Chapter 5

Bar, Central City

In a bar that's filled with criminals, three villains were sitting in a booth complaining about making ends meet.

The first is a man in a blue furred coat and pants.

This is Captain Cold.

The next is a man in an orange body suit with green trim.

This is Mirror Master.

And the last is a crazy looking man in a multi colored suit, domino mask and pink stripes in his hair.

This is the Trickster.

"Gentlemen, we live in brutal times. Last week, to make ends meet, I was reduced to hijacking a tractor-trailer full of sports cars." Mirror Master said playing with a plastic fork.

"That is so beneath you. At least knock over a bank." Captain Cold said leaning forward.

"You gotta visualize." Trickster said, looking through his hands as he finger framed Mirror Master.

"Visualize? What the heck does that mean? If I don't 'visualize' a mortgage payment soon, the wife will have me bagging groceries for a living." Captain Cold said to the deranged criminal

"She's always been an Ice Queen, that one." They heard a certain accent that they knew.

The three looked to see Captain Boomerang in his costume walking up to them.

"Captain Boomerang, you old son of a wallaby." Trickster said as Captain Boomerang sat down beside Captain Cold.

"Mirror Master, Captain Cold. Does me good to see the old faces… Even the Trickster." Captain Boomerang said as he joined them in the booth by Captain Cold.

"We heard you were out early." Cold said with a smirk as seeing the one that Boomerang had of his own.

"Time off for good behavior, you might say. I cut me a good deal, got my sentence down to five years and now they tell me I'm reformed." Boomerang sarcastically said.

"Reformed? The man who robbed an entire fleet of armored cars in a month?" Mirror Master scoffed knowing that was far from the truth.

"Now that was a crime." Boomerang said in nostalgia, but had a hint of bitterness in his voice.

"Yeah, too bad The Flash busted you and you didn't get the chance to spend a dime of it." Mirror Master said in mocking manner.

Captain Boomerang fumed internally before smirking at him with his own comeback.

"Well, at least he didn't make me eat my own laser kaleidoscope." He rebuffed with Mirror Master immediately denying with exasperation in his visage.

"That's a rumor, a complete exaggeration. And anyway, it was a laser pistol." Mirror Master corrected though he was very bitter about that particular time.

"It's like that time I stole an entire train while it was moving. The way people tell it, you'd think the Flash shoved the Cold Gun-"

"You know, I've had him on the ropes, too." Trickster interrupted, but got a scoff from Mirror Master.

"Yeah, that's the way I heard it." He said sarcastically while Trickster looked annoyed at being looked down on.

"So, we're the hardest men in town-" The waiter interrupted by coughing out loud and they looked up to see she was ready for them to order.

"What'll it be, boys?" She asked, ready to take their orders.

"Arnold palmer, Cherry cola, Decaf soy-latte, milk." They said at the same time and looked at Captain Cold at his strange order. He saw the looks he was getting and gave a reason.

"My ulcer's been acting up." Captain said lamely, though no one said anything much to his relief as she quickly wrote their drinks down and left.

"The hardest men in town, and we all have something in common." Mirror Master said with certainty.

"Bilateral symmetry." Trickster said as he had a straw in his mouth before blowing the cover off it much to everyone's annoyance. He noticed this and looked down at the table.

"We'd all be living like kings if it weren't for the Flash." Mirror Master said with the others agreeing with him.

"Don't tell me."

"I'll say."

"Yeah." Was their responses as the orange villain continued.

"The Flash has put each of us away at one time or another. He's interfered with our livelihoods and to complete the insult, the city has honored this Buttinski with a museum." He pulled out a newspaper and threw it on the table for the others to see and there it was on the headlines.

Flash Museum opens tomorrow! They read and it annoyed them greatly at what was happening.

"Tomorrow is supposed to be the biggest day in the Flash's life. I say we make it his last." Mirror Master suggested as he stabbed the picture of him as they nodded in agreement as smirks started appearing on their faces and began making preparations and plans for the speedster.

Unknown to anyone with what the villains were planning, Naruto had just arrived in Central City. He'd been asked by Wally to come to celebrate the opening of the Flash Museum much to his amusement at the prospect. He knew Wally deserved to be hailed as a hero with everything he did for the city and its people, but he thought it was a little much to his amusement anyway.

