Meanwhile, a group of security guards were being held hostage. "We found five guards, but they're restrained now. The plan's a go," The man reported as he enclosed the guards into a room, also holding a knife.

"Keep 'em bound, but don't kill 'em," His boss informed as they were in the control room. "Start working on the security system."

"Yes, sir. We'll begin infiltration now."

The boss moved away his phone with a smirk. "Now the fun can begin..." He put on a mask as a door slowly opened, revealing that he had a lot of men on his side... "Get ready to move."

"The is the I-Academy campus where I spend most of my time," Melissa revealed to the twins as she led them down a hallway. "And to the left here is my own personal research laboratory," She gestured to the room door next to them. She opened it up and stepped inside. "I'm sorry it's a mess."

"Whoa...!" Izuku breathed out as Izuka gasped in awe. "It looks so professional! I can't believe you get to study in a place like this!"

"I'm honestly kind of envious. My work space for my art is my own room, I wish I had this kind of space," Izuka rubbed the back of her neck, and then her brother looked up with a shocked sound. There were several trophies on top of a shelf.

"Oh, so many trophies!" Izuku gushed at them as Izuka followed his gaze, her eyes shining. "You must be really talented!"

"Well, actually...not long ago, I was getting terrible grades," Melissa turned away to put down her camera. She then went to another door to open it. "That's why I've been studying so hard lately. I've gotta be a good student if I wanna be a hero."

"Uh," Izuku blinked at her in shock. "Uh? You mean like a pro?"

"That does make sense since you admire them so much," Izuka rubbed her chin in thought. But also, they hadn't really seen any instance of her having a Quirk. She would've explained it to them at this point...

"Oh, no, I gave up on that dream a while ago. I mean, I'm Quirkless after all."

The two of them gasped in surprise to hear this news from her. "You don't have a Quirk...?" Izuku murmured to himself; that meant that she was just like him.

"Nope. After I turned five and I still didn't have one, I got taken to the doctor," Melissa explained as the two glanced over to the photo of her with her father as a child. It was autumn when the photo was taken. "And they said I was in the minority of the population that would never develop a power."

Exactly like I was... Izuku's eyes shook a little.

I never thought we'd ever meet another Quirkless person... Izuka bit her lip a little.

"See that, Mom...?" Inko looked up at her son with tears in her eyes. "There's always a smile on his face, no matter how bad things get." Izuku himself had tears in his eyes, but wasn't shedding them while pointing at the screen. "Do you think...Izuka and I can be heroes too?"

"I'm sorry, Izuku, to you and your sister," She hugged her child while crying. "I wish things were different," She whimpered as the boy finally started shedding tears. Izuka tensed up, gritting her teeth sadly.

"Gosh, I'm sorry..." He murmured in sympathy for the girl. "It sure must be hard..."

"Especially when everyone else around you has one..." Izuka's eyes saddened a little.

"Uh?" Melissa blinked in confusion as she came back holding some boxes. "What do you mean?"

"Uh...I..." He hesitated to tell her that he knew how she felt or that he could relate to it. But that would mean giving up the secret of One for All... "It's just to be told you don't have something that comes naturally to everyone else must be really painful," He said carefully and Izuka nodded a little.

"And to have to struggle every day wishing you could have one. Especially if you're the only one in your family without a Quirk," She turned away briefly, Melissa smiling at them softly.

"Well, I was definitely in shock for a while. Luckily, I had another big goal that was close to my heart."

"Huh? What was that?" Izuku looked up in confusion.

She turned to the shelf again happily. Among the photos was the wedding between her parents, her birth, him getting his prize, Halloween, her with All Might and her father, two more photos with the Shields when she was older, and her working on an invention. "To be like my father. Papa didn't have a Quirk that would let him be a hero...but he supports Uncle Might and other heroes with the power of science. He's still fighting for peace, just...indirectly."

"And you want to be someone who does that too," Izuku murmured as they all looked at the photos.

"Even if you can't be a hero...your support items want to change things for them," Izuka hummed a little.

"Yup," Melissa confirmed to them and they looked up at her. "That's how I'll make a real difference. Or at least, I hope so." She then finally opened the boxes, revealing red objects inside of them. "These are support items I made a while ago after observing Uncle Might using his power."

"What are they?" Izuku wondered as she held Izuku's hand first. She placed a wrist garment on him, wrapping it around. The girl then went over to Izuka, placing a red belt around her waist.

"Try pressing the buttons here on the back," She instructed and the two glanced to each other briefly.

