Hey guys and welcome back. Life and some other bullshit made it slow in getting chapters out.

Just to put this out there, Peter will have his normal personality to start and it will evolve as his choices fuse and combine into his own personality and psyche. So right now he's still the hero we know, but slowly he's going to go into the grey and semi-antihero persona.

Also, just because this was not really clear to quite a few people, no DC characters at all were on the listing of people that Peter looked through. He is going into DC universe blind to all that awaits him.

Oh, there's gonna be stuff outside of the Justice League series (but still in the DC universe) occurring whether movies, tv shows, video games, or something else. So Teen Titans may show up, or maybe Young Justice, or maybe the Batman Arkham games.

Disclaimer: I own nothing from DC, Marvel, or anything else that pops up in this fic as I go. It would be nice if I did, but I don't.

Chapter 2: Arrival

UNKNOWN LOCATION AND TIME

A portal opened over a small forest clearing before Peter fell out and landed on his feet since it wasn't the first time he had just been dropped somewhere. However, as he tried to stand up fully, he gasped and fell to his knees clutching his ears and head as his mind was assaulted by literal tons of information while at the same time his eyes, nose, and ears reacted to the stimuli that were assaulting him from all angles. It was only worsened as Peter was then assaulted by the very voice of nature as the trees, grass, rocks, and animals all sounded off to him and then his energy sensing capabilities meant he was sensing every living thing within a hundred miles of him and it got further compounded as he could sense the emotions of all the people within that range and his senses from the Force only piled onto that. To top it off, his mouth burned and his throat was dry as he felt his fangs lengthen while his muscles spasmed and contracted with his bones creaking and popping from the different degrees of pressure.

Thankfully, there were no electronics that his mind could tap into with Matsu's abilities or he'd have even more of a headache.

Peter grit his teeth as his mind was assaulted on all sides as he tried to calm himself. Clenching his hands into fists, Peter moved to a lotus position and placed his hands together and used some of his new knowledge to focus on only his breathing, compacting the world that his mind was assaulted by into a small controlled bubble, focusing his mind on just his body, nothing else. Peter began taking slow shaky breaths as he focused his mind like a few of his additions had trained to do, slowly, methodically, carefully, he breathed in and out as his senses slowly began to settle down.

Once he had his breathing under control, he began sorting his mind, which his Occlumency helped with… wait… Occlumency?

Peter opened his eyes slowly and frowned, "What the fuck? What the hell is Occlumency and why do I know it in great detail? None of the people I chose had an ability called that, the closest thing that came to it were the mindscapes that Naruto, Hiruzen, Mito, Hashirama, and Madara had… but this is different, not only is it helping me sort my mind, it's also a means of defending my mind from someone trying to enter or read it. Where the hell did this ability come from?!" Peter thought as it made no sense, "Dammit, I'll worry about it later, right now it's helping me keep my head from feeling like Hulk is trying to squish it slowly, so it's fine for now." Peter decided as he closed his eyes again and continued to take calming breaths as he slowly sorted all the information while systematically building up shields around his mind with some other defenses, thankfully the likes of Gohan, Lilith, Kerrigan, Celebrimbor, Talion, Lamont, Revan, Plagueis, Anakin, and Meetra Surik had their own form of mental protection and training which would help Peter.

"Let's see some asshole try to take over my body now." Peter thought with a smirk having had to deal with THAT problem a couple of times with Doc Oc being the worst.

Once he had his mind settled and sorted, Peter began adjusting his body. He moved different parts to different degrees and intensities grimacing at the pain and different snaps, pops, and tearing noises he could literally hear in his body. Then came the healing factor, though Mercer and Heller's were a bit difficult to adjust to. It literally felt like he had hundreds of tiny snakes crawling around inside his body and Alice's T-Virus mingling and molding with the Blacklight Virus only intensified that feeling. Then Selene and Michael's own form of disease/virus entered as well since Michael was a descendant of a man who was infected by a plague and his body adapted and converted it while Selene had that blood in her system.

Naturally those two also drew Vlad and Klaus' unique characteristics into the fold and drew the Magics Peter had taken too and Peter could practically taste the magic running through his veins. He'd experienced magic before, but this? This was something completely new, it felt like he had pure power running through his veins and it was only increased by the feel of chakra and Ki flowing through him as well.

The power of the viruses only increased the feeling especially when combined with vampire, werewolf, and hybrid capabilities.

To describe the feeling wasn't possible, at least not to Peter anyway and he had at several genius level IQs shoved inside his head right now and he still couldn't think of the words to describe the feeling. It was like a brand new sense like sight or smell or hearing was awakened and now he could use it and grow stronger for it. He supposed the best description was that of someone being blind from birth and then being given the gift of sight, it was a whole new sensation, sense, feeling, and wonder to behold after being in darkness for so long.

However, all of that didn't mean much if he couldn't get his mind and body under control followed by his strength, power, magic, and skills. He wanted to at least be able to control the output he was giving.

Strange, Tony, Shield, Doom, Asgard, and several others all had ways of tracking magical power and energy signatures, not knowing what kind of world he'd landed on meant he didn't know if he was already being tracked. Hence why he needed to suppress and get his power under control before he drew too much attention to himself.

He could handle himself in a fight, but not when his equilibrium and powers were out of sync. He could kill someone accidentally or he could shatter his hand by striking at something and his powers leaving him as he made contact.

No, he needed to get his powers at least under some control, find a place to set up shop, and then train in some of the items he had acquired. He knew he didn't have full access to all of the talents, skills, abilities, powers, etc. etc. that his chosen people did, but he at least had a few starting points to build off of and start towards those capabilities. Right now most of his werewolf and vampire capabilities were locked behind him killing someone and feeding on fresh blood. His body had only adapted to the changes because Selene and Michael didn't need those requirements, they had their capabilities once they turned.

