Swift Paladin vs Skull Demon
"Let's end this!" Kakashi moved much faster than Jugo could react. Jugo was then electrocuted after Kakashi punched him. He then followed up with a left kick and then balanced him self with his left arm to land a right kick, adding a large jolt of lightning which sent him flying into the air. 'I'm going to use your technique, Gai.' Kakashi used lightning to propel himself and grabbed Jugo. He tiled their bodies, so both their heads were pointing towards the ground. Kakashi spun around, covering himself and Jugo with lightning.
"Primary Lotus: High Voltage!" The two hit the ground, causing a shockwave which almost blew away the former Demon Blade members. There was a crater and from the smoke emerged Kakashi.
"He's still not using full strength!" Kushimaru looked at Ameyuri, who took this chance to attack only for Kakashi to dodge their attacks.
"You two are beginning to annoy me. If you don't stop then the only thing in your future is….death!" Kakashi gave out a strong bloodlust, even greater than Jugo's. But Jugo's bloodlust did not stop them before, Kakashi's won't stop them either.
"You are definitely the man who defeated us in the past and definitely Zabuza's equal in the past. However, you only fought us one-by-one in the past and we won't go down without a fight!" Two former Demon Blades members went for the attack, which only made Kakashi sigh.
'I guess I have no choice!' Kakashi rushed towards them.
(With Naruto)
"Whoa!" Naruto just about avoided Kimimaro's bone blade, even though Kimimaro was speeding up for each strike, Naruto kept dodging.
'He's much faster than I expected.' Kimimaro then managed to graze Naruto's chest only to be met with Naruto's Water Dragon's Deep Fist to the face, this made Kimimaro slide back from the hit. "That won't do." Kimimaro revealed that his face was covered partly by a skull. "I can increase the durability of my bones and they are more durable than steel. Your attack had no effect."
"Oh yeah? You may want to look again?" Naruto pointed to his face and Kimimaro felt something off. He then felt like he was stung and notices white pieces on the floor.
'W-What?' Kimimaro touched the cheek Naruto hit earlier and felt a small stinging sensation. 'He cracked my armour. I better not underestimate him.' Kimimaro removed his vest and bones protruded from his body, curved bone blades from his shoulders, his forearms.
"Looks like you're finally going to take me seriously. About time!" Naruto rushed towards Kimimaro, with the latter doing the same.

"Dance of the Larch!" Kimimaro had smaller curved bones protrude from his body, forcing Naruto to jump back at the last second to avoid being skewered. Naruto then punched the ground with his watery fist. Kimimaro then shot out bones from his fingertips. 'He's too slow to react!' Kimimaro did not expect a large of wall of water to block the bone bullets. 'He punched the ground to form a hole and sent water underground. He expected my attack!' Kimimaro smirked at this and used the bone blades in his arms to go through the water wall which was became weak enough to cut through it. 'Where did he go?' Kimimaro looked around until he realised a shadow hovered above him.
'Have a taste of one of my new spells! Water Dragon's Bubble Launcher!' Naruto's joined hands were coated in water, he separated his hands, but they were still connected by water, which had bubbles form inside the coating. The bubbles were shot out and sent towards Kimimaro.
"Fool!" Kimimaro moved swifty, avoiding each bubble which burst upon contact with the ground, causing cracks.
'He's fast!' As soon as Naruto landed, Kimimaro immediately assaulted him, managing to cut Naruto enough times to leave small cuts. 'I can barely avoid his strikes!' Naruto was hit again, this time he fell on his back. Kimimaro went to stab him, but Naruto already focused his magic into his right foot, hitting Kimimaro with a Tidal Kick. He got up quickly to avoid Kimimaro's bone blades. He saw Kimimaro's bone chest plate which prevented him from damaging Kimimaro, but it was cracked from his attack. 'My attacks are working but they need a little more kick to them.'

"You're good, but at your current state, you cannot win." 'Lord Jellal was right, this one has potential.' Kimimaro went for another attack, which Naruto avoided, using the water channelled through his feet to blast backwards.
'This guy's different from most guys I fought. He's got both strength and speed, he's got experience in fighting too. I haven't been this excited since I fought Sasuke.' Naruto cracked his neck and took a fighting stance again.