Over the last couple of weeks, not a lot had changed for Naruto in his life. He'd stayed under the radar for the most part, keeping himself out of the hero life if he could help it. He was still having nightmares, but they weren't as bad as they had been at first, thanks to having some help from Dinah who acted as a psychologist for him since she was a certified therapist. He had been told to have two sessions a week with her and it took the efforts of Kara, Mari, Shayera, Diana, and Oliver for him to accept it otherwise they'd drag him in themselves. After that he went willingly though when others heard about it they got a good laugh out of it, knowing that if it came to it, they'd drag him in by force.

He had arrived at a hotel and made his way to where he could see were employee's of the hotel and walked up to the counter. It was a man and a woman with the latter noticing his approach and smiled at him.

"Hello, welcome to Central Inn, how can I help you today?" She asked and her smile widened when she saw him checking her out.

"I'd like to book a room while I'm here in Central City." Naruto told her who nodded and began typing into the computer.

"And how long do you plan on staying with us for?" She asked him, not taking her eyes off the computer.

"Three days." Naruto said and she nodded and continued her work until she managed to get a selection of rooms that were available. She gave him his options and prices so that he could choose him.

Once he thought it over, he made his choices on what room he wanted. Once he was given the key and paid for his time to be there, he thanked her for the help and took his leave with a bag over his shoulder that had some clothes. He was able to get settled into his room when his felt his pocket vibrate, reaching into his pocket he pulled his phone out to see that Wally had been the one to text him.

"Meet me at the Central City PD, I'm just about done for the day." He read and nodded before sending him a quick text telling him that he would be there in a few minutes. Once it was sent, he finished checking over the room before he walked out of his room, locking it and leaving to meet with Wally.

When he was outside, he looked around to make sure no one was around, he activated his Sharingan and began vanishing in a swirling vortex. This was the Kamui, one of Mangekyou's abilities that he had obtained.

Nearby Central City PD

Naruto reappeared in the same manner as before and was glad that there wasn't anyone nearby to notice his strange way of appearing. It wouldn't have done any good if he suddenly appeared out of nowhere, it would bring a lot of strange questions to him.

As he walked out of the alley, he had his hands in his pockets as he walked towards the police department building and passed by people that would give him curious looks with some even waving at him. Of course, he didn't want to appear rude and replied in the same manner or giving them nods. It wasn't longer though until he was at the front doors when he saw a Wally looking right at him with a grin on his face.

"Hey man, thanks for coming." Wally told him and before Naruto could say anything, he brought his hand up to his ear, a smirk appearing on his face. "Watchtower, table for two."

"Wait, where are we go-" Before he could finish, they were both covered in beams of light and when the light disappeared, they were nowhere to be seen.

Naruto opened his eyes and saw that he was no longer in Central City, but was somewhere else entirely. He recognized where he was at though and he was surprised and yet confused on why he was there since he wasn't a member of the league. They were at the Watchtower and he looked at Wally who had already started walking ahead.

"Come on." Flash said as he motioned for him to follow and he did just that as they stepped onto an elevator.

"What are we doing here, I'm not part of the league anymore?" Naruto questioned his friend with a frown.

"Just wanting to ask if anyone that's here wants to go with us to the opening of the Flash ceremony." Flash said to Naruto who nodded as they exited the elevator, passing by several heroes who waved at Flash and gave Naruto curious looks while others nodded to him who returned the gesture and looked embarrassed from the attention he was getting much to Flash's amusement who snickered at his friend's dilemma. Naruto glared at him, but did nothing else.

"Naruto." They heard a familiar voice and looked ahead to see Fire was standing there along with the woman from a few weeks ago when he was at the Hall of Justice with her.

"Fire. Good to see you again." Naruto smiled at her and looked at the other woman. "I'm sorry, I don't think we've met." He offered his hand to her and she took the gesture and nodded to him.

"Names Ice. I saw you at the Hall of Justice with Hawkgirl and Flash." Ice told him who nodded.

"What brings you here, not that we're complaining, but normally only league members are allowed in the Watchtower?" Fire asked who was rather curious as to what he was doing here.

"I was visiting this nutcase in Central City for something, but I had no idea he was going to the Watchtower, let alone bring me with him." Naruto said as he pointed at the speedster who waved at him with a grin, not even bothered by getting thrown under the bus.

