthur stood beside her and grinned slyly as the 18-year-old Man lifted up his right arm to show off his glowing Gemstone and we then see a pair of smirking Pearl and Amethyst riding around on Blue's back with their Gemstones glowing brightly and the 10-year-old Female Hybrid Child was transformed into her Full Dinosaur Form as a roaring Saurus suddenly dropped down from the sky and landed in front of the Crystal Gems in his Full Dinosaur Form with Steven riding on his back and his Gemstone glowed brightly as they all struct a heroic pose.

After warping themselves into the other side of the planet, the Crystal Gems can be seen glaring at a hoard of Corrupted Gems, Evil Dinosaurs, and Jasper and Peridot as Garnet swiftly summoned her Gauntlets while Pearl summoned her spear as Amethyst pulled out her whip, Steven summoned his Shield, Saurus transformed into his True Dinosaur Form, Arthur summoned his spiked gauntlets, and Blue transformed into her Full Dinosaur Form as the Crystal Gems then mounted onto Saurus's back and charged forward at high speeds as they all let out a loud battle cry.

After defeating their powerful foes and saving the Planet Earth, the Crystal Gems decided to head back to Beach City as, after warping themselves near their Hometown, a roaring Saurus ran down the streets of Beach City, alarming Lars and Sadie, surprising the Pizza Family, impressing the Cool Kids, and caused a visiting Connie to gasp in awe as the Gang was able to arrive at their home, and the Crystal Gems got off Saurus's dinosaur back as he transformed back into his Human Form just as Greg drove up to them as he got out of the vehicle and placed a grill in front of them to grill up some victory Hot Dogs as a smiling Saurus rubbed a giggling Steven's head proudly.

"Woo! Yeah!" Rose cheered while sliding down the vein as she then flew off it and began somersaulting. "Triple 550 Deluxe with no cheese!" Rose says while using her Speed of Descent Regulation to alter her gravity enough to slow down the speed of her fall and gently lowering herself down to land on the ground as the Leader of the Crystal Gems then winced and held her pregnant belly as she felt her baby excitedly hit her womb a lot. "Oh, sweetie, I know that was fun, but please don't kick, Mommy," Rose says with a strained tone while taking a deep breath to calm herself down as she then turns her head and spots a 5,734-year-old Garnet floating off from the ground in a lotus position with her back turned against her as she looks the same as her present self. "Garnet-,"

"Rose, I know why you are here. You are here to tell me that Steven will soon be born and that you wanted to say your goodbyes as well as say that you want to point me as the Leader of the Crystal Gems from now on."

"Garnet-,"

"It's okay, Rose, you don't have to talk to me. I understand, and you can-," Garnet says before getting cut off by Rose walking over to hug her from behind.

"...You don't have to put up the tough act with me, guys. Let it all out, I can take it." Rose says with a comforting tone as Garnet flinches and begins trembling while crying softly as she then proceeds to De-Fuse back into Ruby and Sapphire as they go over to hug the Leader of the Crystal Gems and begin sobbing into her embrace.

Standing before her is a 5-feet-tall, 6,734-year-old Gem with a pair of eyes that have dark burgundy dark red scleras and burgundy irises, dark burgundy hair styled into a cube-shaped afro, a small nose, a sharp chin, D-Cup Breasts, a bright red Ruby Gemstone located on the palm of her left hand, Bright Red Sclart Skin, a short thick muscular build, a big thick ass, and her outfit consists of a maroon headband, a sleeveless black/brown tank top, brown shorts, and a pair of maroon boots. Her name is Ruby, one half of the Fusion Garnet, and Sapphire's lover.

Standing before her is a 5'5-feet-tall, 8,743-year-old Gem with one large eye that has a white sclera and dodger blue iris, long pale blue wavy with her bangs covering the top half of her face, a small nose, prominent lips, a sharp chin, C-Cup Breasts, a periwinkle blue Sapphire Gemstone located on the palm on her right hand, Periwnkle Blue, a tall slender hourglass build, a big bubble ass, and her outfit consists of a dark blue vest with a sleeveless black top underneath, a long dark blue dress with poofy navy blue sleeves, a pair of arm-length white gloves, and wears no shoes. Her name is Sapphire, one half of the Fusion Garnet, and Ruby's lover.

