Devil Eye Kakashi
"Be careful around this place. Don't start a fight, we're only gathering information." Kakashi wore a cloak, completely covering his body and features, with Gajeel and Naruto wearing similar cloaks, though they did not have to cover their faces.
"Why doesn't the council shut this place down? Though this place ain't half bad." Gajeel commented and saw a lot of tough-looking guys. To be fair, this tavern reminded him of Phantom Lord's guild.
"Because it is useful as an information hub. And technically, the dark wizards are paying customers. They aren't exactly being harboured by the owners and this tavern is located in a remote area where the council will not bother. But that's not important right now." Kakashi made sure no one heard their conversation.
"Well, what do you wants us to do?" Naruto asked the current Wizard Saint, who turned to him.
"You guys don't draw too much attention to yourselves, I'm going to meet my informant. Please don't start a fight, if this place is full of dark wizards now, they'll most likely hold a grudge against me…." Kakashi sighed and left the two, not realising the mistake he made.
Naruto and Gajeel just looked around until they spotted people playing cards. Naruto and Gajeel knew that they should avoid a fight, so perhaps finding a recreational activity would help them.
"Hey. Mind if we join you?" Naruto asked the guys who sat on the table.
"Sure kid. You ever played cards here before?" A man with a moustache spoke and was dealing cards. When Naruto shook his head, the man smirked. "Well join us then, we'll show you how to play the game with us? You got money, right?" Naruto took out a small bag which looked heavy and placed it on the table.
"This enough?" Naruto asked and everyone on the table smirked at him. They thought that Naruto would be easy pickings.
"Sure! Now let us show you the ropes!" The group in the table maintained their devious smirks, which the seemingly oblivious Naruto did not notice as he sat and joined their card game.
'They're playing him. I won't say anything, he needs to learn how the world works.' Gajeel smirked at the thought of Naruto losing all his money. They all did not see Naruto's smile underneath his hood and regret trying to hustle him.
Back with Kakashi, the silver haired man sat on the stool to speak to the bartender. The bartender was cleaning a glass mug with a cloth after washing it, waiting a minute before turning to Kakashi.
"What can I get you?" The bartender asked him in a gruff tone of voice. He had dark-cloured eyes and brown spikey hair.
"What, no hello? It's me Sukea. How have you been, Tenzo?" When Kakashi called himself Sukea, the one named Yamato widened his eyes in surprise. His expression then turned into a much happier one.
"Oh! It's you Sukea! It has been a while! Please stop calling me that! It's Yamato, you know that. I take it that you want your usual?" When Kakashi nodded at Yamato's suggestion, the bartender turned away to make his drink. Kakashi then focused and used his own version of Telepathy.
'Tenzo. It's good to see you again. But I'm afraid my visit isn't cordial.' Kakashi spoke via his thoughts to Yamato.
'I figured that out already sir. And I've told you already, please call me Yamato, I've taken a liking to that name. What information do you require this time?' Yamato asked his superior.
'Information on Death's Head Caucus location. Most specifically, Kimimaro Kaguya if possible.' Kakashi asked of his informant.
'That's a tall order. I apologise, but I have no information on Death's Head Caucus' location.' This was not the answer Kakashi wanted, but Yamato did have some good news. 'But Kimimaro Kaguya is a regular here, mainly because the owner is a friend of Death's Head Caucus' Guild Master.'
'I see. When is Kimimaro's next visit?' Kakashi knew he could not let this chance slip.
'Well, he usually shows up with his partner, Haku after completing a mission to bring in the corpses of anyone they kill here and claim the bounty. Last I heard, they already completed their mission. It's been two days, so if you give it a few hours, they will be here.'
'I see. And will he be here?' Kakashi was more worried about the tavern's owner who was once a powerful wizard.
'Not today. Someone else will be dealing with their reward, but I would rather you avoid a fight. If he finds this tavern destroyed, he won't be happy.' Yamato sounded annoyed.
'That was one time. I technically only wrecked the place, not destroyed it.' Kakashi gave a small internal chuckle.
