Chapter 14: A Dreadful Reunion Snivy's Past and Future the Deciding battle

"Pokemon Speech"
When we last joined our heroes, they left the Nacrene gym and headed to the Pokemon Center. Ash was contemplating what to fight against and how to approach Amelia.
"Man, this is rough. I don't even know what Amelia uses or looks like," Ash said to Trip and Snivy while deep thought.
"While I don't know what she uses as I haven't battled her before hearing all this, I can tell what she looks like, Ash," Trip told Ash. "You really couldn't miss her. She has long Brownish hair, but her outfit the last I saw her looks like she's dressed to be a Princess and has a pampered appearance," Trip said as Snivy sighed.
"That's Amelia, alright. She's always looked like that, Ash. Her parents always treated her like an Arceus gift to the world, as for her Pokemon. She has a Pawniard, the Pokemon that left that mark on my arm. She's her most faithful Pokemon. While she hated Amelia's training, Pawniard would always be loyal no matter what. As for her other Pokemon, I don't know who stayed with her, but one Pokemon she has gotten from her family is a Deerling, a grass/normal type who she used to train me by using its ability," Snivy explained. As Ash looked up, the two said Pokemon and recognized Pawniard, mentioned by Snivy.
"Not that I blame you, Ash, for recognizing that Pokemon, Ash," Trip said as Ash turned to him and nodded.
"Yeah, two reasons. One is because they are known as the most dangerous Pokemon that many professors warn trainers only to raise if they know what they are doing and if they use them without harm. They are not meant for something other than beginner trainers. They are known to be with either people who have my skills as a trainer or," Ash said as Ash was interrupted by Trip.
"Or is it the skills of a gym leader? How the heck did she get her hands on one, "Trip told Ash, who was pulling out the list Don George gave him.
"The other reason why is what I believe is the answer? There was a Pawniard on that list. That has been missing from a reservation," Ash said to Trip and Snivy, who was taken aback by this. They looked at the list and saw a Pawniard on it. However, one of the Pokemon Trip saw made him go quiet, but he got the guts to talk.
"Snivy, how long were you with Amelia?"Trip asked Snivy who was thinking about this.
"At least three months. I was wild for at least five or six months after being chosen as a starter," Snivy told Trip.
"According to this, it went missing before you were chosen as one, and it was the last scene by a rich...couple visiting," Trip said. As that was enough for both Ash and Snivy to realize who was responsible for Pawniard's disappearance Ash went further down the list to see if a Deerling was on the list as well; sadly, not on the list, but this was big.
"I'll let the league know when they get here, but I do hope that Pawniard, once this is over, she'll return to a normal life," Ash said as Snivy shivered at this.
"Ash, please don't let her join the team. I don't want that memory maybe later on the Journey, but not now," Snivy said to Ash, who nodded at this.
"I think it's wise that Pawniard should be handed to the league for rehabilitation and then maybe join your team afterward later down the road for Snivy's sake," Trip said to Ash, who nodded at this Snivy sighed and nodded at this as it is fair. "Right now, we need a plan about meeting with Amelia?" Trip said to Ash.
"Right now, I think that we should wait until the league officials come tomorrow to let them come up with that plan," Ash said to Trip, who sighed at this and knowing that a direct approach without the league's help isn't the best idea. "Nurse Joy gave her word that she'll be happy to give her testimony to Snivy's injuries and her misdeeds," Ash comforted Snivy, who sighed at this and nodded as the group decided to head to bed.
Later that night, as everyone was sleeping, however, Snivy was stirring in her sleep as she was having a nightmare that even Darkrai dared give.
"Again, you lost Snivy. I can't believe I ever decided to catch you," Ash said in the nightmare.
"Ash! Please, I'll do my best. Please don't leave me. I trusted you," Snivy said in tears. Before Ash turned his back and left, only to hear a burst of familiar laughter behind her. It was Amelia.
"How pathetic, you see. I told you that no trainer wants a pathetic Pokemon who won't obey its trainer nor win for them constantly," Amelia said to Snivy, who was stumbling backward away from her only to see Pawniard holding her. Snivy sees her former Pokeball but looks very different. "Time to return to me, Snivy, where you always belong," Amelia said. Snivy was screaming before she woke up from a bad dream in tears.
"That dream night after night, I still get that nightmare, and the more we get closer to her? The worse it gets," Snivy said to herself as she noticed that Ash wasn't awake but knew she was going through this each night.
