33. Episode 29: Everyone Has Power

Episode 29 is finally here! Sorry for being a slowen, I decided to have a life last week.

Mortal01- That Mary nose shade omg. Also, about Mary, you're right that she kind of stole Scarlett's role lol. The notification thing that a goof on my end, I changed the rating to M on accident.

Red Rain- You're right. If Wayne call you out for being dumb, you know you flopped. It's sad what happened to MacArthur, but in a way it's karma. We'll see if those predictions are correct

Concerned Reader- I have passed away, sorry. Ok but fr, I was just taking some time off from writing. While I usually post within 3 days, doing that constantly with 10k word chapters isn't easy.

Johnathan1209- Taking cues from me on that Jay and Spud shade? Everyone was so shook at how short the pre challenge was lol. Yeah, I completely stole this from Minecraft. I realized that Lightning doesn't have friends and I had to shade him. You've been eating on these predictions as of late. I NEED TO KNOW THIS FUN FACT AHHHHHHHHH!

TheBigOrangeLiam864- You're so correct on the Julia thing, it's kind of funny. The rebooters dropped frequently, but it's been a big drought since then. We'll see how those predictions hold up

"Last time on Total Drama Ultimate… we saw the aftermath of the double elimination on the Gold Team before a special VR challenge was revealed. After a lot of mayhem, the Sapphire and Amethyst Teams both lost. MacArthur was taken out in a 7-1 vote on Sapphire, and the cameraman plot on Amethyst was found out. This caused only Scarlett and MK to be eligible for votes, which ended up sending Scarlett home 5-2. 38 are left, who will be voted out on this episode of Total Drama Ultimate?"

Intro

Day 55

Cut to Amethyst Team

The atmosphere at the Amethyst Camp is a bit tense after everything that got revealed. MK, Chet, and Dwayne are scattered around in silence. Jo is throwing rocks while Brick stands up to leave the camp. We see Courtney having a look of thought as Brick walks past her.

Confessional: Courtney

"While I'm glad that Brick was upfront on what he was going to do this time, that doesn't mean that I'm thrilled that he voted for Scarlett over MK. He's way too emotional… I'll just hope that we don't lose again anytime soon, who knows if he'll do something crazy."

Conf end

We see Brick have a content look as he treks along the woods, looking very at peace with the environment around him. He looks at the ground for some good firewood. He picks up a few sticks, but one of the sticks he picked up in particular had something far more valuable than firewood.

"The idol?!" Brick exclaims in shock before picking up the safety net.

Confessional: Brick

"This is huge!" Brick says. "I've been wanting to find one of these things all game, this is great!"

Cut to Amber Team

We see Bowie, Sierra, and Noah gathered by their team's lake. "What do you need?" Noah asks. "You woke me up pretty early, this better be good."

"Sorry." Bowie apologizes with an eye roll. "I needed us to be awake early so the others wouldn't overhear."

"Tell us already, I need to go back to dreaming about Cody!" Sierra replies. Noah and Bowie share a concerned glance.

"I realized that Mary has a lot of connections on this team." Bowie states, telling the other two what he told the viewers in the confessional last episode. "I feel like she's controlling Izzy and Staci's votes, we have to do something about that."

Sierra frowns. "But I have more of a connection to Mary…"

"I have a connection to her too. Other than Noah, she has deals with all of us. That's threatening, I'm sure you would know that as a superfan of this show." Bowie replies.

Confessional: Noah

"I'm so unsociable that the biggest nerd in the world doesn't have a connection with me. Great work, Noah." Noah sarcastically compliments himself before sighing. "For real though, that's not a good sign if everyone except for me has a connection to someone powerful."

"Well…" Sierra drags out the word. "I guess that makes sense. How will we vote Mary out with only 3/6 people?"

"We can come up with something." Bowie smiles.

Confessional: Sierra

"Betraying Mary would be sad because she is Ellody 2.0, but Bowie might have a point."

"I've been working with Mary, but now I realize that she is a big threat and needs to go."

Cut to Emerald Team

We see Duncan using the machete to carve into wood, this seemingly being one of his favorite activities. He isn't sitting alone for long though, as Sammy walks up to him. Duncan looks up with a bit of surprise, not expecting her to try and talk to him. "Hi." she greets.

"Hi." he greets back.

"So… can we talk?" Sammy asks. Duncan nods. "At our last elimination, you mentioned Amy wanting to throw boiled water on me and that's why you broke up with her, correct?"

"Yeah." Duncan responds, clearly a man of many words today.

"Uh… thanks for seeing the light, I guess." Sammy shrugs. "I don't regret blowing up on you for trying to compare our situations or anything, but I want to put this behind us."

Duncan extends his hand. "I'm good with that."

With that, Sammy shakes his hand and the two part ways.

Confessional: Duncan

"Well… time worked itself out. Maybe I'll not be one of her targets anymore!"

"I told myself weeks ago to stop focusing on Amy, the whole Duncan situation was getting in the way of that. It's time to move past that, and instead focus on the whole 'being in the minority' thing, that's a bigger deal."

Day 56

Cut to Chris standing in the middle of the forest

We see the Ruby, Emerald, Amber, and Gold Teams walk in and make their way to their team mats. Once they're settled in, we see the Sapphire Team join. "Getting your first look at the new Sapphire Team… MacArthur voted out at the last elimination."

Confessional: Josee

"Woohoo! Outlasted both cadets." Josee looks thrilled.

Conf end

"Getting your first look at the new Amethyst Team… Scarlett voted out at the last elimination." Chris says as the Amethyst Team enters. No one looks shocked, as they knew it was between her and MK to begin with. "Alright, ready for your next challenge?"

"No." MK says.

…

"Anyways, I have a twist!" Chris rubs his hands.

"Again?" Tyler looks sad. "It feels like there are a lot more as of late."

"I know, it's so fun! Remember what we did in the Tom and Geoff boot rounds?" Chris questions, which makes everyone realize what's about to happen pretty quickly.

"Oh no… that twist." Courtney frowns, knowing that it didn't exactly go great for her team last time.

"Yup! Two teams will vote one person out. But want to know what makes this even more fun?" Chris asks with a smile.

"What?" Axel decides to be the one to ask.

"Every single person here will be casting a vote today."

Cue the gasps.

"What?" DJ looks shocked. "How is this going to work?"

"Glad you asked, DJ." Chris smirks. "For this challenge, you aren't going to be competing against the other teams. You will be competing against your own team for individual immunity! There are six immunity necklaces hidden in the woods. Once someone comes back here with a necklace, they are safe and no one else from their team can get immunity. Whoever gets 1st and 2nd will have their teams vote together. Same goes for 3rd/4th and 5th/6th. The people with immunity will be safe from the cross team vote. Three people will be going home tonight, is that clear?"

Everyone looks shocked at this, but they all show signs of understanding. Chris nods at this. "So, you can search for the hidden necklaces… NOW."

Confessional: Harold

Harold gulps. "We know how I did last time my team was up for elimination in this twist… and now it's mandatory. I have to win this immunity!"

Conf end

Confessional: Taylor

Taylor groans. "I hate this twist, it's not fair to our team. We only have four people, one of us will obviously get picked off!"

We get some shots of the players running around, everyone trying to find a necklace for obvious reasons. We cut to Sugar and Tyler running. Sugar isn't running for long however, as she trips on a branch and faceplants into the ground.

