AN: I don't own Scooby-doo, or any other franchise that may appear in the story.
2nd Case: "Frights at the Talent Show"
It was a dark night in the outskirts of Coolsville within the woods and near a swamp. There is a river down cutting through them that a road leads to. Along it, there was a cabin with a silo nearby that had the Mystery Machine parked in front of it.
After their first mystery, the gang decided they need a HQ that wasn't each others bedrooms at home, i.e. Shaggy's room. So, they found an old cabin that belonged to Shaggy's family from decades ago and made it their new base that they call The Clubhouse.
Velma, in her Classic Orange outfit, is soon rushing up the steps from the Mystery Machine with her tablet in hand before she opens the door to reveal the other four inside.
The inside of the cabin was dingy in appearance with some added on flair from the gang to make it feel like it's theirs.
Random carpets of varying styles littered the floor. It had desks for each human member, with their own chairs to match their main colors, and lamps on them that also matched the chairs. They had a table of sorts in the center made from an industrial wheel that held a roll of chains, with random chairs that don't match surrounding it. A fridge was in the corner for food and cooling of other stuff, updated to modern times at Shaggy, Scooby, Velma, and Daphne's insistence. There was a filing cabinet for physical case notes, at Velma's insistence. An investigation lab was also added in a corner for Velma. An empty chest for evidence from cases with some bags hanging by it. Shelves for various things, like books and trophies hang on the walls. A wardrobe was in one corner for spare clothes, one drawer for each, if theirs get messy and they can't make it home, with a curtain to separate from the others gaze.
It had two generators, one gas powered and the other is a solar powered, so they were off the grid, both stored in the silo but with the activation for them were added into the cabin via Velma and crew's tinkering.
Shaggy was in his Classic Green outfit, Scooby had on only his Blue Collar, Daphne was in her Classic Purple outfit, and Fred had on his Blue Stripe outfit.
Shaggy and Scooby were eating a sandwich and hotdog, respectively, at the center table. While Daphne was working at her desk. Fred was cleaning an old football trophy in remembrance, having quit it to focus on mystery solving.
All of them were startled, with Shaggy and Scooby dropping their food, and they all looked to the door due to Velma slamming it open.
"Wow. A little on edge?", Velma remarks as she steps inside and then closes the door.
"Sorry Velma", Shaggy says as he sets Scooby down, having caught him when the dog jumped up in fright, "Like, we haven't eaten since the snack-after-lunchtime-snack!"
"Shaggy, Scooby, you guys are going to love me!", Velma tells them in excitement before showing them her tablet, "The Keystone Castle International Food Festival", showing a picture of a castle with an article attached.
"Food Festival!", Shaggy and Scooby repeat in stunned elation.
"A castle?", Fred asks her, "We have those in the US? Either way, sounds like a fun weekend".
This cause Shaggy and Scooby to dress in stereotypical vacation tropical outfits, with bags of beach gear, no one knows how they do it.
"Oh, it's beautiful!", Daphne remarks at the sight of the castle, "Look at the amazing scenery", ignoring the teen and his dog taking pictures for the trip.
"And there's even an eating competition", Velma informs as she reads the article, drawing the duos attention again, while Scooby faints in excitement.
"Scoob!", Shaggy cries out as he gets over Scooby in a panic, "This is, like, no time for sleeping, man! We've got to start clearing out all these shelves!"
"Why do that now?", Fred asks them.
"To make room for the trophies we'll totally be bringing back", Shaggy says, high-fiving a recovered Scooby.
"I'd really love to go, but I promised we'd help my cousin, Anna, win her school talent contest", pointing to a poster of it on the wall, with her cousin front and center on it.
Shaggy and Scooby sigh in disappointment.
"We'll be there, Daph", Fred tells her, before rounding the table to Shaggy and Scooby, "I've heard St Louis High has the biggest cafeteria in the state", he bribes.
"The Biggest?! Yum!", Scooby cheers.
"And cafeterias always have the best customers, like us!", Shaggy remarks with a smile, petting Scooby at the end.
"So as much as I'd like to see that castle, can Anna count on us?", Daphne asks them.
"Totally!", Shaggy tells her in agreement, "With Scoob's and my sweet dance moves", doing the robot back-to-back with Scooby, "in her act, she'll get her first place trophy", causing Daphne to snort in amusement with a smile, "Then we can go eat our way to our trophy".