Snivy stood up and walked out of the room to breathe fresh air. Dewott, who was resting from his battle yesterday, noticed Snivy and got Tepig, sleeping beside him for their battle, coming up and going to where Snivy was. Snivy sensed she was being followed and prepared a Leaf Storm for whoever it was.
"Relax, Snivy, it's us, Dewott and Tepig," Dewott said to Snivy, who powered down her attack as Dewott hugged her upon seeing that she was crying earlier.
"Thank you, Dewott. I needed that," Snivy said before releasing the hug.
"You okay, Snivy? You've been very distant and upset lately, and don't tell us that it's nothing like you when it comes to understanding people. We can, too," Dewott said to Snivy, who sighed at this and knew she couldn't hide things from her friend.
Snivy explains what happened in a nightmare as Dewott and Tepig look down in sadness as if something they feared might happen one day.
"That's not Ash's style," they heard a voice say and turned around. It was Pikachu upon hearing this.
"But Pikachu, that's what I thought about Amelia. Don't forget that he suggested taking Pawniard later," Snivy said in a hurt tone before being interrupted by Pikachu, who comforted her with a hug to calm her. It was working as Pikachu let go of the hug.
"Ash isn't the type of person to just betray their Pokemon like that or abandon them without time or reason," Pikachu said to Snivy and the team's other starters.
"Thank you, Pikachu, but did Ash ever have to release a Pokemon or something like that?" Snivy asked Pikachu while wiping a tear from her eyes.
"Yes, a few of them, but before you get defensive, it was for their reason, not Ash's, whether for mating like Butterfree, who was Ash's first capture. To help a flock of its evolution against a bully of a Pokemon in the form of Pidgeot. Or to return to her family in the form of Lapras," Pikachu explains to Snivy, Dewott, and Tepig, whose eyes widened by this as those were good reasons for a trainer to release their Pokemon for their reasons, not the trainers. "So you don't have to worry about Ash doing that towards you. As for Pawniard, do you think that she would get another chance? Everyone does, and you said it yourself she doesn't like Amelia's training method, and she was taken from her home as well," Pikachu said as Snivy nodded at this as Pikachu had a point.
"Yes, I think that is what she would want if it were her in my shoes," Snivy told Pikachu. As the group talked, Ash was nearby, hearing all this, worried about Snivy and smiling about her willingness to give others a chance. The following day comes. Nurse Joy was talking to Ash and Trip.
"I just contacted the league, and they want you to lure Amelia's personality out if it means having Snivy out. One of the officials is already at the market in town. Trip, you will also have the recording of this incident and not reveal that you know Ash until then," Nurse Joy explains to Ash. Trip nodded at this as Ash handed his recorder to hook to his translator, who happily accepted and did so as they left for the town's market going in two separate directions once they arrived.
Ash looked around at the items at the shop to avoid drawing attention to himself as a league member, only to hear an annoying voice. "Hey, where did you get that Snivy and Pikachu?" a female voice said. It was from what Ash was told was Amelia, and Snivy glared at her, trying not to show it.
"Yeah, Pikachu was my first Pokemon and main starter," Ash explained as Amelia interrupted Ash.
"I'll trade you for one of my Pokemon. You already have a starter in the form of a weak Snivy here, so what's the point in two?" Amelia said to Ash, who noticed that Trip was listening to this.
"Thanks but no thanks. I care about my Pokemon like they are my family, and I will never trade the Pokemon I trust," Ash said to Amelia, who was stomping her feet.
"Look, do you know who I am? My family is so rich and powerful here in Unova that if I want something, I get it, and you will give me your Pikachu. This will not be a no-answer offer, or I'll look you up and use that against you with the league. Do you want that young man," Amelia threatened Ash, pointing her finger at Ash?
"One, I'm 15 and two, the answer is no, Amelia," Ash said, now knowing that he got her upon seeing more than one person walking towards the two of them.
"Wait, how did you?" Amelia now noticed Snivy glaring at her. "HEY, WHERE DID YOU FIND HER? I WAS LOOKING FOR HER. YOU STOLE HER FROM ME. GIVE HER BACK," Amelia shouted at Ash, who stood his ground at her Amelia was about to strike Ash and grab Snivy and Pikachu but was held back by someone, a tall white male with black hair.
"That's enough, Amelia. You are under investigation by the Unova league courtesy of Ash and Snivy," the young male said to Amelia, who was now angry at this as she noticed a translator in Ash's ear.
