Chapter 58: Crisis in the Chargestone Cave pt1: Emolga's Plan into Action.

We joined our heroes as they were having lunch before heading towards Chargestone Cave and to Mistralliton City, Ash's gym battle site.
"So, Ash, about this cave we are heading in, you know anything about that?" Misty asked Ash, who was curious. "I mean, you said you had been to Mitralliton city the other day? So maybe you can give us some heads up about what we expect."
"All I know is that this cave is long and is known for having different types of Pokemon, but Electric types are most known there," Ash said.
"You're not far off, Ash?" Servine said to Ash as the group looked at her. Akela nodded.
"I thought that cave sounded familiar. It's not just known for being home to many electric types, but it is the main source of their power and Unova's Power," Servine said.
"You sound like you've been there before?" Brock mentioned Servine shook her head as Lampent stepped in.
"We know another former teammate born there that Emolga knows very well. A Tynamo," Lampent said. Ash looked it up, and it looked familiar. Servine noticed that familiar look on Ash's face.
"You faced its evolutionary line before Eelecktross," Akela said as Servine nodded in agreement. Ash sighed and figured that Zorua would bring that up.
"So that's why you know much about them during the gym battle, Servine," Misty said Servine nodded. "Speaking of Emolga, where is she?" Misty said as the group noticed that she wasn't with the group.
Meanwhile, elsewhere with Emolga, she was in front of the entrance of the Chargestone cave.
"Been a long time since I've been here," Emolga said to herself. "This'll be fun to mess with the Pokemon in here and all by myself," Emolga snickered as her communicator beeps, which she groaned and answered. "Yes, I am reporting for duty, Buizel. Don't you see I am in the middle of something Buizel," Emolga answered?
"Well, we thought that you could use some help. Galvantula is coming your way," Buizel said to Emolga, whose ears dropped and groaned.
"I would love to do this myself, Buizel, as I work well without help. This was my idea," Emolga said.
"His family is amongst the Pokemon and wants to help get his mate to join our team. Your manipulation tactics won't work on the opposite gender," Buizel noticed Emolga's personality changed drastically.
"Ugh, fine, he can help. Just remember that I am in charge of this mission, given that I am the one who suggested taking over this place," Emolga said Buizel nodded.
"Deal, Emolga, but we must talk once this mission ends. You need to know something about your deal with Team Rocket, Buizel out," Buizel ended his call with her and sighed. "I must try to get through to her before it's too late. I didn't want this to happen as a part of the deal to give her to rejoin the team," Buizel said. Little did he know it, but Zoroark listened to all this, not trusting him.
"Ugh, Buizel, stays out of this, and what does he mean about talking to me? I don't see anything wrong with me, and I would rather do this mission to help get me out of this mess," Emolga complained. "He's always cryptic and needs to stop babying me," Emolga said with a dark spark of electricity in her electric sac on her cheeks and head inside.
Back to Ash and the others who were finishing eating.
"Well, we should start heading towards Chargestone Cave. The sooner, the better," Brock said, and the group nodded and packed up things, returned their Pokemon, and left. They arrive at the cave entrance and feel like something is wrong.
"Man, I don't think this place has seen better days since the last time I saw this place in passing," Ash said. "We might be in there for a day because of how long the place is, and most Pokemon aren't the types to attack trainers," Ash said.
"So basically, we leave them alone, and they leave us alone," Zorua suggested; Ash nodded as the group went inside the cave and noticed many Pokemon, from Klank to Ferroseed, which looked tame. However, the group didn't notice that there were eyes on them. Misty noticed some Joltiks and Eelektrik watching the group but was scared of the Joltiks. Ash noticed a young Tynamo was injured in the middle of their path, which Servine recognized and ran towards the Tynamo.
"Hey, Tynamo, wake up, come on," Serivne said, only to be hit by the said Pokemon as if he possessed something. Eelektrik and Joltiks stood in front of the group with the same expression, ready to attack the group.
"Man, seem's like Team Rocket has been up to this fast," Ash said as Servine was worried about Tynamo, who looked like he was suffering. "Golett, Krokorok, and Drilbur come out," Ash sends out their Pokemon. "Golett uses Fire Punch, Krokorok uses Stone Edge, and Drilbur uses Drill Run," Ash commanded them, and they used their moves and landed a blow on each of them, snapping them out of it and running off. Brock tends to Tynamo as Servine and Lampent are worried about him who woke up.
