To be honest, I couldn't believe how far Cassie went up, I mean for the whole thing Harley and Star were neck and neck. Then when I got private messages and reviews Star, Harley and Cassie shot up.

So the harem is Miss Martain, Artemis, Zatanna, Batgirl and Starfire. Anyone that starts spamming me "ADD THIS GIRL, ADD THAT GIRL" will be ignored. I put five girls for a reason. Mostly because I probably couldn't handle more than 6 but also because I didn't want this to come off like any other harem where the harem just keeps expanding to like 20 different girls.

TennysonForce: I might… I didn't watch much of the reboot, the beginning turned me off the show but I might bring the concepts of Gax and Shockrock into this. Like Ben getting Vilgax's alien race DNA or Shockrock's DNA just not the upgrade that comes with Shockrock.

Guest2: I'm not saying they don't have a great relationship with Conner and Wally, but I already decided they would be in the harem. Not to mention I'm not making it a 'groupie'. I'm trying to make a harem where they all love each other equally and they want to share the man they all fell in love with. No alpha's, no just for sex girls. I can already tell by your comment you already don't like the idea of the harem in the first place, but also don't want your favorite ships to be in it. Which I can accept and find respectable but this is my story and I already made the decision of them being in it.

Sci-Fi FREAK: Taking a wild guess here, but assuming his personality… I'm guessing paranoid. Also, motion carried with the Alien X should be reserved for the big, BIG, bad's but we will still see him soon.

Dino-Hero-Saur: I'm trying to make it as not cringy as possible! You know what I mean, like the fanfics that just instantly make girls bicurious so that they are fine doing it with women too, or the ones that don't build up the relationships enough and just let them be, not just attracted to the main protagonist right when they see them that is sometimes fine, Miss Martian and Superboy for example, but instantly makes them want to fuck like rabbits. My goal is to make it so the harem is at least slightly believable.

Writing Warrior: Waller is still a warden, she's not in any authority yet to hunt down an alien shapeshifter since she doesn't really have much of high status in the government. The Injustice League was just an extension of the Light who will be going after Ben and are just now realizing how much of a threat he truly is.

Isaiah Daniel1: No, yes, maybe, sorta, kind of, a little, not, hmm, yeah, nope. In conclusion… eh. The Ultimatrix was sort of a downgrade and upgrade. While it did hyper-evolve aliens, it was rushed to completion by Albedo, not even rushed by Azmuth. It came back with a few drawbacks, I will tell you this though, we will see Ultimate aliens in the future, will it be by Ben… who knows…

Ben had a lot of time in the Null Void.

5 years. They say when you're living on the run time moves fast, that's a lie… it moves incredibly slow.

Ben balanced a bright white soccer ball on his knee before rolling it down his leg and stopping it with his foot, doing a fast kick upward he sent it over his head where he jumped off the ground and headbutted it. The ball spun in the air like a cannonball before it started to fall where Ben was waiting for it before he kicked it into a goalie net.

He sighed, he used to be a big fan of baseball. He could still remember when he messed with Cash and JT in their game, not only letting them win but getting sweet revenge as well. He chuckled at his childish self and went to pick his soccer ball back up.

In the Null Void, there wasn't much to do, for a whole year he was just trying to figure out what he would do with his life, he decided on passing the time trying to figure out which sports would pass the time better. Of course, he first tried going XLR8 and trying out baseball, but just playing with aberrations of yourself wasn't fun, he tried Ditto but he quickly realized he was not only a sore loser but just a very annoying player in general especially in Ditto.

After a bit of thinking, he tried out soccer only to find he really liked it. He had to use rocks for a goalie net and as a ball but it was still fun nonetheless.

Giving one more smile at the memory he threw the ball in the air and kicked it fiercely into the goalie net. He breathed a nice sigh of relief and walked to the ball but heard the sound of a whistle that called to his attention.

Turning around he saw a very beautiful girl that was at least two years younger than him, she had bright blue eyes and dark raven hair, she had a slender build, she wore a school uniform that seemed to be from a catholic school. Probably the one that was just down the street of the park he was currently playing in.

