New 'Students'
The next morning, Lincoln and his sisters, along with Nemona, Arven, and Penny, all head to the cafeteria to have some breakfast.
"What do you all want to do today?" asked Lincoln.
"I wanna stick around here and learn more about Pokemon." said Lana.
"Me, too." said Lucy.
"Ms. Dendra wants my help working on a new cardio workout." said Lynn. "She got some forty pound wrist and ankle bands she wants to try out."
"Arven's trying some new no fat recipes that he wants my help with." said Leni as she looks at Arven with adoration, making him blush.
"I guess we can head for South Province Area Three tomorrow then." said Lincoln.
"Okay." said Clyde.
After everyone eats, they all head for the entrance hall to hang out before class starts.
Meanwhile, outside in front of Naranja Academy, Coral and Sidian, dressed in academy uniforms, were heading towards the main doors.
"Try not to stand out too much." Sidian says to his associate.
"Well, it's not like I'd be able to help it if I do." said Coral. " Little Coral's just a natural cutie."
"Just don't draw too much attention, and remember your mission." said Sidian.
"Don't worry, I'll be a hundred percent focused on it." said Coral.
"Why do I have a feeling you won't." said Sidian.
Back in the entrance hall of Naranja Academy, Lincoln, along with his friends and sisters were making small talk when suddenly, the front doors burst open, drawing their attention.
"Hi!" shouts Coral. "We're here!"
"I told you not to draw attention." Sidian whispered to Coral.
"Oops." said Coral as she looks away with a coy smile. Director Clavell, who was also in the entrance hall, walks over to them.
"Pardon me." Director Clavell says to Sidian and Coral. "I'm going to have to ask you to keep your voice down; students here are trying to study."
"Sorry." said Coral.
"I haven't seen you two before." said Director Clavell. "Are you two new here?"
"Uh, yes." said Sidian. "My name is Sidi... uh, Sid; and this is Cor...uh... Corn." Coral breaks out into laughter at Sidian's attempt at a fake name for her.
"Oh, Sid; you're such a kidder." said Coral. Director Clavell pulls out his Rotom Phone and starts looking through it.
"I don't see your names on file." said Director Clavell as he looks at Sidian and Coral with suspicion.
"They are students." a voice says from nearby, drawing Director Clavell's attention to a woman with dark skin, long black hair, wearing a beige outfit, consisting of a jacket with long sleeves over a white dress shirt, long skirt, and black high-heeled shoes, walking over to him.
"Are you sure?" Director Clavell asked the woman.
"Yes; there must be a problem with the school's database. I will look into it." said the woman.
"Very well, Ms. Agepan." said Director Clavell. Sidian and Coral let out a sigh of relief at their covers not being blown. Meanwhile, Lincoln was looking at Coral with a look of shock.
"What's with you, Lincoln?" asked Nemona.
"That girl." Lincoln said as he points at Coral.
"Do you like her?" asked Lynn with a grin, making Lincoln blush, and Nemona frown.
"N-No." said Lincoln. "That's the girl that was after Iono last week." His friends and family were surprised by this revelation.
"Are you sure?" asked Lana.
"Same skin tone, same hair color; that's definitely her." said Lincoln.
"What do we do?" asked Clyde.
"Let's wait and see what happens." said Lincoln. "I don't want to start any trouble."
As Coral looks around the entrance hall, her eyes widen as they lock on Lincoln who was looking back at her.
"Cutie!" shouts Coral as she runs over to Lincoln and hugs him, making him blush, his sisters giggle, and Nemona growl a little.
"Do you two know each other?" asked Director Clavell.
"N-No, but I seen him in Iono's videos of him and his friend in the Kitakami region." said Coral as she nuzzles Lincoln's cheek.
"I see." said Director Clavell. Sidian walks over to Coral and pulls her off Lincoln, much to her anger, and Lincoln and Nemona's reliefs.
"I told you not to draw attention to yourself." said Sidian before he looks at Lincoln. "Sorry about my friend here."
"Did you know your friend went after Iono in Levincia last week?" Lincoln asked Sidian, making his eyes widen.
"What?" asked Sidian as he glares at Coral who looks away.
"How did you know it was me?" Coral asked Lincoln.
"Hard to forget someone like you." said Lincoln.
"Oh, you're so sweet to say that." said Coral as she hugs Lincoln.
"Would you let go of him?!" asked Nemona, making Coral glare at her.
"Bad enough that Iono girl was getting between me and my Linky; I don't need you doing the same." said Coral.
"Just stay away from him." said Nemona as she wraps her arms around Lincoln, making him blush, and his sisters giggle.
"We should start heading for class." Lincoln says to his family and friends.
"Good idea." said Nemona, wanting Lincoln away from Coral.
'Class, eh?' Coral thinks to herself before walking off somewhere with Sidian following after her.