"You look like you're busy, so I'll go head to where I was and then come back to get you. Have fun." Flash had already sped away, leaving the blonde with the two women who looked confused at what the speedster did.

"I'm going to wring his neck when I get my hands on him." They heard him mutter and Fire couldn't help herself, but giggle while Ice was amused at the byplay that they seem to have.

"Come on, it's not so bad with us, is it?" Fire asked with a smirk with her hands on her hips.

"No, it's not, that's not what I meant." Naruto said in defense as he held his hands up while Fire was amused by his defensive nature.

"I don't know, you don't sound sincere enough." Fire said in a fake glaring manner making him slump his shoulders as the girls openly laughed as Fire grabbed his hand.

"Come on, we can show you around a little bit until Flash comes back." She said as they led him to show him what he didn't see last time he was here with Ice going with them and being curious about the blonde that her friend seems to know quite well.

She remembered seeing him back in the Hall of Justice, he seemed very close to Flash and Hawkgirl by their interactions. He also was nice based on observation and now she could see what Fire saw in him when she'd talk about him from time to time.

"Were you a hero at one point, you seem to know Flash very well?" Ice asked curiosity, lacing her voice. Fire looked at him wondering the same thing.

"I used to be. That was some time ago though." Naruto said with a shrug, but they could see how sad he looked.

"What was your hero's name?" Fire asked who was very curious to learn he was a hero at one point and a member of the league.

He sighed, knowing that they wouldn't leave him be, being far too curious to not know this particular bit of information about him.

"I went by Kyuubi back when I was still here back then." Naruto told them whose eyes widened.

"So you're Kyuubi huh? That explains a lot with how close the other founders are to you. You're one of the founding members of the league, but two years ago, you left and no one except for them knew why." Fire said with surprise in her tone.

"Why did you leave? It's clear from the portal you came in that you came from most likely another dimension if what I heard is true." Ice said, getting a nod from her friend.

"Jeez, I forgot that's more common than anything else is dealing with other dimensions." Naruto muttered with a shake of his head as the girls chuckled at his expression.

"So where were you, if you were in another dimension?" Fire asked, as they continued walking around enjoying themselves.

"Be prepared for a story, because it'll take some time to tell you about it all." Naruto told them as they nodded and listened as he began his explanation.

Naruto and Flash could be seen back in Central City and they appeared to be at the City Hall with the latter standing at a podium who was standing next to who Naruto had to guess was the mayor of the city who was holding a giant key. Naruto was in the crowd with the others that were there to show their support for the red clad hero. He was smiling and waving at them as the mayor spoke of her appreciation for him.

After Naruto had told them about his situation and what had happened with him in the Elemental Nations, they were shocked and appalled at not only what was happening to him, but how the Tailed Beasts were treated along with their hosts. The villages would force them to be containers for them and would still treat them like monsters despite forcing it upon them in the first place. It didn't help that even his closest friends and even those he thought of as family turned on him made them sick. Fire promised herself that she wouldn't treat him like they did and could understand why he was the way he was with what happened to him. She was surprised that he hadn't gone insane, but it was thanks to those here that were able to keep him up. They offered to help anyway they can, but he just told them that he was managing and was already getting help from others. Fire though wanted to hang out with him since they were friends, so they made plans with Ice wanting to get to know him more too, especially after his past, She had given him her real name since they were going to be spending time outside of being a hero. Well, she had learned some of his past anyway. After getting those details set up with them, Flash came back to get him and they left via teleporter.

She then finished her speech and handed the key to Flash and stepped to the side to allow him to give a few words. They were nice and he was humble in showing his gratitude to them…. Until a bunch of boomerangs came into view.

"What the hell?" Naruto muttered with narrowed eyes at the strange things to use as a weapon.

"I got it. Everyone get to cover!" Flash called out to everyone as they did as told and went to cover where they'd be safe except for Naruto who stood in his spot.

Flash at a very fast pace grabbed each of them one by one and threw them back where they came from with a smirk on his face, but it quickly changed when they saw them coming around towards him.

"Duh." Flash said in realization, feeling like an idiot. One that Naruto agreed with and he spun, looking like a small tornado when they made contact with him, they quickly were sent back out, but this time they began making contact with each other causing them to explode, leaving everyone safe and unharmed.

Naruto was about to congratulate him on a job well done when a very large one suddenly swept Flash away from where he was so suddenly.

