He didn't evaluate the gate by a standard of someone else, that S rank gate was too easy for him, so he just evaluated the whole gate rank with the monster that he fought and he was disappointed, on that gate the only thing those monsters had was just numbers and boss monster just some big flashy moves and getting big but nothing that even tried to threaten his life.
He would have cleared that gate much and much more faster but he was just playingâ yes he was playing with those monsters, and seeing the strength of those monsters he unconsciously just evaluated that gate rank to be an E-D rank gate.

"What do you mean by asking me that question? Wasn't that because the only thing that dungeon had was just numbers and no strong monsters. Or wasn't that an E rank gate but lower or higher." Madara answered and then asked Go Gunhee, "Which one?"
"Before I answered that. May I ask? Did you go all out in that dungeon or were you hiding your power?"
"Why would I go all out on some pathetic and filthy monsters? And for hiding my power, was there any need for using any more than needed, and to be honest. Maybe I went overkill there."
"So, Which one?" Madara asked again after answering him.
"Hmmâ whatâ noâ the right way to say this isâ hmmâ how should I say this?" Seeing Go Gunhee's response as he was unable to mutter the right words for Madara, Woo Jinchul stepped forward to answer on behalf of Go Gunhee.
Go Gunhee didn't stopped Woo Jinchul to anything, so of course he answered Madara query.

"Madara is enough, no need for formalities."

"I accept it! if you truly mean what you said." Madara interrupted Go Gunhee and simply gave his answer. He doesn't like to go roundabout for just one thing, so he simply gave his answer.
Accepting or not, was not part of his concern, from the way he offered the Korean citizen membership on the very first meeting, he already made his deductions that the way he cleared the highest rank gate while being holding back any other country will jump in to take himâ especially japan. For Go gunhee getting a S Rank hunter or supposed to be a new national rank hunter in his country with such ease was nothing but was like a sweet dream to him.
He will not mess this up no matter what even though he wasn't the type to mess something up and think rationally, but in this his joy was something to behold, so he will double check the contract himself.

It was just not a happy emotion that he would feel just because a powerful individual joined the country and maybe himâ by offering this he was taking a double edge blade in his country, but the question he asked about joining Korea was just so that he could get some reaction and questions from it.

These things should be done faster and discreetly as soon as possible before any other country could even get any info.
"That isn't that much of a problem, you could get it after an hour or tomorrow morning if you prefer. We just want your picture to proceed as soon as possible if you don't have any problem with it." Go Gunhee assured Madara as much as he can, they just want a picture of him so they can proceed with it for his identification.
"Sure! Why would I have any problem with it, though I think I would need some clothes first for a picture to be taken, unless you don't have a problem with this one." Madara gestured towards his crimson armour.
At this come forward Woo Jinchul and answer, "Madara, the clothes are already prepared at your request at the entrance and it is read at the reception, if you want you can change immediately in a changing room."

And have the Identification and hunter licence too ready like this as fast as you can. And I suppose I have to sign some contract or something to get citizenship here? Am I right?"

Go Gunhee yet surprised again, if it was any another powerful person he would have find it offending that the association is gathering any infringement they can get on him without any permission which could also be considered as a breach of privacy, yet here Madara spoke like he didn't care and didn't have any problem with it waiting till morning for it to complete.
Though Go Gunhe will not find anything even if he searches for a whole year or his whole life, other than maybe some person with the same first name or something, other than those he will be just wasting his time by finding something related to him.
"It will be alright if you have agreed to sign it now or in the morning, though if you want to sign it now, the contract will be here in just a few minutes."