"How dare you? What if she is lying, or this Ash is lying? He stole that Snivy from me. Why aren't you looking into him? I can make you arrest him via my family. You know that?" Amelia threatened the young man.
"And yet you waited months to report her missing Amelia, not to mention a scar on Snivy's arm that non of Ash's Pokemon owns one of the supposed Pokemon you own," Trip comes out to say to Amelia. She was even madder upon seeing that she had two people against her, one of whom she knew.
"You and Ash will battle each other tomorrow for the right to keep Snivy. If you win, you can keep her, and the investigation will end either way. But if you lose Amelia, you will lose your trainer's license, and your family will not be involved with this as they have no power with the league, unlike Ash here," the young man said to Amelia, who groaned and nodded.
"Fine. But if I win, he loses his trainer's license and forks over whatever Pokemon I want, including Pikachu," Amelia said to Ash, who was going to protest this as he didn't agree to this but was cut off by the young man.
"Deal until then, Pikachu and Snivy will be under the league's care until the match is over tomorrow, and you and Ash will not have contact with them during that. Do I make myself clear, you two?" the young man asked Ash and Amelia. They sighed and nodded, much to Pikachu and Snivy's dismay.
"Sorry, Snivy," Ash whispers to Snivy, who sighs and nods. "Deal, if it means that Snivy will no longer be with Amelia, I will have no choice but to accept the terms," Ash said.
"Good, see you tomorrow Ash hope you are ready to lose it all... I have a way to reclaim Snivy once you lose. You're no trainer. Pokemon aren't meant to be loved or have their rights. They are just tools for the battle for our wins, nothing more. I always get what I want and will no matter what, so don't count on keeping those two by the end of this," Amelia said as she rammed into Ash's shoulder before leaving. Trip ended the recording and handed it to the young league officials as Ash wasn't impressed by this or happy, minus his calm nature.
"This wasn't part of the deal when I agreed to help with the league?" Ash protested to the young man.
"Look, Ash, I'm sorry, but it was the only way to get her to say that to you cause, as you can see, she isn't joking. Her family will do anything to mess with our investigations, from bribing to ruining their life by any means. Ash, trust me, I don't like this either, but you and I don't have connections with her family regardless of your relations to the league," The young man told Ash, who calmed down more and looked down.
"Sorry, Snivy, I wasn't expecting this to happen, and I wouldn't agree if I knew that she would do something like this?" Ash said to Snivy, who shook her head at Ash.
"No, Ash. Something like this could happen. She's always like this. She always tries to worm her way out of things, but threatened she has to agree to it, just beat her, please," Snivy told Ash.
"My name is Jason. I'm a league official. Sorry for my lateness, as my plane was delayed until yesterday," Jason introduced himself to Ash Trip, Misty, and Brock, who thought he looked familiar.
"Sorry to interrupt, but? Amelia mentioned something in her last parting words to Ash that is still making me worried that no matter what happens, she'll get what she wants?" Trip said to Jason and Ash. Ash was also curious about that.
"I'm sure you, Ash, remember the iron-masked marauder and his dark ball?" Jason asked Ash, who nodded instantly to this.
"Yeah, I do. He was the one who caused an entire forest to be destroyed and captured Celebi with a Pokeball that turns Pokemon evil," Ash told Jason.
"Well, those are called Dark balls as that has recently been brought into production. In contrast, the true power of making the Pokemon too strong is toned down. The other functions, like causing them to have no will and total obedience to whoever owns the Pokeball, are still there. We don't know who is making them, but we have our hunches as the original user was just the beta-tester of that ball," Jason said to Ash and Trip.
"I heard that from the news three years ago. I didn't think that was you who stopped it, Ash. Amelia's family is rich. I wouldn't be surprised if either they or Amelia funded them to continue production," Trip said to Ash.
"Until then, we'll have to keep an eye on her during this time of probation, please Ash, if you don't mind me taking Pikachu and Snivy," Jason asked Ash, who looked at Pikachu and Snivy, who nodded at this.
"Take good care of them until this is over, please, Jason. They mean a lot to me," Ash said while handing Jason over his starters. "Also, one last thing before we part ways," Ash told Jason about what he learned about Pawniard on Amelia's team that fits the description of what was on the list Ash was given earlier.
