"Last time on Total Drama Ultimate… Millie and Lightning's beef went into a boiling point, where Millie went off on Lightning after his constant criticism. The Forgiveness Alliance had a talk to reignite their confidence. The main drama came after the Earth Team lost though, as Scott exposed Mary's papers to the team, showing that she was the culprit behind Courtney's chart incident. This didn't matter though, as Mary used Staci to threaten Raj and Tammy into not flipping on the Outcasts, sealing Scott's fate. In a fit of anger though, he exposed Tammy's idol. Ouch! 13 are left and we're here in the merge, who will be voted out on this episode of Total Drama Ultimate?"

We see the Earth Team walk back in from their elimination. "Thanks for not falling for Scott's lies." Mary thanks the team as they all sit down.
"No problem." Raj says without emotion.
"Haha, you must've been pissed that he exposed your idol, right Tammy?" Staci laughs.
"What a sore loser, good thing we took care of the problem." Mary adds.
"Yeah… it was something. I hope you guys don't take me saying nothing about the idol personally." Tammy taps her fingers together.
"No harm done!" Raj and Mary speak at the same time.

We see Cody and Lightning walking together while it's raining. "I'm so glad that we're going to be leaving this camp, this rain has been miserable." Cody whines.
"Same, rain always sucks, it would cancel football games." Lightning agrees.
Cody nods with a hum. A comfortable pause is around for a few seconds before Cody speaks up. "So, we're going to need to go into the merge with all of our bridges intact. You're going to have to apologize to Millie." he says, causing Lightning to seize up.
"Apologize to her? Are you sha-sure?" Lightning looks annoyed at the thought. "I don't get why you side with her so much, Lightning thought we were friends."
"We are!" Cody hastily replies. "And I am on your side about her challenge performance, I already told you this. But do you want Millie to be against you at the merge? I want the Water Team to do well."
"We can replace her with Raj." Lightning replies.
"I guess, but if Millie is gone, so is Sammy, and I want her to stay too." Cody responds before sighing. "You're too hard on people, Lightning. It causes problems."
Lightning slowly nods, though he looks unsure. "I wouldn't say or do anything to Millie that people back home wouldn't say to me, Cody."
"I know, and that's what I hate the most. Expecting to win every single thing is unrealistic." is Cody's reply. There is some more silence before Cody pipes up again. "Can you just do it?"
"Alright… I guess people are raised differently than me, even though I don't agree with it." Lightning crosses his arms.
"I thought you didn't like how you were raised."
"It's sha-complicated, okay?" Lightning rolls his eyes. "I'll apologize to Millie, whatever."
"Thanks." Cody smiles. "Please try to come off genuine."
"I will… thinking about it, it might actually be…" Lightning considers Cody's earlier words, causing Cody to look surprised.

"I'm glad he's willing to listen to me at least. I feel like his game would completely unravel without me here, he's so stubborn sometimes."

"Who do you guys think got voted out?" Shawn asks.
"Hopefully not Scott." Nichelle picks at her nails.
"Hopefully it was Tammy, I really would like her gone." Josee inputs.
"We'll see." Shawn says. "So, what is our game plan?"
"Hopefully join up with Scott and find a crack in the other teams, it's our only shot." Nichelle shrugs. "Maybe take out Tammy and Sammy."
"I'd say we should link up with the Earth Team for a round." Shawn says, causing Josee to loudly groan.
"Let's just hope Tammy isn't here anymore."
"Right. Anyways, we're sticking together no matter what?" Shawn asks.
"Yup." Josee and Nichelle speak at the same time.

"This is really going to test how each of us can do on our own, because we won't be able to really rely on each other I feel. Good thing I'm just really weird and not annoying like those two, I doubt I'll be the first target!"

"Yeah, and the other kids hated me after I reminded Ms Callihan about homework." Millie frowns. "I'm so glad that I'm out of high school now."
"No wonder you got bullied, who would do that?" MK asks.
"Schoolwork is important so this generation can be smarter!"
"Even I can't defend you." Sammy shakes her head as Lightning and Cody walk in.
"Millie…" Lightning starts, causing everyone to turn towards the duo. "I'm sorry about how much I picked on your challenge performance, you were right yesterday. I was being too harsh because my expectations are too high."
Millie raises a skeptical eyebrow. "Really?" Lightning nods in response. "Uh, alright."

"So guys, remember the plan. No one target each other, Operation: TYTO needs to win!" Chet says.
"We won't." Cody says before the team covers their ears as they hear the intercom start up.
"Campers, helicopters will be heading to your camp, and they'll be taking you to your final camp of the season! You won't be taking any rewards with you, but be prepared to take your bags and advantages." Chris announces.
"Alright, let's go!" Millie cheers as they all get prepared.
Cut to Merge Camp
We see a shot of the three helicopters slowly coming down at the new camp, which looks very similar to phase one and two camps. No gimmicks here! The doors for the Fire and Water Team helicopters open first, and they all step out. All eyes turn to the Earth helicopter as all of them are anticipating who is the last person to not reach the merge. Mary, Raj, Tammy, and Staci step out, revealing Scott was eliminated. The Water Team seems fine with this, while the Forgiveness Alliance doesn't.

"Damn, it really will just be the three of us to the end! Scott going out sucks, it should've been Tammy! But we'll still have to work with the Earth Team I think since six of the thirteen mergers have been living together for the past few weeks."

"Guys, there's a feast!" Millie gasps as she points to, you guessed it, a large feast. The intercom starts up again.
"Campers, as you can see, you have all won some food as a reward for making it to the merge! Take all you can, because the game won't get any easier from here on out. Tomorrow will be your first individual immunity challenge, so stay ready. Interact with everyone else, good luck!" Chris says.
"Let's eat!" Cody says excitedly as he's the first to run to the collection of food, and he begins shoving every sweet he can find in his mouth. Millie, Raj, Chet, Lightning, and Staci also begin to dig in quickly, causing Sammy to laugh.
"We're going to need to get food quickly, there will not be much left." she says.
"Preciscely." Mary nods. "I hope the consumption of this food will reinvigorate us as presented by Chris."