"Oh boo!" Sugar yells in pain. Tyler walks up to her and extends his hand, wanting to help Sugar get to her feet. Sugar has an annoyed look at this. "I can get up on my own!"

She does just that, what a surprise. "I was just trying to help." Tyler says.

"I don't need help… unless you find the necklace, then you should give it to me. Other than that, I'm a strong independent woman!" Sugar glares before running off. Tyler rolls his eyes.

Confessional: Tyler

"God forbid I show human decency… but I feel accomplished, someone tripped in this challenge before me! I'm NOT clumsy after all!"

"It's everyone for themselves in this challenge, why would you help anyone? He was acting like Sky, which is gross, I have my eye on that boy!"

Scott and Taylor happen to cross paths while searching for the immunity necklace. Scott's shirt is covered in dirt, which causes Taylor to recoil in disgust.

"Ew! Why do you look like you just crawled out of a toilet?"

Scott rolls his eyes. "I fell earlier and got a little dirt on me. What's the big deal?"

"Ugh, how could you NOT care about that? If I get any speck of dust on my clothes, I freak out!"

"Rich sissies like you can't handle anything. You wouldn't survive a redneck's world."

Scott hears a noise and instinctively turns around. Taylor's eyes widen at the sight she sees.

"You weren't lying about being a redneck."

"Huh?"

Taylor facepalms. "The back of your neck is bleeding, farm boy!" she says. Scott feels the back of his neck and looks at his hand. Sure enough, it's bleeding. He shrugs it off, wiping the blood on his shirt. Taylor tries not to vomit. She looks away and sees something. "Whatever. I'm hoping for one of us to win immunity for our team. Let's continue to not search together to increase our odds."

"I was going to leave anyway." Scott replies before walking out. When Scott is far enough away, Taylor grabs the necklace she saw.

"Yes!"

Confessional: Taylor

Taylor smiles. "I'm gonna win this!" her smile drops. "About Scott, ugh. That's just disgusting… too bad he's my best option for an alliance partner."

We see Shawn and Sammy searching together. Shawn decides that now would be a good time to talk about the last Emerald elimination ceremony. "Sammy, I have a question."

"No, I didn't read the zombie survival guide you sent me. I was too busy studying, so it slipped my mind and I'm sorry about that." Sammy apologizes.

"That wasn't what I was going to ask, but it's fine." Shawn says. Secretly though, he's condemning her for allowing herself to be uneducated incase of the apocalypse. "Are you mad that I sided against you at the last vote?"

Sammy sighs. "No."

"Really?"

"I'm not mad." Sammy reaffirms. There is a moment of silence between them. "Can I ask you a question?"

"Mhm." Shawn nods.

"If you had to choose between Nichelle and I directly- like if we were a team of three and you were the swing vote- who would you vote out? Be honest." Sammy asks. Shawn stops walking out of surprise for that hard question.

"Uh, why do you ask? I doubt it will come to that." Shawn replies.

"I'm just curious, you chose her side last time." Sammy responds. Before Shawn can respond to the question, they see Taylor running by. "Wait, does she have a necklace?"

"We need to follow her!"

Confessional: Sammy

Sammy sighs. "That hesitation told me all that I needed to know. Even my closest friend out of the game that's still in can't be trusted here, that sucks."

"I know Sammy well out of the game, but… I don't know! Nichelle has been my #1 ally this whole time, betraying her wouldn't be easy either." Shawn shakes his head.

We see the duo of Chase and Jen. "Me and Brad took the guy's overalls and posed as the janitor. We put the mops into the toilet water, then totally wiped that girl with them, it was a hilarious prank… she was very mad about being covered in toilet water though." Chase recalls an incident at his school.

"Wait wait wait… you wore OVERALLS?" Jen shrieks.

"Yeah? What's wrong with that?" Chase asks.

"What's not wrong with that?" Jen retorts.

"They weren't that bad actually." Chase shrugs.

"Ok, I'm voting you out tonight just for that alone." Jen crosses her arms.

Chase looks shocked. "You're doing what?"

"I'm going to flip to one of the other teams to send you home, so pack your bags." Jen glares.

"Why would you do that?" Chase starts looking nervous, not wanting to be in the hot seat at a vote.

"Relax, I won't actually vote you out. It was just a prank, bro!" Jen says. Chase gives her a deadpan look before bursting out laughing. Jen looks proud of herself. "I know, that was good."

"Alright, you got me! Good one." The duo walk in silence for a bit before Chase pipes up. "There's a necklace up there!"

Chase points at a tree, causing Jen to quickly look up for any necklace. She sees nothing and looks confused before hearing Chase laugh. "Screw you." Jen rolls her eyes.

"It's just a prank, bro!"

"Ok, enough of the pranks. I have something serious to tell you." Jen says.

"Hm?"

"I talked to Emma earlier today… and she regrets turning you down. She's going to ask to take you back later today." Jen states, causing Chase's eyes to widen.

"Wait, for real?!"

"No! It was a prank bro, haha!" Jen begins laughing. Chase doesn't laugh with her, instead having an annoyed look. Jen notices this and ceases laughing. "Too soon?"

Chase doesn't give a verbal response.

Jen sighs. "Are you like… actually sad that she didn't take you back?"

"I just don't get it. I apologized, that's all she ever wanted. Why didn't she take me back, what more do I have to do?" Chase wonders.

Jen taps her foot. "Apologizing doesn't just automatically give you what you want. You just have to accept that you already burned that bridge romantically."

"That should go without saying, but some people aren't smart enough to understand that."

"I guess Jen is right." Chase sighs. "Anyways, I'll get her back for pranking me twice today!"

We see Millie and DJ searching together. "Where do you think that they'd hide the necklaces?" DJ asks.

"Probably somewhere dangerous or hard to find." Millie replies. "Maybe even that hole in the tree?"

DJ looks at the hole and backs up. "No way am I sticking my hand in there, what if there is a snake?"

"I doubt there is." Millie replies calmly. "You know, you remind me of Damien sometimes."

"What do you mean?"

"You both are very cautious people because you're scared of everything." Millie says somewhat bluntly.

"I don't know if the comparison is a compliment or not." DJ puts a hand on his chin.

"Well, I'm comparing you to my friend, so I mean well." Millie elaborates.

Someone who DOESN'T mean well shows up, that being Chet. "HEY." he shouts, causing the Millie and DJ duo to jump.

"Hi?" DJ gives an awkward wave.

"Don't wave at me!" Chet snaps.

"Why-"

"Someone like you doesn't get to wave at me." Chet replies with a stern glare.

"Uh… 'someone like you'? What is that supposed to mean?" Millie gives an annoyed look back.

"Yellow Team sympathizers." Chet elaborates.

"Phew…" Millie and DJ say in unison, causing Chet to look confused.

Confessional: DJ and Millie

"I thought he meant something else with that…" DJ grimaces.

"Same!" Millie adds.

"Wait, what is a Yellow Team sympathizer?" Millie questions.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU VOTE OUT KITTY OR EMMA?" Chet yells.

DJ and Millie look completely baffled. "Uh… why do you care?" DJ asks.

"Screw you! The Yellow Team must burn!" Chet runs off, not actually explaining anything. Someone overhears this conversation and looks confused.

Confessional: Chet

"It's a disgrace that Operation: TYTO put all that work into Sapphire losing for nothing!"