"Ash, this is big. The thought that Amelia's family was the ones who took it must mean that they must've pulled some strings not to let their names be mentioned when they took her," Jason told Ash before turning to Trip. "I'll contact the league Trip if you don't mind. I would like you to do something for me and keep that recorder as well," Jason said to Trip.
"Sure, if it means helping Ash out, I will do what I can?" Trip said to Jason, who took Trip outside of the market
.
Later that night as Amelia was talking to a familiar Team Rocket trio. "You promise if I agreed to use these, you wouldn't rat me out for your distributor, Team Rocket?" Amelia asked Jessie, who nodded at this.
"Yes, your contribution to our goal to take over Unova has been going successful as of late, minus the twerp's interference at it," Jessie told Amelia.
"I did agree to give your boss the money for the dark ball supplies to make after all, as long as I get what I want and my pick of the Pokemon you captured," Amelia said to Jessie.
"That's if you win tomorrow's battle, Amelia. If you don't, we keep our supplies, and regardless of your relations to our boss, the niece of Giovanni," James said to Amelia, who shut up, knowing that her family has been strained since the word of one of her Pokemon has been reported missing.
"Ugh, fine, but I want you to try to stall Ash so he won't be able to come and face me to prove that he doesn't care about his Pokemon," Amelia said to the Trio, who nodded at this, knowing that she'll do anything to win. Little did they know it, but Trip followed Amelia and recorded everything from start to finish as he left just after the four of them parted ways to ensure he wouldn't be spotted.
"This isn't good. I better let Ash and Jason know about this," Trip said as he went off to where Ash and the others were when the coast was clear, and he knew that he wouldn't be followed.
Meanwhile, Ash was upset at what had just happened with the exchange between Jason and Amelia. "Man, I wish that this would've happened differently, but now not only are Pikachu and Snivy at risk, but my trainer's license as well," Ash said, upset to Misty and Brock.
"It's, as Jason said, the only way that we can get her to reveal her true self to an official, and we need to trust him as he is a well-known trainer and a good one," Misty told Ash, calming him down.
"You heard of him, Misty? I haven't?" Ash asked Misty, who nodded at this.
"Ash, he took part in the league before you did in Kanto. He's been working for the league as an agent, just like you. I know he has a different starter than a Kanto one, minus the fact that he is also from Kanto," Brock told Ash. Ash was about to say something when they heard a knock on the door. Ash went to see who it was. Ash opens it up, and it is both Trip and Jason with bad news.
"Ash, do you have a minute? We have bad news," Jason said to Ash, who lets both of them in. Trip plays the recorded tape of Amelia's conversation with Team Rocket, more importantly, her relationship with their boss.
"This is bad. I've had run-ins with Giovanni before. He was the original Viridian gym leader before he was caught that he was running an evil organization. But related to Amelia, something must've happened if she turned to her uncle?" Ash said to Jason and Trip.
"Before you answer that, Jason, who or what are these clowns? They seem like they couldn't do anything by themselves without following orders," Trip asked Ash.
"They are an evil organization bent on taking over the world and stealing Pokemon," Ash explains to Trip. "They are dumber than they look and will mess up their scheme easily, so Trip," Ash was interrupted.
"Say no more, Ash. I can handle these losers for you. I'm not going to let my rival, who I consider my friend as well," Trip said he didn't mind doing this as he agreed to help Ash in any way.
"As for your question Ash. There are rumors about Amelia's family being in hot water with her since Snivy was a missing Pokemon. I was even tipped that her family might have told the league about her releasing her Snivy, but we don't know who told us that?" Jason said.
Meanwhile, Pikachu and Snivy, who had gotten word about what had happened before Jason and Trip, went to Ash.
"UGH, Team Rocket of all people, why do they have to be involved with our business like this," Pikachu said. Snivy sighed at this as she was told about them during the Journey.
"I just want this nightmare to be over now, and I want to live my life as I wanted to be," Snivy said as the moonlight hit her scales. Pikachu was blushing at this.
"So do I with you, Snivy," Pikachu said aloud, not realizing what he had just said to Snivy, who blushed and smirked.
"You like me, don't you, Pikachu?" Snivy asked Pikachu, who was now blushing and knew he couldn't escape this.
"Yes, I do, Snivy. Ever since you joined the team, attract or not, it was something that I felt since you agreed to be outside of your ball," Pikachu admitted his feelings to Snivy, who kissed Pikachu on his electric sac and squeaked at this.
"This might change my choice about what to do next after Ash wins this battle, Pikachu," Snivy whispers and hiss in Pikachu's ear.