"We're going to miss you so much, Rose!" Ruby sobbed as she and Sapphire cried into Rose's chest.

"I'm sorry that I wasn't able to find a way for you and Steven to be together!" Sapphire cried out while pushing back her bang to reveal her teary eye as she tried to use her Future Vision to find out a way to save both Rose and Steven, but was unable to find a way to save both of them as she was only able to save either Rose or Steven, not both.

"Hey, hey, it's okay, I know that you two are going to miss me. I will miss you both as well, and I told you that Greg and I have come to a decision and we both agreed to go down this route to have Steven be able to be born safely. I've come to accept my death, you two should too." Rose says with teary hugs as she hugs both Ruby and Sapphire. "It's why I came here to say my final goodbyes, and I also wanted to say that I wanted Garnet to be the Leader of the Crystal Gems."

"Wait, you want us to be the leader?! But why not Pearl?!" A shocked Ruby asked as Sapphire nodded, even though she knew why Rose chose them to be the Leader of the Crystal Gems.

"Because, while Pearl is my second-in-command and the person I trust the most, she tends to overthink things and act out emotionally. You two have a cool head, and thanks to your Future Vision, you know how to plan ahead and think carefully. It's why I trust you both to be the Leader of the Crystal Gems. I also wanted to say that I was so happy to meet you and Garnet. All of you are a wonderful experience that changed Fusion forever, and I'm so proud and happy of what you two have become. I love you, Ruby and Sapphire."

"We love you, Rose!" Ruby and Sapphire yelled while hugging Rose and fused into Garnet again as she buried her face into her neck and de-summoned her visor to cry her heart out as the Leader of the Crystal Gems continued comforting her before they separated and Rose turned around to leave the Burning Room to make her way through the Crystal Temple as she was able to arrive at Amethyst's Room and spotted said person looking through a book about animals as she repeatedly shapeshifted from a Lion to a Zebra, Hippo, Gorilla, Monkey, and Alligator before morphing back to her Normal Form as a 5,086-years-old Amethyst spotted Rose and perked up at the sight of her as she looks pretty much the same from her present self.

"Oh, hey, Rose, what are you doing here? I thought you were too busy having sex with Greg."

"W-What...we weren't...how did you know?" A sheepishly blushing Rose asked as Amethyst gave her a sly grin.

"You two shook the whole Crystal Temple...again."

"...Oh...sorry about that..." A heavily embarrassed Rose says before coughing a bit as she goes over to sit down next to Amethyst. "Now, the reason why I came here is because I have good news. Steven will come soon."

"...Oh...so you mean bad news..." A pouting Amethyst says as Rose frowns a bit and rubs her pregnant belly.

"Look, Amethyst, I know that you are not THAT excited about Steven and such, but I promise that when he grows up, he will be a great friend to you."

"Are you sure?" Amethyst asked doubtfully as Rose nodded.

"Yeah, and for once, you won't be the youngest anymore. You will have to look after Steven like a big sister, he will look up to you."

"He will?" Amethyst asked hopefully as Rose nodded with a soft smile on her face.

"He will and I know that you will look after him and love him because, underneath that mischievous and trouble-making exterior, is a Gem with a big heart," Rose says while hugging Amethyst as she hugs her back. "I am so happy that we have found you in the Kindergarten, Amethyst, and I want to say thank you for teaching me how to shapeshift a womb for myself. Steven wouldn't be here without you and I appreciate that."

"Y-You're welcome, Rose," Amethyst says while tearing up and hugging her tightly as they then separate, and Rose kisses her on the forehead.