The question on those capabilities was would Peter be a fledgeling or would he be able to reach their full capabilities? The question was valid since they grew stronger the older they got and Peter would technically be a new one, but then again those rules could be thrown out due to Alice, Heller, and Mercer being added to he mix.

He honestly didn't know, but that was natural since this was entirely new territory. He wouldn't know what he was fully capable of until he began training, pushing his limits, and experimenting.

However, as it was already established, he couldn't do that until he had his body, senses, and power at least semi under control. His senses were calm now, it was just a matter of getting his body to move.

Standing up carefully, he grunted as several snaps and pops occurred as he did. The same happened when he went to take a step, but when he tried to push off so he could try walking, he suddenly flew forward and slammed into a tree. "Fuck!" Peter swore as he got off the ground and snapped his nose back into place finding he didn't bleed and the pain was already fading away.

Steadying himself, he tried again.

WHAM

"Shit!"

BAM

"Dammit"

CRASH

"Fuck!"

THUD

"Son of a -!"

THUNK

"Motherfucker!"

THUNK SNAP CRASH

"GOD FUCKING DAMMIT!"

It was going to be a long day for poor Peter… and the several hundred trees that were in his way.

TWO HOURS (AND SEVERAL DOZEN BROKEN TREES) LATER

Peter sighed as he was out of the woods, literally, and was able to walk without propelling himself forward like a slingshot. If his healing factor wasn't massively charged, he'd be black and blue with multiple shattered and broken bones, though healing multiple times had made him hungry and thirsty.

He'd need some biomass, blood, food and water, and some electricity soon before the hunger got too great and he lashed out at someone who didn't deserve it.

Peter paused at that thought, now seeing what the consequences of having those different personalities and beings was. He didn't feel so merciful to people who committed heinous acts, he also wasn't feeling very big on second chances. His personality had begun to fuse and evolve with all the others, he'd have to make sure he didn't cross certain lines. He had even greater power now, and that meant he had even greater responsibility.

For now though, he could see a city and needed to get some information on the world he now found himself in.

It was going to be a long hike, but luckily he had an alternative mode of transportation.

Willings his Symbiote to take on a similar appearance to his old suit, minus the color scheme, Peter began web swinging and zip lining towards the city, he didn't want to risk/attempt flying yet. As he did, he took the time to practice his acrobatics and senses by being much more flashy with his swinging and leaping than he normally would be. It was a good idea too, because on his first release, he launched much higher than he normally would have and had to correct himself a few times.

He'd definitely be finding a space to train in as soon as he could.

Reaching the city, he saw it was in fact Los Angeles, or at least this world's equivalent to it. "Well, I always wanted to see LA." Peter thought to himself as he swung through the buildings gaining some notice from people as he went.

Landing on one of the taller buildings, he looked around while focusing his ears trying to find a specific set of sounds. A rhythmic thumping, clacking, turning of pages, and tapping of keys got him his location, but at the same time he heard an alarm from another building going off and sighed.

"Well, now's as good a time as any to try." Peter muttered to himself before he crossed his hands in a t position with only his index and middle fingers extended as he drew on one of the energies he now possessed, "Shadow Clone Jutsu." He stated and in a poof of smoke, he had five clones appear around him, but at the same time a brief wave of dizziness washed over him. "Oookay, definitely need to do chakra exercises before I try to do any more clones." Peter muttered shaking the dizziness off before the clones receded their symbiote suits back to normal clothes before one clone made his hair fiery red and his eyes green, another lengthened his hair to his shoulders and made his eyes brown while shrinking his nose, another gave himself a tan and turned his eyes grey while making his hair blonde, and the last turned his hair jet black and made his eyes a brighter blue while giving himself a scar over the right eye.

Combining the henge/transformation technique along with the Blacklight shape shifting was going to come in handy.

The clones then got down to the ground without notice and headed for the library Peter had located. They'd start learning and investigating the world they found themselves in through different ways while Peter went to where the alarm was.

Arriving, he found a bank robbery in progress and there were at least a dozen gunmen keeping Police pinned down from said bank. "Well, some things never change." Peter thought with a shake of his head.

Acting on autopilot, Peter did an action he had done easily a million times and launched a web line at one goon, but since he was using a symbiote it acted the way he truly wanted it. In this case, it didn't just fire one web line, it fired several and each one quickly connected to one of the robbers' guns before with a hard yank, the guns were pulled away from them.

A quick web shot later, and the guns were pinned to the middle of the road making everyone freeze in confusion. That confusion turned to shock as Peter landed between the bank and guns. "Heya fellas, let me guess, the ATM ate your card, and the bank won't give you your money until tomorrow?" Peter asked jokingly before he caught a crowbar thrown at him and he made a show of bending it like a pretzel and dropped it as he walked towards the bank.

Four of the robbers immediately drew sidearms, but a quick web line to their chests had them pulled out from cover into the open. A quick double burst of webs pinned their hands to the ground while another blob pinned the pistols and made sure they couldn't fire upon hitting the ground.

A sidestep to the right had Peter dodge a swing from a knife before a quick backhand sent the attacker flying back across the ground while Peter caught the knife and snapped it like a twig. He then flipped the blade in hand and threw it into another robber's foot pinning him to the ground and causing him to scream in pain before a web shot pinned him to the ground.

Peter had to force himself to focus as his instincts immediately reacted to the sight and smell of blood, but he wasn't going to feed right now, not in front of a host of cops and some reporters. Pushing the hunger away, he focused on the other robbers who were retreating into the bank since they didn't want to be in the open.

Peter put a stop to that with a series of webs snagging them and then wrapping them up nicely so they could still breathe. Shooting a line to one of them, he pulled him up and then crawled up the wall of the bank and held him upside down making him scream in shock, "How many more of you are there? Be exact or my hand may just get tired." Peter stated as he reinforced this statement by letting go and catching the guy making him scream.