"I forgot about Mary since it's been ages since we've teamed up… I hope things go well, I still can't really trust her."

We cut to everyone sitting in a circle while making some conversation. "We're going to need to talk later." Tammy tells Lightning.
"Okay!" Lightning spits out some bread onto Tammy's face on accident, causing MK to laugh at the situation. Tammy glares at her, causing MK to sink back into her seat.

"My past is going to haunt me, isn't it? I managed to avoid Tammy since phase 1, but she can be a problem for me now."

"It's so good to see you, Raj!" Nichelle says to her former TDI 2023 teammate.
"It's good to see you too… I'm glad you stopped having Jerry do your stunts, I can appreciate your movies a lot more when they come on the TV!" Raj replies.
"Don't mention Jerry or you'll be served at the next feast." Nichelle whispers coldly.
"WHAT?!"
Nichelle coughs. "Nothing. But yeah, our teams should talk soon… make sure no Water Team members are around. Pretty sure they're liquid water…"
"Ew!" Raj grimaces. "I only like frozen water!"

"Look at me go, I already set up a meeting. My agent could never be so quick."

"And Scott smelled worse than my great great great great cousin Pamela, so that's reason #47 on why he had to go!" Staci informs Chet.
"Still not my preferred option to go." Chet looks at Raj from across the circle. Cody notices this and frowns.
"There's always time to change that!" Staci replies.
"Yeah, I…" Chet cuts himself off. "I'll need to talk to Millie first. We haven't had therapy in a while, I think I'm slipping on Yellow Team appreciation."
"Yeah… we should talk more though, I can help you sort it out!" Staci suggests.

"Haha, Mary wanted me to get close to Chet, and I think I'm doing a good job of that! We don't know what we want to do with Chet's dislike of Raj- whether to keep it going or help Millie make him stop-, but we should figure it out soon enough."

"I'm glad to see you made it to the merge." Shawn tells Sammy while looking at a sandwich.
"Right back at you, though I had no doubts after who you picked to be on your team." Sammy replies. There's an awkward pause before Sammy continues. "Why didn't you tell Jasmine and I about the alliance? I didn't even have problems with Nichelle at the time, I doubt she's going to be happy you lied to her."
Shawn sighs with worry. "You're right… but how would you guys have honestly reacted to knowing that I was working with Alejandro and Josee? I didn't want to be yelled at for working with them, so I just kept quiet. I hope Jasmine's understanding."
"I do too. I don't think it's a major deal, but you know how sensitive she can be. Just pray she doesn't get angry." Sammy shrugs in response as she continues eating. She looks at Shawn, who is still examining the sandwich. "What are you doing?"
"Making sure they aren't hiding poison in it for a challenge." Shawn responds.
Sammy chuckles. "You're so paranoid." After around twenty more minutes of basic conversation amongst the mergers, the food is gone.
"It was good while it lasted. We probably should've saved some for later, huh?" Tammy asks.
"I was too hungry to think about tomorrow." Cody breathes a sigh of relief. "I'm so glad the pain is gone."
"It's probably going to return tomorrow." Millie says, causing Cody to frown.
"And the award for biggest mood killer goes to Millie!" MK announces. "Anyways, I think we're going to have to build a new shelter. I hate building shelters, it means doing actual work."
"Such a tragedy, maybe actually do something with your life instead of sitting inside and it wouldn't be so hard." Josee shades.
"I've literally done nothing wrong to you-"
"Alright, let's all split up and go get some materials!" Raj stands up as everyone shockingly… splits up to get materials!

We see Tammy and Lightning holding wood. "What do you need?" Lightning asks while lifting the log up and down effortlessly like a showoff.
"I want to ask something."
"No shit! Now say it." Lightning replies, causing Tammy to roll her eyes.
"I want to form a cross team merge alliance." Tammy says, causing Lightning to raise an interested eyebrow. "I don't really trust my team too much, and I feel like we can all share information to help each other."

"Is it a bit risky to ask Lightning instead of Sammy? Yes. But with who I'm thinking as the Fire Team representative, I'd rather not be an obvious third wheel. And with Lightning, we worked together in the past challenges, so he's the best bet from the Water Team to make this idea work. He's also a good shield. And most importantly… he's honest about his opinions from what I know. I don't have to worry that he secretly hates me or thinks I'm useless, he'll openly hate me." Tammy reflects on her previous friendships in this game. "We can slay the other dragons of this game."

"Hm, this girl is onto something! Now that it's the merge, Lightning doesn't need to care about challenge strength, just making himself safe."

"Sure, but which Fire Team member would join us? It certainly won't be the psycho bitch who tried to kill us!" Lightning shouts.
"God forbid women have hobbies." Tammy replies calmly.
"What? No way you're going to suggest her-"
"I won't, I'm joking." Tammy laughs. "I feel like Shawn seems the least shady."
"Doesn't that boy believe in zombies? He should invest in real beliefs like football or Santa!"
"Santa isn't real."
"WHAT?"
"Um… yeah, he believes in zombies, but he could still work." Tammy shrugs. "It'd be nice if he would show up about now so we can tell him about this."
Shawn walks up moments later. "Oh, hi guys-"
"Wow, how convenient!" Tammy beams. "Shawn, we need to tell you about something."
"Oh… uh, what is it?" Shawn asks while hesitating.
"I know we were on opposite sides on the Emerald Team, but I talked to Sammy, and she said a lot of good things about you! We were thinking about forming a secret alliance since everyone is going to be siding with their teams I feel." Tammy tells Shawn, who looks surprised by the offer.
"You're serious about this? Really?" Shawn has a small smile growing.
"Yeah. We can share information with each other and everything. Everyone knows about your alliance, and people will assume that Lightning and I's teams are tight. It's good to protect each other from the oncoming war!" Tammy explains. "We don't even need to vote together every time, we just need to protect each other from getting votes."
"I'm in!" Shawn says right away. "Thanks for choosing to include me over the girls."