'Well, this time it's different. This time the owner is someone even you would have trouble defeating Kakashi. You should know that.' Yamato just sighed.
'I get it. I'll have my usual while I'm waiting here.' Kakashi asked politely, though Yamato knew he expected it to be on the house.
'You know that I still want to be paid. I can't keep giving you free meals otherwise it comes out of my paycheck!' Yamato really did not like Kakashi taking advantage of his situation.
'Oh, come on. It's me, for old times sake?' Kakashi's eye closed as he smiled underneath his mask, hearing Yamato's thoughts, who reluctantly prepared his order. Kakashi then cut off the telepathy. 'I win.'
(A few miles away from the Tavern)
"K-Kill! Kill!" A humanoid creature was lurking around the trees and was searching for prey.
(Back to the tavern)
"Thank you, Yamato. The meal was delightful as always. I'll be taking my leave." Kakashi left, once more annoying Yamato, who just grumbled. 'I better check on those two before they get into trouble.'
"T-That kid's a monster!" Kakashi heard someone say and became worried.
'Oh no!' Kakashi made his way through a gathering crowd and was ready to fight until he saw what actually happened. 'N-No freaking way!' Kakashi saw all the hustlers and gamblers in their underwear and Naruto wearing golden jewellery. 'Did he win all that?' He then noticed the slack jawed Gajeel near him.
'What the hell!? How does he keep winning? He has the Devil's luck!' Gajeel expected Naruto to lose, but instead he was winning. 'I'm never playing cards against him, that's for sure.'
"Unbelievable…." Kakashi was now next to Gajeel, surprising him. "Did you put him up to it?"
"I thought it would be fun seeing Uzumaki lose all his money and stuff, but he just keeps winning…" Gajeel now possessed a dull look after Naruto got up, carrying his winning in a sack.
"I made a killing!" Naruto grinned and gave a peace sign gesture. " Those morons thought that they could hustle me, but I got them instead!"
"Where did you learn to gamble like that?" Kakashi knew it was wrong, but he wanted to ask Naruto for some pointers.
"Nothing really, Pervy Sage took me to meet Granny Tsunade and she took me to a casino. They told me I was a gift from the gambling Gods or something like that." This made Kakashi's uncovered eye widen.
'He calls Lord Jiraiya Pervy Sage! And Lady Tsunade Granny Tsunade! And they praised his gambling skills! I need another drink….' Kakashi's mind was so confused, but he then became alert and dodged a blade, which unfortunately ripped off his cloak, revealing his features to everyone. 'Damn! I let my guard down and now I'm discovered!'
"Kakashi Hatake….You have a lot of nerve showing up here." A tall skinny man with long shaggy hair was holding onto a hilt which had a thread connected to it, which was connected to the blade that ripped off Kakashi's cloak.
"Kushimaru. I thought you would be rotting in prison. Same with your two cohorts nearby." Kakashi moved out of the way from a giant sowrd and two smaller curved blades with a smaller curved blade protruding from the tip. "Ameyuri and Jinpachi too. What do you three want with me?" Kakashi pulled up his headband and opened his eye. One was a redheaded woman with fangs and the other was a bearded eyepatch wearing man. The woman had the two blades and the bearded man had the giant blade with tags on it.
"You really have the nerve to say that? We were thrown into jail because of you!" Ameyuri, the sole female pointed her the sword in her right hand at Kakashi.
"And your disguise wasn't fooling us, we kept an eye out for you and the two brats next to you." Kushimaru's blade retracted and he pointed to them.
"Well, I wasn't putting much effort in my disguise. I thought that I was being watched earlier, it was you guys." Kakashi saw that Naruto and Gajeel took off their cloaks. "Sorry to ask this, but can you two handle all the people in this bar? I can deal with these three myself." Kakashi made the come-on motion towards the three. Ameyuri was first to attack and Kakashi side-stepped out of the way. "Let's take this fight outside!" Kakashi ran and jumped out of a window, with the three killers following him.