Late at Night, St Louis High
A blonde girl stood on a theatre stage, with her hair done up in twin pigtails at the base of her head at shoulder length, like Penny from Inspector Gadget. She wore a near sleeveless white top with an open collar, exposing her cleavage. she had on blue jeans and wore pink loafers with white soles.
This is Anna Blake, Daphne's paternal cousin, though she looks more like Fred's cousin than Daphne's.
"One more time!", her drama teacher, Ms. Hillken, declares.
She was a middle aged woman wearing a all pink suit dress, with heart designs on her blouse, with pink cat glasses and her red hair was done up in a bun.
"In the name...", Anna goes before flinching as her teacher loudly cuts in.
"Stop! Stop! Stop!", Ms. Hillken yells out, "You sound like a mouse, Anna! You must project! and again..."
Anna takes a deep breathe before stepping forward, "In the name of the gods...", lifting her hand dramatically for something cuts her off.
"Mwahahaha!", a sinister laugh echoes through the theater.
"Ms. Hillken... is that you? I hope?", Anna pleads, looking into the darkened audience seatings of the theatre to emptiness.
"Mwahahaha!", the laughter happens again, startling Anna as she looks above her to the rafters, only to gasp at what she sees.
"Mwahahaha!", laughs the haunting sight of a grotesque man in a suit with a dracule esque cape, white frill cuffs, a white glove on his right hand, and a half-faced white mask on his right side.
What Anna could see, he had horrid green skin with yellow gapped teeth. His eyes matched with yellow sclera while having edish irises. He was balding with greasy black hair.
His hands are coated in a purple glow and he dives down from the rafters at Anna.
"Ah!", Anna releases a scream as she runs off stage while this Phantom of the High School Musical swoops pass her.
Outside, on the Road
The Mystery Machine was driving down the road, this time with Fred behind the wheel and Velma in the passenger seat while Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby were in the back.
A few more things were added. A mini-fridge to match the kitchen set. A travel lab for Velma to work on the job. Along with all their clue/evidence bags and other small and personal gear.
"I can't wait to see Anna", Daphne remarks with a smile, "Thanks for helping her out, guys"
"No problem, Daph, we're happy to help", Shaggy tells her, patting her shoulder, "Right, Scoob?"
"Scooby-Dooby-Doo!", Scooby preemptively cheers in agreement.
"Okay", Fred says as he pulls before the closed off gate of the school and they get out, "let's split up - we'll find Anna faster that way".
Shaggy sniffs the air, "Like, we'll search in this direction", he tells the others with a thumb pointing towards a direction, "Right, Scoob?"
"He-he-he-he! Right!", Scooby laughs in agreement with a wink.
The others just shake their heads, knowing they were going for the food first and foremost.
Shaggy and scooby pass through a broken gap in the fence.
"If we're gonna dance at Anna's contest, we need to find the cafeteria and fuel up!", Shaggy tells his best bud.
"Scooby-Dooby-Doo!", Scooby says in agreement as they rush through the park, passing by merry-go-round and a trampoline.
{"Come in... Scooby, Shaggy, come in... do you copy?"}, Velma says through their radio.
"Like, we copy, or whatever", Shaggy responds as they pass two seesaws.
{"Hi, boys"}, she greets before saying, {"You need to find a way into the school. Anna should be inside somewhere"}.
"Cool, leave it to us, Velma!", Shaggy tells her as he and Scooby climb up some steps and hop across over a small fountain to a platform,
{"Okay, keep me posted. Velma out!"}, Velma ends the transmission.
The duo soon approach another gate but see a hedge cut doorway and enter through there. They climb up to another platform area and jumps across another gap.
Scooby slid into a trash can as they get off it to the stone laid pathway.
"Scoob, we've gotta be quiet sneaking around here. If a teacher finds us, we're, like, history man!", Shaggy tells the dog.
They continue forward to a statue of a bowing man holding a book forward in his right and and a mask up in his left hand.
They then hear a rustling in the brush of the area. The cowardly duo hide among the legs of the statue as they gaze around for the source of the noise.
Footsteps approach them and they see it to be Anna, though they don't know that.
"What are you doing back there?", she asks them in a kind tone of voice.
"We're Shaggy and Scooby.. ahh... Garden inspectors!", Shaggy lies to cover himself and Scooby.
"Shaggy and Scooby?", she asks as she remembers the names, "I've heard of you. I'm Anna".