Confessional: Sierra

"Chet hates people who work with Yellow Team members? He will want me DEAD for my alliance with Noah and Bowie!"

As Raj is searching for a necklace, Wayne runs up to him with enthusiasm. "Hey Rajie!"

Raj looks a bit surprised, but in a happy way. "Hey Wayne! What are you doing?"

"Looking for necklaces!" Wayne states.

"Woah, same! We're so similar!" Raj smiles.

"Yeah, that's the point of the challenge."

"Oh, right." The duo share a laugh.

"This twist is pretty crazy, isn't it?" Wayne asks.

"For sure dude, but if I lose with your team or the Amber Team, I think I'll be good. You, Bowie, and even Emma wouldn't target me." Raj says.

"For sure!"

"Speaking of which, how are you and Emma doing on your team right now?" Raj inquires.

"Horribly. Everyone hates us and treats us poorly." Wayne frowns.

Raj's face drops. "What? Why? Tell me who is doing this, I will storm into camp and beat their-"

"Relax bro, I'm just joking!" Wayne laughs. Raj punches him in the shoulder.

"You always get me with that!" Raj laughs back. "But for real, how is it going with you two? Are you worried about going next?"

"Uh no, I'm worried about something else…" Wayne's demeanor suddenly gets more shy.

"What's wrong?" Raj raises an eyebrow.

"Nothing is wrong." Wayne assures. "I just… I need your advice."

"Sure, what is it?" Raj looks happy to help.

"I like Emma."

"WHAT THE FU…dge?" Raj says, stopping himself from cussing. "I knew she liked you, but you like her back?"

Wayne's eyes widen. "Wait, what?"

"Well I don't have any confirmation, I just kind of got a vibe." Raj replies, Emma's lies about counting abs clearly being for nothing after his conversation with Bowie. "But when did this start?"

"During this phase…" Wayne admits.

Raj smiles. "I've been waiting for this day ever since our first season!" he says, clearly happy that there's a role reversal.

Wayne sighs. "I need your help. How did you get with Bowie again?" Wayne somehow has this information slip with mind.

"I kissed Bowie in the pudding… without asking-"

"Oh, so I should do that-"

"NO!"

"Oh."

…

"For real though, do it however you feel comfortable. And do it soon, it's better to get it off your chest sooner." Raj says. "Anyways, we should get back to searching for those necklaces. Good luck!"

Wayne smiles. "Good luck!"

"Aw, I'm happy Wayner likes someone!" Raj smiles.

"I'll do it today, Chase better not randomly be around her again."

"You have the necklace?" Staci calls up to Izzy, who is in a tree.

"No, but I found some bird eggs! That's pretty cool, right?" Izzy replies.

Staci looks confused. "But is there a necklace up there?"

"No, why would you think that?" Izzy wonders while climbing down.

"I mean, you just randomly climbed a tree. I thought you would only do that if there was a necklace." Staci frowns.

"Oh… sorry to disappoint you, but bird eggs are really cool. I love breaking them before they can hatch." Izzy shrugs.

"You should be sorry, you wasted time and now one of us probably won't get immunity because you did something stupid, haha!" Staci says. Izzy rolls her eyes.

"I'd love to win immunity and all… but bird eggs." Izzy gestures to the eggs.

"Love? My great great great great great great great aunt Sophie invented love! Before her, everyone was emotionless and emo. Rom Coms didn't even exist!" Staci says, the word love triggering another story about her relatives. Izzy, who usually looks interested in this stuff, frowns. "What's wrong? Rom Coms do suck, so I guess it's sad that I had to bring up Sophie-"

"Let's just go." Izzy says sternly, dragging Staci by the arm through the forest.

"Alright…" Staci mutters.

"Okay, Izzy is usually herself the past few days, but she's been getting these weird moments of sadness." Staci notes.

Izzy gobbles bird eggs in the confessional. Somewhere, the mother who laid them is crying.

We see a split screen shot of Tammy and MK searching for necklaces. Both are looking around and don't see each other, causing them to collide. Both women fall to the ground. "Ow, watch where you're going- oh, it's you." MK frowns as she notices that it was Tammy she bumped into.

"Thanks for the warm welcome." Tammy rolls her eyes. "I am surprised you're still here after the cheating."

"Nice to know you had faith in me." MK rolls her eyes in a way that makes it look like she wants to one up Tammy in the eye rolling department.

"I had faith you'd do something underhanded. Chris should've disqualified you." Tammy states as she puts a hand on her hip.

MK doesn't respond. Instead, she decides to walk away.

Confessional: MK

"Talking to her isn't worth it, immunity is more important."

"It annoys me that MK is still here. Not just because of my personal bias, but like I said, she should've been disqualified along with Scarlett for what she's been doing lately."

Jacques and Blaineley are walking together. As per usual, they don't want to talk to one another.

"What's the only thing better than not talking to Jacques? Making fun of him!"

"Your chin is so unique! Is that a scar, or were you just born with that deep of a cleft?" Blaineley questions with a malicious grin.

Jacques forces a smile. "Haha. Very funny, Mildred."

Blaineley gasps in offense. "Do NOT call me that!"

"Mildred." Jacques repeats.

"Ja-kes" Mildred yells back with an equally insulting name.

"THAT'S NOT HOW YOU PRONOUNCE MY NAME! IT IS… JAWK." Ja-kes corrects.

"Does it look like I care!? Your French accent drives me crazy!"

"Oh yeah!? Your voice is whinier than Taylor's!"

"THAT LITTLE BRAT? I am NOTHING like her!"

"Oh right, she's rich and you're not. Living off the money you acquired while hosting celebrity manhunt and the puppy bachelorette alone must be difficult."

"Having to live life knowing that you messed up one of the most important ice dancing performances of your life must be difficult."

Blaineley and Jacques stare at each other, their eyes filled with rage, the shady insults now being clear as day.

"Taylor has won immunity for the Gold Team!"

"FUCK!" the duo yell in unison. They separate soon after.

Confessional: Jacques

"I HATE THAT WOMAN! Having to tolerate her BS day after day makes me want to scream! The bad part is, she's not even the worst person on my team, because AT LEAST she doesn't throw challenges!"

We cut to Taylor, Sammy, and Shawn at the starting point. "Ha, couldn't catch me!" Taylor taunts, getting annoyed looks like Sammy and Shawn.

We see Scott with a surprised look on his face. "She totally told me to leave so she could get it for herself." Scott looks annoyed. "I should've known."

…

"Hi!" a voice greets. Scott turns his head to see Courtney. He instantly runs over to hug her, and the counselor is more than happy to return it. "It's so good to see you!"

"I miss seeing your face." Scott grins. "You have no idea how stressful things have been without you."

"Tell me about it." Courtney laughs. "I'm sorry about Taylor getting the immunity, your team is likely going to be in trouble."

"I know…" Scott mutters. "But I can try to help you get immunity, let's catch up."

Courtney nods as the pair begin searching around. "So… you took that immunity a few challenges ago. What's been happening on your team?"

"An alliance with all the girls and Jacques formed to eliminate Ezekiel and Trent. They only took out Sadie for being annoying. I pressed the button to whittle away at their alliance, and I think it's working out." Scott explains.

"Did you use the idol?" Courtney questions.

Scott hesitates before nodding. "I used it to save Blaineley in the double elimination. Anne Maria, Dakota, and Taylor had an alliance."