"This is exactly what I wanted after Noah said I couldn't rely on Josee and Nichelle forever! I still don't know about Tammy, but having the only other winner remaining around in Lightning isn't a bad idea."

We see Cody and MK walking together. "People are definitely cutting deals right now." MK groans.
"I didn't expect this to be so stressful, things used to be way easier in the old days." Cody sighs dramatically.
"Ok grandpa." MK snarks. "The seasons have definitely become more strategic as time went by though, Julia and I had to cut a lot of deals to keep me around at the first merge vote in Rematch."
"I just remember voting for Sierra over and over the one time I merged. I hope to actually do stuff this time without her here." Cody laughs awkwardly.
"True. You making the final three was cool though, it gave hope to weak people all over the world that they can do it too!" MK says with fake enthusiasm.
"Didn't Beth do that first?" Cody laughs before looking at the camera. "I'm joking Beth!"
"Are you though? Whatever, doesn't matter. If I get my way, you're in the final three again, so hopefully that happens." MK says, causing Cody to smile.
"I'm glad you have me in your plans, you're in mine too!" Cody responds. "I just want to earn it this time, seeing everyone act like it was my fault for being carried by Sierra when she's the one who kept slowing me down got old."
"You were way too nice, I would've stabbed myself if my team victim blamed me like they did for you in Paris." MK states. Cody sighs in response.
"Yeah, not my favorite country. I'm glad Sierra has learned boundaries though, I've certainly done so too." Cody says.
"Oh right, you're not a perv with real women anymore." MK deadpans. "Anime or video game girls though, that's open season!"
"MK!" Cody yells while pointing at the camera, causing MK to nervously scratch the back of her head while giving an apology. Cody speaks again when she's done. "But yeah, Sierra made me reflect on how I treated Gwen back on Wawanakwa."
"Yeah, you were cringy." MK grimaces. "Have you even flirted this season?"
"I tried with Jen, but she shut me down right away, that was it. Something else also made me less girl crazy, but that isn't important right now. Anyways, what should our plan be here?" Cody asks.
"We should try to get Raj and Staci- maybe Mary, too- to vote for one of the Fire Team people." MK replies. "Josee is pretty unlikeable, I'm sure Raj would be eager to vote her out after the try not to cry incident. I'd say Tammy is in the same boat, but she hates me too. Her or Nichelle could work, I know Sammy would want that."
"I was on a team with Raj, I can try to flip him. We just need to decide on who to target." Cody seems confident.

Elsewhere, we see the Earth and Fire Team gathered together. "Alright guys, business meeting!" Mary says. "We all know why we're gathered, right?"
"Yup." Shawn nods. "We need to vote out a Water Team member before they can take control of the game!"
"We need to make sure to vote together no matter what, I don't care what beef you have with anyone else here." Nichelle adds while looking at Josee and Tammy who seem to get the message. "Anyways, who do you guys feel like targeting? I'd say Sammy."
"Hm, not the worst option." Mary says as she reflects on their time together on the Pink Team.
"Sammy doesn't seem like a huge threat though." Josee shuts it down.
"Maybe Lightning, he's the strongest!" Staci inputs. Josee gives a thumbs up.
"Very fair point." Nichelle nods. Shawn and Tammy exchange a glance.
"Lightning isn't very smart though." Shawn says.
"And he's not that bad either!" Raj adds. "I'd like Chet for obvious reasons."
"He's another idiot though." Josee crosses her arms.
"Want to know who is both smart and mean that we can target instead?" Tammy inputs. "How about MK? She literally cheated and should've been disqualified ages ago, then sabotaged Kitty in that auto."
"Oh, that's a good point." Raj says. "She's been pulling this stuff since we first competed together, she stole my lucky beard and still hasn't given it back! Thankfully she hasn't touched my lucky hockey puck too!"
"I hate both her and Julia, it'd be nice to vote her off. She laughed in my face when I confronted her and Julia about the contract." Nichelle smiles in agreement.
"I don't care about her, I'm fine with it. So, do we have a plan?" Josee asks to confirm. After various agreements, Josee speaks up again. "Now let's separate before any of them notice."

"Praying right now that voting for MK will be a good long term move. We may have one safe round because of one team having six members, but that safety net won't last for long. We will be targets, and I assume we still are. I doubt everyone in that conversation was 100% truthful, deals are being made!"

"This is quite the difficult minefield. On one hand, the Water Team has six members which is an obvious threat in a group of thirteen, they'd only need one round to have half the group. On the other hand, I doubt they're a stable unit, and the Fire Team has been dominant since day one of this game. Both sides are threats, getting the Outcasts to the final four seems difficult. Thankfully, Staci is going to try and do some investigating with how she's been getting close to Chet, so that should make their dynamic more clear."

Later on in the day, we see MK, Lightning, and Sammy talking. "Uh… quick question." Sammy asks the other two. "Who's name are we even throwing out to the people we're trying to flip?"
"Josee, she's a tramp!" Lightning says, causing MK and Sammy to laugh.
"She's not my favorite person, but I'd personally choose Nichelle." Sammy replies. "Just as good in challenges and has been in a great position for a long time."
"I agree with Sammy." MK replies. "She's probably salty over the contract thing."
"Can't you guys listen to me instead, Josee's an attempted murderer!" Lightning shouts.
"So are half the people on this show. You wanted to kill Cameron once, and this one poisoned her sister." MK points at Sammy.
"There was only a small chance she'd die… not that I'd be upset if she did." Sammy awkwardly finishes the sentence.
"Wow, evil Sammy?!" MK says in a joking voice.
"Yes, I'll be the twist villain!" Sammy laughs. "Anyways, we've decided it will be Nichelle."
"You're both stupid, but fine!" Lightning replies with an eye roll.

"Lightning really annoys me when Cody isn't around, he's just loud and berating. I'd like it better without him here."

