Chapter 31 Official YouTube Channel?!
Saki's POV

The day to shoot footage for our music video had arrived! While Mizuki was busy helping Rui set up the camera in our rehearsal studio, Airi and Ena were helping me and Ichika put on makeup.

"Saki, you need to hold still", Airi reminded me.

"Sorry, Airi-Senpai", I apologised. "I'm just so excited! I mean, we're about to shoot our first music video ever!"

"And…you're all done, Ichika", Ena said as she finished up with her.

"Thank you, Ena-Senpai", Ichika said. Then, she got up and looked over at Rui and Mizuki. "Akiyama-San, Kamishiro-Senpai, how is setting up the camera going?"

"The camera is just about ready to go", Rui replied. "When you are all ready, you can get into your starting positions!"

"Yay", I exclaimed with excitement. "Alright, everyone. This is the moment we've been waiting for! Youthful/Friends, to your stations!"

With this, we all got into our positions behind our instruments.

"Everybody ready to go", Rui asked.

"Keyboard ready", I replied enthusiastically.

"Bass ready", Airi replied.

"Drums ready", Ena replied.

"Guitar and vocals ready", Ichika replied.

"Perfect", Rui said. "Mizuki, would you do the honours of being my clapper-boarder?"

"Yes, Mr Director Sir", Mizuki said with a solute. Then, she got in front of the camera and held up her hands in front of it. "Youthful/Friends music video, take one. And…action!"

It only took Mizuki about a week to edit all of our footage into a music video. Once it was done, I thought it would be fun to have 'a music video premiere party' at my house. Besides my band, we were joined by Shiho, Honami, Shizuku, Tsukasa and his group, and Mizuki.

"Thank you everyone for coming to the premiere of Youthful/Friends' first ever music video", I said to everyone, who were all seated on or in front of my living room couch. "Mizuki-Chan, could you do the honours?"

"You've got it, Saki-Chan", Mizuki said. "Everyone, I hope you all enjoy the video!"

With this, Muzuki clicked a button, and our music video played. The video consisted of footage of us performing at the rehearsal studio, and in between this footage was footage of us doing a bunch of fun things. When the video was over, everyone started cheering.

"That was so cool", I exclaimed in awe, before looking at Tsukusa. "Did you see that, Onii-Chan? I was in the music video!"

"I did", Tsukasa replied, before wiping a tear from my eye. "I can't believe that my little sister was in a music video!"

"You did an excellent job directing the video, Kamishiro-Senpai", Toya said.

"Fufu. Thank you, Toya-Kun", Rui said. "However, I think Muzuki should also be praised for editing the footage into a music video."

"Yeah", Ena agreed. "You did a good job, Mizuki."

"Thanks a lot", Mizuki said. "I had a lot of fun working on the music video, and it turned out great!"

"Everyone", I started as I helped up a cup of juice. "A toast! To Youthful/Friends' first ever music video! Cheers!"

"Cheers", everybody exclaimed as they held up their cups.

"So", Akito started. "Now that the music video is done, are you guys going to post it?"

"Post it", I asked.

"Akito's got a point", Ena said. "Seems kind of pointless to go through the effort of making a music video if we're the only ones who are going to see it."

"I've actually been thinking about that for a while now ", Airi revealed. "And, I was thinking that…we should create an official Youthful/Friends YouTube channel!"

"An official Youthful/Friends YouTube channel", I asked in shock.

"Yep", Airi replied. "Besides posting our music video, we can start posting our street performances too!"

"That's actually a pretty good idea", Ena said. Then, I put my hand on my chin as I started thinking about something.

"I know", I said after I had an idea. "Since the point of our band is to enjoy our youth to the fullest, why don't we also start recording vlogs of the fun things we do as well?"

"That's a great idea, Saki", Airi replied. "Ena, Ichika, what do you two think?"

"I think it's a great idea too", Ena replied. "I can even promote our channel on my social media."

"What about you, Ichi-Chan", I asked her. "Do you think we should start an official Youthful/Friends YouTube channel?"

"Well…", Ichika started. "If I'm being honest, the idea of being online does make me a bit nervous. But, if it's for the sake of growing our band, then I say we do it!"

"Great! So it's settled then", Airi said. "The official Youthful/Friends YouTube channel is a go!"

Once everybody else had left, I went with my band mates to my backyard to look at the stars.

"I can't that Summer vacation is almost over", Airi said.

"I know, right", Ena added. "It feels like our beach trip to kick off Summer wasn't that long ago."

"Saki, did you enjoy your Summer vacation", Ichika asked me. Then, I held my hands together, closed my eyes, and thought back to everything we did that Summer.

"This was my first Summer vacation since I got out of the hospital", I reminded everyone. "And you guys made it the best Summer ever! Everyone, thank you so much!"

"You're welcome, Saki", Airi said. "However, it's time to get out of vacation mode, and back into work mode! Posting our music video may give Youthful/Friends a big boost in popularity, so we've gotta take advantage of that to the fullest!"
