Last time on Tales of tamers Xilla: The 15th day was reaching it end with the final round of matches. First up it was Misuru as he took on Nero. Misurue ice make magic prove to be strong but it wasn't enough to over come Nero. Next up was Kurosaki as he battle cloud in a intense sword duel. Cloud put up a good battle but Kurosaki came out on top much to Takato displeasure. Next it was Kyle turn as he face the hero of Hyrule Link. Kyle was able to hold his won for a while but in the end he was cut down by Link a she crest was taken by the Hazardous one. Lastly it was Muzet turn as she face Inkling. Muzet toy with the squid girl as she wasn't a challenge for the great spirit. Now it was time for the 16th day of the first round to begin.

Chapter 48

Round 1 part 46

Darkness comes

Takato Pov: Another day have gone a sit was time to start the 16th day of the first round. Things have been getting more intense s the first round continues. We end losing Kyle crest when he lost his match to Link. To be honest I should have seen this coming since Link is one of the stronger smashers. But means we need to be care to win as much as we can in order to stop the Hazardous one from what ever he is planning. Right now I was with my team and Mythra as we were in the stands waiting for the first match of the day to start. 'Still no change in Pyra condition?" I ask my elder sister. Mythra shook her head. "Most of her injuries have healed by now but she have yet to wake up. Mario is looking after her to let us know if there any change." She said. "I'm surprise Master hand hadn't taken her off the matching list yet.' Rika said. "Master hand believe Pyra will wake up in time for her match. Hopefully once she does she can tell us who attack her." I said. 'Yeah, she wouldn't have end up like this if she haven't found something important." Kenji said.

"Do you think it have to do with who ever put that bounty on us that Bowser mention?" Elize ask. I cross my arms to think. "Perhaps, I'm looking into it. For now we should focus on the match." I said. "Who is fighting?" Guilmon ask. "It wingul vs someone name Kane. Don't sound familiar." I said. "Another new comer?" Renamon ask. "Appear so, there so another unknown we know nothing about like that Galena woman we saw." Mythra said. "Either way we better watch the match closely to see if we can learn anything useful, here they come." Kenji said as we turn our attention onto the ring. We saw Wingul walk into the ring with his sword at the ready. His opponent was a man with purple skin with red eyes. He was bald with 3 red marks on the top of his head. He wore a black body suit with gold armor on his chests, shoulders hands and feet. On his back were a pair of insect like wings. But it was his energy alone that had me worry. "He string I can tell." I said as I look to this Kane. Suddenly Kane turn to look at me for a moment his eyes staring into mine. He soon turn back to face Wingul.

The two said nothing as they got ready to fight. "Alright it time for the first match of the day, It the leader of the Chimeraid Wingul the nova vs the bruiser Kane." Milton said. "This will be an exciting match for sure. Let choose the field." Meyer said as the ar field activate. We saw it was now a temple of sort with a few platforms a sit was night. "And the stage is Spear pillar. Ok you two have at it Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the battle soon begins.

Wingul vs Kane

Wingul charges at Kane as she swung his sword ta him as Kane was able to block it with his wrist. "Hm interesting." Winmgul said as he move back. "You finishing testing my strength?" Kane ask in a deep voice. "I wish to size you up, it best not to underestimate my opponent." Wingul said as Kane smirks slightly. 'A good tactic." He said as he rush at Wingul and punches at him. Wingul move fast to avoid Kane as he could barely react. This Kane is good is he able to keep up like this. "Demon fang!' Wingul shout as he sent the shock wave toward Kane. The purple mand cross his arms to block it like it was nothing as he suddenly appear in front of Wingul. "Ignition Bullet!" He shout as he slam a golden fire cover fist into Wingul rocketing him back to the edge of the arena. That one look to hurt as Wingul got to his feet and shook his head. "Severing wind!" Wingul shout as he jump and spun in a spiral toward Kane. Kane just stood there as he was able to catch wingul by his arm to stop the arte.

"No way." Kenji said shock by this. "You fought well human but this is where it end." Kane said as he slam Wingul into the ground to stun him and threw him back. Kane soon teleport into the air above Wingul. "Planet breaker!" He shout as he dive and Wingul as the impact cause an explosion. When the smoke clears Wingul was down for the count. "And that is it for the match with an explosive finish Kane have won." Meyer said. Kane turn to look at me one more time before he move to leave the ring. "Why was eh looking at you Takato?" Rika ask. 'no idea, what I do know that Kane is going to be trouble that for sure." Is aid. 'Agreed he another fighter who show up out of no where we will need to eb careful." Mythra said. "Yeah, well I say we should wait until the next match start." Kenji said. 'Good idea." I said. Kane just who are you? Velvet Crow Pov: We just watch the last match end as that Kane person decimate his opponent like he was nothing. "That one is strong." Eizen said from next to me.

