"So what's the next Kaiju?" Ruby asked eagerly.

"The humans have called this next Kaiju Rodan. Some call this Kaiju the Ruler of the Sky, the Samurai of the Sky" replied Commander Raptor. "In the Showa Era, two of these Kaiju appeared in Mistral after being discovered and hatched in a mine two years after the death of Ozma Gojira. They are Li and An Ren, the Rodan that appeared after them is Lie Ren."

Ren perked up at hearing that. Jaune and the other students look at him in confusion. "Are those two related to you?" Jaune asked.

"They are my parents," Ren explained with a nod of his head.

Good thing the Clones were all wearing helmets at the moment otherwise the Audience would be seeing their grimaces and winces.

"The song of this AMV is called "Somewhere I Belong," Raptor explained next. "The Heisei Rodan is Roman Torchwick and the Millennium Rodan is Raven Branwen."

The two mentioned people felt smug, with the master thief openly showing it and Neo waved a flag with Roman's face in a Chibi form. Qrow smirked a bit as did Summer and Tai.

"Why is this Kaiju paired with a song with that title?" Oscar asked.

"Because in the end, when he is driven away by humans or Kaiju, that's all he really wants in life."

The first thing the Audience sees is the silhouette of a large Pteranadon like Kaiju flying through the air at super sonic speeds. Gusts of wind created by the Kaiju's momentum blow tiles off building rooftops.

The Pteranadon Kaiju lands in the middle of Mistral. It stood about 150 feet tall, had two large red crests on the back of its head and two small horns on its beak, in front of its eyes. This was Rodan. (Li Ren.) The Kaiju flaps his massive wings, blowing buildings down and helping fires spread through the city of Mistral.

"Well, I didn't expect this." Ren stated when he saw what the Kaiju counterparts of his parents look like in the Godzilla Multiverse.

"Those are some big birds," Cardin commented.

"Actually, those look like Pterosaurs," Oscar corrected. "Big, fiery red Pterosaurs."

"To be more accurate, I think these are Pteranadons." Ruby added. "They don't have large beaks like Quetzalcoatlus."

"And not large and round like a Anurognathus," Oscar said thoughtfully. "Or like a Dimorphodon."

"Ah okay," Jaune nodded his head, pretending to understand what both Ruby and Oscar had just said. Yang rolled her eyes while Summer and Em thought the interaction was adorable.

Tanks fire at the massive Saurian Kaiju but their fire does nothing but bounce off his red scales.

Missiles and rockets fire up to the female Rodan (An Ren) as she flies over the countryside.

The scene then changes to show a volcanic eruption. The screen focuses on the rivers and streams of molten rock before it goes black.

"Why did the screen focus on an erupting volcano?" Amber asked.

"Well, the military took advantage of the Rodans' hibernating habits," Commander Raptor explained. "The Rodans made nest in the volcano to hibernate and the humans forced the volcano to erupt."

". . . Oh," Ren said, slumping in his seat as he realized the implications. Nora reached over to grab his hand.

"What made it a bit more tragic was that An Rodan flew to safety, but once she saw that her mate didn't make it, she chose to die with him." Doc explained next. "She lowered herself into the lava beside Li Rodan and they burned together in the molten rock."

That surprised and saddened most of the Audience and Ren wiped some tears from his eyes as he thought of his own parents' deaths.

The screen lights up with another Rodan (Lie Ren) rising out of his hibernation cave. He flaps his wings, knocking down buildings of Kuroyuri. The scene then changes to show Jaune Godzilla looking up at the sky and he sees the silhouette of the Pteranadon Kaiju. He roars up at the other Kaiju, telling him that Mistral was his territory and that Ren Rodan was not welcome.

Ren Rodan flaps his wings and flies over Argus and Jaune Godzilla follows after him.

Nora gasped at the destruction. "Ren, how dare you scold me for destruction of property when you're doing the same thing!" she said to her stoic partner.

This snaps Ren out of his sad thoughts. "W-What? That's not me doing it, that's my Kaiju counterpart." he protested. "Besides there's destruction caused by a giant creature like that and there's destruction that you cause on purpose."

Nora crossed her arms with a pout.

Oscar rose an eyebrow. Since when did Nora enjoy destruction like this? She wasn't like this in his time period. Right?

When this began, I had nothing to say.