"You're pretty good." She commented with a genuine smile on her face. Ben smiled back at her, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly.

"Thank you, but I don't think I'm that great, I think if I was in an actual game the other team would smoke." Ben laughed 'Of course with me not using powers…' he chuckled to himself thinking of how easy it would be to move around the field as XLR8 or Fasttrack. Being able to outnumber the team with Ditto or Echo Echo. And being able to overpower them with Four Arms and Humongousaur.

"Not from what I saw," She said, her smirk growing at the boy's modesty. "You may be able to take on my school team all by yourself if you try."

Ben smirked. "Oh, are they not that good?"

"They're terrible, I'm pretty sure we always lose to any school teams that we compete against. Like I said you could probably beat them all by yourself if you wanted." The girl giggled lightly as Ben joined in and spun the soccer ball on his palm.

After Ben's laughter calmed down he questioned one part of the sentence from before. "Wait, were you watching me while I played?"

The girl stopped her laughter as well before freezing in place. "Uh… no. Well I just saw you playing and I just got curious… you know…" the girl said with a little chuckle as she tried to defend her actions.

Ben slightly smiled at the girl. He shoved the ball into his other hand and held his right out. "It's fine, the name's Ben Tennyson by the way."

Ben Tennyson? The girl swears she heard that before, maybe from her dad? She knew she heard the words at home before, she wondered if he was a celebrity maybe? Probably not… maybe a hero on the secret team of the Justice League. Information that her dad tried to keep from her. Probably hoping that she wouldn't join.

She smiled back at him. "Zatanna Zatara."

Ben raised a brow. He of course didn't have any right to judge someone on strange names, hell he and two of his cousins had names that rhymed which was supposedly a 'coincidence' he didn't believe that for a second. Tennyson wasn't anything to brag about either. But her name… sounded like something a magician would say as his 'magic words' before he pulled a rabbit out of his hat.

Also, the last name Zatara sounded familiar, 'oh right doesn't one of the League members have the last name Zatara. The magic guy?' He couldn't remember his first name but he did remember there was somebody in the League that resembled a magician and had the last name Zatara. "You wouldn't be related to that guy in the League right?"

At this Zatanna's eyes brightened, Ben swore he saw stars shining in her cyan eyes. "Wait, does that mean you are a hero yourself if you know my dad?" She then frowned. 'My first impression and he probably thought to a certain point I was a stalker.'

"Oh, he's your dad. I had no idea. Never really had a conversation with the guy since he usually is with the League. Wait, does that mean you're a hero yourself?"

Zatanna rubbed the back of her head sheepishly. "Not really a hero, if you really think about it I'm his protege but he never takes me out on missions since he's afraid I'll get in trouble." Suddenly her eyes widened. "Oh crap, I was supposed to be home minutes ago! Dad's going to kill me, I already stayed out too late last night… and the night before that…"

'He might have a reason to worry…' Ben thought dryly but still sported a smile. "I could walk you home if you want? I can just tell you I held you up or something."

Zatanna turned to him, shaking her head furiously. "NO! No way! Trust me when I say you won't even be able to get a word in. If we even got close to the house just by seeing you and me together he'll think you are my Boyfri-" Zatanna stopped before she could continue as a fade of pink appeared on her face.

Ben looked away sheepishly. "Aw I see, yeah, maybe I shouldn't go with you…"

Zatanna nodded before slightly muttering something, that to Ben, sounded like gibberish, it could have been a different language, but then again, Ben's universal translator could let him understand any language.

Zatanna held a piece of paper that appeared out of nowhere and handed it to him.

"Here if you ever want to talk in the future," Zatanna says as Ben takes the paper. She had a slightly nervous laugh as he did so, knowing she broke another rule Zatara put about 'not talking to boys', but to be fair that rule shouldn't have applied to a fourteen-year-old girl. Zatanna smiled at him one last time before running off into a direction Ben could only assume was where her house was located.