"Before I go, I want to say that I hope that you continue being yourself and don't change for anyone. Keep being the same shapeshifting, mischievous, adventurous, and fun-loving Amethyst that I know." Rose says as Amethyst begins crying and nods while sharing a hug with her as, after that is done, Pink Diamond then left Amethyst's Home and begins walking around the Crystal Temple to search for Pearl, but can't find her as she sighs somberly and decides to say her goodbyes to her later on as Rose made her back to the Burning Room while being thankful that Garnet wasn't around as she then glanced up at all of the Bubbled Corrupted Gems and teared up as the Leader of the Crystal Gems choked back a sob.

"I'm sorry...I'm so sorry that I wasn't able to find a way to cure all of you. I promise that the Crystal Gems will continue on with my mission and capture and bubble all of you safely and find a way to cure you all. I promise as your Leader." Rose says while saluting her Former Corrupted Comrades before turning around to make her way over to the Crystal Temple Gate with her Diamond Gem glowing brightly, and Rose's Symbol begins to glow a hot pink as the door opens up with a big rose symbol as it was glowing a hot pink energy color and the Leader of the Crystal Gems made her way out of it to appear back at Beach City as she walked out of the Crystal Temple Headquarters and began softly making her way towards the city while rubbing her pregnant belly and humming, 'Comet', under her breath as Pink Diamond started walking around Beach City, admiring the beautiful city that she had stayed in for the past thousands of years and waved and greeted all of the civilians that she had befriended as Rose eventually made her way to an old friend's house and knocked on the door as, after waiting for a couple of minutes patiently, the door opened up and a light honey-blond haired woman poked her head out.

Standing before her is a 5-feet-tall, 23-year-old Female Human with black eyes that have light magenta/pale pink eyeshadow, knee-length light honey-blond hair that seems to spike around her face and at the top of her head, thick black eyebrows, a small pointy nose, light magenta/pale pink lipstick, a sharp chin, G-Cup Breasts, Pale Skin, a short slender hourglass build, a heart-shaped perky ass, and her outfit consists of a short-sleeved white shirt with a boob window that showed off her cleavage, a brown belt with a golden belt buckle, long black jeans, and a pair of thigh-high black boots. Her name is Vidalia, Yellowtail's Wife, Sour Cream's Mother, the Future Mother Raddishes and Onion, Greg and Rose's Best Friend, and Steven's Human Godmother.

"Rose? What are you doing here? Did Greg die or something?" Vidalia asked with a half-playful/haf-serious tone as Rose shook her head.

"Oh, no, I just came here to deliver the good news. Little Steven is coming soon," Rose says while rubbing her pregnant belly as Vidalia's eyes widen in surprise.

"Oh, my future Godson is finally showing up? Awesome. Congrats, Rose." Vidalia says while sharing a hug with Rose as she has a big smile on her face.

"Thanks, but I have to say, you do know that when Steven is born-,"

"You will lose your physical form. Yeah, Greg told me. Speaking off, where is he?" Vidalia asked as Rose pointed behind her.

"Back at the Crystal Temple Headquarters, making preparations for Steven while I say my goodbyes to everyone."

"Understood. Well, I'm going over to meet up with Greg and wait for you to give birth to Steven to see him. See ya then. I have to find a quick Babysitter for Sour Cream." Vidalia says as Rose nods and turns around to leave...but stops as she turned around to hug her friend.

"Thanks for giving me the idea to bring a new life into the world."

"You're welcome, Rose," Vidalia says while trying to keep a tough demeanor, but Rose could tell that she was shedding tears and trembling but said nothing as they shared one final hug, and Pink Diamond then separated to leave as Vidalia wiped away her tears and then spent the next hour trying to find a sitter for her 3-year-old Son and was able to have Barbara Miller look after Sour Cream for the whole day and then made her way over to the Crystal Temple Headquarters as Vidalia arrived inside and spotted Greg making some phone calls.

"...Yeah, Rose is about to give birth anytime now."

"..."