Jaune Godzilla roars as Ren Rodan flies towards him. The fiery red Pteranadon slams into Jaune Godzilla's head, knocking him down.

"Oh so our counterparts fought each other?" Jaune asked, partly sad at seeing it on the screen even if it were that their counterparts were Kaiju.

"For six hours, yes." answered Commander Raptor. This surprised many, especially when they thought it would be the equivalent of a vulture fighting a dragon.

"Go Ren!" was what Nora eventually cheered after a moment of silence.

And I get lost in the nothingness inside of me

Jaune Godzilla fires his Atomic Breath at Ren Rodan at near point blank range in the face and shoulder. Ren Rodan shakes his head.

(I was confused) And I let it all out to find that I'm not the only person with these things in mind.

Rodan screeches at his opponent before the Audience see Jaune Godzilla grab Ren Rodan and begin to slam him down on the ground rapidly.

"Ooh!" many of the Audience grimaced upon seeing Jaune Godzilla body slam Ren Rodan.

"Come on, Ren Rodan!" Nora cheered. "You can do this! Show him who's the Ruler of the Skies!"

But all that they can see the words revealed is the only real thing that I've got left to feel

Godzilla roars as Rodan flaps his wings, sending powerful torrents of wind at the Saurian Kaiju. Behind Godzilla, the Audience see the larva form of the Kaiju Mothra (Weiss Schnee) crawling towards the two Kaiju.

"Well, I can see why having wings like that is useful." Glynda commented.

"If only that was my Semblance," Qrow muttered.

"Wait, is that a giant caterpillar or some form of larva?" Penny asked.

"Yes, that is a Kaiju known as Mothra." Doc answered. "You'll learn about her in the next AMV."

When Godzilla kicked a boulder at Rodan, he responded by sending it back with his head.

Briefly, the Audience looked back and forth during this exchange. "Are they fighting or are they playing some kind of ball game?" Roman asked.

"Yes." answered the Clone Trooper.

"It looks like fun," Ruby pointed out. "If you take away the boulder and replace it with a ball."

"As long as someone's shotgun boots don't go off and destroy the ball," Emerald muttered, giving Mercury a glare. The assassin notices the thief's expression. "For the last time, I didn't mean for that to happen! The greaves went off by mistake."

Emerald held her glare while Roman, Cinder and Neo shake their heads at him.

Salem and the other villains (Except Tyrian) looked at them with confusion. What was this about now?

(Nothing to lose) Just stuck, hollow and alone

Ren Rodan screeches a laugh at something he finds amusing before Weiss Mothra sprays him with silk like a spider at him.

"Hey!" Both Ren and Jaune cried out indignantly while Weiss smirked to herself in amusement and the other students snickered or laughed out loud.

The White Fang Faunus were reminded of a certain Spider Faunus among them that often done the same in training or when she was pulling pranks. Sienna and Ilia remembered those times with amusement while Adam remembered with annoyance.

Both Jaune Godzilla and Ren Rodan turn to look at Weiss Mothra.

"So, uh, context?" Cardin asked.

"Mothra knew of a dangerous Kaiju was coming to destroy all life of Remnant," Nines explained. "She came to Rodan and Godzilla to help fight the Kaiju."

"And did they?" Pyrrha asked.

"They were stubborn to be convinced since they each had grudges against humanity and Faunus," Raptor answered. "But seeing Mothra leaving to fight Queen Ghidorah by herself changed their minds."

Ren Rodan flies in close to Queen Ghidorah (Salem) and slashes at her middle head before flying away.

I wanna let go of the pain I've felt so long.

Queen Ghidorah spreads her wings and takes off after Ren Rodan as Jaune Godzilla watches. Ren Rodan flies out a good distance before turning around and flying towards the golden three headed dragon Kaiju and the two collide and drop to the ground.

"Go Ren!"

"Take that three headed freak down!"

(Erase all the pain 'til it's gone) I wanna heal, I wanna feel like I'm close to something real

Queen Ghidorah screeches before Ren Rodan rises up and attacks her from behind while Jaune Godzilla charges to attack the three headed monster from the front.

I wanna find something I've wanted all along, Somewhere I belong.

Ren offers Weiss Mothra to get on his back before the scene changes to reveal the Pteranadon Kaiju carrying the larva Kaiju on his back and she sprays Queen Ghidorah with her silk.