"Two! They were getting us an armored car to get out of here!" The man shouted having come here to get away from guys like this as he had his fill with one run in with Batman.

Now he had to deal with a super powered type that had similar methods to Batman? In a city that wasn't supposed to be defended? Fuck that!

"Thank you." Peter said as he let the man go causing him to scream before the web line connected to him stopped him from falling as he dangled there.

Jumping down to the road, Peter felt time slow to a crawl as his Spider-Sense alerted him to the armored car about to burst from the side gate, which would fly off and hit several pedestrians, before the truck would then slam into a pair of cruisers causing them to crush a couple officers, and finally would head straight for him.

(What do you want to do?) Peter heard a voice ask in his head.

(Venom?) Peter asked back as the voice chuckled slightly.

(We were Venom once, now we are something… more. We are not named yet, but we know that we exist and that we are part of you just as you are part of us as are the others whom we gained power, skills, and knowledge from.) The Symbiote replied as time was still incredibly slow.

(Why is everything so slow exactly? My Spider-Sense has never been this predictive and made me react this way before.) Peter questioned as the Symbiote chuckled within his mind.

(Your consciousness, perception, processing speed and power, reflexes, and much more were heightened from what we gained from your allies and from what you chose to acquire. You've seen how Blade reacted to danger and threats and he was only a half vampire, whereas you now have two vampire/werewolf hybrids, specifically Werepires in this case, a blooded vampire fueled by demonic power, a conduit vampire, and an enhanced vampire. Then add in Kerrigan, Alice, Mercer, Heller, Goku, Gohan, and several others' enhanced physiology, senses, and awareness and this is the result. Or were you not paying attention when Web was explaining that it was all going to meld together in you with our help?) Symbiote stated and Peter merely grunted in return.

(Okay, any idea why the hell I know what Occlumency is? No one I picked had that talent, knowledge, or power.) Peter asked and the Symbiote hummed a moment.

(We are afraid that we don't, perhaps Web had already chosen a few beings for you to gain from before you were cognizant of where you were after your died or perhaps even before she approached our original self with the plan to give you a new life in this world. Personally, we see no reason to worry as Web has never intended you ill will. Better to take the additional knowledge and skill since we still don't know what threats we will face in this world. If the fact she wanted us to increase your powers, skills, talents, and everything else as far as she did was any indication, this world makes ours seem like a vacation.) The symbiote answered making Peter frown in thought.

(Fine, I'll leave it for now, any preference on what I should call you? Venom is clearly not going to work anymore, and I can't just call you Symbiote.) Peter asked as his mind was still adjusting to the new speed of things when his Spider-Sense goes off.

(You may call us Wrath, it is fitting enough for what we are and what we will bring down on our enemies.) The now named Wrath stated making Peter nod, (Now, what will you do about our incoming guests? You have a myriad of choices given our new talents and abilities.) Wrath continued as Peter considered his options.

Time resumed as Peter moved, first he instantly appeared in front of the two squad cars before firing a Ghost Ray at the gate disintegrating it before it ever had a chance to hit anyone and then stared down the truck as it raced right at him.

(What will it be? Catch it with one hand? Slice it in half? Blast the vehicle? Kick it away? There's many options both to handle the vehicle and to leave a lasting impact.) Wrath stated as Peter looked at the incoming vehicle.

Clenching his hand, he stomped his foot causing a pillar of rock to shoot up against the bottom of the truck sending it flipping in the air before Peter caught it upside down. He then proceeded to shake it violently while spinning it around and around on his hand. Peter then tossed it in the air letting it flip and spin before he caught it and held it by the front of the truck looking into the cab, "You gonna come out or should I really show off my juggling talents?" Peter asked as both men held their hands up, "Out." Peter ordered as they opened the doors and got out before Peter's senses kicked off again along with his emotion sensing telling him one had hostile intentions still.

Before anyone could react, Peter dropped the truck and webbed the driver up making him shout as he fell over while the passenger kept his hands up and got on his knees.

Peter then waved the cops on to gather the guns and prisoners as an officer of rank approached, "And just who are you?" She asked as Peter merely looked her over seeing she was a beautiful woman with a stance and disposition that said not to fuck with her. Her brown hair with blonde highlights complimented her natural looks.

"Spider-man. Pleasure to meet you, Sergeant Lindsay." Peter stated as he surveyed the area, "The webs can tear easily or you can leave everyone bundled up for two hours and the webs will disintegrate then. Watch out for the driver though, he had a gun on him and he was gonna go down shooting rather than go back to prison." Peter informed as the different officers began gathering the thugs and guns.

"Well thanks for the help, are you going to be sticking around?" Sergeant Lindsay asked curiously.

"Around this area? Not at the moment, around the city and state? Yeah. Just got here a few hours ago." Peter stated before giving a slight salute and web swung away.

Moving through the city, and ignoring the different people pointing and shouting about him, Peter continued to have a conversation with Wrath, (You'll need to feed soon, the longer you fight against it, the stronger the hunger will feel. Handling one bout of craving wouldn't be an issue, but handling a dozen all at once will make things much more difficult.) Wrath stated as he knew the various vampire and werewolf hungers were doing a number, but the Blacklight Virus' need to feed as well as Kerrigan's need to absorb essence and evolve were only making things more difficult when also adding Peter's hunger and Cole's thirst for electricity. (Besides, your vampire powers won't activate in full until you feed and your werewolf powers won't activate until you kill someone.) Wrath continued since despite absorbing from those beings, certain things still had to be done for them to work completely.

It was why Peter couldn't go to those ascended forms that Goku and Gohan had, he didn't meet the requirements to do so.

(I know. I just didn't want to feed right there in front of cameras, civilians, and cops. The goal is to not be a pariah here, even if I'm not always the hero, I'd rather not be looked at with fear all the time.) Peter replied as he swung through the city.