"Flash!" Naruto yelled out to his friend as he watched the boomerang fly off with him and began running after him.

Meanwhile Flash was being held by the boomerang that had snatched him up trapped his wrists to keep him from freeing himself, though he only managed to get one and not both. He sees a screen appear in front of him with the image showing Captain Boomerang being the one behind this.

"Good day mate, Captain Boomerang here. Seems that Mirror Master wasn't up to the task, not it's my shot. I'm gonna kill you ugly Flash and I want you to see it coming." Captain Boomerang said with an arrogant smirk on his face.

"I swear when I get out of this, I'm gonna find you and hurl all over you." Flash joked, but he wasn't feeling so good from all the spinning that was happening.

"A touch of dizziness? You might find it useful to fix on one point on the horizon. For instance like that mountain you're set to crash into." Boomerang told the red clad hero.

He punched into it and pulled out some wires that caused it to go down from it's destination as one of the two engines blowing up. It was now going out of control as it made it's descent to the ground, smashing through trees and than bouncing off the ground until it landed where he saw Batman, Orion, and Naruto who looked relieved that he was fine.

"Flash?" Orion asked as the others didn't blink, used to this sort of thing.

"Hey, guys." He waved at them nonchalantly not even bothered by his position much to Naruto's amusement who was snickering at him. Flash heard him and gave him a mock glare.

"You're tied to a very large boomerang." Orion asked, still confused that Flash was tied to the boomerang.

"Yeah...?" Flash asked, wondering why Orion looked at him in shock before jumping down. "What are you guys doing here?"

"You know why I'm here." Naruto shrugged when he got a look from Orion, before looking back at Flash.

"Waller told me that Boomerang left Task Force X. So I did some checking. Three other villains from Central City are off the radar." Batman explained as Flash raised an eyebrow.

"Hey! Mirror Master took a shot at me too."

"Here's what we're going to do." Batman said only for the Flash to speak up.

"Listen, I need to go home and change before the opening tonight."

"We're coming with you." Batman replied in his usual no nonsense tone.

"You really don't have to." Flash tried to say, but he wasn't having any of it.

"We're coming... With you." Batman repeated, not budging on the manner with Orion nodding in agreement with Flash sighing knowing that he wouldn't win this argument.

"I'll help you too. Good chance to put some of my new skills I've picked up to use." Naruto said with Batman looking at him in intrigue and knew this would be a chance to see what else he's learned and gained. He would need to take notes on everything and let the others know what he finds.

"(Sigh.) OK! You guys are so slow!" Flash whined with Naruto shaking his head as they beamed away from the area.

Flash's Apartment

The three Leaguers and ex-leaguer appeared in Flash's small apartment as Orion looked around.

"This is where you live?"

"Isn't it great?" Flash asked, putting a large gold key against a dresser. "Low maintenance fees, and there's a laundry room on the same floor."

Orion looked at him and put his hands on his waist, fitting one of Flash's cardboard cutouts from when he was promoting his candy bar. "With the way you talked I thought the city would have built you a-!" He stopped as the cut out started talking, and punched it after getting startled.

"Dude! That was my last standee." Flash said getting Orion to apologize

"It startled me." Orion said in an embarrassed manner glad that his helmet could hide his embarrassment. Naruto rolled his eyes that was full of amusement at seeing the son of Darkside acting like that.

Flash went to his dresser and opened the top drawer. Revealing it had countless gold rings with his logo on them. Picking one up, he held it out as another suit came out before he spun around to change.

"Cool, huh? The hard part's getting them back in the ring." Flash grinned at them, but got no response except for Naruto who shook his head at him.

"Take these attacks on your life more seriously." Batman said, closing the door.

"It's just Mirror Master and Captain Koala!" Flash said, not sounding worried in the slightest about them.

"Not just them, Captain Cold and the Trickster." Naruto spoke up. "All four with an axe to grind against you that's teamed up."

"If there was a way we could track them, we could eliminate these dogs before they strike again." Orion said with Flash looking at him before shaking his head.

"I'll just round them up later, they hang out in this hole in the wall on 4th street." Flash said as he walked out with the three following him.

"And who are you exactly?" Orion asked, looking at Naruto in curiosity.

"Just a friend that was coming to support him. He surprised me earlier by bringing me to the Watchtower even though I'm not a member of the league anymore." Naruto said with Batman giving the Flash a look.