"Coral." Sidian calls out to his associate.
"Yeah?" Coral replied.
"What's this about you going after that Iono girl last week?" asked Sidian. "You said you were looking for the girl with the pendant."
"Okay, so maybe I made a stop by Levincia to have a little fun with her." said Coral.
"Your disregard to your responsiblities as a member of the Explorers is a threat to our organization." said Sidian.
"Whatever; Coral does what Coral wants." said Coral.
"Just focus on why you're here." said Sidian.
"I will." said Coral. "I just need to talk to Chalce about something." She goes off somewhere.
"Why do I get paired up with her?" Sidian asked himself before he goes off somewhere.
Meanwhile, Coral goes over to the woman known as Ms. Agepan, who was looking at her Rotom Phone, getting her attention.
"You're reckless, Coral." said Ms. Agepan.
"Yeah, yeah." said Coral. "Hey, Chalce; you can alter stuff in the school's database, right?"
"Yes I can." said Ms Agepan, who apparently is known to Coral as Chalce.
"Could you do something for me regarding my classes?" asked Coral.
"Why?" asked Chalce.
"To... uh... help with my mission." said Coral.
"Very well." said Chalce. "What classes do you want?"
"Could you look into a student named Lincoln and see what his class schedule is?" asked Coral with a look of delight on her face, and a look of suspicion on Chalce's.
In Lincoln's first class, History, he was sitting at his desk next to Clyde, with his teacher, a woman with dark skin, purple hair, wearing a blue-collared shirt , blue jeans, brown belt and shoes, standing at her podium.
"Good morning, class." said the teacher.
"Good morning, Ms Raifort." the class replied.
"Today, we will be going over the part of Paldea called Area Zero." said the teacher now identified as Ms. Raifort. Before the lesson can begin, the classroom door opens, and Coral walks inside.
"Hi, everybody!" Coral says before she looks around and sees Lincoln, giving him a wink.
"Can I help you?" Ms. Raifort asked Coral.
"I'm one of your new students." said Coral before she hands a slip of paper to Ms. Raifort who looks it over.
"Okay then; pick an open seat for yourself and we can begin today's lesson." said Ms. Raifort.
"Goodie." said Coral. She sees an open desk across from Lincoln and sits down at it, but not before she strokes Lincoln's neck, making him blush, and Nemona, who was in the same class, frown at her.
As the History class goes on, Lincoln was doing his best to focus on the lesson, trying to ignore the fact that Coral was staring at him the entire time. Soon, the end of class bell rings, prompting Lincoln, Clyde, Nemona, as well as Penny, leave the classroom.
"I can't believe that Coral girl was in the same class as us." said Nemona.
"At least it's just that class." said Clyde.
"Wouldn't be too sure about that." Coral's voice says from behind the four, making them look to see Coral, walking over to them and wrapping her arms around Lincoln.
"What do you want?" asked Nemona as she glares at Coral.
"Just going to my next class." said Coral.
"Which class is that?" asked Clyde.
"Languages." said Coral.
"That's my next class!" said Lincoln with shock.
"I got myself put in ALL your classes with you, cutie." said Coral as she nuzzles Lincoln's cheek.
"WHAT?!" replied Lincoln, Clyde, and Nemona.
"Looks like I'll be seeing plenty of you, cutie." said Coral before she grabs Lincoln's arm and starts pulling him towards their next class.
"We gotta do something about this!" said Nemona.
"Let's talk to Lincoln's sisters quickly." said Clyde.
Ten minutes later, in the Schoolyard; Lincoln's sisters, Clyde, Nemona, Arven, and Penny, were talking about Lincoln's little 'situation'.
"What are we gonna do about that Coral girl?" asked Arven.
"She's crazy about bro." said Lynn as she was doing sit-ups.
"Lincoln needs help." said Nemona. Clyde thinks for a minute before he pulls his Rotom Phone out of his pocket and dials a number.
"Who are you calling?" asked Penny.
"You'll see." said Clyde. A few seconds later, Iono's face appears on his Rotom Phone screen.
"Hello, 'ello, hola!" said Iono.
"Ciao and bonjour, Iono." Clyde replied.
"Hey, Clyde." said Iono. "How's my cutie doing?"
"He's in a bit of a... situation." said Clyde with worry.
"Is he okay?!" asked Iono with concern.
"So far." said Lucy.
"What's that problem?" asked Iono.
"Well..." said Clyde before he tells Iono about Coral.
A minute later in Levincia, some of Iono's fans were hanging out near her apartment building before...
"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!" Iono's voice shouts out, startling the people outside her door.
At Naranja Academy, it was soon time for Lincoln's last class of the day: Home Economics. His teacher was a large, muscular man with black hair with a lock of it hanging over his face, wearing a pink, button-up shirt with pale yellow pinstripes, purple suspenders and apron, brownish purple pants, and grayish-blue shoes; his name is Mr. Saguaro.