"Oh, well, thanks for the ride," Weiss remarked.

"No problem," Ren replied with a chuckle.

"Man, I'd like to ride a Kaiju." Neon said.

And I've got nothing to say, I can't believe I didn't fall right down on my face.

Both Jaune Godzilla and Ren Rodan attack Mistralian cities and towns while under alien mind control with Queen Ghidorah before humans disrupt the mind control. Electricity surges through the Kaiju's heads and Ren Rodan falls down to the ground in response in sync with the song's lyrics.

"That was an instance where the three Kaiju are mind controlled by aliens," Raptor explained.

Some snickered as Rodan fell down in sync with the lyrics of the song.

(I was confused) Looking everywhere only to find, That it's not the way I had imagined it all in my mind.

Ren Rodan spreads his wings on a mountain top before flying around Monster Island, kept in by the magnetic field generators made by humans. The Audience catch glimpses of Jaune Godzilla, Anguirus (Cardin Winchester), Weiss Mothra and Gorosaurus (Fox Alistair).

What do I have but negativity, 'Cause I can't justify the way, everyone is looking at me.

The Audience see a glimpse of Ren Rodan attacking the city of Moscow in Solitas, once again under alien mind control. Once broken free, he flies to join the other Kaiju, Godzilla, Minilla (Adrian Cotta Arc), Anguirus, Gorosaurus, Kumonga (Trifia), Manda (Ilia Amitola) who all watch him fly in from the sky.

(Nothing to lose) Nothing to gain, hollow and alone.

Monster Island is attacked by alien invaders. Ren Rodan flaps his wings to get away from the line of fire before the screen goes dark.

"Well, that was pretty entertaining." Oscar commented.

"Wait, I don't think it's not over." Amber replied.

And the fault is my own, and the fault is my own.

The Audience see the remains of a large egg shell next to another unhatched egg on an island before they see the Heisei variant of Rodan. (Roman Torchwick.) He has three crests on his head, the middle larger than those on the side with a dark purplish gray beak and a fiery yellow underbelly.

"Well, I got to say, I look pretty badass," Roman commented.

Neo used her Semblance to throw confetti in the air with a smile.

Roman Rodan screeches as he perches on top of a mountain peak, moonlight shining behind him, giving him a majestic appearance. The red Pteranadon Kaiju lays his sights on the egg that now sits inside a bullhead, glowing from the inside.

"I don't think it was a good idea to put that egg in the bullhead," Tai remarked.

"The size should've given these people a red flag," Raven replied.

"To be fair, they thought it was a fossilized egg," Raptor explained.

Roman Rodan flies out and lands on a cliff side overlooking the sea and a blue cerulean Atomic Breath beam shoots out of the water towards the Pteranadon who takes off and dodges the blast.

Roman Rodan flies out to battle Heisei Godzilla (Qrow Branwen) in the sea. Using his momentum to create tidal waves and dodge Godzilla's Atomic Breath. Once on land, Roman attacks Qrow from behind, pecking at his eyes with his beak.

"Hmm, smaller compared to the Gojiran," Oobleck noted as he written in his notebook.

"Well, looks like we're throwing hands," Roman said, turning to glance at Qrow.

"So it seems." Qrow remarked in a dry tone.

"May the best man win," Roman said, holding a hand to Qrow who shook it.

Robyn chuckled while Winter narrowed her eyes a bit. Why couldn't he act like that when challenging her to a fight?

Qrow Godzilla roars in annoyance and anger before he turns around and blasts Roman in the chest with his Atomic Breath.

Somewhere I belong

Roman Rodan flies backwards and crashes on the ground and the screen goes black.

I will never know myself until I do this on my own.

The screen lights up to show Roman Fire Rodan in Atlas. A cage holding Glynda Goodwitch and baby Neo Godzilla was in front of him. MechaGodzilla II (Clover Ebi) arrives and the fiery red Pteranadon Kaiju screeches at the robot that resembles his rival.

"Ooh! Impressive design!" Penny said upon seeing MechaGodzilla II with a smile.

"Wait, Neo?" Roman asked.

"Yes, Neo is a Godzillasaur whose egg was laid in Roman Rodan's nest before they were exposed to nuclear radiation," Nines explained. "Both Qrow and Roman had briefly fought for ownership of the egg while humans took the egg to Atlas."