Courtney grimaces. "I don't know if that was smart, you could've left yourself open to getting eliminated."

"It was a calculated risk, I think Blaineley might be on my side. Taylor could be too." Scott says.

"I guess. Things are complicated on your team, aren't they?" Courtney gives a forced chuckle.

"Yeah. It was stressful on the Red Team too, but at least I had you back then. Now I have no one." Scott replies. Courtney stops searching to give him another hug. Scott smiles. "We're being way too sappy… Anyways, what's been happening on your team? Someone cheating sounds interesting."

"Yeah… they used that woman's camera to find out who we were voting for." Courtney says bitterly. "I was working with Crimson, and they sent her home. Then Bridgette left because they were able to force a tie."

Scott frowns, knowing that Bridgette was a potential ally. "What happened at camp after you found out about the cheating?"

"I wanted to send MK home because she was closer to Dwayne and Chet, but Brick as usual decided to play emotionally and took Scarlett out." Courtney says, causing Scott to throw his hands in the air.

"I- he is STILL playing emotionally?"

"I know, right?" Courtney facepalms. "Now we are guaranteed to go into another tiebreaker, we could've had Scarlett on our side."

"I'm sorry to hear that, it must be frustrating." Scott shakes his head, sharing Courtney's displeasure with Brick.

"Yeah, but that's how things are."

Confessional: Scott

"Catching up with Courtney was a highlight today, I'm just worried about what will happen tonight."

"We're both in… not great positions. Hopefully we can keep fighting the way we have all game!"

We see Harold trying his best to climb a tree that has a necklace in it. Sadly for him, he isn't exactly the strongest contestant around, so he keeps falling. "Gosh, I knew I should've spent more time at Ascending Steve's Tree Climbing Camp!" Harold shakes his head. He looks at some wood and vines around him. "But I DID spend a lot of time at ladder building camp!"

We have a time skip where Harold has built a ladder. He places it against the tree and begins climbing to get the necklace. Sure enough, he grabs it a few moments later. Before he can climb down however, someone pushes the ladder.

That someone is Duncan.

Harold screams as he plummets to the ground. He yells out in pain as Duncan grabs the necklace for himself and runs off.

"What? I need that immunity, I'm probably a prime target for any of the other teams."

Harold growls in anger. "Screw him! All that work for nothing!"

We quickly learn that Duncan isn't the only one on the Emerald Team who has found a necklace. Axel gets out of the lake that had a necklace at the bottom and begins running to camp. We see a split screen of Duncan and Axel running, as only the first person who makes it can claim immunity as only one person per team can win.

"Ow!" Axel bumps into Jacques, who was making his way back to the start of the challenge after hearing that Taylor got immunity. This bump causes both to tumble over.

"Watch where you're going!" Jacques glares, no doubt their history on the Gray Team fueling the venom behind it.

"You watch where you're going! You can't even win immunity anymore, get out of the way of us that still can!" Axel growls.

"Duncan wins immunity for the Emerald Team! Everyone on Emerald, stop searching."

Jacques begins laughing as Axel looks like she wants to tear his head off. "Great, now this thing is useless!" Axel turns her gaze towards the necklace.

"It isn't useless for me!" a voice calls out. The voice belongs to Jo, who runs in and snatches the necklace from Axel, only fueling Axel's anger.

Just minutes later, Jo is announced as safe.

Jo has a satisfied smirk on her face. "Taking advantage of an opportunity like that was a no brainer. Now I have immunity." she gives a sigh of relief. "Final 35… getting closer and closer to the end, baby!"

"I hate people whose names start with J." Axel gives a stern glare to the camera.

"Damn!" Junior exclaims after hearing that Duncan won for the Emerald Team.

"Language, mister!" a voice says. Junior sees his father.

"Oh, sorry I-"

"I'm kidding… I guess you're old enough to say damn." Dwayne says. There is a moment of silence as the father and son duo stare at each other. Dwayne takes a deep breath. "Junior, can we talk?"

Junior hears a more serious tone coming out of his dad, causing him to look concerned. "What's wrong?"

"I'm so sorry about what happened in the last challenge, I promise I didn't mean to kill you! I just want you to know that-"

"Dad, I literally laughed. I know it was an accident." Junior interrupts, causing Dwayne to look shocked.

"You- you laughed?"

"Yeah, it was just kind of funny. I jumped off the island instantly when the challenge started, I have no problem with VR death." Junior explains. "You don't have to feel guilty about anything."

Dwayne takes a sigh of relief. "Thank you Junior… I was just scared that you would be mad at me."

"Well, I'm not mad." Junior assures. "Now go look for a necklace of your own, you can win this immunity!"

"I feel a lot better after hearing that, I was struggling with killing him in the VR throughout all of last night."

Junior laughs. "Did he really think I'd be mad? No way! At least he pays more attention to caring if I'm okay or not, that would've really come in handy in Africa." he recalls the Zimbabwe episode of the Ridonculous Race.

"Oh my god, where the hell is this stupid necklace?" Josee has a clearly upset look on her face, having been searching with Alejandro to no results.

"I don't know." Alejandro responds quietly, trying to focus over Josee's increasing irritation.

"I'm worried about what could happen if we lose." Josee admits. "I doubt people will shy away from targeting us."

"I'm aware." Alejandro replies.

After a few moments, someone walks up to them. "Hey guys!" Nichelle greets with a smile.

Josee and Alejandro turn to her. "Oh, hey Nichelle." Alejandro waves.

"I can't win immunity anymore, so I want to see how y'all are doing." Nichelle checks her nails.

"Fantastic. Most of our team don't really care for us." Josee responds with unintended anger, obviously Nichelle not being the reason, but she does notice it.

"You sound worried." Nichelle grimaces.

"Because I am." Josee replies. "Whatever, how are things going on your team?"

"Good enough… I was actually one vote away from going home last time though, so it was close to ending in disaster." Nichelle explains.

"Well, that's just great." Josee sighs. "Between my team not liking us and Jacques' general presence, things haven't been going well this phase."

"What's wrong with Jacques?" Nichelle questions, as the last time she checked, he and Josee were ice dancing partners on good terms.

"They aren't on the best of terms right now, we want him out of the game as soon as possible." Alejandro explains.

"...noted." Nichelle states. "Anyways, if you guys need any help in the future, don't hesitate to ask!"

"My team is going up for elimination with Gold. Pulling the strings to send Jacques home, who is also a physical threat, isn't a bad idea."

"I doubt Nichelle could actually help us in a major way, but at least there is some kind of offer on the table."

"There aren't necklaces anywhere!" Bowie exclaims in frustration, being one of many in this challenge who are upset that they can't find safety.

"There are, you just aren't finding any." Mary calmly replies, only getting an eye roll out of Bowie.

"I know that, I was obviously exaggerating." Bowie states.

"Ok."

"How is your day?" Bowie questions after a moment of silence.

"Not my favorite day, knowing that we will have to vote someone out sucks. We need to find this necklace next, or we're screwed." Mary says.

"You think so?"

"Yes. If we don't find it next, we will have to go into a ceremony with the Ruby or Sapphire Teams. It will be 7 vs 6, putting us in the minority by default." Mary explains.

Bowie frowns. "You're right." He looks at a bush and gasps before running towards it. "I'll go ensure that we are next!"