"I see." Was all Orion said, not knowing what else to say.

"When this is over, I need to speak with you." Batman said to Naruto who raised an eyebrow and nodded.

Later at Bar

The four heroes walked into the bar having all but the Trickster, who was talking to himself, run out.

"I mean what's so special about a "disco of death?" Heck with 'em! I'm an artist! They're just robbing banks. Captain Cold, Captain Boomerang... Probably would have gone for it if I was a captain..."

(Ahem!)

Flash cleared his throat, getting Trickster to look up, stand, and aim a sawed off double barreled shotgun with a nose on the end at them.

BANG!

Only for Batman to knock it out of his hand, having it fly to a pool table with acid coming out and melting the table.

"It's a 'Snot Gun' Ha-Ha!" Trickster laughed to himself though no one else was laughing.

"Where are the others?" Batman asked as Naruto stood back to let them handle it since it was now league business.

"Those crabby hacks can go plug a hole for all I care. But I'm not about to rat 'em out!" Trickster said, thumbing his chest with stubbornness.

"Orion?" Batman asked as Orion nodded and grabbed the Trickster and pulled him close.

"Talk, while you still have a jaw!" He said in a threatening manner.

Only for the Flash to get in between them, and had Trickster placed back down. "Hey hey! Would you guys please take it down a notch? Let me handle this." He said as he leads Trickster back to the bar and sits with him. "James, you're off your meds, aren't you?"

"Better off without 'em. Take 'em if I start feeling down." Trickster said as the speedster looked at him with disappointment.

"You know that's not how the medicine works. You're not well!" The red clad hero scolded lightly, though made sure it wouldn't anger him.

"I'm fine. You wanna throw some darts?" Trickster asked getting Flash to sigh.

"No. Listen, James. You're wearing the suit again!" Flash told the man who looked surprised.

"I am?" Trickster asks as he examines his clothing. "Well, whaddya know?"

"Here's the deal, buddy. Tell me where those guys went, and I'll come see you in the hospital. We'll play darts...! The soft kind." Flash ended with a smile with the Trickster perking up with a grin on his face.

"Okay, they're gonna ambush you at the Flash Museum." Trickster told him, no longer wanting to help the others.

"See? That's all we needed!" Flash then got up to leave with Batman, Batgirl, Naruto and Orion. "Come on, we better get over there."

"What about your enemy?" Orion asks.

"Oh, right!" Flash said before looking to the Trickster. "Dude, soon as you finish your drink, turn yourself in!"

Trickster then raised his mug. "Got me again, Flash!"

"At least now you know where they'll be." Naruto said as they nodded.

"You know you're going to have to help since you're aware of this, right?" Batman asked with a smirk as he nodded to the dark knight though it was with great reluctance.

"Than you're going to more than likely need something to disguise yourself with so they don't recognize you or others for that matter." Batman said with Naruto nodding again, already having something in mind.

"Yeah, I know and I have an idea too." Naruto told them with them looking at him in curiosity, but didn't say anything else.

Later, Flash's Museum

The two Leaguers were keeping watch outside as the Flash was inside with Naruto who had changed his appearance to the one that he had when he fought Metallo awhile ago giving autographs. When Batman and Flash saw his disguise, they looked at him in surprise since he looked exactly like the guy that Steel and Kara had described. Even the eyes were the same being green until they changed to purple with rings. They would speak with him though when this was over.

"Central City builds statues to this... fool. Who makes bad jokes, and concerns himself with pitiful men like the Trickster. I don't understand." Orion aid flying to Flash's statue with a look of disdain on his face.

"No… you don't." Batman agreed as he continued his patrol.

On the inside, Naruto was off to the side enjoying the museum while also keeping an eye out for anything out of place. He had to admit though, that the people had done a great job with this place and showed that they were really grateful to Flash for all the work he does to keep them safe. He could see that he was enjoying himself and giving out autographs to those that wanted one. He did however have a smirk on his face when one of the reporters was flirting with him though he went right over the speedsters head much to his amusement and some guilt seeing her attempts not working.

It wasn't long though when the reporter after trying to speak with him when the villains made their move by coming out of the reporter's hand held makeup kit that had a small mirror on the inside.