"Yeah, you're about to become an Aunty soon, so do you mind coming all the way here with your wife to help my wife give birth to our Alien Hybrid Son?"

"..."

"Cool, thanks," Greg says while hanging up the call as he was then surprised when he spotted Vidalia standing before him. "Oh, hey, Vi, what's up?"

"Rose told me the news. Congratulations."

"O-Oh yeah, so excited for our Son," Greg says with a nervous laugh as Vidalia spots this and narrows her eyes as she steps forward.

"You know, Rose and the Gems aren't around, so you don't have to hide your emotions."

"W-What do you mean by that?" Greg asked just as Vidalia went over to hug him as she teared up.

"Greg...I'm going to miss Rose too." Vidalia says with Greg tearing up and hugged her back as he began crying, and his friend cried as well as their cries rang out across the Crystal Temple Headquarters, not knowing that a 7,485-year-old Pearl was hiding nearby and spying on them as she bit her lip and looked away as tears ran down her eyes.

Meanwhile, with Rose, we see her spending the rest of the day visiting all of her favorite spots on Earth, which included her Garden in Dead Man's Mouth and touching the moss, being thankful to remind the Gems to tend it at least once a year, even if they find it gross, and then went to her Healing Spring as Rose made sure to supply it with her Healing Tears that will last for centuries, and then went to the Strawberry Battlefield as Rose walked around, relieving a lot of painful yet great memories of her past battles as the Leader of the Gems then arrived at her Armory and made sure that all of her weapons and armor are still there for her Son to use in the future, and we then see Rose arriving at the Saharan Desert Africa as she walked over to a small white building that contained a 387-year-old Lion and an 87-year-old Tiger as she rubbed their heads.

"Hey, Lion. Hey, Tiger." Rose says with a warm smile as Lion and Tiger sniff her stomach and growl, realizing that she is about to give birth as the Leader of the Crystal Gems nods in confirmation. "Yeah, Little Steven will be here soon, and when he does, I want you to be his Guardian, Lion," Rose says to Lion, who nods as she smiles.

"Good, now if you may? For one last time." Rose says as Lion nods again and his eyes and mane begin to glow pink and black as she leans down and allows Pink Diamond to get inside of his mane and is teleported over to what seems to be a Small Pocket Dimension with no hair as Rose had arrived at a vast pink savannah with tall pink meadows that stretch to a tall pine taffy-colored tree that resembles an acacia tree, which is atop a grassy hill as, beneath and within the tree, are Rose Quartz's most treasured possessions, which consists of her VHS Tape for Steven, a treasure chest with a De-Powered Rose Quartz Gem inside, a damaged flag with her symbol on it, her Sword, a photo of Greg and Rose, a photo of the Crystal Gems, and tons of pictures of all of the friends that Rose had made for the past thousand years, and an XXXL Mr. Universe Shirt as there was also one of her bubbles that contained a rectangular rainbow Bismuth Gemstone as it was hollow, and each 'layer' of the gemstone is a different color, starting pinkish/purple on the outside, and then forming a gradient to yellow in the center as there is a small swirling notch in the lower left-hand side of the gem preventing the hollowed-out interior of the gem from forming a perfect rectangle.

"I'm sorry, Bismuth," Rose says with a somber tone while reaching up to pop her bubble to say her goodbyes to one of her closest comrades, but then stops upon being reminded of the promise that they had made to each other a long time ago when the Gem Rebellion was close to being ended and sighed heavily as she then turned around to leave and phased down through the tall pink meadows as Pink Diamond emerged out of Lion's Mane and appeared back on Earth as she landed on the ground and then turned to Lion and Tiger. "Goodbye, you two," Rose says with a soft smile before growing serious as she ventures deeper into the white building, and after making sure that there is no one around, she then shapeshifted herself back into her Pink Diamond Form and makes sure to shrink herself to be 6 feet tall.