"I thought about Josee because I feel it'd be easier for others to flip on her, but I personally want the target on Nichelle because A: it keeps Sammy thinking we're still close after working together on the Sugar vote, and B: having Josee around could potentially make Tammy split her anger between us, which means less of a target on my hunched over back!"

Before another word gets out, Chet walks in with Staci. "Hey guys! Have we finalized a target?" Chet asks. No one says anything because they're busy giving skeptical looks towards Staci. "Don't worry! I talked to her and she's cool and willing to work with us!"
"Uh… alright. It's Nichelle." Sammy says, causing Chet to frown.
"I was actually thinking about Raj!"
"Of course you were." Sammy puts a frustrated hand on her hip. "Nichelle's a way bigger threat than Raj, she's the main attraction of her alliance!"
"But…" Chet takes a deep breath. "You're probably right. It would just be personally satisfying."
"Which is what we tried to steer you away from!" MK glares.
"Haha, maybe you need a better therapist!" Staci laughs. "Anyways, Nichelle can go to Nich-hell if we eliminate her!"
"Hilarious." Sammy deadpans. "Anyways, I should talk to Millie."

"Brought in Staci! Nichelle is hopefully toast!"

"I don't know who I'm actually supposed to side with here, I'll just ask Mary what to do. See Taylor, this is how you position yourself, being a bitch doesn't help, haha!"

"Uh, Mary, I have a question." Raj says nervously to his teammate while picking some berries.
"No, I don't remember the NHL-"
"It's not about that." Raj shakes his head. "Did you ask Staci to threaten Tammy and I last night?"
Mary doesn't bat an eye at this question. "What do you mean?"
"Staci came up to us and said something about how if we voted for you, she would ruin our games. We weren't going to even vote for you, so I'm confused on why that happened." Raj lies.
"I'm glad to hear that, but I didn't know Staci did that. I feel like she's just a protective ally to me and got scared after Scott's bs." Mary replies calmly. "You do still trust us, right?"
"I- I do, it was just odd to me." Raj rubs his arm.
"I'll talk to her about it, she shouldn't threaten allies like that. But I think she was protective of a friend and made a mistake, don't think about it too hard, Raj. Just stick to what we're doing and follow my lead, you'll make it to the endgame just like last time." Mary pats him on the head.

"What kind of friendship just revolves around making fun of your friend's nose?! And did she really pat me on the head like a dog?"

As Mary removes her hand from his head, Millie walks up to the duo. "Hey guys!" she greets.
"Salutations, Millie." Mary nods.
"Hi!" Raj waves with more enthusiasm.
"I need to talk to you two about the vote." Millie says.
"All these plans are being made and we don't even know who will have immunity." Mary chuckles. "Anyways, do you have a target in mind?"
"Lightning." Millie says right away. "I know, he's a member of my former team, but he's an annoying threat!"
Raj and Mary look at each other before Raj speaks up. "Wow, that's a zoinks. Maybe even a downright jinkies."
"That's my catchphrase." Mary says.
"Well actually, you didn't invent it." Millie corrects her, causing Mary to roll her eyes.
"Whatever, but thanks for your input. Lightning could be a threatening presence." Mary nods.
"Alright! Spread the word!"

"I appreciate Millie for bringing up a target, though I'm not too sure on it. Lightning is a stupid player like we brought up in the group conversation. MK might be close to my intelligence level… I'd like for there to be less smart people."

We see Millie looking at Josee and Nichelle. "Oh, it's you guys, just who I wanted to see!" Millie smiles as she walks up to the duo.
"Hey." Nichelle casually waves.
"I want to propose a target!" Millie says.
"Oh, going right into it then, I see." Nichelle chuckles at the instant strategy talk.
"Well, everyone is doing this I assume." Millie shrugs in response.
"You're not wrong." Josee responds. "Who are you thinking?"
"Lightning." Millie says, causing Nichelle and Josee to give an interested look. "I know it's weird considering we were just on the same team, but the Water Team is hardly a happy family. He's been annoying me for weeks and won this game before, would you be fine voting for him?"
"Do I hate silver and bronze?" Josee asks.
"Uh… yes?"
"There's your answer. I would be fine voting for him too!" Josee pumps her fist. "I won't forget what he did!"
"Meh, okay. Don't know anything about him." Nichelle nods in agreement.

"Huh, so Millie wants Lightning… MK may not be the target after all! I'd definitely be happier with one of the gold robbing bitches going out, and Lightning is still a Water Team target with the blessing of a Water Team member! It could be beautiful."

"Alright, I now have spread the word to both of the other teams! With Sammy's help, we can get everyone except probably Cody to vote him out. I know it's a bold move, but I feel like everyone will be too scared to be the first to drop a name. The 'survival mode' is happening right now, so I'm hoping people latch onto the first name they hear."

Later on, we see Sammy looking around for Millie, but she runs into someone else, that being Tammy. "Tammy!" Sammy exclaims before giving her former ally a hug. "I'm so glad we both merged!"
"Me too!" Tammy hugs her back. "It's been an interesting road here, but I wasn't in much danger."
"Neither was I." Sammy laughs. "I wasn't in a great spot, but it was better than the Emerald Team."
"Yeah, I'm kind of shocked we all made it." Tammy chuckles.
"Not for long, we can get rid of Nichelle."
"Perchance. Anyways, let's just catch up for now." Tammy says as the duo walk off to converse.

