Greetings, everyone Mgunnels3 here, and welcome back to Ash's Unova Journey, my version. Besides six chapters left in this battle club, I only have a little to say. With that said, shall we begin?

Chapter 43: Clash of the Dewott Sibling Ash vs. Cameron

"Human Speech"

"Pokemon Speech"

"Well, ladies and gentlemen, we are now officially in the semifinals of the battle club. Now, will today's first contestants come out to the battlefield," The announcer said as both Ash and Cameron came out of the stands and headed towards the battlefield. "First is a trainer from Castellia City who might be bad with directions but is good when battling so far. Give it up for Cameron," The announcer said as the crowd cheered as Cameron arrived at the trainer's box.

"Now for the other trainer. He's been making his way through the tournament as the trainer to beat the man from Pallet Town, gives it up for Ash Ketchem," The announcer said. As Ash arrived at the trainer's box, the crowd cheered for them. Ash and Cameron were both ready to take on each other. This was big for both of them as their friends watched from the crowd."Just a reminder to both sides that this is a 3v3 battle, so let out your first Pokemon," the announcer said. Ash and Cameron both were holding out their Pokeballs.

"Alright, Zweilous, come on out," Cameron sent out his first Pokemon, which was a Pokemon Ash had faced before.

"Alright, Swadloon, come on out," Ash sent out his Grass/bug type, who had evolved early in the tournament. Both Pokemon were raring to go, as this made Cameron nervous, but he toughened it out as he knew that Ash would have something for him today. "Hey, Cameron, no matter what happens today, we're still friends, no matter what? So don't hold back, okay," Ash said to Cameron, who shook off the nerves and nodded.

"Alright, I'll make the first move. Use Incinerate Zweilous," Cameron commanded his Dragon Pokemon, whose both heads launched a fire-type attack at Swadloon.

"Now use Protect and then Bug Buzz," Ash commanded his Pokemon, who Protected itself and used Bug Buzz hitting Zweilous hard, but it got up quickly. Ash knew that taking that Pokemon down would be more than that. "Now use Silver Wind," Ash commanded his Pokemon, who launched the attack.

"Not gonna happen, use Dragon's Rush Zweilous," Cameron commanded his Pokemon, who charged in as the Silver wind attack barely scraped the attack as the two-headed Pokemon hits Swadloon, sending him back.

Swadloon was barely standing up from that attack, minus the little boast from the side effects of the Silver Wind attack.

"Come on, Swadloon, I know that you can do it, buddy," Ash said to his Pokemon, who stood up and was glowing from the words Ash said to him as Swadloon was evolving into a Levanny. Ash was surprised by this but remained firm about this. "Now use X-scissors, Leavanny," Ash commanded his bug/grass type as Levanny charged in, crossing his arms towards Zweilous.

"Use Dragon Rush," Cameron commanded his Pokemon as the two Pokemon clashed moves, as the two moves caused an explosion. Only to see that both Pokemon were knocked out.

"Levanny and Zweilous are unable to battle," the announcer said. Ash and Cameron were surprised by this as they returned their Pokemon. "Things are getting interesting, folks, that are for sure, but the one question is, what is the next Pokemon the two will send out next."

"Mandibuzz, come on out," Cameron sent out his next Pokemon, to which Ash scanned and pulled out his next ball.

"Roggenrolla comes on out," Ash sent out his Rock-type. As both Pokemon came like before were raring to go as this was going to be good.

"Alright, Mandibuzz use Bone rush," Cameron commanded his Dark/flying type as it charged in with its bone on its head towards Roggenrolla.

"Use Automize and then use Stone Edge," Ash commanded her, who used Automize to get stronger and faster and then used Stone Edge at Mandibuzz, hitting it as the Bone rush hit Roggenrolla. Her sturdiness shows why Roggenrolla's line is known for being tough to take down.

"Use Steel Wing," Cameron commanded his Pokemon, whose wings glowed and charged toward Roggenrolla.

"Now Iron defense Roggenrolla," Ash tried to command Roggenrolla, but Mandibuz managed to hit Roggenrolla, sending her back.