(Very well, just be careful how long you put it off. The hunger, or thirst as a few of them call it, will only grow the longer you go without and eventually your more primal instincts could take over and you'll just feed on the nearest source available. Whether they're deserving or not.) Wrath warned since he knew even with his help that Peter would only be able to resist the hunger for so long before his body would just demand it.

Peter then stopped and stuck to a side of a building as he heard shouting and immediately leapt in the direction it came from.

Arriving, he found a group of around five cornering a woman, and going by the emotions involved, this wasn't some movie shoot or act or anything beyond what it looked like.

"C'mon guys, can't we just all walk away?" She asked as the men kept approaching.

"Don't worry honey, you behave and you may even enjoy this." One thug stated as he pulled a knife out only to pause as an inhuman growl sounded out.

Before he even knew what happened, he was slammed into a wall before his head was grabbed and he was thrown into another wall while his boys were screaming in pain as their arms and legs were broken.

The attack only lasted half a minute before only the woman and Peter were standing. Peter turned to the woman and saw she was looking at him in shock, "You all right?" He asked as the woman nodded.

"Yes, thank you." She stated as she walked forward a bit letting Peter see her better.

She was tanned skin with straight jet-black hair that stopped just above her ass, pupilless lavender eyes, red painted full lips, and a slim build that complimented what looked like a bubble butt and perky high C mid D cup breasts. She wore a purple long-sleeved button up dress shirt, white skirt that only reached midthigh, purple short-heeled shoes, white pearl earrings, and had a small purple purse with her.

All in all, she was beautiful.

"Any chance you'd like an interview?" She asked making Peter raise an eyebrow.

"Are you a reporter?" He asked making her blink owlishly.

"Wow, that's the first time in a really long time that someone didn't know me." She muttered before shaking her head. "Sorry, I'm Lois Lane with the Daily Planet." The now named Lois stated as Peter nodded guessing the Daily Planet was a Newspaper or site.

"I'm Spider-Man, and no, I don't think I'll be taking you up on that offer right now. Maybe sometime in the future." Peter stated as he idly shot some webbing binding four of the goons up.

However, as he moved to aim at the fifth, his sense went off too late and he grunted slightly as the knife found itself into his shoulder. Elbowing behind him, he heard a cracking noise indicating he just cracked if not broke the ribs of the head thug and he idly pulled the knife out of his shoulder before he crushed it in his hand like it was a toothpick. Peter then grabbed the thug's head and slammed it into the ground sending him into unconsciousness.

Peter rolled his shoulder as he felt his body stitching itself up again as well as feeling the viruses pulling his blood back to him.

He did NOT want his blood out there for someone to find and use.

"Are you all right?!" Lois asked in shock and surprise as Peter nodded.

"I'm fine, that wouldn't even be among the first 100 times I've been stabbed before, and even among the first 3,000 times I've been injured." Peter stated absently since he got hurt… a lot, but he wasn't about to let that stop him from doing his job.

"I… see." Lois stated not sure how to process that information.

"You should get out of here, maybe contact the cops so they can get four of these idiots." Peter stated as he grabbed the leader of the group.

"And what are you going to do with him?" Lois asked with a raised eyebrow as Peter just glanced at her.

"Have a little… chat about some things I need to know." Peter stated before he was gone from her sight making her jump and look around. "I'll see you around." Peter's voice echoed around the area before it was silent.

Lois merely blinked before smirking; guess she had a new story to do.

A distance away, out of any sightline, the lead thug groaned as he sat up holding his head feeling like someone used a metal bat on his head for batting practice. Standing up, a bit gingerly since his ribs were still sore, he looked around seeing he was in some kind of warehouse and was about to call out when a very animalistic growl came from behind him.

Before he could turn his head, hands sprung forward and grabbed him. One over his mouth and one on his left shoulder, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was he suddenly felt a piercing pain his neck and screamed into the hand as he tried to flail and get free, but the more he struggled the weaker he got.

Peter was lost in his instincts. He had only meant to drink a bit of blood and then heal and knockout the asshole for the cops to find.

But the moment he tasted the blood, he couldn't stop. He just kept drinking and drinking never feeling full or quenched. He wasn't even aware of the man no longer moving or screaming, nor was he fully cognizant of the scattered memories he was receiving from feeding.

He wasn't even aware his back had unleashed tendrils that stabbed into the new corpse in preparation to consume him once Peter was done feeding on the blood.

Of course, it also meant he wasn't aware of his eyes changing either, they were flickering between his normal crystal blue, blood red, ghostly blue, pitch black, gold, amber, and different combinations of the types.

When Peter felt there was no more blood to drink, he ripped his mouth away panting in a euphoric state as his body thrummed with power and happiness… for all of five seconds.

At the end of those five seconds, the pain came.

Not only had he finished requirements to get the vampire and werewolf powers, but it was also a full moon out forcing the transition on him and it was only bolstered by the mental pain of the memories, personality, and existence of the man he killed being consumed into his body for biomass.

Peter growled, screamed, shouted, grunted, and writhed in pain as his body both accepted and fought the change. It felt like the forest all over again, but only a hundred times worse. He started thrashing and lashing out at the area around him and the still coherent part of him was afraid he'd get loose.

Luckily, Wrath was one step ahead of him and quickly began shackling him down with tendrils, chakra chains, weight, seals, and just about everything he could create to restrain Peter as the transitions all fought within his body.

Wrath was just glad Peter didn't have a Saiyan tail yet. There was no way he was strong enough to restrain a Great Ape in his current condition. Like Peter, he too was growing and adapting from the acquisitions as part of his job to help Peter adjust and assimilate the power he now had. As such, he could handle a vampire/werewolf/hybrid that only just turned, it would be further down the line that more trouble would come.

Hopefully both he and Peter would be strong enough to deal with that.