Naruto went for the attack, only for Kimimaro to move to the side and trip him up. Naruto caught himself and punched the ground with his right hand. He then channelled water into his left leg, hitting Kimimaro, but the latter protected himself with his bone armour. Naruto smirked, which worried Kimimaro, so he went to attack Naruto before he could do anything.
"Got you!" Naruto told him as water burst out, this time it was positioned in a way that made it look like a giant blade. Kimimaro jumped back, his armour broken from this attack.
'He made me bleed.' Kimimaro touched his chest to feel a mark. 'His attacks are becoming more ferocious. This is interesting!' Kimimaro covered his body with smaller curved sharp bones. "Guillotine Dance!" Kimimaro ran towards and spun his boy, becoming a twister that would tear him to shreds.
'Yikes!' Naruto knew Kimimaro was too fast and covered both arms in water to minimise the damage. As soon Naruto felt the cuts, he quick blasted himself backwards, also disorienting Kimimaro briefly. 'Damn!' Naruto was rubbing his arms.
"How clever, but you won't be doing that again!" Kimimaro repeated his Guillotine Dance, but Naruto moved much quicker and avoided it, by blasting water from his feet to jump up. 'He's reacting much quicker, and he's already used to my technique, even the most prodigious warriors would have trouble following my movements.'
"Water Dragon's Tidal Kick Barrage!" This time Naruto moved his water-enhanced kicks in rapid fashion, stopping Kimimaro's spinning and breaking his outer bones.
'I need to minimise the damage!' Kimimaro was not quick enough to activate his armour spell as Naruto's attack were too quick. Naruto ended it with a final kick which sent Kimimaro flying back towards the destroyed tavern. Naruto then landed on his feet, but then fell to one knee.

'Damn! That's taking a lot out of me.' Naruto then stood back up after regaining his bearings. 'But I don't think he's done yet. I still need to get info from him too.' Naruto made his way towards Kimimaro and found him standing back up.
"Most impressive, Naruto Uzumaki. You are the first to push me this far." Kimimaro retained some damage. "You get stronger from fighting and if I was anyone else, you would have won just now." Kimimaro then had black marks appear on his body.
"Oh, don't tell me, those marks are some sort of power-up, aren't they?" Naruto was annoyed at this.
"Technically yes. I drank the blood of a demon and made this power my own. The only reason I am tell you this is because I have yet to use my full power. You cannot win, so please surrender." Kimimaro would rather not have to kill Naruto, Jellal had plans for him and the other Dragon Slayer in Fairy Tail.
"A demon? I've seen real demons, and you ain't one." Images of Kurama and Mira appeared in his head. Naruto then smirked, he circled around Kimimaro, who stared intently at him. Kimimaro had his guard up, but saw Naruto pick up a barrel. "But, if you want to say you're a demon, then let's see who will win. A demon or a fairy." Naruto broke the barrel and drank the water inside it. He then cleaned his mouth with his right arm. His power flowed, surprising Kimimaro.
'His power….I see, this is what Lord Jellal mentioned.' Kimimaro's body had different bones coming out of his body, small ones on his spine, a large curved one on each shoulder and smaller ones from his chest. Kimimaro was the first to move.
(Demon Slayer OST-Rengoku vs Akaza Theme)
"Take this!" Kimimaro's left palm protruded a sharp bone, which aimed for Naruto's side, only for Naruto to kick it away with his water-enhanced kick, shattering the bone weapon.
'He broke my weapon instantly. In this state it should be near impossible unless he put everything he had in that attack. He's grown more powerful!' Kimimaro summoned his bone armour as Naruto punched him with his watery fist, sending him flying back. Kimimaro quickly sent a bone bullet which pierced Naruto's left shoulder. However, Naruto barely flinched and went on the offensive. Kimimaro rebounded and summoned another bone weapon, this time it was made from the bones of the spine. He swung it, the weapon basically worked like a whip.
'I can't let that hit me!' Naruto avoided the whip, which was extremely fast. Kimimaro almost managed to bind him, but Naruto avoided it, only to be hit by it, forcing him backwards. 'Ouch!' Naruto rubbed the left side of his head, feeling blood run down. He then backflipped repeatedly to avoid Kimimaro's whip. Naruto then breathed in to release a Water Dragon's Roar. Kimimaro used his whip to try to disperse the attack, only for his whip to break upon contact.
'His attack tore through the cartilages!' Kimimaro was too slow to react to the attack and was hit by it. He landed back on his feet though and lifted his right forearm. Bones emerged from it, but they distorted and formed into a bone drill.
'How many tricks does this guy have!?' Naruto could feel how dangerous Kimimaro truly is. Naruto saw Kimimaro rush him. He avoided Kimimaro's bone drill, however, he jumped back and after he was seemingly slashed. 'Agh!' Naruto had a large cut on his chest now. 'I didn't avoid his attack completely. I could've have been torn to shreds!' Naruto ran towards Kimimaro, who continued to attack with his drill. Naruto then ducked and slid past Kimimaro, hitting him with a kick, making Kimimaro slide back.