"You okay, Roggenrolla? I know you can do it. Don't give up; I believe in you," Ash said to Roggenrolla, who was struggling to get up from that attack. Like Levanny, Roggenrolla was glowing, and Ash was surprised by this. She didn't have many Pokemon to train with under Ash's Pokemon but still got this far into her training to evolve.

"Man, two Pokemon in a row again, Ash? You are lucking out with these in the tournament, but it is getting old," Cameron said to Ash, who will admit that this was a bit of a coincidence for this to happen, but he couldn't let that get to him.

"Now use Flash cannon, Boldore," Ash commanded his Pokemon, who launched a beam of light toward Mandibuzz, hitting it and knocking it out.

"Manibuzz is unable to battle Boldore wins," The announcer said as Cameron returned his Pokemon and turned to Ash.

"Ash, I must say that this battle is fun, but I won't let you get the best of me. Dewott, come on out," Cameron sends his starter out to battle. Ash knew that this would be rough but decided to toughen it out.

"Okay, Boldore, use Stone Edge," Ash commanded his Pokemon, who launched stones at Dewott.

Now use Aqua jet Dewott," Cameron commanded his Pokemon, who charged in, hitting Boldore and knocking her out.

"Boldore is unable to battle Dewott wins. The match is now tied with both sides down to one Pokemon each," The announcer said to the crowd. Ash returned Boldore to her ball and then turned to Cameron, smiling. At this, he was now more confident than he was before. Ash shared the same thing, knowing this was a tough battle, before pulling out his last Pokeball.

"Okay, Dewott, come on out," Ash also sent out his water starter. Even though both were in their middle stage, it was easy to tell who was who, given that Cameron's Dewott was taller than Ash's, not just because she was the oldest but because female members of the Dewott line were taller than the males as the two siblings were now focused to winning against each other no matter what the cost and Ash's Dewott knows it by taking part in this battle.

"Interesting choice Ash but this doesn't mean that this will be easy for you two to win unless you are expecting a Miricle," Cameron said to Ash.

"We aren't planning on it, Sis, no matter who wins this battle, no hard feelings," Dewott said to his big sister as he noticed their little sister watching in the audience beside Burgandy and nodded.

"Wasn't planning on going easy on you either, my little student, just remember the risk of this battle isn't going to be an easy one, and what female members of our line are known for being, so let's get this going," Cameron's Dewott said to Ash, who nodded at this and prepared his Scalchops to fight against his big sister, as did Camerons' Dewott.

"Alright, use Fury cutter, Dewott," Cameron commanded his Dewott, whose Scalchop glowed green and started to slash at Ash, dodging the attacks one by one.

"Now use Aqua jet Dewott," Ash commanded his Dewott, who launched an Aqua jet right at Cameron's Dewott, sending her back towards Cameron, a bit stung from the attack.

"Ugh, I wasn't expecting Ash to bounce back like that, but I can't let him get the best of me," Cameron thought. "Now use Aqua jet," Cameron commanded his Pokemon, who charged in with her own Aqua jet as Ash's Dewott managed to dodge at the last moment. "Now Night Slash Dewott," Cameron commanded his Dewott, who slashed at Ash's Dewott with her other Scalchop with a dark aura at him, sending him back and knocking one of his Scalchop away from him.

"Use Reversal, Dewott," Ash commanded his Dewott, who slammed his remaining Scalchop into Cameron's Dewott, sending her Scalchop to where Cameron was. This was an even match. Cameron's Dewott was growling at this. She showed why she is very aggressive and hates to lose even to her sibling, and she has the look of refusing to lose Ash's Dewott knows that she isn't going down without at least doing some damage to him or trying to do so.

"Wow, Dewott, you weren't kidding about her being aggressive and very competitive, but we need to end this quickly before things get out of hand," Ash said to Dewott, who nodded. Cameron's Dewott used an Ice beam attack at Ash's Dewott. "Use Aqua jet on the Ice beam," Ash commanded Dewott, who was covered in the ice heading towards Dewott an ice AquaJet just as Buizel did.

"Woah, that is new. Girl calms down and uses Night Slash," Cameron said to his starter, who used Night Slash on the charging ice attack toward her.

