The morning light gently illuminated the tent, waking Harry from a restless sleep. He sat up, his body feeling strange—almost too strong, too flexible. As he rubbed his eyes, he realized something was off. Every movement felt too easy, too fluid, like his body had become something else overnight. He glanced down at his hands, flexing them, feeling the power coursing through his muscles. This wasn't normal.

Beside him, Hela stirred. She opened her eyes, noticing immediately that Harry seemed distant, his face lined with concern. "What's wrong?" she asked, sitting up.

Harry hesitated for a moment. "I... think something happened to me."

Hela's brow furrowed, and she sat up straighter, fully alert now. "What do you mean?"

Harry took a deep breath. "Yesterday, at the lab... when we were with that boy, Peter, and I was taking pictures... I felt something bite me."

"A bite?" Hela asked, her eyes narrowing.

"Yeah, a spider bit me. I didn't think much of it at the time, but now..." He looked down at his hands again, flexing them as he continued. "I think it did something to me. I feel... stronger. I can see and hear things way more clearly than before. I even smell things differently, like I can sense the air around me." He reached for the iron bar he used to work out and, without much effort, bent it in half. "This shouldn't be possible."

Hela stared at him for a moment, processing his words. Her expression shifted from concern to something more thoughtful. "A spider, you say?"

Harry nodded. "Yeah. What's going on? Do you know anything about this?"

Hela crossed her arms, her face becoming more serious. "I think I've seen something like this before," she said, her voice measured. "A long time ago, when we were traveling through the multiverse. I kept an eye on Thor and Loki whenever I could, and in one of those universes, there was a boy who fought beside Thor. He had powers that came from a spider bite. He called himself Spider-Man."

"Spider-Man?" Harry repeated, confused.

"Yes," Hela said, her tone thoughtful. "He had incredible strength, agility, and could stick to walls. He even had these strange, thorn-like appendages on his back, could shoot webs from his wrists. It sounds similar to what you're experiencing now."

Harry frowned, shaking his head. "I didn't want this. I came here to live without any powers, to be normal. And now..."

Hela stepped closer, her eyes locking with his. "You've never been normal, Harry. Neither of us are. But this—this could be useful. You don't have to fight it. You just need to control it."

Harry sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "I don't want to become some spider-powered guy. I wanted to live a quiet life here."

Hela smirked slightly. "You think fate cares about that? You've always been meant for something greater, even if you're in another dimension. Besides," she added, "I've seen you face worse challenges than this. You'll figure it out."

Harry smiled despite himself, though the weight of what was happening still pressed on him. "I guess I'll have to learn how to manage this. But I'm definitely not growing any extra limbs."

Hela chuckled, giving him a reassuring pat on the shoulder. "Good. I prefer you just the way you are. But if you do grow extra limbs, I'm sure we can figure something out."

Harry shook his head, still trying to make sense of the spider bite and the changes it had caused. This wasn't part of the plan. But like every other twist in his life, he'd have to face it head-on. He just hoped this new chapter wouldn't throw him too far off the path he'd chosen.

Harry quickly realized that controlling his newfound strength was going to be a challenge, even for someone as experienced as him. All his life, he had mastered his powers—powers that, while great, were under his control after years of training. But now, everything was different. Everything he touched seemed to shatter or explode. He couldn't even crack an egg without turning it into a mess.

Frustration built up in him, but he knew how to deal with it. After all, he had gone through this before—when he first trained with Hela, she had struggled to master her raw power. And just like back then, he now needed to adapt to these new abilities and learn to live among normal people without raising suspicion.

The first thing Harry did was start retraining his body, practiced controlling his power levels, something that he had taught Hela long ago. It took time, but soon he regained a level of control. He was able to handle objects without crushing them, and he could move at a normal speed without breaking things in his path. It wasn't perfect, but it was a start. And more importantly, he needed to make sure no one at school would find anything odd about him.

As Harry practiced, he also tested out the strange abilities that had come with the spider bite. Hela had mentioned the possibility of shooting webs, and though it seemed ridiculous at first, Harry found himself curious. He tried focusing on his wrists, and sure enough, a thin, sticky thread shot out from his skin. It wasn't easy to control at first, but with time, he started getting the hang of it. Climbing walls was another new ability that fascinated him. He had never needed powers like these before, but the more he used them, the more he realized how easily they could blend into his life as an ordinary student.

It wasn't long before Harry connected the dots. The boy at the lab—Peter—was supposed to be this world's Spider-Man. Harry was sure of it. The pieces fit too well. But now, Harry had inadvertently taken that future away from him. The bite that should have given Peter his powers had been transferred to Harry, leaving the boy to live a normal life, while Harry became this world's Spider-Man.

Harry wasn't sure how he felt about it. Part of him regretted getting in the way of Peter's destiny, but another part of him knew that he was better equipped to handle the power. He'd been training for lifetimes, while Peter was just a kid. Maybe it was for the best.