"Ugh, my head, huh? Snivy? Litwick? Is that you?" Tynamo said to them, who nodded and hovered up with a smile. "I'm happy to see you two again. Not happy to see another friend of mine again, though," Tynamo said to the group.
"Let me guess, Emolga," Ash said to Tynamo, who nodded and looked down.
"She's a former teammate of mine along with Litwick. She looked different from the last time I saw her," Tynamo said.
"We know that she's going through a lot as of late and has to do stuff she doesn't want to, but we need to know what she might be after," Zorua asked Tynamo, who nodded.
"I think she might be after the main power stone of the cave," Tynamo said, and Lampent and Servine were surprised by this.
"What, is it you two you know something?" Ash asked the two mons, who nodded.
"I'll explain it for you two?" Tynamo said to Servine and Lampent, who nodded and let him do so. "You may have heard about this cave being known for powering up both the Electric types, but it can control them and be a safeguard for those who want to cause harm to the cave," Tynamo said.
"How do you know that, Tynamo?" Misty asked as Tynamo smiled.
"Because my family guarded the main stone for years, I wanted to go on an adventure hence why I went with a trainer until a few months ago and now looking for one," Tynamo said. Little did they know it, Galvantulla was watching this and ran off to where Emolga was as she manipulated more Pokemon under her control.
"Reporting, we have twerps here in the Cave and managed to free your so-called friend," Galvantulla said to Emolga, who growled as another Pokemon was captured in a dark ball and tossed it to let the Pokemon out a Klingklang and Eelectrik.
"You two gather more Pokemon and stop the twerps. I want their help draw out the main guardian of the stone here in the cave," Emolga said as they left. "Don't you have a family to gather to our team Galvantulla?" Emolga asked.
"We have an egg, so she'll join the team when it hatches. Just leave my kid out of this, Emolga," Galvantulla asked Emolga, who nodded.
"Wan't planning on capturing the youngling given that Buizel didn't want his son to join either. Team Rocket doesn't need kids on the team, just strong Pokemon so the twerps can have it for all I care about," Emolga snarled as Gavlantulla nodded and scattered off to where his mate was.
Meanwhile, Ash and the group were somewhere in the cave.
"Man, I'm glad we have you here to help us get through the cave Tynamo," Ash said to Tynamo, who nodded.
"You guys helped me. It's only natural to help you get through here without the hassle and in the fastest way. Also," Tynamo looked to Ash.
"Let me guess. You want to join the team?" Ash asked Tynamo, who nodded.
"Once we are done here, and everything is settled, I would love to join a new trainer. I just wanted to ensure my dad is okay," Tynamo said.
"Your father?" Ash asked Tynamo, who nodded.
"He's taking care of the entire cave and protecting the Pokemon. For an Eelektross, he's tame compared to most members of my evolutionary line," Tynamo said as Zorua, Golett, and Servine knew what he meant by that. Servine was about to say something only to see Zap Cannon and Flash Cannon heading towards the group as Golett used Shadow Punch to stop the attacks.
"Show yourselves," Brock said, only to see at the top of the cave that the Klingklang and Eelektrik that Emolga captured were ready to attack the group.
"Oh, great, we have more trouble, and it looks like they aren't under attract," Misty said. Ash nodded.
"Yeah, they look like they were caught by that Dark ball Team Rocket has, meaning Emolga has been active while we are here," Ash said.
"Brother," Tynamo said, and everyone was surprised by this, only for the Pokemon to launch a Sludge Bomb at Tynamo, who used Thunderbolt at the Sludge bomb.
"Tynamo, there's no way you can get through to him once under their control. He can't be freed that easily. We need to stop them if we want to move forward into the cave," Ash said, to which Tynamo nodded, only for him to evolve. Ash and the others were surprised by this, and he looked like he was ready to fight with the group.
"Now it's an even fight, let's fight together our friend," Servine said as Elekrik nodded. The Pokemon were ready to throw down as Emolga watched from afar.
"Oh, it seems like my friend has evolved. Let's see how well you'll handle our newly powered Dark ball. We warned you, twerps, that we are no longer holding back. Now you will see what happens when you mess with Team Rocket," Emolga snickered. "You may not know it, but you're helping out my plan to take over this place," Emolga laughed.