"Good morning, class." said Mr. Saguaro.
"Good morning, Mr. Saguaro." the class replied.
"Today, we'll be working with desserts." said Mr. Saguaro, much to the delight of the younger students.
"Oh boy!" said a young boy.
"I don't need a dessert." said Coral. "My cutie is enough of a sweetie for me." Lincoln blushes as Coral hooks one of her arms around one of his.
The class begins, with everyone making a large variety of cakes and pies, which are placed on one of the classroom's counters.
"You are doing very well, class." said Mr. Saguaro. "Especially Lincoln; you are very skilled with cooking."
"My dad taught me a thing or two." said Lincoln.
"My cutie is so talented." said Coral as she wraps her arms around Lincoln in a hug. Before the class can continue, the sound of knocking was heard from the classroom door.
"That reminds me." said Mr. Saguaro as he walks over to the door. "We have a special guest celebrity sous chef who just volunteered to help with today's class.
"A celebrity?" replied a student.
"Who is it?" asked another student. Mr. Saguaro opens the classroom door and looks out into the hall before waving someone in.
"Ladies and gentlemen; are you ready?" a voice that the students, especially Lincoln, recognized; everyone watches as Iono enters the classroom with her Rotom Phone hovering around her.
"It's Iono!" said a student while some looked at Lincoln with grins on their faces.
"Caught in my Electroweb, your eyes are mine. Whosawhatsit? It's me, Iono! Hello, hola, bonjour! And now... it's time for... The Iono Zone!" said Iono.
'Thank goodness.' Lincoln thinks to himself.
"What's she doing here?" asked Coral as she wraps her arms around Lincoln, getting Iono's attention, making her scowl at her.
"I am live at Naranja Academy where I'll be demonstrating with Mr. Saguaro how to make a delicious chocolate cake!" said Iono. She then walks over to Lincoln and pulls her out of Coral's grasp. "And I'm gonna have my cutie here assist me!"
"Hey! I was cuddling him!" said Coral.
"Only one who gets to cuddle him is me!" said Iono as she wraps her arms around Lincoln, making him blush.
"Perhaps young Corn would like to help with the demonstration?" asked Mr. Saguaro.
"Corn?" Iono replied.
"Yep, my name is Corn, and definitely not the girl who went after you last week." said Coral with a big grin while glaring at Iono who glares back at her.
"Let us begin." said Mr. Saguaro. The class watches at Lincoln, Iono, and Coral, all got to work on the cake batter, going all over the steps for them, and Iono's livestream audience.
"Now let us grease the pan while we preheat the oven." said Mr. Saguaro. Iono glares at Coral as she puts a thin layer of butter all over the inside of a cake pan.
"You're doing great, Iono." said Lincoln.
"Thanks, cutie." Iono says to Lincoln while she smirks at Coral who had a wicked grin form on her face as an idea enters her head.
"Yeah, but you missed a spot." said Coral.
"Where?" asked Iono with a look of suspicion on her face.
"Right there." said Coral as she points at a spot in the cake pan.
"I don't see it." said Iono.
"Take a closer look." said Coral. Iono, with a look of distrust, bends closer to the cake pan to inspect her work; then without warning, Coral grabs the bowl of cake batter, and dumps the contents on Iono's head, shocking everyone.
"Hey!" shouts Iono as cake batter drips down her hair.
"Oops, it slipped." said Coral with a coy smile as she looks away.
"That wasn't very nice, young lady." said Mr. Saguaro. "And you ruined the lesson."
"I'm sorry." said Coral as she looks away without any regret on her face. Iono looks around and sees the completed cakes and pies; she grabs a chocoloate cream pie and sets it on the counter in front of Coral.
"Who could tell me what's wrong with this pie?" asked Iono.
"There's nothing wrong with it, Iono." said Mr. Saguaro.
"It may look okay, but there's something in it that shouldn't be there." said Iono.
"What?" asked Coral as she looks at the pie, only for Iono to grab the back of her head and slams it, face first, into the dessert.
"YOUR FACE!" shouts Iono. Coral wipes the chocolate cream off her face before she walks over to the counter, grabs a cake with chocolate fudge on it, and rams it into Iono's face.
"How'd you like that?!" asked Coral. Iono growls as she runs over, grabs another pie, and slams it onto Coral's head.
"Not as much as I liked that." said Iono.
"Ladies, that's enough!" said Mr. Saguaro.
"Stay out of this!" shouted Coral and Iono, making Mr. Saguaro recoil. Coral and Iono ran over to the remaining desserts, and a food fight ensues, followed by them wrestling on the floor.
"Lincoln, shouldn't you do something about this?!" Clyde asked his best friend.