They hesitated, but Izuku went first and pressed the button. Once he did, the object grew in size and wrapped around his entire arm. He gasped in shock, seeing a red fingerless glove over his arm now. Izuka blinked and then pressed the button on the back from her belt. She gasped as lines covered her upper body and skirt. Once the item stopped growing, she glanced around her body as now she had a chest-plate and a red layer over her skirt.

"A glove...?"

"And armor?" Izuka blinked as they examined their objects.

"As far as names go, I was thinking Full Gauntlet for Deku and then Mars Armor for Izuka since her Quirk is based on the solar system." The two blinked at her in surprise as she examined them closely. "When we first met, I saw your scars. It looks as though you'd injured yourself. Then at the villain attraction...I noticed you were limiting yourself on purpose. And that Izuka was holding herself back during the attraction too. She might not have any scars, but it's inevitable that they will occur someday. I was thinking...maybe your Quirks are too strong and therefore, your bodies can't handle their full power." Izuku gasped as she was technically right, just not for the correct reasons.

She figured it out!

She then giggled towards the two, smiling. "I made the Gauntlet and Armor strong. It could withstand Uncle Might's punches three times! So I think it'd be a perfect fit for you guys too. You should be able to use your full power if you have them on. Or to be able to properly control your own power, Izuka."

"For real...?" Izuku looked at his hand. "All of it?"

Izuka gasped happily, doing a small twirl in the armor. "That's amazing, Melissa! It's not even tight on me."

"Please, take those with you."

Both of them gasped at this offer. "But we can't. They're important to you."

"And I'm sure that you didn't have us in mind while making these," Izuka gestured to herself.

"That's why I want you to use them. Just promise you'll be true heroes someday...and you'll never stop helping people in need," She smiled and the two blinked in shock. She gave these to them out of her own kindness and because she genuinely wanted to help them...

The two then smiled at her. "Promise!" Izuku gave her a small nod.

"Thank you so much...we'll treasure them," Izuka hummed a little happily. Melissa smiled back at them and then Izuku's phone rang.

He pulled out his phone to answer it. "Yeah, hello?"

"What are you and Mido doing, Midoriya?!" Tenya shouted into his ear. "It's way past when you were supposed to be here!"

Izuku gave a nervous sound as he had forgotten all about meeting up with the others at the Central Tower. "We should go...we'll see you soon," He laughed nervously at Melissa. Izuka gave a small wave to her as they left.

"I'll develop the photos right now into that flash drive for you. Then I'll give it to you after the party," Melissa smiled towards the girl, who beamed towards her.

"Thank you...!" She said breathlessly and then they left.

Izuku panted in exhaustion as he and Izuka emerged from the elevator. The girl had her hair in a side twisted chignon bun, her forelocks still out but they had a small curl at the ends. She had on a midnight blue dress, the top sparkly in a sweetheart neckline with no straps. The skirt had two layers, one that was made out of silk and looked like the night sky as it was a dark blue color and had tiny white dots that looked like stars. The other layer was a simple light blue that stopped at her knees. She also had black mini heels on her feet. She had no makeup aside from some peach lipstick over her lips.

"Sorry about that, you guys...!" He faltered as he only saw Denki, Minoru, Tenya, and Shoto. "Where is everybody?"

"They're not here yet!" Tenya grumbled as his arms were crossed. "Does a proper meeting time mean nothing to you people?!"

"I had a tough time with my hair..." Izuka scratched her cheek, Denki and Minoru blushing towards her. "It's the first time I've ever worn anything like this."

"You look so great, though!" Izuku smiled towards his sister.

"He's right," Shoto nodded towards her. "You'll definitely stick out wearing it."

"Not the intention..." Izuka sagged her shoulders a bit, sighing. "I only picked this out because Momo thought it'd look good on me..."

"It's more than good!" Denki and Minoru exclaim in awe at her.

The elevator opened to reveal Ochaco in a pink dress and a hair clip in her hair. "Sorry I'm late," She rubbed the back of her neck. "It took me a while to get ready!"

"Best night ever!" The two womanizers exclaimed happily. They then turned around to see Momo and Kyoka arriving as well in formal wear.

"Apologies for the tardiness. Jiro's feeling shy," She explained to the group.

"Jackpot! Yes!" Minoru and Denki cheered while the twins and Ochaco smiled towards the two.

"This is fancier than anything I've ever worn before," Kyoka confessed as the two stepped out. "It feels like a costume."