"Anna?", Shaggy asks as he and Scooby step off the statue's garden pedestal, "Like, Daphne's cousin?"
"Yeah", she nods in confirmation.
"We're here to, like, help you win your contest", Shaggy tells her with a smile before he and Scooby do a little goofy jig to show off their moves.
Anna gts solemn though, "And I'll need some real help. We haven't been able to finish a single dress rehearsal since the Phantom started haunting the theatre".
"Zoinks!", Shaggy lets out in despair, "Like, did you say, Ph-Ph-Ph-Phantom?!"
"Ph-Ph-Ph-Phantom?!", Scooby repeats in dread.
"Yeah! The Phantom of the High School Musical", Anna informs, "he keeps terrorising us whenever we're in the theatre. Ms. Hillken still isn't happy with our performance, and the contest is this weekend.
"Ms. Hillken?", shaggy asks her, not knowing who that is.
"The drama teacher", Anna tells him.
"Okay", Shaggy says, "But first, like, if we're gonna go find the food... I mean, Phantom... we need to know... Is there a cafeteria here?"
"Right past that building", she nods to it, "But why?"
"Gotta get some energy if we're gonna help you win your contest", he salutes as he and Scooby go to leave, causing Anna to roll her eyes in amusement.
"Just like Daphne described", she mutters to herself with a smile.
As they leave Anna, Shaggy talks to Scooby, "Like, my philosophy in life, Scoob... food before Phantom"
"Me too", Scooby agrees.
"All right - to the school eats!", Shaggy declares before spotting a dumpster before a sealed off gate that they could hop over.
After that, they got another radio call, this time from Fred.
{"Shaggy, it's Fred. Have you found a way into the school yet?"}, Fred asks them.
"No, but we found Anna", Shaggy says as they enter the schoolyard area where the flagpole was, "Oh, and, like, watch out for the Phantom".
{"Phantom?"}, Fred asks in confusion before the radio went out.
"Fred...? Hello...?", Shaggy calls out , "Oh, he's gone scoob, Like a Phantom!", causing Scooby to whimper.
They soon spot a gate into the loading dock for the school. Shaggy spots an open window with a lever/switch that could open the gate.
Taking out his yo-yo, he tosses it forward and it wraps around the handle before he then pulls and the gate opens. He retrieves his Yo-yo and go through.
"*sniff* it's up there, Scoob! can't you smell that cafeteria taste!", Shaggy says to Scoob as they walk forward.
Shaggy spots a lift platform on wheels that construction sometimes use, "Like, we can use that to head up to the roof, Scoob", and Scooby and Shaggy hop on it.
Shaggy turns it on and elevates it to the rooftop where the smell is coming from and get off onto the roof, where they find a broken grate into the vent system.
"Awww, man! The food's down this hole", Shaggy complains, "Back to the drawing board Scooby-Doo".
"Uh-uh!", Scooby shakes his head in denial before rushing into the fents.
This left Shaggy to shake his head, "I haven't even had dinner and, like, I'm already being deserted".
Elsewhere, with Fred and Velma
The former jock and the smartest members of the gang head on through a garden area towards a baseball field.
"We'll never find Anna if we have to search in the dark", Fred remarks at how little light there was in the area.
"Hmmm...", velma hums in thought as she survives the area before saying, "by the looks of things, that's the power shed right there. The generator for the field lights should be inside", pointing to the small building beside them.
Fred sees that theirs a fence with barbed wire on top, save for a bent portion. He then finds the gate, which is blocked by a cart full of heavy sports gear. he pushes the cart away from the door only to find it chained and locked.
"Freddy, keep pushing it to that broken part and we'll use the cart to climb up on in", Velma tells him.
"Got it, Velma", Fred says as he then continues to push the cart till it was just below the bent fence.
Fred then climbs up first and helps Velma on up to it before then helping her climb over the busted fence and hopped on over himself, they then got of the crates for the door and enter into the power shed.
"Jinkies! That power switch is huge!", Velma exclaims at the crank-like switch connected to the massive power generator, "See if you can turn it, Fred", she tells him.
Fred grabs ahold of one of the four bars and begins turning it counter-clockwise. Not long after, the generator activates, with a light going green in the room to signify this, and the duo head on back out.
The climb back over the fence gap and head on into the baseball field.
"If we get the sports lights on, we'll be able to see a whole lot better", Fred remarks.