"You're the first to push me this far in a long time." Kimimaro stating, turning his face, surprising Naruto as the left side of Kimimaro's face became ashen grey and had yellow eyes for a moment before they returned his previous features.
'Okay, that was spooky.' Naruto punched the ground to send out several pillars of water at him. 'Better make this count!' Naruto's right hand began to form an orb.
"Your water is useless!" Kimimaro tore through the pillars with his drill and saw Naruto prepared with a Rasengan. 'What is that?' Kimimaro still went for the attack only for his drill to collide with Naruto's Rasengan. Kimimaro's drill began to crack. 'What!? I'm being overpowered!' Kimimaro's drill broke and Kimimaro was hit by Naruto's Rasengan. 'I will not lose!' Kimimaro went all in and activated his demonic form, only to be sent back by Naruto;s powerful spell.
"Do yourself a favour and stay down this time!" Naruto stood tall and then turned around, only to hear Kimimaro's voice again.
"I can say the same to you." Naruto was suddenly bound by a ribcage. He turned around to see Kimimaro completely transformed into his demonic form, unlike Sasuke's, his had a tail with bones protruding out and he has large, curved bones coming out of his back and shoulders. However, Kimimaro still retained the wounds from battle, especially from the Rasengan.

"You are one ugly motherfu….." Naruto was prevented from speaking further as Kimimaro tightened the ribcage to prevent him from speaking. "Hey, I'm just speaking the truth. Your demon form isn't easy on the eyes pal."
"Your smart mouth will get you killed Naruto Uzumaki." Kimimaro's outer ribcage was connected to a spinal cord, just like his previous whip. 'He forced me to fully transform…His previous battles must have made him strong. Me, one of my guild's strongest wizards. Not even Asuma Sarutobi pushed me this far. Perhaps I should bring this one to Lord Jellal, he did say he had plans for him.' Kimimaro noticed Naruto trying to fight back again. 'He's severely weakened, now may be my chance to take him out.' Kimimaro pulled Naruto towards him and knocked him out by punching his stomach. Or he would have if not for Naruto using his legs to stop his fist.

"Don't count me out yet!" Naruto kicked Kimimaro's arm away and then kicked his face. He kept kicking Kimimaro's face, who was rather annoyed instead of flinching from the kicks.
"Please stop kicking me…It's rather irritating." Kimimaro tried to have some self-control, but Naruto's incessant kicking was driving his patience.
"Make me!" Naruto was acting like a child in Kimimaro's eyes, leading to Kimimaro sighing in annoyance. However, Naruto managed to channel water into his right leg and kick Kimimaro's torso, briefly making Kimimaro flinch, only for Naruto to be slammed to the ground.
"You are beginning to annoy me!" Kimimaro would rather prefer Naruto would not struggle, so he thought of a different tactic. "Come with me quietly or else your precious comrade, Titania, will suffer the consequences." Naruto's eyes widened briefly before they narrowed.
"Why should I believe you? You could be lying to me?" Naruto questioned Kimimaro's integrity and continued to glare at him.
"Believe me or not. Lord Jellal's subordinates have captured her and are taking her to the Tower of Heaven as we speak." When Kimimaro mentioned Jellal, Naruto's eyes widened further.
'J-Jellal…..' Naruto recalled a memory from a few years ago.
(Flashback)
"Ouch! Watch it!" A young Naruto was being bandaged up by Lisanna after receiving a beat down from Erza.
"Well, you shouldn't have challenged Erza to a fight, especially when she's in a bad mood." Lisanna replied with a pout.
"Whatever….Thanks." Naruto looked away with a small blush, which made Lisanna giggle. Naruto left the guild hall to find Erza to challenge her again. He asked around town, including her favourite bakery until he saw Gray. "Hey Gray!" Said boy turned around to see Naruto.
"Hey Naruto. Erza again?" Gray saw that Naruto was bandaged up.
"Yep. You didn't challenge her yet, did you?" Naruto asked boy who was wearing nothing but his boxers.
"Nope. But I guess that you're going to challenge her again, aren't you?" Gray asked the blonde, not liking Naruto's smirk and pumping his arm in anticipation.
"Yeah! This time I won't lose!" Naruto exclaimed with confidence, only for Gray to place his hand on Naruto's shoulder.
"Well, you'll have a better chance if you recover from your last beat down. Plus, I'd avoid today if I were you. And not because you'll lose, this day is…..let's just say something happened on this date years ago." Gray told Naruto honestly and had a solemn look on his face before leaving.
'What happened to Erza?' Naruto thought, his obsession with fighting Erza gone and curiosity taking over. He made his way to river stream and found Erza sittingon the grass. He slowly approached her and saw that she was sleeping. 'Well, I guess I can't fight her now. Better stay here and make sure no one does anything to her.' Naruto was being thoughtful as he knows that there were some people who could attack Erza. Naruto sat beside her and yawned.
"Jellal….." Naruto heard Erza and looked to see if she was awake now, only to see her eyes were still closed. What Naruto saw next, shocked him to the core. Erza was crying in her sleep. Naruto gently wiped the tear from Erza's left eye.
'She's only crying from the one eye but why?' Naruto's action made Erza stir awake. She noticed Naruto's finger in front of her and turned to face him.
"What were you doing?" She asked him dangerously, but he had a sad look, which confused her.