"Personal experience has taught me that if two girls are fighting, guys should just stay out of it." said Lincoln as he remembered past sister fights.
Twenty minutes later, Sidian, and a frosting-covered Coral, were exiting the academy.
"I can't believe you did that." said Sidian.
"Iono started it!" said Coral.
"Now I have to do the mission myself." said Sidian.
"Yeah, yeah." said Coral. "I'm still gonna stick around for a bit."
"Just don't cause anymore trouble." said Sidian.
Back inside the Home Ec room, Lincoln was helping clean up the mess the food fight made.
"You don't have to do this, Lincoln." said Lucy.
"That Coral girl started it." said Clyde.
"Yeah, but I feel like that I'm the reason that she and Iono were fighting." said Lincoln. "And besides, that Coral girl left."
"That's good news at least." said Iono as she was tries getting cake batter out of her hair.
"You okay, Iono?" asked Penny.
"I could use a shower." said Iono.
"After I finish cleaning up here, I'll let you into my room so you can use mine." said Lincoln.
"Really?" asked Iono.
"Sure." said Lincoln.
"Thanks, cutie." said Iono as she bends over and kisses Lincoln on the cheek, making his sisters giggle, and Nemona frown.
After Lincoln finished cleaning up, he brings Iono to his room and lets her in; once he does, he directs her to his bathroom.
"Thanks, cutie." said Iono.
"No problem." said Lincoln. Iono suddenly kisses Lincoln right on his lips, making him blush.
"That got the frosting off my lips." said Iono after breaking the kiss; she then steps into the bathroom and shuts the door.
As Iono showers, Lincoln sat on his bed and waited for a bit; fifteen minutes later, he hears the bathroom door open.
"Thanks, Linky." Iono's voice says from around the corner of Lincoln's room.
"You're welcome, Io..." Lincoln starts to say as he goes to see the livestreamer, only to stop to see her not wearing her jacket, but wearing a short gray dress over black shorts, along with her long silver stocking on her right leg, and her silver boots with a yellow screw on each foot.
"You okay, cutie?" asked Iono.
"Bah... Bah... Bah." said Lincoln before he shakes his head to bring himself back to his senses, making Iono chuckle.
"Stunning?" asked Iono.
"Like a ten-million-volt Thunder attack." said Lincoln with a blush. Iono smirks as she walks over to Lincoln while swaying her hips; when she reaches him, she wraps her arms tightly around Lincoln.
"Here's something more stunning." said Iono before she starts kissing Lincoln on the lips, making his face turn red, and steam come out his ears.
In other parts of the academy, and at the Loud house, Lincoln's sisters tremble with delight before squealing.
"Iono's definitely doing something with Lincoln." said Lucy.
"Totes!" said Leni. Meanwhile; Nemona, Carmine, and Coral were growling, making people near them nervous.
Five minutes later, Iono comes out of Lincoln's room with him following after her.
"Thanks again, cutie." said Iono.
"Y-You're welcome, Iono." said Lincoln. "And I'll return your jacket once I get the frosting and stuff cleaned off for you."
"You're so sweet." said Iono. "I'll see you in Levincia once you do." Iono then exits the academy and has the Flying Taxi bring her back to Levincia.
Ten minutes later, Lincoln was lying on his bed, thinking about Iono when someone knocks on his door; he gets up and opens it, revealing Leni, Lynn, Lucy, Lana, Nemona, Arven, and Penny.
"What went on in here with you and Iono?!" asked Leni with a big smile.
"Did you two kiss?" asked Lana.
"Tell us everything!" said Lynn. Lincoln sighed before he tells them about Iono kissing him on his bed, making his sisters squeal with delight, and Nemona scowl.
"Today was interesting." said Arven.
"Let's let Lincoln chill for a while." said Lynn.
"Totes." said Leni. "Arven and I are going to do some shopping."
"Let's go then." said Arven as he grabs Leni's hand, making them both blush.
"Penny and I are gonna do some studying." said Clyde, making Penny blush.
"I'm gonna go do some workouts with Ms. Dendra." said Lynn
"See ya later, Lincoln." said Lana before she, Leni, Lynn, Lucy, Arven, and Penny all head down the hallway; Lincoln sees Nemona still there looking at him.
"What's up, Nemona?" asked Lincoln before Nemona puts her hands on his face and kisses him on the lips, making Lincoln's face turn red; a few seconds later, the kiss ends.
"I'm not gonna lose you to Iono, Carmine, or Coral." said Nemona as she hugs Lincoln while resting her head on his shoulders and strokes the back of his head, making his blush intensify. She soon releases Lincoln and heads down the hallway while looking back and winking at him.
"Rusty would definitely be jealous of me." said Lincoln as his blush slowly starts to fade.
Today was an interersting day for Lincoln at Naranja Academy. What else will happen to the Louds as their Paldea adventures continues?