We see a cut of later in the day where multiple people are working on building a big shelter for everyone to live in. "This is going to be so awkward when only a few people are left." Nichelle laughs.
"You seem confident you'll make it that far." Chet notes.
"Erm, should I not be?" Nichelle raises an eyebrow, alarm bells in her head begin going off. There is an awkward tension as we see Lightning, Cody, and Raj drinking water.
"I'm so tired, I hate how many shelters we have to build." Cody laughs out of exhaustion.
"Same! Do you think production has a reason for this?" Raj asks.
"To make us suffer." Cody replies. "Oh well, I'd rather do manual labor than continue to do those challenges where we almost die."
"Chris doesn't seem to be risking many injuries this time, I wonder why." Lightning looks confused. "Does he have something up his sleeve?"
"Hope not." Cody sips some water. "Anyways Raj, it's good to see you again!"
Raj crushes Cody with a hug. "I'm so glad you're alive!"
Cody stumbles on his words. "Did you think I'd die?!"
"I thought you'd die of starvation like Minecraft." Raj has worry in his eyes.
"Real life isn't like minecraft!" Cody laughs. "I'm fine, don't worry. I'm glad you and Lightning were both concerned."
"Sha-duh!" Lightning says.
After a pause with no discussion, the conversation continues. "Why was Sugar eliminated by the way?" he asks.
"It should've been Millie!" Lightning says. "We thought everyone was on board, but we got betrayed. That's why I only really trust Cody from our team."
"Aw, thanks." Cody smiles. "We got blindsided though as Lightning said."
"Are you sad about it?" Raj asks.
"No." they both say at the same time, Sugar's lack of social skills being evident. Cody speaks up again. "But we're trying to move on from that to realize the real threats of this game, that being the Fire Team. We need to vote for Josee or Nichelle, but we're thinking of Nichelle."
"I'd honestly rather go for Josee." Raj admits. Before Cody or Lightning can reply, Raj speaks again. "But I'm not sure what you're on about, Millie is telling everyone to vote for Lightning."
"Sha-WHAT?!" Lightning yells in surprise, causing a few eyes in his direction. Cody gives a 'shut up' glare. Lightning clears his throat before talking normally. "What did you just say?"
"Millie is targeting you, she came up to Mary and I to ask for our votes." Raj explains, causing Cody to groan.
"I told you…" he mumbles to Lightning, who facepalms in embarrassment. "Thanks for telling us this."
"You're welcome, we should have each other's backs!" Raj smiles.
"Will you vote for Millie instead?" Lightning asks.
"I'll think about it."

"I knew it. I knew it! I knew that Millie would be angry enough to do it, this is what I was warning Lightning against. But Millie broke the pact that our team had, maybe she has to go instead."

We cut to night time, where Mary is starting a fire. Some conversations are happening in camp, but we cut to Millie and Sammy. "We haven't had much time to talk today." Millie scratches her hair.
"I know, sorry. It's just that so much happened." Sammy responds.
"Don't worry, I get it!" Millie gives a thumbs up. "What have you been up to?"
"Talking to everyone, it was nice to catch up with Tammy after phase two. I think we can get Nichelle out with her." Sammy smiles.
"Actually, I was spreading Lightning's name." Millie admits. "We can just pretend to still be on their side, but everyone seemed receptive to taking him out."
"You… openly targeted Lightning?" Sammy asks with worry.
"Yeah, he's a threat." Millie replies.
"I guess I'm not opposed to voting him out, but I don't think doing it now is the best option. You better hope it doesn't backfire." Sammy grimaces.
"I hope not either, but I don't want to be at his mercy later." Millie worries. After a pause, they hear Raj speak up.
"Guys, we should do something!" he says, putting all attention on them.
"Like?" Shawn raises an eyebrow.
"I don't know, just something fun. It's been a stressful day for all of us." Raj replies.
"Let's do truth or dare!" Staci laughs.
"Because that was such a fun challenge." MK comments.
"Eh, I'm fine with it. Takes my mind off of some things." Chet shrugs.
Shawn turns to Nichelle. "Are we sure we can trust this event with so many other people?"
"Relax, it's fine." Nichelle waves him off. "No one has been infected this far into the season, it won't start now!"

"It's weird how we're all just very open that we've all been scheming. Today has been such a nightmare, everyone is making deals and I doubt anyone is actually 100% sure where their mind is at. Everyone has been told multiple targets I'm sure, I hope I win immunity tomorrow in case the target is on me."

"Haha, truth!" Staci chooses.
"Hm… who is your favorite relative?" Chet asks.
"My mom, she has the best invention of all!" Staci declares.

"Uh… dare, I'm a ballsy queen." Nichelle smirks.
"I dare you to find a slug on the ground and eat it!" Staci dares, causing Nichelle to gag.
"I'm not some gross flop who eats bugs because there's no better option in my life. Who am I, Shawn?"

Cut to challenge
We cut to a beach location with thirteen poles spread around. The merged campers walk in. Chris smiles as he sees them. "Merging is always fun! Once this season started, I was always excited for when it came down to the final few. Anyways, enough sentimental crap, it's time for the first immunity challenge! Before I begin, since it's your first merge challenge, two of you will win immunity!" Chris announces to gasps.
"Nice!" Nichelle cheers.
"I should probably be more specific." Chris says, causing some worried glances. "It isn't a big deal though, as it's just one winner for each gender. Time for the challenge explanation. As you all can see, there are poles with little spots to put your feet. All you have to do is hold on for as long as possible. If you touch the ground, you're out of the challenge. Last man and woman standing win immunity. Pick a pole, and we'll get started!"

We see everyone all standing on the top rung of their poles. "Everyone is steadied, and this challenge is on!"
The men- Raj, Cody, Lightning, Chet, and Shawn- and the women- Nichelle, Josee, Tammy, Staci, Mary, Millie, MK, and Mary- stare at their competition in wonder of who's going to win on each side. It's quite evident who won't win, as Staci falls off right away, falling hard on her tailbone. Everyone cringes in sympathy.
"Ow… why didn't we do this challenge in the water?" Staci cringes as she goes to the eliminated players bench.
"It's funnier when you fall splat on the ground!" Chris laughs in response. The camera cuts to Millie, who is struggling to hold on to her pole. She suddenly yells out loudly, causing everyone to give her an awkward look.
"What are you doing?" MK asks as she struggles to hold on.
"Trying to motivate myself to stay on!" Millie says, causing MK to chuckle.
"That won't work." MK says before groaning in pain. "My arms already hurt… yeah, I'm climbing down."
Moments later, MK climbs down. Ten seconds later, Millie falls to the ground, her determination meaning nothing. "MK and Millie are out of the challenge too! Five from each gender remain, remember that immunity is on the line!"

