Armored Core: Echoes of Memories
Chapter 9. all-out chaos, no where to hide
At the NEST many Ravens are being contacted by the all three corporations to take on the mission of wiping out the rebel forces faction is endangering there way of life and are plotting to destroy the controller system that supports there lives if its destroyed they are all doomed, many of the Ravens take the mission to destroy the rebel forces.
But unknown to all of them and the corporations many machines are seen moving throughout Layered and are heading to the targets that are to be terminated rebel or not.
(Scene change)
At the secret base where the rebels are hiding at, many of technicians are seen using the gathered up data to locate where the controller is, they inform Big Boss and the rest of the Pilots that they are getting closer to finding where the controller is now that the facilities that where hiding its location are now gone.
Big Boss: are you close to learning about the controller and where's it located?
Union soldier: we getting closer to it as we speak as we read the data, but this is so complicated, we have lived our lives in Layered for a very long time and yet it felt like we have been living in a cage for years and we don't even know why.
Big Boss: … a cage huh. It really does feel like we have been living in cages our whole lives, becoming lazy and relying on the controller system to protect us along with guiding us for such a long time.
Union soldier: …
Big Boss: but now I feel that we had been lied to for such a long time, and it's about time we had some answers to why we had been underground for so long and for what reason.
Then the alarm goes off in the base many screens shows an army from the corporations along with some mercenaries from NEST as well, this was without a doubt the controller system ordering the corporations and the NEST to destroy them, deeming them all as dangerous irregular, Big Boss orders all pilots to board there machines and prepare for battle against the enemy forces.
Everyone gets in there machines, Raven, Naruto and Sasuke boards there machines as well and heads out to face the enemy forces, once they were outside they saw a lot of enemies waiting for them.
Naruto: oh man… there's a lot of them , both NEST and corporations here.
Sasuke: looks like this battle is going to be very difficult for us.
Raven: it does, but has that ever stopped us?
Naruto: … nope.
Sasuke: not even once.
Raven: then let's show them we mean business.
The three then started fighting against the enemy's forces that are trying to destroy them but must of them are taken out by the three that are very skilled pilots among the best Ravens in the NEST and the enemy forces are learning that the hard way as many of them are taken down by the three skilled pilots, but then something unexpected happens as machines of unknown origin started coming into the battlefield.

Raven: ?
Naruto: what the heck are those!?
Sasuke: I can't get a registration on them, but there not from the corporations though which means.
Raven: the controller must've sent them out.
The unknown machines then started attacking everyone and everything that the controller deemed a threat, even the NEST and corporations were not spared as they kill anything that is dangerous to its existence, the three continue to fight against the enemy's forces that are now destroying each other including there forces as well turning this battle into a four way war, but then Big Boss inside his A.C the Venom appeared on to the battlefield alongside the rest of the top A.C pilots as they begin pushing the enemy forces back.
Big Boss: stay focus everyone this battle won't be over until the enemy retreat and destroying those machines that are following the controller systems orders to wipe us out.
A.C pilots: understood!
The battle rages on as many of the corporations forces are taken down and many of the NEST pilots were losing many of there pilots left, this immediately forced two of the enemy forces to retreat before they have no one left fight, the machines just kept on fighting the battle on the orders they received from the controller as they are all being destroyed by the rebels leaving only the 9Ball left, taking down one of them is not easy since it's a very powerful machine but they meet there end just like the rest of the controllers machines ending the fight.

But the base has taken a lot of damage from the attack, many of the rebels tries to fix much of the base that was destroyed in the battle but they know the enemy will be back which means they must hurry up and find the controller as quickly as possible.
Big Boss: we are running out of time.
Union soldier: big Boss, there's something I need to tell you.
Big Boss: what is it?
Union soldier: we seem to have found something that appears to be at the center of the Layered, hidden from everyone for who knows how long but we believe it's exactly what we are looking for.
Big Boss: your saying that this hidden area that hasn't been found for years is where the controller is located?
Union soldier: it's the only spot that appears to have power when those facilities were destroyed, also its where those unknown machines came from.
Big Boss: if that's true then we have to investigate that area immediately, before it's too late.
Then everything fades to black.
