When Nakama landed, the impact nearly flung Minx off the ship. Kiwi was quick and stretched out to catch him, and this caught Genkai's attention. "Wait, I thought Harmony had the Gum Gum Fruit." Kiwi shook his head, "No, her's was something else, mine is the gum one." He nodded, smiling at Kiwi, "Got it." Kiwi just smiled back, Minx patting his head for saving him. Harmony suddenly fell onto her back, and Julio ran over. "Aw crap, cap you've been moving too much. We should find a doctor once we get to Cooktopia." Harmony shakily gave him a thumbs up. "A-agreed..."
The night time arrived. This early part in the Grand Line was one of the only safe spots from the rampant storms, due to how close Cooktopia was to the mountain. The island was hard to see in the night, the light from the shattered moon in the sky barely illuminating the ocean's surface, but it's dock had a lit lantern to show that one was open. They docked Nakama, watching as it does some mechanical thing to put the light out as they docked. Everyone got off, Julio carrying the unconscious Harmony over his shoulder as they entered the main inn. "Hey, you guys got any doctors?" Kasai asked the front desk.
The lady stood upon seeing Harmony, her seafoam-green hair swaying from just how fast she moved. "Get her back here," she said as she opened the door. Once they were in, the lady closed the door and shutters and layed Harmony on a table. "One, I'm Velur, two, don't talk for a second." She made a movement with her hand, and a light-blue transparent dome surrounded her and Harmony. While no one understood what this was, they left her to it. She seemed to move seemlessly, her hands expertly moving and reattaching Harmony's wounds together. The dome dropped, and she wiped her forehead. "You guys were lucky. Any longer and she might've been dead."
"Wait what!?" Minx exclaimed. Velur explained, "Yep. Broke rib was close to tearing right through her heart. Good thing you got to me first." Kiwi hugged Harmony's face, waking her up. "Huh? What happened?" Velur turned to her, "Fixed ya. Stay in a room long as you like. On the house." She opened the shutters and the door, smiling and waving as the crew all chose rooms. The three guests had their own, and the main crew just all slept in the same room, letting Kiwi have the bed with everyone else on the floor. It wasn't that uncomfortable though.
Julio couldn't sleep. He snuck out quietly and headed outside. Trying not to wake anyone up, he closed the front door as quietly as he could, and headed out into town, towards the docks. He pulled some rolled up paper and a small flint, and was about to light it before a voice caught his attention. "No sir, I believe the kid is the one who ate the Gum Gum." Genkai was talking to someone. Julio hid behind the corner, just listening in. "The pirates shouldn't be an issue." Harmony sat up, looking around. She saw the bed empty and noticed Julio was gone. She woke up the rest of the crew, and Kasai immediately started heading outside to find Kiwi.
The inn entrance suddenly exploded, throwing Kasai back and putting everyone on alert. The explosion almost made Julio run back, but then decided to peak out from the corner trying to see what was going on first. Genkai was on a marine speed boat, Traphi in the drivers seat and Lapis was holding an unconscious Kiwi by the tail. He nearly stepped in to stop them, but then Julio heard the most terrifying voice coming from the fourth person, or actually a transponder snail. It was as dark as the darkness itself, and its words sent chills down his back. "Just bring the Gum Gum boy to me. I'll kill him myself."
