The sun was pretty high in the sky, and the vessel had been going for 10 minutes. They would arrive at Cleomoria in 5. Kasai had made his way to the kitchen, and was currently cooking up something. Harmony and Kiwi were talking more about Devil Fruits. "If you really can use this power, I gotta give you a warning. You need to get used to stretching before going super far. If you try, you'll get ripped up... real bad..." he had a look of trauma as he said that.
"Uhh... right. I'll stick to wax for now," she replied nervously. A pink haired bunny mink, sitting up in the crows nest was looking out for anything. She tried to fix up her messy hair, but a disturbance in the water took her attention. "Sir! We got movement off the port!" Adam's attention was drawn towards the ship's left, and there was a huge dragon-faced sea beast rising out looking at the vessel like a snack. "I-I thought the sea prism bottoms made them ignore us!" Dave cowered behind a crate. "It's the keel boy. Petrian!" Adam called.
The harpy, currently below deck, headed up as quick as he could. The sea beast was faster though, and lunged for a trainee trying to get to safety. Kiwi was about to step in to help, but Harmony threw up her hands, making a wax wall between them. The beast crashed against the steel-hard wax, but quickly recovered. It tried to attack Harmony this time, but coming up from below deck, Petrian used a beefy kick to its face to deter the chomp. It slithered back to the depths, and Adam did a head count. Harmony dusted off her hands and put her hands on her hips proudly. "Why'd you do that..?" he asked her quietly. "Whaddya mean?" she responded. "I know what you aspire to be... why help the enemy?" She responded with a smile. "I ain't gonna be vile. I'm gonna be a hero pirate." He looked surprised.
Kasai came out in a panic. "What happened!?" A just explained the situation, and he looked over at Harmony and Kiwi. He went back in, returning outside with three plates of some fancy food. A juicy steak from a cow-beast cooked perfectly to medium rare, with various garnishes decorating the plate. Harmony and Kiwi's mouths both started watering just smelling it coming. There were no words exchanged, Kasai handed them the plates, they said thank you, and devoured the meal. "Holy craaaaap! This is the best food I've ate in my whole life!" Harmony exclaimed. Kiwi, mouth full of food, nodded in agreement. He sheepishly giggled from all the praise.
"Say, Kasai? Where are you gonna go?" He seemed surprised by the question. "Well... I'm looking for an adventure, one I can tell to everyone back home. So I don't know..." he scratched the back of his head. She bopped her fist into her palm, and bluntly went "Say, why not join my crew?" He just looked dumbfounded. "Really? Me?" She nodded, but he looked away. "If you're leaving your home to be a pirate, I should know why. Why should I join up with you." He stared Harmony down, straight in the eyes. "What is your dream?" She laughed a little, and looked up at Kasai, and her eyes spoke only the truth. "I wanna be the first person to catalog every single Devil Fruits." He looked confused, but just chuckled in response. "Screw it, you're not a bad person at all. I'm in." He goes for a fist bump, and both of them pitch in. Kiwi, a determined look in his face, said without a trace of fear, "I'm coming with you. I wanna get home with you guys." Kasai was about to deny, but seeing his eyes changed his mind. Harmony agreed.
Once they made it to Cleomoria, Kasai was the first to get off. Once he was out of sight, he returned in his wyvern form, letting out a roar. Drawing the attention of the marines, Harmony used the distraction to sneak Julio and Minx out from the brig, and got them outside. Once this was complete, Kasai flew off to escape, narrowly dodging a Petrian kick. Adam looked on edge with how much shit kept happening. "Ok! Bye Princess! Later!" He practically forced the vessel to leave, and in the rush didn't realize Kiwi nor the prisoners were on bored. Petrian was first to notice the prisoners were gone, but due to something he believed about the princess, he kept quiet.
"Ok princess, what's the plan from here?" Minx asked. Harmony responded, "First, you two up to join my crew?" They looked at each other, and smiled, clearly reaching the same answer. "Hell yea, I'm down," Julio loaded his gun. Minx shot a thumbs up. "I second that. You have my daggers m'lady." She patted his head, smiling softly at him. "Captain or Harmony is just fine." He nodded, and snapped his fingers. "So Captain Harmony, what is the plan?" She smirked. "We're gonna steal a ship from my dad."