"Okay, let's see if I can still use my Pink State." Pink Diamond says while taking a deep breath as she then activates her Pink State, and her whole body, except for her clothes, glows pink as she then reared back her head, and her eyes glow a bright pink as Rose then emitted a loud magical shriek, and her shriek shoots out across the building as it then transforms itself into a pink portal that leads to the Pink Diamond Moon Base, which is an ancient tower placed on the Moon as it served as the headquarters for Pink Diamond to plan the colonization of Earth. "Oh, wow, it worked." An amazed Pink Diamond says with her voice echoing a bit as Rose then de-activated her Pink State and walked through the portal as it stayed there due to her knowing that Lion and Tiger would prevent anyone from going through the portal without her permission.

"Man, it's been a long time since I have been here." Pink Diamond says with a small hum while walking through the first floor of her Moon Base, which has murals of all Seven Diamonds as she makes her way up to the second floor and it contains an observation orb that she used to monitor the colonization efforts as Rose went over to look through it and tried to find her friend as she was able to find a depressed and solemn Pearl standing on top of the Crystal Temple Statue and the Leader of the Crystal Gems said nothing but frown somberly as she then turned around and climbed up to the third floor as it was covered by a geodesic dome that allows a scenic view of Earth, and in the center of the room, there is a raised platform with a single chair and a dashboard as the chair has a Diamond Communicator embedded in its left arm while the right arm has some of the controls used to access the computer and adjust the position of the chair.

"..." Pink Diamond remained silent as she then went over to her chair and grew back to her usual 35-feet-tall height as Rose sat down on her chair and reached over to the Diamond Communicator as her hand hovered above it and struggled to lower it to activate it, wanting to say her final goodbyes to her Diamond Family...but stopped as Rose thought about it and then shakes her head, thinking that it was best to not call up the Diamonds or else they will try and attack the Earth and colonize it again as she instead reached over to grab the Diamond Communicator and activate it by twisting it to an 180 degrees as it landed in a pink color and project a holographic screen as Rose began trying to call up her second closest best friend, only for it to go into voicemail as she sighed heavily, but said nothing as the Leader of the Crystal Gem began leaving her message.

"Hey, Spinel, I have left this message to say that...Steven is going to be born soon, so I wanted to say my goodbyes to you, but you seemed to be busy on one of your adventures in space, but no worries about it. Trust me, bestie. Anyway, I want to say goodbye as I will give up my physical form for Steven, and that I love you so much, Spinel, and I hope that you will be able to cope from my death and continue living out your life in however way you want, and if you want to come by Earth and visit Steven and the Crystal Gems, feel free to do so. I love you, Spinel, and I'm going to miss you. Goodbye, Best Buddy." Pink Diamond says with a warm smile and teary eyes while sending the message as she then deactivates the Diamond Communicator and sits in the room in silence for about an hour or so before standing up from the chair as Rose shrunk herself down to be 6-feet-tall and turned around to leave.

After making her way back down to the first floor of the Pink Diamond Moon Base as Pink Diamond then shapeshifted herself back into her Rose Quartz Form and walked through the pink portal as she arrived back in the Saharan Desert Africa on Planet Earth and said her final goodbyes to Lion and Tiger before making her way over to the nearest Warp Pad and used to warp herself back to Beach City, specifically the Crystal Gem Temple Statue as she looked around and spotted Pearl sitting near with an emotionless look on her face as the Leader of the Crystal Gems walked over to sit beside her and a somber silence rang out.

"...Pearl-,"

"I don't want to talk about it," Pearl says with a harsh yet saddened tone as Rose pursed her lips and sighed heavily as she then scooted closer to her.

"Look, Pearl, I know that you have a lot of...grievances with Greg and I's decision, but I want to say that I'm happy that you were able to more or less support our decision, and I hope that you will be able to love Steven as much as we would love him," Rose says as Pearl takes a deep breath and puts on a fake smile as she turns to her Crush.

"Trust me, I will."