"He didn't even give us a chance to answer!" Gajeel exclaimed in an angry tone.

"Does it matter? I was going to kick butt either way." Naruto cracked his neck. Gajeel then smirked.
"Geehee! You're right about that!" Gajeel and Naruto went on the attack, the dark wizards standing no chance, even when they all started to attack at once.
"Water Dragon's Roar!" "Iron Dragon's Roar!" Both the Dragon Slayer kicked away their enemies before simultaneously releasing their respective dragon roars. This blasted away a lot of them, but both roars tore through the tavern's ceiling and the tavern began to collapse.
'Kakashi! What have you done!?' Yamato looked on in horror. 'I better write up my resignation letter after this…' Yamato ran out of the tavern. 'I better find Kakashi…..he's going to cause more trouble at this rate.'
(With Kakashi) (Replace OST with Fairy Tail OST-Mystogan Theme)
"Blue Thunder!" Kakashi shot out a lightning bolt from his left hand and matched it with Ameyuri's lightning bolt, but his overpowered hers and she was hit by it. Kakashi then dodged the blade from Kushimaru's weapon, which followed him. Kakashi kept avoiding it, but it became trickier as Jinpachi swung his sword, which released an explosion. Kakashi was forced on the defensive, avoiding the explosions, lightning and multiple blades from Kushimaru's weapon.
'They're trying to trap me!' Kakashi noticed the wire attached to the blades, but it was started to surround Kakashi, limiting his movements. He saw Ameyuri light up her blades and shoot lightning into Kushimaru's weapon, electrifying the wire. Kakashi was trapped with minimum room to move around from.
"We have you now!" Jinin leaped up with his sword and went for the kill.
'Nice try!' Kakashi activated his eye as it glowed red when he was looking at Ameyuri. The lightning from her blades stopped. Kakashi then channelled lightning into right hand, but this time it flowed upwards, as if it was a blade. He cut through the wire and escaped Jinin's attack, which caused a powerful explosion. Kakashi was in mid-air and pulled his right arm back, channelling a lightning through his arm as a small orb formed around his palm.
'That's a powerful spell!' Jinin thought and knew he could not escape.
"Thunder Shot!" Kakashi released a large lightning blast at Jinin, who used his sword to take the shot, but the lightning broke through it and caused it to explode, taking him out of the battle.

'This is bad….Jinin is our best close combat specialist. And he was taken out this easily!' Kushimaru then noticed a powerful feeling, a feeling of bloodlust. 'This bloodlust and power, it's nearby.'
'What is this?' Ameyuri thought with some sweat falling down the side of her face.
"Kill!" A voice called out and leaped to the sky before crashing down, forming a dust cloud. It cleared up after a figure emerged, having the same ashen-grey skin as Sasuke but with a lot more horns and orange hair.
"You! You're Jugo!" 'He was locked up by the council and escaped…Someone lead him here!' Kakashi could sense Jugo's demonic power.
(With Ultear and Jellal)
"You released Jugo! And you tipped former members of the Seven Demon Blades!" Jellal got up from his seat and slammed his hands on the table.
"I mean I know it's a bit much but we can't let Kakashi Hatake ruin our plans. I mean I probably left those Demon Blade people to die, but it can't be helped." Ultear replied whilst sipping some tea.
"No….You're the fool if you think you can underestimate Kakashi Hatake. He isn't only revered for his strength, but wisdom and cunning. He was trained by Minato Namikaze, the man known as the Yellow Flash, the latter of whom was a pupil of Jiraiya, another Wizard Saint. You think a mere child who simply drank the blood of a demon would be enough? Knowing Kakashi, he will deal with the Demon Blades first and then Jugo." Jellal was also worried that only a select few knew of Jugo's predicament, they would be questioned if everything went south.
"You're worried Kakashi will beat Jugo and the other three and this will lead to them finding out about our plans, aren't you?" Ultear saw him remain tense. "You worry too much. Our meeting will be soon, so by the time the report gets to us, everything will fall into place."
"It better Ultear, because I will not waste years of my life for all of this to fail." Jellal sounded very serious to hear.