He laughed slightly as he held the piece of paper. "Hmm, maybe I can convince the League to add her to the Team, she seems really interesting."

Gotham City

Eon, a man known to mess with time, walked the streets of Gotham with him looking at the new world in interest.

He rolled his eyes as the pedestrians looked at him as if he had grown a second head. He brought up his arm and separated his fingers from each other. A purple ball formed in his palm that fired at a supersonic speed and smashed into the side of a building.

The ball crashing into the building was enough to scare the pedestrians. But it was the wall of the building suddenly aging and decaying that made them all run away in fear as the building toppled over like a domino.

Eon grinned knowing his goal would be achieved soon enough but his grin was gone when he saw some kind of black boomerang flying at him. Eon shot another purple ball from his palm and hit the boomerang and turned to dust.

A large dark figure then landed in front of him and glared at him from behind his cowl. As the man sized up his enemy, he threw 4 more boomerangs at the time manipulator.

Eon scoffed at the attack, seeing it like a fly trying to attack a lion. He pulled out a saw-like handle and out came a jagged-looking plasma blade.

He used the blade to cut each bat-shaped boomerang in half. "Of course there would be other heroes in this universe," Eon mumbles and walks towards the hero. "After finding out Tennyson was here weeks ago I was hoping he would stick around." Batman raised a brow at the villain's monologue before he hastily dodged a swipe from the purple energy sword. "Eh, doesn't matter, you won't be able to interfere." Eon got ready to swipe the sword downward to cut Batman in half but Batman grabbed his wrist preventing him from moving his hand.

Using his superior strength, Eon quickly got out of Batman's grip and elbowed him in the rib before lifting him up with one hand and throwing him into an alley. Batman wiped some blood from his chin before widening his eyes when seeing Eon soaring through the air with a feline grin, his energy blade gripped to be driven into the Bat's heart.

Batman rolled out of the way, just narrowingly avoiding the blade that was driven into the ground. Batman steadied himself quickly and kicked Eon's hand making the time traveler grip his hand and let go of the blade. Batman then kicked the leg, then arm, then finally his face. Eon had to use the wall behind him to steady himself, before dodging a punch from the dark knight.

Eon quickly shot a ball of purple energy that Batman just managed to dodge but not before it hit his cape making most of it turn into dust. As the dark knight was still in the air he threw 5 more batarangs at the time traveler. A violet light erupted from the man's body that reminded the bat of Ben's transformation; he quickly blocked his eyes from the light.

When his vision was back he saw the batarangs had struck the ground. Another violet light appeared behind him which he could barely acknowledge before Eon punched him into the ground.

Eon twirled his blade in his hand and got ready to stab the man in the head. "Wh- how do you know, Ben?" Batman asked, hoping if he survived he would get some questions answered.

Eon raised a brow. "You know, Tennyson?" His grin formed again as he drove the blade into the ground next to Batman's neck. "Contact him! Now!"

Batman groaned as he felt Eon's heel dig into his spine. "Eat me!"

Eon narrowed his eyes as he pulled out his blade from the ground and started to tap on his gauntlet glove. A violet scanner went from Batman's toes to his head until it stopped just before his eyes.

Eon smirked and quickly reached for Batman's cowl. He felt a slight spark run through his hand but nothing he couldn't overpower as he ripped off the Dark Knight's mask and reached out to his ear and pulled out a communicator.

With Ben

Ben walked to the nearest Zeta Tube which was disguised as a broken-down telephone booth. Perfect disguise in Ben's opinion. As he walked up to the telephone booth, swinging the door open, he heard a sudden beeping from his Omnitrix.

He took a step back from the booth and tapped his Omnitrix. "Hello?"

"Hi, Benjamin." Ben widened his eyes, he didn't recognize the voice, but he only gave his team and Justice League access to his communicator. Did someone hack his Omnitrix? Or did they take one of the teams or Justice League's communicators?

"Who are you?"

"Eon, where old friends you and me, even though we haven't exactly met yet. This you at least, not the other you."

"...What?"

