Keep on keeping on. Amy goes to Surge and Kit's place again. To prepare for another attack. Planning is easy and positioning is easy. But it seems that they learned. As the people seem to be more prepared for an attack this time. There is some gearing up in the street. People patrolling, Amy keeps a keen eye out. She gives Surge some instructions, the other smiles and gives a thumbs up. Then Amy turns to Kit and gives him some instructions, he nods. Amy smiles then gives the signal to go. The three jump off to destroy another city. Smiling all the way down, being silent as they can before…
-BOOM!- If people didn't know beforehand they sure knew now that something was happening now.
Amy slams down in the middle of a bunch of armed people and pulls her hammer out. Amy is prepared to beat all of them up. Which she does. One at a time. Smashing the first person and whipping them to the horizon. That catches the attention of the others who try to subdue her, but they're no match, she jumps up then takes her hammer and smashes down until she reaches the ground again. More people surround her, only for them to be shocked by Surge. Amy is simultaneously happy about being saved and angry knowing she could probably have taken that. But she runs with Surge who's been presumably destroying buildings. Told by the destruction behind her. Amy follows Surge into another area.
They keep plowing down people and breaking down buildings. Causing a tsunami of destruction. They cut down infrastructure and any sort of possible help. Cop or fire department. Amy thinks about how more tiring this is. While all Surge can think of is how much she can destroy. All while Kit is flooding more buildings giving support to the other two. Surge uses some water to shock more people, frying them alive. Amy takes her hammer and creates mini earthquakes. Surge sees this and gawks in awe as she goes back to destroying more and more. Leaving in more destruction than previously thought possible, a once thriving city is now in ruins. All thanks to two powerhouses and a depressed fennec.
The trio make it soon enough to the outskirts of the city. Destroying small homes and shops along the way. Causing damages that will be hard to repair for years to come. Disregarding all the damage they do, Eggman or Sonic would've done that anyways. They're getting it out of the way before they can do it, while also giving the two confusion on who's doing all of this. Communications are short. Amy confirmed that yesterday on her way back home and at home. She smiles, everything is going according to plan. Everything will fall into place soon enough, if it already hasn't. Amy can't wait for that to happen and she gets good exercise out of it as well, a big win for her.
Surge keeps electrifying anyone she can with all that she's got. Watching Amy destroy more and more has given her the energy and motivation to do that herself. Together the two create mass destruction. Surge feels free for the first time in her life. All while Kit feels more trapped than ever. Amy, while helping them, is still weirdly untrustworthy. Kit doesn't know why, but he can't trust her. It's a gut feeling. Not based on any logic or reason. He wants to protect Surge. Sure, she's having the time of her life. But now, it's with Amy. Is she going to take his only friend away? If so, that might push him over the edge. But for right now, he'll flood some more, for Surge. Even if she doesn't seem to notice what he's doing. He looks at it all, and starts to get some ideas.
At the end of it all, Amy feels like her bones are bound to snap and crumble under all of the weight. Surge feels more energetic that even and could probably take down ten more cities before she feels any ill effects. Kit is normal and calm on the outside, no matter the thoughts that cling in his head and bounce around and tell him that Amy is dangerous and that she needs to be stopped. They repeat in his mind, again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again a and again and again and again and again and again and again.
"That was so cool!" Surge says
"Yeah" Amy manages to mumble out of her absolutely tired and destroyed state
Amy doesn't notice because she's too tired and Surge doesn't notice as she's too focused on Amy. Surge exclaims about how much the destruction was to Kit and Amy and how much she wants to do it again and asking Amy what's the next part of the plan. Amy recovers enough to stand but leans on Surge and tells her absent mindedly to go home. Surge, not to disobey the coolest person in her life, does exactly as told and rants all the way there. Amy considers it nice background noise while they venture onwards, back to Surge and Kit's cave. Amy doesn't even care where she is, she flops onto the ground and falls asleep as soon as Surge says they're at their destination.
Surge picks her up without a second thought and takes her into her and Kit's "house" again, if you can even call it that. Setting her down in a place in her bedroom, before going to sleep herself. Kit watches all of this and starts to plan a murder in his head. He goes to bed, knowing that soon enough. He'll wake up and after that. This will be all over. It will conclude. He will get what he needs. He needs to kill her. He needs to stop this. He can't live like this. She needs to die. She needs to die. She needs to die. She needs to die. She needs to die.