"Thanks miss, we'll take it from here." Captain Boomerang said as they all smirked at the surprised Flash with Naruto narrowing his eyes at their arrival, having forgotten to check the people and their items that could have mirrors on them.

Flash took a few steps back with Naruto making his way towards them though they didn't seem to notice him yet, being fixated on their enemy.

"If we aren't taking turns, let's at least see who can hurt him the worst." Mirror Master said as the others grinned at the idea, but were cut off when they heard an unexpecting voice.

"Bansho Tenin (Universal Pull)." Mirror Master felt himself being pulled by something and when he saw where he was going, it was towards a young man he hadn't seen before. He shot mirrors at him with his guns, but the man dodged them with ease and in the next moment, he felt his jaw being hit by him. Naruto had punched him in the jaw that sent him crashing into one of the displays

"Who the hell is this guy?" Captain Boomerang asked, startled at the appearance of him, having not expected the Flash to have backup.

"Who cares, just get him as well. It must be one of the Flash's friends." Captain Cold told him who only grunted in annoyance, but did as told as the fight began.

Batman and Orion had heard the screams coming from inside and made their way in when they arrived they saw that one of them was already knocked out with the other two fighting them.

Batman threw one of his batarangs at Cold and knocked one of his guns out of his hands. He shouted at the unexpected loss of one of his guns and fired at the two who jumped to the side to avoid the beam of ice.

Naruto ran towards the man and was behind him instantly, but before he could do anything, he turned around quicker than he thought and hit him with a beam of ice until he hit the wall as it froze over him.

He smirked at the finished man and looked over towards the others and saw that Boomerang was down and unconscious leaving him the last one left and knew he needed to get the Flash if he did anything, so he fired his gun at the speedster who avoided the blast with his high speeds.

While he was trying to hit the Flash, the wall of ice that had Naruto frozen in started melting until it revealed that Naruto was using his steam to get himself out. He exploded once he was free enough and was out of the ice with steam rolling off of his body. He sighed and looked on as Flash had punched Captain Cold in the face, knocking him out, being the last one with the other two already tied up and restrained.

Later, the police took the criminals away as Orion turned to the Flash after talking with the news people.

"Now I understand. You play the fool to hide a warrior's pain." He said getting the speedster to shrug.

"Dude. Bad guys went down, and no one got hurt. You know what I call that? A really good day." Flash said as he walked up to them with Naruto standing next to them.

"Right, so now what?" Naruto asked when Batman gave him a look and he slumped before nodding, remembering that he needed to talk to him.

"Let's go. We have a couple things to speak with you about, but not here." Batman said with Naruto nodding, but also wondered what he wanted to talk to him. Once they were out of view of the public eye, Batman contacted Mr. Terrific to have them all beamed up to the Watchtower including Naruto. In the next instant they were gone in a beam of light.

Naruto sighed in relief at finally getting home. He had been busy the last couple of hours with having some errands to run for himself. He'd been ousted by Kara when he was brought into the Watchtower where he had a meeting with about half of the founding members who weren't on missions or had just gotten out of one. When the others asked why Batman had called them in and what Naruto was doing with him, he told them about how he was the one who helped Kara and Steel against Metallo that one time which got their attention. The ones who were there aside from Batman and Flash were Diana, Kara, and Shayera.

Of course that was something they hadn't expected to say the least, but were glad that he had stepped in, especially Kara. When they asked about why he hid himself from them, his response had been that he was wanting to focus on himself and heal before anything else. They understood and when they asked about the black rod and the gravity attack he revealed just enough to satisfy them that it was due to his eyes which he explained that it was the Rinnegan that allowed him the ability to do those things, but how it was only the mere basics of them. That certainly made them curious about what else they were capable of, but not even he didn't even know the full potential of them yet, so they left it at that.

Now he had just finished meeting with his publisher and had decided to get some other things for his home to make it more inviting. But what he wasn't expecting was to have guests be in his home waiting for him by the looks of it. There in the room was Mari, Diana, Shayera, Barbara, Dinah, Beautriz, and Tora.

"Um, what's going on?" Naruto asked as they all looked at him as he entered his apartment, though some of them had amused expressions like Mari and Dinah while others were merely curious, but none of them thankfully didn't look upset about whatever it was.

"We need to talk." Diana was the first to speak up, getting his attention.