Ben thought the answer would give him fewer questions but it seemed he was sadly mistaken. "I'm an enemy of the original you. However, I've now come to grace YOU with my prescience."

"Excuse me if I'm whelmed." Ben widened his eyes before facepalming. 'I'm hanging out with Robin too much…'

"Very well, doesn't change what will happen today. You WILL meet me at my desired location."

"Location?"

"Yes, a place 26 miles away from Grover's Mill."

'Grover's Mill?' Ben suddenly realized what he was talking about. "That's-"

"Yes, meet me there in 5 minutes. I know XLR8 and Jetray can- oh no-no-no. Don't MOVE." Eon's sudden change in conversation confused the teen before he heard the sudden sound of a man's arm making an uneasy cracking noise and a howl of pain from the Dark Knight.

"Stop!"

"Anyway, like I was saying, I know Jetray and XLR8 can make it there in less than five minutes but I'm feeling generous. See ya." Eon then crushed the communicator in his hand and looked to Batman who quickly reached for his utility belt and threw a Batarang at Eon who narrowly dodged the attack.

"He won't fall for that trap," Batman says, pulling his cowl over his face. Eon grins then laughs.

"Yes, he will. He's stupid. He rushes in to save people without a second thought." Eon comments as a violet light circles him and he suddenly disappears.

Grover's Mill

XLR8 rushed as fast as he could to Grover's Mill, even though it was miles away from New York, he arrived with three minutes to spare.

He was about to start looking for anyone suspicious until a man suddenly teleported in front of him. Of course, it didn't take a genius to figure out this had to be the guy.

"Where's Batman!" XLR8 yelled out, more rhetorically since he immediately rushed Eon and sucker-punched him in the face sending him flying. Eon rose to his feet and cocked his neck to the side, cracking it slightly.

"I let him go, so calm down, Hero." He said almost like he was reminding Ben of his role in all of this. His grin that sent a shiver down Ben's spine formed as he suddenly opened a portal from behind him. "You remember this place right? It's not the same as back home, but this used to be your home. This is the exact place where Bellwood should be."

"Who are you?"

Eon chuckled. "You may not know me but you might recognize him."

A loud thud was heard as a giant squid-faced creature, with mechanical armor and weapons strapped to its body walked out of the portal. It then cracked its knuckles preparing for a fight.

"I've been waiting for this, Tennyson!"

"V-Vilgax…" Ben, still as XLR8, widened his eyes. The two stared each other down. Neither breaking eye contact.

Bystanders stared dazed at the sight of the two aliens looking at each other. They could feel the hatred both shared for the other. Eon merely smirked at the sight of the two enemies and waited for one to make the first move.

A roar came from as they got ready for the battle.

"TENNYSON!"

"Vilgax!"

The squid-faced alien shot two red beams out of his eyes. XRL8 steadied himself on the ground, suddenly the ground underneath him spit apart and he dashed forward and two beams collided into the ground he was just on.

XLR8 ran around Vilgax at a breakneck pace, creating a circle of a blur of the blue alien. Vilgax hoisted his leg up just as Eon teleported away as Vilgax buried his foot into the groundbreaking it apart and having rocks fly up from the ground and dust surround the area.

Vilgax looked to see if the attack had hit his enemy only to suddenly be hit in the face with a large amount of force and wind that forced all the dust to fly in the same direction as Vilgax. Vilgax shook his head briefly before finding his enemy running off only to cross two city blocks and head right for him again. Vilgax was once again hit with a gigantic amount of force that made him back up slightly.

He saw Ben trying the same trick a third time only for him to be ready. He quickly grasped his fist as he spun on his metallic foot and closed-lined the hero in the stomach, sending him further than 100 meters away.

Ben coughed out some blood as he looked to see he had to have flown through 13 buildings. Vilgax quickly jumped from his spot towards where Ben flew to only to be sucker-punched by a flaming fist curtesy of Heatblast.

5, 6, 7, 8, 20 hits in a couple of seconds hit the red-eyed alien as Heatblast then sent a torrent of flames into the face of the conquer of worlds.