"Oh, of course it was humans," Adam muttered.

And I will never feel anything else, until my wounds are healed.

The screen goes black and white as the Audience watch Rodan awaken after his fight with Godzilla upon hearing a lullaby sung to Neo Godzilla and enters his Fire form. Fire Rodan.

"Okay, not going to lie, that looks cool as fuck," Sun declared in awe.

I will never be anything 'til I break away from me.

Fire Rodan fires his Spiral heat ray at MechaGodzilla II twice before the battleship known as Garuda attacks him from behind.

"Well, that's not fair," Roman said sarcastically.

I will break away, I'll find myself today

Fire Rodan screeches upon being shot at before he flies up and attacks Garuda before blasting MechaGodzilla II who responds with his own laser beam. He is then blasted by MechaGodzilla's Plasma Grenade cannon twice. Fire Rodan flies back and collides with a skyscraper behind him that collapses and then the Mecha fires at him.

Roman Rodan rises back up to attack MechaGodzilla II, pecking one eye out before being blasted at point blank range by the Plasma Grenade Cannon and goes flying back.

Roman flies back and crashes back down. The Audience sees massive burns on the Pteranadon Kaiju's chest with green blood pouring from the wounds and the Kaiju chokes on his own blood and foam at the mouth.

Neo gasped silently, reaching a hand towards the screen before leaning into Roman's side who hugged her without saying anything.

(Erase all the pain 'til it's gone)

Qrow Godzilla arrives to battle MechaGodzilla II.

"Took you long enough, bad breath." Roman commented.

I wanna heal, I wanna feel like I'm close to something real

The scene changes to show Super-MechaGodzilla firing two cable harpoons at the Saurian Kaiju's midsection, piercing the flesh where the secondary brain is located. Electricity surges through the cables from Super-MechaGodzilla, causing Godzilla to roar in pain before he falls down as his secondary brain is destroyed.

"Well, shit." Qrow declared flatly.

I wanna find something I've wanted all along

Neo Godzilla breaks out of her cage and screeches for help. Roman Rodan wakes up and understands what he has to do.

"Hold up, what?" Roman asked.

"Rodan understands that the little Godzillasaur would be safer with his kind," Nines said. "So he sacrifices himself by giving his energy and life force to Qrow Godzilla."

"These Kaiju go through Hell of story arcs," Mercury declared looking at the screen. "I'm impressed and jealous."

Somewhere I belong

Tanking a blast from Super-MechaGodzilla, Roman Rodan lands on Qrow Godzilla's motionless body and let the King of Monsters absorb his energy and life force.

"Thanks," Qrow said to Roman.

"Keep my kid safe and we'll call it even," Roman said sternly.

I wanna heal, I wanna feel like I'm, Somewhere I belong!

"Okay, now the lyrics are starting to hit hard," Yang declared.

Roman Rodan's body glows and slowly becomes transparent before disappearing and his energy is absorbed into Qrow Godzilla. The energy supercharges Qrow and he wakes up.

Neo wiped her eyes quickly and pulled away from Roman.

The scene changes to the city of Vale at night and the silhouette of the Millennium Rodan (Raven Branwen) flies over the city under alien mind control. She looks much like the Showa Era variant but with a smoother design and rigid scales on her underbelly.

"Okay, that, that's both badass and beautiful," Tai said and Summer nodded in agreement.

I wanna heal, I wanna feel like I'm Somewhere I belong.

Raven Rodan lands on the top of Beacon Academy, spreading her wings out and screeching to the night sky, the shattered moon shines behind her, giving the Samurai of the Sky a majestic appearance. Raven then flies off the roof, sending a shockwave through the city with her momentum that shatters windows and creates fires through the streets and destroys two buildings after her passing through.

"Badass indeed," Raven nodded in agreement.

Somewhere I belong

The scene changes to show Raven flying towards Hazel Godzilla in a four way collision with Anguirus (Cardin) King Cesar (Bartholomew Oobleck) before the screen goes black.

"Well, I might have found my favorite Kaiju," Yang declared.

"Yeah, and like Anguirus, Rodan and Godzilla become friends and allies in most universes of this Multiverse," explained Raptor. "Now then. You've meet the King, the Warrior, the Samurai."

"Now. . . Time to introduce the Queen."

Whoo!