"Trust me, the plan will carry on." 'You are a fool Jellal. As long as I get what I came for, I don't care what happens to you.' Ultear had a much darker smirk hidden beneath the teacup dhe was drinking from.
(Back with Gajeel and Naruto)
"I can see why Natsu called you strong. But don't think we're friends, I'm only getting along with you because of this job." Naruto may seemed like he was getting along with Gajeel, but he still did not trust him.
"Aww. You hurt my feelings. But that's fine by me, after this job, we'll never work together after this." Gajeel also didn't like Naruto, but luckily, they took out the dark wizards. However, the tavern was already destroyed by them. Suddenly, Gajeel activated his iron club and blocked projectiles with it. Naruto then jumped out of the way to avoid large icicles.
(Demon Slayer OST-Akaza Theme)
"Who the hell are you guys?" Gajeel demanded from the two who appeared in front of them. Kimimaro and Haku had arrived. His eyes briefly darted at the projectiles. 'These are bones…'
'Ice? Just like Gray?' Naruto looked at the two strangers in front of them.
"It does not matter who we are. Were you the ones who destroyed our favourite tavern?" Kimimaro spoke stoically.
"Well, we did have to fight off a lot of dark wizards. We didn't mean to destroy it, so sorry about that." Naruto sheepishly smiled and rubbed the back of his head.
"I see. If that's the case, we'll be your next opponents!" Kimimaro's right hand touched his left shoulder, and he summoned a bone from it, pulling it out.
'That's disgusting!' Naruto thought, with Gajeel being on alert.

"Take your pick Haku." Kimimaro told the female ice wizard, who was still deciding on who her victim was. The two dark wizards could tell that the two in
"Geehee! Doesn't matter who I fight, I'll beat down anyone who challenges me!" Gajeel's words made Haku look at him. Gajeel cracked his knuckles.
"I'll take the one with long hair." Haku told Kimimaro.
"The name's Gajeel Redfox. I'll be your last opponent!" Gajeel was confident in his abilities.
"I see…You're a remnant of Phantom Lord." Haku then looked at Naruto. "And that guild mark…..You're from Fairy Tail. Blonde hair and blue eyes…..You're Naruto Uzumaki, the Swift Paladin. Or was it Paladin of the Sea?"
"I guess that name's famous. It's both, Swift Paladin's the short version if you have to know." Naruto cracked his neck and looked at Haku. "He mentioned your name was Haku. But your friend hasn't mentioned his name yet. So big guy, what's your name?" Naruto turned his attention to Kimimaro.
"Kimimaro." Kimimaro was ready to strike. This surprised the two Dragon Slayers but now they found their target.
"So, you're Kimimaro Kaguya. We've come all this way to find you." Naruto channelled water into his fists.
"Oh? Well, as it turns out, my client is interested in you. Naruto Uzumaki. Please, show me your strength!" Kimimaro was first to move.
(Back with Kakashi)
"H-He's a monster!" Kushimaru was battered with his weapon still in his hands. Ameyuri was barely conscious as they all faced off against the so-called monster. Kushimaru was not referring Jugo, he was referring to Kakashi, who was pushing Jugo back. Whilst Kakashi sustained some damage, he was a lot healthier than his opponents.
"D-Die!" Jugo's skin from his back formed small cannons, which began to charge up and released beams at Kakashi, who dodged them. He had his right and left hands covered in lightning, shaped like blades. He cut two of Jugo's back-cannons, but Jugo swiped at Kakashi.
'He's too far gone to feel the pain. He was an innocent kid who got turned into this monster. I don't want to kill him, but he'll continue to be a danger to everyone he encounters.' Kakashi's entire body was surrounded by lightning.
End. Sorry if I'm putting in too much in one chapter, but it's time to get rolling.
I will say this, I know what the weapons the swordsman used are called, but they don't really play an important part to this story. I needed some people for Kakashi to face whilst Naruto faced Kimimaro and Gajeel faced Haku. Jugo himself is not a match for him.