"Thanks, my Pearl...hey, want to feel him? He's kicking." Rose says as Pearl perks up and nods nervously as she reaches over to place her hand on Rose's pregnant belly and is stunned to feel something kicking inside of it. "Amazing, isn't it? Humans are so lucky to be able to do this by themselves." Rose says with an intrigued and amazed tone as a shocked Pearl nods. "Anyway, I wanted to say one thing, Pearl, when Steven is old enough, I want you to tell him and the Crystal Gems the truth about me."

"A-Are you sure?" A surprised Pearl asked as Rose nodded grimly.

"Yeah, they all deserve to know the truth," Rose says as Pearl's jaw drops and nods slowly as a soft silence rang out with both of them having so many things to say to each other but are settled with simply just by being in each other's presence as they stay together for the next three hours until Pink Diamond felt her baby hit her stomach a lot and her Diamond Gem glowed brightly, signaling that it was time to give birth to Steven as Pearl was quick to help her down the statue and the hill as the duo were able to arrive at the Crystal Gem Temple Headquarters and spotted Greg, Vidalia, the Crystal Gems, and a Doctor and a Nurse could be seen waiting for them to show up.

Standing before them is an 8'4-feet-tall, 35-year-old African American Woman with red eyes, long blue hair that reaches down to her legs and was spiky, blue eyebrows, a small nose, a sharp chin, K-Cups Breasts, Dark Black Skin, a really tall muscularly slender hourglass build, a heart-shaped bubble ass, and her outfit consists of a black jewelry necklace wrapped around her neck, a long-sleeved high-collared white opened lab coat, a short-sleeved blue shirt underneath, long blue pants, and a pair of white high heel shoes. Her name is Harley Wilson, Pamela's Wife, a Doctor, and a close personal friend of Rose Quartz as they had met each other when Pink Diamond was on one of her solo missions.

Standing before them is an 8'2-feet-tall, 30-year African American Woman with green eyes, long pink hair that reaches down to her back and was tied up into a high ponytail, pink eyebrows, a big pointed nose, thin lips, a sharp chin, E-Cup Breasts, Dark Brown Skin, a tall thin and flexible build, a tight perky perfect ass, and her outfit consists of a small white nurse's cap with a small red cross symbol attached to it, a black jewelry necklace wrapped around her neck, a high-collared white form-fitting dress with rolled up sleeves, a white belt, and a pair of white high heel shoes with white ribbons. Her name is Pamela Banner, Harley's Wife, a Nurse, and a close personal friend of Rose Quartz as they had met each other when Pink Diamond was on one of her solo missions.

"Harley, I'm so glad that you and Pamela were able to show up," A relieved and smiling Rose says while walking over to hug Harley as said person hugs her back.

"And we are happy to be here and help give birth to Baby Steven," Harley says with Pamela nodding in agreement as Greg then turns to the rest of the others.

"Alright, everyone, just like we said, Pearl, Dr. Harley, Nurse Pamella, and I will be with Rose during the birthing process. The rest of you will stay here and wait for Steven to be born." Greg instructed as everyone nodded, and Rose said her final goodbyes to all of her friends and family before she and the others walked over to the Temple Gate as Rose's Symbol began to glow a hot pink, and the door opened up with a big rose symbol as it was glowing a hot pink energy color and she, Greg, Pearl, Dr. Harley, and Nurse Pamella went through the door and arrived at Rose's Room as the door behind them closed up and Rose Quartz took a deep breath as she then morphed into back into her Pink Diamond but shrunk herself down to be 6-feet-tall as the Leader of the Crystal Gems was surprised to see that a section of her room was morphed to resemble a hospital room with all of the necessary medical equipment that they need in order to safely give birth.

"Whoa, you went all out." A surprised Pink Diamond says as Greg smiles softly.

"Anything for my babies," Greg says as Pearl frowns jealously while Pink Diamond smiles and nods as she then shapeshifts her clothes to gain a hospital gown and goes over to sit down on the bed as Dr. Harley goes over to her.