HOURS LATER

Peter groaned as he got up off the ground feeling he just went twelve rounds with Hulk and stood up shakily as his body was humming with power and strength. "Shit, if this what a newly turned vampire, werewolf, and werepire felt when turned, I can understand why so many of them were cocky and arrogant until their ass got beat." Peter muttered as he felt he could brawl with Hulk and not break a sweat.

He then twitched a bit as he fully processed the memories of the man he consumed. Peter felt a bit sick from it, both the realization of what he had done to the man and from what the man himself had done. Lois wasn't the first woman he intended to rape, nor was she going to be his first successful one if Peter hadn't interfered.

(Perhaps paying those women a visit or delivering a message that their monster is dead would help with that.) Wrath stated knowing that Peter would need to learn to suppress his emotions against the memories of those he consumed.

Even if he didn't intend to consume that many people, there was no guarantee it wouldn't become necessary in the future.

Peter merely nodded before grunting a bit as a swarm of information came courtesy of one of his clones popping. He had just barely processed the information before the next popped and the other two followed suit soon after. Focusing his mind, he sorted the information and gazed through it seeing the history, names of cities and people, various heroes and villains, and other items and information that would be of interest to him.

Shaking his head, and mentally reinforcing the tidbit of not dispelling too many clones at once, Peter looked around to see the slightly trashed warehouse. Despite the damage done from his changing and Wrath chaining him down in various ways, the warehouse itself wasn't that damaged and there was a LOT of storage boxes, old machinery, and more still left in here.

In other words, it was an ideal place to get some materials and parts if it was abandoned.

Luckily, his powers from Matsu showed that he had no cameras, security, systems, or anything of that nature to worry about. Meaning this was some company warehouse that either went out of business or was just left here as a proverbial junk drawer that no one had any intention of cleaning out. This, of course, meant that it should be cheap and easy to buy it once he had some funds.

(We are aware of many criminal elements in this world, perhaps repurposing some of those funds would be in order.) Wrath stated and Peter frowned as he almost immediately liked that idea, but it was still stealing.

(Maybe, but I'm not a fan of stealing, even if it is from people who don't deserve the money they have.) Peter replied wanting to get into the habit of talking to Wrath mentally rather than out loud.

(The funds will be used for murder, drugs, and other actions and purposes you despise, why not alleviate some suffering by taking their funding away? However, perhaps a compromise can be made.) Wrath stated making Peter frown and raise an eyebrow in curiosity. (There will no doubt be large quantities of currency to acquire from various criminals and organizations, plenty that you can get what you need and still have more than enough to have a safety net and still spare some. So, whatever you spend on yourself, you can spend double or whatever amount you wish on beneficiaries such as charities, the police, organizations that are making an impact or difference, or whatever. Thereby getting three birds with one stone: The criminals lose their finances, you can acquire all that you need speedily counting a place to train and work without people getting in the way or being overly suspicious, and various people benefit from the action of having funding to do their works. Everyone wins that should win, and the criminal elements are punished for their actions while their ill-gotten gains are used for better purposes.) Wrath stated and Peter frowned as he did raise a very valid and convincing point.

How many times did he stop criminals and villains just for them to use their money to get out of jail or just restart their operations with the money they had stashed away where no one touched it?

Too many.

(All right. Point made, but I'm not going to just do this too heavily. Last thing I need is any of my greedier parts getting too strong.) Peter stated as he quickly left the warehouse since he'd need a computer to get access to the funds that would soon be his.

However, as he left, he saw that the warehouse was actually part of a large fenced off area and was bigger than he had first thought. Reason being was that it was an interconnected warehouse, meaning multiple warehouse units sharing walls with each other and looking like one large building from above or one of the sides. If they were owned by the same company/corporation/entity, which they likely would be in order to keep other companies from trying to steal or break into their warehouse while being so close, then he could just buy the entire building, stock and all, and then knock down or cut holes in the walls to make the entire building one workplace.

First though, he needed some funds.

Web-swinging through the streets, he eventually landed on a building and then dropped into an alleyway. Once he was sure no one was around, and checking three times with his sensory abilities, he willed his suit to retract and take a new form.

Now standing in a pair of walking shoes, black jeans, a red Henley shirt, and a black jacket, Peter rolled his neck and felt out his new clothes. (Nice fit, I guess you got some upgrades from the choices too.) Peter stated as he began walking, ignoring the looks of people as he passed by, but did twitch a bit as he smelled a few women were horny and it was making his new super-charged libido wake up.

(Indeed. And it seems you have another complication from your choices. Remember with Klaus, your emotions are heightened to a high degree and a few vampires help contain their hunger through sex. You're going to have to summon all the self-control you have until you learn to fully master your urges and your new bipolar self.) Wrath warned since until Peter adjusted, his emotional highs could be soaring, but his depressions could be crushing.

He was essentially a hypersensitive human with extreme bipolar disorder, meaning he had to focus and be careful since any brief moment of sadness could send him spiraling just as any small bout of anger could cause him to go berserk and possibly kill someone.

The only reason that killing that thug before wasn't sending him crashing into remorse and despair was because the memories and knowledge of what the man had done and would do. The disgust and fury that Peter felt over such things drowned out the depression and remorse.

(You're right, but then again you probably know more about the things I'll have to deal with than I do since you're the catalyst for me to have these new benefits and curses.) Peter thought as he focused on walking and keeping his reactions and senses contained.

A woman walking by nearly caused him to vomit as it smelled like she was wearing a gallon of perfume on her and it nearly overwhelmed his mind and senses.

(Also, is it just me, or does being in the light seem less… comfortable than it was being in darkness?) Peter asked not sure why that was, some of the uncomfortableness he felt in the forest was alleviated by being in the city since Cole's electrical sense let him basically know he was in a sea of electricity blocking out the thirst that Cole felt from that.

