So this fanfic has really been a great little diversion while dealing with the stress of the LA Wildfires I should be fine but kind of have been wanting avoid certain heavy stories like the Gryphons Arc until things are more safe again also I did realize Bimbette losing her French accent is funny when in a previous accent Glass Joe just couldn't drop his Quebec accent despite how much he wanted to because of the bullying from his classmates well as the review pointed out some do and some don't I think I had been influenced by a Podcast I had been listening to a few weeks ago talking about certain famous people having their accent change and one of the people on the podcast mentioned like I think their cousin went to Australia for a month and came back with an accent

Bimbette sighed she realized things were different now...She couldn't just keep secrets from Little Mac like she did when she was a fawn...She would have to tell him at least some of the truth…

"I was...Mutated as part of an experiment in developing psychic powers…" She sighed "...The intent was to use animals for testing the serums to see if they were safe before moving on to developing psychic powers in humans."
"That explains it…" Little Mac said as he quietly looked at his right index finger thinking about one particular memory.

"When you first met me…" Bimbette said "...I had just ran away from the scientist who had mutated me and raised me...He had taken me to New York because there was a super secret science convention for what you might think are the...Mad Scientists...The super secret stuff they can't reveal to the public just yet because they know the public will not except it yet...Well I slipped away from him when it was convenient and his myself in some trash being taken out…"
Meanwhile in a nearby hospital Dana was having another ultrasound to monitor the development of the first human/mutant hybrid child ever recorded to be conceived!

"No doubt about it…" Said one of the doctors looking at the shape of the baby taking place seeing a distinct muzzle and tail "She's definitely taking after the Mutant side of the family not being a bizarre mishmash of both that might make it hard for her to function…"

Glass Joe quietly watching this felt grateful for this...That their daughter was going to take after her mother and have her strong genes...While Joe knew for certain now it wasn't so much he was that weak it's just he suffered from being too passive in personality and that made it nearly impossible for him to win fight...He still knew if Dana were to fight him she would win because of her built in natural weapons...Joe wanted his daughter to be strong because he knew being the first hybrid child was going not going to be easy!

"We really appreciate this Mrs. Beaufort…" The Doctor said "...Because of the massive contributions to science you're giving us!"
Joe's eyebrows knit and he frowned as he heard that...Did they have to say that? Making them feel like a science experiment?

"Even after being granted civil rights…" The Doctor said "...Most Mutants still don't want to come to hospitals to get ultrasounds or to get help giving birth! You're really helping us see just how Mutant reproduction works!"
Dana for her part was mostly calm about what could be insensitive talk and actually decided to help the scientists out on why most Mutant Animals still were reluctant to come to hospitals for help with their pregnancies…
"The Wild Mutants were able to communicate with each other…" Dana said "...We all know from what we heard from other who experienced it that mutants who for whatever reason ended up in hospitals or in police custody almost always got transferred to Feral's mansion where they would never be seen again! I know you know this so don't act so shocked most Mutants still have a fear of hospitals! For most Female Mutants they figure they've been able to give birth as their ordinary animal ancestors have done without help for decades so they figure they don't need your help now. At most they just need another experienced mutant acting as midwife...But most Mutants are not nearly as trusting of humans as I am naturally inclined to be."
Referencing the original Palladium TMNT RPG which states that Mutants that end up in police custody or in hospitals are in great danger of being transferred to Feral's mansion showing even some time after he's died Feral's legacy can still be felt