"Ugh, I was really hoping to win that, but no one I would be able to hold on as long as the other girls. This seems like something Lightning would be good at, I need to make him lose."

"All the guys are doing well." Millie observes from the bench.
"Of course, we're all strong!" Lightning replies.
"You are?" Millie asks, causing Lightning to look baffled.
"Are you really asking that?" Lightning questions.
"You'll have to flex for me to be sure about your strength!" Millie says, causing MK to raise an eyebrow.
"Just look at my muscles!" Lightning flexes both of his arms. He kisses his bicep before screaming on his way to the ground. MK and Staci begin laughing hysterically while Tammy takes note of this mentally.

"That was smart…" Chet mutters to himself before a lightbulb goes off. "Shawn, there's I think there's a zombie on the top of your pole!"
"What?!" Shawn panics as he lets go of the pole and also falls.
"Wow, Millie's a genius!" Chet laughs. He laughs so hard that he falls off the pole too, causing his elimination from this challenge.
"Millie may be a genius, but Chet sure isn't! He is out of this challenge too, leaving just Raj and Cody remaining for the male side of this challenge!" Chris says. Moments later, Mary and Tammy slide down their poles. "And Mary and Tammy are out for the women! It's between Nichelle, Josee, and Sammy for their side."
"Nice, one of us will surely win!" Nichelle cheers as she and Josee do an air high five, causing Sammy to roll her eyes.
"Thanks for taunting me to my face, I really appreciate it." Sammy deadpans.
"It wasn't to your face, it's your fault for eavesdropping." Nichelle sighs.
"Whatever, you just like assuming you'll win everything because that's what your whole life is." Sammy growls.
"I assume I'll win stuff because I don't put myself in bad situations without knowing that I'm good enough to win the reward, chill out." Nichelle replies. "Also stop making assumptions, you barely know about my life."
"You're a celebrity." Sammy simply puts.
"Are you one of those parasocial people who pretend you know what a celebrity's life is like because of what the media presents us as? Yeesh, chill girl." Nichelle glares.
"I'm here too." Josee jokes, a rare moment of levity from the serious women.
We cut to Raj and Cody. "How are you holding up?" Cody whispers.
"Good, I can hang here all day." Raj smiles. "This is fun, it's like living my dream of being a monkey that hangs in the tree!"
"That's an interesting dream." Cody notes. "Anyways, I can too. It's nice that being small gives me such an advantage for once, usually it's a weakness."
"So, this will go on for a while, won't it?" Raj asks. "That's good, friendly competition baby!"
"Nah." Cody gives Raj a wink before sliding down. Raj looks surprised at this.
"Raj wins immunity for the men and is in the final twelve! We're looking for a female winner next!" Chris announces.

"I won more immunity challenges this season than I did in two combined merges, woohoo! I'll have to thank Cody for this."

When we cut back from the confessionals, we see Sammy jump onto the ground. "I couldn't hold on anymore, and I'm not going to hurt myself while losing!" she says.
"Sammy is out, meaning it comes down to Nichelle and Josee." Chris announces.
"Good luck, you'll need it." Josee says with confidence.
"Don't need luck when you have skill." Nichelle gives the same energy back.
"You don't have as much as me." Josee states.
"Doubt."

"We may be cool and all, but both of us know that we could be targets tonight if the Earth Team truce doesn't hold. Time to give it everything!"

We cut to an hour having passed with both still holding on. "This is taking forever." Chet comments. "I'm bored, someone fall off already!"
Raj is looking at the immunity necklaces hanging on a rack, as his hasn't been handed out yet. It's a golden necklace with plenty of pearls, diamonds, etc all over it. "That necklace looks cool!"
"Thank Chef for it, he made it." Chris replies.
"Where is Chef anyways? I feel like he barely shows up anymore." Mary questions.
"He's just not as needed when you're all finding your own food." Chris frowns. "I can handle things by myself now. He and Don still do behind the scenes work."
"Oh."

Another five minutes have passed.
"What is your favorite season of the show?" Millie asks Chris.
"Certainly not Ridonculous Race, it didn't have me!" Chris chuckles, getting annoyed looks from the campers at his ego. "Seriously though, probably World Tour."
"What a groundbreaking opinion." MK comments.
"Yet the correct one." Cody adds.
"The location and songs were fun to host, sue me." Chris shrugs.
"We probably should!" Millie exclaims.
"Wait wait wait, I always had this question about the songs." Tammy interjects. "The rules said all the contestants must sing, but that rarely actually happened. What was the deal with that?"
Everyone looks at Cody. "What?"
"You barely sang, dude." Lightning responds.
"Sadly! I used to have a crush on you when you sang, haha!" Staci laughs, causing everyone to give her a blank stare.
"We weren't actually enforcing that rule." Chris elaborates. "We just wanted to scare everyone into actually doing it. Duncan quit instead of being disqualified, and no way we'd actually let DJ off the hook that easily if he didn't sing!"
"Oh, that makes a lot more sense!" Sammy drawls. "I would've been fine if Pahkitew Island was a singing season."
"I wouldn't have." Shawn counters.
"I'm glad my seasons weren't." MK shudders at the thought.
"Your raspy voice would've made ears bleed everywhere!" Nichelle yells from her pole, causing Raj to laugh.
"Hey!"
"She got you there, you have to admit it." Raj chuckles.
"My voice is actually raspy because I had a throat injury when my father beat me up and I needed surgery on my voicebox. The way you all make fun of my voice genuinely hurts my feelings and brings back my trauma." MK frowns, causing everyone to look guilty.
"I'm sorry MK, I didn't know!" Raj apologizes in a panic: "I-"
He gets cut off by MK laughing. "I'm just kidding, that never happened. I just wanted to make you all feel bad."
"MK!" Chet scolds. "That's a horrible thing to joke about."
"I thought it was funny." MK shrugs. "My father just smokes a lot around me, he doesn't injure me."
"He smokes a lot around you? But you can get lung cancer and die!" Chris says.
"That happened to one of my friend's grandpa." MK says awkwardly, causing everyone to go silent.
Josee and Nichelle are still hanging on. "This is taking longer than I thought." Chris looks annoyed. "I have a spa treatment in a few hours, there better be a winner soon."
"Who do you think is the least deserving winner?" Tammy asks, this waiting game for a winner now turning into a Q and A with Chris.
"You better not say me!" Lightning warns.
"Or me!" Shawn adds.
"Don't worry, it's obviously Wayne." Chris answers. "I don't even need to explain why."
"Hey, don't say that about him!" Raj looks offended. "You're all such haters of fun."
"He's not my least favorite winner, not when Duncan blew up my cottage." Chris elaborates.