Bowie runs as fast as he can away from the bush as Mary realizes what happened. "Aw man, the necklace was there…"

"I could've sabotaged the challenge by making sure that I'd come in last so I could be up for elimination with Raj or Emma, who I know would prevent the team from targeting me… but the possibility of someone else on my team finding a necklace and getting back too soon would put me at risk, and I can't have that. I'm sure that Raj and Emma will protect each other if Ruby and Sapphire are up for elimination together."

"I could've made a bigger fuss about the necklace, but I'll allow Bowie to have immunity. I'm not the strongest or weakest member of my team from an outside perspective, no one will have a real reason to target me and I'm sure I'll lock in Bowie's loyalty by not putting up a fight."

We see Emma looking up at a tree, wondering if she should climb it or not. "Hey!" Wayne greets, walking into the frame.

Emma smiles. "Hi! Any luck so far?"

"No. You? Is it in that tree?" Wayne asks.

"No, but I wonder if going to higher ground will make the necklace easier to find." Emma explains her plan.

"Only one way to find out!" Wayne encourages.

"You're right!" Emma replies, finding some new confidence. She tries to climb up quickly to show off, but she goes too fast and slips halfway up the tree. "Woah!"

Emma falls down, but Wayne easily catches her before she hits the ground in the most stereotypical thing you have ever seen in your life. "I… thanks." Emma gets out with a smile as the duo look into each other's eyes. She takes a deep breath. "Wayne, I need to tell you something."

"This is the most stereotypical time to confess feelings, I should just get it out. This whole game has been a journey for me, it's time to do something I've been wanting to do for weeks."

"You do?" Wayne questions. Neither mention that he hasn't put her down yet. "I actually had something to say to you too."

Wayne finally sets her down so they can look at each other while standing. "Isn't that exciting?" Emma laughs.

"Ha, it sure is!" Wayne replies.

"Do you wanna go first?" Emma asks.

"Ladies first." Wayne replies.

"Well, that is true, but your opinion matters too!" Emma responds.

"How about we say it at the same time." Wayne suggests nervously.

"Yeah… we can do that!" Emma tries to sound confident. You wouldn't be a fool for assuming this duo are being transformed into tomatoes with how red their faces are getting.

"Ok… let's do it!"

"1…"

Neither say anything. They laugh awkwardly. "Let's try again." Wayne says.

"Yeah, I got a little nervous, sorry… 3… 2… 1…"

"I like you!" both say at the same time.

They take a moment to let it sink in that it was in fact mutual. Wayne was told it was, but he had no actual evidence until right now.

"What kind of like?" Emma questions quietly.

"Really like…" Wayne replies.

"Like… like like?" Emma asks.

"Exactly like like like!" Wayne replies in a confusing mess of words. "If you just meant as a friend, it's okay, I just-"

"No, I like you as more than just a friend." Emma says. "I like like you too."

Unfortunately, Emma didn't take the opportunity to pull the biggest troll ever and say 'best friend'. Wayne is happy she didn't though, as his smile is bright after hearing this. "Really?"

"I do!" Emma laughs. "I've liked you since the first phase of the game… I saw the way you treated others and I realized that that's the type of person I want to be around. Someone who is kind and cares for other people, and you're that person. It's been so fun getting to know you."

"You really think that about me?" Wayne seems a bit surprised.

"Of course." Emma nods.

"Thank you." Wayne smiles. "We were friendly before in our first seasons and I thought you were strong, but I'm glad we really got to connect this season. From the hockey conversations to our alliance, I've enjoyed every moment."

The pair stare into each other's eyes.

"Wayne, will you be my girlfriend?"

"Your WHAT?"

"Fuck!" Emma looks embarrassed, pulling the female version of Scott in All Stars. "I meant boyfriend, I'm sorry!"

Wayne begins laughing. "Don't worry, I think that was funny!" Emma huffs, but she can't stay annoyed for long as she begins laughing too. "I'll be your boyfriend."

The duo share a kiss, the Emma x Wayne shippers rejoice.

We see a split screen shot of the duo walking around the small confessional area in excitement.

We see Cody with mud all over his arms, as he has failed to climb up a steep hill that has a necklace on the top of it. "Oh barbecue sauce, I'll never get immunity this way!" Cody pouts. Cody hears pounding footsteps, and he turns around to see DJ, who has seperated from Millie since the last time we saw him in this challenge.

"Sorry dude, but I'm gonna get this." DJ says apologetically before climbing up himself. Cody tries again to climb, but he slips down.

"Urgh…"

Suddenly, Lightning runs into the shot. "What are you doing sitting on the ground?" Lightning questions with a raised eyebrow upon viewing Cody.

"The necklace is up there!" Cody frantically points.

Lightning sees DJ getting close to it and isn't happy with that. "Sha-NO! That necklace doesn't belong to you!"

DJ looks worried as Lightning is now climbing after him. He kicks some dirt behind him with one of his legs, not unsimilar to his deer antics back in the first season. "Find a different necklace please, I don't want to get into a fight!" DJ pleads as he nears the top.

Lightning doesn't back down from anything though, and he jumps high up and grabs DJ's leg. He pulls him down and passes DJ, grabbing the necklace for himself. DJ didn't want to get into a fight, but he is ready to try and get the necklace. He lunges towards Lightning, causing both to begin tumbling down the hill. In a bit of a surprising move, Lightning throws the necklace to Cody. Even more surprisingly, Cody manages to catch it.

"Go!" Lightning shouts. Cody begins running to Chris before DJ and Lightning make their way to the bottom of the hill. Both get up and run after Cody.

"Lightning was about to lose his grip, he had to make a pass to another teammate!"

"I doubt I'll be able to outrun DJ all the way to the finish line, but I can try!"

We see Kitty and Noah together, this having happened after Noah was made aware that he can't win immunity.

"Hi."

"Do you want help finding a necklace?" Noah asks.

Kitty gives a mock gasp. "Noah, are you sure that's you? The Noah I know would never volunteer to do work after it's no longer required of him!" Kitty states. Noah gives one of his signature snarky faces in response as he rolls his eyes, causing Kitty to give a small laugh. "So, you aren't actually upset about me saying Jake was hotter?"

"No, I'm not petty." Noah replies.

"Well, that's good."

"Indeed."

"I'm not going to be one of those stupid grudge holders who is mad about an arbitrary problem for way too many episodes."

"I wasn't too concerned that he was actually angry, but the confirmation is nice. Now, hopefully I can get that immunity now that I know we're going to be up for elimination with the Ruby Team."

We cut to Cody, who is nearly back to the starting point. He looks worried as DJ is closing in the gap. Unfortunately for Cody, DJ lunges towards him a moment later, knocking him to the ground. Lightning is right behind the duo. When he fell, the necklace fell out of Cody's hands. DJ reaches for the necklace on the ground, but Cody kicks it towards Lightning.

"Run!" Cody says with urgency. Lightning does exactly this, as he grabs the necklace and stands next to Chris. "The Lightning delivers!"

"Indeed he does, you have immunity for the Ruby Team!" Chris announces.

"Sha-BAM!" Lightning cheers. Cody runs up to Lightning and offers a high five, an offer that gets accepted. "Thanks Cody, I thought you wouldn't be able to catch the necklace or outrun DJ for a while."

"Hey! …actually, fair enough." Cody replies with a smile, though part of him worries that DJ would be upset about what happened.

Chris speaks up again. "Only the Sapphire Team remains-"

"Not for long!" a voice yells. Chris looks and sees Chase running in with the final necklace, Jen right behind him.