"I'm just glad you're not in a t-shirt," Denki gave a thumbs up.

"Even the jacket can't ruin it," Minoru commented, earning Kyoka's earphone jacks in their ears. They both yelped while spazzing a little, the twins sweating awkwardly.

"Shut up!" Kyoka grunted at the two of them.

"Why would you do that...? It was a compliment..." Denki whined towards her.

"It wasn't," She huffed while turning away.

"This is my first time in formal wear," Ochaco confessed while walking up to the twins. "I just borrowed something from Yaoyorozu."

"It looks really good," Izuku scratched his cheek, blushing a little. "Like...perfect."

"Oh, Deku, stop!" She turned away, rapidly waving a hand. She also had a slight blush on her face as the twins looked at her in surprise. "You don't have to flatter me so much!"

"Contain yourself!" Tenya warned her as Izuka stared at her friend.

"Are you okay, Ochaco?" She asked in concern, noting her face. "Do you feel unwell?"

"No, I feel much better since you called me by my first name!" She screeched in happiness, Izuka giving her a nervous laugh.

"Well, I'm glad I was able to help..."

The elevator opened again, Denki and Minoru opening their mouths in awe. Even Kyoka looked surprised to see Melissa and what she was wearing. She even had her glasses off and makeup. "Oh good! I thought I was gonna miss you guys! Let's get downstairs to the party!"

"The headliner has arrived...!" Minoru had floods of tears from his tears.

"Mineta, I can't take this much beauty! I think I might actually die...!"

"These tickets were a mistake..." Kyoka gave them a small awkward smile.

"Oh hey, you and Izuka are kinda matching," Izuku looked between Melissa and his sister. The two looked at each other and smiled awkwardly.

"Definitely not intentional," Izuka rubbed the back of her neck.

"I think we can both agree that you look better than me," Melissa gestured to the girl, who looked up in alarm.

"That's not true! Everyone looks great tonight. Just because I look much different doesn't mean you have to sell yourself short," Izuka stated, Denki and Minoru nodding in agreement aggressively.

"You should listen to the pretty lady!" Minoru pointed up at Izuka, who gave an unamused look.

"You need to calm down," Kyoka deadpanned at the boy.

Izuka looked at her phone and her eyes saddened a bit. She hadn't even gotten a text from Katsuki asking where she was. If he was here, she would've known already since she was late...

Meanwhile, the people in the control room were in the process of locking everything.

The party was taking place in the reception hall on the second floor. "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to I-Expo's opening night reception! We at I-Island hope you enjoy yourself. Now, I wonder if we could get All Might, the number one hero, here. He's visiting from Japan. Wouldn't you like to hear him say a few words?" The whole crowd murmured in excitement. "Come on! Maybe a round of applause would help?"

All Might looked around while holding some champagne, everyone clapping for him. "Please, join us on the stage!"

David approached with a small knowing smile. "Really, Dave?" He turned to his old friend. "Could've warned me."

"This was bound to happen once they found out you were in town," David smiled in amusement.

"You owe me one," All Might chuckled as he walked past the man.

"It's no good," Tenya informed the others. "Neither of them is picking up their phones. Knowing those two, they're just blowing off the party."

Izuka gasped a little sadly, biting her lip as her heart tugged a little. "Is...is no one else really coming?"

"Hm?" Tenya turned to her as she tried not to look upset. "Oh, were you expecting their arrival? Maybe-"

"No...no, it's not that," Izuka shook her head slowly, scratching her cheek. "It's not that important."

Izuku blinked a little at her in confusion. It could be that she was actually expecting Katsuki, but he couldn't really determine why.

"You guys go on without me, I'll wait just a few more minutes," She waved to her friends.

"Are you sure?" Momo stared at her in a bit of concern. "All alone? At least let one of us stay with you."

"No, I'm sure. Go have fun," Izuka waved them off again gently and they walked off. Shoto glanced over his shoulder briefly, seeing her hiding her eyes from everyone. Her hand was shaking a little as she really didn't want to believe Katsuki asked to hang with her at the dance just to do this...but it was way past the time they were supposed to meet up. He hadn't even called her; she would've been fine if he changed his mind and informed her of it...maybe.

She slowly walked towards a pillar and took a seat in front of it, sighing slowly. The girl then pulled out her phone, wanting to text him...but she still wanted to have a bit of hope that maybe something came up. She wanted to hold onto that, even though on the inside, she wanted to cry. She placed her chin on her knees, looking up ahead sadly.

Bakugo...where are you?