(It's not that surprising. You picked beings that had a more nocturnal predator instinct than normal and now you've awakened those instincts by completing your conversion and feeding for the first time. Even if they could be in the daylight, they still felt more at home within the dark. There's also the Force users who had succumbed and embraced the Dark Side, which means that darkness is likely a second home to them. The ninja and assassins worked in both the shadows and light, but had to know how to blend in and meld with the shadows. Some of those instincts, and natural fear of the sun and light in a sense, likely are rubbing off on you. It's being counterbalanced by the people who enjoy the light as well as some of them having powers related to the light. It is, unfortunately, just another item on the list of things you will have to adjust to as you can. Just be glad that the instinct and fear isn't so strong that you're constantly fidgeting and trying to get back to the shadows and avoid light at all costs.) Wrath stated and Peter nodded at his points, (Although, this means you'll have to be careful when morning comes. If you're slightly uncomfortable in light, then sunlight could be irritating or even debilitating until you can suppress those instincts and feelings.) Wrath stated as Peter sighed slightly.

(It can't ever be easy, can it?) Peter thought morosely.

(Such is the life of those with power and responsibility.) Wrath stated simply as Peter nodded knowing the Symbiote was right.

It didn't mean he liked it, but he knew it was the truth regardless.

Arriving at a small internet café that had computers for use for limited time, Peter entered and found an empty computer, thankfully it was one of the cafes that had some privacy walls up. Just to be safe, he focused on his magic and waved his hand a bit putting up a spell (or was it called a charm?), up around him to make people not really notice what he was doing unless they had a strong fortitude or magical skill. Pushing aside the thoughts of where that spell came from for the time being, he put his hands on the keyboard and began typing quickly, but not so quick that his still adjusting sight and processing brain couldn't keep up with his commanding part and his fingers. He quickly blocked out the monitoring of the computer, the café wasn't going to just let people use the computers for anything they wanted without covering their asses after all, and made it look like he was simply looking at apartments in the area as well as any deals on cars and such.

In reality, he was looking through and into anyone that came up on a criminal record search or a search for those that had less than moral appearances. He ignored the petty theft and other minor crimes as they weren't prudent to his parameters, but he did pay attention to those who kept six-figure an hour lawyers on retainer and always happened to be let off or out of jail for suspicious reasons.

Using his new enhanced capabilities and intelligence, he quickly multi-tasked in finding those people's bank accounts, copying all information to a cloud server that was completely off-grid and only accessible to him now, and looking into who owned the warehouse area he had been in. He did all of that within two minutes while also setting up his own bank account and identity complete with history, credit score, and more, and using the knowledge from some of his past encounters and his chosen contributors, he made sure there was a lengthy trail to make it all the more believable while also making sure anyone looking at when the information was added/created would see years old dates helping validate authenticity.

It was a bit scary to him how easy it was to get into government and private systems as well as plant some very deeply hidden and locked backdoors so he could save time if he had to go back in at a later date.

Only a few locations gave him any kind of trouble, which in this case amounted to taking longer than five seconds to gain access. LexCorp, Wayne Industries, STAR Labs, Starrware Industries, S.T.A.R. (Scientific and Technological Advanced Research) Laboratories, Queen Industries, Kord Industries, and Stagg Enterprises, with its subsidiary Stagg Industries being part of that.

Starrware and Wayne were the hardest to get through followed by Queen, S.T.A.R. Laboratories, LexCorp, STAR, Kord, and then Stagg. However, none of them were able to keep him out, though he was interested to see someone at Starrware, Wayne, Queen, and STAR were actively trying to trace and find him in that short window it took to look through their files and servers and then hop out of there. Clearly they had some capable personnel to be able to try and backtrace him within a minute of him entering their systems, not that it proved fruitful for them at any rate.

Anyway, he found that the warehouse was actually part of a joint venture between Wayne, LexCorp, and a third company named Future Industries that went bankrupt before further advancement and processing could be done. Apparently both LexCorp and Wayne abandoned the projects there as they had no interest without Future Industries and the warehouse was left vacant. LexCorp and Wayne were going to do more business before that abruptly ended, which Peter found was partly due to LexCorp CEO Alexander 'Lex' Luthor trying to militarize everything they were making and designing. Still, it meant he'd be able to buy the property, building, and stock Future Industries' remaining heirs since they had paid LexCorp and Wayne for the items within the warehouse as compensation while they attempted some project or another that they were working on that would put them on the map.

Clearly they tried too much too fast if the amount of time and stuff left in the warehouse was any indication.

Peter was confused on why the two CEOs would leave the warehouse full of their tech and property before he dug a bit. Lex Luthor apparently didn't give a shit where stuff was left if it proved it wasn't useful to him right then and there, which was due to most of the storage being miscellaneous tech and equipment that he could easily replace again and again for nothing. As for Wayne, with owner Bruce Wayne and CEO Lucius Fox at the helm currently, apparently the joint venture was before Bruce Wayne apparently took full control of the company from the Board of Directors when they tried to sell the company off piece by piece while Bruce was "finding himself" or whatever. Once he had control, Lucius was made CEO by Wayne soon after and they were taking the company away from armaments and weapons and focusing on keeping people alive and providing better lives from there.

What that meant was that it was entirely likely that neither Lucius nor Wayne even knew the Warehouse existed to begin with as it was done before their time and it wasn't like the Board of Directors was keeping strict watch over what was going where and what stayed where.

Oh well, their loss and Peter's gain.

Although, Mr. Fox needed to get/create better security and sub-routines, Peter found his little "off the books" files and saw that Mr. Wayne was apparently VERY much like Tony Stark was. Brilliant, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist that dresses in a high tech suit to fight crime to make a difference after their parents' death. Main difference, Tony didn't get that way til he was nearly killed by his own weapons, Bruce apparently had started as soon as he could truly fight and stand up to threats. Still, some of the designs that Peter saw were decent, but they could be much more, though it was obvious that Bruce lacked Tony's willingness to kill, which was likely due to the trauma of seeing his parents gunned down in front of him and instilled in him a no-killing policy, which naturally drew Peter to seeing similarities between himself and Bruce.