"Okay, about what?" He asked with blinking eyes as she gestured to the seat next to her. Knowing what she was hinting at and that it would be a terrible idea to say no to her. He did as told and sat down at the couch as they all sat around too with Mari and Beautriz sitting beside him and the others in the other couches and chairs.

Mari had a mischievous smirk on her face making him wonder what's going on, but it quickly changed him sweating bullets when she held up a book for him to see. And not just any book, but it was a familiar orange book with the name of the author being Jiraiya, his Godfather's name. Oh crap they know!

"What about the book?" He asked nervously though he wasn't looking too good based on the looks he was getting though that was mostly from Shayera, Dinah, Barbara, and Diana.

"You mean the one that you published, but used your old Godfather's name? Don't think I wouldn't remember what you said about him and what he used to do for his books." Diana gave him a look that made him look incredibly small.

"He was a super pervert if what you said is true." Shayera added her cents in making him even more nervous.

"Is that so, that explains a lot of things." Barbara said in a serious tone which was making him shiver with how they were acting with him.

"I wonder if Naruto was like that and just didn't say anything about it." Dinah added her own thoughts while narrowing her eyes at him.

"But I didn't write them, I just republished them, that's all." Naruto defended as he raised his hands in the air in defense of his actions.

"Still, you didn't warn us that you'd be doing such a thing and knowing how we feel about these types of books…" Diana trailed off, though when he was about to defend himself more, he saw her lips twitch slightly and he looked to Shayera who was giving him a smirk while she was shaking slightly as well. The others however were giggling or laughing at his predicament and how nervous he was.

He pouted at them and looked at them in annoyance once he realized what was really happening. He had been played!

"Oh you all suck!" Naruto shouted with annoyance and they openly laughed at him now that they could fully tease him now.

"You know, I wouldn't mind reenacting some of these scenes in the future." Mari said, making him cough at the unexpected comment from her.

"Mari!" Naruto shouted, appalled at what she was saying while Shayera just gawked and openly laughed at his embarrassment, not even bothered by what she was saying.

"This is too funny." Shayera said in amusement written all over her face at seeing his reaction.

"I know what you mean and I have to say, those books have made mine and Ollie's sex life much more fun." Dinah said with Naruto groaning as the two women shamelessly discussed about using his books for inspiration.

"Don't be embarrassed, Naruto. They're not so bad." Beautriz said, with even Kurama looking from inside Naruto in shock at what was happening.

"Damn, I wasn't expecting this kind of response to the books, but it seems that the women in this world are perverts and are way more open compared to the women in our world." Kurama commented with a surprised look over his face.

"You're telling me, I can't believe what I'm hearing at all. I'm just as shocked as you are for that matter." Naruto said to his friend mentally.

"Or the women in this world are just more willing to express their perversion unlike in the Elemental Nations." Kurma said with Naruto who nodded in response.

"True." Naruto said when he felt someone shaking his shoulder, he ended the conversation and came back out to the real world to see Beautriz and Barbara were looking at his concern along with Mari and Tora looking at him curiously. Diana and Shayera had seen his eyes glaze over like that before when he would speak with his tenant.

"I'm fine, I was just thinking." Naruto said with a smile at her concern for him.

"You mean Kurama, right?" Seeing his look of confusion and worry, Diana continued talking. "It's alright, they don't care about that and know the difference between the two of you." She informed him and he visibly relaxed at her words.

"Now that is settled, do you ladies want to stay for dinner?" Naruto asked them as they looked at each other for a moment before they nodded.

"What do you have in mind for dinner?" Mari asked with a wink and hidden excitement since if he can cook that's another bonus to be with him.

"You'll have to wait and see for yourself, just be patient Mari." Naruto said getting a pout from the model.

As Naruto was making dinner, he looked around to see everyone mingling and enjoying themselves. He smiled at seeing them getting along, but his eyes lingered a bit longer on Tora, Mari, Beautriz, and Barbara. It was a good night with laughter, fun, and smiles that they all had together and he would cherish it with them forever.

And that's the chapter, hope you guys enjoyed it. The fight in the flash museum wasn't long since they wouldn't expect Naruto to be there and prepared for them as he capitalized on them not expecting him to be there, so Flash didn't get stuck in the mirror dimension. I also know the ending may seem random, but I thought it would be funny for Naruto to get pranked for once. That and to have some more interactions from Barbara even if it was brief.