With a loud cry, Vilgax hit the ground. Ben, knowing his enemy wouldn't go down with just that, sent another large amount of flames at the villain. 20 seconds felt like an eternity to him but that was how long he had been firing his flames at Vilgax now. The flames were burning hotter than 3'000 degrees celsius. He knew that was hot enough to turn a human into mush but he was sure Vilgax could take it.

Sure enough, when he stopped his flames he saw the ground now tar-like paste. Vilgax seemed slightly burned on his back and was now stuck in the tar with his teeth gritted to the point they might break.

"ARRRGHHH!" Vilgax roared as he broke his arms out of the tar substance and lunged at the fire alien, pushing him into the building behind him. In the large amount and dust and dirt Vilgax just saw an emerald light suddenly emerge before Ben came back out as Rath.

Rath and Vilgax charged each other and when they collided gripped each other's hands in an attempt to break the other's hand or fingers.

Vilgax quickly turned the battle in his favor by turning his wrist upside down, grinding his nails into Rath's hands, and then kneeing him in the rib, before letting go of his hand and kicking him into another building.

Rath brought a hand to his head, he felt as if he blacked out for a few minutes until he shook that off before hearing a girl scream. A woman and her child held each other tightly as a part of the building he just was thrown into was about to crush them. Reacting faster than even his mind processed he ended up holding the large chunk of the building over his head.

The woman and child looked at him astounded before Rath muttered a single word, "Run…" Unlike him since he usually made a whole sentence out of everything. However, the two didn't need another warning as they ran off.

Rath breathed a sigh of relief and was about to set the rock down before he was suddenly blasted in the chest by two red beams of energy.

Rath roared out in pain as he smelled burning hair to look at his chest and see the two burn marks. 'I need to get away from the city.' Ben thought to himself as he got up from the ground. "Let me tell you something, Vilgax! You want Rath, you're gonna have to find Rath!"

The shape-shifting alien then turned around and jumped away on top of a building with the squid-faced alien right behind him. One more jump and Vilgax grabbed Rath as they were both sent into the forest right by the city.

"Get off me!" Came the gruff voice of Humnogsaur that lifted Vilgax above his head threw him further into the forest. Vilgax hoisted himself up and looked at the alien before shooting beams from his eyes before the boy could attack.

Ben backed away, slightly covering his face as the hot beams pierced his skin. He decided to sextuple his size to increase his durability and strength. The boost seemed to be what he needed as he charged at the squid-faced villain. Vilgax quit his assault and charged at the alien as well. Both collided as their fists hit each other. Again, again, again, again and again. The two's fist's collided, shaking the earth from beneath them.

For anyone passing by, they would have mistaken it for an earthquake as the two aliens clashed. Vilgax then, with a burst of strength, punched Humungousaur twice in the face before one giant punch to his chest sent him through a couple of trees.

Vilgax charged at Humungousaur again but Ben quickly reached for the Omnitrix dial and slapped it down. In a bright emerald light, Ben changed into Big Chill and phased through Vilgax surrounding his body with ice.

Vilgax quickly broke out of the ice, swiping his hand behind him to swat at the moth-like alien only to have his hand go through the alien's body and freeze his hand.

"Too bad for you, Vilgax! This ends!" Big Chill huffed and was about to freeze Vilgax solid but was suddenly blasted in the back by Eon and sent him through a tree.

Eon and Vilgax looked at each other than at the shapeshifting alien that was getting back on his feet.

Vilgax held out his hand as red energy swirled around it and he shot a beam of energy at the fallen alien. Ben quickly slapped the dial on his chest once again. As the red beam collided into the bright emerald light a cloud of smoke blocked their sight of the hero. But then long green tongues stretched out from the cloud of smoke as they wrapped onto a nearby tree, uprooted the tree, and then disappeared into the cloud smoke. The action was then repeated once more and then a green laser shot towards Vilgax hitting him in the face and knocking him into a tree.