"We found the necklace on a log, I managed to grab it first!"

"Alright, here are the results! Taylor won immunity on Gold, while Duncan won for Emerald. They will be safe as their teams will be the first grouping for the dual campfire ceremony. Jo won for Amethyst, and Bowie won for Amber. They'll have immunity as they'll be the second group. And lastly, Lightning for Ruby and Chase for Sapphire also will have immunity as their teams collide. 3 people will be going home tonight. Go back to your camps to strategize!"

"Tonight could go badly. I've realized that there is someone on our team who would have incentive to work with Sapphire, that being Raj. He has multiple former teammates and his best friend. I'm worried we could be screwed."

"I feel like the other team might target me since I'm a known cheater." MK grimaces. "But flipping to the other side COULD be good, it could give Operation: TYTO the majority because let's face it- we aren't going to win the tiebreaker."

We see the whole team standing together, obviously ready to scheme about who they're going to vote for on Sapphire. "So… who do you guys think we should target?" Tyler starts up the conversation.

"Ella!" Sugar blurts out. Everyone gives her confused looks. "Oh right, she isn't here anymore."

Cody coughs. "We should probably target someone like Millie. She's pretty weak, any of us could beat her in a tiebreaker-"

"No." Lightning interrupts. "We are a strong team, we aren't going to be weak. We should target a good player."

Josee begins thinking about the possibilities on who to target. She rules out any of Raj's connections due to having the same fears that Alejandro does. "DJ?"

"That sounds good to me." Lightning smiles.

"Aw, I like DJ." Tyler frowns.

"That's why we need to send him packing!" Sugar states. "Everyone likes him, he's probably nice or something which makes their team more unified."

"Exactly." Alejandro nods.

"Millie will probably do something to make everyone mad at her soon enough, and she's weaker." Raj seems to like the idea of a DJ boot.

Cody takes a deep breath. "Alright…"

"If their team votes for me, I'm dead."

"I assume that the other team is going to vote for Alejandro or I. I know we would beat DJ, we're too good not to. I just hope no one on this team flips and messes things up."

"Do you guys think we can get anyone to flip?" Jen questions.

"Yeah, I think there is a chance we could flip Raj." Wayne replies.

"Yeah, we're buds." Wayne says. Emma on the other hand doesn't look so convinced.

"Raj could flip because of his friendships, but I know that he wants to be more independent, so I'm a bit unsure."

"Well then, who should we target?" Kitty asks.

"Sugar's annoying, can we vote for her?" Chase requests.

"No, it should be Josee or Alejandro. Those two are big threats that we need to take care of." DJ says. "Alejandro in particular is a top tier manipulator, I'd rather have him gone."

"That is true." Millie agrees. "I feel like Cody would be our best bet in a tie though."

"But if we get Raj to flip, then we could take out their biggest player." Kitty responds.

"I want to go big with this play, this is a rare opportunity to pick off a threat on a different team. It worked last time with Geoff's boot."

"For our team, it came down to either Alejandro or Josee. The others were leaning to Alejandro, but I remembered a certain something. No one threatens to cancel the hockey season to make me cry and get away with it!"

"I'm going to propose something crazy." Mary states. Everyone looks worried.

"What is it?" Staci questions.

"We all vote together and don't do something stupid." Mary says.

"That seems like a tall task." Izzy says.

"Yeah, I don't know if we're cut out for it." Bowie says sarcastically. "But I agree, let's not be idiots."

"We are on Total Drama, we have a 59.47% chance of screwing this up." Sierra frowns.

"Let's just… not screw it up then." Mary says. "Anyways, who should we vote for?"

"Chet!" Sierra suggests. "I overheard him in the challenge, and I think he's crazy."

"Takes a crazy person to know a crazy person…" Noah mutters to himself. Bowie overhears this and chuckles.

"Why do you think he's crazy? Be very careful what you say, as I am a representative of all crazy people, and I will be offended if you say something rude." Izzy says calmly to the point it makes Sierra a little nervous.

"Okay… hehe. He raged at DJ and Millie because they didn't vote out Yellow Team members or something, it was ridiculous." Sierra says. "That makes me think that they're going to be voting for you, Noah."

Noah lets out a long groan. "Oh great."

"Don't feel sad, Noah! A lot of physically weak people get put into tiebreakers and get crushed." Staci says.

"How is that supposed to make me feel better?" Noah questions.

"It's not! I'm just saying that if you fail, you won't be alone in being a loser! Hahahaha!" Staci laughs, causing Noah to look annoyed.

"We don't have to worry about a tiebreaker though!" Sierra announces before pulling out her immunity idol. "I can just save our team with this bad boy!"

"Oooh!" Izzy's eyes gleam while looking at the idol. Noah smiles. Mary on the other hand is in a thinking mood.

"Wait, so Chet is going to try and get everyone to target Noah?" Mary requests.

"I think so." Sierra replies.

"Why don't we idol out Brick or Courtney then instead of Chet?" Mary brings up a good point. "Get rid of one of their strongest players."

Bowie smirks and gives Mary a high five. "I like the sound of that."

"Is everyone on board?" Mary asks.

Everyone indicates their agreement.

"Interesting that Sierra had an idol, but that's not the point. I honestly don't care who goes tonight as long as it's not me, but targeting Brick or Courtney just makes sense."

The Amethyst Team is gathered together awkwardly in the middle of camp. "I want to make something clear." Brick says. "I know that there have been some controversies and bad blood between us, but we NEED to stick together. We should be a unified front that sticks together and leaves no man behind. If you are even thinking about throwing anyone else under the bus, Harold tried that last time, and it backfired on him. The same could happen to you if you aren't careful. Now, let's vote together and not do anything stupid!"

"Yeah!" Dwayne feels motivated by the speech. Courtney and Jo don't react while MK rolls her eyes.

"I'll vote with you guys… if we vote for Noah that is." Chet says.

"Sure." Brick replies.

"Okay." Courtney shrugs.

"Fine." Jo adds.

Confessional: Jo

"I'd actually like for it to be Izzy. She, Sierra, and Bowie are the physically stronger half of the team, they would be perfect targets to take out at a time like this. But Sierra is my Lime Team ally, and Bowie has immunity."

We see Brick, Courtney, and Jo all together. "That was a ruse, right?" Courtney questions. "We are actually going to work with the Amber Team to take one of the other alliance's members out I assume? That's the smartest play, and-"

"Why would we do that?" Brick questions.

"Why wouldn't we do that?" Courtney questions back. "If we vote for one of them, we eliminate the possibility of a tiebreaker next time. It's betraying the team, but I think that-"

"I don't want to do that." Brick shuts down. "It's never worth it to betray a teammate, look what happened to Geoff in this exact situation last time."

"I-"

"He may have a point. Also, it will be smarter to get rid of another team's players. Amber is pretty weak, weakening them more is the ideal play." Jo says, causing Courtney to groan.

"We learn history so we don't repeat it." Brick says. "Why doesn't Courtney realize that splitting our team's vote could give them the ammo to vote for her or I?"

Elsewhere, we are taken to an Operation: TYTO meeting. "We are flipping, right?" MK suggests. "We could take out Brick or Courtney, then we'll be back in the majority-"

"Nope." Chet cuts off. "We have a chance to vote out a Yellow Team member in Noah, we have to take it!"