"The terminals for them appear to be in each dugout. I should be able to turn them on", Velma adds on before heading for the one on the left side, closest to them.
She works on one, pushing the button in the right order and activates the lights for that one, then she heads for the right side dugout and does the same for that terminal and the lights for the field blare on.
Fred soon spots something on one of the bases, "Look Velma, a clue!", he calls out as he picks it up to show her.
"Jinkies", Velma heads on over to him and inspects it, "A white theatre glove?", like those you see on magicians and butlers, "It looks to be for the right hand. What's this doing on the baseball field?", she then radioes in, "Daphne, come in. Do you copy?".
{"Daphne here. Hi, Velma"}, Daphne radioes back.
"The Shag and Scoob found Anna and apparently we've got a Phantom on our hands", Velma informs her.
{"Sounds like another mystery. Cool!"}, Daphne states with excitement, looking forward to their next mystery since Deedle.
"The Phantom may be on our hands, but he's missing a glove on one of his! Keep on eye out for clus. When one of us finds a way into the school, we'll all meet up", Velma shares as she puts said glove into their three evidence bag, since that seems to be their split up scheme of three teams max. So Shaggy had one, Daphne had one, and Velma had one.
{"Okay, Daphne out"}, Daphne ends the radio call.
"Hey, kids!", Fred and Velma hear and they turn to see an older fit bald man in green and orange school gym clothes with a matching baseball cap run out onto the field.
"Coach Hayes!", Fred calls out in recognition, "Fred Jones. I remember you from when your school used to play ours".
"Fred Jones - the star quarterback", Coach Hayes suspiciously says in remembrance, "Your spectacular pass really stole the game away from us, son".
"Sorry, sir. But thanks, sir!", Fred says to him.
"So you'll be at the sports carnival this weekend?", Hayes asks Fred, thumbing towards a poster for it.
"This weekend? But the talent show's this weekend", Velma states in confusion.
"Huh! That's what Ms Hillken thinks", Hayes laughs off.
"Pardon?", Velma asks.
"Ms Hillken, the drama teacher", Hayes specifies, "Think about it. How do they ever hope to win the talent contest if they can't even finish a dress rehearsal?".
"Yeah, that is tough to do when there's a Phantom in the house", Velma remarks.
"Phantom, eh?", Hayes snorts dismissively, "Just as well, as far as I'm concerned. My star player is in that show."
"Hmm", Velma lets out in thought.
"Well our friend's cousin is in the show, too, so we need to help them get Phantom-free", Fred says.
Hayes looks to him, "Well, a word of advice... Ask Ms Hillken where she was every time the Phantom was said to have appeared".
Fred furrows his brow in thought as Hayes continues his late night run off the field.
The do then head through the gate behind homebase.
"Fred, look, up there on the roof... what is that?", Velma says.
"Don't know. Let's go check it out", Fred tells her as they continue forward.
On A Nearby Roof
Scooby bursts out of a vent onto a rooftop.
"Hey Scooby!", Daphne waves from a nearby rooftop, "Wait there! I can get across on this pipe", before she climbs on and shimmies across the alley gap that Velma and Fred had just passed under to Scooby using the bent over heat pipe.
"Good boy, Scoob! Did ya get seperated from Shaggy?", Daphne asks him.
"Yeah-huh", Scooby replies.
"Well, let's see if we can find a way inside from up here", Daphne says and they head across the rooftop till they find a series of vents and a pipe heading up.
Daphne climbs the pipe and Scooby climbs through the vents till they got to a grated walkway to a door. They approach the door and Daphne pulls on it.
"Lucky day! It's unlocked!", Daphne remarks before her and Scooby head inside.
They were soon walking down the halls of the high school, passing by classrooms and red lockers, the dim lighting of the night making the school extra scary for the dog and teenager. They soon found stairs and headed up them to the fifth floor before heading down more halls.
They soon entered into a two-story main hall or trophy room of the school, with trophy cases on the bottom floor to the main doors.
Daphne opens the doors and waited for the others to arrive.
Not Long After
All five were now in this room, with Shaggy arriving first and Fred and Velma just arriving.
"Hey, good work guys!", Fred congratulates them.
"C'mon scoob. Gotta find those... clues", Shaggy says to his best friend.
"Clues!", Scooby says before licking his maul.
"Right, "clues". Sure, Shaggy", Velma says with a sink, accepting it and letting the duo go hunting for food.