"You were crying and mumbling, I just wiped your tears away. Sorry if I bothered you." Naruto moved his hand back. "You don't have to talk to me, but I don't think you should be alone. So, I'll keep you company for today."
"And what if I don't want your company?" Erza questioned him, eyeing him up, making him slightly nervous, but the blonde would not budge.
"Then tough! I'm not leaving you alone!" Naruto stubbornly stated, which made Erza's lips move upwards.
"Then you can sit next to me and watch the river." Erza smiled at him, making Naruto blush at her and turned his head in embarrassment.
'She has a nice smile.' Naruto thought, seeing Erza as a person and not a challenge to overcome.
'Good job, Naruto.' Gray watched them both with a smile and left. Erza had noticed him earlier and just retained her smile. Naruto could also smell Gray's scent and smiled too.
(Flashback and OST End)
"I'll come with you if you promise Erza is safe." Naruto spoke seriously. 'I'll come with him, but then I'll escape with Erza. There's no way he's lying if he's mentioned that Jellal guy.'
"I promise that I will not harm Titania." 'I won't, but I cannot guarantee that Lord Jellal will. My apologies, Swift Paladin.' Kimimaro does not like lying and technically he is not.
(With Kakashi)
"Looks like I win." Kakashi covered his eye and sighed to himself. The last of his opponents were defeated.
"Kakashi!" Yamato had arrived, wearing an attire like Kakashi's now and wearing a headband which covered the sides of his face too.
"Took your time there. It's already over. I'm guessing you were busy before you came here?" Kakashi joked around, which annoyed Yamato.
"I had to write my resignation and send in a report. Those two your brought with you destroyed the tavern." Yamato never saw two young wizards be so destructive before, well young wizards that were on the same side as him.
"I expected it. They were both known to be destructive in their guilds before I recruited them." Kakashi rubbed the back of his head. " But, we better ties these guys up before they wake up and try to escape.
(With Gajeel)
"You…..You're some sort of monster." Haku's mask was broken, and she was breathing heavily, possessing injuries. There were broken ice shards around her.
"Geehee! I was just a bad match for you." Gajeel had a few injuries himself and the left side of his body was covered by frost.
'I must end this quickly. I have no choice but to use my Demonic Ice Mirrors!' Haku motioned her arms extremely fast, which caused the ground to release ice, forcing Gajeel to jump back, only for the ice to go behind Gajeel. The formed into large slabs which floated in the air, surrounding both Haku and Gajeel. Gajeel was then surprised to see Haku enter the mirror. "My apologies, but you will not survive here."
End. Sorry for the delay, but I think I'm improving my release windows for my stories a little. Hopefully soon I can improve my productivity and increase the quality of my story. It was hard to do this month considering I am fasting, but that will be over in a few days.