"Yeah, he was able to with stand his opponent attack with little to no effort." I said. "Man it a shame that Wingul guy look good with his sword. I wanted to have a match with him." Rokurou said sounding disappointed. "There always next time Rokurou, be glad you got to fight. Half us have yet to go." Magilou said. "I hope we will be alright." Laphicet said. "You be find Laphicet, from what I saw on the match list your fighting Eizen sister." Eleanor said. 'He going to lose." Eizen said with out warning. "Quick to say that huh Eizen." Rokurou said. Eizen shrug his shoulders. "It true. Edna is tough a shell when it comes to a fight, even I had trouble with her when we spar. That and she tends to go for low blows." Eizen said with a shudder. "Savage." I said. "That I am." A voice said as we turn to see Edna walking to us with her friends. I look to Sorey as the boy look nervous. "Easy Velvet." Rokurou said as his hand was my shoulder. "I'm not going to hurt him Rokurou I just want to meet this new Shepard." I said as I got up.

"Well this is awkward." Zaveed said as he look to the white hair Malak, or Seraph as they are call now. Laphi walk to them. 'Hi I'm Laphicet." he said introducing him self. "It nice to meet you I'm Lailah." The seraph said with a smile. "I am Alisha and this is Rose." The human girl in knight armor said. I look to Sorey. 'So your the new shepherd." I said as I cross my arms. "And your Velvet crow the first lord of Calamity." He said. "That I am got a problem?" I ask as I deploy my arm blade. He held his hands up. "No, Zaveed told me about you and what you been through. I have no reason to fight you." He said as I recall my weapon. "And he told me your nothing like Artorius." I said. "You mean this evil Shepard, yeah Zaveed fill us in on him. To think a shepherd could be evil, the first so to speak." Rose said. "Yes, he simply wanted to help the world but the way he doing it is wrong." Eleanor said. 'Let hope we can stop him." I said. "If you let us we could help." Mikleo said. 'No it best we do not." Lailah said as we all look at her.

"This is a matter of the past, if Artorius doesn't falls the world our group knows will never come to pass." She said. 'She got a point I already been through it all. They got it handle. Let just watch the match. We know who going to be in it." Zaveeed said. "Right Innominat." I said as we look to the ring. We saw Innominat entering the ring. "Is that him the one they call the eight serpents?" Sorey ask. "Yes Innominat the suppressor." Laliah said with hatred in her voice. His opponent was a man with long pink hair wearing a black coat holding a pink scythe. 'Alright it time for the next match. It the empyrean Innominat vs the reaper of organization 13 Marluxia." Miltion said. "So you wish to face me child." Markuxia said a she ready his scythe. Innominat chuckles. "You have no idea what instore for you, allow me to show you." He said. 'Alright they look to be ready let choose our field." Meyer said as the field started to change. It was now a purple void with was over a giant fetus.

"And the location is the land of Canaan. Ok let us begins Smashers clash!" Milton shout as the fight got started.

Innominat vs Marluxia

Marluxia made the first move a she charges at Innominat to slash at him. Innominat caught the weapon with one hand to hold Marluxia back. "Really is that all." He said as he le tout a shock wave to push Marluxia back. The pink hair man swung at Innominat side as Innominat jump to avoid it a she swung his leg to knock Marluxia back. "Hm your stronger them you look boy." Marluxia said a she shot a blast of rose petal at Innominat. "Leaf Storm!" Innominat shout as he shot a barrage of white blades to over power the petals as they slam into Marluxia cutting him up. Marluxia charge forward despite his wound a she started to swing wild at my brother. "Man this guy doesn't know when to quite." Magilou said. "He determined I'll give him that." Edna said. "So this is the power of the eight serpent, the celestial record didn't get his might wrong." Sorey said. "Indeed he was the closet thing to god in the distant past." Lailah said. "It make me wonder how Maotelus defeated him." Mikleo said. I notice Laphicet was about to say something as Zaveed stop him and shook his head.