The duo walk out into the halls, with Scooby sniffing for food before they pass by a door leading outside, where they see the Phantom of the High School Musical waiting
"Aaaah!", they scream.
"Mwahahaha!", the Phantom laughs.
"Run!", Shaggy screams as he and Scooby book it while the Phantom bursts through the doors and chases after them.
the duo run down the halls from the Phantom, having to jump over a wet puddle that was coursing with electricity from a downed power bank. Lockers also fell in their path off the walls and they easily jump over them in their running, while the Phantom practically flew over the obstacles.
They hop down some stairs and run down the halls before sumping over some openings in the floor, probably for some maintenance. They then ran up some stairs and down the halls.
"Haha! Too fast for you, monster!", Shaggy yells back as he and Scooby pull ahead.
The Phantom then speeds up and dives to grab them, but Shaggy and Scooby duck under the dive, allowing the Phantom to fly over them and crash through a set of double doors back outside, disappearing from the duo's view
St Louis High School Library
Fred and Daphne enter into the library of the school, or rather, the first room of the library where the main librarian sits with the intro books.
Daphne finds the switch and flips it for the next door to open into the main library.
This section was maybe three stories tall with a spiral staircase like design, but bigger in size. They split up and search top to bottom for a way to move forward till Daphne finds something.
"Look's like s sports whistle", Daphne remarks as she inspects it.
"Sports whistle? Like the Coach's?", Fred asks.
Daphne puts it into her evidence bag before radioing in, "Velma, come in Velma".
{"This is Velma. Over"}, she responds.
"We've found a clue in the library and I think it belongs to someone you know. It's a whistle", Daphne informs Velma.
{"A coach's whistle!?"}, Velma notes.
"Exactly", Daphne confirms
{"Jinkies!"}, Velma lets out her trademark quote, {'Well, keep looking. If the Phantom is coach Hayes, Ms Hillken's the only one who can confirm our suspicions. We need to find her"}
"Right", Daphne agrees before asking, "Found anything interesting in the science rooms?"
{"Nope, not yet"}, Velma replies.
"Okay. Daphne out", Daphne says.
{"Velma out"}, Velma responds before the transmission ends.
Daphne and Fred then leave into a third room of the library. They were on a elevated pathway with stairs with rows of bookshelves all over on the sides and below them.
"A crank", Fred says as they hit the end of th platform.
He then turns it and the rest of the platform lowers so he and Daphne can cross to the next area of the room before passing through a caged off section that could be a lift or elevator.
Not seeing any other way forward, the duo got on this lift and pulled the lever, lowering them down into the library storage.
Compared to the actual library, it was old and falling apart but had tons of more books, with them even being used as walkways to the other side of the room.
"Jesus! How big is this school?!", Fred remarks at the size of the rooms.
They then leave the Library storage into a room similar to the trophy room but with glass upper-half walls and ceiling, like a greenhouse. The main door was up the stairs with an elevator below the door on the lower floor.
Fred and Daphne enter into the elevator and they descend into the basement.
They get off next to a furnace and some old lockers before going down a few busted up stairs before crossing some bridged over huge furnaces pass sewer access, before reaching another elevator and heading back up, arriving backstage of the theatre.
"Freddy, I'm not sure about snooping backstage", Daphne claims.
"Relax, Daphne, no one will be hee this late", Fred dismisses her worries.
They first head over to the door leading to the main theatre. They spotted some ripped up talent show posters on the way, one of which had a sports carnival poster plaster over it.
They proceed to walk onto the stage before a voice yells out to them.
"Hey you kids! Nobody's supposed to be back here! What are you doing?!", they turn around to see Ms Hillken.
"We're trying to help", Fred tells her, "We're looking for clues to keep the show from being haunted".
"You must be Ms Hillken", Daphne says, recognizing her from Anna's description.
"That's right, the drama teacher here. 22 years now", Hillken gloats with a raised on like an opera singer, "So you've heard of our disturbances?", glancing around.
"Anna's my cousin", Daphne answers, "We're worried about her".
"Well, that Phantom has been a big nuisance!", Hillken claims.
"We were told you were never around when he shows up", Fred mentions.
"Err.. Well...", Ms Hillken goes before a laugh cuts them off.
"Mwahahaha!", the laugh echoes through the rafters, drawing the teens' gazes upward to see nothing.