"But the majority-"

"MK, they're not going to trust you anyways." Dwayne puts a hand on her shoulder. "They probably are going to target you if anything."

"Yeah, you'll have to do a tiebreaker against a nerd, big deal. Nerd on nerd violence is your best shot." Chet states.

"Nerd on nerd violence?"

"Yeah. You're basically Noah if he got a sex change, you're also both sarcastic." Chet laughs while pointing at MK.

"Excuse me?" MK raises an eyebrow while Dwayne stifles a laugh. He instantly hides any signs of amusement as MK's head turns to him. "Can you believe he said that about me?"

"Come on Chet, let's be nice here." Dwayne says to try and diffuse this scene. MK turns to stick her tongue out at Chet. While she does this, Dwayne gives Chet a thumbs up.

Dwayne laughs. "They were acting a bit childish there, but I get both of their points. I feel like we have to protect MK, I know the Amber Team might dislike her. We can deal with this tiebreaker bridge when it's time to cross it."

"We should stick together." Scott states.

"Duh." Blaineley replies. Taylor and Jacques say nothing.

Scott sighs. "We all felt pretty demotivated. That doesn't mean I'm not going to do whatever it takes to survive at that elimination ceremony tonight."

"I have no idea what's about to go down at the elimination, but I do have a feeling that Scott will be targeted over Jacques and I because Duncan is on that team… or at least I hope so."

"Alright guys, we have an 8-4 lead. I am begging everyone to NOT screw this up!" Axel states loud and clear.

"Yeah, we aren't Galu!" Tammy says.

"Huh?" everyone says in unison.

"You uncultured swines…" Tammy shakes her head.

"Uh… anyways… we should just target Jacques and call it a day." Nichelle states. "He's the best physical competitor on a very weak team, it's a no brainer. We lock in 3 more rounds of safety if we vote for him."

Duncan looks like he wants to say something, but he decides not to.

Later in the day, we see Harold drinking some water. Tammy walks up to him and taps him on the shoulder, causing him to jump in fright, which gets some water on his shirt. "Oh no, I spilled it!"

"Oops, sorry about that." Tammy apologizes.

"We need to talk."

"About this vote?" Harold questions.

"No, about the weather."

"Well, the clouds look pretty-"

"I was being sarcastic."

"GOSH."

"Yes, it's about the vote. I feel like we need to flip for this round to pick away at our team's majority." Tammy states. Harold looks hesitant. "Do you think it's too risky?"

Harold sighs. "Last time this twist happened, I tried to publicly throw one of my teammates under the bus. It ended in Geoff going home, and he was my ally. I'm worried that everything will get ruined if I try to pull something like that again." Harold grimaces.

Tammy gives him a reassuring smile. "Don't worry about the past, this is a different situation. The Gold Team will be desperate for people to latch on to. If we work with them, that is 6/12. I have a feeling we could get Sammy on board for the majority to take out one of the power players."

Harold raises an eyebrow. "How should we go about it?"

Tammy gives a smile.

"I'm trying to make Harold the face of this move just in case something goes wrong, the heat will go onto him and not me." Tammy says. "Anyways, there's a trick that we can use to get Gold on our side. Let THEM choose."

Cut to the Ruby and Sapphire Teams at the campfire ceremony

"Welcome Ruby and Sapphire Teams to this very special elimination ceremony. Usually, the votes are just contained within your own teams, but not today! It's time to vote and see who will bite the dust!" Chris says with a smile. While all of this was going on however, Emma leaned over to Raj and began whispering to him. Raj is listening intently while all eyes are focused on them.

"There's no need to talk, we should just vote." Alejandro says while looking at what's going on.

"We're voting for Josee. If you want to join us after the try not to cry incident, she's gone." Emma says. Raj looks to be considering this.

"I never said people couldn't talk at these eliminations, you've seen it happen before." Chris refers to the Miles boot. Emma leans away from Raj and gives him a thumbs up.

"You're not flipping, are you?" Tyler leans over and asks. Raj whispers something back to him, causing Tyler to look conflicted. The duo whispers some things to each other before sitting up straight. "We're ready to vote."

Alejandro and Josee look nervous as Chris smiles. "With that ominous moment as a note to end on, let's get voting!"

We get a quick cut of everyone voting before we cut back to the campfire ceremony

There is some tension in the room as Chef walks in with the tiebreaker wheel. "Thanks." Josee looks to Raj, who nods in response.

"Whatever this lands on is going to be your challenge." Chris states.

"Please be a bunny feeding challenge…" Millie crosses her fingers.

"The challenge is…"

The camera cuts to Josee and DJ on a platform in the ocean with some spotlights so they can see. "The rules are simple!" Chris yells with his megaphone to make sure the duo can hear him clearly. "Your goal is to knock your opponent into the ocean. The first person to fall in is eliminated and their journey to the 10 million dollars is over!"

Josee has a look of determination while DJ looks nervous.

"GO!" Chris shouts.

"Sorry, but you're going down!" Josee growls. She runs towards DJ and punches him in the face, sending him to the ground. She repeatedly hits him in the ribs before effortlessly picking him up and tossing him into the ocean for the shortest tiebreaker yet."

"And… DJ loses! That was anticlimactic! Josee stays in the game!" Chris announces. The Sapphire Team looks sad while the Ruby Team, especially Alejandro, cheers.

"It's not your fault, we took a wrong gamble, and it backfired. I was really hoping to win this thing for my family though." DJ frowns. "But I know you can win this. Don't let this make you fall back into your old paranoid habits. Be the strong player you've been this whole phase."

Millie smiles. "I'll do my best. Can you just tell Priya and Caleb that I'm sorry?"

"I will." DJ smiles back. The duo embraces before DJ walks towards the boat of losers.

"Welcome Amethyst and Amber! As you all know, one of you is about to go home. Get voting and we'll see who that is!"

"Chris, I have something for you." Sierra stands up and takes the Lime Team idol out of her pocket. Jo raises an eyebrow, not being aware of this. "So, I overheard a conversation from Chet that he doesn't like Yellow Team members. I assume that means Noah is in danger, so I'm going to play this for him."

Noah smiles as the faces of the Amethyst Team drop in worry. Brick stands up. "If you're playing an idol, I'll play one of my own." Brick states. He walks up to Chris before turning around, unsure of who to play it on.

"Brick, they probably voted for either you or me." Courtney says. "I think they targeted me for being a bigger name."

"No!" MK says. "They probably voted me for the cheating thing."

"Sierra literally name dropped me, they probably targeted me!" Chet interjects.

"Just play it for who you think needs it." Jo says calmly. Brick smiles at this before handing the idol to Chris.

"I'm nervous… but I'm more nervous for Courtney, this is for her." Brick hands the idol away.

"These are both hidden immunity idols." Chris says. "Any votes cast against Noah or Courtney will not count. Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will have to leave the campfire ceremony immediately. I'll read the votes."

Everyone either looks worried or amused.

"I don't want it to be Sierra!" Jo says with worry, not wanting to let go of a phase 1 ally. "Can't we just vote for Staci and easily crush her in the tiebreaker?"

"Yeah, that's probably our best bet." MK says.

"No, it has to be Sierra." Chet firmly stands on his decision.

"Chet, please." MK begs.

"Yeah, Staci is the best choice." Jo reaffirms.

"Sierra is the better choice, we can get rid of one of their strongest players." Courtney inputs.