Still, Harry couldn't help but feel a strange sense of responsibility. He had taken on this new role, but it wasn't one he had ever planned for. Living without powers was supposed to be a fresh start. Now, fate had thrown him right back into the world of heroes, and he'd have to find a way to navigate it all while keeping Hela and himself safe.

As he continued to train, Harry resolved to stay in control of his new powers and keep a low profile. No one at school needed to know what he could do, and Peter certainly didn't need to find out what he had lost. Harry would handle this the same way he handled everything—by mastering it.

Harry had already made up his mind to use his newfound powers for good. He couldn't sit idly by when he had the potential to make a difference. Helping people felt natural to him—something he had always done in one way or another. And now, with the abilities of Spider-Man coursing through him, he saw a new opportunity to step into the role of a hero.

Hela, of course, was supportive. But she wasn't content with just sitting on the sidelines while Harry fought criminals or tackled dangerous situations. She wanted to be by his side, and Harry knew she could handle herself in battle—she was Hela, after all. But the problem was, only Harry had received the physical enhancements from the spider bite. He was faster, stronger, and more agile, and though Hela was a powerful warrior, she didn't have those previous enhancement on her new body.

However, Harry had a solution in mind. If he really wanted to, he could recreate some of the serums and technologies he'd developed over the years, ones that could enhance Hela or even transfer some of his own spider-like abilities to her. But that would require resources and equipment he currently didn't have access to. Still, Hela wouldn't be left behind. One of their enchanted weapons—a sword Harry had forged himself—had magical properties that could give Hela the extra strength and agility she needed to keep up. The sword, Excalibur, had been built with enhancements that rivaled any physical power-up Harry could imagine.

Now that they were both ready for action, the next step was to create secret identities. If they were going to fight crime, they needed to protect themselves from anyone recognizing them, especially from their schoolmates or anyone who could connect their real lives to their heroic acts. Harry began thinking about the original Spider-Man, remembering what Hela had mentioned earlier about a Spider-Man she had seen fighting beside Thor in another dimension.

Hela had a good memory, and with her sharp recall, she quickly sketched an image of the Spider-Man she had seen. The drawing showed a figure that was different from what Harry had imagined—a more formidable version of Spider-Man, with four spider legs like appendages coming out from his back. It gave him a more fearsome and intimidating appearance, something that Harry found intriguing.

Harry studied the drawing, and an idea formed in his mind. He didn't have to copy the Spider-Man from this world exactly—he could create his own unique version, one that combined elements from Hela's memory and his own style. This Spider-Man wouldn't just be a masked hero; he would be a figure who could strike fear into the hearts of criminals.

Harry had always been meticulous when it came to designing his gear, and this time was no different. While he was a Gryffindor at heart, he knew that the bold red and gold colors from his past wouldn't work for the persona he wanted to create. He needed something that would strike fear into his enemies, something darker, more mysterious. His design for the suit reflected that. It was entirely black, with a large spider emblem that stretched across his chest and back, glowing fluorescent yellow. The eyes of the mask had the same glowing effect, giving him an eerie, almost supernatural appearance. To top it off, he added spider-like appendages protruding from his back, making him look even more menacing—like a predator waiting to strike.

Hela, of course, had her own sense of style. Her costume was sleek, tactical, and dangerous-looking. She designed it to enhance her combat abilities while maintaining a regal yet fierce presence. Her look was all black as well, matching Harry's, but with sharp silver details that hinted at her Asgardian roots. The sword Excalibur would be her signature weapon, and she planned to make sure no one would forget the sight of her in battle.

But designing the suits was only the beginning. Harry knew that the materials they needed to make these suits a reality would be expensive. They couldn't just use any fabric; the suits had to be durable, flexible, and enhanced with technology to withstand the battles they would face. They needed to be able to protect them while giving them the freedom to move quickly and silently.

Fortunately, money wasn't an issue. Before leaving their world, Harry had taken a large stash of gold from their vault in the Dark Dimension. Though he hadn't wanted to rely on wealth from his past, it was the easiest way to get the resources they needed now. The gold was more than enough to cover their expenses, and Harry had no qualms about selling a good portion of it in exchange for high-quality materials.

They carefully sold off enough gold to purchase advanced tech, specialized fabrics, and the equipment needed to build their suits. It took some time to gather everything, but they knew it would be worth it. With the right materials, Harry would be able to construct a suit that could handle his newfound strength and agility while allowing him to blend into the shadows. Hela's suit would give her the agility she needed in combat, coupled with the magical enhancements of Excalibur.

As they worked together, designing and crafting their gear, Harry couldn't help but feel a renewed sense of purpose. He hadn't planned on becoming a hero in this dimension, but fate had given him new powers, and with Hela by his side, he was ready to take on whatever came next. Their suits would be a symbol of the danger they posed to anyone who threatened the innocent. And with their new identities, they were ready to make their mark on this world.