"So, Ms Hillken...", Daphne goes as she looks forward, only to see Ms Hillken gone, "The Phantom's around, and Ms Hillken isn't", she remarks to Fred before they hear a ghostly moan.
"That sure doesn't sound like Ms Hillken", Fred snarks.
"Anna told me she used to be a prize-winning actress", Daphne shares with Fred, "She even won a Golden Cube", before gazing around, "don't you think it's strange that Ms Hillken disappears every time the Phantom's around?"
"Yeah. A little too strange, if you asks me", Fred comments as the duo travel across the stage as he radioed in, "Velma, come in Velma".
{"Reading you loud and clear, Fred. Over"}, Velma responds.
"It looks like was have a new prime suspect", Fred states, "We just met Ms Hillken, and was she a strange one. Quick, too".
{"Quick like a Phantom perhaps?"}, Velma inquires.
"Maybe", Fred says, "We'll meet you on stage".
On The Theatre Main Stage
The five arrive to the main stage but they didn't have any time to plan as the Phantom was there for them already.
"Like ZOINKS!", Shaggy lets out.
"Shaggy, Scooby, distract him!", Velma yells out as she rushes over to a control panel.
"Huh?!", Scooby lets out before running with Shaggy passed the Phantom's line of sight.
The Phantom follows them but loses sight of them when the lights went out.
Fred focuses a spotlight onto the Phantom while Shaggy and Scooby were in the music pit and began to play a tone.
"Hmm", the Phantom utters in confusion before getting nervous and then confidently beginning to sing, "La-la-la-laaaaa!"
"Well now look here you are, and how lucky, you're the stars", he goes, "But it just might not end sell for you. Could you be that Mystery crew, you know I'll see my plans through, what I'm saying is no talent show for you! I don't even know why they put it on that day! Oh no, what'd I say? Come on kids now just go home, what are you doing here alone? I am going to call your parents on the phone! That's right! Don't you think they'll get a fright, when they hear you're out at night, and not tucked into your bed tight!".
As he finishes his song, Velma drops a few sand sacks from pulleys and a loop Daphne got around the Phantom's ankle pulls him up before the sandbags snap from the ropes and he falls down to the stage in the fallen sand.
Shaggy and Scooby rush forward from the music pit and tie the rope from his ankle to his hands and round his torso, keeping him in place and secured from moving.
"Ta-da!", Scooby shows off.
"Like, the curtain's closed on this musical!", Shaggy jokingly says.
"Now to see who this Phantom of the high School Musical really is", Velma goes as sh pulls off the mask from the back of the Phantom's head, white mask and green face, to reveal...
"Coach Hayes!", Shaggy, Daphne, and Fred say in unison.
"What?! But where's Ms Hillken?", Fred asks in confusion, as he was sure it was the drama teacher.
"Right here!", Hillken announces her arrival onto the stage.
"She was just scared", Daphne says with a taunting tone.
"Not me!", Hillken vehemently denies, "Whenever I thought the Phantom was around, I ran to protect my most precious possession - The Golden Cube...", showing off a golden cube balanced on a corner point on top of a golden star, "Which I won for the performing I used to do".
Jus then Anna walks on stage in excitement at the Phantom being caught, betting Scooby-Doo next to Shaggy.
"I predict some day Anna will have one, too", Hillken declares with certainty.
"But, why did the Coach do it?"
"Simple, for the love of the game", Velma says, "he knew he needed a full team to have a chance of winning this weekend's game".
"So, like, he sabotaged the show, to get his players back to playing", Shaggy says.
"Exactly!", Velma agrees.
"Then the Coach hooked himself up to wiring in the theatre and certain points for decorations around the school, making it look like he could fly", Daphne finishes.
"And I would've gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling kids!", Hayes claims.
"Sounds like your nct play will be a gripping courtroom drama!", Velma tells him.
"Like, you should have just joined the talent show! You have a wonderful singing voice", Shaggy adds on.
"Yeah! Really put some spookiness to it", Anna agrees.
"And this school is now scarce of scares", Velma declares with a smile at her wordplay.
"Scooby-Dooby-Dooooo!", Scooby howls.
Chapter End
AN: this is based on the first episode of Scooby-Doo: First Frights! I initially was going do something involving Scooby Snacks to introduce them, but I wanted to do these stories and since they are called First Frights, they'll be the next few chapters before I do Scooby Snacks, then rewriting the original series.