Maybe he'd offer some alternative designs and upgrades to make sure Bruce kept having a fighting chance in life. The world was filling with Aliens and Super-powered people, Bruce would need an edge beyond raw grit and his wits, even if the records show it carried the man through quite a bit of pain and combat. Even Hawkeye, Widow, and Punisher had needed a little upgrade at times to keep standing against threats that even gave Thor and Hulk a hard time, Wayne would likely be no different.

Once he was done poking around, he backtracked and began siphoning funds from a few criminal and unethical people and corporations. He didn't touch Wayne, Queen, Starrware, or Kord since they were on the up and up, either through their entire history or at least since their new CEOs took control. The others though, Peter took just enough to worry them, but not enough to cause too big a concern or backlash from it.

No chance of them filing for bankruptcy, but enough that some people were going to be pissed and want answers.

S.T.A.R. Laboratories would have been left alone… if Peter didn't find files that they were using a subsection of the company, personnel, and resources to back a new shadow government agency called Cadmus. While that may not be too big a deal, Stark Industries and others had provided for S.H.I.E.L.D. after all, it was the fact that the organization was built just to take down one man, who now led a group: Superman and the Justice League. Again, considering what he had learned of Superman being supposedly brainwashed to attack Earth some year and change ago, he could understand that, especially since he now had aliens and other powered/dangerous people as allies that could join him if things went wrong.

However, what Peter did NOT accept or like was that there were reports of them planning to acquire (meaning kidnap) any children or teenagers that exhibited having powers to study, train, and possibly replicate in order to have an army at their beck and call that could break anyone they deemed a threat. This was further evidenced by reports of them trying to clone some heroes and even trying to make powered humans that would be literal weapons for them that they could point and tell to destroy and they'd obey no questions asked.

This was made even worse by the actions of one Emil Hamilton, a man that was supposedly Superman's friend, but was too much of a coward to help him after his initial attack on Earth. It was only worsened as reports showed that he refused to help Superman's cousin, Supergirl, with injuries she sustained from fights with Superman and government soldiers and Superman got angry. He didn't actually harm the man, but he did scare him a bit into helping, which was the catalyst of him being willing to help bring the man down at any time deemed necessary. Hamilton had access to Kryptonian DNA, technology, and knew quite a bit about how Superman did things from past interactions with him and another Kryptonian named Mala, so he had quite a bit of intel and contributions to offer to Cadmus.

All of THAT was not acceptable to Peter. Hence why he had scrambled their data and files to delay and postpone any chance of their having success for a few years at least. He would have just killed the projects, but deep rumbling instinct in his gut and mind warned him against doing such a thing, so he held off. However, he ensured that he bugged the Kryptonian tech to malfunction and disable itself.

The Kryptonian defenses were nothing to sneeze at, but Peter had a dozen or so intellects that were at least genius level shoved in his head, so accessing and bypassing the innate security wasn't hard at all.

Naturally, such a breach would make many questions pop up on if it was an outside source or someone on the inside using various methods to make the attack appear to come from outside. This would then spiral into everyone being looked at and into for a possible traitor since no one should have been able to "stumble" onto them and definitely not get through their systems so easily unless they knew what to expect and had ways mapped out to get in.

They'd spend months if not years going through their personnel and trying to backtrack the hack before they even thought of trying to continue doing their various projects. That should be enough time for Peter to get his feet under him and have his own foothold in the world to make a decision on how to proceed from there.

(You're learning and adapting well. I think some of your spy friends would be quite prideful if they saw you in action right now.) Wrath commented since it was true.

Peter could only imagine Fury, Widow, Sable, and several others' faces if they were with him when he had done all of this, though he was sure Fury would want a backup copy of the data and information just in case such a thing was ever needed.

Peter had no use for it, beyond maybe working out how to grow Kryptonian organs should one of the current resident ones need to have surgery. However, that was a whole other can of worms at this moment and he was 97% sure he could recreate the data from memory if it came down to it.

Regardless, he got what he wanted from his little excursion and quickly moved the funds through multiple countries, routing numbers, converted it to e-cash then into coin then to another currency, and then moved it yet again while using several servers and routing areas until it ended in a secure set of accounts that Peter could access from some specific banks since he wasn't going to keep all the money in one place.

By the time someone followed that looping and twisting trail, Peter would likely be in his senior citizen years and relaxing somewhere.

In other words, the money was his and no one that wasn't as smart as him would be able to follow the trail entirely.

With that done, he began looking for whoever still owned the warehouse and then set up a meeting with a local law firm that was relatively new, but it was squeaky clean in its existence so far.

"Hmm, Phoenix Wright of the Wright Anything Agency." Peter muttered to himself as he began typing again and looked into Mr. Wright and his associates.

Turns out, they were all clean, despite quite a few of his associates were suspected of various crimes, but they were all framed and Mr. Wright and his partner Mia Fey had always not only proved their innocence but also proved who the real guilty party was. The fact that they went against multiple high class and powerful people while refusing to be paid off only heightened their image, at least to Peter anyway. They were primarily a defense attorney firm and a talent scouting agency, but they still covered other legal matters if their clients needed such matters handled.

All in all, they were definitely a firm Peter could make use of without needing eyes in the back of his head.

Memorizing their contact information, Peter logged off the computer, after checking six times to ensure he left no tracks, and removed the spell. However, his mind was stuck on the mention of one other company, one he didn't touch as there were alarm bells in his head when he considered doing so.

