The day turned into night and I stepped into the office for my first night of the job for the night shift. I looked at the time to see it officially turned midnight and the shift officially began. I looked at the camera which was placed in front of the desk and I knew I was supposed to look after the place since It said that on the resume when I signed up. So I sat down on the chair in the middle of the office and sat down next to the table, turning on the camera while flipping through everything to get used to the camera system. As I flipped through all the cameras I found the four animatronics I was supposed to take care of during the night to make sure you know nobody breaks in and steals them. But the strangest part was one of the cameras seemed to be down with only a message displaying on it labeling, audio only?
I didn't think about it much thinking It was probably just a broken camera or something. It'll probably be fixed in the next day or so, so I decided to lay down and play some music on my headphones but I saw that my phone was on 1% and I couldn't listen to any music. I just put the headphones down and the phone in frustration, deciding that it was probably just a good idea just to sit there and wait out the night while occasionally looking at the cameras to make sure no one broke in the building.
About 30 minutes later I stopped what I was doing and looked at the time to see it was about 12:30 at night, I laid back on the chair looking straight at the office poster portraying dogs on the poster. I recognize them as Bandit, chili, Bingo, and bluey. I looked at the poster with slight nostalgia since I used to go to this place when I was younger but needless to say if I ever had a kid then I would definitely take them to this place.
But all the sudden I was interrupted by the noise of the phone ringing in front of me on the desk. The noise startled me and caused me to stumble back in my chair, almost causing me to fall back on the floor. I sighed in relief putting my hand on my chest and looking at the phone to see it read a pre-recorded message. I looked at it with slight curiosity so I pushed the play button and listened to the message that played out on the phone.
Phone call message -
Hello there, and congratulations on getting the job at blueys and bingos dinner. I'm sorry I wish I could have sent this pre-recorded sooner but I had (business) to take care of you know.
But anyway welcome to bluey and bingo's dinner, a family friendly restaurant that will make your heart shine with its adorable mascot and delicious food. But most importantly it's friendly customer service and staff are sure to attend to your every need to make the place the most welcoming place to you and your family. But to let you know, any rumors about people going missing in the establishment are false and you shouldn't worry too much about it because it's people just spreading misinformation. Anyway moving on you're probably wondering what are your tasks for today? Well first off all your in a office surrounded by 2 doors from left to right but each of these doors can be closed by a button on the wall witch is that red bright button on each side of both doors. Unfortunately these doors don't include lights, so we have included a flashlight on the desk to look out at the door for just in case you need to look outside the door. I'm not implying you're in any danger or anything, I'm just saying for whenever someone breaks into the building you'll have these doors to defend yourself just in case. But most importantly in front of you on the desk there is a camera monitor currently charging on the desk. You can use these cameras to look through the building but just in case you think something's in the building and then you can track it using these cameras. The camera itself is a touch screen so you'll be able to look through the buildings by tapping the screen and that should make it work. But that should be all it. I'll see you next night oh but wait just to let you know there's a glitch with animatronics where sometimes they'll walk around in the middle of the night for no reason. So if you find one in the middle of nowhere, wait until the morning and call a manager to put it back in its place. We don't know why the animatronics move around at night but we think the power is malfunctioning causing them to move. But that should be all, just remember the building's power bill is crazy expensive so try not to use two much off the power all right. After I listened to the message which was a phone call of instructions of what to do on the job for the week. The part that made me confused was that the animatronics move around at night? But I guess if I see them in random places I guess I have to notify a manager or something? After a bit flipping through cameras and being bored out of my mind I decided to take a nap on the job, let's just hope my boss don't find out I slepted the job.
So I started turning off the camera and sat on the chair closing my eyes hoping to sleep during the night.
three hours later
I woke up in a panic falling out of my chair after hearing a crashing some where in the building. I look at the cameras probably thinking someone had broken into the building and was probably stealing or something worse! I flip through every camera trying to look for the intruder and call the police if I need to. I checked every camera but I couldn't find the person who broke into the building so I started to feel like I was hearing things or going crazy?! But then I saw a cam I missed, cam 1 I it said animatronic bedroom? I know this room exists because I saw the animatronics in the room while entering the building earlier, but how did I miss this camera? I immediately clicked cam 1 and saw something that would make my blood run cold…. To be continued