"I hope it would too. Even if we are Amelia's Pokemon, I will be there for you," Pikachu said, holding Snivy's hand. Snivy smiled at this, knowing Pikachu would be there for her regardless of what happened.
The next day comes. The trip was walking to Team Rocket and noticed the Trio disguised. "Hey, you look lost. You looking for something?" Trip yelled out to them.
"It's none of your business. We are waiting for someone and not some twerp like you, so why don't you buzz off and go to a battle or something nearby like the trainer you are?" James said to Trip, not realizing what he had just said.
"Wow, Ash was right. You three are as predictable and dumb as you look, Team Rocket," Trip said to the Trio, who removed their disguises.
"Who are you calling dumb? And how did you know that we were here, Unova Twerp?" Jessie asked Trip.
"You can thank your boss's niece for letting her big mouth to you? But I'm not going to talk to many losers," Trip said as he let Servine and Lampent out of their balls. "Leaf Storm and Flamethrower, send them out of here," Trip commanded his Pokemon, who launched their moves blasting Team Rocket off before they could send out their Pokemon. "Good job, you two, Servine. Let's go and root Ash on with his battle," Trip said after returning to Lampent. His Starter nodded as the two left for where the battle would be. Amelia was waiting impatiently where the battle would be in the middle of town, where many trainers were alerted of what was going on officially league-wise. Amelia wasn't like in town either.
"Waiting for me, Amelia?" Ash said, who had just arrived at the battle location, much to Amelia's dismay.
"Oooooh, those three failed their mission. I'll tell my uncle about this when I win this battle," Amelia thought angrily. "So you did, Ash? Don't think that this means that you are a good trainer and will regret crossing me," Amelia said to Ash.
"Cut the act, Amelia. Everyone knows the type of trainer you are, but if it means beating you in a battle to hammer that into your rich childish mind, I will," Ash said to Amelia.
"HOW DARE YOU CALL ME A CHILD! I'M THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON HERE, NOT YOU. YOU ARE A NOBODY?" Amelia yelled, annoyed by this as she had never been told this.
"That's enough, Amelia, you agreed to battle Ash, and you will battle him here," Jason said to Amelia just as Trip arrived to watch the battle. "Now that everyone is here. I must ask you which'll be your preference, a two vs. two single battle or a double battle with only the usage of two Pokemon," Jason suggested to Amelia.
"Double battle is fine with me," Amelia told Jason, who nodded at this Ash was aware that single battles aren't her specialty. Ash nodded in agreement to this.
"Okay, that'll be a double battle, as both trainers will only use two Pokemon. The battle is over when both of their Pokemon are unable to battle. Now, will both trainers send out their Pokemon," Jason announced.
"Deerling and Pawniard, time to battle," Amelia sends out her two Pokemon. Snivy shivered when she saw Pawniard, and Pikachu held her hand to calm her down.
"Dewott, Tepig, come on out," Ash sends out his Pokemon as he knows she will pick those two.
"So that's both of your Pokemon for this battle. Now let this battle begin," Jason announced.
"Deerling, use Jump kick, Pawniard use Night slash," Amelia commands her Pokemon. As the two Pokemon were charging to Ash's Pokemon.
"Dodge it now, you two," Ash commanded his two starters, who dodged the attack as the two opposing Pokemon landed on each other. Even more, the damage was dealt with by Deerling. Deerling missed the jump-kick attack, and the two shook it off as they were not in sync with each other or Amelia. "Now Dewott uses Ice beam on Deerling, and Tepig uses Flamethrower on Pawniard," Ash commanded his Pokemon, who combined their attacks, hitting both of them and sending them back hard.
"NO," Amelia yelled as the two Pokemon struggled to get up. "Get up, you worthless Pokemon. I didn't pay good money to have you two on my team," Amelia yelled at her Pokemon, not caring what she had just said.
"Mega drain and Slash attack you two," Amelia commanded her Pokemon.
Dewott took the slash attack for Tepig, using his scalchop to hold it back.
"Now use Revenge Dewott to send her back," Ash commanded Dewott. This caught Amelia off guard as she knew what that type of move did.
"No, not that move," Amelia said. Dewott's scalchop glowed, sending Pawniard right into Deerling while charging at Tepig. Hitting both of Amelia's Pokemon hard.