"Don't worry, guys, we will be able to have that baby out of there in a jiffy." Dr. Harley says as Pink and Greg smile and nod as we then have a small montage of the birthing process with Dr. Harley instructing on the pregnant mother on what to do as Nurse Pamela helps her out, and five hours later, it is finally time for Baby Steven to be born as they informed Pink to begin pushing and said person nodded while reaching up to grab Greg and Pearl's hands as she grunted and screamed loudly, feeling the most painful thing that she has experienced in her whole life and her Husband and Close Best Friend winced at the tight grip that she had but said nothing as, much to their shock, Pink Diamond's physical form began glowing a bright pink and Dr. Harley informed her that this was normal as she told Rose to keep pushing and said person was happy to oblige as she continued pushing and the gang spotted the silhouette of Baby Steven's body as Rose's Diamond Gem slowly trailed down to land down on Steven's stomach and shrinks itself in size before it safely shoved itself inside of the hole in Steven's stomach as Pink Diamond then lets out a loud, painful scream and was able to push out Steven as he landed in Dr. Harley's hands. "Rose, you did it! You successfully gave birth to your son!"

"He's alive and looks to be very healthy." Nurse Pamela says with a soft smile while checking on a wailing 1-Minute-Old Steven's body as Pink Diamond's body stopped glowing, and the gang was surprised to see no gem in her body as it turned into a living hologram and her body was glitching in and out of existence as her body was being projected out of Steven's Diamond Gem.

"I'm...so happy..." A panting Pink Diamond says weakly with her voice sounding more echoey and robotic as Dr. Harley then handed Baby Steven over to her, and Greg and Pearl went over to glance down at him as they all gasped in amazement.

"Whoa, he has my eyes and body." A shocked Greg says as Pearl nods numbly.

"He has Rose's face and hair as well as her Gem."

"Steven is so perfect." Pink Diamond said with teary eyes and began kissing Steven's face as he calmed down and cooed.

"How much time does Pink have left before she dies?" Greg asked with his voice choking up a bit as Dr. Harley sighed somberly.

"I say about ten minutes, so Rose, if you want to spend time with Steven, now is your chance." Dr. Harley says as Pink Diamond nods stoically, and we then have a small montage of Rose spending time with Steven by cuddling up with him, kissing his adorable face, lying him down on the floor, and allowed him to crawl over to her (With Greg being surprised by this but figured that Steven might be more advanced than normal humans due to him being an Alien Hybrid), threw him up and down in the air, and even danced around with him as Greg and the others stood by, not wanting to ruin this beautiful moment between the Mother and Son as, sadly enough, Pink Diamond's time has finally come and slowly began getting vaporizing out of existence as she sighed heavily and went over to place Steven in Greg's arms as the Former Leader of the Crystal Gems then glanced up at the sky.

"Room? I want to give full ownership to Steven Quartz Universe, and I want you to help protect and care for him." Pink Diamond ordered as the room glowed a bright pink glow.

"Understood, Mistress Pink Diamond." The Room's AI says, being unable to meet her dying mistress in person as Pink Diamond nodded and leans over to kiss Greg passionately, kisses Steven on the cheeks repeatedly, kisses a blushing Pearl on her Gem, and went over to hug Dr. Harley and Nurse Pamela as she then separated and took a couple of steps back as Rose smiled warmly.

"Everyone, I want to say that I love you all, and I hope that you will all protect and love Steven as well. Goodbye, everyone. It's been an honor being your friend, lover, Wife, Mother, and family." Pink Diamond says while doing a courtesy to everyone just as she finally vaporizes from sight and her physical form is erased from out of existence as Steven's Diamond Gem stops glowing and Greg covers his face with his free hand as he begins crying, Pearl crashes down to her knees and sobbed harshly as a saddened Nurse Pamela went over to comfort a crying Dr. Harley and a somber silence rang out, but then, much to everyone's shock, Steven began babbling happily, and his Diamond Gem glowed a bright pink color, making everyone smile solemnly and went over to stare down at Baby Steven as, while an old life died, a new one began.