"Either way we know who going to be the winner of this match." I said. Innominat look t be growing bored with Marluxia as he form his white rapier in his hand. "I think we play long enough." He said as he thrust his sword into Marluxia gut to send the man flying out of the ring with little effort as he claim victory as I expected him to. 'And it over the winner of this match is Innominat." Miltions aid Innominat look up ay me and smirk as he vanish from sight and appear in front of us. 'Oh shit!" Rose shout as she jump back. "Hello sister I hope you enjoy my performance that is a prelude to what to come." He said to me. 'Wait sister?" Sorey said. "Ah the new shepherd a pleasure to meet you, yes Velvet is my older sister back when I was still human." Innominat said. 'We will stop you and Artorius." Laohicet said as Innominat glare at him. "Your welcome to try, and when you lose I will eat you." he said as he vanish. "Oh man I think my heart stop." Magilou said as she fell to her knees.

"I guess we have a lot to talk about." Eizen said. "That you do details now." Edna said. "It a very long story." I said as we start at the beginning. Sora Pov: Oh man that last battle was nuts, I know Marluxia was a bad guy who try to kill us in the past. But he didn't deserve that. "Dude that little kid was savage." Roxas said. "That was no kid, the power he was giving off was immerse. We must be very wary should any of us end up facing him." Aqua said in a concern tone. "She right, Innominat look to be one of the stronger fighters we could face." Kairi said worry. "Your telling, she took out Marluxia like he was nothing." Xion said. 'Relax sis we got this, Donald you ready." I said to the court mage. Donald smirks. 'Oh course who do you think your talking to." He said. "Just be careful Donald. We have no idea what your opponent Mephilis capable of." Mickey said in concern for our friend. "Worry not your majesty I have this under control." Donald said as he left to go get ready. "I'm starting to think we might be out of our league here." Lea said. 'Really we face a lot worse." Ventus said.

"he does got a point Ven, most of the enemies here we face have powers we never seen before." Terra said. "True, but we can't stop now, we need to help the Tamers face the Hazardous one and get the X-blade back." Riku said. "Right we can handle this." I said as we look to the ring as Donald enter it. We saw a shadow on the ground across for him as something rose from it. It was a hedgehog that look like shadow. Only eh look to be made of black and white crystals with red eyes and green cat like pupils. "That creature he made of pure darkness." Kairi said as she grab my hand to steady herself. "Alright it time for the next match everyone, it the court mage of Disney castle Donald duck vs the living shadow Mephilis the dark." Milton said. "Please this should be easy, he like a heartless." Donald said. Mephilis chuckles darkly. "A heartless you say, those worms don't even compare to me. Let me show you true darkness." He said. 'Alright look like they are ready to go let choose the field." Meyer said as the ring start to change.

We saw it turn into a mine shaft. 'And it the Tatalian abyss alright let get to it. Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the fight got started.

Donald vs Mephilis

"Fire!" Donald shout a she shot fire balls from his staff at Mephilis as the hedgehog move to dodge them. He got close to Donald as he slash his claws as Donald use his staff to keep Mephilis back. Dondald swung at Mephilis head to knock it clean off. 'Holy shit!" Lea shout in shock. "Did Donald just kill him!" I shout not believing this. 'No wait look." Riku said as we saw that Mephilis head dissolves into shadows as it grew onto his body. He crack his neck and laughs. "Why thank you my neck was feeling stiff a bit." he said as he shot a ball of darkness to blast Donald back. 'Oh a wise guy huh Thungerga!" Donald shout as he send a large bolt of lighting at Mephilis. Mephilis slap the lighting bolt away as his arm stench toward Donald to grab him by his face. Donald fails around as Mephilis started to spin taking Donald with him. "My god this guy is toying with him." Goofy said as he couldn't watch this. "Your telling me, it clear to see Donald is no match for him so why mess with him." I said.

"It just how some people are Sora." Terra said. Mephilis let Donald go as the duck hit the ground. He got us as he glare at Mephilis. "That it bucko time to end this Meteor!" Donald shout as he made it rain Meteor onto Mephilis. Mephilis just laugh as darkness spread out from him as a large giant rose out of it. It block the meteors as it raise it hand and slap it down onto Donald!. "No Donald!" Mickey shout in concern. The monster fades away as we saw Donald laying in a crater. 'And that look to be it folks. The winner is Mephilis." Meyer said as Mephilis started to laugh. 'Servants of the light be afraid for the darkness will come for you all!" He shout as he sank into the shadows and vanish. "Poor Donald." Namine said sadly. "I know, this Mephilis he may not be a heartless but he must be stop." Riku said. "You got that right, come on Goofy let go check on Donald." I said as the two of us got moving. I won't let this guy get away for hurting my friend.
