The lounge of the Class VII dorms was lively as Millium sprawled out on the couch, holding what looked like a bright, colorful comic book and a sparkly plastic wand. Alisa, Laura, Fie, and Emma were seated around her, exchanging curious glances as Millium waved the wand dramatically.

"Alright, listen up!" Millium said, holding the book aloft. "There's this awesome new craze sweeping Trista, and probably the whole world. It's called... magical girls!"

Emma tilted her head, her brow furrowing. "Magical girls? Is that something to do with young witches? Like... little apprentices?"

Alisa pointed at the wand and book. "And is it related to that toy wand thing and book you're carrying? They sure are colorful."

Millium shook her head vigorously, grinning from ear to ear. "Nope, but I totally see why you'd think that! And yes, it's related!"

She flipped the book open and held it up, showing off vibrant pages filled with art of girls in fantastical, frilly costumes battling monsters with glittery attacks. "This is what I'm talking about! Magical girls are ordinary girls who transform into super cool heroes with magic powers! They fight evil and stuff, and they're, like, all about friendship and justice!"

Fie raised an eyebrow, peering at the comic from her spot draped over the armrest of the couch. "So they're warrior girls in costumes?"

"Basically!" Millium said, nodding enthusiastically. "But it's way cuter than, like, knights or bracers or whatever. Look at their outfits!"

Laura leaned forward, studying the comic with an air of curiosity. "Their attire is impractical for combat, yet the artistry is quite detailed."

Alisa leaned closer, brushing a lock of blonde hair behind her ear as she inspected the pages. "Wait, so these girls just transform into these outfits? That's kind of cool." Her eyes lingered on a character wielding an ornate wand with a gemstone at its center.

Emma adjusted her glasses, frowning slightly as she examined a few pages. "'Shining Heart Bomb'? These attacks are cute, but these incantations are too short."

"Oh, it's just fiction! Come on, suspension of disbelief, right?!" Millium said. She jumped up from the couch, holding her wand high. "Oh, and check this out—there's merch! Wands, tiaras, all kinds of stuff! This baby here is a Silver Moon Wand!"

She struck a pose, pointing the wand at the group. "Silver Moon Beam, POW!" she shouted, mimicking an attack from the comic.

Fie smirked. "Impressive form, Millium."

"Right?!" Millium said, puffing out her chest. "Anyway, I'll leave the comic with you guys so you can check it out! You're gonna love it—I just know it!"

Before anyone could respond, Millium darted toward the door, brandishing her wand. "I'm off to practice my magical girl poses! Silver Moon Beam, POW!" she shouted again, running out of the lounge.

The room fell silent for a moment as the door slammed shut behind her.

Emma was the first to speak, pushing her glasses up her nose. "Well... that was certainly an enthusiastic introduction," she said with a giggle.

Alisa picked up the comic book, flipping through its colorful pages. "I mean, it is kind of cute," she admitted. "And the idea of transforming to fight evil is pretty cool."

Laura nodded thoughtfully. "It's a curious concept. Though I doubt it will replace traditional tales of heroism, it seems to have its own charm."

Fie leaned back with a smirk. "Can't wait to see Millium try to pull off those attacks in real life. Maybe she'll take down a tree or something."

The group chuckled, settling in as Alisa continued to browse the comic, her interest clearly piqued.