The moves clashed as both were hit and sent back to their trainers. Both were exhausted as Cameron's Dewott glowed with a blueish aura. It was her Torrent ability kicking in. However, Ash's Dewott, who probably was as tired as his Torrent ability, wasn't kicking in. Cameron's Dewott and Ash's Dewott picked up their second Schalchop next to them and were ready to end this.

"Use Night Slash and Furry Cutter," Cameron said to Dewott, whose Schalchops glowed and charged toward her brother.

"Now use Razor shell and Reversal Dewott," Ash commanded his Dewott as his Schalchops glowed and did the same. The two Schalchops clashed as both struggled. Night Slash overpowered the Razor shell as she slashed Ash's Dewott.

"Use Air Slash Dewott. End this," Ash commanded his starter, who swung his Schalchop at his sister with an Air Slash as it landed, stopping her in her tracks as Cameron's Dewott was knocked out.

"Cameron's Dewott is unable to battle moving onto the semifinals is Ash Ketchem from Pallet town," the announcer said as Ash was shown as the round winner. Cameron ran over to his starter, who was mad and impressed by her little brother. Ash's Dewott glowed slightly as if he would evolve, but something prevented it.

"Huh? Dewott, you were going to evolve, but you didn't?" Ash asked Dewott, who sighed and nodded.

"I will evolve when the time is suitable, Ash. Until then, we better check on my sister before we move on," Dewott said to Ash, who nodded. The two walked over to Cameron and his Dewott.

"Nicely done, you two, but you need to calm yourself, girl. Who knows how far you would go to harm your brother?" Ash said to Cameron's Dewott, who sighed at this.

"He knows what he was getting into when facing me. It doesn't matter if he is family or not to males and females. Family means nothing in battle. Don't want that to happen. Don't have our battle in our final stages," Cameron's Dewott said as her brother nodded at this crossing his paws.

"She's not wrong, Ash. Female members of my line are the more aggressive type it runs in the family. This is why our little sister doesn't like battling as much as we do. And trust me, Ash, and you don't want to see how bad it is with Samurott's siblings, wise or even non-siblings," Ash's Dewott said and warned Ash, who knew he should've sent someone else out to battle her if he knew this would be a thing.

"Hey, you two can talk it over later. Remember, I don't have a translator as you do, Ash," Cameron said to Ash, who rubbed the back of his head, forgetting that Cameron held out his hand for a handshake as Ash returned it before bowing to the crowd and returning to the trainer's area.

The tournament was going on. Trip and Misty made it to the next round as Iris against Cillian's last battle. Both Ash and Misty were watching this from the sidelines.

"Now for the last battle of the Quarterfinals is about to begin Iris vs. Cillian. Now, will our trainers let out your first Pokemon of the match," The announcer said to Cillian and Iris.

"Simisage, come on out," Cillian let out his Pokemon. Ash scanned the Pokemon and realized it was the evolved form of his Pansage.

"Emolga, come on out," Iris sent out her Pokemon as Misty and Ash were surprised that she owned one. Misty, realizing this, lets out her Emolga, knowing that Emolga has several siblings.

"Hey, Emolga, do you recognize the Emolga that is being used, or is someone else?" Misty asked her as Emolga looked at the battlefield and saw the Emolga that Iris had, and her eyes were as wide as plates. This Emolga was smaller than her, that was for sure.

"S-Sis," Emolga said quietly, but enough for Misty and Servine to hear this. Emolga knew from what she saw that she was put in a situation where she couldn't back out once the tournament was over.

Misty and Servine were now worried about her knowing that her little sister was why she agreed to return to Team Rocket, but now it's no choice, regardless.

With these revelations being shown, the Battle Club is now getting exciting and more worrying, especially for the latter for Emolga as the battle club continues.

Stay tuned.

Done and done, man. This took a long time to get finished. Yes, I changed Cameron's team, and I had Sewaddle evolve before the Battle against Virgil off-screen, but oh well. Also, the reveal about Emolga's little sister belonging to Iris was the original plan before the rewrite. The battle club has six chapters left, and Iris vs. Cillian is next. See you all next time.