"If she goes against Dwayne, MK, or Chet, I think she'd beat them. That's what I want."

"I'm fine either way, can we just choose?" Brick requests. Dwayne isn't giving any input. The Amber Team can hear the arguing.

"They're saying multiple names." Izzy whispers.

"They might split their votes." Staci replies.

"Should we try to send Brick home with a plurality?" Mary says.

"I think so." Bowie smiles.

We cut back to Amethyst. "Dude, I can't beat Sierra!" MK says.

"Not with that attitude." Chet dismisses. "Besides, they'll probably vote for me instead of you, and I know I can beat Sierra."

"With that confidence, we surely should put him against her." Courtney smiles.

"Please, just vote Staci!" Jo replies.

"Can't we all just decide calmly-"

"Shut up Dwayne!" everyone yells.

After a bit more arguing, Chris sighs. "Wrap this up please."

"Chet was too persistent in targeting Sierra… if I threw my vote away, they would have sent Brick home with a plurality, then I would be stuck in the minority on Amethyst. Even if I tried to flip, they still could've pulled a 6-5-1 to take Brick out. It was too risky, I had to vote for Sierra." Jo looks upset about the vote she had to cast.

We cut to everyone on the beach. Brick and Sierra both are holding poles horizontally that have multiple connecting parts. "Here is how this is going to work." Chris begins to explain. "This will test how steady you can keep your hands. You will be holding this pole that is balancing a little ball. It will break apart if you don't keep applying enough force to keep the pole together. If the pole breaks or the ball falls off, you're out of the game."

Sierra looks nervous. "My body loves to move, I can't do anything still. Having to keep my hands from moving will suck!"

Brick smiles. "A lot of what I do needs steady hand work. This challenge is right up my alley!"

Once everything is set up, Chris pipes up. "GO!"

Since this is an endurance challenge, this isn't some epic action scene. Everyone watches as Sierra and Brick hold onto the poles.

"I just want to point out that both of you displayed selflessness by not playing your idols on yourselves. That decision is about to come back to haunt one of you." Chris states, making both competitors grimace as the realization sets in.

"Oh… well you got me there."

"Can you two cut it out?" Jo interrupts.

"Do this for Cody!" Mary says. That seems to work, as Sierra looks more determined.

"IS CODY ON FIRE?" Courtney yells.

"WHAT?" Sierra's body has a knee jerk reaction, causing her to drop her ball.

"Haha, that worked!" Courtney laughs as the Amber Team looks disappointed.

"Sierra is eliminated!" Chris announces. "Brick, you get to live on another day."

Brick gives a salute to Sierra. "You played hard, soldier." he says, though he has a bit of a guilty look.

Sierra ignores this. "I'm sorry that I let you down, team." she apologizes.

"You didn't let us down, you tried your best!" Staci assures.

"She let me down, I needed her vote!"

"It is time for the final voting ceremony of the night! Gold, Emerald, one of you will be losing a member. It's time to vote and see who-"

"WAIT!" Harold blurts out, causing all eyes to turn to him. Scott has a case of deja vu.

"Yes?" Chris holds back his smile, knowing the chaos that was caused last time Harold spoke up.

"Gold Team, I want to make you an offer." Harold says, causing the majority alliance members of Emerald to look nervous.

"Yes?" Taylor raises an eyebrow. "If it's new makeup, then give it now."

"It's not makeup, but it's my vote." Harold states. "Nichelle, Shawn, Axel, Duncan, and Junior have a majority alliance on our team."

"Excuse me?" Nichelle questions in annoyance, another one of her ideas being blown up at the 11th hour.

"I'm urging you guys, Tammy, and Sammy to form a pact for tonight so we can overthrow them." Harold says.

"That's such a lie." Duncan states.

"It is not a lie!" Harold looks annoyed.

"It is." Axel says. "Blaineley, Jacques, you guys should know that things ended badly between Duncan and I at the end of Gray Team. Why would I work with him again if there are so many other options to choose from?"

"Exactly, it makes no sense." Duncan says.

"Well, that is true…" Blaineley mutters.

"I was actually going to make an offer of my own, and that's to boot Harold." Duncan comments.

"You were not going to make an offer, your plan was to vote out Jacques." Tammy interjects. Duncan glares at her, but she doesn't back down.

This makes Jacques upset. "Really?"

"No, the plan was always Harold!" Duncan says. "I obviously can't stand the guy, he's lying about being the minority."

"He's not." Sammy decides to speak up despite not knowing about this plan heading into the campfire ceremony. "Leshawna went home, it's obvious he doesn't have power."

Scott and Taylor exchange a smile as the drama on the Emerald Team unfolds. "This is going to be a ratings hit!" Blaineley says.

"That's the kind of thing I'm supposed to mention, Blaineley." Chris condemns. Blaineley doesn't care about Chris, so she doesn't give him a response.

"You don't want someone like Harold around, he will just cause drama." Nichelle says, now defending her side.

"And a headache." Junior adds, earning a glare from Harold.

"Vote for Harold!" Axel tells the Gold Team.

Duncan walks up to Blaineley as the arguing intensifies. "Harold is right, but we do have an alliance. Can you please vote for him?" he whispers.

"I'm going to have to do what my team wants so I don't go next, but I can try to convince them." she whispers back.

Shawn leans over to Sammy. "You're not considering voting for one of us, are you?"

"Who knows." Sammy shrugs, causing Shawn to look worried. Sammy sighs. "Don't worry, I won't vote for you."

Tammy walks over to Scott and Taylor. "Unlike how Duncan and Axel keep yelling at you on who to vote for, I want to ask. Who of the majority do you want out?"

"Ooh, I like your style." Taylor smirks, loving being the center of attention or the one who gets to make a choice. The trio begin whispering as Junior walks up to Jacques.

"The plan was never to vote for you, it was always going to be Scott." Junior says.

"Are you sure?" Jacques looks skeptical.

"1000%. It was supposed to be 8-4 until Harold blew everything up."

"So, both of them lied." Jacques recalls this Harold and Duncan argument, now seeming conflicted.

Elsewhere, we see Tammy break her conversation with Scott and Taylor to walk up to Sammy. "We have a chance to chip away at their majority, do you think you're ready to take this opportunity?" Tammy gives a confident smile. Sammy looks towards Shawn with a conflicted expression before giving a smile of her own.

"I am."

The four members of the Gold Team begin talking amongst themselves as Nichelle speaks up to her team. "Guys, just vote Harold. Get rid of the rat." Nichelle says. She looks at Sammy and mouths 'please'.

"Well, that was yet another exciting elimination! Emerald, you guys must be sick of it. But it is time to vote, so go do that!"

DJ- This was originally going to be a double with just Axel/Sierra. I restructured the whole team's storyline and this episode just to boot DJ. He only really stayed this long because there wasn't a realistic way to send him home lol.

Sierra- She is someone I really wanted to give something major to, but I just couldn't think of anything sadly. I tried stuff like her dynamic with the Geniuses, but I never felt too much inspiration to write for her I fear. I liked her stats and "irony theory" though, and she played a good role as a more minor character. What will happen on the Amber Team now that she's gone?

Axel- Similar to Sierra in terms of me wanting to give her something, but the pieces never fell into place. She had some teases of greatness like the Heather duo being popular early on the Ripper storyline, but she gradually lost relevance into a mid 30s placement. She did well on the season though, so she wasn't filler or anything