"Now Finish this with Flamethrower and Water Gun. End this match," Ash commands his two starters, who launch a combination move that Tucker used against him, knocking both of Amelia's Pokemon.
"NO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO," Amelia yelled in anger as she never lost until now.
"Both of Amelia's Pokemon are unable to battle. The winner is Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town," Jason announced. Ash ran to his Pokemon, panting as Dewott's scalchop was slightly damaged but not enough to affect him as a Pokemon.
"Why, why is this happening? This isn't happening. I always get what I want if it wasn't for," Amelia was interrupted by Trip.
"If I haven't stopped Team Rocket, you didn't know that I followed you last night," Trip said.
"No, I won't let this stop me. I will get what I want," Amelia pulled out a Dark ball and had her eyes on Snivy, who was scared by this. "If I can't have Pikachu, I will have you, Snivy," Amelia threw the dark ball at her as Pikachu stood before her to protect Snivy. Only for the dark ball to be destroyed by an energy ball attack. Amelia turned to see Jason with a Serperior, which Servine and Ash's Snivy noticed.
"That's enough, Amelia. You lost, and no one is going to help you now," Jason told Amelia, who fell on her knees upon hearing, realizing that she lost it all. Snivy walked towards Amelia, glaring at her.
"Snivy, I'm sorry. I'm am I know that you don't believe me, but now I have nothing. I hope you are happy with your trainer," Amelia apologized to her former Starter.
"While I do accept your apology, I have something for you to remember me by for what you just did," Snivy took her Everstone and slapped Amelia with it as she held it in her hands.
"You wanted that back so badly, Amelia. You can have it as a souvenir for today's battle while you are in jail and have no trainers license," Ash said to Amelia, knowing that is what Snivy was going to say. Amelia was loaded up in the police cruiser.
"While this is the end for me, this isn't the end of my family, Ash, you'll see," Amelia warned Ash before she was carted off, and all of her Pokemon were sent to rehab for abuse and bully Pokemon as Ash turned to Snivy.
"So, Snivy, now that Amelia is gone and you are free from her, it's up to you if you want to stay or not?" Ash asked Snivy, who sighed and smiled at Ash.
"I've been thinking about it. Ash, you are the real trainer that is meant for me. I choose you as my trainer. I will evolve on my terms now, Ash, when the time is right, and I do want to be with Pikachu, Dewott, and Tepig and the others as my friends and now family," Snivy said to Ash while turning to Dewott and Tepig who was smiling at this.
"Welcome to the team, Snivy, and this time for real," Ash said to Snivy, who hopped in Ash's arms. "No more nightmares, Snivy, not anymore," Ash said to Snivy, who knew Ash was there last night.
"Well, Ash. I should be going. I'll contact you whenever Amelia's Pokemon and possibly the league is rehabilitated. I am also taking part in the league alongside you two, so see you around," Jason said to Ash, who nodded as Jason left.
"I'll take my leave as well, Ash. Next time we meet, we should have a battle as friends and rivals," Trip asked Ash, who nodded and offered a handshake, which Trip accepted as he left. Ash was back at the Nacrene gym as Lenora asked them to do.
"Congratulations, Ash, on your win against Amelia; now you can continue your journey taking on the gyms," Lenora told Ash. "The next gym will be in Castellia city," Lenora said as Ash was taken aback.
"Is Burgh still the gym leader there, Lenora," Ash asked Lenora, who nodded at this.
"Yes, if I am correct, he is out in Pinnwheel forest doing some painting and checking on the Pokemon there," Lenora told Ash, who smiled at this.
"I figured as much he is a known painter after all," Ash said. Lenora nodded at this and turned to Snivy.
"Take care, Snivy. I know that you'll get stronger with Ash more than Amelia would," Lenora said to Snivy, who smiled at this and nodded at this.
Ash and the others left for Pinnwheel Forest and Castellia City. Snivy is no longer tied to Amelia, and now with Ash, the Journey in Unova has just begun as the Journey continues.
Meanwhile, after hearing that Amelia failed to secure her win against Ash at Team Rockets hideout.
"Amelia failed at her mission, the boss; sorry to hear that she is in jail," Jessie told Giovanni, who sighed at this.
"She is expendable. She got into things out of her control, knowing she'd confess to our project without proof, given that her copy of the ball was destroyed. That was the league's mistake. Until then, you'll continue to collect Pokemon and control the main areas of Unova. Once Project I is unleashed, we'll spread it further," Giovanni told the group.
Stay tuned.