"I still can't get over Chris saying it was a cottage!" Courtney complains to Scott as they eat lunch.

"No, I thought half of you would be early boot fodder." Chris laughs, getting some glares. "What? Am I wrong?"

You have a 1 in 12 shot at winning this thing and the ten million bucks. As for the rest of you, there is no guaranteed safety. One of you will be going home tonight. We'll see who that is by the end of the night, head back to camp."

"That traitor!" Chet hisses. "I knew keeping Sugar would've been smarter."
"Sorry." MK sighs. "What do we do then? Just hope we pulled enough of the others to eliminate Nichelle, or do we just take out Millie?"
"Take out Millie!" Lightning answers. "Even if we take out Nichelle, she's still going to throw my name out."
"Fair point." Chet nods. "I can get Staci on board."
"I know a few people too." Lightning smiles.

Cody frowns. "I honestly don't blame Millie for targeting Lightning, I would do the same. It feels kind of mean in a sense to go after her, but…" he pauses to sigh. "This game is inherently cruel. It's never about who's the nicest, is it?"

"What?" Mary asks in a somewhat annoyed tone as the repeated usage of her name.
"I just talked to Chet, the vote is actually a civil war on the Water Team!" Staci informs, causing Mary to raise an eyebrow.
"Explain."
"Apparently Millie targeted Lightning, and now he's targeting her." Staci explains. "This is worse than the American civil war my ancestors fought in!"
"I doubt it's that bad, but that's interesting news." Mary notes. "Millie told us to vote for Lightning yesterday, that must be why she sabotaged him in the challenge. I'm unsure on where to swing currently, MK is still a target herself of course."
"And Nichelle, the Water Team wanted her gone before their blowup." Staci says.
"Indeed, there are plenty of options on the table. Can you tell me more of the Water Team dynamics?" Mary asks.
"Haha, of course! Literally all of them seem close to Cody, he's probably the most liked of them, the great great uncle Bolo of the Water Team. Sammy and Millie are a duo, and Chet hasn't been doing his Yellow Team therapy with Millie as of late." Staci explains.
"Hm. Maybe he needs a new therapist." Mary smirks as an idea comes to her mind.

"I've made up my mind, it's time for Raj and Chet to have no possible beef. If I can become his therapist, it gets me in good with the Water Team as well so I don't have to solely rely on Staci for information. Also, what she said about Cody? Very interesting. Under the radar social glue is something I need to keep my four eyes on."

We see Shawn, Tammy, and Lightning all gathered together. "I know none of us are likely to throw out a name from our team, but just make sure to protect each other-" Shawn says.
"I'm throwing out Millie, she's targeting me!" Lightning interrupts.
"Really?" Tammy raises an eyebrow.
"Yeah, and we need her gone. Convince your teams, please…"

"I'm kind of unsure if Nichelle and Josee would consider Millie a threat enough to boot her, but I can try. This cross team alliance gives me protection!"

"Not gonna lie, I'd still prefer MK over Millie, but if Lightning needs her gone so our secret alliance stops being targeted, I'll see what I can do."

"Are you two still on board with the Lightning plan?" Millie asks Nichelle and Josee.
"Yup, he would've crushed that challenge if not for your play." Nichelle gives a thumbs up.
"I'm in." Josee adds. As Millie leaves, the duo turn to each other.
"So the MK plan is abandoned?" Nichelle asks.
"I'd like Lightning gone more." Josee laughs. "This is just the perfect opportunity, Millie can easily be dragged along."
Before the duo can continue talking, Lightning runs up to them. "We need to vote for Millie!"
Nichelle gives a small chuckle. "Why?"
"She's targeting me!"
"And we care why?" Josee asks. "You seem like a bigger threat."
"Millie's #1 is Sammy, who has been campaigning for Nichelle to go since we merged." Lightning says, causing NIchelle to scoff.
"I'm stunned. Ugh, I let go of targeting her right away, she needs to not be so petty." Nichelle states.
"Also, if I go for being a threat, who do you think becomes the next biggest target? Maybe the two girls who were in the challenge for hours!" Lightning raises his voice. "We should be keeping each other around so there are other physical shields, we can't let Millie float to the end!"

"He does have a point, on the off chance I do lose, I'd be a target… but I feel like I would be a target anyways, with or without him, so I'm not too happy about that reasoning."

We cut to Sammy and Tammy. "So, it's really between Lightning and Millie now?" Sammy asks.
"Yep, that's the hot debate." Tammy answers. "What are you thinking?"
"Lightning. Millie is someone I've grown close with, and he's better at challenges." Sammy answers, causing Tammy to internally curse. "Can you vote him out with me?"
"I don't know…" Tammy mutters.
"Why? What reason would you have to keep Lightning around?" Sammy questions with an annoyed glare.
"Personal ones." Tammy shrugs.
"Can you tell me? We're allies after all."
"The more shields around, the better… but I guess I could consider voting for Lightning if you really want me to."

"Tammy came off really cold to me out of nowhere… I'm so worried about Millie, I feel like I won't be able to save her."