Upchuck then walked out of the pile of smoke and glared at Eon. Eon shot multiple balls of time energy at the alien only for said alien to eat them all. His stomach expanded until he shot another ball of green energy out of his mouth that Eon just barely avoided.

Upchuck's tongues shot out of his mouth like bullets, and grappled onto nearby rubble, Upchuck swallowed the thing whole until it shot back out at Eon who jumped out of the way.

"AAARRRGGG!" Vilgax shouted, getting up on his feet and rushing at the alien. The squid alien then backhanded the alien, sending him into a tree. Vilgax's eyes lit up bright red then shot at the alien blasting him in the stomach.

"AAAHHH!" Upchuck's cry of pain was heard by both villains as the lasers threw the short green alien miles away before a large explosion went off.

Eon quickly teleported to the explosion site and got ready to behead the shapeshifter, but found the crater that held the alien empty. Eon scanned the area, gritting his teeth and clenching his fists as he saw the boy had gotten away.

"Hmm, looks like we'll need a new way to get him out and about." Eon mutters to himself, he wasn't too angry, if Tennyson wanted to play 'hide and seek' they would cheat and lure him out. "Luckily, heroes are predictable." His sight changed to the city that in his home universe held Bellwood but was now a completely different city. It was the perfect place for the battle against him, Vilgax and Tennyson would appear.

Mount Justice

The Team had rounded up in the cave for their training with Black Canary. All seemed neutral about the training itself but it was M'gann with a worried look that caught some of the team's attention.

"What's up M'gann?" Robin asked, his being a detective allowed him to see emotions someone tried to hold back being second nature, although it was hard guessing how M'gann felt.

"It's just Ben, he hasn't picked up his phone, and he hasn't come back to the cave in over two hours." M'gann rubbed her arm uncomfortably as she looked at the ground.

"I'm sure he just went for a smoothie run, you know how he is." Kid tried to reassure her, and sure enough, a few moments later the Zeta-tube spoke.

Omni B-10

"See, he's just getting-" Kid Flash's words were cut off as Ben had limped into the room, dragging one of his legs. Cuts and bruises all around his body. His cheek looks swollen and his arm looked like it got run over. The Team could smell the burnt flesh from the meter away they were standing.

For a moment the Team stood in shock, after all this time they had painted a picture of Ben. An invisible hero that if we're to go against any threat, he would win. He was on par with the Justice League on his own.

So who could have done this to him?

"H-" Ben's words were cut off as he started to topple over before Kid rushed over and grabbed him before he hit the floor.

"We need to get him to the Med Bay! Now!" Aqualad states as Superboy helps out Kid in carrying the fallen hero and runs him over to another part of the cave.

Unknown Location

7 monitors, all next to each other, formed a perfect circle that stood around a holographic screen displaying the news reporter Lois Lane talking about the fight with a shapeshifting alien and the squid-faced alien.

The holographic screen closed and the 7 began their discussion.

"Well, this is interesting." A thick French accent came from the 4th monitor.

"It is indeed," The deep voice of the man behind the first monitor spoke. "This shapeshifter has been a pain for far too long."

"I'll say! After what happened-" The 3rd monitor's person behind the screen spoke but was cut off by the second man's bored sounding tone.

"We get, you're pissed off. Get over it," The man seemed to lean forward and get intrigued when talking about the shapeshifter. "Back onto the discussion with the shapeshifter, what shall we do?"

"We need to come in contact with these beings," The 5th voice that sounded feminine answered.

"I think they're busy…" The 6th said as another holographic screen popped up showing Eon and Vilgax destroying the city only for the squid-faced alien to be knocked back by a powerful blow from Superman.

"We'll have to come in contact sooner or later." The 7th spoke.

"Agreed, the shapeshifter has taken out a lot of people, some of our strongest. And now that I see he was defeated by these two, we need to find out how, and let our Light devour the shapeshifter's shadow."

Well, sorry to get this out now on a cliffhanger, I wanted it to just be one big chapter, but I know you all have been waiting for this chapter for a while. The next chapter won't be as long as this one, but that also means it shouldn't take too much time to get out. See you all next time.
