2-Aubriella's POV

As she made statues of her and her friends out of shadowvapor and shadow flux, Aubriella heard a gentle knock on her door. Probably Avvy, she thought. Sure enough, when she opened the door she foud her older brother standing there fidgeting with his hands.

"What do you want?" I asked.

Avvy shrugged. "I need to know what to do when I ask Amy to the dance."

"Awwww…You think I will help you with that."

"Yes, because I can tell Lenny about your crush."

Amy thought about telling her brother that Amy had a crush on him but she couldn't break her friend's promise. Amy would never forgive her. (Well until she realised that Avvy liked her back.)

"You should save her from something or help her and than spill the lushberry juice. (like spill the tea but with lushberry juice.) Or you could organise a sleepover here and during truth or dare someone will eventually ask you who your crush is and you can tell everyone."

His teal eyes widened. "Here! You mean here at Rosehill?!" (Their house)

"Sure! Why not?"

If death stares could kill, Aubriella would be long dead by then. "Don't pretend you don't know! What if she goes in my room? Then my life would be officially over!"

"Just don't let her go into your room where she'll see all you're po-" Aubriella began. As always, whenever she dared utter a word about what was in his room, she was interrupted.

"Aubrey, be serious." her older brother commanded. "

"I am. But Prince not-so-charming, You may have to ask Kelly to help you and get her to be the one to suggest truth or dare so nobody suspects anything.

"Of course!" Avvy exclaimed. "Did you seriously, think I hadn't though of that?"

"Kind of," answered Aubriella. "But I already helped you, so get out lovebird!" As her older brother exited her room Aubriella looked out the window, smiling and knowing that her best friend and her brother where finally going to get become a couple, but that thought was interrupted when she heard a noise from downstairs.

As Aubriella left her room, tip-toeing as quietly as possible, she went past Avalon's room to see that he was still in there. Hmmmm, she thought. He's been staying visible for much longer periods of time recently…or is that so Mimi notices him. Aubriella tried to scratch the gossipy thought out of her mind. She wondered when the world would learn that she was a marshmallow on the inside and around her friends and family and not the shady girl she pretended to be when around strangers or people she;s not super close to. But that didn't matter. What mattered now was discovering what the noise was and revealing it. When Aubriella silently walked down one of the carpeted staircases of Rosehill, she realised that the noise was a voice. Multiple Voices. Her Uncle Fitz's voice. Her Aunt Kendalls voice. (Fitz, married Kendall Jenner.) Her mum's voice. Her dad's voice. Aunt Sophie's voice. Uncle Keefe's voice. Aunty Linh's voice. Aunty Marella's voice. Uncle dex's voice. Uncle Wylie's voice. Aunty Maruca's Voice. And some voices Aubriella thought she'd never have to hear again.

What was happening?

It must be a meeting on the imparter, she decided.

But what was it about?

Unfortunately, Aubriella never got to find out because this meeting had just ended but she had heard 4 words.

Rebels. Rising. Danger. Death.

The helpless girl decided not to tell anyone about those words. Because it would cause fear and fear controlled people. She couldn't let anyone know like the Fear Spill. The Fear Spill was when everyone knew too much about the Neverseen and kept making too many bad decisions because they were to scared that any mistake would lead to death. That fear had been the reason for those bad decisions. Thousands could've died if Elysian hadn't joined their side and stabbed Gisela. (This didn't actually happen in the real book series so it isn't a spoiler. Oops. I forgot to say that I've read all the books up to Unraveled so there might be some spoilers later on) But Gisela and Vespera were dead, Gethen, Trix and all the other Neverseen members were in exile. Who could be starting this new rebel group.

Then a thought struck through Aubriella's mind.

Vespera used illusions and was basically a hologram when they discovered Elysian and she died, according to the stories Aubriella's parents had told her. But how can a hologram die? Because really they're not there.

Could Vespera actually be alive?

And If so, why would she be starting a rebel organisation.

It could put her in prison again.

Or she could actually die!

But what was this rebel organisation fighting for.

And would they hurt them.

But Aubriella already knew the answer to that question.

Yes.

But she still couldn't tell anyone.