"Yeah, we heard you're voting for Lightning." MK gives an unimpressed look to Millie.
"Mhm. I know we made that pact, but taking out Lightning is smart. Us three and Sammy should continue our voting pact from the Sugar vote." Millie says. Chet looks like he wants to say something rude to Millie, but MK covers his mouth. "You may trust Lightning now, but he and Cody will betray you guys. You blindsided them to take out another one of their allies, there's no guarantee that he will give you loyalty after that."
"Huh." is what MK gets out, Millie's words affecting her. "You make a good point."
"Of course, please vote for him." Millie says before walking off, causing the Operation: TYTO OGs to look at each other.
"Are we buying that?" Chet looks frustrated with Millie.
"Honestly, kind of… remember how mad Lightning was when Sugar went home? Remember how mad he was at Cameron for taking his immunity years ago? Lightning could be a big threat to us." MK worries.
"Millie threw out his name without telling us, I doubt she can be trusted either." Chet replies.
"Fair, but I think Lightning is more vengeful. I think who we choose to side with depends on who we really want to work with moving forward. Neither of us trust or like Millie and Lightning, so it's about which loyalty to burn. Cody won't trust us again if we blindside Lightning, and Sammy won't trust us again if we vote out her #1." MK frowns. "Who do we burn?"

"I won't be, it's just frustrating. I feel like if Millie goes, I'm going to be on the outs!" Sammy worries.
"I won't vote for you anytime, don't worry." Cody assures.

"Sammy has been a good friend, but if I have to choose between her and Lightning, I'm choosing him every single time. It sucks, but that's how it has to be." Cody frowns. "I miss being a floater, hurting feelings is hard!"

We cut to the Outcasts and Forgiveness Alliance. "Alright, so I'm sure we all heard about the war." Shawn states. "What are we thinking?"
"It should be Lightning." Josee inputs.
"Really? I'd prefer it to be Millie or MK!" Raj responds.
"Why?"
"Uh… they're smart. I thought we discussed this." Raj shrugs, not knowing how to reply.
"Right, MK is still on the table." Mary remembers. "How do we feel about that option?"
"It'd be satisfying." Tammy smiles.
"True that!" Nichelle agrees, causing the duo to high five.
"It would be a bombshell." Mary nods. "But is a bombshell the smartest play, or just the flashiest?"
"I don't see the downside, but voting for Lightning would still be fine with me." Nichelle states. "Though voting MK means their rivalry would continue. That would mean more drama that keeps us out of the spotlight."
"Or it could make them get their crap together and unify, haha!" Staci brings up the possibility.
"I'm leaning towards Millie." Tammy comments.
"I'm fine with her too." Shawn agrees.
"Bruh." Josee facepalms. "We should do Lightning!
"I'm still hoping for MK." Nichelle says.
"Well, we have to decide now, there isn't enough time to debate all day!" Raj says.
Cut to merge campfire ceremony
"Welcome campers to your very first post merge ceremony of the season! A lot of you have never experienced this before, so it must be exciting. That excitement will be cut short for one of you, as you'll be eliminated. Get voting and we'll see who that will be!"
Voting
"I'm worried that throwing your name out may have backfired, but I made my decision, and now I have to stick to it." Millie looks confident when holding her Lightning vote.
"I was willing to let your challenge failure be in the past, but you threw Lightning's name out first! Be careful what you wish for, because when you call for Lightning, it will strike you faster than anything." Lightning holds his vote for Millie.
Sammy takes a deep breath before writing a name.
MK deposits her vote in the urn.
Nichelle taps her pen on the table.
Cody confidently writes down a name.
Shawn slowly writes a name.
Josee rolls her eyes when opening the urn.
Chet quickly writes a name down.
Raj frowns while opening the urn.
Staci shows no emotions when depositing her vote.

"If anyone has a hidden immunity idol and wants to play it, now would be the time to do."

Everyone looks on intently as Chris opens the urn.
"1st vote… Millie."
Millie doesn't react.
"2nd vote… Lightning. 1 vote Millie, 1 vote Lightning."
Lightning glares at Millie.
"3rd vote… Millie."
Millie gulps.
"4th vote… Millie. That's three votes Millie, one vote Lightning."
Millie squeezes her hands tight.
"5th vote… Millie."
Millie looks around at everyone else.
"6th vote… Millie. That's 5 votes Millie, 1 vote Lightning."
Millie looks sad.
"7th vote… Millie. That's 6 votes Millie, 1 vote Lightning."
Millie shakes her head.
"88th person voted out of Total Drama Ultimate and the first member of our jury… Millie. That's 7 and enough, you're out!"

No one says anything as Millie stands up. "Didn't expect that to be unanimous." Millie says while looking at Sammy who mouths an apology. Understanding that it wasn't personal, Millie nods. "I made it further than I thought I could at the start of this thing, so that's nice! Thanks to those who were kind to me, though I'm not going to thank some of you who were snakes on my team. Lightning and Chet, you two in particular can go soon. Good luck to the rest of you!"
With that, Millie makes her exit.

"Lightning is safe, and I have a feeling this secret alliance can really do some damage!" Tammy laughs. "It's nice going under everyone's noses after all the things that have been said and done behind my back, now the rest of them can get the feeling that I suffered this whole time!"

Sammy takes a deep breath. "Gwen. Jasmine. Zoey. Leshawna. Harold. Millie. I have lost ally after ally after ally, yet I've kept fighting this whole time. This won't be any different, I'll bounce back from this too! I am going to win this game even if no one truly has my back."

We cut to Chris alone at the campfire. "Millie is our first merge boot! Now just twelve contestants remain, and they'll get a nice surprise next episode! Want to know what that surprise is? The only way to find out is to keep watching Total Drama Ultimate!"

Millie- Fun fact: she was the only merger who wasn't planned for it in the original draft, so Millie fans, you got lucky here! I enjoyed writing for her a lot. From her paranoid arc in phase 1, to her overcoming the hate in phase 2, to her utter failure at challenges in phase 3, we got to see all of her sides. She had a sound idea in targeting Lightning, but her lack of connections did her in as Lightning had more people willing to bat for him. The Lightning stuff was her last story thread while everyone else still has things left to accomplish, so she had to be cut here.