Said company was called CryNet Systems, a technological company that was also a burgeoning defense contractor. Peter did NOT know why, but that name made him full of anger, fear, annoyance, trepidation, and an urge to kill. He didn't like it, but he wasn't going to draw that company's attention for a while, especially when he was in his current weakened state.

For now, he'd keep an eye on them and react accordingly, but he REALLY did not like how just seeing that name filled him with such anxiety. Peter quickly shook his head, he'd keep it in mind for later, right now he had other things to worry about and do.

However, as he stood to leave, "Excuse me, sir." Peter turned and saw a woman at counter as the one who spoke, "You'll have to pay for the time before you leave." She stated as Peter gained a look of understanding.

"Ah, just take it from my tab, it's under Peter Parker." Peter stated making the woman frown before she went to the computer and typed a minute before raising her eyebrows.

"Oh! I see, sorry for troubling you, Mr. Parker. Have a nice night." She stated after seeing the tab that Peter had created for himself that had about two grand on it.

"No problem, have a nice night." Peter stated as he left and began to casually walk and let his mind wander.

An alarm going off nearby made him sigh and roll his eyes before he moved to an alley and returned his clothes to normal before taking off web swinging away.

IN SPACE

The hero known as Batman was typing away on one of the computers that were on the orbiting station that he had commissioned/built for the newly formed Justice League. Just because he didn't technically join the group didn't mean he wouldn't still utilize the resources he put into the station.

He didn't even blink or look when a steaming cup of coffee was put next to him, "Anything interesting?" The hero known as Superman asked as he sipped his own cup, not worried about Metropolis as Steel, Powergirl, and Supergirl could handle things there until he returned and if something major did come up then they had ways of contacting him.

"One of major interest, and one of minor interest." Batman stated impassively, but Superman could detect a slight hint of irritation in his tone, but anyone who didn't know the bat that well would miss it entirely.

"I guess go for the least alarming first." Superman stated as Batman kept typing for a minute before he typed something and a video of Peter at the bank came up.

"A new hero revealed himself in L.A. a couple hours ago." Batman stated as the video played and a list came up beside it listing the shown capabilities of Peter.

Web-like launching.

Scaling surfaces.

Enhanced strength.

Enhanced Speed.

Energy blasts.

Earth manipulation.

Form of precognition (believed).

"That is interesting, what's his name?" Superman asked and Batman kept typing.

"Spiderman." Batman stated as Superman nodded not seeing anything wrong with an on-the-nose name since Batman and some others were the same way.

"Figures, so what's the slight concern?" Superman asked as he noticed the very minute twitch that Batman gave.

"Someone managed to hack into Wayne Enterprise's servers and get through all of our security in less than 20 seconds." Batman stated making Superman widen his eyes in surprise and shock. "They even managed to get into Lucius' files and data servers. Nothing was taken, but they were still able to get into and see several heavily encrypted files and areas." Batman continued and Superman understood why irritation was there.

"Meaning someone knows that Batman is at least connected to Wayne Enterprises, and that Lucius designs and makes his equipment." Superman stated as Batman was silent, both knowing there was no reason to answer that question.

"I take it you're trying to backtrace the hack?" Superman asked, though he honestly knew the answer already.

He also knew part of Batman's annoyance/anger was at the fact his protégés in the form of Robin, Nightwing, and Batgirl could be compromised as well by the hack especially if the hacker tried for some other files or tech.

Batman was still silent as he kept typing, "Right, a question not even worth asking. Should I inform the others just in case the hacker knows about the tower and tries to access it?" Superman asked as Batman actually paused for a half second in his typing to consider that before he resumed.

"Doesn't matter, I've updated and added to the tower security, Lucius is also reworking and upgrading the security at the company as well. If they can get through THAT, then we may be dealing with a metahuman who's powers are specific to electronics or computers or a highly advanced intellect." Batman stated as he kept typing.

"So, you're not having any luck tracing it is what you're saying." Superman stated after a few moments as Batman twitched a bit but kept typing.

"I'll let the others knows, if nothing else Flash and GL can keep an ear to the ground on anything else going on." Superman stated as Batman merely kept typing making Superman shake his head at his friend's demeanor.

Sometimes it was hard to tell he was just a normal man and not some kind of machine.

THREE DAYS LATER

Peter stood outside of his new property with an impassive face as his mind worked. The meeting with the Wright Anything Agency had worked out well and he now had them on a somewhat retainer. They had handled the paperwork and documentation of the transfer of ownership from the previous owners to him, with said previous owners being happy to sell the property, especially at the price Peter was offering.

Another day to finish the paperwork, exchanging of funds, and here they were.

Now the warehouse and the property around it for 100 yards was his and it was fenced off, which wasn't much of a security measure but that's what he was taking care of today.

Crossing his fingers into a slowly becoming familiar sign, he channeled chakra and made 10 clones, glad that those chakra exercises he did when not on patrol were working well. "You all know what to do." He stated making them nod as three changed their appearance and left, four went to the corners of the property, and the other three went with Peter into the warehouse.

They had plenty of work to do and not a ton of time to do it before someone began snooping around, so they needed to block off that possibility as much as possible before Peter ended up having a dangerous fight on his hands.

ELSEWHERE

A figure grinned as they looked at Peter through a rippling pool, "Good, good, three days of work and he's already improved a decent amount. Maybe it's time to shake things up just a bit for him, I can't have him being too easy a prey now, can I?" The figure stated as a dark and cruel grin formed on their face as they eyed Peter.

DONE!

Next time we see Peter trying to adjust to his new life, powers, and body as well as his urges that keep spiking and see how things are going for MJ.

For those wondering, I have S.T.A.R. Laboratories and STAR Labs in this because STAR Labs in the Flash series is different from S.T.A.R. Labs that's in Metropolis where Doctor Hamilton worked before eventually joining Cadmus. So, one is an acronym and one is just a word/title since the one in The Flash isn't shown as an acronym when you look it up. I just wanted to clarify that.
